Wanted to buy a car at this dealership. I am particularly disappointed with the way the finance guy handled my financing, I feel deceived me. He firstly assured me he would do a soft enquiry on my credit to give me an idea what rates I can get from his dealership. It turned out to be a hard enquiry from GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE. I had come with my pre-approval which was better than what he was offering. My credit score dinged. I informed the sales guy I was displeased with the finance guy who eventually came back informing me I needed a cosigner after checking with two other financers because according to him I haven't demonstrated a history of mix of loan. I feel he was making it difficult since I refused his rate offer the previous day. I didnt get a sense of value for customers in his dealings. Bad for this dealership! This dealership need to look into practices by this finance guy he is not courteous at all, wish I read reviews on this dealership! Sales person Tracey Farrell was good and professional however the finance guy is whom my complaint is for but I don't recall his name.

I went into the Gwinnett Chrysler Dealership to purchase a car I told the salesmen when he approached me how much I wanted to spend on a used vehicle. Because he was new to the Job he went and got a more experienced salesmen to help him with my request. I told him how much I wanted to spend he took us to the new 2016 patriots. He said that with the discounts and rebates It would be right in my price range. After the test drive and during the paperwork I asked how much is the patriot after the discounts, I was told HE WOULD NOT KNOW THE PRICE OF THE CAR UNTIL I COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK. I was asked several times how much did I want my payments to be? I expressed to him that I wanted to buy a car for the price I shared with him not by payment. He continued to insist that I tell him what I wanted my monthly payment to be. Saying what if I could get you this new truck for the payment that you are wanting. In the end the patriot was $ 4,4833.25 more than I originally stated I wanted to spend, but the payment was almost exactly what I requested. As I was looking over the offer I notice it was for 72 months. They offered me a very small amount for my trade in. I rejected the deal as I did not want to pay for a car for 72 months then MAGICALLY THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME THE CAR FOR 60 MONTHLY PAYMENTS AT THE EXACT MONTHLY PAYMENT I STATED. I had a very uneasy feeling about this deal. I told them to let me think about it, he tried to get me to do the deal that evening telling me that the sales manager worked so hard to get me to the payment I wanted and he would be very disappointed if we did not do the deal today. I told them that although they got the payment were I wanted to be it was at 60 months the car was still 4,833.25 more then I planned to spend when I came into the dealership and I needed to think about it. Within 48 hrs the General Manager called and left me a message saying did I still want to trade in my car and they were very interested in doing a deal with me. When I did my research I found that the price they gave me 2016 Patriot was actually a good deal. I called back to speak to the General Manager that called me to see if he was calling to offer me more on my trade? Someone else called me back, he said he was partial owner and then said how can I earn you business? I said I was calling to see if the General Manager was calling to offer me more on my trade. He said your car is not worth much but I will give you 100.00 more. He said are you coming in today or tomorrow I said I am not sure. He hung up. Later that evening I called the salesmen and said I was coming today to do the deal. When I got there the person I spoke to on the phone came with a buyers order for me to sign. When I looked over it the price of the car had gone up 200.00 when I asked about it, I was told that I lost some of the rebate because of who I financed with. (SO THE PRICE OF THE CAR WENT UP, BUT THE REBATE AMOUNT STAYED THE SAME?) To make a long story short he corrected the price. But then there was another question on the buyer order that needed to be corrected. SO THE BUYERS ORDER HAD TO BE CORRECTED 2 DIFFERENT TIMES. That raised a red flag. Then when I met with the finance person and found an error on that paper work I felt they that they did not deserve my business and I needed to leave. JUST BECAUSE I AM NOT BUYING THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAR ON THE LOT DOES NOT MEAN THAT I AM IGNORANT.

I took my Vehicle in for preventive maintenance. I was invoiced 1200.00, for a tune up and a full inspection of my vehicle. The tune up did not include wires only spark plugs. My husband spoke with a manager and he had me bring the vehicle back to put wires on it at no charge. 3 days later, my engine light came on. I took my vehicle back and was told my solenoid harness was bad and it would cost me 600.00. I then called the General Manager Mike Thames and expressed my concerns. I explained to the general manger that I felt my vehicle might have been purposely broke. Mike said he would investigate the situation. He called me back and said he could not prove my accusations incorrect and that they would pay for the service if I paid for my rental since my vehicle was in the shop for a week. I agreed. Now today exactly one week later, my radiator is busted and leaking. The service adviser suggested bringing my vehicle back so they can check it out. They were supposed to check it on the first visit, just a month ago.

After three repeated trips to fix the same problem and thousands of dollars in service charges plus frustrating conversations with dealer, I took my grand Cherokee to another dealer to finally get it fixed. So discouraged by my experience and repeated promises to get it right, I just sold my Jeep and will never buy another one. Highly recommend driving right past this service department!

