After testing my battery with my own tester and one other from auto zone showing it was bad I took it into gullo where they claimed it was my alternator and that it would be a $700 fix. They were unwilling to work with me and would not honor the 3 year warranty on their Ford brand battery.

Great sales experience. No haggling in prices or trade. They were fair from the start and made the process of buying a new truck (which I hate) go very smoothly. Sean Brelin was my sales guy and he was awesome. Highly recommend Gullo Ford in Conroeand Sean.

In Texas, we Texans like to be fair, upfront and courteous with everyone. We always give a fair shake and expect one in return. Gullo Ford may be in Texas but they sure don't act like Texans. As a retired military senior leader with 25 years of service, I know a lot about honor, integrity and respect. You won't find any these values at this dealership. I was even pre-approved with my own bank financing but the finance director left for the day without the common courtesy of telling my salesman. My salesman said he would call me first thing in the morning and that was over 1 week ago !!!As military retiree was appalled by the way this dealership does business.

I purchased a new F-150 from Gullo Ford in 2014 which was a pretty good experience. I returned last week believing loyalty mattered to Gullo. It is normal to expect that trade-in appraisal would come somewhat low. They appraised my trade-in at far less than KBB Instant Cash offer (usually less than trade-in range) to the point I felt insulted. At that point, I decided to see if we could work a deal without trade, but that appraisal left a really bad taste. I didn't get a good feeling, so I ended up sleeping on their offer and I'm glad I did. I went to different Ford dealership instead. I've got much better deal on my trade (definitely inside the trade range) and also a great deal on my new 2016 F-150 Lariat. They genuinely wanted to make a deal happen and worked with me. What a bummer for Gullo... they speak a great game, but their actions and methods don't. All in all, they lost me as a customer.

I have taken my 2009 Ford Expedition in several times for oil changes and minor repairs. They have always done an outstanding job of calling me, keeping me updated. My furniture store is just in downtown Conroe, and they drop me off, pick me up no problem. My experience today was a dead battery, could not jump it. Had it towed in with AAA. I mean it was very dead. Shayna H (looks like Jody Foster!!) called me and said it was just a loose cable (not by the battery) and they tightened it up, charged the battery, NO CHARGE!! Yet they could have charged me for something...Great place!! Very friendly, nicely ran... (I had previously contacted 2 other dealers the same week and had a very bad experience so I was feeling a bit pessimistic). Gullo Ford was different. Immediately we were contacted by Tristin Dodd and he emailed the car fax I requested to provide me some peace of mind. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Silvano in finance knew that the interest rate was very important and he took care of us, obtaining a great rate in my opinion. I WAS A LITTLE MAD BUT THEN THEY SAID THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME $399 FOR WINDOW TINT NOW I THINK I AM ON CAMERA AND THIS IS A JOKE BUT IT GETS BETTER. SO WE NEGOTIATE THE $399 WINDOW TINT TO $199 AND THEY SEND ME INTO FINANCE REMEMBER I SAID I HAD PERFECT CREDIT SO I KNOW GOING INTO FINANCE I WILL GET 0% FROM FORD. THE FINANCE LADY SAID I GOT APPROVED FOR 6.9% WITH FORD AND I SAID WHAT ABOUT 0% FOR 72 MONTHS LIKE THE BIG BANNER SAYS IN YOUR LOT? SHE SAID OH YES YOU DID GET 0% BUT YOU WILL LOOSE OVER $5300 IN REBATES. I SAID GET THE SALES MANAGER BECAUSE HE TOLD ME BEFORE NO REBATES WILL APPLY TO THE PRICE ON SPECIAL. Already filled out this survey, the salesman realy read us and solved the problems that most likely would of prevented us from buying a car on this visit. Financing could of showed cost with out add on extras, but got what we needed for the price we could live with and covered for the duration of the contract. NO REGRETS... Buying my F-150 at gullo ford was the best buying exsperance I have out of the 17 new vehicles I have bought in the past. My sells person was Matt Lungsford. He called me back and talked to me like a person not like a sells man. I went to planet ford before coming to gullo and it was by far the worst exsperance I have had looking at vehicles. I am so glade that planet ford didn't want to work with me because that made me go to gullo ford. Mr. Lunsford and the finance dep were so helpfully in the buying of my truck. I will be back in the future to purchase a suv for my wife. I would like this chance to say thank you to Matt Lunsford and the gullo team.

