Found a vehicle on line that we were interested in. Internet sales team contacted me within minutes of my request. The online Carfax was detailed enough that we knew what to expect before seeing the vehicle. The salesman Brandon was great to work with very knowledgable but not pushy at all. I will be a Ehrlich customer from now on.

Charles, our dedicated dealer, went above and beyond to help our family purchase our used Honda. He facilitated my initial test drive and set us up to take the vehicle for an extended 24-hour trial. The vehicle was in impeccable shape and Charles and his team worked with us to negotiate the price. Troy, the finance and paperwork guy, did an amazing job explaining each form and optional services. Both men did a great job facilitating our decision-making without making us feel hurried, pressured, or overwhelmed. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Charles, Troy and the Ehrlich team. We took the vehicle to our mechanics prior to purchase. With the exception of needing new front break pads, the car did not need any other repairs. Amazing shape and well represented by dealer.

They responded promptly to my email request for more information on a car I was interested in. The problem was I did not know it because it ended up in my spam folder. Thankfully they sent a follow up email to make sure I received the first one, and this time I spotted it in my spam folder before I trashed them. I recommend that anyone who requests info from this dealer check their spam folder, and then add them to your contact list or as "not spam". They are very friendly and helpful--they do respond promptly, they do answer any questions you have, and then they follow up with you. Just make sure you CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER regularly if you are waiting for a response from them.

I E-mailed the dealer and never heard back from them. I then called the dealer ship and they had someone looking at the car and they were going to call me back and let me know what happened with the car. I never heard from them and had to call myself and find out if the car was still available, which it wasn't.

Buying a car is never a fun experience! Unless you go with Ehrlich. At other dealership I say I like blue, you show me everything you have in red..... The whole game and back and forth, here's the car I like, and then trying to decide on the terms that are agreed by all... Normal car buying sucks!!!!Ehrlich is NOT your average dealership!!!!! What a breath of fresh air.... I contacted Ehrlich months ago with my "wish list" for a 2014. I asked to not be contacted until the 2014s were in. They were the ONLY dealership who actually listed to that request. As soon as my "wish list" arrived, it was game on. Mike G was AMAZING!!!! Went over and beyond to get me the perfect car, with the perfect features. There were NO surprises. I got exactly what I asked for and for the price that I wanted it. When I met with finance, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was prepared, had everything ready to go.The best part of this experience is that I never felt like I was at a sleazy car dealership where someone was trying to earn a paycheck. I DID feel like I was with family making a purchase for ME and that MY needs and wants were priority.I have found my dream car. But if anything should ever happen, Ehrlich has won my forever business.

Bought a 2013 Touareg TDI Lux from Gary Shaw at Ehrlich Volkswagen and couldn't be happier! I was initially lured by the awesome internet prices and great reviews about Gary from other customers. He was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the buying process. A new car is a big decision and can sometimes take a lot of time and planning. Gary never pressured me to buy and checked in with me periodically to see if he could answer any questions and see how I was progressing towards my goal of my new dream car. Ehrlich gave me a great deal and treated me fairly and courteously. I would highly recommend Gary Shaw and Ehrlich Volkswagen. Having been to several other Volkswagen dealerships, none of them compare to Gary Shaw and Ehrlich. It was well worth the 400 mile trip from Nebraska and I plan on buying from Gary Shaw and Ehrlich Volkswagen for years to come.

We have purchased two cars from Ehrlich and would not think of going anywhere else to have them serviced. We have had cars we did not purchase from Ehrlich serviced as well. They are absolutely the best. Their service team goes above and beyond every time. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and considerate of our time as we travel from Ft. Collins to Greeley for our service appointments. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend them if you would like your VW taken care of at an expert level. We have never had to have anything repaired twice, estimates are always accurate, and the work is completed in the amount of time they say it will be. Tara is just wonderful!If all our service experiences for other products could be the same as they are at Ehrlich, it would be outstanding!

My wife and I stopped in to Ehrlich VW to look at possibly purchasing a Passat TDI, after our test drive we felt that the car was a little bigger than we really needed so we tried the Jetta TDI and GLI (both very good cars and roomy enough for the both of us) we decided on the GLI because of the sportiness, power and still has very good fuel mileage. We worked with Gary Shaw from Ehrlich (as we always have with our past four purchases) because of his no nonsense approach and knowledge of the vehicles he sells. I'm not kidding...If you want to experience an easy, no hassle, bottom line purchase...Gary is your salesman! Also, I would like to give kudos to the VW Service Dept. for prior service in the past. Between a fantastic salesman and Service Dept. it keeps us coming back....Thank you again Gary and Ehrlich!

