I purchased a 2007 Mercedes GL450 in August 2014. Needless to say, I no longer have the vehicle and it's only been 7 months! I was not in the market for a car when I went to this dealership to get my Infiniti FX35 serviced but of course, I was preyed upon. I do not blame the salesman totally, as I did not do my due diligence before signing on the dotted line as I usually would have done before making such a major purchase. It was truly an impulse buy. Doing some digging, I found out that the car had been in a major accident and was worth a lot less than I bought it for. The dealership was unwavering on the selling price and made it seem like I was getting a great car at a great deal. In order to save myself a lot of heartache, I had to get rid of the car before it was worth absolutely nothing! This was a $12,000 mistake that I will never make again. Additionally, I was able to be financed at a much lower rate than I had using one of the banks from the dealership. I have good credit and was still paying 5% interest. That's absurd! Buying a car from this dealership was the most expensive mistake that I've made in my life. Again, it's not totally the fault of the dealership because they are in the business to make money and I did not do the research on the car like I should have. But, I do believe in doing what is right and ethical and selling a car for much more than it's worth is not good business morale. I will never buy a car from Gregory again. NEVER!

Purchased a new car here and had a fantastic experience. I purchase new cars every two to three years so I am quite familiar with many of the local car dealerships. Prior to going to Gregory Infiniti, I went to Fields Infiniti and they were downright rude and arrogant. They acted as if they were doing me a favor in underbidding my trade in and trying to trick me into agreeing to a higher price than what was listed on their website. I was contacted by the online sales department at Gregory Infiniti and was so glad I was. Gregory operated in good faith and they were transparent in the negotiating process. My salesman, Matt Colrain, was a dream to deal with; he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was addressed in a prompt manner and I couldn't be happier with my car. Would definitely buy from Gregory again.

We were in search of a new car and spent several weeks researching and test driving cars. When we finally went to Gregory's Infiniti in Libertyville, we were pleasantly surprised at the professionals and friendliness of the salesman, John Youngquist. John was just great--with no hard pressure or cockiness. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend test driving cars with himand buying a car from him. I am thrilled with my QX60!

Stopped by Gregory Infiniti to compare pricing on QX60 that we were interested in. We asked for Rich who I had talked to on the phone. He greeted me enthusiastically and immdiately introduced us to Matt as his product specialist. Let me say that when we walked into the dealership we had no intetion of buying that day. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and amazingly friendly. Matt made it one of the best and and most pleasant buying experiences we've ever had at a dealership. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle from them and cannot give them a higher recommendation!

Gregory Infiniti had the best prices and gave me the best experience of all the Infiniti dealers that I visited. Richard and Marcin were extremely helpful and Andy did all the paperwork faster than any dealership I've ever been to. This is my first Infiniti vehicle and I look forward to getting my next one from Gregory Infiniti as well.

We went to Gregory Infiniti as we had been searching for a Chevy Traverse for weeks. None of the Chevy dealerships in our area had a used one in our price range, with all the bells and whistles we wanted. I found one on their website, and am I glad we did. Gregory Infiniti gave us the best experience we ever had at a dealership. We were immediately greeted by Matt Colrain, who was very friendly and courteous. He has a very laid back personality and is very patient. He is not the typical "pushy" car salesman. He will go the extra for his customers. After a quick test drive we were signing the papers. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience and Matt!

The experience we had leasing our new Infiniti from this dealership was wonderful - from the test drive through signing the last line on the lease agreement. Everyone involved in the transaction - Gary, Justin, and Matt - went out of their way to make this deal a pleasant one. Matt is a sales rep unlike any other I've dealt with in the past - by the time we left, we felt like we had made a new friend. Not only is he knowledgeable about the cars he sells, but also seems personally invested in making his customers happy. The same goes for Justin - probably the most personable sales manager I've ever met, who worked very hard to make this deal happen, and to make sure we got the exact car we wanted at a very fair price. I love my new Infiniti and would be very reluctant to look elsewhere when it comes time to lease my next vehicle! If this is the type of experience we can expect, we are Gregory customers for the long haul.

