I am so pleased with the service department here at Gunn! Jeff was wonderful and so helpful. He was patient and funny and communicated with me throughout the process!!! They fixed my truck in 2 hours and it was towed in on a Friday at 1pm!!! Thank you for the great service!!! Added review: I’ve been taking my truck to Gunn for service ever since it was towed there years ago and their service department is still the best ever! They communicate and get the job done quickly. Amber is my new favorite service rep!!!!

Please pass this up the chain of management: I had an outstanding experience in the service department when I brought my 2016, Corvette Z06 in for an oil change. Amber Garcia was very professional, and provided excellent service. She stated the amount of time it would take to do the job, and that is how long it took. She did not over promise and under deliver, as many service writers do. Please praise her in front of her peers as an example of what great customer service should look like. Follow Up: Paul responded quickly and professionally! Gunn/Paul took care of everything I requested! They were very friendly and ensured I was taken care of! I’m very happy with the outcome! Great job, much appreciated! Where do I begin? 1. I used the chat feature on the website to schedule a service appointment, chatted with an actually person to schedule the appointment and requested a call back to explain what I needed done. She informed me my appointment was set and I would receive a call prior to my appointment! I called 4 days before my appointment, no history of my appointment being scheduled! I was told the chat feature and those who schedule it do not communicate with the service department! Waste of my time chatting for 30 plus minutes. 2. My service pro Paul was very professional, he did a great job! However, I went there to get 100,000 mile tune up / service! Paul provided a list of things the tech recommended and I approved everything because I really wanted to have my car serviced for the next 100,000, cost was not an issue! I was told belts were recommended for change, again I approved all recommendations! I get there thinking everything was done! Nope, the belts were not changed! Was told they didn’t have them and that it was only recommended, my reply was I approved the recommendation, therefore I recommended as the customer to change them! Not done! 3. When I got home I check under the hood and seen a hose or hose that protected the wiring torn up, wires exposed which it was not like that when I brought the car in! I took pictures and sent them to Paul! I spent over $1000 dollars, details matter! It makes me seriously wonder what was really done to my car! Was there short cuts, did everything that I paid for really get done? Paul said he would take care of getting my hoses replaced! I was asked to get things changed I agreed and it was not done! Waiting for a solution from Gunn for the next step!

Great service and great people. They take care of you and help to get you in and out quick. The waiting area was thoroughly stocked with teas, water, and other beverages. I got there around 7am and was out little after 8. While that seem like an hour long, rest assured it went by fast. Also the parts department doesn’t open until 8am so that was most of the wait. Service was just an oil change for my Corvette so it was quick and clean. Interior and exterior came back clean with no finger prints or oil drips under the hood like you’d sometimes get at them quick lube places. Highly recommend Gunn Chevrolet for your automotive service needs. Same for parts as they are highly competitive with oem parts. You can’t go wrong with these guys. My service advisor was Michael Juarez and he was very courteous and knowledgeable and careful with my car and insured the work would get done as quickly as possible and kept me informed as I was waiting in the waiting area. Thanks Gunn Chevrolet for a memorable and honest experience. I will be coming back for my service needs.

I have bought several new cars from Gunn and always had a great experience. This purchase is my first used vehicle purchase at Gunn. Jeff Riley met with me to show several different trucks that may fit my needs. He was extremely motivated, polite, and never pushy during my visit. I did a follow-up visit a few days later to purchase the vehicle that I had test driven on my prior visit. He was extremely helpful to me in coming to the right decision on this vehicle purchase. Great experience and will use Gunn on future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a new 2016 Silverado Extended Cab Pickup in early October. While walking the lot on a late Wednesday night, just before closing, I met Mr. Will Harrison. I gave him my top ten requirements for a new vehicle and we agreed to meet on the following Friday. On arrival, I discovered that he had indeed done the research and I found my new truck out front and ready for a test drive. Without exception, he had found a new 2016 Silverado with all the features I was looking for. We closed the deal within a few short hours, and I was driving a new truck before 5 PM. I was very happy to meet Will. He was not only a top notch sales representative for the dealer, but an excellent advocate for me, the customer. He has become a friend who I've been very happy to meet and get to know. He was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. He wasted NONE of my time, and found me the truck I'll be driving into retirement. My wife will need a vehicle upgrade within the next couple of years, and I'll be back to Gunn to see Will. I have, and will continue, to refer Will Harrison and Gunn Chevy to my friends.This was my third new car purchase from Gunn Chevy. Need I say more?

I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase! The dealership is a good distance from me, but it is worth the drive. Never have had a bad experience, ever. Every sales associate I have ever dealt with has been courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, and believe me, we have had several salesmen. Gunn has always provide top notch service but on this occasion I was a little disappointed. I made an appointment for 7:00 AM on Mon. 22 Aug. and I was there at the appointed time. The tech that was to work on my truck eas pulled to work on something else. The time to fix my truck took about an hour however they didn't get to it until 3:45 and was fixed by 4:30. I do not understand why it took so long when I had a 7:00AM appointment.

My husband and I bought a "certified" used car Saturday and traded in our car. After getting a trade in quote online they low-balled their offer for our vehicle. Then since it was Saturday they were unable to Dr tail the car we purchased and do some of the minor paint repair work we asked for. They promised our vehicle on Monday. Now it is Wednesday afternoon and we still don't have the vehicle we purchased. This has by far been our worse experience with a dealership. Will never return and don't recommend it to anyone. Plus all salesman we dealt with. (Because you are passed back and forth) were very unprofessional. None of the current salesman are listed below.