We went to Ehrlich Vehicles, Inc, just to "look" at the new 2013 Passat. Staas greeted us and was so helpful. Needless to say we purchased a 2013 TDI Passat. Trent White helped with the paper work, and made things very easy and relaxed. When the service department did the detailing before we were ready to go, Staas was out with the service attendent and was making sure everything was #1. We visited Ehrlich Volkswagen in Greeley, CO to look at new cars. We hadn't anticipated buying a new car that day, but Lori was so helpful and did not pressure us so we decided to test drive some cars. She was so knowledgeable and asked us questions to help find out exactly what we needed/wanted in a new car. Her manager and Trent in financing were very friendly and helpful too. It was a very "hassle free" experience when it comes to car shopping. Lori went through the manual with us explaining the features of our new car and asked Staas to help answer a few questions. His knowledge of the computer part of the car was so helpful too. Thanks for an amazing car buying experience!

We had a very good experience with Ehrlich VW. We talked to three different sales people in the process of selecting a new car to buy, which ended up being a 3.6 L Passat Sel Premium. When we finally decided to purchase the car, Staas finalized the deal. We never felt pressured and everyone gave us all the time in the world in learning about the VW and making the selection. The dealership really seemed to have our best interest in mind and did every thing needed to sell us a new car. There are many car dealerships to chose from but Ehrlich VW gets an A+ rating from my wife and me.

When I found out that I needed to replace the transmission in my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta, I wasn't very thrilled to be putting more money into repairing it. I began browsing and looking at the new Volkswagen Jettas and instantly fell in love! Working with Staas and the other sales consultants made it extremely easy to test drive and ultimately purchase a new vehicle...and the right vehicle. Both of the sales consultants were very knowledgable and gave me straight, up front answers with all of my questions. Not to mention the service center is also of the line! I highly recommend this location!!

My husband and I were kicking around the idea of possibly trading in our 2006 VW Beetle on a new car purchase, I had gone on the VW website and asked for a quote for a 2013 TDI Jetta Sportswagen and possible trade in value for the Beetle, more out of curiosity than anything. One of the sales consultants that contacted me back was Gary Shaw from Ehrlich VW, we happened to be at Ehrlich later that week getting some repair work done on the Beetle so we wandered over to sales and asked for Gary, right off the bat we both liked him, he didn't come across as overbearing or pushy, he showed us the Jetta Sportswagen and was so knowledgeable about VW products, we were not ready to make a decision yet at that point as to buy or not. Over the course of some time I would get an email from Gary here and there just touching base to see if we were still interested, Finally the day came and we decided we were ready to buy I called Gary Shaw and told him what we wanted, they did not have the color with the features we wanted on their lot BUT they got it for us and we had our 2013 TDI Jetta Sportswagen the next day!!!!! Honestly I never thought I would be writing a positive review of a car dealership I have had many a "rotten" experiences thru the years but Ehrlich Volkswagen changed my view, the employees are top notch from Gary Shaw to the service department........Thank You Again Gary

We were very pleased with the whole experience of purchasing our new VW Tiguan from Ehrlich Volkswagen. Our sales consultant, Staas Masloboev, was very professional and informative, and knew so much about the VW line of vehicles. He was not pushy or insincere in any way--but friendly and attentive to our questions. His quiet confidence in the VW automobile was clear, and he shared his knowledge of the vehicles in a way understandable to lay people. During our test drive, he would mention things that were happening in the vehicle so that we would know how to better rate the Tiguan with other vehicles we might test drive. He gave us many points to consider in our process, and when we were through with the test drive (which was absolutely awesome!), he did not give us a "hard sell." He just maintained his confidence in the quality of the automobile. He encouraged us to try other vehicles, and compare them against the VW Tiguan, and he was sure we would be back. And we were! We tried several other vehicles, but rating them against the Tiguan in almost all categories, the Tiguan came out far ahead. We were sorely disappointed in the lack of power and smoothness of the drive in the other vehicles, and we stayed very much "apples-to-apples" in order to have a fair comparison--we even went on the same route for our test drive so that a difference in road quality would not unfairly disadvantage any vehicle. The TIguan was far superior to its competition--in fact, we're very surprised that some of the models out there are as popular as they are, when the Tiguan is so far ahead in so many ways, and is very comparable in price. There is no similarly priced vehicle out there that can match the VW line for quality workmanship, reliability and value. As for the sales process itself, we cannot say enough how much we appreciated Staas' professionalism, courtesy, and depth of knowledge of the vehicle. We also were impressed with the smoothness of the whole transaction. We were given a very good deal from the finance department, and they, too, were also very friendly and professional. We have absolutely no qualms in giving Ehrlich Volkswagen, Staas Masloboev and total "Thumbs Up" for the great experience we've had in purchasing our VW Tiguan!

