I purchased a 4Runner from Orr several years ago and instantly fell in love with the customer service center. Nearly a year ago I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership but I continue to take my car in to be serviced at Orr. Dakota is one of the many reasons why we keep going back. Dakota always goes above and beyond to see to it that mine and my husband vehicles are safe and well taken care of. I feel confident knowing that when I leave my family and I are safe as we get to where we are going.

This was the easiest dealership service department I have worked with. I was in and out in quickly. Tyler Hampton was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended to go see Tyler at this service department. I checked several places and they had the beat quality tires at an affordable price.

Jesus Vasquez in the service department is such a big help!! He is very friendly and patient and very knowledgeable with everything! He is definitely the reason why i choose to come here for any of my service needs! Young yet still looked professional :) Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but would especially recommend working with Jesus!

So thankful for Greg Orr and their team! Every time I need work done on my vehicle I make sure to take it there. When I take my car in to the service department I ask for Tyler Hampton because he has made me feel like family. He’s so personable, quick and efficient. I know he’ll make sure the job gets done right for me! Thank you guys!

I can always count on excellent service when I bring my car here. I purchased a Camry a couple years back & even though I didn't purchase my Highlander at this location, they still have always taken great care of me. Dakota Hill in the service dept is very knowledgeable & treats customers with respect.