I went in for an oil change and the last service I had I told the service writer about a cracked lens on the outside of my mirror and was told it would have to be ordered. Well I never got a call saying it came in and when I brought the truck back for my most recent service I asked about the light for the mirror and they had told me they had sent it back and there was some miscommunication as to why I never got called. This is where the people at Gunn exceeded expectations. They promptly said they would overnight the part I needed and asked to leave my truck there so service could be done and the light fixed. They gave me a loaner and as soon as my truck was finished they called for me to pick it up. When I got there the service manager explained that because of the mishap they was taking care of the light for me. I was not expecting that and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. With service like that is why I will keep coming back to Gunn Chevrolet for all my service needs and when it comes time to trade in I would be happy to buy from Gunn and have continued business with this dealership. Great service from our salesperson Sergio Castilla, he took the time to let me test-drive different vehicles, and also explained the difference in the options they had and why the difference in price. He was very knowledgable with the silverado crew cab 1500 that I ended up purchasing from Gunn. He even went to the extent about asking if I owned a non GM vehicle because if i did i might be eligible for another rebate thru chevrolet. Once I provided the information he needed he came back with great news and informed us that we would be receiving an additional $2700.00 off of the one simple price. This was a big factor in making up my mind in purchasing the vehicle. I have purchased five vehicles from Gunn Chevrolet and most of them have been with the assistance of Sergio, i would not trust anyone else when it comes to buying new vehicles. Gunn Chevrolet is highly recommended to my family and friends and I intend to continue going to Gunn and Sergio when it comes to purchasing vehicles.

I was not satisfied with my Service Advisor (Jason Calvert) . I asked him if there were more client with actuator problems.. All he responded was that he just does service to vehicles and that actuators always wear out. I saw online that Silverado from my year had bad actuators but were never recalled. I was also dissatisfied that I spent almost $800 and my truck wasn't washed. I had to ask Jason Calvert to wash my truck. Not sure if I will ever go back and service my truck at Gunn Chevrolet again..

Showing up at 8:0pm on Saturday, Gunn Chevrolete did not push us out the door, like one of their competes did. Instead they made a sell. Considering the time, we were not able to get financing complete. We are out of town (5.5hrs) and they deceleration it first thing Monday after finance was approved. Best experience yet. We will defiantly return in the future.

The only 2 things that were negative were: 1. I was told it would take "a couple hours" for completion and that they would call me when it was done. When about 4 hours had passed, I had to call them to ask. Someone told me they would need to call me back to go check if it was done. After 15 minutes, they called back and said it was ready. Then, I told them I would need the shuttle to pick me up, so they had to call me back again letting me know when the shuttle would be at my office.2. I asked the person who took my keys to change the oil, fix the oil leak, and to do my state inspection. When I came to pick it up, no state inspection had been done.

The process of buying a car can be trying to say the least. There are any number of similar vehicles that I would have been happy with but dealing with Gunn Chevrolet took most of the hassle out of the buying process. John looked at my car as soon as I got there and let me know the trade in value before he knew which car I was looking at. It was exactly what I was expecting. The price of the car was the price and there was no back and forth and I am comfortable it was a good price. It didn't take long to get to the bottom line. Chris was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining all the features and Las has kept in touch to make sure I am happy. I am extremely happy with my new Equinox and would recommend Gunn Chevrolet to everyone.

Had Certified oil change and Fuel Injector service. Disappointed Rep could not find record of the Injector service done at this location last Fall. Rep seemed overly reassuring that only needed service would be recommended. Seems since move to new location a lot more "Recommended services" are being politely pushed. One reasons I have used Gunn service for my last four Chevys is that services in the owners manuals were those recommend and not others that I have not found necessary.

Customer Service = Top NotchKudos to the courteous Receptionist who transfers me always to the Service Department which is answered by Kimberly with enthusiasm and zest. One can detect the genuine concern for the customer in her tone and demeanor over the phone. My Service Manager, was Jose who was attentive and listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what could be expected and that he would address all of them. I then picked up a loaner and the young lady issuing the vehicle was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient in her job. Very good traits to have when dealing with the various impatient customers who are tying to get to work. No, I was not impatient and she ensured I got to work on time. Then after returning to pick up my vehicle, I ran into Austin who retrieves the loaner vehicles and he expressed a very positive and outgoing attitude. He wanted to ensure that everything was OK with the loaner? He had great dialogue with me as he continued to work at checking in and inspecting the vehicle. He wished me well and that I have a wonderful day. He shows promise as an asset of more responsibility if given the opportunity. Overall, the experience was great! I would readily suggest others get the GUNN experience. Kudos to all!

It's was great! I'm from NC and bought the vehicle over the phone. Ron and Danny did a great job. Only thing I can say is the detailing crew didn't do a great job of cleaning the vehicle in preparation of me taking delivery. I flew to SA and picked up the truck. Only other think I noticed was all the tires were overinflated by no less than 10PSI. Ron is a great asset to Gunn.

The last service I had was great. The prior service I had the mechanic turned my rear brake drums without notifying me. As a result I ended up with pulsating brakes. I did not have this problem before the service. I think I need to know before hand if I have a problem.

I was leary of the cost of fixing my AC. I had already tried a reputable repair shop who was not able to repair my AC. Thankfully you did and in the time frame you stated. One last thing. As a customer satisfaction matter. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 days. Upon its return, it was still just as dusty and dirty as I had dropped it off. If y'all had taken the extra mile to just run it through the wash rack, it would have made my nearly $600.00 cost a little more palatable.

