The sales person did not really help. He kept saying he was just the sales person and did not have the ability to negotiate the prices. While he was going back and forth to talk to the manager, the car we were looking at got sold. Their attitude was not really of someone wanting to sell a car.

I went to this dealership just to look at vehicles that I might want to purchase. I didn't intend on buying a car at all. I was greeted immediately getting out of the vehicle which is nice but made me feel a little uncomfortable seeing of how many people were hovering around. So the first words from my mouth were I'm just looking he insisted that I come in and speak to his manager or someone who was helping him I didn't know who the guy was but then he comes over and he starts to ask me did I have pay check stubs a down payment and etc obviously my answer was no bc I did NOT come to buy a car. So he basically gets a really smart attitude and starts telling me that how did I expect to buy a car with none of that so I said again I did not come to buy a car I came to look at what I even want ( I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CAR I WANTED) literally I was so shocked at how he basically ripped me a new one in front of my sister and husband. I was so embarrassed and humiliated bc he didn't talk in a professional manner he was very load so other people heard too. I WILL NEVER COME HERE TO BUY A CAR I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE. The manager reached out to me after I left a horrible Google review but no response. Horrible Establishment.

Unknowledgeable Salesman.....Unhelpful Title Clerk.......salesman was told we needed a 4x4, he tried to sell us a 2wd. Took 3 days to do the paper work. Bought the truck in May. It's now August and we still don't have a license plate. Gulfgate won't return any calls...hmmmm

Went into the dealership I was immediately greeted by Sergio. I explained my situation.. (financing a lemon, no money and credit wasn't the best) Sergio and the finance manager did everything possible to help me. Needless to say I drove off in a brand new 2015 dodge dart in a matter of hours! You guys are absolutely the best in the business!

Mike soileau is a great salesman I recommend that whomever goes there request him as the salesman he is very helpful and exhaust all options to get the deal done for your favor

Poor service from the moment I stepped into the dealership...receptionist too busy texting on her phone vs helping direct customers or answering any questions.. waited nearly 30 mins before anyone even said hello let alone getting a salesperson to help.... very disorganized setting.....and to think, for the first time I only went down there because I heard the commercials on the radio.... wound up leaving this mess of a dealership and would up purchasing a dodge dart at autonation dealership in Spring where I felt that they actually wanted my business... Unless you want to waste your time.. definitely not worth the drive to gulf gate dodge..

One of the quickest process ever buying a car. Andrew Cardova was my salesman. If you want to buy a new ride Andrew wants to and will sell you a car. Greats salesman thanks a million Andrew you are the man.

I drove 75 miles from Beaumont, TX to buy my second Dodge Charger R/T from this dealership. In particular, Andrew Cordova, the Internet Sales manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He is a true professional. Both new car sales managers were very friendly and accomodating. I was able to strike a tentative deal over the phone and when I arrived, there was a no hassle buying experience with no surprises. We quickly finalized the deal and I drove out of the dealership within an hour in the 2013 Charger. Unlike many other new car dealerships that like to play games and fool you around, Gulfgate Dodge knows how to take care of business! It is a true pleasure doing business with Gulfgate Dodge and I highly recommend them.
