The service we received when purchasing my car was exceptional from start to finish. We were made to feel important from the very first encounter until I was driving off the lot in a car I loved. Every person we spoke with was very friendly and answered every question with a smile. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle.

Mike, the salesman was great , but Brian, the finance guy, tried to sneak a $375 window etching "option " charge into the final sales breakdown. I thought an option was something I would've been asked about and that I would then need to "opt" for. Also, Mike was insistent about accompanying me to my mechanic for an inspection. It created a creepy atmosphere in the waiting area of the garage. I really didn't like that. My guess is that the dealership makes him do that to somehow influence the mechanics assessment. To recap: Salesman Mike was very cool and friendly, but experience was spoiled by the games played in the finance office.

We had a great experience at Gurnee Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram on Grand Ave! We've been to many car dealerships but had never purchased as we hate "the games" (e.g., the slick car salesmen who crowd you, the dishonesty & subterfuge, etc.) that go on at the typical car dealership. We came to see a specific vehicle that we had researched and Rob Fine, our salesman, was courteous, helpful, yet listened to our needs. He patiently listened to our concerns, many questions and always got us the info we needed to help us in our decision. We were very honest/upfront (yet respectful) with what we need and are willing to do, and we felt we got the same treatment back. Rob gave us personalized service and we are happy to have him as a sales rep. We are very satisfied with our purchase and we definitely recommend this dealership and Rob!

We had done some research online for replacing my high mileage Grand Caravan and found the selection at Gurnee to be great. We took the whole family and were greeted by Mike Ballard when we got out of the car, he introduced himself to not only my wife and I, but our kids as well. Our shopping experience was not about listening to sales pitches, but having a nice conversation with Mike about what we were looking for and he engaged the kids and had them help out while showing us the features in the new Caravans we looked at. Mike and Mitch were able to put together a really good deal for my family that got us everything we needed. We plan to visit Mike again when the time comes to replace my wife's car as well, great experience all around.

They will screw with pricing, rates and anything else they can. This place is like the shell game and has the same outcome - you part with your money. Why even put up with this when there are so many other options? Just go elsewhere and save the headache.

Overall a great place! Had the opportunity of working with Mike Ballard to order a custom jeep renegade. Mike was wonderful and the managers were great. Everyone was fair and they got us our vehicle at the price and interest rate that we needed. We went to several jeep dealers in the Lake County area and none of them were as good as here. I would recommend to anyone.

Went in with 2 trades to put towards a new grand cherokee. Justin helped us better than any salesman we've ever dealt with and gave us a great deal on the car. If anyone is looking to buy a jeep or any other car they sell I would recommend this dealership and if you can talk to Justin he is awesome. You don't often fine a dealer with people who care about the customers that come for service. Not true at Gurnee dodge. I have never had a mechanic come from his work station to greet me when I come in, but Mike does. Every one from the guys behind the desk, Steve, Kyle, and Ray, to Todd the service mgr, to Mike the mechanic, to the Ladies at the cashier desk. Every time I come in its always the same. It's nice to see from a dealer, keep up the great work. Thanks Don.

Today, we purchased a Jeep Renegade and it was a great experience. Manny Arteaga and Mitch Horwitz made the process fast and easy. They answered all our questions, and helped us get a deal that we were comfortable with. They never put pressure on us, and were so patient. The atmosphere felt like family. I purchased my first new car today and It could not have been an easier process! Mike and Carmen were very helpful and patient as I asked questions along the way. Their finance guy had no problem calling the list of banks I was considering and also helped me getting insurance quotes. As I stated this was my first big purchase, I also let the sales reps know this and I feel like I was going through the process with a family member, I felt like an expert on my vehicle and I also felt like I gained two new resources for future purchases. I also had my mother there because I thought I would face aggressive sales tactics, WRONG! I never felt pressure, I feel like their desire to get me into the car was driven by my desire to drive off with it. I was anxious to say the least and I think they saw it, there was a team of sales and finance reps answering my questions making sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase at every step, I look forward to doing business with this dealer in the future!!! I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!

I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Robert Fine of Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram showed me one at his store. He was very polite to my wife and me unlike experiences we have had at other stores. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with us. We have never returned to a dealership to make a second purchase and we never remember the names of the sales people after we leave. We are always guarded when we walk in to be "ready for anything". Mitch Varga at Gurnee Dodge changed all of that. He never made us feel like prey. He was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. When we purchased a Jeep last March we left knowing that it was actually possible to have a pleasant experience buying a car. We decided to try again and holy cow!!!! Another great experience! On our initial visit to the dealership, we met with Adriene Tellez and took a test drive. Adriene was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and respectful. After the test drive and showing us some of the features of the Jeep Renegade, we told him that we had just started looking and wanted to shop around. He said he understood, and he gave us his card. He did not try to keep us on site or push us to make a sale. That was the main reason we came back. When making the purchase, we worked with Mitch Horwitz, and he came to us with a good deal and a fair price, and we did not have to do the back and forth "Sharpie" dance. They were very courteous and very professional throughout the entire transaction.

When I was looking for my new Jeep I had already visited another Jeep dealer that I had done business with for years. After talking with my past dealer I did not think they really cared or thought I was a repeat serious buyer. The next week I went to Gurnee Jeep and met Ernesto Lopez, I explained to him what I was looking for and stated that I did not want to play games. I wanted the best deal for the car I wanted. Ernesto had me test drive a couple vehicles and asked me what I wanted in my new car. After a little while I decided to buy my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I was happy with the agreed price and the trade in value of my old Jeep Patriot. I felt that Ernesto was very professional and listened to what I was saying and put me in the vehicle I would be happy with. Ernesto also sat in the car with me and when over all the bells and whistles and made sure I knew how to use everything. Then I went over to Nick to go over some optional additional items I may want. I purchased the protection package and wind vents. Then off to the financing office where all my paper work was ready to go. This is a very organized dealership that I would recommend to my friends and family.

All my cars are jeep and Chrysler since the 80s and serviced by Lake Villa Chrysler. Since they closed, I moved to Gurnee Dodge and since then Ray and Frank (ret.) were my serviced consultants. I recently bought a new Jeep Patriot and the service manager whose brother from the lake Villa police force that I know, helped me out and got a good discount. I'm totally satisfied with their service and will stay as much as I could.

