Had an overall pleasant experience with this dealership. John and Garrie were both helpful and I was able to get the car I wanted. This is my second purchase from Green Lincoln of Greensboro absolutely no pressure, very intelligent sales people, and quite an enjoyable experience for buying my second MKX. The Lincoln specialist I worked with was Andrew. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time to sit in the passenger seat and show me all the bells and whistles that come with the car, and even synced my phone's Bluetooth to the Bluetooth in the car. Actually, I had to call a few days ago while I was in the car and the car answered and asked me if I wanted to answer the call which I did. Absolutely incredible voice quality and I was able to speak with the caller hands-free eyes on the road. That is so very cool. Thank you Andrew.

Completly unprofessional. After I had already had an appointment set for over a week to look at my car. They called me THE DAY BEFORE and told me they were "too busy" and couldn't honor my appointment. So whats the point of me making an appointment? We will never do business with you ever again.

I called Green Ford service department to make an appointment to have my 2013 Explorer's 30,000-mile service. I was scheduled two days later. When I arrived at the service department, I was greeted with a smile and told them I would wait for the service to be performed. I was on my way home in less than two hours! Since I have a service contract, I will return to Green Ford for future service/repairs as they ave always been courteous and professional.

When I called on Dec. 16th about my new fusion hybrid having a serious problem not allowing me to drive it and being told I could not get an appointment until Dec. 28th I was not pleased. Being told I could bring it in and see if a cancellation would allow time to work on my car was a slight improvement. Bringing my car in for repair on Friday the 18th and being called Monday morning the 21st that it was repaired and ready for pick up was miraculous and greatly appreciated.

As of today, I have purchased 3 vehicles in one year from Green Ford. 4 years in NC and I have delt with 3 purchases with 2 other Ford dealerships and have not been happy. I can honestly say that I feel like I have found a home with Green Ford. From Tony Blackmon, Alex Wagar, Ed F. (no longer there), the Internet Staff Katie and Mimi, and Darren Bowder in the Service Department. These are the people that have consistently been there for us and worked with us over the last few months with our most recent vehicle. Patience on both of our parts and the respect of the sales team holds a lot weight with myself and my husband. They have earned our business for a very long time!!

I purchased a 2016 MKX. The salesman was great. All involved in selling the car were great. The car is beautiful. They washed it before I took it home. I was a little upset when I opened the glove box the next day and all the papers I had put inside were wet. I contacted the service department, took it in and they looked it over. They couldn't give me a great explanation why, but I will bring it back again if I go through the car wash or leave it out in the rain and water again gets in the glove box.

I went to the Express Lane Wednesday before Thanksgiving expecting a long wait time. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice woman, she got my car back to get serviced immediately!! I waited a whole 30 minutes while my car was being serviced. The worker even brought my car to the door when it was ready!! Now.. that was GREAT SERVICE!! Thank you guys!!!

My issue was with tires, small issue in the scheme of things, but my low tire pressure kept coming on. I could have just refilled myself at a gas station but I have arthritis and the bending was too much for me, AND I was concerned there might be a problem with the tire itself. I am an older adult and didn't want that to happen on the road. Drove into Green Ford without an appointment and asked them to check it out, which they did, thoroughly, and no further action was needed and NO CHARGE. I always take my 2010 Fusion to Green and am treated with courtesy, professionalism, detailed explanations of service, and reasonable charges. They keep me "on the road" with confidence.