The place is ridiculous they act like you are on their time the entire time. The Finance department is a joke and doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing I was sent home with paperwork to have signed by cosigner when I returned it they couldn't be bothered to check and give me my copy they wait a few days then start hounding me that they missed something. If you would have checked it when I returned it the this wouldn't be an issue. Pretty much only go here if you aren't in a hurry and don't mind sitting around for them cause they will make you wait.they will never receive my business or any of my friends. They have no idea how to treat a customer. Oh the manager will offer to buy you a cup of coffee. It's free everything else costs though. They also messed me out of the 250 down payment assistance they supposedly were giving and the 500 dollar college assistance. Jason Banks makes you wait so long that you forget everything so you are just ready and to leave. Well at least they can live off that commission cause they won't ever get another one from me or my family funny thing is I have two people about to go buy vehicles.

The new Expedition King Ranch is truly an amazing car. When I arrived, I quickly met up with Chris Hawk. He showed me some cars and took me on two test rides. He didn't get pushing about shoving a car purchase down my throat and I appreciate that. He followed up a couple of days later and got me back in the show room. I tried to get with Chris at that time but he was tied up with another client. He referred me to Matt who showed me the car that Chris had pulled to the front of the lot. The rest is history. Chris has been responsive to my follow up questions since I purchased the vehicle. Enjoyed working with Chris. I didn't get much time with Matt but he was courteous enough but Chris went the extra mile.

I really wasn't looking to purchase a new vehicle when I was in the dealership last week. But my wife had expressed an interest in the Ford Edge model. There happened to be one on the showroom floor and I really liked the way it looked and it's features and options but was not fond of the color. David Bracewell, one of your salesmen, saw me and asked if he could be of assistance and proceeded to help me find the one that I would be most interested in. He found two in inventory and he gave me the keys and directed me to their location. After test driving both, I settled on the one I liked the most. During the test drive, they were appraising my trade-in, and upon arriving back at the dealership, sales manager, Jason Banks, was already working on the sales offer. I ended up leaving the dealership with a new vehicle. There was no pressure from the sales staff to buy, but they were most helpful in answering any and all questions that I had about the vehicle. And perhaps most important of all, my wife loves it!!

I bought a 2012 Ford F 150 FX2. It wasn't what I was looking for when I first came into your dealership. I came there because my son had purchased a vehicle from you and said you were good to deal with. I did find a vehicle that I liked but your price in my opinion was a bit high and the payments were out of my price range, but as I found out later when I did pick a vehicle that I did like the APR on the financing was over 6%. I came in there with a preapproved loan of $35,000 with a maximum of 3.49%. Your finance officer Andrea Swanson, who is very nice was able to get me into the vehicle with a 75 month loan. The only minor flaw I have found in the truck is that the speedometer is about 3 MPH off at highway speeds, other than that I am very pleased with the vehicle. Martin Madrid, the salesman whom I dealt with was very helpful in helping me find this vehicle I purchased. He didn't give up trying to find me something I could both afford and like and he succeeded.

This was my first experience with Gullo Ford. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Chris Hawk was exceptional helpful in showing me the truck I had picked out I had already decided on the model, trim and color of truck I wanted. It took a few extra minutes to find it only because, thankfully they do have such a nice large volume of trucks to choose from. Looked it over quite well, and then went for a test drive. Later talked to his Manager Anthony Rodriguez we came to an agreement. Went around to the finance office which didnt take very long. I also wanted the truck bed lined so I talked to Linda in the accessory dept., she was very helpful and sharp on that and other items I purchased. This is my first new truck in 38 years A 2016 Ford F150 Lariat. Awesome ride, quite, handles great and plenty of power. If I was to wear this one out and needed to get a new one I would definitely go back to Gullo Ford. But I expect to keep this one for quite a while. I have been in quite a few dealerships over the years, some good some shouldnt have been open to the public to start with. But if you want a new truck or car go to Gullo Ford very friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with, try them you will be pleased. Thanks to Chris, Anthony, Linda and all the great staff.

Serivce here is a joke. Service advisors come and go like the wind. One will tell you a price and if you bring it back the next week the price has changed! The only reason I was going here was to get the "Ford" warranty. Well come to find out, that is a JOKE too. Gullo did repairs on my truck and did not do it right. They refuse to warranty it. (We are talking $1000 dollars) I even called Corporate and they told me each Ford is individually owned and they could not do anything. If you go here you are wasting money and the service is HORRIBLE.

