We used Grip to purchase a vehicle after months of searching and it was probably the most pleasant & painless dealer experience I've ever had. We worked with Alex and made an appointment to come see a few vehicles. He was available to answer any questions and then just gave us the space and time we needed to look around, test drive, and compare the vehicles we were looking at without the usual hovering that can accompany a lot of salespeople at dealerships. Just having that space to think was huge. Everything was really low pressure and I felt like I was making my own choices on my own terms vs being pushed into anything. In the future, if they have something I'm looking for, I'd definitely use Grip again to buy another vehicle.

Best deal on an Evo, flew in from Spokane and Alex and Riley were awesome with communicating through the whole process, 10/10 would shop here again.

My experience with Grip Autos changed my mind about buying cars! I’ve never had such a flawless experience finding a new-to-me car. From the beginning, the customer service was excellent. The team was so easy to talk to and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The space and show room is clean and inviting, and alleviated the stress of being at a dealership.
