I got my state inspection completed on time. I also had 2 recalls addressed that were completed in a timely manner. All my needs were addressed. Being able to leave my car and get a rental at no cost was also very appreciated! Customer service was excellent. Everyone is always pleasant and you are seen as soon as possible.

Have bought 2 trucks from this dealership went to purchase a new vehicle and was quoted more than sticker price. Sales person was awesome but the gentleman who comes out with there bottom line price needs to get a better attitude and not act like you are the only Nissan dealer. I purchased my new Nissan from Hall Nissan for almost $5,000 less for same exact car. Bye Banister I will never get a new vehicle from you again!

I have been a loyal customer to Nissan for many many years and two weeks ago, I walked into this dealership and shook hands with the sales manager on a deal I thought was honest & great. Turns out, they scammed me just to get their sale. The manager told me he wanted me to pay 1,000 down and then told me he would meet me half way at 500. I didn't want to put any money down but I was very excited about a new Altima. I ended up taking the deal, gave them a check for $500 and driving the car home. Two weeks later, I get a call from the sales guy asking if he could cash my check. I then got a phone call from finance that I may need to come in, re-sign my contract & put down another $500. It was either that or bring the car back. This spot delivery scam is something I would of never thought Nissan would do to make a sale, especially to a very loyal customer. They not only lost my trust, my business and my loyalty, but I will never buy from them again. I'll also make sure to tell this to everyone I know. Shame on your dealership for trying to pull this on me. I will say I do appreciate Joel from finance who took care of me the night I brought the car back. I took my business somewhere else. Make sure the deal is 100% approved before you drive it off the lot.

Then I just traded in my 2012 Sentra and got a 2016 Rogue SV and it was a truly nice experience!Our sales person Aaron Griffith was great, knowledgeable and friendly we had a nice time with him...he tuned in to our needs and it just worked out very well, I got the cargo room I so desperately needed for my job and it's a classy ride! We were in Virginia beach on vacation, visiting friends. We had been casually talking about purchasing a 350z. Our friends suggested we check out the Nissan dealership there. Shelly was the first person we spoke to, fairly new to sales, she was amazing, confident and very helpful. She took us straight to our new 350 Z. The entire process was easy and comfortable. I will definitely purchase from Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach again! Shelly Catabay is the best salesperson EVER!!! She's very professional, very friendly, great customer service and I couldn't of asked for a better salesperson! I highly recommend that she's promoted! The company will not regret it!!! Paul Troche is the best loan officer in Hampton Roads! Actually he'said the best loan officer in the state of Virginia! He explained everything very well and made sure I was in a vehicle that I could afford and made sure I got the best interest rate! These two are rockstars! I looked at and compared cars online for quite some time. I finally decided on one I liked, which happened to be at this dealer. I scheduled an appointment to speak with someone about the vehicle. I waited for about 3 minutes and then Wes Burt came out to help me. This man in a professional in every sense of the word. He was courteous, knowledgeable, fast, and honest. I could tell when I met him that he was a man of integrity. The entire process was fast and everything was explained to me. My wife and I left the dealership knowing we ha mad a good decision.

I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Versa from Wesley Burt. Not only was Mr. Burt extremely professional and friendly but so was my finance manager Chris Meyer. These two men went above and beyond for me and I could not be happier with the outcome that I received. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. Also, after my new car being delivered to me I had noticed a scratch on it and it was immediately taken care of free of charge to me with no questions asked. A day ago, I test drove a nissian rogue and really loved it. It was a "base model". Well we go in to have my ford Fiesta appraised at $6000. So we agree to have our credit run so we could see numbers for interest rate and payments. We get the numbers back and we notice a total loan amount of 34500. The Rogue was priced at 24500 including a rebate of a 1000. I have negative equity on my Fiesta of 8080. So 24500 minus 6000 is 18500. Add the 8080 and you get 26000 roughly. Also not to mention the tax title and license of about 2000 makes it 28500. So the payoff on my fiesta was 14000 estimated. Nissian added back the 14000 to the loan, so at the end of the day I would have been paying for both cars instead of just the Rogue. The manager specifically said "someone has to pay off the fiesta..." which I thought they were supposed too that's what the 6000 is for, right??. So why did they add back the 6000 they were gonna give me for the my car...Doesn't make sense and they seriously are scamming people so that they get more money out of the whole deal. They look at you and make you feel stupid about the whole thing so you don't say anything. I give NO stars because of being blatantly lied to and they tried to trick me and my co-signer. So, please look at the numbers and pay attention. (IT MADE ME PUT A STAR EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T DESERVE A SINGLE ONE)