My sales person understood what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on other things. I gave them parameters to work within and they remained within them. When things went wrong at the dealer because they could not get my truck delivered they provided me with another truck that had a couple more options for the same price. I thought that was the right thing to do. I would do business with them again.

went there for front end alignment on 2003 Ford F-350. Left it there. They called few hours later with bad news. I asked the rep to read off the $3,000 list of needed parts. He started off with tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints. Then proceeded to list off linkage arms for this and that. Then listed sway bar ends. I say no on the sway bar ends. They got nothing to do with alignment. In the end went to pickup truck after completion, and realized they also got me for front and rear shocks which have nothing to do with alignment. But I end up paying over $400 extra for shocks that I did not authorize. Lesson learned, when they call you, stop, go back to the dealer and have them walk you through everything. Show you the bad parts that need replaced. There is no telling how much more I had to pay for stuff not needed. Trust is not there anymore.

My Ford Escape Hybrid is 6 years old and has entered the "more service visits" phase. Everyone at Gullo is helpful and friendly, as has always been the case and I still recommend this dealership. I've often said I could do commercials for this dealership. I've been a customer for a dozen years or more and won't change unless I am disappointed at some point.One thing I notice is that many of the folks at the dealership have dealt only rarely with a hybrid vehicle like mine so there is a bit of a learning curve for the service managers and apparently the mechanics. I realize Ford made and sold relatively few of these vehicles. But I love my car and plan to keep it for a while more. By the way, the renovations to the ladies bathroom are outstanding!

I have admired the Ford Fusion's appearence for sometime.I googled Gullo to learn of customer opinions.On a scale of 1 to 5,all were 4 or 5.So,I went to Gullo and bought a 2016 Fusion Ecoboost,2 liter,Titainium.The staff was courtious and helpful.I've owened it for one week,so haven't used Service yet.I was offered a 72 month zero interest loan,but declined and paid cash for it.So,I was upset to see that I had been charged theDocument and Dealer Inventory fees.My salesman advised me yesterday that Gullo's General Manager ordered those Fees to be refundedto me by check.When done,that will resolve that complaint.I am still learning how to use the Bells and Whistles,and my salesman is helping me when I ask questions.

Don't take your vehicle here. You can't believe anything the service people say, I called on Wednesday and asked if I brought my truck in on Thursday afternoon would they be able to fix a problem with my rotors being uneven and the truck shuddering when stopping and have ready by Monday morning at 7:00 A.M. The Assistant Service Manager told me that would be great and plenty of time to get that done, I called on Monday at 7:00 A. M. and was told that they were about to check it out, I told him not to bother and picked the truck up not even having been looked at. It amazes me that when you plan and give them plenty of time they just shove it to the backburner and don't even consider it until you call them, I was told that the people that came in after me had priority because they were waiting. Very unprofessional.

Did not expect to buy a car when we went to Gullo Ford, just wanted to see what was offered. Saw a car on the showroom floor that we liked. Salesman said to bring in our trade in car so he could give us a deal on the car we wanted. We liked the deal, bought the car and drove it home that night. Best part of the deal was there was no pressure from the salesman.

My salesperson did a great job. She found the vehicle I wanted without a major upselling. I told her what I wanted and would have walked if she tried it. Very smart on her part. Finance changed the monthly amount when I went to sign the papers, but the manager fixed that problem. My biggest concern is the time it takes. I picked out the vehicle I wanted on Friday night and it still took 4 hours on Saturday. That is more of a statement about the process than any individual.

First, my sales consultant took the time to find out not just what I was looking for, but what I needed. For example, I went in with a preference for the F-250. However, after asking me a series of questions he recommended that I also consider the F-150. Bottom line, I walked out with the F-150. The trade-in value of my previous vehicle was very fair. Lastly, a considerable amount of time and effort was put into making sure that I was familiar with all of the vehicle's features and that I was comfortable with the purchase. The only item that would suggest could be improved involves the financing portion of the process. I walked in with an approval from Ford Credit for much more than the value of the new vehicle. FYI, I financed approximately 50% of the value of the vehicle. Once the finance paperwork was complete and I was reviewing everything at home did I realize that the financing was through Capital One. This is no big deal, except that I should have been made aware. Overall, it was a great experience. I will return to Gullo Ford when I next need a new vehicle

I went to Gullo Ford in Conroe Texas to get an oil change and to have my truck detailed. When I received my truck back the spare tire and all of my spare tire tools were gone! You have to have my key to access my spare and nothing was tampered with so it is obvious that it was an employee and not some random person who can across my truck while it was getting services. When the dealership pulled up with my truck my spare cable was hanging below my bumper dangling, I let the porter know immediately that my stuff was missing and was told to contact Jason the Asst shop manager in the morning as it was 5:10pm. I contacted Jason who pretty much told me to pound sand as to nothing could be done and his detail guys would never steal somebody's spare. When I asked if he could review video camera's I was told that they don't have camera's to review "even the dollar store has camera's". He told me that I was aware that they were not responsible for personal belongings stolen, since when was my tire tools and jack suppose to be in a locked truck along with my spare tire that requires the ignition key to get down considered person items, any other person would consider this vehicle equipment. This was my first and very last visit at this location and will forever forbid my company from ever using this dealership. Don't expect the dealership to contact you or even call you back when you reply to their comments, you sadly will be wasting your time!!

