Griffin's Hub uses a "Money Carlo" gamepiece mailer to make you THINK you've won a new 60" television... but you haven't. I couldn't believe the number of people at the dealership that were duped (we all had "won") and the number of others that were pissed off on Yelp & Facebook. It got so back that Griffin's Hub had to turn OFF comments on their Facebook site because of all the negative reaction to the promotion. Search "Money Carlo" on the web & you'll see the tactics they are using to get people into the dealership.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Do not do business with them. I was told 5 star dealership, but the customers say 0 stars. I wish I could give 0 stars.I bought a 2008 Jeep Compass with 29,500 miles on it, after 8 months and putting 7,000 miles the transmission broke down. Now if anyone knows a transmission should (at least) last 150,000 miles. With 36,000 miles on it I need to now replace the transmission with is $3,600. Keep in mind I bought this Jeep for $10,000. In the ending of January 2016.Now you might think what about the warranty? Let me tell you that I was not offered a warranty on the transmission or anything else, but I was offered a warranty on the tires (platinum deal). I was rushed out at night of the deal with a car with barely no gas. I go back to the dealership to see if I could get any help with the transmission cause this is too early for that to happen, but all I got was a NO HELP HERE. They told me that what (COULD'VE) happen was that the bank didn't want to offer the money. I was lied to in my face and he just covered up the tracks. They want to sell me another car and take in my Jeep so that they can make another profit on me, but I tell you I won't bring my Jeep back or referral to anyone to go here. This dealership is CUTTHROAT! They just want your money and will find any way in doing so. They sold me a lemon and now I have to live and learn with a car I can't drive. I've talked to multiple services, even the Jeep Customer Service Center in saying without a warranty I can't be helped, but they were stunned to hear that I wasn't even offered a warranty on this car which 100% should've been the case. They said they basically found a loop hole in the system. I have even talked to lawyers saying the same thing and even them saying They can not help me in this situation.I'm stuck with a car that needs a $3,600 repair which I am still making payments on. It has now been 3 weeks going on a month, and now I am fed up. I WILL NOT DO ANY BUSINESS AND I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE STAYS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'd rather spend that money somewhere else than give them the satisfaction of more revenue.

Always get the best service from Troy and feel as he is working on his own car...speed of service,honesty,trust and most of all communication is key when your without your car...always gives a time line and keeps it...he always manages to get me in even on a moments notice,always lets me know of future issues that need to be addressed so I don't end up on the side of the road...saved me money by recommending the oil change package...truly trust him and have recommended him and Griffin to friends...he's great and will continue to see him..thank you Troy truly a keeper..

We came away from our sales transaction in March 2016 with a very positive view of the buying process and Woody Kroeker's service in particular. We scheduled an appointment in the evening to see a particular used vehicle. Woody had it pulled inside to a lit area for convenient viewing. His service and manner throughout the buying process was top notch. We also felt respected by the sales manager, who ably handled an unexpected wrinkle in the buying process in a way that made us feel respected and appreciated rather than inconvenienced. As this was a used vehicle purchase, Woody arranged for a few details about the vehicle to be handled prior to pickup. All went smoothly. We also felt well served by the business office and are pleased to consider ourselves long-term customers of Griffin's Hub with what we consider to be a fairly priced prepaid maintenance and service package in place.

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Hub on S 27th St. This is my 5th car purchased from Hub. I will only go to this dealer and I will only work with one person, Woody. He goes out of his way to find the kind of car I'm looking for. He has sold us the last 4 cars, before that we had Dennis Weide, who is now the loan officer at Hub. I will only buy my cars from Woody and Dennis. Whenever I have a problem or concern, they are always there to help. Also the repair shop there is the best. They take great care of our needed maintenance work. We couldn't be more pleased with this dealership and of Woody and Dennis. Thank you Hub for hiring such great guys!! In a couple more years, we will be trading in our Chrysler PT Cruiser and I can't wait to work with Woody again to find the replacement car for us. We do get letters from other dealerships and other Chrysler dealers but once you have someone who will go the extra mile for you, you don't want to switch. In fact, our daughter and her friends have all switched to Hub because they know they can trust Woody to get them the vehicle they want. Thanks Woody and Dennis!!

I can't say enough good things about my salesman Woody. I am really not a fan of shopping for new cars because many salesman are like vultures when you enter their lots. Woody is not like this at all. Matter of fact he makes you feel like family. No pressure on purchasing a car. He asks you what you are looking for in a car and goes from there. I was really not to sure on the style of Jeep I wanted to go with but he was very nice to go and compare all the prices of the different models. Asks what your price range is and works with you to try and get as close to your budget as possible. He was even nice enough to come and pick me up at my house since I had no way of getting to the dealer to pick up my new vehicle.( Was not trading in a vehicle ) ) I know that I will definitely recommend him to my family friends. Plus when I am ready for a new vehicle ( not for awhile ) I will come looking for Woody. Fantastic salesman. Quite an asset to your company.

