I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and overall health of my Explorer. The men that helped me were courteous and helpful. They explained that my tires need changed soon and explained why. Pricier then other places, but they were quick and kind.

I buy what I can from Butch and let Doug, Adam, Jim, and the service department take care if the rest! I trust Haldeman. I buy Fords mainly so I can work with the service department. When you check out, Barbara rings you up with a smile. This dealer makes every effort to get it right and take care of me. I recommend working with them.

My Ford Pass app stopped working after a new Sync was installed. They did a software update and the app works again. Also had the Works package done on a timely fashion. Always a pleasant encounter.

Just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Haldeman.. It took a long time to get our F150, but it wasn't Haldeman's fault. Chip shortage lengthened the manufacturing time. Haldeman kept us informed as much as they could as to what was going on. We always got a good, honest deal. Their service is top rate. That is why we keep going back. There is 1 more new car in our future, and it will be bought from Haldeman.

It's always a pleasure to work with Adam in service. The only downfall I have is when u get ur car serviced at Haldeman they don't wash ur car. I bought 2 new ford's from Haldeman n I wont ever go no where else. Just had a inspection, tire rotation oil change great service all around n I Definitely would recommend Haldeman Ford to my family and friends . I do love my 2020 Ford fusion

The index card with the info and mileage of the vehicle I purchased said it had 41,000 miles but it actually had 45,000 according to the paperwork I signed. Also, the inside of the car was dusty and the windows inside had a dirty film on them which made it hard to see when driving. It would have been nice to have the windows clean inside. Other than that I was very please with the purchase. The salesman, Tom Tompkins, was nice and very knowledgeable when going over the car functions. Scott Waters was also very professional and explained all the financing to me. Overall a good experience!

93mustang transmission issue I heard your car was fix correctly by the boys at Haldeman and works as should now so you should give them some credit I get all my cars fully serviced by the Haldeman crew and they do the best job they can do and get it done very fast and even pick me up and drop me off at my job.

had transmission work done on my ford focus warranty covered it. Problem is it still slip took it back service manager says it`s the way I drive it has a soft shift that nothing is wrong with it. Anyone else that has driven in my car tells me I have a transmission problem they can tell trans is slipping. contacted ford pretty much on my own work it out with the dealer. Haldeman Ford of Kutztown is ok for oil changes and tire rotations but have failed as far as being a real service center. I gave 1 star because there isn`t a lower rating. When it comes time to replace this car I don`t think I`ll by another ford. by the way I used to turn wrenches for a living and still have class7 pa. inspection lic. so I`m not an idiot just being treated a like one

I have been going to Haldeman Ford for several years and have purchased 3 new cars from them. All have been serviced through Haldeman and I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved.

First thing you need to know about these reviews is that the dealerships only ask their most satisfied customers to post on here and tell them that they can be entered to win $ 100.00 if they do. So the reviews are slanted to make the dealer look good. This place has a salesman who is too lazy to take you on a test drive. I took a promotion for a cash card and the guy signs off on it without even offering a test drive. I'm sure Ford would want to know about that. This dealership has to be begged to do work under warranty and then when they want to squeeze a few bucks out of you tell you you need a "brake cleaning" for $ 100.00 ! I would not deal with any of the Haldeman dealrships. I don't think they will be sending me a birddog check !

I searched for a used Nissan Quest. Haldeman had one they just got in, and let me look at it before it went through the detail shop. They cleaned it up fixed all problems that they could find and made me a great deal. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We got a used 05 suburban from haldeman ford and are very satisfied with our purchase price. The truck was very clean inside and out and they washed it again before we drove off in it. They showed us the service records and all work performed on it. Very glad we went there

My husband and I bought a new Ford Fusion last month from Haldeman Ford in Kutztown. We were not pressured in the least by our salesman Butch. He was great; he made sure we knew all of our options, discussed financing, and made the purchasing process very easy. I would recommend Haldeman Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford.

I enjoyed the new car experience, due to the fact that I was treated with respect and not pressured to buy just any vehicle.Two cars were test driven to compare the performance differences(v6 vs 4cyc). Everything about this purchase was awesome but the time it took to finalize the deal was the best. Quick, efficient and thorough are the best ways to describe how the dealership handles the end process. Always dread the paperwork but they made it effortless.

I was looking for a used F250 diesel. I saw one on cars.com at Haldeman Ford in Kutztown. I stopped in and was immediately impressed by the looks of the 04 F250. I was greeted by a salesman named Artie who told me he was new there. But he was friendly and after a test drive he listened to what terms I wanted and about two minutes later it was a done deal. I picked the truck up the following day after the service dept. detailed it again. Never had such a pleasant car shopping experience. Will definitely go back.

After a botched job by there so called trained techs on a 2011 front seat repair Mr. PAUL Haldeman refuses to pay to have the seat repaired right. we payed $40.000 for our car and they treat you like yesterdays trash!!! BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HALDEMAN FORD ON LEHIGH ST AND KUTZTOWN think twice.
