Well I guess its time to write a review of Greenway Fiat.I went in to look into purchasing a 2015 Fiat 500L due to the huge rebate on the car. Well I knew exactly what one I want and it was the only all black Trekking in manual they had on the lot. So they take my info and go to do an appraisal on my car that I was trading in. When the figures comes back they have on the paper the car is in Fair condition and offer me $6000 when trade in was $8500 on KBB and Black book. So I explained no this was unfair the car looked mint and had brand new tires on it and I wouldnt take less than $7500 for the trade in. They came back agreeing to this without a heartbeat. So right there shows the general manager was already trying to rip me off. The assistant manager Ricardo was talking to my mother while I was talking to the sales man Chris and talked her into bring her Jeep in to be evaluated to see if they could get her in a 500L also.Monday we went in with the jeep to see what the trade in would be and while they did that they told my mom to look for a 500L she wanted. My mother is disabled so we looked on the website. Well each one she picked they either didnt have or couldnt find on the lot but yet had keys for it. So she settled on a Blue Trekking. Again they come back with a trade in of $11000 on a car that has a KBB and black book trade in of $15000. So again we say no we want more and want the payments brought down and again they come right back with an ok to the price. So again showing that the General Manager was trying to rip us off on the trade in.With both Deals we worked in tint on both 500Ls and the general manager offered to give us a gift card to go out to dinner because Monday we were in the studio for 7 hours. Now for the issues with the Cars themselves.Black 2015 Fiat 500L 45 miles on the odo: Never was detailed, Missing parts from the seats and the headrest, making a weird engine noise at 600miles, rear window washer didnt work.Blue 2015 Fiat 500L 12 miles on the odo: Dead battery couldnt even leave with the car the first day because it was dead. Tint work: Well if you will even call it that. They wont release the name of the person who tinted the windows but will throw it in your face that he has been doing it for 30 years. Well the tint is horrible on both cars. The tint is not cut to the correct size of the windows, there is scratches all over the tint, then there is marker/paint pen used to fill in big gaps of the tint where he failed to cut it to the correct size. Treatment after purchasing 2 500Ls for almost $50k:When the battery was replaced in the Blue 500L they called my mother to inform her that they had to eat the cost of the new battery basically treating her like it was her fault the battery was dead. When they delivered the car it was full of tint scraps and her license plate was missing and no one had any clue what happened to it. Finally they found it and delivered it the next morning making my mother miss her Drs Appointment.The Black 500L was taken into service to have the rear squirter looked at and I was informed that there was a leak and thats why it wasnt working, but was told the person who works on this only works on Wednesday. So I drove the car and come the next Tuesday when I can drop it off I discover there is a knocking noise from the engine bay. So when I drop it off I tell them about all of these issues and service looks at them but when I get a call back they cant even describe what the main issue was in the first place. I was also told the turbo was bad it would need to be replaced, then I get a call saying no its not bad all they had to do was clear the engine codes and if they replaced the turbo it might not be as good as the one on the car. I also complained about the tint and they had the tint guy look at the car and he sees nothing wrong with it. So now after all this the general manager and assistant manager will not take our calls. When we show up at the dealer they quick go in their offices so we cant talk to them. The service dept. is worthless when it comes to actually fixing the car or even relaying the messages correctly. The general manager is a liar as there was never a gift card. The tint guy should never tint another car in his life. From my point of view the Fiat crew shouldnt be selling Fiats. They all worked at KIA and to me you dont treat a Fiat buyer the same as you would a KIA buyer. They were rude and unprofessional. I would never and I mean never recommend anyone buy a Fiat from Greenway Fiat.