My experience with this dealership and this salesman was outstanding. Michael Green went out of his way to find a car that would fit my particular needs. He listened to what I needed and he followed through in finding the particular car that would suit me. His goal was not so much to sell as car, as to be of assistance to me. Because of him, I found the car that is right for me. After that, the process of actually purchasing the car was a NO STRESS experience. I'm very happy with my car and would recommend Ehrlich Motors to anyone.

Wonderful Car Purchase !I just purchased a beautiful 2008 VW Beetle from Ehrlich Volkswagen. Stass, our sales consultant was extremely helpful, friendly and took time to explain things to me. Awesome service from Gary Shaw. He made the process painless to say the least and helped me out tremendously. Gary had the vehicle brought from Greeley colorado to Niwot colorado for the initial test drive. I always felt like I was being treated like a person not a proffit opportunity. I bought my wife a 2000 4runner from Gary at Ehrllich VW. The car is in great shape and I was able to get a great price on it. When I got home I noticed that there was a coolant leak. Gary called later that day to see how we were liking the new car. I told him about the coolant leak and they took the car in and fixed the leak replaced the timing belt and gave my wife a free rental car.Great dealer, great people not a high pressure sale dealer.My mom is now going to buy a car from them because of their great service.Chris Boyd

First off, I started looking/pricing cars off online with my budget. (Mind you, I am a very concise college student with a limited budget!) Gary Shaw (Internet Sales manager) answered a bunch of questions for me and he had Ricky Newman (Sales Manager) contact me within a couple of hours. Ricky was the MOST down to earth salesman who showed me FACTORY pricing on ALL the vehicles I was interested in without any hesitation. He also sent me each individual factory invoice w/ crucial information that helped me decide my perfect vehicle. Other dealerships were VERY hesitant to do this and give me a down to earth price quote. I also experienced first hand that another dealership started price quotes about $2500.00 above MSRP pricing! When I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Ricky didn't have the specific model I wanted on the lot, so he got the car on the lot the very next day. He ordered a 2013 white jetta TDI (cornsilk beige interior) w/ premium package in a manual TDI transmission without any questions asked. Talk about customer service! I had another dealership tell me I had to come in first to make the deal before they would even consider ordering me that specific car!My story didn't exactly end there. Due to my limited budget, I wasn't able to get within the reasonable range of pricing on that specific 2013 model. Ricky NEVER refused an offer, and was always kindly there to help me bring ideas to the table. I then decided to go with the 2012 jetta TDIs that were still new, but were on different lots. Ricky respected my decision, and never pushed me away. He still was very helpful and supportive the whole way through by calling and checking in on me. He never nagged, or threw out any unnecessary comments such as, "well being a college student, why don't you settle for a different vehicle? Such as the SE model or perhaps a used model?". Instead, he told me he would keep his eyes posted and helped me every step of the way. No hidden gimmicks or games played at this dealership!When I found the specific 2012 jetta TDI, I ALMOST ended up settling for it at another dealership in Littleton, CO at (McDonald VW). However, that dealership was full of lying scumbag car salesmen with false promises! All of them were VERY pushy and arrogant. This also was the dealership that lied to me and stated they couldn't send me a quote in "writing" and that they would make me a great deal AFTER I drive 200 miles to their dealership to meet in person. Why would I waste my time, energy, and gas to talk when the negotiating could be done via email/phone? When I made them a counter offer on the pricing, they laughed at my face and told me I would NEVER get a 2012 Jetta TDI w/ premium package for the price I was offering. My mind was made up. I was going to prove them wrong.I then called Ricky and asked him for some advice. I wanted to see if he would be able to get the specific model I wanted from another dealership at a better price. And of course he worked with me and never talked down to me! His offer alone saved me an extra $500.00 on my car, as well as driving time to get to the dealership! (I live in Loveland, and it only took me 20 minutes to get to Ehrlich VW.) Yet again, he went above and beyond and shipped the specific car I wanted to the dealership the next day and held it on the lot for me for over a week. This vehicle also came with window tint AND a clear bra at no extra charge!When I got in the next week, I was greeted by Gary Shaw. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a spin before making my final decision. When we walked into the building to sign papers he offered me a drink and was SO helpful at answering my questions! He was SUPER realistic and was NEVER pushy during our deal. He was willing to work with me till the very end. Michael Roberts also helped out by discussing options on the price of my trade in/pricing of the new car. He was very reasonable and was so helpful/in tune with my specific situation. I even asked for a giant bow on my car because I've always dreamed of having one on my new car and he personally tried his very best to help me find one that day! Michael Roberts also was very personable/easy to work with. No one at this dealership looked down on me because I was a college student with limited finances. Instead, they WORKED with me and made everything possible for me! I will be FOREVER grateful for that. I will also recommend friends and family members to this SPECIFIC dealership in the near future. My friends who were with me that day, also stated they would be back because this dealership was really down to earth on all their offers and were SO personable. Jason Meckelburg helped me finish up the paperwork and NEVER pushed me to buy extra uneccessary items. He explained the GAP insurance in detail to help me make SURE I was ready for any accidents/extra coverages to keep me safe. He watched out for MY better interest and not just the extra dollars for the dealership! I didn't have any issues during signing. Jason was never pushy or fast talking. He explained everything to me slowly and didn't push me out the door. Instead, he helped me understand the logistics of my contract to make sure everything was in order for me.While we were signing papers, Gary Shaw helped buff out a scratch on the car, as well as clean out my old one, and get the new one situated. He was so kind to help me set up my phone, as well as explain/work some of the newer features of the car before I drove off. He was kind enough to highlight the necessary items inside my drivers manual as well! In all honesty, I have never experienced such a great staff! The last dealership I purchased my previous car was a scam and I have never trusted any car dealership since. However, at Ehrlich VW of Greeley I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the deal on my NEW car, the condition of the new car, as well as the WONDERFUL staff there! They never treated me like just a 'college student' or just another everyday customer, and they never made me feel like I didn't have enough money for the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't play any games or go over things too quickly. Instead, they PATIENTLY answered ALL my questions. (I had A LOT of questions.) and they were a billion times better than ANY of the dealerships I went to over the past 2-3 weeks of car hunting. I don't think I will EVER go anywhere else in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! This dealership is super-fantabulous! Hopefully if VW is reading this, I feel as if the ENTIRE staff deserves huge bonus checks for going the distance in making my car hunt less stressful and to the point! I loved working with every single one of the staff members! THANK YOU EHRLICH VW OF GREELEY FOR EVERYTHING! I WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE FOR MY NEXT VEHICLE, AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS! Worked with Lori McKay, Sales Consultant. What a great experience. No pressure, asked alot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Inital visit was just looking, received a call back from Lori within a couple days. NO high pressure sales, just friendly and professional. When it came to making the deal it was easy and efficient. We visited Ehrlich for a test ride in a Nissan Altima. However, we had had a previous good experience with a 2002 Passat and decided to give it a test ride. We were also visiting other dealers in the area. Staas explained the features of the 2013 Passat and we went for a test ride. We were impressed with the car, but still wanted to review other vehicles as well as the Altima. At the end of the day, we returned to Staas to further discuss the Passat. Staas was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Passat as well as the features of the competition. Although Staas was busy, he stayed with us to answer all of our questions in detail and to assist us in selecting the features we wanted WITHOUT every pushing us toward any selection all day.I congratulate Staas on his excellent sales technique, knowledge and patience. I would most certainly recommend Ehrlich and especially Staas if you are interested in a VW or Nissan for your purchase.

Researched all of the local VW dealers and visited two in Denver before contacting Gary Shaw at Ehrlich VW. Gary had the car I wanted in stock at a price that I was comfortable. No hard sell, just a friendly transaction. Gary even provided free delivery from Greeley to Denver.Each time I have been back to the dealership, Gary always makes the effort to say "hi" and to see how everything is going with my VW.Service department is also top notch, friendly and professional.