The waiting room has tv and a supply of food and drinks to keep you entertained while you wait. The service rep will come and get you when it is done and you can be on your way. I have never had a bad experience yet and would recommend Gunn to everyone.

Not a good day, because when I got there at 7:30am, they told me I did not have an appointment so I told them I did but my name was not on the list and I showed them the call I made on the 16th at 3:30pm on my cell phone. Then they hesitantly took my information and told me they will see it after every appointments done. At 4:30 pm I checked with the service lady and se said the technician has just checked it out and said the wheel hubcap was damaged and there is not part and they have to add it from Fort Worth and will arrive Wednesday. So we went home in our truck that my wife drove there to pick me up. But before we left the lady said that they have to replace tie rods and all together it cost $1,011.00. On Wednesday, the same lady told us that they the technician has found out that the transmission was leaking but can't see it from out side yet, I never saw any leak anywhere before I took my van for repair. She said it is now cost $1813.00. That really proved my last survey suspicious that every time I bring my vehicle to Gunn Chevrolet there is always something new they find that is wrong or break. It is getting very expensive to bring to Gunn Chevrolet for repair. I am beginning to loose trust in the service dept.

The woman, Stephanie I believe, was a bit rude initially. I was told over the phone when I scheduled my visit that there would be a rental car on hold for me and this woman acted like it was my fault that she wasn't informed of this. The gentleman taking care of me was very pleasant and accommodating. The wait time when I returned to pick up my car that evening was a bit longer than expected (30+ min) due to low staffing for the lot area. My rep was woneedful and went the extra mile to go to the lot and get my car for me.

It the same old smoke and mirrors where the floor salesmen are order takers with no authority. I can't blame the floor sales force. It's layers of authority that prolong the experience. I have been a service customer for my four Chevrolets over the past 8 years and am normally pleased with my service experience. I did call the Express Service Supervisor reference my most recent visit. I was concerned about my tires but report showed all at 6 which is fine. I took the vehicle to two tire dealers and both said two tires were a 6 but one was a 3 and another was a 4. I did replace all tires though two weeks still safe. I am disappointed that such an important safety issue was incorrect.

Rob couser was awesome, I've bought probable 15 cars and he's one of a kind. If every salesman gave personalized service the way Rob does, with a genuine concern for the customer above all else, you'd probably do even more business. Two things I did not like: (1) with each arrival at the dealership, a pack of wolves stationed themselves outside my car, in my direct path and made sure to corner me. Once, a wolf was already locked in and another came over and cut them off. I thought this was very pushy, and would rather as I believe most customers would, have a chance to get out, take in the place and be able to decide if is like to engage a salesperson myself without having them corner me each time. (2) it took until about 930 to see the business manager to sign documents after arriving to finalize at around 615p.

Well, while waiting for my vehicle to get serviced and after a while time passed, i see my vehicle roll up and it was washed. This totally made my day and this is customer service at its finest! I bought my 2011 Rav 4 from this company in May of 2014 I was under the impression that everything was fine on my car when I bought it I expected it to be fully inspected and did not expect the issues I am dealing with sooo soon . I bought the extended warrenty and everything that I needed to insure that something like this did not happen ..I took my car in to the dealership on Friday feb 28 2015 so they could tell me why I had a hard start and that my brakes were grinding I paid 59.95 for them to inspect my car they told me my brakes were grinding because I had a rating of 2 on the pads ,,,did they sell the car with bad brakes to begin or what? I could not have used the brakes that much to have them so worn down I have not taken it out of town or driven it that much just to and from work and the person inspecting it told me that it probley needed an oil change when I asked if he checked he said he didn't need to look that's why those lights usually come on ,so again tell me why I paid 59,95 I am very disappointed in this company !!! I bought my car here because my mother bought her car there . I will not recommend it to my sons or their family's I will tell everyone that I know including my Facebook family not to buy from gunn I wasted my money on an inspection and now need new brakes and Roters only 10 months after buying my vehicle! Jen the service lady was able to get me in and out within an hour, or even under an hour. When I first pulled up for my routine maitence, a guy from the service greeted me with a list full of name and couldn't believe that I had an appointment for that day. Especially when I told him that I just called about an hr ago to make the appointmdnt. He seemed upset that Jen made an appointent for me, and told me that they are back up. He then walked me in asking Jen if she made my appointment. Jen smiled said yes and assisted me with everything else. Jen was amazing and very grateful she works there. The experience at the dealership was fantastic. I was greeted by my salesman, Robert, and he was very organized from the start. We took my truck out for a test drive, came back to the dealership and started the paperwork process. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I coordinated alot of the purchase the day before from my residence 200 miles away. The only hiccup was the Internet. When I went to fill out the financial application on the Gunn website, my information was not transferred to the dealer's website and showed up blank.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation - 1st one since purchase. I waited over 1 1/2 hours and finally had to go back out to check on status! Turns out that my Tahoe had 2 recalls (already!!!!) and they were working on one of them. I would have appreciated it if someone had come to advise me - I was late for an appointment due to this. It was just a routine oil change and normal point check as well as inflating the tires to the correct pressure. I have had considerable problems keeping the tires inflated. I have to refill one or more tires several times periodicallly. I've never had so much problems with tires before. Also, the car is the roughest riding car I've ever had, I feel every crack n the road (poor shocks?)