Mr. Griffin, I have purchased cars from you in the past and I keep coming to your facility for repairs because I respect your Service Dept. I just decided to trade in my 2003 Dodge Caravan for a new 2015 Caravan due to the great deals going on right now. I hated to part with my 2003 because it was the short body Caravan that is no longer made, however, I new it was time and the deals pushed me to do the trade in. I want you to know that I am the first to write a complaint when something is wrong somewhere and I also believe, when someone does something outstanding it deserves recognition. So, here's my story ... Dennis Wild in Service is why I continue to bring my cars in to you. He is kind, courteous, remembers clients and I trust his honesty about repairs. When I asked him for a "no pressure" salesperson, he mentioned Woody Kroeker. If I get too much pressure, I leave (remember, I still LOVE my short van and at 69.700 miles can still get some time out of it). I cannot say enough nice things about Woody. He gave me the facts, gave me the bottom line, and was SOOO patient with me today when I was having a hard time narrowing down the color of van I wanted (much more patient than my dear husband). I had one concern about hubcaps vs. rims so I spoke with Chris in parts. I'm sorry I don't know Chris's last name but he was absolutely wonderful. He came out and looked at the car, gave me some factual information, and put my mind at ease. He certainly didn't have to do that and I want you to know, that sealed the deal for me. So, the bottom line is - you should be very proud of the staff you have selected to work at your facility, particularly Dennis, Woody, and Chris. I spent the entire day there today getting things finalized so I could come home with just the right vehicle. I will come back for service because of Dennis, trust the parts because of Chris, and will recommend Woody to all my friends who are thinking about a new vehicle. WELL DONE GRIFFIN HUB!!! Because of your great employees, you have a patron for life ... and all my friends will know what a great place you have! If employees get bonuses or increases based on their customer service, Dennis, Woody, and Chris deserve consideration. Woody spent a great part of the day off and on with me and my husband ... that alone deserves a medal ... trust me! Good job! And "thank you" Dennis, Woody, and Chris ... GREAT customer service!!!

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee 2015 from Griffin's Hub. Warron and Joe offered me the best price in town. Also, Alex was very helpful in explaining my financial liabilities. They took care of everything in, like, four hours. I negotiated with them on the phone, given other standing offers (Warron and Joe are quite serious when it comes to price negotiation). They generously accepted my out-the-door price. Then, they sent a shuttle to pick me up. I purchased a car insurance via phone and internet, while they went through my application for financing (Warron and Alex took care of everything). They explained different financing plans, and were quite flexible when I decided to only pay for my monthly payments and GAP insurance (Alex is very good in explaining those plans. Ask him if you do not understand those). Then, I test-drove the care one last time to make sure that it was THE VEHICLE for me (And guess what?!? It totally is.) And, lastly, I signed the contracts, and drove away. It was a great shopping experience.

My husband & I shopped all over Milwaukee, and visited just about every used car lot in the area. We stumbled upon Griffin's Hub online somehow, and my husband gave them a call on a specific vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, Woody greeted us. Most awesome car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Zero pressure. Very knowledgeable. Interacted with our kids. Made us feel comfortable that he really did give us his best price. Ended up walking out with a 2011 Town & County that had everything we wanted, and nothing we didn't. I will definitely be returning to Griffin Hub (and Woody!) the next time we need a newer vehicle.

Purchased my first car from Hub 9 years ago. I went in for a new PT Cruiser and met Woody. My husband had usually done all the wheeling and dealing for our cars but he had passed away recently and I was on my own. Woody did all he could to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. We have kept in touch for the last nine years and he always came to see me when I brought my car in for service. He even sent me Cgristmas and Birthday cards. Heck, some of my relatives don' t do that. I recently decided to trade in my Cruiser for a newer car. I gave Woody a call and he did his magic. My newer car is great and so is Griffin Hub...but most of all Woody. He is the best!

We made the decision to trade in our truck for something I wanted - a Jeep! I had a Jeep years ago and let my son take it to college (different story for another time!) but I missed my Jeep! We looked at the used Jeeps online at Griffin Hub and found an ideal candidate. We made arrangements to meet with Woody however, when we got there the Jeep had been sold. Woody talked to us about what exactly we were looking for and then gave us several other similar options and one exceptional option - low miles and all the bells and whistles I wanted! I was sold even before the test drive! Woody was so friendly and easy to work with as were all the people we dealt with at Griffin. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful Jeep Liberty! I had a specific car in mind and went to see Woody at Griffin Dodge. As it turned out they did not have the car I was looking for in stock. Woody tracked one down in Baraboo and had it brought to the dealership for me. He quoted me a very reasonable price, no having to visit a manager every 5 minutes. The car was clean, fully fueled and waiting for me the next day. I will definately refer Woddy to my family and friends. Excellent customer relation skills!