2015 Ford Focus ST was the vehicle I purchased at Green Ford Lincoln. First step into the dealership I was addressed right away but a sales member. I requested Karry Kulp to be my salesman as he was recommended to me by a good friend. Karry opened his sale with me and treated me as if I was a friend and not a customer. Truthfully told me what to expect out of this car and that car along with what kinds in each trim level. Karry went beyond and got me the car I wanted with the help of Gabriel Ramos. Both employee of Green Ford Lincoln assisted my 8 month search and got me the car I wanted within 2 days of working with them. Anthony Reese helped me with my financing and broke down and explained to me every warranty that was offered for my new vehicle> I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Quick Lane did maintenance ck and notified me that break linings will need changing soon. Always appreciate the heads up for safety and financial reasons. My Ford Fiesta suddenly began acting as if it had battery/transmission issues to the point that my usual mechanic could not remedy the situation and told me I'd need to have it towed to a dealership. I chose Green Ford because it was closest to my mechanic. And the first thing that impressed me was that Leigh Anne in the Service Department was not only patient and friendly. She also told me that Kirk's towing would tow it there for me and it could be added to my bill with Green. EXCELLENT IDEA & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then-within a very short time-my Service Advisor Darin called and told me what was happening with my vehicle. Darin was equally patient and friendly, and made me feel confident that my car was in the hands of good, CARING people! My car wasn't towed to the dealership until after lunch. And within a couple of hours, Darin called to say that they believed it was ONLY a dead cell in the battery making all of the car codes "run amok"-but they were going to run more tests and check everything out for me. I truly didn't expect to have my car back that same day, but about 4:30 Darin called and let me know my car was ready, and that indeed-it had only been the battery that needed replacing! PLUS he told me that due to some engine issues that happen with that particular model (which the Ford company has sent me letters about), he was going to order me a clutch that would take 2 to 3 months to come in and get an appointment to replace. BUT that the parts and labor would be totally covered under my warranty, which Ford has extended from 60,000 to 100,000 or 7 years! All of this would have been more than enough to make me happy. But when I got into my car, whatever steps were taken while all of the codes were reset resulted in my car almost driving like a NEW one! (Except for the slight shudder-which is what the new clutch will remedy. And per Darin, the car's fine to drive until then.) This was my first time having to have my 2012 Fiesta (bought elsewhere used) to Green Ford. But based upon this first experience, I will not hesitate to return, or encourage others to take their Fords there. An A+++ experience, all around. I'm happy with the repairs that were performed. Its great to have heat again. I'm not happy with the final total price. I had my 02 Mercury Sable in last year for no heat. They found the coolant holding tank cap was cracked. Then was told my car was older, and was heating to 112 degrees. Come to find out this year. Heater core was stopped up. I had asked for last year's $99 diagnostics as a credit. When Darren called and car was complete. Total was $1011 and change. When I arrive, total cost was $964. I thought great they did give the credit from last year. NOT! APON reading invoice, they used my Ford rewards money. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

Purchased my new Escape 2015 in May -- had a great experience and love my new Escape. This is the first time in years that I have gone to dealership for service. I love the on-line experience to schedule appts. The service was top notch from the moment I dropped off car. And the dealership had a quiet area where I could settle in and work while my Escape was serviced. They were fast/efficient and treated me VIC. Salesman was certainly good and helpful. I ordered my car and then changed my mind and wanted a different model instead. This car was to be a surprise to my wife for her birthday. The car was promised to me by a certain date. Somehow that fact was misunderstood by store manager, and he did not deem to recall that I needed the car by the date mentioned. An honest mistake, I guess, which he owned up to. Nonetheless, disappointing. Model originally ordered was Mustang Ecoboost coupe. I switched it to a convertible.

I got my oil changed and ac service at quick lane. The personnel there are always so nice and helpful. My only suggestion is, their needs to be a changing table in all the men's restrooms. I have my grandaugter when I'm there. I had to go in the women's restroom to change her.

I recently purchased my first car, a 2010 Camry at Green Ford. The staff was great. I did have to wait more than an hour to have my car brought up front after detailing, when they had said it was already done being detailed. Other than that my experience was a very positive one. I would definitely recommend Green Ford to friends and family.

Very comfortable areas to rest while waiting on service. The customers lounge is an exceptional luxury I enjoy. Staff always knows my name (impressive).I get an honest report of the condition of my vehicle and don't get pushed to do unnecessary maintenance.I wish the "Car Wash" was done on-site. I appreciate the complementary car wash, but often don't take advantage b/c the site is across town.

I went to Quick Lane because I thought I may have tire or rim damage after hitting a large piece of wood on the highway. I didn't have an appointment but my car was taken and inspected rather quickly. I really appreciated the quick and professional response I received.