I've been looking for a car for about 5 months, and I finally I found a Mazda6 Sport at the Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership website. I tried to find one in my local area, but no luck. Plus I had an awful experience with an impatient sales rep. My boyfriend and I drove an hour and half to Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in Gurnee, IL. to look and test drive the Mazda6 Sport that I saw on their website. We had the most wonderful experience there because we're taken care of by Sales Rep Mr. Mitchell Varga. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the store, and asked if we needed any assistance. At first, I was kind of leery because he's seemed very young and we might not get the best service. Boy, was I wrong!! He was very knowledgeable, answered pretty much all of our questions, explained everything in details of the good and bad things about the car, and most of all, he was very patient, and did not pressure us to buy. He made us feel like we were one of his friend or a family member instead of a customer. The dealership was very clean, and pretty much all the people I talked to were pretty AWESOME. I really felt good driving out of the parking with my new car. Thank you Mitch and everyone that works there. I'm definitely spreading the good news to everyone that I know.

As soon as we pulled up to Gurnee Dodge, Ernesto immediately greeted us and helped us in the best way possible to meet our needs. He was patient and showed us our options within our budget. We had been searching for a work car for a while now, and we felt completely defeated. I had seen the place online and was originally not planning to visit. But we were convinced by pervious buyers do drive by. We walked in not excepting much but we were completely shocked. The employees were very friendly. We left the first day empty-handed considering buying the car. The employee did not pressure us to buy the car nor obligated us to purchase it that day. The guys there were knowledgeable and friendly. The process of actually purchasing did take a while, but I appreciated that a) they didn't run my credit until the very end i.e., only once and no more than necessary which would decrease my score. b) they had real (metal) new plates to put on the car. Ernesto and Robbie did a good job of selling. Brian handled the financing and could explain all the charges.

As a single mom with one income, I was afraid /Intimidated to try and get a car after my old car broke down and was totaled. But I had to - So Gurnee Dodge was my pick after I was uncomfortable with the dealership my car was towed to. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated as a VIP! Everyone were so nice, warm, helpful and understanding. This was our first experience with Gurnee Jeep and it was an overall excellent experience. Troy Ivory was a very knowledgable salesperson and no pressure. We decided on the Grand Cherokee before we arrived. We tested several other Jeeps and we were excited with the choice of the Grand Cherokee. We opted for running boards and weather tek mats. Mitch did assist and once we agreed on a price the financing was next and was completely quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them 2 days after my wife picked up a Cherokee from them. Spent some time with another dealer in the area and was extremely disappointed in this other dealer's customer service. Brought our business over to Gurnee, and will never look back! I respect the fact that all dealers have a business to run, but this crew at Gurnee, has figured out the right mix of professionalism, courtesy and respect and they extend it to all of their customers, while still running an effective and productive business. they are straight with you if you are straight with them. This was the best experience I have EVER had with any auto dealer. If you are in the market for any product they sell, give them a shot, you will not be disappointed. Mike Ballard and Mitch Horwitz are the two folks I would highly recommend you work with and deal with at this dealer.

Went into the dealership knowing which vehicle I was interested in (2014 Jeep Compass) and was assisted by Ernesto Lopez. He took me out for a test drive in a similar vehicle (the one I wanted was on the showroom floor) and worked out an acceptable deal for me. He and his co-workers made sure I received my employee discount and Ernesto walked me through a number of features on the car so I knew where everything was. He was most helpful and with the exception of referring to me as "Sweetie" (Seriously ?) he was very nice and fun to work with. I am satisfied with my purchase.

If you are in the market for a new or used car I would suggest Gurnee Dodge. The sales process so was easy. They have great customer service! Justin Milem was my sale person and he could not have been nicer. He made the process very simple and painless. Even after the sale he has taken take of me. He was able to contact the last owner and get another set of keys. Thats how you know they care, when they take care of you after the sale.

Finally a dealership that cares about their customers. Both my husband and myself have purchased a new vehicle within 3 weeks of each other at Gurnee Jeep/Dodge. They listen to what you want and don't try to offer you what you do not want. The key to a good sale is listening to your customer and offering them what they are looking for, not what they are not looking for. Very friendly and pleasant. I own a Chrysler Town & Country Van purchased in Florida. Received in mail coupon for free oil change - so I thought I would take advantage of this as I was ready for oil change. I knew I wanted a Chrysler Convertible as I researched affordable ones and the Chrysler was on top of my list. But was not in a hurry,, I was going to shop around. We just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and we were very pleased with the service we received from the dealer. Ernesto originally took us out for a test drive and he was able to answer any questions we had about the Jeep Cherokee. We found this refreshing since other car dealers were not always able to give adequate answers to our questions. On the day we picked up the car, the service was very organized and efficient. Adrian spend a great deal of time with us showing us all the "bells and whistles" we now had. Neither my husband or I are very "techy" so it required Adrian to be very patient and understanding! They have assured us that we can stop by at any time, and they will help us with any problems we are having with all the technology we have available with this car. When we entered Gurnee Dodge we were very suspicious based on the experience we had the previous night at another Dodge dealership who we firmly believe tried to cheat us. Then we were met by Robbie Adams who has a outgoing enthusiastic personality and a keen sense and desire to get you into the vehicle you desire at a price that meets both your car needs and financial needs and meet an area where you feel comfortable. He never gave us any high pressure or condescending attitude that we have encountered many times before in other dealerships. He pointed out all the features of the van we wanted and had us try out for ourselves many of them then took us on a test drive and was very encouraging during the drive. When we got back Mike Ballard took over and took the time to explain the packages available on the van and the warranty and what it covers still no pressure. Then we were turned over to the finance dept. really expecting here comes the pressure but it never came and we left there feeling valued, appreciated, and comfortable with the arrangements and a brand new van! There was no strong arm tactics, stress, or pressure at all.

Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to get me the exact car I wanted, along with all of the features I desired. It took a few tries, but ultimately we were able to get the deal done. Manny was great to work with from a sales perspective, Mitch was very helpful in getting the money down/monthly payments close to what I wanted, and Nick and Fefe were excellent to work with in going over the warranty options and getting all of the paperwork executed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues.

Everyone has that dreaded feeling of having to deal with car sales reps and how pushy they can be. Not here. Yes they are trying to sell a car, it's their job, but at Gurnee Dodge, they were friendly and courteous. The reps were not constantly trying to make sure you didn't leave without a car.

Looking on line for a new vehicle, decided what I wanted wrote down price, vin #, stock # etc... once I got to the dealer showed Mark what I was looking for and he promptly showed me the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I was not prepared to purchase a car today but one thing lead to another and the deal was done and I am glad for it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly - will definitely do business with them in the future.

