I walked I to Grieco Toyota after a friend referred me to them. I was greeted by the receptionist who had me sit. I didn’t wait long and was welcomed by Bruce one of the dealers at Grieco. He was very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. He showed me two vehicles and I chose the second one . I traded my sedan for and SUV and I am in love. Bruce made the process so seamless. I was dreading coming because other dealerships take forever. I’ve spent a whole day at other places. I was in an out in less than two hours. Bruce is not your typical car salesman. He took care of everything. I didn’t have to talk to a million different people. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to trade, buy a vehicle. Friendly, respectful and efficient!

I recently turned in Hyundai lease for a Toyota Rav 4. I looked at Honda, Nissan and Toyota. We test drove all but fell in love with the Rav 4. My salesman Saul Nieves could not have been MORE professional and dedicated to customer service more than I have ever seen. He even picked me up when I turned in my Hyundai and brought me back to the dealership. His manager, Dana, I can't say enough about him He made me feel that I got the best possible lease price and the best value. I would recommend Saul and Dana to all my friends. I wish this was not the first review for this dealership because my situation is a-typical. My budget for a car is very low.Their response time to my inquiry about a car was very good. The car I was inquiring about had been sold - so they told me about a car that cost more that twice as much. When your budget for a car is very low, this is not the type of dealership to use. Would I recommend this dealership to a friend? If the friend had more money than I do, I would say that it wouldn't hurt to look here. I guess that's a recommendation.

Be careful if you purchase a car here. Make sure you look at the price of all warranty items. The woman who completed my sale here went very quickly through all additional warranty items without mentioning the price of any of them and was looking for signatures without providing all the information. Make sure to take your time and ask questions or you can be easily taken advantage

My girlfriend and I almost bought a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Carolla from Greico today. We went in yesterday and drove the car and it was great, well taken care of and they did a great job detailing the car. Also, our salesman Saul was awesome. Young guy who made the experience as enjoyable as expected. He and I went a few rounds on the price of the car but he was fair and we agreed on a number after a while. Everything was going well until we went to financing. The lady (I won't use her name because she isn't here to defend herself) in financing was AWFUL! She gave us a quick overview of the rate we were approved for and then jumped right into the sales pitch about extended warranties. She had added warranties on the tires and wheels, the interior, and the powertrain totaling over $2000. She kept interrupting us every time we asked any questions and only gave vague information when she took the time to respond to our questions.We went back today to see if we could complete the sale and the lady in Finance told us the car was no longer being sold a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and we had to go through the dealership's warranty program because the dealership was loosing money on the sale. When we questioned her on the changes she continued to be rude and interrupted us to the point where we got up and walked away from the sale. In conclusion, Saul was great and the lady in financing cost him a sale.

NEEDED a new car after 10 years with a Honda Accord. Stopped in and ended up buying a 2014 Toyota Camry in September.The car had a little wear but I thought that the interior would be cleaned, including the stained seats.I guess that I trusted too much in the new salesman. I ended up taking the car. After returning for a MA inspection sticker, I sat in the dark and dingy waiting room which was a surprise after years of bright and amenity filled Honda waiting rooms. Everyday when I get into the car, I still get aggravated looking at the upholstery.

I just stopped in to the Fox Dealership to look at a. Tacoma DBCB they had in stock,. It was the exact one I had already ordered from another dealership but had not received yet. I called Bill to see if it was okay to come out and just take a look at their truck. Bill said no problem come out. Although I was happy with my current vehicle, I knew I was going to be needing a new (used) car. I also knew that I wanted a car that was reliable yet good looking too and not highly priced. I had in mnd a white car, but it had to have a dark interior. Many of the white cars I looked for had light interior and just did nothing for me. I went to Fox Toyota and they had the perfect car for me. I test drove a Toyota Corolla S model and then told the salesperson I would think about it. A few weeks later, the car was marked down, and he notified me. I went back and drove it again and decided to purchase it. The buying experience was good, and I left that day with my car. So far I am happy with the car, and I believe being a Toyota it will last me a while. This is my first Toyota.