What I really loved was that our salesman, Robert Nicki, never pushed us, I would rather walk away from a pushy salesman and go to another dealership, but this wasn't necessary. We talked about the cars explained we were only considering a change, he gave us all the information we needed and let us walk away without ever saying what can we do to make you take the car today? if he had I would have never returned, instead my husband and I both commented on the ride home what a get experience it was not to be hassled and pressured. The next day we went to look at another brand of car where we did get hassled it was awful! We stopped back into Gullo on the way home talked to Robert again, and again he let us walk away. But guess what we returned the next day and sealed the deal so his not being pushy won our business possibly now and again this year when we need another car. He was a real pleasure to work with and I will tell others to ask for him if they find themselves at Gullo.

My salesman, Ceasar Zamora, was very helpful. Extremely polite. Listen to what I needed and didn't try to sell me something I did not want. This is the second Edge I bought in 6 weeks from Gullo. The first one had a problem that could not be resolved, engine died on me twice within a week and Ceasar and David Kitzmiller, sales manager, worked with Ford to let me return that vehicle and get this one. I have my 87 year old mother and my grandchildren that ride with me and I did not feel comfortable with that car. I live in Houston, Texas and it is not a city to have a car that may died at any given time or place. This car has not had the problem. I would recommend Gullo, Ceasar and David to anyone buying a car. They did not question that I had caused the problem with the first car and worked to get it corrected.

i recently purchased a preowned CHEVY Duramax diesel from this dealership. A couple of days after I purchased the truck the check engine light came on and it started running rough, it was giving a turbo fault code.I went back to Gullo and talked to Willie Sanford the service manager. Willie said to leave it with him and he would have it checked out. He rented me a car to drive (at no charge to me). Three days later my truck was ready and ran like a new truck. They had to remove the turbo and clean it and relearn the turbo. When I ask Wille what my bill was, he said "NO CHARGE". I feel Willie and Gullo Ford went above and beyond their responsibility to help me, as I purchased the truck "AS IS NO WARRANTY". I appreciate Wille and Gullo Ford for what they did to get my truck running great.

Went to Gullo Ford in Conroe TX looking for a new/used SUV for my wife. Walking the lot, we found a fully loaded used Ford Edge. A salesman named Brandon came out to meet us. This guy didn't know much about the vehicle even though he worked at a Ford dealership. I really didn't need his help to figure out if we liked the vehicle or not so I let it go. We found a piece of the tailgate interior that was missing (small 2" x 4" rectangle) and Brandon assured us that he would replace it. Then I noticed, as we continued to look at the vehicle, that he couldn't remember my name or my wife's name. Anyway, I made a deal and we went off to the finance department. This lady was rather brash and was trying to rush me, which I didn't appreciate but let roll off my back. Throughout this process, I realized that this person couldn't remember our names either. BTW we have very common names. We bought the Ford Edge that evening and felt good about the deal. Now I just need to get the tailgate fixed up and we will be finished. Well Brandon, who still can't remember our names, decided to become even less customer friendly and wouldn't return any voice mails that were left. So I went into the dealership again and had him paged. After 20 minutes and another page, he finally showed up and gave me the sob story about his personal life. He again promised to fix the tailgate and keep in touch with us. Admitting that he had not done a good job of that this far. Well, 2 weeks later and 2 more voice mails not returned, I went back into the dealership and had him paged. After about 10 minutes of waiting and about 5-6 people asking if I had been helped, I was getting rather upset. If I was a cartoon, I would have had smoke coming out of my ears. The used car manager named Willie noticed and came over to inquire. I informed him of the promise made and lack of communication from his salesman Brandon. Willie did what any good customer service minded manager would do and took my problem over immediately. He set up an appointment and got the tailgate fixed. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, Brandon passed me 3 times and made sure to continue his level of customer service by not acknowledge me at all. Nothing has been said, no voice mails returned, no apology offered for the horrible customer service that I received from Gullo Ford in Conroe Tx. I am very sorry that Brandon was working that evening and we ended up doing business with him. I am very sorry for stepping foot on the Gullo Ford car lot. I offer 1 star and only 1 star to Willie the used car manager for his involvement. Otherwise this place sucks!