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Salesman named Rob Fine. His product knowledge was very poor, and he neglected to put gas in my car when I took delivery. Overall impression of other personnel was that they were very unprofessional. There was always a large group of sales people loitering outside the front door smoking and spitting on the ground. Brian in finance was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

My son is going into his sophomore year in college and we wanted him to have a new car so that his 5 hour trip to/from school was a safe one. He had been researching cars that he liked in terms of styling as well as gas mileage and stated he was interested in a Dodge Dart SE. I saw a 2013 online at the Gurnee Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer that I thought may be a good fit so we went into the dealership on Monday, 5/12.We wanted to test drive the one that we saw advertised online and when we walked into the dealership, we were immediately approached by Robert Fine. He took us out in the 2013 Dart that we were interested in and we decided we wanted to see if this car was in our range for purchase. Rob did the preliminaries, and then quickly brought in Mitch Horwitz. (Rob is new to the dealership).Mitch is very good at what he does. It is clear he knows the business and what it takes to make the sale. His approach is straight-forward and no nonsense, which I appreciate. After all - in the end - this may not be a car that a full-time student can afford. Mitch worked with us to find the best possible deal to get this car at a price that my son could afford. Initially -I wanted to be a co-signer on the loan - but it was clear that the better deal was for the car to be in my name in order to secure the lowest loan rate. Mitch also showed us several scenarios of how the payments could change with more of a down payment or paying on the loan every other week versus once a month.Together, Rob & Mitch made my son and I feel very comfortable with this important and large first-time purchase for my son. We left that night with the 2012 Dodge Dart SE. I know the car business can be tough and it is very competitive. At the same time, a dealer and it's associates cannot sacrifice a good customer experience for sales. I believe that Gurnee Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler does a great job of balancing what they need to do as a business while still making the customer feel they understand the process and the deal is a fair one.I'm very pleased and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler! After researching the purchase of the new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, I new exactly what I wanted and what options I needed.Exploring Gurnee Dodge's extensive inventory I found the color and features I wanted and was able to it compare it with others. My salesman, Mark, listened to my needs and answered all of my questions. Also knowing what price I wanted to pay, Mitch worked diligently to get me to the pricing I wanted. The greeting of me by sales to the delivery of the minivan took only about an hour and a half. My trade in amount exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were looking to purchase a used car, and we had already been to several places without any luck. When I am shopping for a car, I am the kind of person that doesn't like to be "sold" something. So naturally, when salesmen approach I try to steer clear because I know they are there to do their job, and they make money when I buy a car from them... So their main goal is to get me to purchase a car from them whether or not I want it.When we visited Gurnee Dodge & Jeep, we were greeted by Mike Ballard. He was very friendly, but not pushy. He asked us what we were interested in, and we told him. He showed us a few vehicles, and when we said we weren't interested in any of them he simply responded that he was here to help us find what we were looking for, so if we saw something we DID like that we should just tell him and he would find all the information on that car for us. (I knew I liked this approach much better than any other place I had been because it took the pressure off while I was looking.)From there we were able to find a car that fit our needs, and we were able to reach a price that negotiated what both of us needed to make out with a good deal. Mike Ballard was extremely helpful, and patient as my husband asked 1,000 questions. We also had a wonderful experience working directly with the store's manager, Tommy.I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to find a car without feeling pressured. These are straight-forward, and kind people to work with!

Gurnee Dodge won my business. They were not the first stop in our search for a new vehicle.. We were warmly greeted by Justin who would introduce us to the vehicle we were considering. Justin was knowledgeable and well versed on the differences between the various trim levels and did not push one trim over the other.Additionally, Justin knew how the vehicles worked and what we should expect relative to performance. This was a big difference between Gurnee Dodge and the other dealers we had visited. Mitch and Nick helped round out the experience. I have often found car buying to be a painful process that is filled with pressure tactics and theatrics. This was not the case at Gurnee Dodge. There was no pressure applied. The staff supplied the information we wanted and then some. We had open discussion concerning price without the usual "my manager will never sign off on that but I'll ask". I look forward to a long relationship with Gurnee Dodge.

I started viewing used Jeeps online with the help of Cassie, looking for a used Grand Cherokee to replace my 2001 Grand Cherokee. I spoke with Justin but there was nothing that fit my criteria so I test drove a used Wrangler that was reasonably priced, but It had more miles than I wanted. In the meantime I bought a used Grand Cherokee from another dealership, one which I would never visit again, so now I was looking for a used Wrangler. After checking from Bloomington to Milwaukee it seemed more reasonable to buy new. I saw a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited at a price I could accept so I stopped in on Veterans Day to take a look. Justin was very accommodating during a snowy blustery day as we test drove three Wranglers. All in all I felt I got a great deal, including a veteran discount and a fair trade in on my Jeep Liberty, plus a great rate from my credit union directly from the dealership. A couple days after the sale my wife needed to come in to complete the paperwork and we were warmly welcomed and offered incentive to return for services with both our Jeeps. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No game playing or haggling over this and that.

Manny went above and beyond for us to make our deal happen. We took up a lot of his time and he was patient, knowledgable, and did not pressure us at all. He made us feel like the important thing to him was to see me in the right vehicle, which was refreshing. We had test driven about 8 other similar vehicles and none seemed to be the right fit. Manny was meticulous when it came to finding the features and color I wanted. He understood the "little" things mean the most when you are driving a vehicle day after day. He "got" me. When we decided on this one, the negotiation process was not completely painful. We would have preferred getting the best deal presented to us first, instead of going back and forth, but we understood this is how it goes. I would buy/lease a car from this dealership again based on this experience, but I reserve my final opinion for after I have had the vehicle serviced or if anything goes wrong with it during the lease period. Additionally, I am curious as to how the end of the lease contract is handled. If I feel as well taken care of by then as I do now, I would certainly consider another vehicle from this dealership. So far so good!