Justin Oliver and Trevor Heslop love to make it sound like you got a good deal but once you get to the business managers office, watch that paperwork. The little rat guy in there with those beady little eyes will try everything he can to stick a bunch of unwanted extras into your deal. This can add up to thousands. His favorite trick is putting his hand or pen over strategic areas of the paperwork you are signing or covering it up with other pages. Pro tip: get your financing arranged in advance, but when you show up to buy the car, lead them on to thinking you are gonna finance the car with them. They will give you a better deal because they will jack the rate by a couple of points for a nice kickback. xxxx, fill out the credit app to make it look like you are serious. When you get to signing the paperwork, take a look at the APR on their contract. If it is higher, say nah and bust out your bank check or pre approval letter. DO NOT let the rest of the paperwork leave the table, they will try to add some fuzzy math to make a bigger profit out of you. Also, do not pay for any extras, just say no to service contracts, wheel protection, window etching or Mr. Pope's next fishing trip.

Brad, the service director, is unprofessional and rude. Called to schedule an appt for a Jeep Patriot that is leaking like it doesn't have a roof. Was generally unconcerned and compared the severity of my issue (and how they deal with it from a business perspective) to a paint job. Having 2 inches of standing water in your spare tire well is not the same as a paint job Brad. Will go elsewhere and not consider this dealership for either future vehicle purchases or service.

On 9/29, I contacted several Dodge Jeep dealerships over the course of two days to see who could get my 2012 Dodge Ram in the repair shop as quick as possible, as the truck was experiencing some issues with the engine (engine light came on). On 9/29, after speaking with Mary in the Service Dept at the Dodge Jeep on US-78, I was told to come in that day for a diagnostic test and it would only take a day. I dropped the vehicle off at 5:55pm and placed my information along with keys in the dropbox for Craig to look at the morning of 9/30.After two days of calling and calling, I was told they hadn't had a chance to diagnose it, but would on 10/2. I called on 10/3, and was informed by Brad, they had been diagnosing it for several hours, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally on 10/5, I was informed the truck needed a fuel pump (ONLY). The parts had to be ordered, but they should be in by 10/7.After calling the entire week of 10/5, I was told the parts had not come in, and they couldn't tell me when my truck would be ready. Finally on 10/13 after calling everyday, because the manager wouldn't call me unless I called him, I was told they were working on the truck and it would be ready on 10/14. However, on 10/15, Doug the service manager told me (after I reached out to him for an update) that the throttle body also needed to be replaced. Why this wasn't determined with the first diagnostic test that took 3 days? Not sure! Also, we will need to pay for spark plugs when I just had new plugs put on 9/29 which I purchased myself the same day the truck went into the shop. So needless to say, I had to pay for a rental for 2 weeks, which is every expensive. Now when it is time for me to submit receipts for reimbursement to the warranty company, I was told I would only get $100 back although the max is $250.After speaking with the Claims Dept, I was informed based on the guide that determines how long repairs should take for my truck, which is 6.20 (equates to 2 days), that is why I am only getting $100 back. However, the truck was in their possession for 3 weeks, which means they were working on other cars as well as mine. Basically being greedy! What was my purpose of making an appointment? When I called other shops such as the one in Mall of Georgia, I was told on 9/29 they couldn't get me in until 10/4, and now I see why. They were being honest, so when I did take my vehicle in, they would give it the attention it needed. And to make things worse, when I picked up the truck today (10/15), I noticed it is still driving weird and stalls a little when turning the key over. I took a video, sent it over to the Service Manager Doug, however, he stated he couldn't hear the video. After $480 to the rental company (enterprise) and $454 to the repair shop, I need to be reimbursed more than $100. It is evident this shop needs more people or time management skills, as this shouldn't happen to me or anyone else. Instead of telling me the truth, and saying it would be a certain time before they could look my vehicle, they lied to get my truck in the shop so they could get money off of it, and I am highly upset! I will go the every news station I have to, so no one has to go through what I went through.UPDATE: Contacted GM Mike Thames on 10/19, and he tried to explain the repairs took 20 hours to fix the vehicle, which was covered under factory warranty. However, he was confused on what I paid for as well. The invoice does not break down what me as the consumer paid for. Based on the invoice, Mike was under the impression I had a deductible with the extended warranty company, which I do not. So, as a GM who works there, if you can't understand the charges, then how can I?

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle that was "Gold certified" and the vehicle broke down on me in the middle of the intersection the day after I bought it. I took the vehicle back to them and they kept it for a week. After I got the vehicle back and drove it for another week the vehicle broke down on me again in the middle off the intersection in downtown Atlanta on a Friday night. I then asked to be placed into another vehicle of the same year and same proce all would well. However, a vehicle of the same year and price would cost me another $160 a month in price per month. How is that possible??