We just bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Fox Toyota. We found it a very quick and easy process. I finalized negotiations over the phone with Mike, the GSM, prior to going in and once there they continued to be very friendly and courteous. Joe was ready to help when we arrived. The trade in process also went very smooth. I discussed the trade before going in, it was easy since we were trading an older Sienna to buy another Toyota. The trade value was extremely competitive and although the price of the new Sienna was slightly above another dealer, their trade offer was a bit higher so it all worked out great. The dealership is not newly remodeled like some dealerships, but that did not make a difference. We would recommend based on our experience.

I was dreading going car shopping, but I had heard good things about Fox, so I started there. I was signing the finance paperwork a few hours later! The sales people were very nice. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and when they told me something would take ten minutes, they meant ten minutes or less. They made a very fair offer for my trade-in, and they gave me a great price on the new vehicle. The finance staff were great, too. They offered some extras, like the extended warranty, but they were very clear that there was no pressure and I could take my time in making a decision. That was really great. I am a big fan of Toyotas, and I live closer to another dealership, but I will continue to go to Fox from now on, and recommend it to my family and friends.

I recently purchased a used Prius at Fox Toyota, and I could not have been happier with my experience. Josh handled the sale, and he was wonderful. He was happy to spend as much time as needed to help me decide on the right vehicle for me, and there was absolutely ZERO pressure. They had a good inventory of used Prius models of varying years, trim packages, and price ranges. Josh was able to give me the details of the differences between each of the vehicles, and provided straightforward answers to all of my questions. He even researched roof rack installation options available for Prius models, and provided the name of a local installer. When we sat down to negotiate a price, the process was quick and relatively painless, with no B.S. I believe anyone who buys a car from Josh, at Fox Toyota in East Providence, will leave smiling, feeling they got a good deal and great customer service. I was very anxious and nervous about going into a dealership to purchase a car, i've been to many in the past and it was never as welcoming as Fox Toyota. I had called earlier in the morning and talked with Sandy, she was very kind and i made the deciosn to go in and give it a try. I went in and met with Norma, she was very friendly and listened to what i had to say. She was kind hearted and made me feel as calm as possible being in a dealership. Michael did everything he could to make sure i was satisfied and worked hard getting me the deal i wanted. Because of these two wonderful people i now am driving a NEW Toyota Venza, and I am one HAPPY girl! Highly recommend Fox Toyota if you are in the market for a new car! I went to Fox Toyota for a vehicle to replace my Camry due to an accident. Zeca was my salesperson. I test drove 2 vehicles, but then explained to him that I still wanted to look around. Even though I know Toyota=quality I still wanted to look at other cars, I felt that would help me make the right choice. Zeca didn't pressure me to decide on the spot, although he did tell me I wouldn't find a better deal- turns out he was right! After shopping around and driving a couple other cars, I preferred the Corolla and ended up returning to Fox. I have dealt with a couple of other dealerships in the past and this place is different. Mike Racicot the Manager there went out of his way to get me the specific car I wanted and he did it in a matter of hours. I was in there in the morning and driving off the lot by the end of the day in my brand new car. Every single person that I dealt with was super nice-Mike Burden and Sandy in Finance, Zeca and the other salesmen and the Service Department -very friendly people and customer oriented. Thanks again guys for my beautiful car I love it! :)

I own a 2007 Toyota Prius and was on my way to Cape Cod with my wife for vacation when my car had a problem (overheating) at 6:45pm on a Thursday evening, August 8th . Thank goodness I was able to limp into Fox Toyota...One of the sales people at Fox gave us directions from the Interstate to the dealership because we had to get there before they closed. With an inoperable car, no place to stay, and being a day late already going on vacation (my wife was not happy !), I wasnt sure exactly what would happen when we pulled into Fox.Net net - the Fox team was magnificent ! The sales manager immediately told me who to see in service the next morning (service was closed as it was 7:30pm by now)..One of the salesmen told us about the Hilltop Hotel & Conference Center and drove us there so we had a place to stay that night. The next morning, I went to the Fox service department and they put our car in first to see what was wrong. The mechanic team quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it easilyThe Fox Toyota folks who helped us were all superbly customer service focused and competent in way that is not normally found in any establishment. They are to be highly complimented and so is senior Fox management for hiring and training their team to be that customer service friendly. My wife and I were so impressed with such wonderful customer service that we actually felt fine getting to the Cape late -- it was a great experience that came out of a potentially bad situation.