I purchased a 1998 Ram 1500 on a Saturday evening. Drove it from Gurnee, IL to Pell Lake, WI. Rained all day on Sunday so truck wasn't moved. Monday morning got about 7 miles from home and the truck started trying to die and smoking real bad. I was able to get it to a mechanic and they said the lower intake manifold gasket needed replacing. I thought WOW, but I understood I bought it AS IS, but after a compression test we found out the #8 cylinder had no compression at all - in other words the motor is shot. There is a BIG difference between a gasket and the whole motor, so I decided to call the salesman at the dealership. At first he said there wouldn't be a manager be there for about an hour and a half. In about 20 minutes he was calling me back telling me the was NOTHING they would do. He gave me a sob story about how is wife was driving this morning and the whole exhaust system fell off. As I said to him "I'm sure you didn't just buy the car though". I always thought the bigger dealerships were a better way to go than the small guys, but I guess I am wrong. I will never step foot in Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge again in my life. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We took our vehicle where our son had purchased two cars and had service work done on his vehicles. They gave us prompt, courteous service in diagnosing and explaining the problem with our vehicle. Patience, no pressure, while we reviewed our options for repair or replacement. Helped us to find the most suitable vehicle in their lot for our needs and gave us a great deal on a new leased vehicle. All of the managers, sales people and support staff we worked with were very helpful. A wonderful dealership to work with, right up to the vice president.

Ernesto was very personable, he made me feel at ease with the whole buying process. He took the time to ask me what features were and were not important to me and found a few different cars that were in the same price range I could afford. He was very knowledgable about the Jeep and the features available to me. He took me on multiple test drives and was very patient with me when I compared the different vehicles, answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the features available. I highly recommend this dealership, every person I talked to was very pleasant and professional, and Ernesto made the entire process very easy. I went in to only ask some questions about the Dodge Dart I had test driven a few weeks before, and left with a 2013 new Dodge Dart! Brian was great, and worked with me to find the perfect base model that fit my price needs. He then enthusiastically worked to get me the best price I could get, and after some negotiating, Brian and Mitch both met me at a price that was reasonable. I did not intend to buy a car that day but never felt pressured into buying. I made the decision to buy after the great prices they offered and working with me to meet what I could pay monthly. Overall, I had a great experience buying my first car and would recommend this dealer to other people looking for a great car!

I recently visited Gurnee Dodge with an issue with my heat. It kept going in an out in my 2008 Dodge Caravan I just recently purchased a year ago. I called and asked to make an appointment. I was never told there was a $135 fee just to run a diagnostic test (which I could have done elsewhere for free) but Frank assured me that once my warranty kicked in I would only be paying $100 for my deductible. And maybe any additional costs IF they don't cover everything. That day they provided a hand written sheet stating what was wrong. The largest item was not on the diagnostic test 92 issued came from the diagnositce test the other 5-6 were seen by service) but pointed out by the service department listed as "needing repair" however because the repairs were so expensive $2200 someone would have to verify the work before my warranty would kick in. This was on Oct 24th I did not get an answer back about my repairs until Oct 30th that the warranty company did not agree with the findings so they would not fix but one item on the list. And of coarse I had to leave my vehicle there for inspection and rent a car for over 10 days!!! I asked several times, over and over Frank and Todd, what needs to be repaired "will it fix my problem" and no one could give me an answer. At this time Im thinking, hmmmm if the warranty company doesnt agree with the findings maybe it doesnt need to be fixed?? In the end I am told by Frank to have the warranty fix the one car issue (that doesnt fix my problem) I will have to pay $135 for the test + $35 x 5 hrs for repair because the warranty doesn't cover the entire cost and $100 deductible...But I thought I didnt have to pay the $135??? Ohhh Frank says "yea you do if they don't cover all the work." Wait??? Thats not what you said. So I picked up my car and took it somewhere else and it cost me $100 to add anitfreeze and replace a thermostat. Funny because they didnt even mention I was low/almost out of antifreeze on their 27 point inspection. This dealership is a rip off, and tried to take advantage of a female. I was asked to replace a part for $700 that was "leaking" yet I have no leaking in my driveway? Does that make sense? I got under my car at the 2nd shop and it's clean as a whistle. I will be filing a compalint with the BBB and Crysler, I want my $135 back, considering I never even got a typed out sheet of what was wrong!!! I've called and placed several VMs and nothing. DO NOT use this dealership for anything! They will scam you and charge you for things that are not wrong. Based on what my warranty found (or didnt find) and forwarded to me and Frank's chicken scratch list of issues it does not add up! Beware.

The first person to greet me at Gurnee Dodge was Brian King. Super nice guy. I told him about a Dodge Caliber that I saw on autotrader.com that they had. One of the first things I said was "I'm not buying a car tonight, this is research", and he said "that's fine. Let's talk a bit about what you are looking for". I had a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 with 216,000 miles on it, and it was time to downsize. No pressure at all. We went for a test drive and went back to the dealer and he showed me some purchasing options, and said the dealer is very generous, and good at working with people to get them what they want. This was a certified used car still under factory warranty.I went back the next day to fine tune my options, but I still didn't know how I was going to come up with a down payment. That's when Tommy Popular, a sales manager joined Brian and I. He very quickly drew out a couple options with no down payment. I found one that I felt really fitmy tight budget, and didn't feel at all like they were trying to pull a fast one. I then went and worked with Brian Gifford to put together the financing. Great guy, we had all the paper work done in about 15 minutes, not 2 hours. I got the keys, shook hands with everyone I worked with and drove my new/used car home.The next day, on my way to work on the highway, there was a vibration at 65 mph. I called when I got to work and they said bring it right in. I dropped it off after work, and they gave me a loner. The following day while they had the car to check the vibration, Ray Sovsky, the service manager called me and said "I got bad news... pause... I didn't like the tires that were on your car so I put new ones on... hope you don't mind". I asked who I need to talk to to see about cost and he said "oh no no, it's taken care of. You don't have to pay for them".Dropped the loner off after work that day, said thanks to everyone, and left in my car. It has been 4 days from my first visit to Gurnee Dodge, to coming home and feeling great about my decision to buy from them. Excellent at every step.

I have been dreaming about purchasing a Ram 1500 Laramie for years. I have been to countless Ram dealerships throughout Illinois. I was very disappointed on how some salesman was rude, pushy, or obnoxious who only want to get your signature and their commission as fast as possible. In order to get a price from these dealerships, they demanded my phone number and email address, which I told them not to call me until I was ready to buy. Guess what, Im still getting emails and phone calls from these jerks. Anyway, for about a month I had my eye on a 2014 Ram Laramie at Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, driving by every chance I had. Finally I decided to talk to someone. I had one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. Justin made arrangements to meet us at the dealership even on his days off. They made my wife who generally does not like salesman feel at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process was fast, easy, and straight forward. I really appreciated the straight forward pricing and openness to getting to a price that worked for both the dealer and us. In addition, we had a trade that I felt I was treated very fairly with. Eric was able to communicate with my whole family of 4 in a way everyone stayed interested through the whole process (2 of them are under 4 years old). We looked at several (Eric would probably say we looked at a lot) of models and trim levels, test drove, had a trade-in appraised, determined a price, went through all paperwork and drove out with a new car in under 3 hours. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I would recommend this dealer.