On Saturday, January 24, 2015 my wife and I met with sales associate Kimberly McGovern at Gullo Ford of Conroe with the intension of purchasing a used vehicle as a work truck. Kimberly was a very impressive sales rep. with remarkable knowledge of every vehicle we questioned her about to include great professionalism. I was expecting to come face-to-face with one of those persons just out to push a buyer through the works as though he or she were some dumb potential customer with no earthly idea of what they really want, instead Kimberly seemed to be genuinely concerned to actually listen to what we were interested in and put up with all of the mess we could throw at her and never lost her focus and interest. She did not try to sell us a vehicle, she helped us to actually pick out what we wanted and also needed. It was a great comfort to deal with Kimberly, and we are very pleased to say that she has given us a different outlook on what to expect from a real professional sales rep. Kimberly also went out of her way to let us meet one of Gullo's impressive technician named Lance who were very pleased to put our minds at ease about any concerns we were having about the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Lance also came over very professional and friendly dealing with us, not giving the air that we were simply getting on his nerves. Thank you Kim and Lance for great service!

Gullo Ford is by far the closest and most conveniently located Ford Dealership for us. We really tried our best to give them first and last opportunity to sell us a fully loaded 2014 Escape. We gave them the itemized quote of Ryan Ford and they still couldn't beat it so they lost the initial sale. We also got the full 7 yr extended warranty and the maintenance/tire care plans.We thought no problem since we can always use them for service with our Ford ESP. My wife has taken it in twice to them and both times has been told the Ford ESP wasn't in the system so they couldn't do anything. Ryan Ford even sent them copies of all the paperwork.The first question out of their mouth every time is "Did you purchase this from us?". The answer is a resounding "No, but we have the Ford ESP". I guess this drops us down their priority list because my wife has had to wait each time as others are ushered ahead (no appointments allowed). There is an air of rudeness with how they handle customers as can be seen by their abysmal reviews online here and other customer service rating sources.Bottom line is this: If Gullo ever wants our service or future purchases, they should send a manager down to Ryan Ford in Crosby TX (West of Katy on I-10) to learn how people like to be treated. I can not praise them enough and even if I ever moved out of state, I would still buy from them.

The service department is by far the absolute worst. On my first 2 visits there was zero communication between the advisers and myself. Both times I had to find out my vehicle was complete by inquiring myself...after they said my truck wasn't even showing in their system. At least a dozen calls went unanswered at the service dept. First visit was due to a failed warrantied brake caliper that overheated the rim, causing the balance weights to fall off of the tire. Requested to have a balance performed and covered by the dealership when I dropped it off--they agreed and never performed the tire re-balance...also requested an oil change be performed. When I picked it up, they didn't have a record of me requesting that or the oil change and said it (balance) wasn't covered under Warranty anyway. Second visit, dropped truck off Thursday for a faulty EGR valve and again when I called Saturday...no record of my truck being there. Went to Enterprise on site and there wasn't a rental authorized from Gullo so I paid out of pocket. Even the Enterprise rep could not get a hold of anyone at the service department after 6 tries to authorize the rental on the warranty. Save your time and have the work done at Planet Ford 45 or Tomball Ford where you actually receive customer service.

Searched for an F-150 with the package that I wanted and once I had a pretty good list, I walked into Gullo. The salesman, Cesar Zamora listened to what I wanted and led me to the vehicle that matched as closely as possible. He took care of all the details very efficiently and was never "high pressure". All of the staff treated me courteously and did their best to make things go smoothly. The vehicle was ready when promised and was cleaned, full of gas, and ready to go. I need to also say that I had test driven a truck (that I didn't buy) a week or so earlier and was helped by Robert Nikki, who was also very nice to work with.

David Bracewell is an exceptional salesperson, I can't convey just how FAST and simple he made this entire process. I ended up getting a newer, better version of the truck I already had (and already loved) for a great price, and a great deal on my trade. Fastest car-buying experience I have ever had, no exaggeration. The SYNC Specialist, Lauren, also got me up to speed on all the new tech features. I took my car in for a recall. Software Update. I was on my way home in the courtesy shuttle when I got a call it was ready less then 1 hour. I didn't even get home yet. Service is always good and the Gullo Ford family not only are famiky but also give back to the community which always make me want to spend my money on .my community.. I feel like family.when I'm there. Thank for being personable. I would Definatly recommend them. Service parts sales. All depts, even the administrative ladies behind the scenes go above and beyond. They came to.my rescue one time when I was very ill by bringing a couch into the ladies room when I got terribly ill once while I was getting my oil changed..really awesome place.