HALL NISSAN & HALL ACURA SOLD ME A LEMON AND WON'T FIX EVERYTHING!!!!! $7,000 WORTHLet me start and say i have been a Acura owner for over 10 years, I just bought a 07 MDX with Tech and Entertainment pack, which has $7,000 worth of repair and Hall Nissan & Hall Acura will not fix everything. Now i can't even cover anything under the warranty i purchased because there apparently a 60 day waiting period. Since Acura contacted the warranty even if i wait 60 days, it's not covered. What happened?I purchased a 07 Acura MDX 1 month ago with 115,500 miles and got the extended power train warranty. Hall Nissan pulled the vehicle off Hall Acura's lot. They printed outa receipt from all the work Acura did before i bought the car, and ensured me nothing was wrong with it that it went through a 150 point inspection. I took it to Hall Nisan to be diagnosed 2.5 weeks after i bought it because the check engine light came on and a transmission code popped up on my navi, and there was a clunk in my suspension. I had to uber to work, only for them to tell me at the end of the day to take it to Hall Acura. They diagnosed the car and found $7,000 worth of malfunctioning equipment.Transmission range sensor, both front struts, AC coil and magnetic clutch, front CV axle boot leaking, rear shocks, rear sway bar bushings, transmission cooler hose leaking. Ihave spoken with numerous managers about this, they wont replace the CV Axle assembly (Suggested fix), the transmission cooler line (suggested fix), or front struts orback shocks which failed upon inspection. They are telling my warranty wont cover it because I haven't owned the vehicle for 60 days. They need to fix this. They should nothave sold me a car telling me everything is ok and when i take it back to the same Acura service shop that did the original inspection 2 weeks later there is now $7,000 worthof damage. There is a few things wrong with it that was said was fixed on the original work order that they never did. When i go over bumps the suspension makes a clunkfrom the front. After researching online many people have the same issue. They should do the right thing and fix and replace everything that's wrong with it.

Two hours for an express oil change (which for the synthetic was more than any other dealer) and they had one person to handle payments for service. Not sure what the deal was but I timed it took her 17 minutes to process one lady service charges. Seemed like she was typing the entire service manual into computer. Line at counter service waiting fairly full you would think a dealership that large that somebody would come help payment clerk but you would be wrong. I love my maxima and I am thinking about a new one but definitely won't consider Hall Nissan. (I really liked the proposed oil flush service for $115 which declined)

I would never deal with another Nissan dealership as all of the persons I have dealt with at Hall have been extremely professional. Specifically, the "3 year maintenance" package included in the purchase of our new car (which was a major selling point) is little more than an ineffective coupon book. 10,000 mile service was over $200 with coupon book. Service center employees said as much about the "maintenance plans" offered by sales staff. Additionally, "scheduling" service does little to nothing to ensure that they will take your car at scheduled time. 2+ hours for standard maintenance service appointment. Car wasn't taken back until an hour after appointment time.

We had been to several various dealerships throughout out the day. Only to walk away when it came down to finding out the bottom line on car price. What was frustrating is that 30 min to an hour after we left, the GM was calling us asking us to come back as he wanted to make a deal. The deal offering should have been done at the time of visit. Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach made the buying experience for my daughter's first car purchase a very pleasant one. From sales associate (Chandra) to finance manager (Chris), everything went smoothly. I appreciated the no fluff, no price haggering dealing. I had already done my research so I knew what cars were selling for in our area. There was no bartering. They gave me the best and lowest deal right from the start! Chandra was personable and very helpful! I would definitely go back and will be the first to refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My wife and I visited 2 other local Nissan dealerships and are so thankful that we found Mike Harris and Mike Dalton. Mike Harris was able to answer all of our questions and did not play games. In the end Harris and Dalton beat every price we had been given by the other dealerships and we never had that snake oil salesman feeling that you so often feel at lesser dealerships. Joel Bailey helped us out with the financing and I was at first very hesitant to finance through the dealership, but they came back with a solid percentage rate that competed with my own bank. Financing through them, I was able to take advantage of a $1000 rebate which lowered the cost.Michael German