Option to go somewhere else?? DO IT!! An oil change took over 2hours!! Now our Dodge Caliber is in for service and our Service Adviser: 1) asked why we were there and as I was explaining, abruptly began speaking with another employee about moving a van! 2) had us move our car into the service bay area and left us standing there while he stood with 4other employees having a conversation 3) called us immediately upon our departure asking for the key, which was with the paperwork, then laughed saying he put the wrong tag on it 4) after a week has YET to contact us...i have had to make all the phone calls and he was never available 5) today, a full week later, i got him on the phone and he said he would get with the service manager and get right back with me. do YOU think that happened? of course not!! When i have called, other service advisers were unable to give me information because it was not updated on my record, but this afternoon, one was at least keen enough to transfer me to the service manager, Doug Talyor. But did he even apologize? NO!! RUN as FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS YOU CAN!!

During my first visit to the lot I met Ozzie Negron. Ozzie was able to direct me to number of Ram 1500 trucks that fit the criteria I had set. I left the dealership with better understanding of the Ram truck lineup. I had a business meeting and had to leave on that day.On my next visit to the dealership I experienced a sales staff that knew their product line. During the test drive Danny Wiley explained the many features of the Ram 1500. In my 40 plus years of buying vehicles Danny Wiley is the first salesperson that could answer all my questions and actually knew more than I did about the Ram.The buying process went well and I was satisfied with the speed of getting the truck ready while I completed the necessary paperwork.

I was having my car repaired at this establishment, and I was totally disappointed with the customer service I received from Craig S. Every time I spoke with him about my car one lie after another rang from his mouth. I was told on day one that my car would be ready by Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I was told that should be ready later that day. Thursday morning, another untruth about my car, I was told now they were waiting on a part to be delivered?????My car is a Chrysler, this is a Chrylser dealership, the parts would be there you would think... So now I ask Craig about loaner car, he states would have to first see if covered under warranty, which turned out it was. Which leads me to believe that they offer loaner cars, now Craig S. "we don't offer loaner cars. Now I'm hot. Had to speak to two different service managers about my car and still I waiting for repairs to be done. Friday, by this time I am extremely upset because no one can tell me anything about my car and when it will be returned to me. So I continued to call all day in regards to when car would be ready. Craig takes his lunch, and now I can't find anyone who can tell me anything about my car. finally around 3pm I speak with Craig S. , he now tells me for sure my car would be ready in a few hours. I told him at this point I would need a ride to get my car and he would need to send someone to pick me up from work because they close and 6pm and I get off work at 5:30pm. Craig S. get to my job 5:40pm and we get to dealership's repair department, still had to wait 15 minutes for him to bring my car around. Now I get in my car to leave.......Why has someone used my car for their pleasure and went to Chick Fila for lunch and left the evidence in my car.....cup in cup holder and chicken grease stain on passage side door. I should have been treated better than this. Not happy and never again.....

I bought my new Jeep Wrangler at Gwinnett Jeep and the whole experience was great from start to finish!!! My Sales Person Royce Worley had the Jeep ready upon my arrival and demonstrated all the features before the test drive. When we got back the negotiation was easy and simple. Royce Worley had the Jeep cleaned while we finalized all the paper work which also went well. By the time that was done everything was ready and I was anxious to start enjoying the ride home. I strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, and will definitely come back for any future purchases :)

Royce did a great job showing my wife and I the car that we wanted and we worked a fair deal. Typical deal with salesman and he takes numbers to sales manager then comes back, etc. The deal took two hours to complete. This was too long since we have an credit score well over 800.My one complaint was the finance guy who pushed way too hard to sell us an overpriced vehicle protection plan. If there vehicle is so great, why are they so afraid it will break down, and why do they charge more than double what other car companies do? This part of the deal really sucked. All in all we got the vehicle at the price we wanted and got out, so its all good.

I asked and he just said the overall price was the same we discussed earlier. Disgusting! The most ridiculous part was other sales guy yelling at the corredor saing to other "potential" buyer that the car was sold, pathetic. They are bellow zero. Really awful.

I recently ordered a custom Jeep through Trevor Heslop at Gwinnett Chrysler. I was prepared to wait longer than the quoted time based on other blogs I've read on the Jeep website. Instead my Jeep came in a week and a half early. It was exactly what I ordered and all of the staff helped to make the final pick-up day a breeze. Trevor checked in with me throughout the process, answered all of my questions and has followed up to make sure I am happy. I would definitely go to him again.