I brought my car in because I needed a state inspection and I had an open recall on my coolant system. During the recall the technician found I was actually leaking coolant and that I was still under my factory warranty. They replaced all the faulty parts and I didn't get charged a dime! We had been shopping for a gently used vehicle for several weeks. We finally saw one at Gunn that we felt was a solid possibility. I completed the credit score estimate online that night, and was contacted by internet sales rep Fred Sanchez the next morning, and test drove the vehicle that evening. We decided to sleep on it and went back the following day. While we waited for Mr. Sanchez, we browsed around the used vehicle area again and found a car we hadn't noticed before and wanted to test drive it too. Mr. Sanchez came out to greet us and explained he already had several customers and introduced us to his associate Daniel Evans, who then helped us through the rest of our visit. We drove the car and the Equinox we'd driven the night before and decided on the Equinox. After we completed the paperwork to begin our purchase, Mr. Evans came back and informed us that with the discounts being offered by Chevrolet, we could actually buy a brand new Equinox for the same price as the used!!! We chose the unit we liked, finished our application and the next day we drove out in our brand new Chevrolet Equinox!!!Both Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Evans were a complete pleasure to work with and went out of their way to meet all of our wishes, and made our entire experience a very pleasant and easy one. Thanks to you both.Will definitely remember Gunn Chevrolet, Daniel and Fred when we're ready for our next vehicle.

Very pleased with the service and support I received! The ignition key recall turned out to be different than I expected though. Kevin Caldwell gave me time to return home to get my wife's car key for fixing too, as I had not brought that one with me. I had thought the "fix" would be made to the ignition system on the steering column. I will make note of one thing since the service...the car horn sounded an alarm 3 different times after I had the service performed - on the same day! Not sure why? That had only happened one time in the previous 3+ years of ownership. I am curious as to why that happened.

I filled out the "Make My Deal" button on the Gunn website, and Bobby contacted me right away. We were able to get pretty much everything done over the phone or through email, which was EXTREMELY helpful given my crazy schedule. My husband and I went to sign the paper work, and pick up my new Cruze, and it was so fast and easy. Bobby and the finance team really went above and beyond to make my deal, and make sure I was taken care of. Y'all are great. I've had some really terr.ible experiences at other dealerships, but not Gunn Chevy. Thanks.I do have a concern about the repair though. I had to have a new radio installed, and the molding around it is not flush anymore. I can't get it to seat in the right place, so i may have to bring it back in to get it seated right. It's fixed not and works, but being seated right is really annoying.

I took my car to Gunn in April. There was a recall on the 2008 Cobalt and the service rep I was working with said the parts were on order. I checked back several times. In the meantime he left Gunn. No one ever called me to tell me the parts were in so my car had to break down on the road .before the car was fixed. I feel someone from Gunn should have followed up with me when the recall parts were available. I had to pay for my tow to Gunn because the 1-800-GM Cares line was non-stop busy.

I was at dealership 15 minutes before 7am and waiting for gate to open up at entrance off of IH 35. They opened gate off of side road first and approx. 5-7 minutes later opened gate off of IH35, which put me behind several vehicles since they always open other gate first. I would suggest you place signs at entrances so new customers know which gate to wait at for service if arriving early.Thanks,

My car needed the oil changed. While we were there the service mechanic came in and said that it needed a state inspection also. So they took care of that but it needed new wipers. They asked and put new wipers on. Also there was a recall for something to do with the coolant. We were not aware of the recall. So THANK YOU to the service department for doing their job.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told just show up for rapid service. I showed up at 9:30 and at 10:04 had not been checked in. This is rapid and when asked for help was told the person was on break. Once I got the 2014 Corvette in for the oil change I went inside and looked at new cars. The receptionist noticed no one was assisting me and paged for a sales associate. Again no one came and it is after 10:10. The "Rapid Service" was finished at 11:43. I then asked if the broken part I asked to be replaced had been accomplished? You know it was never written down and so back to the shop to put the new part on. AT this point I went inside and asked for the general manager as so far this service leaves a lot to be desired. John a sales manager came out and visited with me. As he never asked my name I knew I was being blown off. He said we don't open until 9 AM and then have a sales meeting until 9:30. I pointed out that 10:10 is well after 9:30. He wasn't impressed and basically told me to have a nice day and let me get back to work. So if poor service and long waits are what youre looking for this is your place as even one of the sale people told me management knew of these problems and are doing nothing to fix them. Good Luck and happy motoring. As you can see I offered the dealer an opportunity to fix this and they declined!

The problem with our AC was quickly identified however it took over a week before the service tech was given the vehicle to repair. We were told our problem kept getting pushed to the side. That bothers me significantly. What about the next time I have a warranty problem? Was the vehicle being pushed aside because it was a warranty issue? Makes one wonder.

I called the dealership to inquire about a Stingray. Daniel Evans answered my questions over the phone, telling me that the specific car I wanted was still available. My husband and I headed down there and there it was. It was my dream car! And I could not be happier with my visit there. Daniel was knowledgeable about the car, the process and he answered any questions I had. He sat with me and explained all the buttons in the car, and trust me there were plenty of those. He was very nice and I have absolutely no complaints. The finance person was also very good. I know this does not pertain to this visit but we had front rotors and pads completely replaced and after that the low air tire started coming on. I had asked the agent at your dealership to please check on this to which he said that sensors go bad and need replacing. I am not a believer of coincedence therefore I belive a check of sensor would be in line. We just got an oil and tire rotation done and since tire is now at rear of drivers side thus the sensor light followed with rotation.