Dennis was very helpful and patient with me while I made up my mind on the used Honda Civic I purchased. He answered all my questions and was good enough to let me drive the car home overnight while I slept on my decision. We purchased a Used Lexus from Gregory Infinity a few weeks ago. Service was great...at the time. The car has a push button start with the micro-chipped keys. Knowing that those keys are expensive, we asked how many keys came with the car. We were assured that it had 2 keys. Upon getting home (1.5 hrs away) we realized that the one had a low battery, and assumed that the other must have a dead battery because it had no function. Two days after purchasing the car, we took both keys to our local lexus dealership to get new batteries. Turns out, the one key that had no function did never belonged to our car. We had to pay $280 for a new key--2 days after we were assured the car had 2 keys. We called Gregory to inform them and see if they had a) had given us the wrong key or b) would cover the cost of the new key. My husband was put to a voicemail and our call was never returned. Obviously, they have extremely poor service once you drive off the lot. Very disappointing, since up to this point we had a good experience at the dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle from Gregory Infiniti about 3 weeks ago. The sales person that I worked with was Matt, who was great. He was easy to work with, patient, honest, and was definitely not your typical car salesman. Overall, I had a great experience. The price was reasonable and they worked to get me the payment terms that I needed. I'd probably have given them a 4 overall, but Matt made this a 5 star experience.

We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant, most transparent and an extremely fair purchasing experience by far!Everyone was wonderful - but I have to say that Matt Colrain was such a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable and made the process fun.A special shout out to Justin Palermo, who made the numbers part of the deal, easy and fair. Gary Krosh explained to us all the paperwork in a way that was very easy to understand. This was our first Infiniti and I'm very sure it will not be our last because of the staff at Gregory. I bought a used vehicle from Gregory Infiniti and was told that it had new brakes and tires.I drove and returned 40 hours later with vibration when braking and car pulling to right.They sold this car with "new brakes and tires" not new "brake pads" on the rear only.I ask Gregory Infinity to give me what I purchased, a vehicle with new front and rear brakes.

Matthew was very friendly and put myself and my sons at ease. He knew alot about cars and was able to discuss them at length with my boys. When he took us on a test drive he made all of us very comfortable and encouraged us to really get to know the car. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase and so far....I AM!

Went there for a pre-owned certified FX35 AWD.FIrst:the car wasn't certified how they advertise it ,they said it was ready for certification which i had to pay for.Second:they offer it as a clean car,no accidents but actually both front and rear bumper are repainted and that"s obviuos.Third:when i noticed the body damaged and spoke to Thomas Hanson first he said that they didnt know about the damage ,but after he changed his mind and told us that they noticed the damaged and right now are in the middle of fixing the car ,it just needs clear coating.He offered me to buy the car and then come another day to get the clear coating done.If this is not ridiculous,then I'm Neil Armstrong. The only good thing was the salesman-his name is Dennis Collins.He was nice and honest(ex police officer).The car you should avoid: 2010 Infinity FX35 AWD ,ext:Black int:White Vin#JN8AS1MW5AM853107 .Follow up: Thomas Hanson no longer works over there,so I really appreciate the quick and honest reaction from the management!!!

Went back 2 weeks later and bought a second car... If that's not enough, the sales team made both purchases very smooth and simple. Simple numbers, no screwing around, and a fair offer on trade in. The salesman Matt brought humor to an otherwise stressful situation at most other car dealerships and went above and beyond. Also...drove to Milwaukee to get my car the same day in the middle of his other sale. Quite possibly the best dealership around in my opinion. Nic--Libertyville