Ashley is always right there to provide superior service. Anytime I have an issue, I can call and she can get me in and out in an efficient manner. My issues on the 2012 Ford Focus have always been handled with care and concern. I have never had anyone take the time to get to know me and the specific needs of my vehicle like Ashley does. I went to County Ford when I was looking for a car. Their slogan is "County Ford Gets The Job Done", but they did not for me. I then went to Stearns Ford, but they did not try to get me in a vehicle. I was not going to give either place my business. I'm glad I went to Green Ford. They were helpful and nice to deal with.

I had a good experience and the only issue that I have is that it is still to expensive at a dealership for my car to get repaired even being a car that is over 10 years old. I do not think that I should have to get a newer car but that parts and labor should be cheaper just like any other vehicle as old as my vehicle. I found a place that is and does just as good or better job than the dealership, so I am more inclined to go there for most or almost all of my repair needs. Just because it is a BMW does not mean that it should be more expensive to fix seeing as how in Europe the car doesn't cost as much and I know from being in the military for 10 years. Just my opinion.

Never let Ashley go she is the BEST!!! It would be wonderful to pick up a clean car I dropped off one. But when I got mine back it had finger prints everywhere inside and out. Which I understand I brought it there to be worked on but like I said I brought it there clean and I didn't think I would have to clean my car again once I got it home! I went to Green Ford dealership for service for my Expedition and was told that they were booked up with 4 cars ahead of me and I would have to go to Green Fords Quicklane further down Wendover Ave. I had rather have it done at the dealership this time as my warranty was running out within the next 400 miles.The service at Quicklane was fast and courteous but I don't know if they checked over the car like I wanted. If it can't be done at the dealership since it is out of warranty I might as well have the oil changes and other services done on this side of town.

I called about 9am and asked if I could get an Oil Change today, was told to come in at 1pm also a tire rotation and a NC vehicle inspection. Cost was substantially less than last year at Jiffy Lube for the same service and I got a free car wash too ! In and out in about 1 hour. Great !!

This time was great compared to the last time I was in. Last time something went wrong with the change, as soon as I left the oil light came on. I called and had to turn around and go back only to be told it was not Quicklanes fault. I had to argue with the manager to get anything done. After Quicklane changed the oil a second time, the light went out and has stayed out. So to say I was leary about using Quicklane again would be an understatement. I like that it is right next door to my place of work and I hope to continue to get the service I received.

I came in for a routine oil change and inspection and the service was great as always. The only issue I had was the hood was not shut all the way when I left and it didn't come to my attention until I was driving down the interstate. Other than that, I have no issues with the service.

I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT from Greene a little over a week ago. I can honestly say that I've never had a a more pain free buying experience when buying a new car. Our salesman was Ryan Morrison and he was exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgable. Our whole experience was a lot less adversarial than most car deals with a lot less time spent reaching an agreement, it didn't seem to take all day like many dealerships where I always looked at as the dealership trying to wear you down. They bent over backwards to suit us and get us a deal that was agreeable to both them and us. They were genuinely trying to enable us to get the best deal so that we could afford it, not looking to ream you to get the most they could for themselves. Several times I've had to call them in the last week to get help with tech features and to an individual they were helpful and polite, never impatient. Dustin Bell was particularly helpful and knowledgable as far as the tech features of the car that I needed help with. I can wholeheartedly recommend Greene to deal with, I really believe that you will not be disappointed!

My service representative was superior. He called me and kept me informed the whole time of what the issues were with my car - and there were issue. The reason why I rated my experience lower were to to the things outside of his control. For example, the experience of renting the car at Enterprise was disappointing at best. They were not ready for me. They had excuse after excuse for their lack of professionalism. After the careful job Ford did the poor job Enterprise did was such a stark contrast it really made the experience difficult. But again, my Ford representative was on top of it the whole way. He should train Enterprise. Or better yet, you should change rental car providers.

We have a MKX and was having trouble with the back wind shield wiper skipping. We brought it in and they had to order a part for it but gave us a MKC to drive for a day while they got the parts needed and got the wiper fixed. We couldn't have ask for better service. 2013 MKZ Hybrid:Really have enjoy this vehicle. Not had any issues with it. Other that the Oil change and tire rotations most of the service calls has to do with Factory Recalls Notice. Time spend with conversions with salesman while we wait for service to be complete. Sometimes knowing that the MKZ is in for service look forward to these conversions on the latest news about this and next years model.

