Brad, Byron, Harry and Logan all did a great job of letting us know we were being taken care of. They were understanding that we traveled 2 hours to see a truck and willing to stay late to process the purchase! Definitely recommend these guys!

Very poor customer service, atleast in the service department. I took my car in to have my air ride suspension repaired. I was told by the young lady that the repairs would cost me $4000.00. 3600 for the part and 400 for the labor, which sounded kinda high. When I said I wouldn't be paying that much they offered to buy my car. When I did a Google search for the part I found one for 350 dollars. Needless to say I will never be back

This is the worst excuse for a business, not even a rip off out of town shady automobile dealership, I have ever had to deal with in my 53 years of car buying experience. They pull bait and switch at dealership, sell sub par vehicles, have terrible customer service and even worse repair department...strictly set up for people who are desperate for financing avoid this rip off outfit like the plague

My wife and I purchased a Mazda 3 with support from Chesi & Brad. These two were phenomenal, and they made the car buying experience very easy with excellent customer service from start to finish. I recommend them as the forefront dealership in the Shoals for both a reliable vehicle and great overall experience!!!