This was my first time having any experience buying/leasing a car. Everything went extremely smoothly and I did not feel pressured at all. Woody was my salesman and he was excellent. He was very knowledgable about the car and gave me literally every option possible to get me the best deal to fit my budget. He explained everything very thoroughly until all the details were fully understood. He ran multiple checks and changes to the lease agreements to compare different options side by side. I called Woody on Monday asking about a Dodge Durango or Journey, used, low mileage, and had to have the vehicle available in 2 days because I had to get back home (Amberg, WI, 40 miles from Iron Mountain, MI.) Tuesday, I showed up at Griffin Hub, and Woody was waiting for us (my daughter and I) and had the Dodge Journey up front and ready for us to review, as well as another vehicle (which we never even looked at.) I had been to another Dealer before making my way back to Griffin Hub. Woody listened to what I was looking for, stayed within my budget, and had to deal with two of my adult children to make a deal, and Woody never lost his professional, his companion, or his drive. I have never had a salesman listen and react to my needs as Woody did, normally they push you to the "deal for the day." After 5 continues hours of listening, test driving, and negotiations, where Woody was always working in my behalf ...the deal was closed . . .and I have no buyer's remorse. Woody went the extra mile to ensure I was happy, had no questions or concerns on a used 2014 Dodge Journey. They don't make salesman like Woody any more, and they should, he is the best of the best. So if you have a hesitate, second thought, or worried about getting a great used vehicle . ..then you need to go see Woody and you will sleep like a baby when the deal is done. WOODY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! Following Woody is their finance guy . . .one of nicest, enjoyable people ever. He was very approachable, made me feel very comfortable, and explained the paperwork. I never felt pressured, or that he was pushing through to get to the next person, he made me feel like I was the only person he was concerned about, and shared family stories, while we completed the process. If you don't give Woody the opportunity to serve your auto needs, then you may very well have sleepless nights and/or buyer's remorse.

Thank you Dennis Wild for being my Service (super) Hero. I was having a service light issue for my key fob,indicating it needed to be serviced so I called Dennis and he told me to bring it in and will order a new one for me. I made the appointment and since I was there I had an oil change as well. When the service was done there was no key fob. Went back to Service dept. to see Dennis and he immediately knew by the look on my face that there was an issue and defused the situation right away. We check with the mechanic who was working on the car and found the key fob, below the window on the dashboard. Why not just put it in the cup holder or better yet with the other key??? Anyway the key inside the fob was missing and no where to be found, Dennis took the key fob and went to the parts dept and immediately asked to have a new key cut. The attendant smirked, looked at me and asked if I lost the key, before I could answer Dennis said " NO WE DID" meaning Griffin's Hub lost it. He immediately cut a new key, got my cookies and was off. Dennis is so customer focused and his ultimate outcome is for the customer to have a great experience. I can always rely on him for taking care of any of my issues and seeing the process thru to the end. And with the number of customers who go thru that Service department and the issues that need to get resolved, trust me you don't find people like him very often. Dennis you are an EXCEPTIONAL MAN! And a great asset to the dealership. Thank you for all you do for me and my cars. What would we ever do without you? Oh wait thats right there's still my salesman, WOOOOODY!!!! and yes Woody you are pretty awesome as well.

I have to honestly say that I had a good, positive experience with both Mr. Woody Kroeker and Mr. Dennis Weide at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I came to Griffin's Hub on Black Friday, November 28th, 2014 with a curious interest in purchasing a new car upon the trade-in of my old one. My previous vehicle was a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible with a blood red body, a black soft top, and a mild gray leather upholstery interior with over 53,000 miles on the odometer. I had originally purchased this car back in late August of 2007 at Hub Chrysler South (which used to be at the intersection of Highway 100 and Oklahoma Avenue until the spring of 2008). Eventually, I ended up having this vehicle undergo periodic maintenance at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge, starting in December 2009 and from that point on, I would continue to have my car serviced here because of the awesome maintenance crew led by Leroy Neu, Dennis Wilde, and Tanya Jeske. Therefore, based on the outstanding service department here at Griffin's Hub, I decided to go a step further and actually buy a new car here. Starting on Black Friday and wrapping up on Thursday, December 4th, 2014, I ended up purchasing a brand new 2014 Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible with a metallic silver body, a black soft top, and a charcoal gray leather upholstery interior. I have to say that both Woody and Dennis did an outstanding job in jumping over various hurdles to obtain this particular vehicle (with these specific colors that I requested). Yes, I can be a little finicky like Morris the Cat!!!!!! This car originated from a dealership outside of Louisville, Kentucky I was told. I also feel that Woody and Dennis were extremely cordial, helpful, meticulous, and patient in answering my many questions and concerns with this new purchase, especially with the financing. Both of these gentlemen were hospitable and outgoing and had a great sense of humor. They are also outstanding Green Bay Packer fans!!!!!! I know that I must have driven them both nuts with the fact that I was wearing either an Aaron Rodgers jersey or a Jordy Nelson jersey practically every time that I would come and see them!!!!!! Even after the devastating loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game on this past Sunday, January 18th, 2015, I am still proud to say "Go, Pack, Go!!!!!!" I will bet that Woody and Dennis feel the same way. Anyways, both of these gentlemen were like Santa Claus. After all, the holidays were upon us at the time. I just want to say that Mr. Jim Griffin is absolutely blessed to have these two hard-working gentlemen on his sales and business staff. They are both absolutely awesome!!!!!! And please let me add this: Mr.Griffin has awesome commercials on local television!!!!!! He should add Woody and Dennis and the Service Department alongside him on these commercials!!!!!! Anyways, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to both Mr. Woody Kroeker and Mr. Dennis Weide on a job well-done!!!!!! It was truly an awesome new car purchase experience!!!!!!