I brought my 2015 Ford Fusion SE to the shop because my tire pressure kept getting low and I had only had my car for a little more than a month. Although they couldn't get to me for a while, the person who sold me my car took the time to talk with me while I waited and made the wait time so much easier. He has been the best sales associate that I have ever dealt with. Although I had to pay because there was a foreign object in my tire, the customer service that I received from the sales associate made it worth it. The service department did their job, but the excellent customer service came from the sales associate.

The vehicle service was good as always. However, I presented a partial rebate coupon for the service and I was told to submit it by the service writer. No one knew where I was supposed to send it and there were no instructions on the coupon itself. After several phone calls and e-mail the service writer was able to submit the rebate for me. I am still waiting for the rebate but well within the allowed time frame for receipt. Overall, Green Ford Lincoln still continues to be the best place to go for my vehicle service needs.

Backup camera on 2010MKZ failed and an order was placed for replacement. Long wait on repair as our number was lost. Earlier screen modular(??) had to be replaced. Display screen has not been as bright since repair and is difficult to see in daylight. I feel something is still wrong and needs to be addressed. Purchased a 2015 F-150, platinum, 4wd. Truck was not available at dealership and was special order from Ford. delivery was 9 weeks, slightly.longer than the estimated 6-8 weeks. Everyone at Green Ford was professional and most cooperative. The salesman, Jeff Harris was outstanding, and did a commendable job in explaining all the bells and whistles on the truck (and believe me this is no easy task on the platinum series truck). We were from out of town (165 miles travel) and will never regret the travel. A most outstanding dealership, it may be years before my next vehicle purchase, but Green Ford has a loyal customer. I had my car towed to Green Ford. A sensor (or something) went bad and I had to pay to get it repaired. They did give me a senor's citizens discount. (I was happy about that.) But I have had several problems with this car. I am thinking about trading it for another type of car - like a Hyundai. They have offered me a good deal on one. The staff was very nice and polite. The cashier was also very nice. Customer Service was very good.

We recently had a finder bender to the rear of our Ford Escape leased from Green Ford. We have only had the Escape for eight months. So, you can imagine how upset we were. Getting advice, help, a repair estimate, use of a loaner vehicle, and finally completion of repairs by Green Ford's Body Shop was excellent. The body shop's staff (Marvin Oliver, Tammy, and Ashleigh) were so calm, respectful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I took my car for an oil change over the weekend on Saturday and when the technician was doing the multi point inspection he came across a bent tie rod on the driver side of my vehicle. The service advisor Darren notified me after my oil change was performed on my car. I was very happy because it shows me that the technicians are paying attention when the car is in their hands being serviced. I immediately scheduled an appointment with Green Ford for Monday and they repaired my car and had it ready by early afternoon. I was very satisfied with all the work they did and how quickly it was done and It also gives me the feeling that I can trust these technicians at Green Ford whenever I take my car to them for service!

Your staff need to be aware when clients are present. There were a couple times while waiting for my car to get serviced that your employees made remarks that should not have been voiced in front of customers. The male employee was be very rude and disrespectful to the gal at the desk.not answering her questions . Telling her she needs to do her job and pretty much his as well. I was offended on the interaction I witnessed.

I recently brought my Ford Explorer in for service at the Quick Lane on Weendover Ave. And the place was very busy. Kayla Tover was the cashier who took me in and administated my serivce. Her professional approach made such an impression that I took the time to write this review. I always say give praise to those who are difference makers and Kayla is a differnce maker. She informed me the whole way through my service experience and made sure I was taken care of even on a very hectic day. Several nights ago our 2007 Edge started to vibrate and lose power on a return trip about 20 miles south of Greensboro on I-85. I was able to nurse it to Greensboro (home) and left it overnight at Green Ford. The next morning I was informed it had been checked out and the problem was in the on-board computer. The best news was that the repair was not going to be a costly major fix and the problem was under warranty. An additional improvement service was wisely advised for better performance which I approved. That afternoon I was called and informed it was ready. I picked up the Edge and I am very pleased its performance is much better. The Green service department is dependable and very easy to deal with.

