I called Tammy in the service department and explained I am working out of town and stressed the importance of being able to get my truck assessed due to would not be able to drive home in its condition. Tammy scheduled me to come in right away. They were able to identify the problem and fixed it with in hours. Lance and his team were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to their great customer service I was able to keep on schedule with servicing my customers. I am a business owner and this was crucial to my business.

First time customer. Tammy in the service department went above and beyond in taking care of my maintenance needs. She called promptly letting me know the issues, shot me straight on her recommended course of action as well as alternatives, and had my truck ready to go all in the same day. I hope she is recognized as a superior performer in this department! Will return and "ask for Tammy"!

The service man that helped me was friendly, kind and courteous. Everything was good until I went to check to see how much longer it would be for my truck to be done and it was already done, just sitting there. The service man said he called me but I didn't have a missed call. I told him that he know that I didn't leave so why didn't he come to the waiting room and get me but he claimed that he did but I didn't hear nor did I see him and he could have came while I was nodding, if that was the case why didn't he get closer and call my name a little louder. There was only three other people in the waiting room but he claimed he didn't see me.

Best service ever received! EVER. Engine light came on while traveling during inclement weather. We called ahead and explained our situation and they took us right in! Thank you! We could have been stuck out in the cold and wet, but Tammy ensured we were promptly taken care of. We made a family wedding in Louisiana while they took care of our vehicle. Happy ending. This could have been an absolute disaster, but Tammy and the outstanding service dept. at Grays-Daniels saved the day!

I made my appointment online. The price posted online was less than what I was charged. I mentioned it to the service advisor and he said it was probably because I have a 2500 truck. There were a list of items they were supposed to have checked out. I really don’t think they did. I saw them rotate the tires and put oil in the truck. I mentioned about the steering had a knock while driving. They didn’t do a test drive to check it. I am very disappointed. I will not be back. I bought this truck from them in 2015.

I made an appointment via the phone. I specifically asked about pricing. She stated she would not be able to give me pricing until someone looked at my vehicle. This was understandable. I then inquired about an oil change and she quoted me $29. When I arrived to the dealership a gentleman checked me and showed me to the waiting room but never discussed rice with me. My ride showed up to pick me up and I asked if they could call me before doing anything to my vehicle. The rep said this would be no problem but I could expect $50 just to have the car looked at and $39 for an oil change. I said no one told me of a $50 charge and I was told it would be $29 for an oil change. The rep then told me I don't know why the phone service is quoting that price but you can go on the website and get a coupon. Which I did. Once u got home the rep called me with 1/2 a quote. He stated he did not have a quote for the other 10 things wrong with my car. I approved the oil change and fixing the breaks and asked him to call me with the price quote for the rest. This was around 4 pm. I never received a call back. At 1 pm the next day I called the direct service department line 3 times before I got an answer. The first call I left a message with Ted Smith, my service rep with no call back. The second time the receptionist answered and transferred me and no one answered. The third time I finally got through to Ted. He stated he still did not have a quote. I told him I would be there to pick my car up. I will not return to this service station nor buy a car from here as I felt the staff was rude and did not care if they had my business.

Worst service ever! Called a few days ahead to schedule a routine service and set up a shuttle to take me back to work, but was informed that the shuttle was going to be a little late. After 25 minutes I asked again and was told he was on his way. Then an hour and 15 minutes later the shuttle shows up with breakfast for the guys in the service department and they decide to go on break. Finally the shuttle driver asked if I was the person waiting on a ride and I told him not to worry since my truck should be about department by then! After a little over 2 hours of missed work time and very aggravating waiting one of the service guys went back pulled my truck around... next time, wait there won't be a next time!

My husband and I were going to the dealership to look at possibly trading in our truck. My husband found a vehicle that he feel in love with of course! The sales person was ok. The new car sales manager seemed nice initially as if he was very interested in personalizing our experience and making us a loyal Chevrolet customer. However, when we signed the papers and agreed to purchase the car things went down hill. Of course, he made it seem as if we were getting a great deal on the car "Black Friday Sale" he called it. The price we initially agreed to with the sales person increased by over $6,000.00 when we made it to the finance office. I can not leave all the blame on them because I should have asked for more initially instead of assuming they were being upfront and what we agreed to was what we would be getting. When I asked more questions about a discount I was eligible to receive he responded with its all there so of course I believed him and it was also late. We made it to the back to sign the documents with the finance rep (not sure if he was the manager) and it was almost one hour past their closing time so of course things were rushed. I was tired as well so not wanting to spend too much more time dealing with this we signed and left. The next day I started to feel as if things weren't right so I did research of my own and begin asking questions to the sales rep first who in turn suggested I may need to speak with the new car sales manager. When I spoke with him he was very short and acted as if I was being a bother to him. I told him the price we initially signed off on was not what I saw when we got to finance. My thought was that he left off my additional discount, after further research but of course he insisted that he did not and he had given it to me. He stated the price I retrieved from the GM website was not correct. Then he told me my questions would have to be answered by the finance guy. I must say that the finance guy was very nice and helpful in the end and explained everything thoroughly once I requested. However, I still felt as if the sales team was not upfront and changed on you once you signed the final papers. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone, I feel as if I was over charged for things that should have come along with a new vehicle because, I trusted them and should not have and was fooled into thinking that they were honest people. I also called the sales rep regarding additional questions and did not receive a returned call at all. However, I was contacted by them to get additional paperwork signed and info they needed. They make you feel as if you are bothering them. In closing I must say I have purchased cars from other dealers before and have never felt the way I feel about this experience it was absolutely awful if I could give them a zero I would. I plan on purchasing another vehicle for myself next year and definitely won't be going to them. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!! I have more to say but don't want to spend anymore time on this the process seems to be never ending with them as we are still have to get the bill of sale for the tag from them. When you are spending over $40,000 on a car it should not be this way. Beware!