I purchsed my 2009 Volkswagen EOS from Gary Shaw. What a great experience! Gary has a way of determining what you want in a car. I wanted fun and power, that's what I got and that was what his focus was! He has expert knowledge about all the vehicles made by VW and on the lot! Which is not easy and very impressive! Right down to the little details of the vehicle you are buying. Since I don't live in the state of Colorado, I have been able to reach out to Gary for advice on where/when to get my car serviced and he has been very helpful and available to me! I walked away feeling really good about my purchase.

Buying a car at Erlich Volkswagen was nothing but a great experience. I wanted to make a new purchase without having to be pushed into anything I didn't need or want. Gary was that person. He was incredibly helpful and was very interested in helping me find the car that I was looking for, hassle-free. He was informative and friendly, as were the service writers and financial advisors. I just recently had my first inspection on my car and Brian was my technician. He was informative and super friendly as well. I would like to share most positive experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, a process that nearly everyone dreads. I shopped for about a month for a specific VW Jetta model car, looking specifically at dealerships within the Denver area.Frustrated, I expanded this search online and found what I thought was a good prospect listed on the Ehrlich Nissan VW website. This car was two years newer than what I had been considering because of my budget, yet was listed at and below many of the models offered locally which sincerely were two years older and several thousand miles higher. My only concern was I live TWO from the Ehrlich dealership. I decided to send an inquiry on the vehicle just to see and within 30 minutes received both a call and email response for Mr. Brandon Paluszak. I explained my situation and lack of time to try and get to the dealership to look at and test drive this vehicle. Mr. Paluszak not only answered my questions but worked diligently to help me stay within my budget on price. To minimize my time in making a final decision, Mr. Paluszak arraigned to have the vehicle brought to my house for a test drive. My initial plan was to test drive the car and if it was what I wanted, I would drive it back up to the dealership and complete the paperwork. Brandon said with a fax of my license and insurance card, they could complete the paperwork for signatures and have that with the car if I decided to purchase. To do this, I simply put down a small refundable deposit for the car. As I was interested in purchasing an extended warranty I also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jason Mekelburg in finance department who provided me with the same level of service and consideration as did Mr. Paluszak. Needless to say the vehicle showed up at the exact time Brandon promised, with the paperwork and in perfect condition, just as he promised. I can honestly say that I have been blown away with this entire experience and recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car consider buying from the wonderful folks at Ehrlich Nissan VW. Your experience will be something you never expected! Distance from the dealership is a non-issue with these folks!

Best cary buying experience ever at Ehrlich VW thanks to a professional and knowledgeable sales rep, Gary Shaw. Gary knows the VW product inside and out and after test driving four cars, we finally found the right one for us. Gary was patient with us and wanted to make sure that we would be 100% happy with our purchase. The entire staff at Ehrlich was great to work with and resulted in a smooth, no pressure, stress free transaction on the purchase of our 2012 VW Passat TDI. Would highly recommend the Ehrlich dealerships and will definitely purchase from them again.

Gary Shaw was incredibly helpful when it came to buying a used car. I told him what I was looking to spend in terms of monthly payments and he was able to help calculate what I would have to put down, with and without my trade in. He gave me a great deal on my trade in, which, quite frankly was a hunk of junk and even followed up and told me what they were able to get from the auction! (I thought that was kind of awesome!) Gary spent long hours working with me, trying to get me into the right vehicle and even would tell me "you don't want that car, and here's why" and would explain safety ratings or concerns about the car. I never felt pressured by him, like you do at so many other car dealerships. I finally settled on a 2010 Mazda 3 and I have not regretted my decision at all!

Not too long ago I was in need of a new car. Then my radiator cracked and I was in desperate need of a car. So I went into Ehrlich Volkswagen and was helped by Gary Shaw. Now I don't make that much money so I had a low budget and Gary was very patient with me. We looked at a number of cars that just didn't add up for me. But one morning I was just sitting around and Gary called me and told me if I still wanted a new car I needed to get there now. Once I got there he showed me a 2003 Saturn Vue....this is my car! And it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. And I wouldn't have made it if it weren't for Gary caring enough to think of me when it came to his lot. Gary is a nice, fun, knowledgeable employee and when I need a new car I am definitely going back to Gary Shaw.