Where to begin .. Woody's "The Best". I was looking for a PT Cruiser, and as they are no longer made, it was difficult to find one in good shape with low miles. First time buying a car from a dealership, and after visiting a number of dealers I grew rather fond of the high pressure environment (I found it fun to walk away when they got pushy). Sadly my sales person, Woody K, did not provide such an atmosphere and acted as a genuine human. But from spending some time in the dealership, it turns out I lucked out: Judging by the conversation and talking points from neighboring dealers, Woody seems to be something of his own force. At least he never presented himself in a manner similar other idol sales reps. Woody appeared quality, and he didn't disappoint. Initially I was on my way to another dealership, likely to purchase a different vehicle, when I saw the vehicle I have purchased advertised online. After a brief call, I was taking a test drive 50 minutes later. He was upfront on how the vehicle was selling, who was interested (and not interested), and its history. I cannot speak for the entirety of Griffin Hub, however I will recommend my sales representative Wood, and their employee of financing, Dennis, to anyone. They were quality individuals that earned my business.

I found a Jeep Patriot on the Griffin's Hub web site that I really liked and requested more information on it and was contacted by Woody Kroeker via email. Woody was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I set up a time that I would be there and he had the vehicle out and ready for me to look over and test drive, I really liked the vehicle and we got started on the paperwork right away. I had my granddaughter with me and Woody got her some cookies and a balloon and made sure we were well taken care of while waiting. It seemed like in no time at all Woody had us in and out and I was driving home in my new Patriot. All in all it was a great experience and Woody was a great help in the whole process.

The last time I bought a car was 17 years ago and it was a Plymouth Voyager (his name was Porthos). It was one of the best cars I have bought. However it was time for Porthos to go to car heaven and I was working with the UW Credit Union and they gave me a list of car dealers that they do business with and Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge was on the list...since my dad was a retired Chrsyler employee I decided to stay with the Chrysler product. The Jeep line caught my eye and off I went for the adventure. Woody was at his desk when I pulled into the lot and greeted me when I walked in the door.....He has a very pleasant and laid back attitude. He ascertained all the necessary info about my reasons for visiting the showroom and proceed to check his computer for the parameters that I set forth. we talked about a few of the features on the Jeep Cherokee and Compass and we decided that the Cherokee would give me the most 'bang for my buck'.(my parameter) After locating the vehicle in question, we went for a test drive. I found this to be a very acceptable (very fine) vehicle. and then on to the financing of the puppy...... Woody worked his magic on the numbers and did everything in his powers to get me the best deal that he could for which I am very grateful...he also was very conscious of the time I was sitting at the dealership and after the not so painful financing experience with Dennis, Woody was back and forth to the service area and did everything in his capabilities to get my vehicle ready for me to leave. After all the hubbub of the buying of the vehicle and I was sitting in the car ready to leave, Woody did an excellent job of explaining the features.....I do have to say I did forget some of them but I am sure with time I will find out how to work everything.... I thoroughly enjoyed the no pressure attitude and the very friendly conversations that ensued during my visit..... The dealership has a clean, open feeling and the showroom floor had all the models to look at.....(I did not try the basketball hoop that was on the floor but I am sure it would have been fun) There was even the box of donuts to partake in.....I cannot speak to the coffee but the other clients seemed to be pleased with it.... Woody was attentive to my comfort though out the entire time......... I would definitely recommend not only Griffin Hub but Woody to buy a car from..... I was also given the time to say good bye to Porthos before driving away in my new car but not before Woody said "not to text and drive and keep it under 65". I would like to also add there is such a thing as a free lunch and Hi Pumpkin..........

He followed up, made sure we were happy and I have to say I have never been so happy as a customer ever. The entire dealership is top-notch. Our entire family drives Dodge/Chrysler and Jeep so we have told them all this is the place to buy and to make sure to see Woody! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They have poor customer service. I purchased a truck on Thursday it broke down four hours later. I went back and forth with them for over a month trying to settle the problem. I still did not end up with a vehicle and I have not received my down payment back yet! Dear Leroy Neu, Service Manager:I have received my 2013 Ram Longhorn 1500 back today after two days in your service department for miscellaneous repair: 1.) Seat belt replacement 2.) Back seat repair 3.) Inoperable sunroofWhat I have received is a brand new seat belt (very nice minus the tech black finger prints on my tan interior), back seat repair is fair to mediocre. The stitching does not look like they will stand the test of time for the near future and unfortunately will have to be revisited again, poor choice on Chrystler's behalf. As for the inoperable sunroof, your Service Advisor swore up and down that there is nothing wrong with it and that it is fully operational and even volunteered to demonstrate proper operation instruction for me of how to operate the sunroof, although I used it all last summer and seemed to have a good handle on it. (Well the sunroof works great! It's a shame that it decides to close itself randomly 5 times without me even having to push the button on the way home from the dealership which is approximately a 3 mile distance.) To top it all off, when I got into my truck your mechanic seat covers were still laying on the floor and the truck was filthy on the outside. For spending $55,000 at your dealership for a truck, I consider this a subpar service. So your statement stating your "committed to earning your customer's business everyday," has failed on this service and with this customer. Thank you,Freight On The Go, Inc.