This is the closest Jeep dealer to my house. Today was my second visit to this service department. I had not planned on returning after my first visit, but my preferred dealership did not have the part in stock to perform the current recall repair. After today, I will not return. Both of my visits to Gwinnett Jeep were to address recall repairs and for routine service. Each visit ended up requiring 4-hour waits in the lounge area. The first time, I was told that the extended wait was due to required flash updates and the flash updates appeared on my service summary. Today, I was again told that the extended wait was due to flash updates and that they take so long because their Wi-Fi always goes out, but no updates were noted as having been performed on my service summary. Even if the updates are what took so long both times, how about getting the Wi-Fi connection fixed? I have never run into this wait for flash updates at the other two dealerships I have visited since buying my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Additionally, today, I requested a 40K mile service per the owners manual, an oil change and tire rotation. After 3.5 hours, I checked with the rep about my car (I had been quoted 1.5 to 2 hours and the rep had never come to talk to me about the extended time) and learned that he had not requested an oil change and tire rotation in the work order. I went back and waited another 30 minutes while they completed that work. My bill was presented to me at over $400. After some discussion, the rep admitted he had wrongly requested a tune-up that was not required for my car until $100K. I expected that my new bill would reflect a $0 balance. Instead, they charged me $180 for a driveline flush service and claimed that one of the 40K mile service inspections indicated that it was required. I do not believe this and I think $180 is too much for changing rear axle fluid as indicated in the manual, but I did not think that I could make additional headway by continuing to argue. I am not sure if this dealership only screws women over or if they are equal-opportunity jerks. I will not be spending another 4-hour wait in their service department. I have no confidence that they have actually performed any of the work they charged me for. They are the worst.

After finally hearing back a week later from sales manager Randy Pratt, his solution to fixing the scratched wood grain in the passenger side was to have the concierge person who brokered my sale give up her commission. I'm always amazed at the ignorance of people. Even after admitting the damage was likely done at his dealership, he still wants to blame the delivery company or anybody else including me at one point. Yes the fact is the bill of lading did not show damage by rather than inspect the vehicle himself before allowing it to leave his dealership, he passed the task on to a salesman who for all he knows, never looked or the vehicle. Signed the papers and let it go. Had he been the one to actually inspect it, he may have noticed the scratch. Or perhaps not because at this point, I don't think he's smart enough. Avoid Randy Pratt and Gwinnett Jeep. As a member of a National union, I hope all my members in the greater Atlanta area avoid this place.Again, the salesman listed here was not involved. This site required a salesman to be chosen.

After purchasing a new 2015 grand Cherokee summit 4X4, it was shipped to Fl. Upon arrival, the delivery driver was in a hurry to leave so after inspecting the outside, he left. I began looking over the interior and found a scratch in the drivers door leather and scratch in the wood grain on the passenger side. After many attempts to contact Randy Pratt(sales manager, refuses to return calls). After a lengthy conversation, Randy did admit the damage was likely to have occurred there at the dealership and not by the delivery service even though he personally never inspected my vehicle. However, he nor the GM Mike Thames saw any reason to make repairs to my new $53k Jeep and passed blame onto the delivery driver. I have never dealt with such dishonest and incompetent people as I have at Gwinnett Jeep. Needless to say I would never recommend such cheats as I found at Gwinnett. I hope you choose any other dealership than these liars. And certainly don't buy a Jeep from out of state. Worst car buying experience ever. I'll be going back to Acura from now on. Amazing customer service. In fact, my friends just bought a 2015 Acura MDX just because of my experience with Gwinnett jeep. PS....salesperson listed here was not involved. I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan, whereby the visor on the driver's side had practically broken and became loose.I found out that there was a Dodge dealer close by on Highway 78.I went there and with the guidance of the parts sales person ordered ithe parts. When it came back, I was called. I went to the dealeship Friday evening, March 20, 2015,the place was flooded with cars and customers everywhere. I went inside, all of the Service Advisors were very busy. I stood at one of the counters waiting to be assisted and many walked by but not one asked if they could help me or indicated that they were busy and would be back to help me. It was as if I was invisible. I waited and waited and waited. Then, a young African American female came out and asked if she could help me. She acknowledged that they were very busy but wanted to help me as much as she could. I told her I had ordered the part, wanted to get it installed but needed to know what it would cost. She asked me to show her in the van what the problem was. I did. She asked for the keys, took my name and phone number, told me she would get with one of the Service men when she got a chance to find out the cost and would call me. Saturday, I went by the dealership to the service department and it was just as busy.As I walked to one of the desks, she was coming out of the back area with the keys in her hand. She acknowledged my presence, informed me that she had a Service Advisor (Phil) with her and was getting him to look at the van to give me a price. Afterwards, she took me to several men to get information about the van and to get a cost of what it would be to repair the van. She kept coming back to check with me to see if I was getting the service I had come there for. Finally, she got the part, she got Phil and told him what I needed and informed him of the potential problem that may exist regarding installing the visor. Phil got Kurt. Technician, and took him to the van to diagnose the potetial problem. They came back to me and informed me that they were able to resolve the problem and could install the visor. Kurt took the part, installed the visor, brought the keys to me,gave them to me and said, "It's done. I have repaired it. Have a god day mam." I asked what did it cost and Phil told me, "Have a good day mam." The young lady's name is Danielle. She is a very good person. She never said anything negative about the dealership, she just took charge in getting things moving and going forward. I worked for the federal government and supervised 100+ employees. I have taught customer service classes and I know what good customer service is. She displayed all of the components of excellence in customer service. She made my visit to the Dealership a good one, right in the mist of what started out to be a bad one. With the exception of Danielle's stepping in and taking charge on Friday evening, I don't think I would have ever come back to the dealership. Then on Saturday, her continued excellence in customer service coupled with the spirit and assistance of Phil and Kurt made me want to tell everyone to come to this dealership. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer. I was inspired to consider purchasing a car from the dealership. I was considering purchasing a small car, I drive a SUV. I went to the lot, located a sales rep and discussed purchasing a car. He is looking for the car of interest to me. Thank you Danielle. Thank you for having her on your staff. Thank you Phil and Kurt. Respectfully and appreciatively yours, Sandra