The Gullo people did everything that I needed on a difficult situation. Also; I had a serious health issue while the car was at Gullo. Core was very helpful to my wife to ease her concern about the car. We picked the car up after I was released from the hospital and felt strong enough to drive it home. The car was kept in a secure, covered area unil we could pick it up. The unfortunate component of my experience was that the brake caliper I had to replace only had less than 2000 miles on the device. The car is garaged and covered and never taken in the rain.

2014 Ford Fusion SE - staff was very helpful. This was the second time that I had to bring my car in because the voice commands with my SYNC quit working. Had them do an oil change and tire rotation while they had the car. HOWEVER, it wasn't until I was waiting to check out that I noticed a comment on my paper that said there was a bubble on my tire. The dealership did not have any of my tires in stock. I had to ask them to put my spare tire on in order to get home that night. This is something that they should have called me on and not have waited until I asked what that comment meant. They should have been proactive in this instead of me having to catch it before taking possession of my vehicle. All in all, I always have great service here but was a little disappointed and highly frustrated this last time.

I dropped my car off for a 20,000 mile checkup at 11 AM, everyone was pleasant and greeted me promptly and it was done within the time Dean told me and everything was done correctly. It really was a great experience. In addition, Dean checked to see if I had a maintenance agreement and I did which save me money. He went out of his way to do that for me.

Edge 2013 - I went in to have the 10,000 mile service done. It took about two hour but was done before they said it would be done. When I went to get my car it was not parked in the fast lane. When I asked the man there he said he would go bring it out but after a long time I realized I was holding my keys so I went back to where I had paid. The lady there got right on it. She found it by clinking the car with the key. It was parked facing the building but about three or four cars closer to 45 than the roof. I think the man that said he was going to bring it out to me should have returned to help me look for it.

I didn't find the process all that good. It was most likely impacted by the fact that the vehicle was being brought in from a dealership some 400 miles away, but it certainly didn't seem to go nearly as smoothly as my last purchase at Gullo Toyota just over a year ago. I'm not saying that anyone was not doing their job, but it just seemed much more stressful and also seemed to take a lot of time to complete.

ordered 4 tires on Wednesday 8/20, was told by Juan they would be in for installation on Saturday 8/24. I called on Friday to make sure they were in and found out they had never been ordered. had to come back on Tuesday 8/26 for the installation. Also had front brakes done and wanted the nationally advertised price of $179.95. The tech. put the wrong brand of pads which did not qualify for the special. Quick Lane rep Dean did his best to remidy the situation but I still ended up payng a little more that I should have had to.

I replaced the battery on my 2007 F-150, but did not realize that I had not connected all the cables, which resulted in "Check Charging System" messages on the dashboard. I dropped the truck off with Rick Porter. I am writing concerning a Ford Flex. My mother Joyce Pennington purchased this vehicle and was shortly unable to drive. She has put the car in my name (Dale Rushing). Although it is in my name I use it to drive her wherever she needs to go,as she is in an assisted living facility. The console lid would not open and had to be completely replaced. This summer my vehicle was at Gullo twice. The first time was for an oil change and to look at the console. They had to order a part which was fine. In the past when I have had a car at the dealer it is usually washed and vacuumed. This did not happen this time so I was a little disappointed. ( this may not be offered by Gullo and really no biggy but disappointing none the less.)After having to wait and finally calling to see if the part ever came in. I could not come for a few weeks because of being out of town. I told them this and they assured me that it would be there. When I brought the car in I was told it might not be there because it was so long. It was quite a while before I found out the part was in. Which again may not have been a big issue but the job was going to take a half day and had to leave my ride in wait until they figured it out. I am not trying to be negative. The car was fixed and is its still fixed. I am pleased. It was just a little disappointing in the way things were done. However, the final outcome was positive. Dale Rushing

I bought a brand new 2014 GT convertible off the showroom and right from the beginning a major issue with the top not functioning properly. When closing the top it will not match up to latch down. Have brought the car back twice already to get this issue resolved. I was instructed to leave the top closed for a week after they made another adjustment. So in 5 days I will try the top again. If it is still not resolved then we have to talk about putting me into another vehicle.

Had our 2011 Edge in for battery test, Rick Porter was most helpful and explained options for new battery selection. Rick went above required service when it was time to see cashier she was extemely busy and Rick picked up the slack, took care of my bill and got me on my way. I do have one other comment and that is the "new" service area and I suppose the valet approach when pulling into the service write up area. I have never had to wait on a service advisor in the past and this valet service seems a bit confusing.