By far best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been to over 8 dealerships in the past few months and they are by far the best. They are real, tell you the truth, they know their cars. Joe, Kyle and Mike were absolutely a pleasure to do business with. Joe knew the answer to every question i had? He knew everything about the car i was interested in; I was impressed. Kyle was a great sales rep, he also knew everything. He was honest and not fake at all like the other dealerships i dealt with. He would call me directly unlike other dealerships who would have a secretary call me back. Kyle seems to really know his cars well! Mike sales manager was very nice, he joked with me very down to earth. They all make you feel at home. Mike finance rep was also honest and extremely informative. He made me feel very comfortable. On top of it all they even sent me a letter the day after i went to visit them thanking me for giving them the opportunity to earn my business. I only got emails from other places which were very generic. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend everyone to go there. I will be getting all my service needs done there with no doubt. Car shopping is never fun as you always have to be on your toes to make sure you get the right deal for the car you want and that you don't get hammered with hidden fees. However, Kyle at Fox Toyota made it a pleasant experience for my wife and I. We told him what we were looking for and the type of car we were interested in. We gave them test rides and we didn't feel pressured into buying what we didn't like. I had a budget and needed to stick to it and he was helpful in coming up with a great compromise on the price. We definitely paid what the car was worth and all the fees were explained to us (documentation fee, sales tax and Department of Motor Vehicle fee). After Kyle, we also bought a warranty from Sandy that really made us feel comfortable with the product that we bought from Fox Toyota. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend starting your car search here.

This is the second lease that we have had with Fox Toyota. Both times we have had a different point of contact for any questions. This time the pleasure belongs to a young land named Norma. Norma has always been responsive and attentive to any issues (very few) that we've had. She does keep the communication flowing and makes us feel valued. She is a major reason for the ratings given. I only hope that Fox Toyota does right by her and keeps her around.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were greeted with smiles. We felt immediately we would have a great experience there and we sure did! Their reputation preceeds them. It's no wonder they have been in business for so many years! Norma and the rest of the staff were very friendly and didn't give us the "hard sell". They presented us with options (both in terms of new vs old but also in terms of financing and let us set the timetable for our decision about the new car). We didn't feel pressured like we had at other dealerships. Very respectful to our entire family.

I am always amazed at the service I receive at Fox Toyota in East Providence, RI. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and always goes that extra step to make sure I am a pleased customer. I've dealt with Fox Toyota for over 15 years now. I bought my Camry and had it for more than 12 years and now recently bought a RAV4. I loved both vehicles. Fox has an excellent sales dept. and an excellent service dept., Ryan Shattuck and Kenny Szumita were very pleasant and not pushy at all. I'm very, very pleased with the RAV, I love it. I would definately recommend Fox Toyota to my friends and family. I always had any repairs on the Camry done at Fox too and John Rocha was always honest about what was needed and really friendly. I will continue to service my vehicle at Fox.

I had ben shopping around for a while looking for a good price. All the other dealerships I went to tried only to sell me a vehicle they had on their lots and didn't really ask me what I truly wanted. Then I went to Fox Toyota, and that all changed. Kevin sat me down first, and asked me how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he went through the whole process with me. His assistant Josh then set out to find the vehicle I wanted. He kept updating me on the progress and arrival date. It turned out to be by far the easiest car buying process I had ever had. He was always looking out for what I wanted, was never forceful or pushy. When we settled on a final price it was below what all other dealerships prior had offered, it was easy, no back and forth, no waiting for sales managers, no "well this is the best I can do". Like I said, everything was so easy and went smoothly, and I ended up driving away with the vehicle I wanted. They have a customer for life and I plan to send everyone I know to Fox Toyota to see Kevin and Josh!!