About two weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing business with a team of sales representatives from Gurnee Dodge. But before I explain my experience let me give you some background. I turn 40 in another month and am a bit of a car nut (much to my wife's dismay). I have purchased and owned almost 20 vehicles in the last 23 years. I have purchased cars new and used, from dealerships across Lake County, Carmax (Kenosha), and even Iowa and Indiana. Other than Carmax most of my car buying experiences with Dealerships have been frustrating, disappointing, and not memorable to say the least. Carmax was always enjoyable and extremely easy while giving you a competitive price (not the best, but competitive). Because of our previous car buying experiences my wife and I were apprehensive about going back to a Dealership. We originally had three vehicles in mind: Infinity G37, Nissan Maxima and following in at a distant third was the Dodge Charger (my choice of course). Our plan was to test drive all three vehicles and narrow down to one. I have two separate friends in the car business that I could have placed an order with and had my vehicle at just over dealer cost. However, after two visits with Gurnee Dodge my wife and I decided we had finally found a Dealership that didn't play so many shell games just to make a profit and get you out the door as a number. We had the pleasure of dealing with Eric, Mitch and Nick throughout our experience, and all three were top notch in the industry. We didn't want to play any games, we wanted a good car buying experience with a great price, and we didn't want to walk out feeling like we just got the shirts taken off our backs. Gurnee Dodge provided us with all three!! Yes, we could have walked away from Mitch and the team and went down to my buddies Dealership and possibly saved a couple hundred bucks but we are glad we didn't. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience with Gurnee Dodge and I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member of mine. Already looking forward to my next purchase, my new Dodge Ram Crew Cab (wife cringes). Thanks again guysMichael Reed

went in looking for a dependable "winter" vehicle , was impressed with the 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland edition. Manny let us take the vehicle home so we could have a little more time to decide. There was no pressure to buy, no timeframe to give them an answer. He worked with us with our trade in, was very reasonable with the things we were asking for, and gave us an outstanding price for what we drove home. Overall a wonderful experience. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Our paperwork was complete and thorough. He spent extra time showing us the features of the vehicle before we drove away, connecting the blue tooth, sound system, etc.

I prefer to get straight forward answers. You don't get that here until your there for 3-4 hrs. Rather be in and out with an easy transaction, not a headache. Overall 3 stars for getting me the price I wanted, but it was not an easy transaction. Give honest answers up front and save everyone's time.

I went to the dealership to buy a new Dodge Dart. I showed up to the dealership at 8:00 AM and even though the salesmen where not supposed to show up until 9, Denny was there and helped me. He walked me through the different types of Dart and found the features that worked the best for me with my budget constraints. He was very helpful. I few days after I bought my car, I had some questions and Denny called me right away to answer them.

The service was very helpful; I called ahead and Many had a few vehicles lined up for me to look at. He noticed that the demonstration RAM truck was the same as mine, except it was an 8 speed which would save gas for me, had tinted windows, and would be cheaper then the new model. The purchasing and the financing was quick and Many was very helpful throughout the process, including getting me the recent college graduate deal. Nick was able to explain and recommend the ultimate protection warranty for the interior and exterior of the truck. When I left Many was able to quickly explain the features of the truck for me to use.

As any price conscience consumer can understand, shopping for a vehicle at more than one location benefits the consumer; increases the competition for your business. Apparently this type of shopping does not sit well with this dealer. I spent hours in the dealership working with the sales manager, and was near a deal. Decided to sleep on it, and ended up going with a vehicle at a different dealership. Drove in that day to let them know and thank them for their time since I am always uncomfortable with wasting someones time. I was interrupted after saying i purchased a vehicle from another dealer, the manager said "get the F*** out of my store before I beat your A**," shocked by this i gave him a chance to recant his statement and he proceeded to threaten me and threw me out of the store. He even went farther to threaten me by ruining my credit. This is the most brief overview I can give about what actually happened, but I can promise you I acted fair and reasonably throughout the entire process and they had no grounds for acting the way they did. It's a surprising fact that some people can act in this manner and feel ok with themselves. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through, but consider this a fair warning that when dealing with this dealership to tread carefully. Best of luck.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Gurnee Dodge when buying my new Jeep Wrangler. Manny was friendly and straightforward. I did not feel like I was getting the run around as is so typical at car dealerships. I feel like Manny and the staff did what they could to work with me and see that I left satisfied. Manny was also very communicative and helpful following my purchase as I had some additional equipment installed on the Wrangler. I've been working with Mr. Mike Ballard since July or August 2012 to get to this point of a final sale. I had to wait until my personal affairs were in order. He followed through with return phone calls as planned. It was a NO PRESSURE EXPERIENCE. Great Salesman very knowledgeable of his vehicles and knows how to keep everyone at the sale informed. My girlfriend wishes Mr. Ballard would sale Nissan for she is looking for a new vehicle.I had a great experience, I felt very comfortable and Mr. Ballard was very informative and patient with my berage of questions.This is my first non ford car i purchased. Told Brian I was just looking for something comparable to the 06 Jeep Liberty that was totaled; he didn't push and try to get me into a higher cost of a vehicle. He totally understood my circumstance. Process went quickly and smoothly.Will was great - quick, in and out. Just a note, the remote key battery was dead; went to Walgreens to get a new one; the alarm was going off and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Thank heavens for some kid who helped me turn it off before I was able to get the battery in. That was a "blonde" moments I guess! I was looking for a newer and smaller Dodge Pickup truck. I saw some at Gurnee Dodge's website and drove out to look them over. My wife knew Mark Ruffalo from a previous visit and I looked him up to talk about the used Dakota trucks they had. He peaked my interest in a 2008 and a 2007 model. I went back home and got my wife and we went back to the dealership. We met Mark and talked price. After some discussion we settled on the price WE offered on the 2008 Dakota and with Mitch's approval the deal was made. This was our fifth Dodge vehicle purchase and the most enjoyabe one. All the folks at Gurnee Dodge were a pleasure to work with. I have had the truck for 6 months now and am very happy with it. I'm getting 18 - 19 miles per gallon, city driving, and the truck has performed flawlessly. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, Gurnee Dodge will not dissapoint you. Over the last 20 plus years I have been to Dodge dealerships from Kenosha to Libertyville and Gurnee Dodge gets my vote for the BEST. Thanks guys, you're the best.