Okay, a little disenfranchised because I wasn't given the internet price which other dealerships I went to would tell me if there was an Internet price and I wasn't told about how much the warranty cost till I was signing the paperwork or what my interest rate was when I asked till I went into the back. Everybody has to make money and I understand that but those thing should be done upfront not on the back end after all other paperwork signing your other car away has been done

After I purchased my 2015 Mustang, there arose a noise that I could not figure out. Long story short, the crew at Green Ford was extremely conscientious about repairing my car, giving it the care and attention that went way beyond what I expected. That the parts were not readily available, due to the newness of the vehicle, did not keep them from working their collective tails off to ensure my car got the best care. They kept me well informed of their progress and the ultimate goal of handing it back to me in tip top condition was well met. Kudos to Green Ford Service Department.

Excellent Experience! Our saleswoman Dawn Beaumont was very thorough & friendly. I liked that she got her GM Bob Blakely involved with us early during our visit it was like having the VIP treatment which is what I guess you should expect when you are buying a Lincoln. I have been buying Lincoln's for 20 years and this was the most enjoyable experience I can remember. We finished the purchase with Rich Corcoran in the finance office and we laughed all the way through the paperwork. He's a funny yet very professional guy. I love my new MKS and I spend a lot of time in my car for work so it is very important. I highly recommend Green Lincoln &... the massaging system in the MKS's front seats which is great for long trips.

I purchased a used vehicle over the internet sight unseen which is always a chance adventure. During the course of several weeks I dealt with Alex at your dealership and found him to be extremely patient, helpful and knowledgable. Between Alex and myself we arranged to have some minor bodywork and paint completed to vehicle and the interior re-upholstered to my satisfaction. Alex was there every step of the way checking the progress and keeping me advised through phone and email. When I finally picked up the car, Alex met me at the airport, drove me to the dealership and walked me through the paperwork. I cannot tell you how impressed I was at how everything was handled from start to finish. I drove the vehicle from Greensboro to Florida and it operated perfectly. Have been looking at transit vans for a couple of years, but there were not many wagons available. We saw several on the lot and liked them. Mainly for 2 reasons. I am a large person,6ft6in and 300 lbs. Most of he newer small vans have become to small. Also I use a wheel chair which requires 40in cargo height and 40 in depth.We stop to look at the cars and were approached by a sales rep who showed them to us. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. we returned later after talking about it and checking the internet sites. when we returned the staff at Green Ford was extremely nice and knowledgeable and we bought the short wheel base wagon.

Lost my brake lights, scheduled repairs as requested, Car then refused to start.AAA got me running. Arrived 15 minutes late, but greeted warmly. Within 50minutes problem diagnosed & repaired, plus new battery installed, and fullinspection completed giving condition of tires, brakes, & numerous otheritems that should be watched. My daughter and myself had been considering trading our cars in on new ones for several weeks. I had researched the internet on what Ford had to offer and the Focus seemed to be the best fit for me. My 18 year old daughter was still undecided, but made an appointment on a Thursday at 4:00 to go look and asked if I would go with her. I got there 45 minutes early and was just looking when I was approached by their salesman Ike Williams. I told Ike that I was just looking and was not buying a car today. The only reason I was there was to meet my daughter. He told me that it was perfectly fine and if I had any questions just ask. So I did. He actually stayed with me until my daughter got there with absolutely no sales pressure what so ever. When my daughter got there she wanted to look at cars and trucks. I knew the trucks were way too expensive for her and I'm sure Ike did as well from what I had told him earlier before she got there. But he in no way tried to sway her from the trucks that she was interested in. He was extremely patient and made her feel that she was his only concern. So after a few test drives and countless questions from her and myself, we went inside to see what she could actually afford. Long story shorten, she realized the truck option was out. Her next choice was the Focus. Which turns out that the Focus was the choice for myself as well. Long story shorten again, by 10:15 that night (They close at 8:00 and Ike still by our side), I traded and drove home in a new Focus. The next day my daughter qualified for a first time buyer program and drove home in a new Focus as well. I'm sure I can speak for my daughter, but we are completely satisfied with the employees that we dealt with at Green Ford, especially Ike Williams.