I just bought a new Toyota Corolla S. The staff at Fox Toyota were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a great trade in value on my old car, and helped me get a into a new car in a price range that I could afford without making me feel pressured in anyway. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every feature in my new vehicle, and even went out of their way to make sure I could get the model and color I was hoping for. They made what could have been a very stressful experience, pleasant, stress free, and painless.

Fox Toyota in East Providence RI gets my highest recommendation! I have bough all of my car/trucks from this dealership for the past 15 years. The sales staff is excellent, the service area is unmatched. The people are what make this dealership. I receive a very personal tough every time Im there. Im finally buying a new car after years with my 1997 4Runner (purchased at Fox). I was looking for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport manual transmission. They didnt have the manual transmission on the lot so the sales/management staff worked and got me the truck I was looking for in less than a week. I cant say enough about my Fox Toyota experience. I will be a life long customer.

So i go to this dealership looking at a Corolla used and the sales rep comes out (older gentlemen) says listen we have a special going on on the new corrolla. they are less expesive the the year old ones. great we went for a test drive go into the dealer and we are talking he still saying he has this special this weekend only. he goes to his manager and of course cocky manager comes to the table. lets make a deal so i go well the sales rep states there is a special and i went over what he told me. manager goes there is no special like that i look over to the sales guy (i was there with my uncle and wife) and the sales guy says i never said that. I said are you kidding me i was looking at the year old one and youtold me dont because the special has the new ones cheaper. he denied everythign so i smiled and said take the car and keep it and walked out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this please.

This was the most dissatisfactory experience I have ever had at Fox Toyota and I have owned Toyota vehicles since 1986. I usually deal with Jack. In the future, I will probably deal with him again (if I go back to Fox). My experience this time with the service representative Jessica was very disappointing. I called Fox Toyota in early November and made an appointment to bring my vehicle in at 8:00 am, the next day which I did. I was told that I would probably be able to pick up the car by 11:30. I expected a phone call by 9:00 or 9:30 to hear the estimate work that was needed to fix the problem (engine warning light coming on). When I did not receive a call by 9:30, I phoned and asked for Jessica. I left a message for her and did not hear back from her. I then called back an hour later (at 10:30) when I did not receive a call back. I was told that Jessica was finishing up with a customer and would call me back in five minutes or so. She did not call me back until 11:00. She explained the problems that needed repairs, and she said the car would not be ready until some time after 1:00 or 1:30, which was inconvenient for me since I had to go to my job. I asked her if the car problem had been diagnosed quickly; she said that it had been diagnosed probably within 45 minutes (by 8:45 or so.) Yet Jessica had not called me until 11:00 to inform me of the estimated repairs. If she had called me by 9:00, the car could have been ready by 11:30, the agreed upon time. Why did I have to call two times and leave messages before I received a phone call back from Jessica? Why did she wait until 11:00 to call me, when the problems had been diagnosed by 8:45 or 9:00 am. This is not the right way to treat customers. I had to rearrange my schedule, and make an extra trip to Fox Toyota to get something out of my car that I needed to go to my job. Perhaps Jessica needs more training on setting priorities. If a car is supposed to be ready by 11:30 and the car was evaluated by 8:45, then it is crucial to call the customer to get approval and then have the work done right away, and not get distracted by other customers, phone calls, or other work tasks. This was a very disappointing experience with the service department, which may lead me to reconsider where I take my car in the future.

I guess I would check "yes" to recommend them IF you do your buyer's homework first.My buyer suggestion: Do your on line shopping first. Print the website out and take the Fox SALE PRICE with you. If you don't, they will start negotiating at the original full sticker price and not tell you it is on sale. Nor is the web sale price visible anywhere on the vehicle. You will lose $1,000+ if you don't know the sale price yourself. I agree as some have said that it's possible that they might not have offered as much for the trade-in vehicle to make up for the sale price profit margin lostBUT if the offer is too low, and you have a decent, well cared for used vehicle, you then have the option to turn down their offer and try to sell your vehicle privately for the price you think is fair, and return with cash toward the new one. Other than the above complaint, they were an excellent dealership to work with, and I have no complaints about anything else. It just doesn't leave you with a good feeling when you come home after the purchase and see your vehicle (same VIN#) on their website with a sale price you weren't offered.Have not decided if I would return. I waited a couple months to write a review to see if I would cool off about this, but I haven't. I think there is a law about not being told the advertised selling price, and that ticks me off the most.