I had totaled my car, my husband and I were exhausted and tired of dealing with Slimy, rude and flat out obnoxious salesmen. "Maybe well just borrow a car for a while and than pick up the search monday." We were ready to give up until a family member suggested we stop by Gurnee Dodge. We spotted a car on the internet and thought one last DITCH effort for today. As soon as we got there Mike was so sweet he got to know us and what we were looking for. They car they had pulled out he knew would not work. He said 'as long as you're honest and straight with me, I can help you.'We had heard that before, but something about him said Trust me. (Must be the eyes!) He walked around the lot with us tirelessly putting up with my husbands and my squabbling...He made us laugh and showed us everything we could afford..Unfortunately we(my husband and I) couldn't agree on ANY! We were just about to give up when my husband asked about a car that Mike HAD showed us. Of course Mike made a joke but took my husband out to look. I sat inside knowing that it was just going to be more bad news, almost in tears I watched my husband walk back in with a HUGE grin on his face...Mike worked his butt off to make the fully decked van in our budget and Voila! He did it! He even drove us to the bank to get our down payment. He was by far the most honest, kind, caring and funny person I have dealt with in a while (and I deal with a lot!) I was looking for a minivan with specific features, but wasn't thrilled about the prospect of still having to drive a minivan (kids are 7,7 and 12). I began with Robbie on Caravan test drives. The next day I came back, and since Robbie was with another customer, I ended up test driving a Town and Country with Mike. Mike showing me all the features of the car that I would have not known to even look for. The test drive was awesome. I was honest and told Mike I couldn't buy a car that day since I had not researched that model before coming in.I went home, built the car I wanted online and found out how much the dealers pay for the car. Then I found all the rebates and dealer incentives I was eligible for. I got a quote from another dealer online and went back to Gurnee the next business day. Mike didn't handle the negotiations, but told Robbie that he felt the manager needed to meet my quoted online price. They did meet my price, and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in.I had checked out the review of this dealer online before buying, and read some very poor reviews. My experience was completely opposite of what I had read. I think doing my homework before going in was the best approach. Mike encouraged me to do this and did not play games with me. The purchase was finished in less than 2 hours - and this included me leaving to go to the bank to get my down payment. I've had the car only three days - so cannot comment on the service department yet, but the buying process was easy.

My husband and I went in to simply acquire some information on buying a used car. With some friendly talk we agreed to buy a new car. My husband and i couldnt be happier with the decision we made. They negotiated and worked out a plan well within our budget and made us feel very welcome. Picked Gurnee Jeep after a few weeks comparing .location..selection and visiting a relative working at dealership. I had a great experience with Gurnee Dodge from the salesman Nick to the owner Michael to Fifi who completed the paperwork. Had one glitch. The van I wanted had some aftermarket options added but the staff more than made it right. In forty years of buying cars and trucks, this was one of this best car buying experiences of all. Great experience. Visited twice looking at different vehicles. The follow-up after the first visit was prompt and professional without coming across as pressured. Brian King was is a great salesperson to work with and helped to get me the deal I wanted. The dealership made some money but I walked away feeling I got a really great deal and was treated fairly, not fleeced.The process was reasonably quick and there was no pressure on the back end for all the aftermarket sales stuff typical from most dealerships. I will certainly go back and give them first shot when I'm ready for my next car.

I went into Gurnee Dodge looking for a slightly used Ram 1500. I was met by Brian, who is a fairly new employee there. He was very helpful and I feel he worked hard for me to get me a vehicle in my price range. After several hours of hard work and crunching numbers, I ended up with a beautiful, brand new 2013. Brian was extremely personable and friendly, and made no attempt to pressure me into a vehicle I did not want. I actually ended up with a much nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford due to great financing options I did not know existed until I walked in there. This car buying experience has been a nightmare. After being told that I would "not be sold a bad car" and that the Dodge I was looking at had been "fully inspected", I bought the car knowing the shocks needed to be replaced. Unfortunately within minutes of leaving, my oil light went on and later found out it was a massive oil leak that had been missed by inspection. The oil leak was repaired, or so I thought. The oil light went back on again every time I stopped, the check engine light went on because an O2 sensor just HAPPENED to break the day I pick it up from the shop, and then my battery light went on and what do you know... on day 12, my car broke down at 9:30 pm while I was halfway pulled off the road. Way to go Gurnee Dodge, after years of my family buying Dodge cars from YOUR dealership, we will no longer purchase any Dodge vehicle from anywhere, let alone here. I have let numerous people know about my experience and will continue to let others know. Since I have to obviously buy another car, I will take my business to a much better dealership now.

There is mixed emotions about my experience at Gurnee Dodge, there were several problems in the beginnig.One of the sales men didn't quite know all the features about the car I had taken for a test drive and later purchased that same day. I don't think he did it with intent only he wasn't familar with all of its features, he had told me from the beginning that the car was fully loaded. That it had a navigation system and the u connet. I later found out that there was no navigation system, before buying the car, but that there still was the u connet feature. I when I got home I tried to connet my phone to the u connet only to find out that I didn't have that feature. I was extremely angry, also after lookiing over the contract I found a discrepancy. AT this point all I wanted to do is to return the car and be done with Gurnee Dogde. I took the day off of work on Monday and went back to Gurnee Dodge. I spoke with Mitch Horwitz and and explained to him what was told to me about the navigation system and the u connet. Mitch had promise me that he would make this whole mess better, and not at my cost. He asked me to return to Gurnee and he would install the u connet, I was given a rental for one day. The following day my Jeep had the u connet. Manny Arteaga was very helpful. He took time out to make sure that I was satisfied. He was sorry for all I had gone throught.Than Mike Ballard took time out of his schedule and and explain the whole car to me. We went for a drive he hooked up the u connect. Explain all the features my auto has and even said if I had anymore question do not hesitate to call him and he would help. Mitch made good on his promise and even the discrepancy on the contract. AT the end I was satisfied with Gurnee Dodge

Just bought my third car from Gurnee Dodge in the past year and it was another walk in the park. Bought all three from Mark Ruffolo, but this dealership works great as a team! Mitch, Manny and Frank all helped with the process and got me all the extras and wishes I had in buying my new Ram. I would send anyone here to buy and in about 4-5 years would come back if the military didn't take me elsewhere.