The environment is more inviting than the location off of Judson used to be. The waiting area is more comfortable and pleasant. Having guest WiFi is ALWAYS a plus. One negative though, the "Express Service" is not so express. It took almost 2.5 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints and will always continue to return to this dealership (while I live in this area) for my required and surprise services. Dealerships are inherently more expensive than the Jiffy Lube's and others, but I completely believe that anything done to the car should be done by a company that sells the care. After all, they should be the subject matter experts on the vehicles they sell.

Went online and made an appt. for service, very easy app. I might add. I received a call back within a very short time and the appt. was confirmed. Took my 2001 Chevy pickup in for the appt.(alignment) and to see if a abs warning light could be cleared. I was in no hurry and left the truck. Got a call about 1 1/2 hrs later and the truck was ready. My truck really needed the alignment. All is good and I am very pleased. Thank You Gunn!

I came needing an oil and filter change and to have the oil draing plug replaced. I brought the oil, filter and new drain plug. This work was done quickly and well. Without an option to reduce the cost, I didn't NEED a tire rotation and balance. The 2012 Chevy Cruze had 3,000 + miles on it. I also get a FREE rotation and balance from Discount Tire anually. I've bought three new Chevrolet products and like and will continue to deal with Gunn Chevrolet, I would much prefer to get and pay for only the services I need at a fair price. Donald Jones

Everything was great except that I had to drive all the way back the next morning because the air conditioner was making a big noise when the a/c blower was turned on full. When you spend over $400 on maintenance, you don't expect to have to go back the next day. Now that you are much further from where I live, that makes a huge difference. The lady attendant was excellent however. Full marks to her. My car does drive a lot better now that the noise from the a/c is fixed.

My visit on Monday morning wasn't good. I was attended to by a young man that could have been more helpful. I drove a long way but forgot to bring my oil change coupon with me. He could have done several other things but all he did was to quote the regular price with a little smirk.I had a very good experience with Tony on Wednesday. Good customer service training and the truck was ready when he said it would be. He was very affable and even offered to show me around the new facility. We even talked about a new truck! It's employees like him that keep me coming back for purchases and service. The young man on Monday doesn't inspire customer loyalty.

Better this time. Last time was not good- I waited over an hour and a half, though I had an appointment, and they did not rotate the tires, like I asked. This time it was much improved. A bit on the expensive side, though- $70 for a synthetic oil change. Will probably go to a discount place after the warrantee expires.

First of all, our new 2014 Malibu 3LT is an awesome vehicle to drive. I was happy with the 2013 Malibu that we traded in but I wanted a red turbo Malibu with more features. The car is great to drive and speaking of great, there are not enough good things that we can say about our buying experience at Gunn. My wife and I had an opportunity to talk and deal with Bob Thorne, Bruce Leingang and Justin. Each of them were professional and worked to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the value of our trade and the purchase of our new Malibu. Mr Dudley in Finance did a great job making sure that we got the financing that we wanted at the rate that we wanted. We have bought several cars at several dealerships in town and Bruce is hands down the best sales person that we have ever dealt with. The only thing that we added to our purchase was the window tint since the qualify of the tint on the other vehicles on the lot looked great. Bruce arranged my window tint appt for the following Thursday and even thou he was not going to be there the morning of my appointment he made sure that he had someone in service ready to greet me when i arrived. When I came in for the tint, Devon and Jose Salinas assisted me and both were great, Jose especially went above and beyond to make sure that I got the tint just the way I wanted it. In fact, Ismael even came out to greet me and showed me a couple of other cars that he had recently done to make sure I knew how dark each tint was. After the work was done, Ismael came out again and made sure I was satisfied with his work. Shortly after the work was done, Bruce came in and made sure that I was satisfied with the window tint job and to point out a couple of other things on the vehicle that i had questions about. We have bought our last two Chevys at another dealer in town but our future Chevys will come from Gunn and from Bruce. You know that the dealership is a unique place when even the individual responsible for keeping things clean and shining in the building greets you with a smile and a good morning ---- That is customer service!! Thanks for making our buying experience the best that it has ever been.

I would like to say I like my service advisor, but one thing I don't understand is why a dealership would want a perfect survey if the work performed was not done and the problem not fixed. If every survey was perfect but the work was not then the dealership is getting a false feeling of success. I believe surveys point out the good and the bad, so that the bad can be corrected.

I think that your service people are very friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have; however, you need a much bigger coffee pot than what you have. It just doesn't have the capability to serve all of your customers, plus all the people that work there. After I had my oil change and tires rotated for $54 and some odd change I received in the mail to have it done for $39.99. Just yesterday I received another one for the very same thing, but it expires in June. I think that we need to get those things in the mail in time for people to have any maintenance required on our vehicles.

My only complaint is that I was issued a loaner car while mine was being worked on. When the service guy walked me over to the truck he said, oh it's a little dirty. It was filthy inside and out. I don't drive my own car that way and I hated every minute I had to get in it and drive it. I made an appointment 2 days prior to coming and let them know I would be needing a loaner so you would think they could have at least cleaned it before my arrival. This was totally unacceptable.