If you want your deal packed and you like a lot of markup on your financing, this is the place to go.I know that generally, second tier franchises tend to be a little pushy and like to use other profit centers to make their money, but even in this category, this dealership is the worst of the worst. These guys treat every customer like a subprime credit criminal.Trust me, these glowing reviews on this site are fake!

Their advertised deals look good, but unfortunately they do NOT honor those prices. The referenced vehicles "just sold" and the incentive "just ended." Their internet sales team works on days vs hours. The sales manager lacks authority or desire to resolve issues resulting from their under performing sales team. I suppose this is responsible for the "just missed that deal" excuse. Save yourself time and aggravation, shop elsewhere!!

So we bought a car July 2, 2014. Brand new 2014 Dodge Dart SXT Ralley. It had 8 miles on it. Not even a week later, i started having issues. Engine surges and the screen going black and car shut off. That happened on a Sunday. We called and was told to bring the car back on Monday. After waiting with two other people who had worse problems with their dodge cars, we were driven to Enterprise across the street to use a rental. That was not the agreement we had with the sales manager so I had to be driven back to Dodge and they put me in a 200. The next day we were told they would give us a new car. So it took two days to get the same car I had to the dealership. Had to rework all paperwork and took the new car home. It had approx 250 miles. Within a week the car started to have engine surges and the screen went black and froze a few times. The message center started blinking now and then. The one touch windows wont work and the car seams like it is going to cut off at any time. I have had several people ask me what is wrong with it because it sounds horrible. We took it back in. they have had it for over a week and now they said Chrysler needs to come look at it. I am not happy with the fact that I have to pay full price for a car that already needs service, I have opened a ticket with Chrysler, they GM who they call Ron, is not the Gm, which by the way cannot talk to customers and should not be because he cannot deal with customers and thinks its ok to yell at people. Anyways, stay away,... don't buy a car from here, you will have nothing but problems.

Recently bought a 2014 Ram. We dealt with Trevor Heslop. Trevor was very helpful as well as the other staff but Trevor provided us with a car buying experience that no other dealership has given us. If you are interested in buying any Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram product in the Gwinnett area I strongly suggest this dealership and ask for Trevor.

We recently bought a 2014 Jeep Compass Sport. Our sales rep was Trevor Heslop and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very personable which made the experience even better. He knows what he is doing and is very good at his job. I would recommend going to Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Stone Mountain, GA to anyone and everyone that is looking for a great experience. Their prices are lower than the surrounding dealerships. The customer service from all aspects and everyone we came in contact with was great. Thank you Trevor

I honestly think this is one of the worst new car dealers in the country. If you want to be lied to, ripped off and ripped off again, feel free to patronize this place.I also urge you to check their BBB rating, a good indicator of the types of people that run this place. If you were suckered into buying a car here, I urge you to be truthful on the survey that Chrysler is going to send you. This will help people like you from being scammed by these folks.

I purchased a brand new Jeep patriot 2012 back in July 2012. From the month that I purchased it had begun having a shimmy in front. It was intermittent so I just brought it up at the oil change. They said it was control arm, supposedly fixed but NO it continued. It took close to 11,000-22,000 miles for the dealership service center to get soemone to "fix" by opening up a case with Chrysler. It was my axles!!! I drove it like that the whole time before they could even diagnose properly. Well, now I have a messed up suspension. I took it somewhere else, this dealership told me because I was out of my warranty, that they would cover labor if I pay for the parts. I opened up another case with Chrysler, but nothing resolved. They claimed that they hooked it up to chassis and listen to the probl and no problem. I took it somewhere else and they say oh yes problems and physically showed us that there are several issues with it. The "stealership" quoted me prices on the parts for $500 and I can get each control arm for $168 on mopar direct. What greedy liars. They won't get a dime of mine. I would rather take it somewhere else and know that they can properly fix this lemon. I won't ever buy a jeep again, especially from THIS dishonest dealer. Oh and the lady at chrysler gave me some type of service contract for my trouble yet won't fix the issue that is caused by me driving with busted axles that THIS dealer was so incompetent to fix. Like I said STAY FAR AWAY FROM This CHRYSLER!

