I thoroughly enjoyed by buying experience that Hall Acura !! My salesperson Devin was extremely helpful in my choosing my new Acura. It was a seamless process. I also received an excellent car trade in value which was pleasing. Everything was done professionally and correct. Devin was very thorough and helped me with my questions. All in all a great experience!

Hall Acura staff and team were the best. They made the process of buying my new vehicle painless. Every staff involved from Tony to Golden, to the gentlemen who detailed the car was amazing. I want to give a huge shout and thanks to Demetrius Hall who worked with me the entitle time. My new car is wonderful!

Firstly, I have to give props to Tony because he worked some magic to get me into the truck I wanted. I know I probably gave him a hard time but he made it so easy for me. Secondly, Devin made the rest of the process just as easy. He walked me through the paperwork and was very detailed with explaining what each page was about, before signing it. These guys are definitely an asset to Hall Acura of Newport News. I traveled all the way from VA. Beach just to do business with them. I’m so happy and satisfied. This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased with Hall. Guys..keep up the great work and to anyone else stuck on the fence about purchasing, make a move! This is your sign!

Devin is a tremendous sales person! We didn't realize it until we were at Hall Acura, but Devin also actually sold us a car about 20 years ago! We valued his knowledge, openness and helpfulness. This was a great car buying experience!

Great, fast service and courteous staff. Prices are sometimes insanely high but their service is professional and things are fixed correctly the first time. If you have an Acura with a specific or difficult problem I’d recommend bringing it here, otherwise find a place with cheaper labor.