Overall, my wife and I are very pleased, with the purchase of our 2013 CMAX Hybrid. All the folks at Gullo have normally been very helpful and professional, but I feel that there is a "disconnect" between the Service Technicians and the Service Writers, and more so between the Service Manager and Gullo's customers. I am extremely disappointed that my call was never returned by the Service Manager, despite following up my voicemail with a verbal request left with the Service Writer, I still have heard 'nothing'. With regards to the explanation I received following our most recent "battery" issue, I don't know if the Service Technician wasn't able to explain the problem to the Service Writer, or the Service Writer wasn't able to fully explain it to me, but I'm certain that "throwing, yet another 12V battery" at the problem, hasn't led any of us any closer to fixing that actual issue (which, for the record, I believe is a Module issue, not a battery issue). In addition, when I inquired whether the most recent Tech Bulletin (addressing the very issue of 'dead batteries'), had been followed, I was assured that "the VIN number was researched, and all associated Service, Bulletins, and Recalls were addressed". The following day, after we picked the vehicle up, the alert system informed us that the Engine Oil was at 0% life, and needed to be changed. It would have been far more convenient if your shop caught that, while the vehicle was there. Also, upon our return trip to have the oil changed, Fast Lane included the tire rotation, as part of the associated maintenance, but failed to checked (or correct) the low tire pressure. I realize that you guys have had quite a turnover in personnel recently, I am hoping that with a bit of time, the recent changes will reflect an improvement, over the direction you've been headed in recently. One of the main reasons that I talked myself into buying a new car, was to avoid having to work on it myself. If things continue on this path, I'm going to have to reconsider my decision, regarding this purchase, as well as any future plans of replacing my truck. Walked in & told them that I had spoke to Corey over phone cple days ago to set up my 1st oil chg. Corey was not in so he told me to go to desk where he wld be. There was another man there & he helped me. At first I thought he was going to ask me to wait for Corey but he did say he wld write me up. While he was working on my paperwork another man walked up & he stopped my paperwork to help him. Not sure why. I actually felt like it was because I was the only woman in the store at the time. Service went well but your guys just were not that friendly. This is my 2nd vehicle to purchase from you. I did not let you service my 1st one because of unwelcoming staff. Sure hope I can use you w/this vehicle especially since I purchased maintenance program. Guys were not rude just did not feel welcomed.,

After doing my online research for a couple of days, the 2014 Ford Explorer kept getting high ratings on it's safety. So not ever owning a Ford, I decided to trade-in my GMC Yukon for an Explorer. My husband and I moved to Montgomery in August of 2013. So I wanted to do business with someone in the community. I again researched Ford dealers in Conroe and decided on Gullo Ford. I called and asked for a sales person. Brad Gatewood answered the 'sales page' and I was very impressed with his professionalism. I made a appointment to come in the next day and meet with him about a new car. He greeted me with a smile and a firm hand shake. We sat down in his office and talked in length about my situation, what I was looking for, and what I could afford. Needless to say I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer from Brad. I am a 68 year old widow and not every young adult has time or the manners toward my age group. I was totally impressed with the Gullo Ford dealership but especially impressed with Brad. This wasn't my first purchase with Gullo Ford, and, as always, they did not disappoint! As much as I loved the last vehicle their sales team set me up with, it was time for an upgrade. Joe Fletcher took great care of me, and displayed utmost integrity and professionalism, as well as just making the whole process enjoyable and at ease! He was honest, to the point, and had me in and out of there a happy customer in no time. I received a great price for my trade, the finance department helped me keep my monthly payments where they need to be, and Lauren taught me all there is to know about all the cool hands-free SYNC features. If you haven't checked out what Ford has to offer recently, I highly recommend you do! They're really stepping up their game! I have purchased two vehicles from Gullo in the past 8yrs and always used Gullo for service during this time. I live in Conroe and try and keep my buisiness local if at all possible. I am always recieving flyers in the mail from Gullo wanting to purchase my vehicles back, so the other day while getting my oil changed at Gullo I decided to let them look at my vehicle and give me a cash price. Chris Pinto introduced himself and explained that he would inspect the vehicle and give me a price. I gave Chris a call later that evening and he explained to me that Gullo would buy the car for $10,000. I thought this was a fair price for the car and setup an appointment with Chris to come in and sale the car. The day of the appointment I called Gullo to speak with Chris to make sure everything was still good with the deal and the receptionist explained to me that Chris was not at work today! This is when I started having doubts, but I spoke with the manager David Bracewell (who I personally bought my last vehicle from) and he assured me to come on in that everything was fine and Gullo would buy the vehicle for $10,000 just like Chris had explained to me prior. So I take off work that day and my wife juggles her work schedule to make the appointment to go to Gullo and we get there and David and his salesman offer me $7,000 for the car. Chris Pinto and David Bracewell lied to me to get me to the dealership and try and lowball me on the price. I dont appreciate being lied to and the dishonest tactics Gullo tryed to pull with me!!!!!A complete waste of my time and I will never do any kind of buisness with Gullo again!!!!It is a shame that you cannot trust your hometown dealership.