We had a great experience at Fox Toyota. We were looking for a new Sienna, and Fox was able to get us the color we wanted in only a day or two. It was ready when they said it would be, and there were no problems with the paperwork. The whole experience was very laid back and low-pressure, which has caused me to just get up and leave other dealerships. I would recommend Fox to anyone shopping for a Toyota in this part of New England.

I usually have my car serviced at Fox, but due to the length of travel time it takes me to get there (I live about 45 minutes away in Massachsetts), I went to a closer dealership. That was a big mistake! After two attempts to have my car aligned correctly at Toyota of Dartmouth I went back to Fox. I always ask for John because over the years (20+), he and the technicians have always solved my car issues. Needless to say, my car was aligned properly after one visit. I learned my lesson. I will travel the extra miles to have my car serviced properly by an excellent crew!

I went to this dealer to sell my used car. A nice lady welcomed me and introduced me to Bob (or Rob, don't quite remember which). He looked at the car and started complaining about so many things, some of which were totally fine. And then finally he give me an offer that was less than the half of what I have been offered. I have visited a couple of places before Fox Toyota, so I have a very good idea of how much my car was. It seems like their way of getting cars cheap is to insult the car (and the driver) and buy it really cheap. In the end, Bob was really mean to me (I could tell from his language, attitude, look, tone etc) when I simply showed a surprised face for the price, and he said he could buy my car right away if I am selling it to him, otherwise I won't be able to sell this car anymore. The offer was not acceptable but I think he was just trying to push me hard and get my car really cheap. So here are three lessons for future customers to Fox Toyota. 1. If you are going to sell your car to them, be very careful because they have a mean way of getting your car really cheap. 2. If you are buying an used car from them, you can actually negotiate the price REALLY well because they have negotiated the price when THEY bought the car from others. So the cost for them is really low. If you don't negotiate, it means they will have a high margin from your sales. So if you want a deal, NEGOTIATE because they can make a cheaper offer and still make some profit!3. If you are buying a new car, it's PROBABLY the same thing with lesson 2 here. But I am not sure about the new car market. One thing I can tell you is that they greet you nicely but they are trying to rip you off. If they can't do that, they will get mad at you and show some attitude!

As I sit here in the waiting area at Fox Toyota, I am trying to keep myself composed. Let's start by saying this is my second time sitting in this waiting room today. It all started at 8am when I came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Once they were done with the oil change, tire rotation and INSPECTION..... I drive out of the lot to the gas station to get gas - that is as far as I went. I fill the tank with gas, get in the car and the will no longer start. Fox Toyota get's a thumbs down today. They just inspected my car...... I drive out of the lot and my battery dies. $#at!&^Everytime I come to Fox Toyota - this type of thing happens! One day I drove out of the lot and all 4 tires were wobbling. Anothertime I had them check a slow leak in a tire - they said the tire was fine - come to find out it had a screw protruding out of the tire - which I found out after they told me the tire was fine. This puts perspective as to why people in RI are unemployed!To boot - they just came out to the waiting room to let me know that I now need to replace the battery that they just finished inspecting - at a cost no doubt. You think out of embarressment, they would offer to replace the battery at their expense to make up for the fact that it is now 11:10am, I have missed time at work because of this stupidity. I am no mechanic myself but come on!! I have no intention of ever recommending Fox Toyota to anyone - but you can rest assured that I will be facebooking, tweeting and blogging about their lack of service and lack of customer service!

They took over two months to repair the vehicle. I don't believe they properly diagnosed the problem (electrical in nature) because they insisted the battery was fine, replaced various expensive components which didn't fix the problem, then finally replaced the battery to get it working again. I guess most mechanics have a hard time with electrical stuff, but I had hoped Toyota would at least know how to fix their own vehicles..