We went to look at the new Nissan Rogue. I gave them my list of what it would ideally have, as well as my questions on the things I wasn't sure about. Not only did Mike find what I was looking for (with a fee extras), he answered my questions honestly without pressure. The whole team we worked with understood our financing stance and really tried not to push past that. They had the car ready by the time we had finished the paperwork (it had just come off the truck) and we were on our way. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Buying a new car can be an awful experience. Having said that, my expectations before going to Hall Nissan were nightmarish. At Hall Nissan, there was no pressure to buy a car. My salesman, Wesley Burt and the sales manager Russ Jersak were NEVER pushy, their concern was to educate me about the product, help me feel relaxed with my decision and offer me a VERY fair trade in and price. In my opinion, they have raised the standard of the retail car selling industry to a new high level. Typically, car salesmen use hard sell methods but you won't find that at Hall Nissan. I have not bought a car from them yet, but I will. In the mean time, I am telling everyone I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle to make Hall Nissan their first stop.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I cannot believe what I just experienced at Hall Nissan Bonney Road. I purchased a new Pathfinder in 2001 from them, my husband purchased a new Frontier from them in 2005. I won't even go into detail about my previous service experiences. I just wanted to note my experience today. Last night, I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:45am today. I also needed a state inspection. I pulled into the service bay around 8:30 - and was greeted by Dwyan Morris. He was very friendly and explained that they could NOT do the state inspection because they don't have rejection stickers. This is the most unbelievable thing I've ever heard from one of the largest automobile facilities in Hampton Roads. Dwyan "Dee" suggested I call later today to see if they've received their rejection stickers. AMAZING. I wasted a trip/gas to be told they can't do a state inspection. WOW! THANK YOU Dee for excellent and friendly customer service; I appreciate your honesty. 12:32PM - Service Manager, Jeff Evans called to apologize for the inconvenience and to let me know they DO have stickers now. He admitted it was his fault for not having the rejection stickers on hand. I appreciate his phone call and plan to make the trip back over there tomorrow for my state inspection, UPDATE: August 13, 2014 - I went back to Hall Nissan to get my state inspection and oil change. Dee was there to greet me. He continued to apologize for not having stickers last week. Because of my inconvenience, he offered me a FREE oil change (state inspection is free because I purchased my vehicle there)........ Once the work was completed, Dee handed me my keys and informed me that they also filled my tank up with gas. This was (is) excellent customer service on their part. Understand things happen, but again, I was just shocked that an automotive dealership as large as Hall would run out of stickers. Regardless, all is well now and I DO appreciate how they corrected their mistake.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa in late August 2013. I went home thinking everything was okay until I realized they hadnt finalized my financing. I waited for paperwork from Nissan, so I'd know where/how to make the first payment. I was coming close to the due date, so I called NMAC and they had no record of me. So, I called the dealership trying to find out what was going on. Please keep in mind I had electronically signed two contracts already. I finally get a call back SAYING THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK IN BECAUSE THEY HAD A BETTER DEAL FOR ME. So, I went back. What they didn't tell but I find out is that NMAC had not approved the loan after all the extras (extended warranty, environmental protection, gap) were added. The sales managers tells me that NMAC will not except the loan because of the extras-- with the products themselves being a problem not the overrall price of the loan. I questioned why NMAC would not want me to have THEIR warranty products. The better deal was them taking all the extras off so they can actually approve the loan. I know this for a fact because I read an email sitting in front of me from someone apparently higher up than the sales manager inquiring why the sale had not been finalized. I had the car for almost a month befor the sale was truly finalized and now I have four electronically signed contracts. They tried to talk me out of the necessity of the extras/warranties they had talked me into. I only agreed to sign again after the car price was adjusted so the extras would still be included and still meet the NMAC financing criteria. I read in prior reviews where other customers have been asked to come back for A BETTER DEAL. If I had read those reviews before my experience I WOULD NOT HAVE COME BACK and would have said no thank you to the "better deal".

After seeing faulty parts on a vehicle with a fresh inspection and technician stating that "it should not have a good sticker on it that he thought it was being fixed when he asked inspector to put sticker on it"reporting reporting to Virginia State Police, Service manager Jeff Even said that they had put new parts on vehicle then put inspection sticker on then put the bad parts back on to try to get an insurance claim paid, then told me to never return (so much for whistle blower protection)

