On May 26, 2021, while on vacation, we discovered that a U joint on our truck was going bad. Because we were camping and pulling a 5th wheel we we were concerned about making it home. We called Hagans Dodge, spoke to Donna in the service dept and explained our situation. She immediately went to work to see if they could fit us in their service schedule within 2 days. After clearing it with the manager, she told us to come in at 9 am the next day and they would work us in. Chris Dawson went right to work on it. After trying to get the right part locally, they gave us a loaner car to go back to camp. The part was to be delivered first thing the next morning. We were relieved to get a call at 9:45 am the next morning saying our truck was ready! We were so grateful to Donna, Chris and all the friendly staff at Hagans Dodge who worked so hard to get us back on the road to finish our trip! We would recommend their service department to anyone!!