I bought 2014 Jeep Cherokee. With only 2000 miles on it, they are now having to replace the transmission!!! BUT in the process of getting it diagnoses and fixed, I was left at the dealership for 7 hrs over getting me Courtesy car. Because the Jeep broke down while my dog was with me, I was forced to bring him with me to dealership. At that point, I was told courtesy car comes from Enterprise who doesn't allow dogs in the car. So they told me I need to LEAVE my dog at the dealership while I go over with them to rent me a car (which I would have to put a credit card down on!) then come back to get my dog and put him in the rental car that I have been told he isn't allowed in.First issue, I have a 130lb dog, I think it would be obvious there was a dog in the car and I would be responsible for any cleaning charges! charged to MY CARD and I am not even getting into why leaving my dog with those people at that dealership is a BAD IDEA!!!Second option was to taken me home and leave me without a car for 5 days while they repair the Jeep. I would not except either option so I ask for my Jeep back (this was before they had told me what was wrong). Before leaving with car, I wanted to know what was wrong with it and if it was safe to drive. I would not move it until I knew. Since I would not move the car, Vernon (Service Manager) threaten to call the police on me!! He demand the car but would not tell me it was safe to drive. (hmmm red flag???)To make a long story short, I was there for seven hours. At one point of was brought to tears in the showroom and felt threaten and harassed. So scared, I was screaming in the showroom! I had to call my father to get the dealership to tell me if the Jeep was safe to drive....turns out... IT WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE and they were going to let me leave in it!!!!Please just find another dealership!!!! This one isn't safe!!!

I am a first time buyer and very very anxious to get a 2014 Dodge Avenger. I had been chose Gwinnett CDJR because they were right up the street from me, had the perfect car, and for the perfect price. I had been checking their website daily and had emailed about that particular car and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 9am. I had also mentioned to the salesman that I had a car to trade in and if it was eligible due to its conditions, he told me yes long as it runs. So I get to the dealership excited knowing that I was going to get my car, the salesman who I was originally set up with had a death in the family so I had another salesman named Donte. I find out that the car I wanted was sold a couple days prior (but was still on the site which I showed Donte). So he showed me another Avenger for a higher price. When we started to talk numbers, he told me he was only going to give me $1 for my trade in and offered to give me the Avenger for the price I had saw online since they didn't have the one that was STILL online, okay cool. Donte was nice and flirted very hard with me the whole way up until I told him I had a family&friends discount. He then went and got some random guy who failed to introduce himself and didn't care to give me my discount. He was very aggressive and rude by telling me he's not going to do it. After that tension was brought to the table, I immediately left. I would have gotten the car had they would've kept it professional.

Have previously purchased a 2012 ram from there and was severely undercut on my trade in. Was recently attempting to purchase a 2014 ram but my previous sales woman is no longer employed there. So attempted to use the 2013 dodge salesman of the year and throughout the whole process he was preoccupied with personal phone calls and other things going on around the store than my deal. They again attempted to severely undercut me on my trade in. To get the deal I preferred the salesman suggested he talk to the evening finance manager that came in at 2pm. Of course I never received a return call from him notifying me of the status. The whole experience was a turn off. I will never shop at this dealership again or buy a dodge product. Just a side not the next day I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra double cab from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest.

I would NEVERRR recommend anyone to purchase a car from this place! The saying "You get what you pay for" has proven itself to be true. Yes, their prices may seem great but they will lie and cheat you out of money! I purchased my car over a month ago and still not recieved the information needed to purchase my tag (title, registration etc). The sales manger Mike Tanner is VERY dishonest and has caused my car buying experience to such a headache. I paid the dealship the amount they suggested I owed for my 2013 Challenger; and 1 month later I get a phone call saying I owe them 1,500 dollars. So everyone please be wise and learn from my mistakes and do not do business with this dealership!