Buy from Fox Toyota at your own risk ... not to be trusted.Here is the email that I sent to several Toyota executives with a copy to Jack Fox. I wanted to share my recent experience with the Fox Toyota dealership in East Providence, RI. The culture there embodies everything that American consumers HATE about buying cars. Here are a few suggestions based on my experience:Tim, the used car manager is not the first guy that prospective customers should meet when they arrive at the dealership. In fact, they probably shouldn't meet him at all. Cocky and aloof, I immediately got the sense that he was sizing me up. Nobody likes being made to feel like prey when they're about to make a major purchase. I regret not walking out right then.If you are in the business of selling cars, you really should know how much each one costs. The idea that there could be three prices (the one on the vehicle's windshield, the price on the dealer's web page and Tim's price) is ridiculous. Remember, you are in the business of selling cars ... if you don't know the towing capacity of the vehicle I'm looking at, I'll give you a pass (though I expect you to look it up). If you don't know (and can't seem to find out) how much it costs, that's a real problem and leads me to believe that I'm not doing business with a consumer friendly organization.If I go home after my test drive and call you to let you know, that the vehicle's price is listed on the web as an "internet special" at $17,990 ($500 LESS than the offer that you declined from me), don't tell me that you're going to call me back in ten minutes and then wait until the next afternoon to return my call (see next point)If I make an offer of $17,990 on your website, do not leave me a voicemail at 2:56 pm to let me know that you will accept my offer if you plan to sell the vehicle to someone else before I call you back at 6:30 pm.And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - whatever you do - don't ask me if you can call me back about the vehicle I'm interested in if the other customer's financing falls through.I would encourage you or someone on your team to spend some time with Jack Fox and his team to determine whether their day to day sales operations are consistent with the image that Toyota would like to portray to consumers. Please feel free to contact me in the event that you have questions or require additional information about my experience.

I purchased a certiifed Sienna amd the entire experience was excellent. Everybody I worked with was firendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this dealer. After the purchase was complete they took as much time as needed to go over every feature of the van.

Over the past 15 years my husband and I have purchased all our cars from Fox Toyota and continue to bring them their for service. We receive exceptional treatment from the sales and service departments. We highly recommend Fox Toyota to friends and family.

These people are terrible. I walk in 250 miles over an extended warranty I purchased with a repair. They did not tell me and then whacked me with a ninety dollar diagnostic fee. At least tell me before its done. I would have paid it anyway but just tell me. After that, they recommended a "Transmission flush" as well as other money grubbing, extraneous procedures like a total engine rebuild or bio diesel conversion(please note sarcasm). Ironically I have the tranny flushed BY THEM 2 MONTHS EARLIER. I bought the car from them, the whole time I felt as if I was bothering them while I bought their egregiously overpriced truck. The always are pushing things that don't need to be done. Their customer service people are unfriendly. The place is just terrible. Go anywhere but here. I now go to Copeland in Brockton. Its a bit farther but it is simply awesome.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Fox Toyota cash down. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Every other aspect of this purchase was unpleasant, however. When we requested a receipt for the purchase after putting down a deposit (the car I wanted was not available on the lot), they acted very put out. As it turns out, they drew up a receipt which listed the correct sales price, but contained mathematical errors which they later tried to use to jack up the price approximately $1,000. Several weeks later, after some strenuous argument with the manager, the price was reduced to the original price we agreed upon. Approximately 36 hours after driving off the lot, my brand new car with brand new tires sprung a slow leak in the front left tire. Investigation revealed a puncture by a large, shiny, non-pointy screw--the same type of screw, in fact, that the dealership had used to screw on my new license plate...I have no doubt the the dealership intentionally punctured my tire as revenge for insisting on the agreed upon (lower) price. After complaining about my experience with some frineds, all kinds of terrible stories about Fox Toyota began to emerge. One of my friends (as well as an acquintance of hers) both purchased cars with financing from Fox. The dealership intentionally misstated the agreed-upon financing bargain to extend the financing by an additional year without either woman's knowledge of permission. Luckily they both noticed the discrepancy and one was able to get the financing agreement changed after the fact. The other was stuck with a lease much longer than she bargained for or anticipated. My advice--buyer beware at Fox Toyota and make sure you read every footnote, check every detail, and double-check all the math before you sign anything.
