These guys were great to me. I purchased my first vehicle from Greenwood Auto Plaza and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They made sure everything was explained to me and we were able to make a deal which traded in my old truck. They worked with me to make sure that I got into the Tahoe that is now mine. I ran into a minor problem down the road with the Tahoe which prompted me to give them a call. They told me bring it in so they can take a look. They checked it out and were very fair in helping me with getting it repaired. Can't thank these guys enough for a great car buying experience. They will take care of you.

I retract my previous poor review. I'm told I can't remove a review once it's posted, so I feel it's important to note that it was due to a misunderstanding, which was cleared up and this dealer was more than willing to work with my husband to make things right. If you need to speak to anyone here, make sure it's RICK. He's a great guy.

Wow is what I want to say about Greenwood Auto I have bought alot of Trucks over the years and This is really the First Time I have not felt pressured or made to feel that my trade-in was not worth anything!!! Iam very happy with the 4 Runner that I bought and the whole deal with smooth and painless!!! Thanks Again

Van was in poor condition. Looked good in photos so my wife and I drove 45 minutes to take a test drive. Interior was clean, however, the van had sustained front end and rear end damage. Repairs were done very poorly. Front end was loose, not properly aligned and the the paint work was very poor.

We recently got a good deal on a vehicle here. Overall, my husband and I are pleased with the purchase BUT they did state that they made a repair, that we have come to find out was not made. If we hadn't gotten such a good deal, the $400 bill from the repair shop would be more upsetting. I guess that's is a risk you take when buying a used car. Lesson learned: take a closer look at the stated "repairs".

We were shopping for a used small suv, something we would feel comfortable having our teenage driver operate. They had a Kia Sportage that caught our eye. It was clean and drove well so we decided to buy. The dealer made a point to go over the Carfax and how it hadnt been in a collision, or that one wasn't recorded. While buying the vehicle the salesman had to disclose what they had done to the vehicle to prepare it to sell. He said we had a new front bumper cover. It didn't occur to me until I got home and further examined the vehicle that there was obviously some front impact to the passenger side. I'm ok with a little body work to save some money but unfortunately the didn't account for the damage inside the engine compartment. The dealer supposedly replaced our washer fluid tank with new after I complained but it still leaks out today when you fill it. Buyer beware.....look for signs of body work when shopping. Check for slightly different shades of paint or new parts to tip you off to previous damage. I wouldn't recommend this dealer based on their attempt to sell an obviously damaged vehicle without properly disclosing prior history.

We got a great deal on the vehicle that we had been searching to find. At Greenwood Auto Plaza, it was listed at $3000 below anywhere else in the metro area AND it had 30,000 fewer miles than other identical cars we had looked at. The owner and salesman were so kind and the buying experience was pressure free. Next time, instead of searching all over the mid-west, we'll shop five minutes from home at Greenwood Auto Plaza.