I recently purchased a car from Hall Nissan Bonney Rd. My sales person Martin was very nice and friendly. Heres were the nightmare stared I purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra after 2 days I realize this car wasnt big enough for my family. So after reading the 7 day exchange or return program I called the dealership on the 3rd day they told me to return the car and we will put you in something bigger and they did a 2014 Altima I was so happy. They said dont worry we"ll get done and trade you out of the sentra into the Altima and gut the price, I told them If not let me know so I could go somewhere dont worry. Well I came to the dealership everyday almost because the 7 day was approaching, they just keep telling me to drive the Altima you will be fine. So after driving the car for almost 2 weeks I was told to come and so we could get paperwork done. Wrong answer...they couldnt get my the altima finance and I was stuck in the Sentra!!!!!For 2 weeks no one called me and said were running into problems and then they tell me when the bank calls to verify loan and car dont tell them about trading out of the car because it would slow up the loan process. So I called the bank and they said all they have to do is switch you into another car inform us of vin and as long as the car is of equal or lesser value it wouldnt be a problem. Im a mother of 4 boys which 2 of them are 6ft tall and Im stuck in this car and loan with no help. I called and spoke with the loyalty manager and the GM was notified and all they tell me is they are working on getting me out of the car but nothing has happened. So Im forced to do a voluntary repossesion because my family cant fit into the car. Not to mention I spent $300 to rent a car so I could take my kids out of town for spring break. I bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue in June of this year. I selected to have the GAP insurance which was financed in to my loan. Capital One approved me with a very High APR so I just refinanced with a co-signer with USAA. I was told when I purchased the car that I could cancel the GAP insurance with Hall if I refinanced the car and opted to get GAP insurance with who ever I refinanced with. GAP insurance with USAA was 269 verses 745 or so with Hall. Now, my experience has been excellent with Hall so far. I went Thursday 8/22/13 to sign the cancelation form and I would hate for this last piece of my car purchase process to be in the negative. I plan to keep this site updated, because I feel like its important to be timely when dealing with customers. I think dealerships want their payments on time when a person is purchasing from them and customers deserve the same respect without a bunch of excuses. Reggie was excellent and professional. The later parts of my transactions I have only dealt with the business or finance personnel.

My husband and I went to Hall Automotive with our two young children, ages 3 and 1. We weren't really expecting to get anything that day as our credit wasn't that good but Jon helped us trade in our old car for a 2014 Nissan Versa. He was very patient with our children even when they spilled water all over his office floor! The rest of the team was great as well. Recently I brought my 2000 Nissan Pathfiner in for repair for the first time in over 13 years. I bought my Pathfinder at Hall in 1999 and have always brought my truck in for oil changes and required services. The techicians at Hall always identified possible issues with my truck before they ever became a problem so when my truck developed a steering problem Hall immediately took my vehicle. My service agent Dwayne was very attentive to my needs and ensured my Pathfider was taken care of. But what I really appreciate about Dwayne was he explained what was wrong with my Pathfinder and what was being done. He told me the cost up front and provided me with an absolutely beautiful 2013 Nissan Pathfinder for me to drive while my Pathfinder was in the shop. Another thing I really appreciate about Hall Nissan is when you call them someone actually anwsers the phone and if I have to leave a message they call back within a few hours unlike some other dealerships. They have excellent quality control and my next purchase will be from Hall Nissan because I know I can count on their customer loyalty for the life of my vehicle and for that you have my loyalty. Thank You everyone at Hall Nissan!!

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima in 2012 a few months had elapsed when I recieved an E-Mail from Michael Dalton stating that I would be able to upgrade to a newer 2012. It also stated that if they were not able to upgrade me then I would recieve a free tank of gas or a free oil change. This offer was sent to my personal email account I did not call them to upgrade, they were not able to upgrade me. I talked to John Precise and told him I would take the free oil change however I just had the oil changed and it would be some time before I would need it done again and he said no problem just bring in the email and that would be fine. I called today to set up the oil change and was told by Michael Dalton the offer had expired, I tried to explain that I spoken to John Precise, and he said it would be no problem, he stated John no longer worked there and he would not honor the email that he personally sent. Michael stated that that it was only good for that month, I explained that there was no expiration date on the email I had and he said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the person that rreplaced John and he said he was sitting right beside him however I was not able to speak to him. I am activly seeking someone who would be able to help me with this matter. If anyone has any info please pass it along.