Jermaine White was EXCELLENT! He made sure it was all about me. He listened to every idea I had about my dream carand ddid everything he could. There was an issue with the engine of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and the sales manager Chuck did not handle the situation to the best of his ability. He didn't come in and check on anything. He dealt with about three other customers. He looked at me a few times and walked by. I will still tell people to come see Jermaine if they want to buy a car, but DO NOT LET CHUCK TAKE OVER!!

This time I just stopped in at the last minute.W e were leaving town to pick up my daughter and her horse from school when my son discovered a nail in one of our tires. You always try to avoid being broken down on the freeway while hauling horses. The Service Department had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Tom was great.

the original salesman left before the car came in, the sales manager that day didn't understand we were purchasing on the Z-plan and explained a 50k maint. plan that isn't available with Z-plan.But things turned around when Joey Towesly took over the sale.....I purchase a new car about every 2-3 years and normally a used one in between the new purchases, this year we purchased a 2010 Charger and the 2015 Mustang.....so when I tell you Joey is the best Salesman I have purchased from in the past 20 years...I hope you understand the automotive purchases my wife and I have made over the years, we know salesmen....Joey does a great job....Richard Keen PS: we love the new 2015 Mustang the 5.0 has a great sound

My wife and I found the service we received while considering a purchase of a 2015 Mustang 2.3 L to be excellent. When we entered the showroom, one of the sales people approached us, and when we asked to be left alone to just look, he immediately complied. He did not hover around us looking sad-eyed and eager to help, rather, he simply waited patiently within eyesight until we asked his assistance. We really do not like hovering sales people and Walter Pearson turned out to be a very good sales person. We are totally appreciative of his help with our decision to purchase the car, with which we are very, very happy. If Walter is an example of the rest of your sales staff, folks will be in very good hands shopping at Green Ford/Lincoln.

My experience with Green Ford was absolutely wonderful. Kerry Kulp was my sales consultant and he did a marvelous job with getting the car (Focus) that I wanted. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and went the extra mile to get them all answered accurately. I am a 1st time car buyer and one of my co workers recommended me. The salesperson came to me right away as he saw me looking at a Ford Focus. He reassured me that I was making the right choice of getting that car. The wait was so long for me to be approved for a bank loan. The financial person told me the process was so long because they was trying to get me approved for a 1.9 interest rate for 5 years. What was very puzzling to me is that i had to test drive the car 1st before they discuss prices. When I heard what Green Ford is offering on a brand new 2014 car, I was so excited. The lifetime warranty, bumper to bumper warranty, not worrying about oil changes because they would take care it. Its like I don't need any rinky dinky mechanic anymore. My monthly payments covers that. So I am very pleased at the end.

Our experience at Green Lincoln was excellent from our friendly, helpful and really nice Sales Consultant, Kenny Guy to the the Service Department where we have had all of our oil changes done. Monney and Tim have always been super nice to us in the Service Department and now we have met some of the people in the Sales Department when we purchased our new MKX this past weekend. What a great vehicle!! That's why we are buying another one. One software and regular oil changes are the only trips to the Service Department in almost 54,000 miles! I'd say that's a terrific vehicle.

Week before I had gone to Terry Labonte left disappoint and defended but working temporary in Greenesboro decided to stop at your dealership! I seen an car that caught my eye off top but didn't pan out when I sat down with your finance department and left headed home towards Winston - Salem! I had stopped and gotten something for dinner for my family and had a miss call and to my surprise it was Chunk from the finance department asking me to come by the next day to see what they can do for me to put in a car to help rebuild my credit! I was thinking ok well I won't have the car that caught my eye but they were willing to help me get something and set me up to rebuild. I was told they were working hard for my behalf with a bank and at that time we were going for a ford focus! The next thing a knew Chunk brought around the car that caught my eye MY FORD FUSION 2013 loaded! I was praiseing The Lord and Chunk was praiseing with me and my sales person Anthony Sides! The best customer service that I have received since I work at Harris Teeter where I offer it but to receive it that felt GREAT!!!! The vehicle is a 2000 Eddie Bauer Explorer. The headlamp knob fell off in my hand and the switch itself was "wobbly" in its attachment to the dash board. Turns out that Ford no longer manufactures the device but the Service Advisor, Ben, offered an alternative way to reattach the switch. The process took approximately 1.5 hrs. The knob had to be ordered which took 1 day to be delivered to Green Ford. The service writer attached the knob to the switch and I' good to go.

