Excellent service, first time customer. Professional service for walk-ins in their express lane. Promised in 2 hours, one hour and 15 minutes back on road. Couldn't be happier ☺.

Kali and Dylan were amazing! I was in a pinch to get back home to get back to work, but I needed to get my oil changed. Kali seamlessly set up a ride for me to go to home and worked with my schedule to provide me a ride back to my car during my lunch break! Dylan was courteous and a great conversationalist during the ride. Overall, amazing customer service experience!

The repair was fine. The communication between departments prior (and since) was lacking. It was obvious that the first person I talked to provided the second person with no context. He even stated, "I just have a note to call you." After a second explanation of the exact part that needed to be fixed (both drip moldings came off of my vehicle and needed to be replaced), an appointment was made. My husband took work off to take the vehicle in, only to be told that they didn't have the parts and a second appointment would be needed. We finally got them fixed, no issues. The following week I received a voicemail stating that the parts were available. I called back and left a message for that person, stating that the repairs were already made. Communication, folks..... communication.

Only there to drop off hubbys work vehicle for sevice, but staff is super friendly & made sure we were helped quickly. When we are looking for a new vehicle will come here - although not many dealers have much inventory right now because of shortages