Our experience with Gunn has been second to none. From the very begging we felt welcomed and were given our space to look around and decide what WE wanted without a pushy salesmen hounding us the whole time. When we finally decided what we wanted we were treated with the upmost respect our sales rep was very wonderful to work with and very knowledgable about the vehicle we purchased from what options it has to the new mylink system. The financing department did an amazing job and did not give up on us until they got us approved and with the monthly payment we wanted as well. We will be returning to Gunn Chevy in the near future for a second vehicle. Well the Alex was awesome and very helpful .. I didn't have a problem w him !! He did great .. I did have a problem when I got my car back .. I noticed my iPhone charger head was missing from my wire .. And the only way to take it off is to push both end at once it unleash it .. And my wire wasn't moved .. So the only other think is someone one took ??? I'm not one to make a big deal .. Since I'm a firm believer in karma .. But I just wanted y'all to be aware of it for further references

Dealing with Rick was an enjoyable experience, I explained what I was looking for and he found it, when I saw something else that I was interested in Rick gave me all the information on that car. He never pressed me to buy something that I didn't want but made sure that I got everything that I wanted. Great experience with the salesman Greg was awesome, just didn't like that the finance guy turned sour once I didn't buy the extended insurance and when I tried shopping around for lower rates. He also tried to hurry me while I was signing the contract. He said just sign you can go over it later if you want and return it the vehicle if you find something. He had little attitude. Like I said thought the salesmen was awesome would recommend him to e everyone.

We traveled in from out of town for six hours to purchase a vehicle that we saw on the internet. We were so amazed with the staff because they went out of their way to assist us late on a Friday night. Since we did not have to waste time haggling, we were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend in San Antonio. Everyone we spoke to had a smile and our salesman went out of his way to show us all the features of the vehicle that we purchased. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Gunn, and we will be back. Worth the six hour drive to save $$ and service.

I have been a loyal customer to your dealership but, each time I have my oil changed, something is just not perfect. This time, the oil monitor was not reset and most times, my tire are over inflated. This time I know the tire pressures were not checked at all since all the tires were different pressures. I do hope the tires were rotated as requested. I live close to UTSA main campus and your dealership is not convenient but I continues to make the treak. I will still make the treak to your service center but would like to be 100% happy when leaving. Your mechanics have done a good job services my mechanical needs.

The building is beautiful and the waiting room is very nice. My service rep was not very friendly though. I tried several times to engage him conversation but was not very successful. In my line of work I try to provide a friendly reception no matter my personal status. With that in mind, he was very professional and thorough during my visit.

My service writer was very respectful and very knowledgable over what all I had completed. He was not my original the first team passed me off to him which I'm glad because they were not so friendly when I dropped my car off. So I was a little rude to them too. I think that's why they passed me off to I believe his name is Devin. The original crew called him the young boy with a beard. Not professional at all that was when I came cam to pick my vehicle up. I took my 2014 Silverado in for a strange motor noise which was diagnosed in a very short manner. I was given a loaner 2014 Silverado to drive while in the shop. Devon Taylor did an excellent job in taking care of our needs! And you have a great new facility.This was my 3rd (or 4th?) trip in because of faulty doorlocks, however. All 4 door locks on our 2011 Impala have had to be replaced now, including the 2nd time on the left rear passenger door (this last visit...was in Oct 2013 the first time I believe). That's frustrating to say the least...and although I have a 100,000 mile/5 year warranty, it's now costing me a $50 deductible each visit. That's really the ONLY problems we've ever had with this Impala; but why I would still recommend Gunn Chevrolet to my friends...and why we'll be back to purchase our 4th Chevrolet from Gunn (in 2015?)...Have a great day!

New facility is very nice. love the fact there are lots of beverage choices and the huge aquarium in a nice touch Service was performed quickly and the service writer understood what service I was requesting and gave me a ball park estimate of the work to be done right there on the service drive before the truck even went back to the service bay. My Impala was taken in for work on stabilitrak and brake assist problems. I was given a loaner auto (Silverado). The Impala was kept for two days until problem was solved. Staff personnel in service area were professional, courteous and friendly. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Gunn chevrolet

We had previously ordered a 2015 GMC Yukon XL from a different dealership and we waited a month for the vehicle all the while not being treated properly by the staff. My husband I and I were really upset and decided to go elsewhere. I called Gunn Chevrolet and spoke with Keith Maristany and from the get go I felt taken care of. He was very perfessional but personable at the same time. My husband is a very impatient person and buying a vehicle with him by my side can be a nightmare but Keith really sped things through and we were greatly appreciative. We received a fare price for our vehicle and got exactly what we were looking for. Our experience was great!

I had an oil change & had my vehicle serviced for recalls. The building & facilities were well kept. Employees were polite, courteous and even went above & beyond. When vehicle servicing took longer than expected, the employees in the service department arranged for a rental car. At no cost to me. I love Chevy and I have purchased from Gunn Chevrolet in the past. After this experience, I am a Gunn customer for life.

The car was taken right away. When it was ready it was parked in front of service and sat for about 10 minutes. I finally went up and asked if I could pay for it. Communication could be better between service and customer. Other than that, service was great!

My sales consultant, Jerry Philliips is what made my visit an excellent experience. He contacted me via e-mail immediately after I had contacted Gunn by e-mail. I provided him with what I was looking for and he contacted me to clarify my requests. When I visited the dealership he had everything ready for me and just a few hours later I walked out with my new vehicle within the price range I was looking for and the monthly payment which fell well within my budget. I found the new dealership quite impressive, far and above the old dealership. The only thing that did not change was the excellent service provided by dealership personnel, just in a new and excellent environment.