I closed the deal on my fifth car I purchased from my sales guy, Woody Kroeker, last week Wednesday. Woody has always been able to find the car I tell him I am interested in buying. This car is painted the color I have been wanting on my past two Dodges, but wasn't a color that was available during those model years. This time the color was available for 2014 on the Dodge I wanted. The closing took about one hour from the time I arrived to the time I was driving my new Dodge home. Super smooth and easy purchasing experience. I have purchased all of my cars from Woody since 2001, used and new. My sales person, Jeff Mickelson was outstanding! He listened to what I wanted and displayed a great deal of confidence in explaining all the features of my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk. After I decided which features and color I wanted, Jeff did a three state search for the vehicle I wanted and found one four hours away from Milwaukee, WI. When I picked up my new vehicle, it was absolutely what I was looking for. The Anvil color was fabulous! Very difficult to find pricing on their web site or other on-line car buying web sites. Sent an email looking for pricing did not receive any numbers. Just an invitation to test drive. Test drove two 2012 Dodge Grand Caravans. Neither of them were clean inside. One had a calculator, a candy cane and a rubber bumper in the center console. They both had bald tires. Their prices were not competitive, so I thought they wanted to negotiate. When I made an offer that was in line with what I had seen on other on-line listings, the salesman did not even take the offer to the sales manager or counter. The salesman did not say thanks for coming in or goodbye. He even tried to keep the papers I had brought with all the vans we were going to look at. He just walked away. We put on our coats, walked out, and bought somewhere else. Drove 1 1/2 hours to be treated this way. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I was made to wait long periods of time to buy the car. I was overcharged on my bill. Finance manager had little knowledge of the warranty product. Was not give all the information required for the warranty. I was rushed through the sale and the finance manager pulled his phone out and started texting his girlfriend while I was trying to understand the contract. Contacted the manager, he was unconcerned. Called the owner and he had one of his managers call back. I feel that I was overcharged for the warranty.

I contacted the dealership to test drive a used 2012 Liberty shown on the website. I chatted with Woody and he prepared both the mentioned vehicle and a Patriot, so that I could make a more informed decision. My wife and I were shopping for a minivan since our last one was involved in an accident. We found three used vans at Griffin's Hub, all within our price range. So we drove the two hours to take a look at them. Neehi is a very friendly saleman, who put in the overtime, and drove to meet us at the 27th St. dealership. The financing part seemed to take forever, and we can't stand Wells Fargo, the bank we ended up with. But all in all, it was a very relaxed experience. And we ended up with a good quality van that will last our family for years, for a reasonable price.

The service writer I've been dealing with, Dennis Wild, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things in a way that you can understand. Also the service department is incredibly clean and very well organized. Two weeks ago I stopped in to set up an appointment to bring my car in for service and spotted a 2013 Dodge Challenger on the lot that tweaked my interest. Dennis introduced me to a salesman, Virgil Fuller, who brought the car up so I could take it for a test drive. Virgil is just a exceptional salesman and I've never had more fun or felt more comfortable in the process of purchasing a car. They gave me a great trade in price on my 2008 Charger and a great deal on the 2013 Challenger. Mr. Griffin has done a fantastic job on hiring a great staff to help run his business. I will without a doubt recommend Griffin Dodge and Virgil Fuller to any of my friends or family who are in the market for a new or good used vehicle.

I have just purchased a ram 1500 from Griffin Dodge today. I have purchased several vehicles in the past several years and I have not ever gone back to the same dealer twice. This experience was one of the best that I have had. I worked with Jessica and she is a very nice person to work with and NO pressure to buy. She wants to make sure that you get the vehicle you want and the price you can afford. Jessica is knows a lot about the vehicles and will help you find accessories to customize your vehicle. I truly enjoyed working with them because when I stopped in I was very restricted on time and they were willing to work with me over the phone and e-mail to make my purchase seamless and pain free. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should check them out and ask for JESSICA. Lastly, I normally don't post reviews but I felt that my great experience should be experienced by others. After looking for a long time for just the right car for my Wife, we found it at Griffin's Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge....We had researched the car and knew what we were after. A 2013 Chrysler 300C with all the right options for us. That part is pretty easy to do. The surprises began when we contacted our Salesperson....Julia Huhn. I've purchased nearly 100 cars in my lifetime, but this car was so much more advanced technologically than any others we've owned and there was much more to consider than buying the car and taking the keys. There was much to learn. Not only were my Wife and I won over by Julias willingness to extend her day by quite a bit to accomodate our visit, we found her to be sincerely interested in making sure we were not rushed, or bullied into a decision. Her level of patience and willingness to instruct us was stellar. Not once were we intimidated during the process because Julia was always a ready listener and relaxed in her approach. Knowledgeable, Warm, Sincere and Patient....everything a potential Customer will appreciate when making a choice of both car and Dealership. As the face of Griffin's Chrysler to us, she speaks well of the folks she works for. The process continued when we had "that visit" with the Finance Office, the same Class and style we found in Sales was continued as Todd Anderson walked us through the money end of things. Clear and concise, willing to explain all the details, Todd too was a standout at what could have been an unpleasant experience. He made it easy. Our Thanks to Griffin's for the wisdom shown in having these folks represent the company. We are considering another purchase shortly, and look forward to revisiting Griffin's with these folks in mind. Well done.....We could not be happier with every aspect of our buying experience.