I went in for an oil change. Was told it would take an hour...I was there for 4 hours! Zero attempts were made to notify me of the reason for the delay. While in the waiting area, I overheard a couple of other customer complaining about their excessive wait times. The perceived complete lack of respect of other people's time is unacceptable. If the service department is short staffed, more technicians should be hired. And at the very least, customers should be informed of service times immediately upon arrival. We can then make the necessary decisions regarding drop off vs waiting for service.

He has always worked his magic to get us what we want at the best deal available. I have had some problems with the service department in the past but they have had another chance which I feel they redeemed themselves so I would recommend this dealership to anyone. When my wife and I bought our Toyota, the process went smoother than we expected. Andy West, our salesman was very polite and not pushy or aggressive. We bought the vehicle with no problems and he advised us to bring the vehicle back to be serviced due to us buying the vehicle at the end of the day. The vehicle needed an oil change and to be washed and cleaned. I allowed a friend to drop off my vehicle for service. It must of been a busy day because my vehicle was dropped off at 9:00 am and it wasn't done until around 3:30p.m. I must say, when one takes his vehicle to a dealership, one would expect top-notch detailing. I would have love to got a standard wash. It was very tacky. The tire dressing was patchy and half applied, my inside windshield wasn't clean and the inside of my vehicle was half vacuumed. I called and told the salesman Andy and he was very apologetic. He did have it re-ran through the washer for a satisfactory job. The tire dressing was better, the vehicle was cleaner on the outside but my windows were still filmy. Oh, well.

I was in for a regular maintenance visit (oil, filter,tire rotation, air filter, etc.) I live about an hour and a half away so I always call to make sure that they can get to my vehicle in a reasonable time frame. On this particular day when I arrived they were totally swamped with customers. While getting out of the vehicle to go to the waiting area one of the technicians and another person were horsing around and used some very serious profanity. Thankfully I did not have any small children with me but there were several inside the waiting area. This did not start the visit well. After a long wait our vehicle was brought up front to the receiving area but sat there so long waiting for a ticket that they finally moved it out to the outside parking area. Finally after paying for our service work we drove off only to have the car make a really loud roaring sound. I pulled off the road and tried to open my hood which was jammed because the oil fill cap had not been put back on instead it was closed up in the hood latch. So back to the dealership we went to make sure we had not lost our oil and make sure the car was okay. The service advisor checked everything out and said all was good. Car still makes a loud noise that was not there before. May be from the tire rotation. Anyway not this departments best day , but I have always had good service in the past and will continue to use them again in the future. I just hope the next trip is not like this one.

I was very nervous going into the process of buying a car. I have purchased cars before but never through a dealership and the stories you hear are worrisome. Gray-Daniels was a wonderful experience. My salesman was John Hill and he provided me with excellent customer service. The disposition he displayed made me trust him very step of the way. Any questions I had he answered. I loved that he actually cared and didn't try to push anything my way. He was patient and explained every detail. I walked away with my very first new car and slept well knowing that I could trust all that I was told. I also met the man who works in financing. He was so down to earth. This team helped take all my jitters away. Anyone considering buying their first car or their 100th car should definitely choose Gray-Daniels Chevrolet!!!! I just want to say thank you!!!!!

I took my trailblazer in because it was missing and the front brakes needed checked. After having it for 5 days, I picked it up, didn't receive and itemized statement, paid more than I expected and the brakes had not been worked on at all. That same night, I left work to come home and had no head lights. My headlights worked fine when I took it in, and they don't work at all now. I called the next morning, which was a Friday and Ted told me to "just hold on to it til Monday because if I brought it to him today, he would probably just have to keep it all weekend." Either way, I am with out a ride after dark because of something they did and even after asking again, was unable to get an itemized statement for the $2700.00 charge, which should have included my brakes. I intend to make them correct this but I will never use them again!!

Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Gray Daniels Chevrolet. I have never written a review about a vehicle I purchased. So in saying that this should let you know that they are the BOMB.Com. I have never had a sales consultant to go over any features with me or even tell me where the tire pressure information was. They normally hand you the keys and you have to figure out how to operate different features on your own. I also recived a phone call and email thanking me for my business, Again I have never experienced this before and I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. I am going to tell everybody I know about JH (Jon Hill) and Mrs Thomisene Anderson. They went far and beyond to locate the vehicle that I wanted and it had all the bells and whistles that I asked for. I am enjoying my chevy tahoe ltz and the cost was right where I needed it to be becasue they lowered the price to fit my budget. If I am in need of another vehicle in the future this will definitely be my one stop shop!!! They were very loyal to me and I will be a loyal customer to them.... Thanks so much!!!!!!!

My wife and I went to Jackson on July 26th (7-26-2013) car shopping. We went to Gray Daniels Chevrolet and test drove a couple of SUVs and decided to go to Watson Ford and look the Explorer; we then returned to Gray Daniels and settled on a used 2012 GMC Acadia. The overall buying experience was not bad; although, the figures quoted were different from the written quote. The Acadia had a dent in the rear hatch and we wanted it fixed and they agreed in order to complete the sale. We were to bring our SUV back the following Wednesday to have a dent Dr repair it, he could not and they had to send it to the body shop to have it repaired and they gave us a rental car. Sounds simple! This is where the fiasco began. It was supposed to be ready on Friday. Friday evening rolls around and since I had not heard from them I called Grady my salesman, he apologizes and tells me they have not even started the repair because he lost my keys and needs me to bring my other set and we did so the same day. He apologized and I told him it was fine. Wednesday is here and no call so I called and Grady said he had been trying to call me, I was surprised since I had no messages, missed calls, or voice mails. I told him I would come Thursday morning (8-8-2013). I arrived about 8:45am and he asked if I saw my car and I said no so he walked out with me to show me, I immediately asked where my license plate was and he replied you have a tag? and I said yes. He said let me call Jason and ask him. This process takes 2 hours. In the mean time he brought me my keys and an IOU so I could take it to the shop and get the key he lost programmed. After much agitation and his avoiding me I went to the sales manager and he assured me the guy was on the way with my tag. While Grady was putting was putting my tag on I notice how bad the repair job really was, NEW DEEP SCATCHES where by my license plate. I questioned him and he said he didnt do anything in this area. Excuse me, if he didnt do anything in that area why did he take my license plate off and lose it. It turns out that they sent my car to some guy who fixed it in his carport (Arent you a dealership with a body shop?) I am going to have one of my church members who owns a body shop repair it properly.Based on My experience I would not recommend Gray Daniels Chevrolet nor will I be a future customer, once they make the sale you are nothing to them. When I decided to purchase a new car, I went to my local dealership. There I met two different salesmen who tried to sale me a car. One was an older gentleman who called me honey.I was unsure if he could not remember my name or that he was unable to pronounce it correctly. The second salesman, used his manly in charge voice to let me know he was giving me the best deal on a car, Nevertheless, I felt offended. Since I am the one in charge of my money and where I purchase a car, I went to elsewhere. The second dealership, I contacted was Gray-Daniels. The two salesmen I met were professional, informative and not pushy. I was treated like an intelligent human being. The never pressured me to purchase a car. On Saturday, July 27, 2013, I purchased a new Chevy Cruse! They never pressured me to buy a car. Thank you Charles and Jon!!

I visited the dealership on three ocasions while shopping for a new pickup. Each time my salesperson (Andy West) seemed to know exactly what stage I was at in the buying process. First stage was to identify a truck I wanted, second was to be sure it has all the options I wanted, then to get about arriving at a price that was acceptable/competitive with similar vehicles at other dealerships. Overall great experience from beginning to end. A+

On October 29, 2012, we came to just look at cars, but in the end purchased our 2012 Traverse on October 30, 2012. Bobby Horton, Internet Sales greeted us warmly and was knowledgeable in explaining to us everything we needed to know about what options were available. After comparing prices of the cars, and looking at them, we decided on the new 2012 Traverse. So far, we are extrememly pleased with the vehicle. It's quiet, smooth riding, and very easy to operate.Also, Ken Startia, Financial Services, was great to work with. We are originally from Long Beach, MS and moved to this area after Hurricane Katrina. That made it personal talking to him, as he is originally from Pass Christian, MS. Not only did he explain all the financial options, but the conversation was on a welcoming and personal note.Your dealership is very lucky to have such great employees and I would remcommend them as well as your dealership to friends.

This was my first time to purchase a vehicle from Gray-Daniels Chevrolet. I gave a great rating because the service was great. When I first stepped into this dealership, I was greeted by someone who escorted me to a salesman. From that point on, I was taking care of to the utmost. I experienced friendliness from all Gray-Daniels' employees. Also, I enjoyed visiting with the financial service representative.The salesman, Corey Smith (super, intelligent and smart), I could not have had a better salesperson. He went over and beyond in assisting us in finding a vehicle for our daughter's graduation. When he showed us the Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, I knew that was the car for her.