I purchased 3 vehicles at Gunn over the years, and I have had them all serviced there as well. I am happy with the ease of taking my vehicle and having it worked on, from oil changes to system flushes. They offer taxi service when work will be longer. On the few occasions when there has been a slight problem, they were quick to resolve matters. My vehicles have been maintained well at Gunn.

Dealership lied to me about making a hard credit pull, after I specifically told them not to and that I was already financed. Now I am getting a run around while trying to register my vehicle. I am very disappointed in the lack of trustworthiness and poor customer service.

Since 2006 I have purchased three chevrolets from this dealer. The first was a 2004 Avalanche with no issues. On 3/24/2011 we purchased a 2010 Suburban. When we went to pick it up the passenger air bag would not arm, and we were told that since it had previously been a rental that the second set of keys were not available at that time. Some days later (7-10) we were able to pick up the vehicle and a second set of keys. On 1/14/2013 we purchased a 2011 HHR. Again this vehicle had been a rental and again we were told the additional set of keys would be coming soon. In Feb I purchased a FOB and set of keys from Val Mark Chevrolet in New Braunfels and as of today, 25 march have not heard a word from Gunn. The folks at Val Mark went the extra mile to help me.

Worst car buying experience I've had so far...this is the fifth car I have purchased through a dealership. It was so disorganized. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The used car that I drove 7 hours to see was not even clean when we arrived. They had held the car we wanted to see for a week, which was great, but we were surprised to see how dirty it was when we arrived. I didn't get the feeling that customer service is a priority for them. Very disappointing experience; will probably avoid using a car dealership in the future if at all possible. Would not recommend this dealership at all. We were promised a manual and a second key for the vehicle which was to be mailed to us; 20 days later we have still not received either one. Save yourself the headache, and go to a dealership that cares about good customer service!

We arrived at Gunn Chevrolet used cars because we were looking for a Grand Prix 2007 and they had one with a great price. We went to test drive the car but I had a gut feeling that something was wrong with it. They assured me that the car was in great shape, had 85 point inspection and even a 3 month warranty. I told him to put the car on a lift and found a massive oil pan and valve cover leak from up top. I told him that it was pretty bad and the Manager said its not bad because they would have told me in the auto shop. I kept the car for a week and it got really bad. I came back and and he told me was take the car the way it is or leave it because we are not putting any money into that car. WOW is all I have to say. 85 point inspection is a total shame. The car was priced well but had a huge problem to uncover in a couple of months.

In February, my aunt and mother took me to this particular dealer because my aunt had a wonderful car purchase experience a few years previously. Knowing my budget, I really wanted a used vehicle for myself and my children that would be fairly easy for me to pay off. After meeting the salesman, Lazaro Vasquez, I saw a Chrysler Town and Country minivan that I thought was perfect. After dealing with finance and determining that many banks did not want to accept the mileage for financing, Lazaro searched for another minivan and found a Dodge Grand Caravan at their Gunn Honda location that offered the same features. Noticing that the led lights on the driver's sideview mirror was damaged, the salesman promised to have the issued remedied. The day after bringing the vehicle home, I had issues with the cooling fan sensor and returned the vehicle to the dealership. Due to the repair of the cooling fan and waiting for the part for the mirror the dealership kept my vehicle for over a week while I used a loaner vehicle. At the time that I received my vehicle back, the mirror had not been fixed and I was told that the necessary components were out of stock and would be ordered. Then, I was promised a full tank of gas and a car wash (which I have yet to receive). At the beginning of May when determining my options for another malfunction, I inquired about the mirror repair by phone calls and email but, never receive a response with an exception of let me check and I'll call you right back from the manager Don Peterman. 2-3 weeks later, I receive a call from Mr. Vasquez saying that they had been trying to reach me and left messages (which is bs since I listen to and save all messages). Nevertheless, I took the vehicle back at the end of the week to have the mirror repaired, waited an hour with my son, and left only to find out that the wrong mirror was repair, if I am to believe that anything was done at all. If this isn't irritating enough, their receptionist doesn't know how to put people on hold before talking about them to the salespersons who may or may not chose to ignore your call because they already been warned by the receptionist who viewed caller I.D. I am so sick of this dealership and the fluff and b.s. and am nearly out of patience and grace. I am trying so hard to be polite because once my mirror is fixed, we are done and in the future will go somewhere else while making sure to send my referrals elsewhere. At this point, I can honestly say that I was treated more respectfully by smaller dealers like JD Byrider.

Vehicle was marked as priced so I didn't have to play the 'give me a better deal game'! Sergio has sold us 4 cars now from Gunn and he assisted finding us exactly what we wanted not an expensive alternative as other dealer sales people often do. He is courteous and quick to answer phone calls. He has checked that we were happy with every vehicle and follows up on any extra work like tinting as well.

When looking to purchase our vehicles Gunn was the only dealer I didn't feel like vultures were circling me. Price of vehicles did not have dealer mark-up like other places I shopped at, and people were friendlier at Gunn. My service manager quickly learned my name and asks specifically about other vehicles. When my teenager needed help with an older vehicle that was not purchased at Gunn the service dept was more than fair with her and spent the time to discuss issues with her.