I have had my vehicle in the service department 3 times since the beginning of April. Knowing what my vehicle was coming in for the first time, they didn't have the parts. Nearly 2 weeks later the parts were in and the vehicle fixed. That next weekend on a trip, my check engine light comes on and the service department tells me to drive it a few more days to see if it goes off. It does and immediately my oil change required message pops up. Oddly enough, I have no oil in my engine but it was just there and passed the multi-point inspection. Again, less than a month since it had the oil change, my check engine light is on again. Call in to the Service Department because I have another trip the next day - nope cannot help. Too busy and offers no alternatives. Since they are not getting my business for this, they certainly won't miss any of my future business.

The "build your own' concept on the internet and the ease of use was second to no-one. Ford Motor Co. and Hyundai have a lot to learn about customers. Julia Huhn and other staff sales people were very helpful and understanding. My new car selection was not an easy one but Griffins Hub Sales people made it easy. I just purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram Express Quad Cab yesterday. Originally, I sent in an online inquiry to the dealership with some questions about the truck. I received a response from Jessica right away and I came in for a test drive. I left and wanted to talk things over with my wife before making a decision. We decided we were going to purchase the truck, as long as our terms were met. Over a few day span Jessica and I had communicated about details of the transaction. There was no pressure to buy. I admit I was probably a bit of a pain, but Jessica went the extra mile and got the deal done. When we were signing the paperwork, Jessica watched our kids in the dealership play area. I went to shop for a new Dodge Caravan mini-van. I could not have been more pleased to run into Jessica Marentes for the sales rep. that day. I know she happened to be very busy the day I was there, but she was very nice and showed me the vehicle I wanted to buy. I took it for a test drive and came back to make a purchase. She did a great job of helping me through the process of buying. She was very helpful and concerned about my needs in order to purchase the vehicle. Upon the buying and pickup process I felt she was an a big part of me buying it from Hub. When I picked up the van after purchase, she walked me through all the ammenities the van offered. She taught me how the seats work, the radio, lights, and misc. items. I really did appreciate her time and effort. I would recommend her in a New York Second to buy a car from. I recently purchased a used car from Griffins Hub via the internet sales manager Woody. From start to finish it was great. I like to research cars online and communicate online until I am ready to test drive. I was never hassled or bombarded with phone calls. They respected my wishes to communicate via email and kindly answered all questions I had. Never any pressure. Upon test driving this vehicle there was a strange noise that came from the dash. They immediately took it in, figured out the problem, fixed it no questions asked and had it ready to go for pick the following business day. I would recommend this dealer and Woody based off the ease of the transaction and friendly staff. No pressure and being responsive to questions and concerns will keep me going back to Griffins Hub.

In all the times I have purchased cars this was probably the most enjoyable expierence we have ever had. Our salesperson Julia was very helpful in us getting our car and during the whole process. I would have wrote my review earlier, but I wanted to drive my vehicle long enough to make a proper assessment. First, I would like to thank Woody for making me feel comfortable during the purchase of BOTH of my vehicles. He's straight forward, not pushy, and very helpful. The first purchase was a 2009 Grand Cherokee SRT8. I had concerns about the tires and brakes, so he had all the worn items replaced with brand new parts, and threw in a set of tires. Shortly after buying the vehicle, I found that it wasn't as practical as I would have liked for a daily driver, so I changed my mind, and bought a new 2013 Grand Cherokee. I'm extremely happy with the vehicle, and extremely happy with Griffin Hub overall. The service department is first rate. However, I wish i could have thanked specific people, but they weren't listed in the "meet our staff" section on Griffin's website--FAIL) Dennis was excellent in Finance, and I would also like to thank Antonio for talking me out of buying anything less than the Grand Cherokee. Oh... and let's not forget... they were serving barbecue the weekend I bought my new car!!!! Nice touch!! Awesome!!!! I will be seeing GRIFFIN AND WOODY for my next vehicle. Thank you!!!

Exceeded my expectation in all fronts. It made the buying process of my Jeep Wrangler so smooth. Warren was the sales person I worked with and he was very knowledgeabe and helpful throughout the process. It was a custom order to the factory so very important to understand every minor details, the right choice of features required, and the factory build and delivery process. Warren walked me through the process in detail and gave the right recommendation. He was so proactive in making arrangements for delivery preparations while the vehilce was being built in factory and constantly updated me with the latest status promptly. I can NOT express enough how well Warren Haase treated my husband and I. We first met him at the Auto Show. He is the reason we now own our 2013 Town & Country, which I love. He was so patient, informative, forthcoming, not a trait most dealerships/salespeople have. This honestly the first time I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of, of pushed into something I couldn't afford. He was able to get us the vehicle we wanted in our price range. Woody did me a great service by taking care of a check engine light problem. Overlooked by the inspection process, when I asked him to take care of the issue, he did not hesitate to help me. They can to my house, got the car, fixed the problem and returned it. I took my 2009 Dodge Ram for service because of engine noise. Service adviser Dennis R. Wild is one of the poorest service advisors I have ever worked with. He does not return calls, does not update you on repair progress, and I believe he overall dislikes customers. Moving forward - The lifetime warranty on my truck paid for RECONDIONED/USED parts to repair the engine. And this process took 26 DAYS!!!!! When the truck was returned to me - The passanger side front fender was scratched. The hood had streaks of engine oil running down it The outside door handle was covered in grease The interior door panel on the drivers and passenger side, steering wheel and arm rests were covered in grease Unacceptable!