My husband and I went to several dealerships within a 2 week period looking to replace our Kia Mini Van and Gurnee Dodge was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly dealership we came a crossed. They not only got us the vehicle we wanted but also the price we wanted as well. They were so friendly that we suggested that my father see them for a new car as well and the same night we purchased our vehicle my parents bought theirs within 2 hours. This whole experience of buying my new Ram Truck was great. Everybody was super friendly. Price nagotiating was easy and I feel I got a very good deal. Nick took me on a nice long test drive, had explained all the features on my truck, taking his time till I understood. I have not used service yet but I have met them and all were very nice. This is our 8th car purchased from Gurnee Dodge in the last 11 years. We have also had our son buy a truck and friends buy cars. The service department is exceptional and cares about the customer. Sales staff is excellent also. Mike Ballard is an asset to the company. I came into the dealership actually to get my 2008 patriot that I had purchased previously examined for a possible problem with the CV joints. While I was waiting,I happened to ask about possibly trading in my other vehicle,a 2006 Nissan xterra, as it has accumulated nearly 100K miles. Eric expertly looked at all possible scenarios in order to obtain a newer more reliable vehicle and not hurt my wallet too badly and I am more than satisfied with the outstanding customer service that I received during this experience. The purchase of our new Jeep Cherokee was a terrfic experience. We can not say enough about Justin's friendly service - knowledge of the product. His approach to sales makes him an asset to the company. For that reason, this was our third purchase through this dealership. When we returned with questions about the Bluetooth feature he was very patient as we had "no clue" what to do to activate the product. We asked for his cards so that we could refer our friends to him - something we usually do not do but know we can do with complete confidence that they will get the best of service and we will not have to apologize later. The finance person who's name I do not have was very helpful as well. He checked for the best options for us in financing - the protection package and the gap insurance. Again, he gained our confidence as we saw him working on our behalf. Lastly, the peronal "thank you" from the owner was greatly appreciated. Often times customers are made to feel like a "sale" instead of a person.......not the case here. Mike was a great sales person, showed us all the in and outs of the new Dodge Durango, took us for a great ride to go over evertything we needed to know. My daughters were even complimentry of him. Todd Thomas has always been good to us for service of our cars. We have gotten a mini van in the past also. We did go back for a free car wash and my husband was not happy with the lady in that area, she did not say anyhting to him, just called for a porter and put her head down that was a dissappoint. We have recommended people in the past and they have gotten a mini van abd this time a friend got a dodge durango a few days after us. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help, all employees were very straight-forward and honest with their opinions on different vehicles. I never felt that I was being pressured into buying a vehicle, they provided me with different options for purchasing the car. We had a really great experience from start to finish at Gurnee Dodge. Mike took us to test drive both a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. It was the most beneficial test drive we've ever done. He really encouraged us to try out the full potential of the car, demonstrating safety features, turn radius, braking capabilities and more. When we ultimately decided to move forward with a purchase, they were able to do it in record time to accommodate our schedule. They worked with us on the purchase price of the car, gave us an excellent trade-in offer and the rate was better than expected. At no point did we feel pressured into buying or signing up for a car payment we weren't comfortable with. They were honest and genuine, which we really appreciate. It was the best experience we've had at a dealership. We'll be needing another car in the next few months and Gurnee Dodge, and Mike, will be our first stop.

I had an excellent experience working with Manny. We talked via email for the first 24 hours and he made sure everything was ready to go for me when I arrived which is huge. I was in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. All of the staff is friendly and when I made the deal and agreed to purchase the new car they announced it over the loud speaker that I had done so. A bunch of the team came over and shook my hand, which definitely was a different experience than I had ever had buying a car. I felt like we made a good deal, saved money, and left happy. After my purchase, I went back just a couple of days to have the front license plate installed as well as what appeared to be a missing clip from the overhead. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. They were very friendly and seemed very efficient in handling customers based on their needs. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to bring my car again for regular service and maintenance.

I was looking for a reliable car roughly in the $5000 range. The car selected was slightly above what I would have liked to have paid. However, the condition and quality car that was put into this car far surpassed others that were more affordable. The excellent service and politeness of our sales person and other associates made returning to the dealership significantly more desirable than other lots I have been to.

The salesmen are very seasoned and friendly. I took a vehicle that my wife and I had seen the previous weekend for a test drive--I loved it. The sticker price was more than $8K above what we had set ourselves for our budget. The salesmen were very excited to find out that my credit was spotless, so when I went back to the dealership, they had placed the owner's manual and key fobs ready to go as if I were to going to buy that night. I told them that I had to wait until I talked to my wife. The next day, I stopped by and made an offer, which was declined. I told Mitch that he could call me later if he wanted to reconsidered. It wasn't until the following day (Saturday) at 9am that the dealership called back. I was almost ready to leave the house--on my way to other dealerships. We stopped later that afternoon. They had forgotten to add the additional $700 for the customized tint job, so they dropped the price an additional $600 (technically $1300 if you include the tint), so in the end, we felt it was fair.After we agreed on the price, the financing went very smoothly. As I mentioned previously, my credit is spotless (above 800) so I was able to qualify for an even better rate than they promised--originally 2.5%, it went down to 2.3%

We needed to find a good used truck or SUV for my husband, and all 3 of the people worked very hard in getting that done. We were surprised today, in a very happy way, when I went in to sign all the paperwork. We were given one payment amount yesterday, which would have been ok. But, when I got there, they were able to let me know that the payment would be much lower than they originally told us. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. If we decide that we need to purchase another vehicle, we will definately go back to Gurnee Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep.

The first time we came in he took the time to show my daughter how a lot of the things on the van we were looking at worked, he even bought my sons candy and soda so that i could get all the paper work done without them distracting me. My only problem with the buying process is the same thing you seem to find at most dealers. I do not like the fact that a price for a vehicle has to me approved by a manager. Sale people should already know what they can and can not sell a vehicle for and save the time of running back and forth to get a deal ok'd. Overall though my experience was good. They did have to order me a trim piece for the van and i have not heard form them yet and it has been a little over two weeks. I hope this is not a situation were i have to call them instead of them calling me when the part comes in. If that is the case then my review on service would drop.

****BUYER BEWARE*****I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and Gurnee dodge is the worst dealership I have ever been in. Their sales tactics and people are what give car sales people a bad name. They told me that one of the sales people I was working with was the sales manager and he turned out to be just a regular sales associate. They didn't return calls or follow up. They gave me one price over the phone and when I got in changed the price. It wasn't until I threatened to walk out that they gave me the price we agreed on. I refused to do business with them and left. When I called the actual sales manager to complain he talked in circles and refused to take ownership or try to make it right. The sales people I worked with were Justin Milem, Mike Fagan, and Mitch Horwitz. Stay away from this dealership and these sales people.