My first issue was at 33,000 miles, NO start, towed vehicle there, they could not duplicate, 3000 miles later same issue. They cleaned "corrosion" on negative ground wire, and replaced battery. 43,000 mile same issue. This time they installed and extra ground wire, per service letter, to starter. 48,000, same issue, they said they added a new ground to starter. (not true, was added on previous visit) "cleaned corrosion" 52,000 miles same issue, cleaned corrosion, replaced additional ground. (no charge, argued with them on phone for 20 minutes) 58,000 miles same issue, this time I removed ground from engine, and positive side of starter, poor design, small terminal with little surface area. cleaned corrosion on positive terminal. 64000 miles same issue, they battery was bad, had to fight with them cause battery was only 18 months old, (replace during warranty) they said not covered cause I did not pay for it,, 20 minutes arguing, they replaced battery. NOW 69,000 miles same issue. they wanted to change starter due "starter shorting" but I would have to pay, weird...under warranty they fixed $10 parts three times. out of warranty they want $380 for new starter. I Said no. I'll do it myself. During removal, I found that the "extra" ground bolt was stripped and would not stay in place, also found extra hardware in lower engine cover, and Fuse block cover missing,"found on the mechanics toolbox at dealer". Service manager Tom could careless about my problem. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is due to service writer was helpful but said his hands were tied.

Bought a new car and I have called three times (even called Shawn sales manager for fiat) to get inquire on when license plates would be sent to us it's been 5 weeks no reply. I regret having bought a car there.

This dealership sold me a pre-owned vehicle with 1200 miles on it telling me that it was brand new with only 10 miles on it. The car had broken moldings scoth tapped back onto the vehicle, stained interior and many other issues that took over a year and 13 visits to the service department to correct. I had to hire an attorney and complain to the Department of Agriculture to get dealership to fix issues with vehicle. The sales manager called me a liar when I complained to Fiat. This is only the Cliff Notes version. If you wish to do business with these guys, that's your choice.

Aston Davis worked hard to find my dream car! He was patient and never pushy, responsive and always respectful, and very understanding and accommodating. It felt like we'd come to the dealer as a team and as a result, my experience was a dream! Thanks also to Alex, the Finance manager. He and Aston worked together to make sure all the paperwork was in order to properly finance my beautiful new Fiat 500X through my credit union. While going to Greenway was the furthest Fiat dealer from my home, it was worth the drive! Love my car and my experience wth Aston and Alex!

Got a new fiat and absolutely LOVE it. However, Jeff the finance manager really cost me an additional $2k which is stated its a "bank charge".After speaking with my finance company found out this is not true. He didn't want to actually honor his online price of $16k so he made up for it by adding the money in another section. From other reviews as well this is not something that is "unusual" for them. This place is a rip off and just likes to screw with peoples money. They don't care about their customers just about making another dollar. Take your money somewhere else!

Terrible! Terrible! terrible! Worst customer service and very pushy. Derek was on his phone the whole time and then gave us false information as to our credit. I would avoid this place at all cost. Loved the car, disliked the people helping us. They didn't listen to what we wanted and gave us false information and tried to give us a false price just to try and make us happy and then the paperwork came and that's when their lies came about and we left immediately.

Stay away from this dealer, they have really bad customer service and do not honow USAA military car buying program. WOrst experience buying a car. Their manager is sleezy salesman . He was very rude and disrespectful to me. Would never recommend anyone buy a car from them.

I took my car in for a bad wheel bearing. They also found that I had a bad thrust engine mount. Stephen Paul, the service rep took care of dealing with the warranty information. I waited for my vehicle in a very comfortable room. There was free snacks and beverages and three different TV viewing areas. I basically walked in, waited and left. No hassles.

Purchased a 500 from Alp Kose at Greenway Fiat on June 23, 2012. Alp was extremely quick on his end to get me the answers I was looking for, the requests I made, and was attentive from purchase to delivery. Being an out of state buyer I was expecting the purchase to be difficult, but Alp made everything quick and easy. The car was delivered a week later, as promised and as advertised. I live an hour away from the dealer. Tammy was very accomodating and took care of everything with me over the phone so that I did not waste hours of what was another beautiful Florida day. Stay away people. I bought this car and love this car but this dealership has salespeople who lie and trick you. I was told my car came with 5 yr maintenance agreement but when I went in last week to have my first service done I was told there was no maintenance agreement. When I went to sale floor to ask what was going on I was told there was no record of a service contract. When I pushed further I was told the saleperson who sold me the car was no longer there and that he had a habit of telling people things that were not necessarily true. So why is that my problem? They should stick with the deal I was told I had. But no I was told I could buy a package. What!!!! I already have one idiots. Stand by your committments. This dealer does not do that. Stay away Stay far away. Don't have the same experience I had. I will be blogging and telling all. Greenway Fiat is not the place to buy a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Partner & I decided to go have a look at some Fiats just for the sake of them. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tracy and she explained alot of the basics of the Fiat drove us around the lot to look at more colors & style. Decided to give it a try and get 2 Fiats. As impossible as it sounded Tracy still went with it. The following day i got a few calls from Tracy who I then started dealing with & she was so adamant about making it work that in less then an hour she had a approval for 2 Fiats. By the time we got back to the Dealership Tammy had gone for the day and we met Mitin(sorry I don't know how to spell his name) Not only easy on the eye lol but he was also great with getting it all ready for us. I couldn't believe that by the time we got back from lunch the showroom model my partner picked was all ready to go ! He made sue we were both happy with the 2 we picked allowed me to be indecisive and change my mind several times without a twitch in his eye. Its been well over a week & I still stop by to say hi to them all !!!!!!!!Love ya Greenway Fiat !!!!!!