Apparently Griffins Hub met their quota for this month. The general manager told me he didn't want to sell me a 2013 Dodge Dart because of 300 dollars. The general manager is really lacking people skills. He said he knew I was not serious because I didn't come in during the day. Some people work during the day. My salesmen Richard was awesome.

so I just purchased a 2008 Toyota solara from Griffin Hub Chrysler / Dodge located in Milwaukee WI on South 27th st on 10/15/2012 first of all my salesmen Virgil was excellent and very professional the finance guy Todd was a pleasure to work with but the experience took a turn when I had to talk to Tim the manager of used car sales the night I took the car home I noticed that the driver side mirror was loose so I called Virgil (salesmen) the very next day and told him about the issue he himself stated that he noticed that the mirror was loose also and that he would say something to Tim about the issue I decided to call Tim and leave him a voice mail about the issue he never called me back so then I decided to call him today 10/18/2012 at about 10mins to 12noon and got nothing but attitude from the time he picked up the phone he stated that he was not going to obligate himself to fix or replace anything due to it being a used car and things like that happen on a car lot with as many car as we have so I guessing it ok to sale cars with defects ok and said it a used car it a 2008 not an 1989 I was not going to accept that and stated to him that I called your establishment the very next day so it not like I have had the car for weeks or months on end and just now called about the mirror he kept cutting me off stating it didn matter how long I had the vehicle or when I called etc and did not allow me to express my frustration in the matter and the way he was handling the situation he was very rude arrogant and unprofessional and had lack luster customer service skills I have never dealt with such poor customer service from a head of an establishment in my life. All I wanted was my mirror fixed they didn give me any floor mats and one of the speakers in the rear of the car is busted so I sure he won fix that either from hear on out I will be telling people to go to Andrew Toyota

I was looking for a used car, searching online for some dealers. I came across Griffin Hub because originally I wasnted a Jeep. I contacted Woody by e-mail and that is when the excellent customer services started. He contacted me immediately and we had an appointment to see him that week-end. When we came in he was more than accomidating. He showed us some Jeeps and I took one for a test drive. Wasn't a good fit for me. So he listened intently to what I was asking for and suggested I try a Dodge. I drove the Journey and loved it. I wasn't sure about a crossover but he knew what he was talking about. I knew he was honest and wasn't going to take us for a ride. We said we'd go home and think about it and he took care of everything. He called us back the same day and got us great financing and a payment we were looking for. We walked out that night with a new car. Woody is extraordinary. He fully proved that time and time again. I travel an hour each way everyday, so oil changes happen frequently. Everytime I e-mail him he responds immediately, gets me in at a time that works for me, always make sue I am taken care of. I always get a car wash too. I don't know if that is standard, but sure makes me feel special. Love the cookies too. I will send anyone I know and don't know to him. He is a true asset to Griffin and an outstanding representative. He will always go way above and beyond for me and I truely feel not only am I a customer but also a friend. There are so many instances of this to many to count. I truely adore him and will be a customer of his for many years to come. Thanks Woody. I must say also that the rest of the representatives at Griffin show the same outstanding service each time I come there. Keep up the great work. It's refreshing to know that there are still is a company out there who truely knows the meaning of Great Customer Service.

Have bought several cars from HUB, had them serviced there, and they have always done their best to give me rides while the car is being serviced, or a desk to work at, or drinks and munchies. Also, I wait exactly the time they state, while the car is being serviced. I would highly recommend Woody as the salesman to deal with, whether you're buying a new or used model. He's been there for years, and will go out of his way to help you, even after you've been driving the same car for years! Service department is excellent - no complaints on their work at all!

Came in for routine service on my 2010 Patriot and had been talking on and off with Woody (a saleperson) about trading it in for a newr Jeep out on the lot. The Jeep with black rims caught my eye. Before I left he threw out a rough number on a trade and I said I would speak to my husband about it. He told me to go to the Jeep website and build my car and call back so he could work up a deal. Long story short, 2 hours later I am in the dealership making the deal. I was offered every rebate and discount available and walked out with a 2012 Patriot that was loaded beyond belief -- remote start, Bose stereo, heated seats, sun roof, chrome trim and a blacked out grille and rims and smoked windows. The business manager knew I didn't want the sale of extras. I told him what I did want and he came back with the most efficient paperwork. We could have walked out that night with the Jeep but we hadn't removed a few personal items from the storage bay. I picked up "Black Betty" (as she has been named) the next day -- shiny, full of gas and detailed.Woody moved the plates to the new Jeep and I was off. Woody is awesome as is Dennis the business manager and all of the service department staff. For a 46 year old IT professional, the car was startling for many coworkers who hadn't picked me as the "black rims" type. The greatest compliment was a guy next to me in a cherry late 70s Cadillac who rolled down his windows to tell me "sick rims." While the compliment is awesome, I can't say enough about Woody. The words honest and car dealer don't often get used BUT at Griffin you can use them across the board. No pressure, no problem...fabulous service. Go see Woody! What are you waiting for?