This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle as a "Simple Price" approach. When we arrived at the dealership we already had an SUV picked out from the advertisement in the newspaper. Their simple price quoted was accurate to the penny. We were then greeted by Sergio Castilla who was friendly, courteous and professional. As we explained our need for a new vehicle as shown in the advertizement, he drove the car in the open and explained all the features of the Car. We had decided on a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. After the test drive Sergio helped us understand the "Simple Price" philosophy. For many years I always dreaded going to the dealership and haggling the price then only to get stressed out about financing. We were made to feel that Gunn Chevrolet would do all the work ensuring we had a pleasant experience from beginning to end and ultimately was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the value of the vehicle, the price of the SUV and above all the financing package. We plan to purchase our next vehicle with Gunn Chevrolet. I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and have to say that this dealership was the best customer service than any of the major competitors in the metropolitan area. Thanks Sergio for helping us through every step of the way on our vehicle purchase. And thanks to Gunn Chevrolet's team of professional experts that also helped us. We love our new SUV!!!!!

Ron Blankenship is much more than an honest salesperson, he is the epitome of patience, trustworthiness, and straight forwardness. If your looking for a Chevy but cannot stand the buffonery that generally comes with the experience, then Ron Blankenship is your man! When you walk into the dealership he is easy to see as he is the one with the bright colored shirt (like a huge bumble bee). He is hard working and don't blow sunshine, he tells you where you stand on your trade and ensures before you buy a vehicle, you are completely 100 percent satisfied with all aspects. I have purchased two new vehicles from this man and he makes the experience as painless as possible. I live on the opposite side of town then Gunn, but gladly pass three other major Chevy dealerships to go to Gunn. Tommy, Rick, Ron, and Mr. ODaniel (the GM) worked thier butts off to get me the best deal possible. If you want to go to the expception to the exception for dealerships, then go to Gunn Chevy. If you want to have the best of the best for car salesman, then see Ron!! Thanks Ron.

Dealer did not have exact vehicle (color and equipment options) desired. Salesman worked diligently to locate desired vehicle in surrounding areas. After locating desired vehicle, it was delivered to Gunn Chevrolet within 24 hours. While processing paperwork, vehicle was made ready and all features were explained and demonstrated by salesman to include activating OnStar and XM radio.

Never has car buying been so stream-lined and pain free. I really appreciate the time and effort that the Gunn Chevrolet folks committed themselves to. My first encounter with Gunn was using the car-shopping tool on their website. I had a question about one of the vehicles and a Mr Robert Ervin responded immediately to an email query that I submitted. We set an appointment for noon on the following Saturday to sit down and look at the car that I was interested in. Saturday, I arrived for my appointment with Mr. Ervin, but unfortunately he was helping another customer. I was greeted at the door by an assistant, and he took me to the help counter and Mr. Ervin immediately reassigned me to another representative, Mr. Howard Yoakum, so I didn't have to wait. I didn't have to ask or anything. Everyone was all smiles, and very professional. The people at Gunn Chevrolet never lied to me or tried to add anything I didn't need to the car to make a sale. The car was just what they said it was. The representative even went over little things that other customers had problems with that particular model of car and what to look out for. The financier told me that as soon as the car is driven off the lot, its value will depreciate by X amount of dollars. That is what a customer wants to hear. We like honesty. My trade-in was appraised very quickly and they gave me a fair deal on the trade, more than I had hoped to gain. Gunn Chevrolet was every bit as honest as I had hoped and more. If I ever need to buy another car, I will definitely go to Gunn again.Despite being a place for outdoor vehicles the gather and the heavy traffic of people within, the interior of Gunn Chevrolet was immaculate. They take very good care of their work place. I was very surprised at how clean and neat everything was. The wait from start to finish was from 11:37am to 3:41pm. About 4 hours from start to finish. And that was me going in there saying "I want THAT car!" from the get-go. Now that may seem like a long time to some, but given the heavy traffic going through that place on a Saturday, I would not have complained. Everyone was working so very hard and I don't think it would be fair to judge them based on a wait time. The long wait was accompanied by apologies for the wait and polite offers of bottled water and directions to the public restrooms. (Which were also very clean) All in all, I think Gunn has exactly what a customer wants. You may not find the car you are looking for, but you will walk out of that place saying "Dang! Those people are an inspiration!"I hate writing reviews - but in all honesty, they deserve the credit.- Satisfied Gunn Customer for life.

When I stopped by Gunn I had no intentions in buying a vehicle that night, then I ran into Jerry Phillips, he was very helpful and patient with me, he was concerned about what I was looking for, any questions I asked he had no problem getting me my answer, I asked and he provided, all of my questions were answered with a smile. When Jerry passed me on to the other staff to complete the necessary paperwork, they were just as friendly, patient, helpful, curtious, and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I eventually ended up making. I did have to take the vehicle back in to complete some necessary maintenance, and with no problem I took it in and they honored their commitment to me. After I purchased the vehicle, Jerry continues to call to ensure that I am still satisfied with the purchase I made, with each phone call I always seem to have some questions, if he doesn't have an answer for me he will call me back when he gets one. I know if I ever need to purchase another vehicle this will be the place I go to. Thanks for all your help Jerry : )Service with a smile...

Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Gunn Chevrolet has a very relaxed atmosphere, but still feels professional. What can be a stressful experience, doesn't seem quite so bad at Gunn.One recommendation: Ease up on pushing the gap insurance and extended warranty during the financing phase - it's a little annoying. Tell me it's available, answer questions, but if I say no, please move on.Thanks Chris Walter - appreciate all your help!

Upon arriving at Gunn, Mr. Arriaga was very helpful. From the beginning, he was interested in helping my husband and myself locate the type of vehicle we were looking for. He was very concerned with our needs not just a vehicle. Mr. Arriaga was very pleasant to work with. He made our visit to Gunn very comfortable.