Service was extremely slow and finance department was extremely rude. This tall hispanic heavy set male with a bald fade lacked poor judgement and was not interested in doing buisness for their company. He immediately let us know after waiting 4 hours he didnt ask questions about reasonable rates and just printed out possible payments and didnt care for asking questions after. We took our buisness back to Dodge where they were happy to recieve 45 k from us. Sad to have a poor representative costing sales. Bobby the rep was really helpful.

Then after we purchased the car he spent a great deal of time going over how everything worked until we were completely comfortable. This man is a true professional and we will go to no one else when we are in the market for a new Ford. Silvano took care of the paperwork and the financial aspect of buying the car and made that part painless. He too is quite the professional and a pleasure to work with. We made 2 visits to the dealership and saw Darrel. both times. One the first visit Darrel was well informed, helpful, and enthusiastic about showing us several different models. On the second trip I brought the homework that I had done researching the price and we had a deal in 30 minutes. Was in the market for my first new car, had decided I wanted a new Fusion. Visited this dealership as it is the closest to home. The first time my fiance and I went out just to look, ended up test driving. The second time I went out, my dad insisted on going so that I wouldn't get screwed around with the price as I had never bought/financed a car before. Met with the same sales guy as the first time. Test drove the car again, I knew that that was the car that I wanted. He kept leaving the lot to go take phone calls, which pissed my dad off so he was quickly losing interest. Once we got inside to look over numbers, of course the advertised price that's on the marquee is for the "ad car" that the guy says they hadn't had on the lot for almost two weeks, go figure. My dad starts asking questions about price and financing, the guy does the whole "let me go check with so-and-so" bit a few times. Ultimately, the price of the car ended up being about 7500 bucks over what the "ad car" was going for and they would not budge on the price. The only upside of my visit to this dealership was experiencing what car buying SHOULD NOT be. I did buy the new Fusion, however, I went to Ryan Ford in Sealy. They had SEVEN of the Fusion SEs on the lot for about 500-1000 bucks above what Gullo's ad car price was, and they actually know what customer service is.

Ford Mercury of Conroe is also known as "Gullo Ford Mercury of Conroe. Upon 3 differnt visits, I was dissapointed each time due to what seemed to me as deceiving business practices. If you don't feel like reading all the details (sorry, I had to "vent" somewhere), I'm basically upset becuase of the gimmicks they pulled. I know it's typical for a dealership to do this, but they offered me my worse car-shopping experience as of yet. I would not reccomend them to anyone.The first time I just went to look, knowing the price of the Mustang I wanted would be too high, so I didn't want to have my credit run. The salesman told me about this "special offer" of $5000 on my mustang and (me being inexperienced with car buying) I believed him. I then let them run my credit & afterward he realized he had made a mistake -- it was $5000 off of the Saleen, not the base model I was looking at. Then he tried to get me to sign some paper saying I agreed to this much-too-high price. I left dissapointed with no car.A few months later, I went back checking on an add I saw on T.V. advertising $7,000 off MSRP. I asked a salesman (different from the first time) about any specials they had & he told me they had $5,000 off. When I questioned him, he had to "go check with his manager" and came back happy to tell me that it WAS $7,000 off. Unfortunantly, and the salesman was unwilling to negoiate.I came back a couple days later to try again with another salesman. I wound up getting the same guy, but we got somewhere this time. He called his sales manager Mike over to discuss things with me. Mike told me my price estimates were way off -- I pulled out the paper I printed with calculations and he said "oh, I guess you are right." Then he came back with an offer saying that the special of $7,000 off ended two days ago. He reassured me it had ended when I seemed suprised. Then I showed him the paper I printed straight from his website that said the offer hadn't expired yet. He walked away and I didn't see him after that. I tried to talk for a bit after that with the finance people, but they seemed unwilling to work as well. Once again I left dissapointed -- but this time I'm certain I'll never be going back.