I went to Ehrlich Volkswagen about three months ago after speaking with Gary Shaw. It was my first used car purchase from a dealership. I was honestly nervous and little wary to be purchasing a car from a dealership. How ever once I arrived at Ehrlich that all disappeared. I was welcomed with open arms and treated with dignity and respect that I did not know was possible from a sales person. He took the time and effort to make sure that me and my family were taken care of. We got to test drive several cars. Then we got to use the one we liked most for a couple of days to see if it was just the right fit for us. I must say that overall excellent is just not good enough to explain the amount of joy the relief that Gary Shaw brought to the wife and I. SO THANK YOU !!!

A couple months ago my husband and I went into ehrlich Nissan VW to trade in our Jetta for an SUV to better suit our growing family. Gary Shaw was the sales representative that helped us do that. Since I wasn't sure exactly of what type of SUV I wanted, Gary was nice enough to show me multiple SUVs and was very knowledgeable about each SUV he showed us. We ended up falling in love with an 07' Nissan Murrano. The SUV looks brand new inside and out, also has a large backseat and trunk space! Gary was also nice enough to let us bring our baby's car seat, so we could test getting our daughter in and out of the car before we made the final decision. Before we purchased the vechicle i did some research online to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and noticed the suggested price on KBB was higher than what we ended up purchasing the vechile for. After we purchased the Murrano, which was also a certified car, I had a couple questions about the vehicle since it was the first Nissan we've owned, Gary was nice enough to answer all my questions and even had me bring in the car to show me face to face. The entire staff at ehrlich Nissan VW was also very nice and made me feel like they were there to help and not just make a sale. I will recommend this dealership and Gary to all my friends and family and will be purchasing all our vehicles from Gary from now on. Gary is highly recommended!

There were two reasons my wife and I needed a new car. First, we needed to build Pamela's credit( which is awful). Second, I needed a new car for work with great gas mileage. Gary Shaw went to work for us on both matters. He showed us a bunch of options and did not pressure us at all. We ended up with a Subaru legacy and could not be happier. Once we made our decision the fun started;). At first they could only get me approved alone on the loan. Gary went to bat for us and long story short, Pamela's name is on the loan with mine and she has something to help her credit rebuild. They worked so hard for us I will not go anywhere else next time I need a vehicle. I would recommend Gary to anyone, infact my best friend bought a car from him not too long ago. Great people, great experience! Thanks guys!

Moved here from Alaska and bought two very unrealiable cars from another dealer, then decided to try Ehrlich, overall great customer service. I Had an issue with a check engine light a few days after purchase and they fixed it right away and gave me a loaner. Even washed my SUV all pretty. Steve was very helpfull paient and friendly. Definately would recommend this dealer for great service and a "NON Salesmany" approch.Charity~

We tell all of our friends how easy this transaction this was, and how great Gary was to work with. Ehrlich had the TDI we wanted in stock, when most other dealers only had 1 TDI to choose from. Ehrlich offered a better price on the TDI, compared to all dealers in OKC, and Dallas. Ehrlich also offered us more on our trade in, than any other VW dealer in OKC and Dallas. With the free 500 mile delivery, it it made the experience even better. When I hear anybody talking about buying a VW, I tell them about our awesome experience with Gary at Ehrlich.

I have purchased over 10 vehicles from this dealership. I continue to come back because of the consistent, high quality of customer service that I receive in both sales and service. I have worked with Gary and Staas in sales and they are both great to work with. Because of the quantity of vehicles I have have purchased, it goes without saying that I return to Ehrlich dealerships because of the customer service. I also believe that their goal is to sell quality vehicles at fair prices. I have purchased two new Jettas from Ehrlich VW and both times the process was completely painless and hassle free. Gary Shaw's no-pressure sales technique and willingness to conduct business via email would be enough to earn Ehrlich a 5-star rating from me but I have also had nothing but positive experiences with the service department and finance department as well.

I had an amazing car buying experience at Ehrlich Motors. Gary is an honest sales PRO that obviously values integrity and customer satisfaction over a making a few extra bucks.After dealing with the professional staff at Ehrlich I now have a "gold reference" for what a great car buying experience should be. I had been looking for a specific used truck in California and was unable to find one. After an internet search, I found exactly what I was looking for, only problem was the fact that I was in california and vehicle I found was in Greely Colorado. I sent an email to inquire about the truck and promptly was replied to. After a few phone calls and some more emails, I was confident that my purcase was going to work out well. The Ehrlich team made my purchase flawless and their customer service was some of the best I have ever received. Considering this was the first time I purchased a vehicle site unseen I was even more impressed.