Tammy was the best! Customer service was awesome! No stress, no worries. Tammy listened and gave me just what i wanted!! I love my POP and I am EXTREMELY happy with my car!! I have recommended it to so many people. Complete strangers stop me in parking lots, at malls, even at red lights!! I've even gotten questioned by a deputy who loved the look of it!! LOL!! I feel good about knowing that if I do have any problems, it would be taken care of. That's the security Tammy gave me. I may have taken a car out the door, but I know if I need them, the Greenway crew is there to help. Thank you so much Tammy for my wonderful experience!! I live in Jacksonville where there are no dealers as of yet. I was able to view their extensive inventory online, made an offer on the color and package I wanted, and negotiated a deal for a 2012 Fiat Pop over the phone. I faxed my information and when I got to the dealership the next day everything was drawn up and I was out the door in no time. Of course, it goes without saying that I love my car. Great design with a multitude of color combinations and my average MPG is about 38 combined so far (although on many stretches it hits 50 - 60).

My husband & I had seen a Fiat in a parking lot in Daytona Beach Shores and liked it. on our way home we decided to stop at a Fiat Dealer to learn more about them. Tammy greeted us at the door as the dealership was just opening for the day. Tammy was very professional and knowledgeable about Fiats. She explained all models and features of each one. After deciding on the model we were most interested in, we were able to test drive two of them. We chose the Sport manual model and Tammy proceeded assisting us with our purchase. She was very helpful in getting us the best deal for a trade in on our previous vehicle. Maribell assisted us with completing our paperwork. They both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We stopped in just to look at the new Fiat. Everyone was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles.We test drove one and loved the vehicle and the whole experience, so we bought one! There was no pressure, the car sells itself. Which makes the sales staff more like friends. Traci was hysterical to work with, a great sense of humor which lightens the mood! I stopped back in today (one week after the purchase) just to thank them for everything. When I walked in, Traci remembered my name and greeted me with a hug. That means A LOT! So, I purchased some accessories for my new car and for the second time left with a big smile on my face. If anyone is looking to purchase a new Fiat, I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!!!

I had visited another Fiat dealership in the area (who shall remain nameless). Although I initially had a "deal" I had to wait to accrue the down payment. I finally did and contacted them only to find out that the deal was "no deal". Thankfully, I found Greenway who went above and beyond to help me get my Fiat. Everyone was great, from Tracy at the front desk, to my sales person, Bugie, Tammy - the Sales Manager to Kevin and Matt in Finance. I was treated like a person and as the previous reviewer said, showed all of my paperwork before I was asked to sign anything. Highly unusual for a car dealership down here in FL.Kudos to all for your friendliness and professionalism throughout my experience. I purchased a Jeep from Greenway Chrysler a few years ago and was in the market for something smaller. I was very excited to find out that Greenway now has a Fiat dealership. I had a really good buying experience with very little in the way of hickups. I had to resign some paperwork because of a financing issue, but it was pretty minor and they treated me fairly. I would definitly recommend that people interested in a Fiat go visit Tammy. I also highly recommend the cars. I know I have only had my car for a little over two weeks, but so far, so great. Nothing is broken or malfunctioning, the car is very agile in town and it's fun to drive.