From the moment we walked into the dealership Matthew and Justin were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and met our expectations over and above what we expected. I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Matt was a friendly consultant with a great smile and readily put me at ease. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and why different features were important to me. During the test drive he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car, dealership and warranty options. He gave me different options to consider so that I could have the best car for my lifestyle. After my visit, the members at Infinity were extremely responsive and engaged though never "pushy". My husband and I had test driven an Infiniti JX 35 and decided it was the car for us, however, the dealer would not budge on the price. We used the website " True Car" and Gary called us from Gregory Infiniti ; we drove over to the dealership at 3:00 PM. The gentlemen we met with were professional, very friendly, and willing to be flexible. Later that day we drove home in our new car. It was a wonderful experience. I would especially like to express our gratitude to Matthew Colrain . Matthew was with us on our test drive. His friendly manner put us at ease and his knowledge of the JX35 was very informative. Matt did a great job (5+) and helped to make our experience at at Gregory Infiniti such a positive experience.

Matt was the primary reason we bought the car from Gregory, without even making the trip to the Acura dealership down the street as originally planned. He was there from the time we walked in to the time when I drove away in my new JX. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, and served as a great bouncing block for questions. I felt he was very honest in his dealings with us, and am happy we made the purchase from him today. The entire crew at Gregory was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the level of detail they went into before delivering the car to me. Overall, great experience.

Calling all Car Shoppers!!!!I was shopping for a new/used car with a budget. Yes a budget. I believed to have only three models that I was interested in, based on my wish list. I went to Gregory because my initial interest was in the Infiniti. Armed with my sword, body armor, budget, non negotiable and negotiable options I was met by Matt. It was such a pleasant surprise. So after some very thoughtful conversations on the why's and what's he was able to match up a few different makes and models that would meet my criteria. Let the test drive begins....I quickly found out that I would not be able to afford an Infiniti. And there was no push, no heavy sales pitching, no making me feel less of a buyer because I wasn't going after the 40K price tag. What Matt and Justin proceeded with was introducing me to options that were going to be tailored to my driving habits, my safety, my long term or short goal for the vehicle. The vehicles they hand picked fit into my budget firstly and pleasantly fit into the 'style' that I wanted, sprinkled with some options I would have never gave any thought to... all wrapped up in a cute little Mercedes Benz. Shows how little I knew...never even considered a Mercedes. I wasn't in a hurry by any means to buy a new/used car. I clearly stated that when we all met (Justin, Matt and I ) And they were STILL willing to help me find the right vehicle. So on with the test drive. Okay I know what your thinking,.. its a Mercedes what is not to like. And all and all the car lives up to its' reputation. There were some sounds that I wasn't familiar with, the ergonomics of course were completely different from my current car so all in all there would be a learning curve. We ever so briefly talked about purchasing the car after the drive here's my price.....here's your price..have a nice day. Yep very briefly. I said not ready, they said okay. That simple. I asked if they could have the car checked out and let me know what the sound was. They did. They called me back confirmed there was a minor issue which is covered 100% and guaranteed 100% and the took the initiative to get it fixed. Not because they had to but because it was the right thing to do. They were very proactive in having the vehicle thoroughly checked out, and made note of the sounds that I heard and thought maybe something was wrong. There communication and pro active attitude brought me back to test drive the little gem again. Full disclosure was presented. I was impressed with Justin and Matt's demeanor, willingness and thoughtfulness when we approached the buying cycle of the relationship. The car was prepped, papers presented and Justin and Matt took a generous portion of their time to walk me through the features of the car...phone, radio, options etc. It was a big step up from "my put the key in a drive vehicle" I was used to. No rushing, no sighing, no hurry up...just patience. It was a pleasure to be treated so well and too see Matt and Justin really enjoy what they do. If you are looking stop in, I promise it won't hurt. If you are unsure about what you really need or want, stop in...they can help you understand what would make the most sense. My wife and I live in south eastern Wisconsin. I found the vehicle we purchased through an internet search. I originally called Justin the sales manager at Gregory Infinity to get more information. Thanks to Justin's help we determined it was worth a drive to take a look at the car. Once on site, Val Radunsky was very helpful in showing us the vehicle, setting up a test drive and eventually closing the deal.In summary Gregory Infinity was straight in their dealing and delivered on their promises.