Went in to have a truck worked on and they told us it would be a quick fix. We were told the truck was in prefect running condition and we paid for it and were told to pick it up the next day. That "quick fix" turned into $1737.37 and getting back a vehicle that was in worse condition than when we had brought it in. The truck wouldn't drive and wouldn't stay running. I complained to several people and was told it was due to our after-market parts. Which it's not because those parts have been on our truck for years and this problem started a month ago. I was also told the technicians had to "GUESS" at the problem and when they couldn't fix it, they told us to take the truck and they didn't want to deal with it anymore. After calling to get my money back, we were told it was our fault the truck didn't drive and they wouldn't refund us or fix the REAL problem free of cost. I now have an open case with Chrysler Corporation and they are paying for the repairs to be done at a different dealership. (This dealership was able to locate the exact problem within a matter of hours and we're on our way to getting our truck back after a month of it being out of service.) I would not recommend this dealership at all for anything. I am a loyal Chrysler customer (I've owned several Jeeps and my fiance has owned several Dodges) and now I am rethinking my loyalty!!!

My son bought a Jeep through the dealership. On the window sticker it said a hard top and soft top came with it. When we got in the car the soft top was not there. We were told it was in the warehouse and that he would get it. We signed the papers and we were then notified that they could not find the top. We were promised that he would be getting us next week. That was in May of 2011, now it is April 2012. We call no less then 9 times and got no where. He stopped returning my calls so I called the store manager. The manager made it sound like Todd was "sweetening" the deal by throughing it in. NO we paid to the top that we never got. I wish I had reviewed the dealership before we bought there. This was my son's first car that he bought and the experience was horrible. So now along with paying for college he has to buy a soft top for a car that he alread bought but never got. Really bad when you need to cheet a kid!!

Each time when we arrive for service, price is outrageous for service with stuff not needed. Charged $125 for an evaluation. Dishonest. Never a line. Always fast. I know what dealer prices are and used a Chrysler dealer all teh time in Skokie. Have tried several times here and always end up leaving because of attitude, price, and unnecessary service.

This dealership was great, all the way from sales Justin, and the service department Steven and Mitch, sales manager. Every time i come in i am treated with respect. When i bring in my Jeep for service it is taken care of immediately with very little wait time. If anyone is looking for a great Dodge dealer this place is the one for you. They will work with you from start to finish.

We had a deal made to purchase a new car. Even had keys in our hand. We shook on deal and went to see the guy about extended warrenty. Then finance man came and said we need to put more money down. It was not possible. We had a set deal and at the end he came and changed it. Very dissappointing. Sales/Finance never respond to emails and always say they will call back and they won't . They guy in finance is such a jerk to. Will never recommend this dealer!

Bought a used car, and was very difficult to get direct questions answered.Definitely an experience were what they said was not what was done. Sales guy was very friendly, but always deferred to things that were "not up to him"The big scam when you buy here is when you ask "is that the final price" they will say yes, and then try to add another $1,000 for sealcoating. I'm sorry, but that is not being honest.

Damage was done to my new vehicle when returned for service less than a week after purchase. Even though Manny did everything possible to get the damaged fixed, it took almost a month and $100 out-of-pocket for insurance on loaner vehicles.

Service dept is rude and very unhelpful. I was told that the problem i addressed was fixed and it wasnt. I had my car in 4 times in a year and a half. Only one issue was fixed after the 3rd time being there. Now my car doesnt accelerate on its own. Thanks guys it only took you 3 times to figure out it was really happening. Now after I have3 mentioned many times my window rarely rolls up. My radio decides if it wants to work most of the time. My air cleaner box is still broken after the dealer broke it. A sad excuse for a family run dealer. Gurnee Dodge will never get my business or anyone I knows business again. DISGUSTING...

This dealer will scam you one way or another. Please don't buy from them. Go to Chrysler and ask about their 5-star dealer, which Gurnee Dodge is not one of them. They have a lot of complaints about selling a 100% cash back guarantee for their service, but when it's time for them to pay you back, if you haven't used the service guarantee, they don't pay you at all, and make up a story about it. You don't have to believe me, just go to the BBB(Better Business Bureau) and take a look for yourself! This is a shady dealer.

I stopped by the dealership on Friday, June 3, 2011, to have a back light checked and they offered me a car wash. Was I in for a "big surprise!" The porter stole $300.00 dollars from my console and the service manager wasn't very helpful in this serious situation. I filed a police report with the Gurnee Police Department.I highly recommend you never go to this dealership for anything. The porter should be taking your car through the car wash and nothing else!Instead of snooping through your vehicle!This young porter is a liar and the service manager should of done more in this situation.I am writing letters to the owner of this dealership, Dodge Company, and filing a report on this company through the better business bureau. I will also contact local newspapers.Never have anything valuable in your car, once you leave it.

WTH (what the heck) My wife took her vehicle in for an oil change and noticed after she got her car back the this dealer had changed the plastic cover around her license plate to one that now says Gurnee Dodge and they did this without asking any permission. This is a dishonest action. What other dishonest things are they doing here?

They did nothing for me. I took it in with a problem and said that my "great warrenty" they give with all their cars would not provide it. They gave some stupid reason and made me feel stupid. He talked to me like I was an idiot and didn't respect me at all for being a women. He continued to talk down to me and only wanted to make a buck. I'm not giving them any of my money.

My wife and I went to Gurnee Dodge because it was in our area.... The Biggest Mistake ever going there... We Purchase a Dodge charger SE and it did NOT have a spoiler so we ask if we could get one like we seen on another Dodge charger Our sales guy said Yes.. So we Purchase The car this was July23 , 2008 Its NOW September14th and Our sales guy Jarred should be fired keeps telling us its on order....I would like to take the car back and cancel the deal ... Never buy a car without ALL the options you want getting them is a Nightmare....

My son ,Jeremy Blanchard, had to have an engine replaced because it locked up after an oil change. The service mgr told me that they could not determine what caused this problem while a tech named Michael apparently told the insurance company for Fast Lane Lube Masters that it was caused by a lack of maintenance. Is the tech smarter than the boss? Also the transmission had problems when he picked the vehicle up that was not there prior to the engine swap. This was later found to be from shoddy tech work when changing out the engine. The lawyers will be straightening out these issues now. PS. It will be the last Dodge anyone in my family owns if this doesn't get resolved fairly.