The trade in for my old truck exceeded my expectations, and my sales person,Walt, was very helpful. Great experience. Never been much of a Ford fan, but the new F-150 Ecoboost has me hooked. The full size crew cab handles like a car and the interior noise is virtually quiet as a church mouse. Dealing with the sales rep. was equally a great experience. They insisted I take the truck home and keep it overnight, [smart move on their part]. It basically sold itself. One thing very exciting about that 3.5L Ecoboost is, it sports horsepower like you won't believe while maintaining it's mpg rating on the highway which I'm averaging approx. 20.4 mpg at slightly over 10K's current mileage. Like I said, I've always been a Chevy man, my old Z-71 Silverado had 204K's and had been an old compainion for a long time. Hard to let go, but my new F-150 XLT has helped me make the transition!! Kudos to Ford and GreenFord in Greensboro, NC.

When the service manager heard me say I was told on the phone that the part would be replaced in 30 minutes and the man to whom I was talking told me it would be longer the service manager stepped in and said it would be more like 45 minutes. I agreed and in about 20 minutes my keys were presented to me and I was on my way. I also can't get over how clean the area is where we bring our cars for service and everyone was very helpful and nice as could be.

My 2012 F-250 Powerstroke disabled itself and was towed to your business Saturday. I am absolutely furious with Ford about the incident because a simple EGT sensor went out and my truck disabled itself immediately with very little warning. Ashley was very courteous and prompt in resolving my issue and had my truck ready to go by 10:30 Monday morning. While extremely frustrated and disappointed with Ford, I am very pleased with the service I recieved from your dealership.

Green Ford has always treated me like family. I have purchased several vehicles at Green Ford and have had my vehicles serviced there. I have also had a few vehicles in the Body Shop as well and was very pleased with the work done on my vehicles. The total experience with Green Ford was everything I had hoped it would be. Ed Finnie was my sales associate throughout the trade-in. Mr. Finnie was very knowledgeable and informative about the Ford vehicles Green Ford had to offer me and courteous as well. Mr. Finnie, along with other staff, worked with me about 6 hours to deliver exactly the vehicle that was right for me. Very satisfied and pleased with my purchase!

We are Ford fans -- based on your excellent, stylish, high-mpg products and the fact the you didn't take government bailout money -- but every time I have come to Green Ford in years past to try to buy a car they haven't been willing to offer me what I could get at Capitol Ford in Raleigh. Kerry was your first salesman who worked with in a way that allowed us to make a deal with you. I am impressed with him and your new philosophy for dealing with customers. Greeted as we walked in the door. She looked up our name Found that we had a free oil change The car went back right away. Oil changed And the service checks were done. And we were on our way. About 20 minutes Great service and fast. The tech even opened the car doors for us.

I made an appt. at 11:00 and I got there on time and they took me immediately. I had a few questions and they answered them for me. Everyone was so nice. Dawn Beaumont sold me my 2014 Lincoln MKS and she has been there when I needed her. She is an asset to Green Lincoln.

I have purchased several vehicles from Green Ford and have always had the best customer service. The sales associates and sales managers have all been very nice and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and getting me the best deal to meet my budget range. The service department has also did a very good job servicing my vehicles. The service advisors has always been very kind and helpful and I have always been very happy with the service that was done on my vehicles. I have also had a few vehicles in the Body Shop there as well and Marvin Oliver has always done a great job making sure my vehicles was repaired. I would recommened anyone I know to come to Green Ford for sales, service or the body shop.