I found Griffin's online and since it was relatively close to where I live decided to give it a shot. I emailed Woody (the online guy) who got back to me promptly. Between researching, questions, and checking out cars, Woody was extremely helpful. My experience with Griffin's Hub right from the moment that I called them on the car I was looking at online to the completion of the sale was very professional in every way. I had the pleasure of working with Woody Kroeker on my purchase. Woody was very attentive and very detail oriented when answering all of my questions in my initial phone call to the dealership to inquire about the car. Needless to say, there were no surprises when I went to see the car in person. I wouldn't ordinariy recommend a used car dealer, based on past experience, but my recent purchase of a 2002 Ford Escape from Woody at Griffin's changed my mind. I found the car online and wanted to test drive it. I live in Beaver Dam so it would have been quite a drive to So. Milwaukee. Woody volunteered to bring the car half way for me, about 40 miles. When I decided to buy it, he brought it back and we completed the paperwork in a parking lot. A few days later I noticed some small problems, cig lighter didn't work, small leak in power steering hose, lumber handle broken. I called Woody and he had a driver pick my car up in BEAVER DAM and drop off a loaner. The leak and lighter fuse were fixed and they brought my car back to Beaver Dam. The lumbar handle was put on order and when it came in, once again they picked my car up in Beaver Dam and returned it the same day. I wasn't charged a penny for any of this, including over 580 miles of driving/gas. I call that outstanding customer service! Woody was responsible for orchestrating all of this. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, never made me feel pressured to buy, and made the whole experience a real pleasure. Geaux Woody! Barb

We purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander and the same day we bought it (yesterday) we found a possible leak with the diff and the seal. Also the backup assist sensor is not working at all. The dealership has been amazing so far in the buying process, etc... but we will see what happens when we take it in next week to get looked at. Our salesman Woody has been outstanding and really helpful and assures us that there will not be a charge for this since it occurred the same day we bought the Jeep. My husband and I are a little uptight right now since we have not bought a USED vehicle in almost 9 years, so now we are afraid of what may be ahead. This has been a great dealer to work with so far, I just hope it stays that way! I would highly recommend Woody as your sales person if you are looking for a used vehicle. Everyone there has been very helpful and accommodating thus far!

I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was a very quick easy process compared to other places i have gone. My most recent visit was at the body shop after someone hit my car in a parking structure and it went so well. They had the work (buffing and some touch ups) done in a day and the person who hit me paid by credit card over the phone so i didn't have to deal with any of that. Very Happy with how it went:)

Griffin Hub is a smarmy, hustle-you dealership. The vehicle was misrepresented; the photo on their website had performance parts that were taken off before I arrived. They charged me as if the parts were still on. (Too much.) Stay away from these people, they are slick crooks with cheap cologne and greasy hair.The falsely advertised.

My significant other and I have had some experiance with this dealership and this is a good dealership if you enjoy being angry and frustrated. We have had 3 negative experiances with this dealership. The first happened approxamatly 05/2010. I was in the market for new lugnuts for our Dodge Charger. This dealer had them but they were priced way to high. The parts department used scare tactics to try to get me to purchase these lugnuts from them by telling me that I would not be able to get the lugnuts within a 50 mile radius. Truth: I purchased the lugnuts up the road from this dealership for a economical price. I dont know how this dealership would know the stock information for other dealerships within a 50 mile radius anyway. The second negative encounter was during the purchase of a vehicle in 11/2010. The finance manger was trying to get us to purchase an extended warranty for our vehicle. We had polietly told him no we did not want it, this caused him to be visibly upset. After telling him no several times he decided to lower the price for this warranty and offer again. So the crazy thing is that if we would have accepted the original offer of the warranty we would have spent more then what we would have had to. He obviously does not understand the word NO. When he finally realized he was not going to get his monday morning commission from us on this warranty he told us that we were unrealistic for not purchasing it and even quoted the chaos theory. He told us that the saving method for car repair never works. The third negative encounter happened 12/01/2010. The day we purchased our car it started to have problems. The car would turn over and then stall often upon start up and the passenger side door lock stopped working. For the stalling problem we brushed it off as bad gas or somthing and figured it was ok. Wrong: this issue kept happening and finally I took it in to be looked at. We dropped it off at the early bird drop off and had clearly written we wanted to be contacted before any work was done. The service representative that was responsible for servicing our vehicle overlooked my note and never called. I called several times to get an update. It took me 3 hours to get a hold of the representative... very frustrating. End result the 90 day 3,000 mile warranty that came along with the purchase did not cover any of the parts needed to fix our car. Also upon pick of the vehicle the front license plate was bent to a point that there is no excuse for it. So as a warning to any individual in the market for a new or used vehicle this would not be the dealership to go to. As in my case you cannot trust purchase stickers on the cars that state the vehicle is in good working condition. The BBB has also been contacted in regards to the pushy scare tactics as well.