The sales consultant helped me find the right car for me. He showed me more than one vehicle and was very knowledgable regarding the differences without showing bias. He seemed to really want to make sure I select the best car for me, not necessarily the most expensive one. The only reason I could not rate my overall experience as great, is because I was not able to take the car i purchased home with me on the same day, plus I had to resign paperwork. This had nothing to do with the sales consultant. However, he was apologetic and kept me in good humor as I worked through this hassle at the end. The price was good, but I really thought I should have been given a few perks (2 car details or surge mats) for my trouble. That would have made the price great :)

My experience at Gwinnett Chrysler, Dodge was the best "car dealership" experience I have had. As a single woman walking into a dealership to negotiate a trade and purchase I was nervous and unsure but from the beginning to the end Kalim McAdams (my sales consultant) along with Rooselvelt Adams (sales manager) and the entire team at Gwinnett Dodge made made me feel at ease and insured my needs were met. I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 from Gwinnett CDJR in Stone Mountain, GA. I arranged my own transport from Stone Mountain to my home. It took 10 days for my car to be picked up by the transporter. My sales rep emailed me to let me know that he was off the day before it was picked up and he didn't get a chance to have it cleaned. I fully expected the exterior of the car to be dirty due to the trip but I was shocked at the interior! The beige leather is covered in black marks! The drivers seat had a black mark on it as well and when I wiped it clean, I discovered two gouges in the leather!! I immediately emailed my sale rep with my frustration and he accepted responsibility for the black marks but not the scratches. He said the transporter must have had something in his pocket because those marks were not there when he picked it up. He did accept blame for dirty interior but has not made any efforts to remedy the issue and refuses to accept responsibility for the marred drivers seat. I am completely disgusted with the state of this car and incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service after the sale! I was really looking forward to this car and now, I don't even want to drive it.

Unfortunately I had an airbag light go off that may be related to a recall issue with Chrysler so I took my Jeep in on a Friday at 0700 and ended up picking it up the following Wednesday at 10am. The representative that I was working with didn't have the common courtesy to update me on the work of my Jeep. I HAD TO CALL EACH TIME. Then after part of the repair was completed I was told that the additional problems they were having were probably due to the recall. No big deal. I also asked that another part be repaired and I was told upon picking up my car that the part was on back order and that they simply removed the part and that it didn't have any effect (that remains to be seen as of yet). They lost my driver side mat and I found my travel cup thrown on the passenger side when I left it in the cup holder. For this service I paid over $500. So in all my Jeep wasn't fixed due to the recall that Chrysler hasn't addressed yet. They could've simply not have done the repairs at all and then just called me to pick up my car and tell me to wait until Chrysler had issued a solution. Instead part of the problem was worked on and I was charged for that. I asked for the Regional Manager's number and they didn't want to give me the information stating that they got a new manager two days ago and they couldn't give out that information. No biggie- I asked for the dealership's owner phone number and called and left a message regarding my customer service I received here. They had a almost a week to work out these issues and I ended up following up on getting information on my car. Impressive and shameful all at the same time. I intend on not coming back and would advise others to cautiously proceed when dealing with this particular institution.

I called ahead to verify a ram 1500 with specific features was still in stock having seen it on the RAM Dealer Inventory locator. The internet sales representative confirmed the car was still in stock. In fact I gave her the VIN and she went outside to eyeball it herself.I drove 25miles to the dealership and was presented with a completely different truck with only some of the specific features of the vehicle i wanted. They checked around but had nothing else suitable in stock. Then the manager said he found one identical to the one I wanted and would i care to do the deal and the car would arrive within 24 hours. Then 10 minutes later they realized this was the same i wanted but had actually sold the week previously. As the car they showed me was almost the same as the one i wanted i decided to work with the salesman (Malcolm...very good guy..professional, calm knowledgeable and courteous). After discussing the deal the manager appraised my car for trade in value and quoted 4000 less than KBB. I told the sales guy i wanted more, something close to the KBB valuation. The manager came over to "negotiate" he stood over me as I sat, told me I was being unreasonable, had very irritated body language and said he wasn't prepared to negotiate at all. He then walked off, no hand shake, no thank you or apology and left me feeling very unimportant to his business. Whilst the sales person himself was good to deal with I would never deal with this dealership again simply as I couldn't be bothered to deal with their negative sales manager again. I drove straight to palmer dodge in Roswell GA and drove out 2 hours later with a great car with KBB for trade in and a great rebate. They even followed me to the gas station and filled my new car up even though my trade in was only 1/4 full. The whole time in Palmer Dodge all staff were excellent, friendly and made me feel like my business was important!

I had taken my 09' PT Cruiser to an emission shop for Tag renewal, and was told the my gas cap was bad(I had just replaced the cap less than 1 year ago). I went to the Gwinnett Chrysler Jeep (where I bought the cap) and asked for a replacement cap, Young Golf shirt Dude told me that that the cap had failed because of fumes in the filler pipe caused by my topping off the tank. HELLO?...the tank & filler neck are full of fumes ALL THE TIME! whether I top off or not, (besides I stop filling once the handle clicks). I went back a day later with my receipt (which was under a year old) and gave it to a older Golf shirt Dude (obviously been there longer) and he took me to the parts Dept. & replaced my cap free of charge. This type of inconsistency happens to me all the time at this dealership, last time I was there Golf shirt Dude told me they couldn't check my tire pressure because my hub caps were bolted on & they didn't want to break them, (thus was part of the 32 point safety check) if they didn't pull my hub caps, how could they have checked my brakes which was part of the safety check?(which was checked off!) BTW, I pulled the hub caps off by hand in the service write-up bay! do not go to these BOZOS!

