I have recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Guess... all 3 were used vehicles. It started w me wanting a work truck 4 years ago and while I was there, they had a Sonata that was exactly what my wife was looking for... we left that day w both vehicles, although our credit wasn’t perfect, Ray got us a good deal. My truck was inexpensive because it had a lot of wear n tear, but it is a work truck. My wife’s car however was only 3 years old w low miles loaded up w accessories, and has been a very nice car since. Last month I was in the market for something nice, and they had a Jeep that I fell in love with! (4th Jeep I have owned now, definitely a Jeep guy) I’ve been improving my credit score over the last two years and it showed as my interest rate dropped 16% lower than before! Dennis was a pleasant salesman and I got to see Ray again too! Dennis gave me the grand tour of the shop and sales department, and a short time later we rolled out w my 2015 Jeep! They also treated my wife and me to lunch to show their gratitude for our business. Can’t beat Guess!

Con Artists. My mom bought her Chevy here with an extended warranty & gets all of her maintenance/oil changes here. She came in to get an oil change and asked them to check the spark plugs because it felt like it was skipping. They put it on a code reader (no code was lighting up, so pointless) and charged her $100 even though she was having her scheduled service. A week later she got stuck at my house because the spark plugs started misfiring and needed to be change, and very obviously corroded and bad. Who in the hell charges $100 to read a code with no check engine light on!!?? Also, you can get codes check for free and any auto parts store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!! I will make sure she never comes back.

why guess ? because they are the best ,a month ago i purchased a used gmc pick up,ray (my salesman) was great ,when i got back from my test drive he heard a squeak under the hood, ray tracked down the problem and made sure it was fixed,after i had the truck home found a couple of things i wanted checked out contacted scott in the service dept., he got me right in and while he checked it out and made repairs,gave me a loaner no charge for anything thanks ray,scott , and guess motors,keep up the great work and in those famous words" i'll be back" when i"m ready for my next vehicle and all my service needs

Ray is the best! Very comfortable experience, best treatment and service I've ever had in 22 years of buying vehicles... In fact I went to purchase an inexpensive HD truck for me, and left with the truck, and a beautiful car for my wife as well the same day! Ray has also followed up w several calls to make sure we are happy w the vehicles. Never had such nice people to deal with and the warranties are very extensive covering many things not normally covered on used cars. Can't say enough positives about this dealership, and will definitely be back again! Thank you Ray!

This was my first experience with Guess Ford and I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service! Dennis helped find the perfect car for me - even though it wasn't what I originally went in to see, he sold me a car that made more sense for my expectations and needs and I couldn't be happier!! I LOVE my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium!! I would certainly recommend Guess Ford for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle - with their pre-own certified warranty's they can't be beat! My family has purchased several cars from Guess over many years. I just purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus and my brother purchased a 2014 Ford Taurus. Kate Poole was our sales person and made the experience very convenient and hassle free. They came though for me when I had previously purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape and it had some exterior issues that were addressed to my satisfaction. All the times they needed to have my vehicle overnight they gave me a great rental vehicle.

Being a woman it is not easy to trust in the car buying process but Guess Ford made it so comfortable for me. With all the brands out today it can be very time consuming and confusing on what is the best bang for your buck. Guess having 3 NEW brands, Buick, Ford and GMC it was very nice not having to go from dealership to dealership and to have all the facts right in front of you to compare. Very friendly and knowledgeable sale staff, I will go back in 4 years for my next new car purchase.