One would think that a business strives to satisfy the customer... not the case here. I signed a contract to purchase a vehicle with the agreement that the dealership would pay off the loan for my trade-in. I get a call from my loan company 2 weeks later stating that the check from Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep was $4000 dollars short! I called the dealership and the sales manager stated, "Yeah, we were going to call you..." Riiiight. The dealership refused to admit their mistake and conveniently the salesman that wrote the contract had been out since I called. Also, conveniently, the female staff that was supposed to double-check the payoff was not available... Long story, short, they tried to get me to sign a new contract to include the $4000 dollars. The only other option they gave me was for me to pay $4000 out of pocket! I got my trade-in back and the dealership had the nerve to give me a bill on the work they did to my trade-in! The store manage stated he was "frustrated and irritated" with me. This place is unprofessional. They do not value your business. They did not make any attempt to correct or even apologize. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here.

This dealership has terrible customer service. Once they have your money they could care less about you. I bought a new Laramie truck from them and had an issue a few days later. A few months back I brought my Dakota in for service and it wasn't done right so I brought it back and was waiting in the customer lounge while the problem was to be corrected. After waiting past closing time I looked into the service department and all the lights were off. Brad had forgotten about me and everybody went home. That was when Fred Davis managed the dealership. Enough time had passed, and a different manager was in charge so I brought the Dakota in for and unrelated repair, an erratic idle. I left the truck for almost a week and stressed to Chris that I wanted a good dianosis and repair - they had plenty of time to do it right, and I told him about my dissatisfaction from a previous visit. One would think they would go above and beyond to regain some trust. When I picked the truck up the idle was still rough, but I hoped it would smooth out when it warmed up. Long story short: the erratic idle was not repaired and the manager, Mike, refused to listen to the erratic idle without checking it in for an additional repair estimate. I had to take the truck to a mom and pop shop where the throttle position sensor was replaced - picked up the truck next day. Still runs great after hundreds of more miles. I will never go back and everybody else should drive a little further to find another dealership.

I have been with this dealer for 8 years now. Can't get a price over the phone for oil change. Hung up on me 3 times. Since the new ownership the service department is horrible with customer service. I use to prepay for oil changes and I know it's not offered anymore which is okay with me. I just want to know. I received a summer savings in the mail for 6 other dealers offering oil changes for $17.95. I was still willing to pay a higher price for Stone Mountain Dealer because it's much closer to me. I live off of HWY 78. But the customer service upset me so, that I will switch dealerships and begin going to Mall of Georgia. Their customer service is worth the trip. Advice: Please improve your phone customer service in the service department.

I dealt with Fred Davis, General Manager. I went into the dealership on a whim just for fun and he treated me like a serious customer throughout the entire process. I went to Carmax and found the SUV I was looking for with less options at a very competitive price and I went back to Fred and he sold me the same model with MORE OPTIONS for a lower price. The only knock I had was he had to assign a salesperson (Bernadette) to me and she was not helpful to me personally. I kept reaching out to Fred though and he was very responsive to my texts and calls and also made sure to follow up with me after the purchase. I would definitely go back and recommend people to go, with the caveat that you ask for Fred specifically. Not to say the other sales people are not good there, but since I felt very knowledgeable about what I was looking for I would have preferred a sales person who provided me with solid answers to my questions versus telling me how beautiful the car is and how she wished she could have one.

Wesley, and Stone Mountain Dodge in general, went out of their way to accommodate me during the buying process. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and would definitely buy from them again. The 2011 Durango rules, by-the-way. I haven't had my vehicle in for service yet, but expect the same level of Customer Service I received during the sales process. I will rate the Service Department after my first service.

Stone Mountain Chrysler service only wants your money and do not care about your warranty or service contract. They will not make any extra effort to verify the info you give them. Like calling other Chrysler dealer to verify work done and warranty. If it is not on theirs computer, it is your problem. They advertise new owner, but same old practices and lazy scammers at the service department. The kid at Napa auto parts next by, did a better job, he called Chrysler dealer in Texas and confirmed my repair and that parts warranty, so this young and very helpful guy called tone Mountain Chrysler service and explained to them why my parts are under warranty and how to handle the claim. I did not go back to that dealer and will never go there. I will only recommend this deler to my attorney and my mother in law. .