I went to the dealership today just to look at a car I had my eye on. I never had any intention of buying on today. My father came along with me to look at the cars I was interested in purchasing in the near future. I came to the dealership with a feeling of dread and preparing for a bad car experience. I ended up trading in my 2007 dodge caliber for the 2012 Nissan Rouge. My family and I bought a new Nissan vehicle at Hall Nissan in cash back in 2009, fast forward December of 2012 and one morning after a cold spell I couldn't open the rear door behind the driver's side to place my toddler into her safety seat. This was a major hassle since I could not open the door from the inside or outside manually or with the remote. Never in my life did I ever experience a door not opening on any vehicle since I always thought it was just a simple set-up during the over 25 years of driving. I even owned a Nissan Maxima with electronic locks for over 16 years with never a problem. If you Google Nissan door not opening / actuator failing, it seems to be prevalent in modern Nissan vehicles. There is also a TSB on the front door locks failing and not being able to open in cold weather and it was a voluntary campaign for certain 2008-2009 vehicles such as mine where Nissan was suppose to seal the door latch and place special grease on the door cable ends. Why this did not apply to all the doors I don't know. I finally had time to bring it into service the other day. With luck having it, I was a few months out of warranty when the problem happened back in December. After explaining to the service writer Dwayn Morris about the history of these locks failing and the technical service bulletin referring to the doors not opening in cold weather. I was hoping Nissan would take care of the problem on their watch. Well after 1 and a half hours, Dwayn returned to say that the door actuator failed and that it would cost approximately $599 to fix the problem. Nearly $300 for the actuator and nearly $300 for labor. So if you buy a new vehicle a Hall Nissan, don't expect Hall Nissan to have your back once your warranty is up by a few months. I was hoping for a little good will for being a Hall Nissan customer. Who expects the door to be inoperable after 3 years? This is something you should not have to worry about. Seems to be a major problem with newer Nissan vehicles and should have been addressed during the design phase. My father died a few weeks ago, I just picked up my mother the day before after a 1 week stay at the hospital for her chronic illness, and I am expecting a newborn any day soon. Finances are tight and I was hoping to catch a break. At least Nissan could have least allowed the door to be opened manually in the time being, but it still is inoperable. I guess I have to let my toddler ride in this potential death trap if I were get in an accident since her child seat is still next to this broken door. I have to wait until I save enough money to fix this situation. So there you have it, if your door one day does not open on you New Nissan Vehicle right after your warranty just expires, expect to pay nearly $600 just to get that ONE door fixed. A very unsatisfied Hall Nissan Customer.

We purchased a brand new vehicle several years ago from this dealership and had fantastic service. We are now in the market for a second vehicle (used). We looked at the vehicles available at this dealership online because of the great experience we had the first time. However when my spouse inquired about the vehicle of interest and made an offer we were told it was sold. We then inquired about the same vehicle without making an offer and were asked when we could come in to see the vehicle and test drive it. Within minutes they were setting us up with an appointment to see the vehicle in person. I found it unsettling and unprofessional with being lied to first and then being told by another person it was available and we could come in and test drive it. With that experience alone we have no desire to come in and see the vehicle let alone do business with them again.

hall nisson keeps you at dealership 8hr. fill out all papers,then says all papers are done,deal is complete,you get home,next day you go out do things with wife get home late that night you have a message need to sign more papers,also need to prove your 72 year old wife that she is who she said she is.you had to call grandaughter to tell her you cant keep great grandson that night,because they kept us there until after 9:oo pm.my time is very important .i dont need anyone to tell me one thing,and tell my wife that this is not who said she is.even when you tell them you have your social security card.i will not deal with people like that .hall just dont care about you at all !! i am so upset about this.i took car back to dealership and left it there .i will not deal with hall nisson or any hall dealership ever again.i am sure they are glad of that!! a very very unsatified customer !!!!

I visited a few different dealerships before ending up here. My initial impression of the overall dealership was fantastic. Zach was extremely helpful and made the buying process a pleasant experience. He was not "pushy" at all, as some sales people can be. He listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Since I purchased the 370Z for my wife for our anniversary, Zach was great in setting up a time, etc., for her to come in and test drive the card before signing the paperwork. I have been coming to this dealership working with Zach Williams since the summer of 2012 while my husband was deployed. Zach was very patient and understanding. He made sure that I knew of all of the models and what was good for what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Zach kept in touch to even check on me when my family had a family emergency. He called just to check on me and make sure we made it to our destination safely. I never felt pressured to purchase a car. Based on previous experiences with Hall dealerships I was a little skeptical as to whether I would find any surprises when I arrived to finalize purchase. Too my surprise there were none as all promises were kept. I worked with Mike Dalton and Zach Williams and they made visit exceptional. My exerience started with the internet sales team through the website. All my questions were quickly answered and they called to see if I had any follow on questions. When I came to the dealership, I was greeted by the person I spoke with on the phone and introduced to a sales person. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable regarding Nissans product line. My family and I traveled from out of state to purchase a car from Hall Nissan. Our sales man, Tim Bakner, was very helpful. Tim was able to help us obtain all the information we needed regarding our trade in and purchase over the phone before we even arrived at the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership Tim was able to quickly accommodate my family, including two young children. Tim showed great knowledge about the car as well as the entire trade in/purchase of a new car. I really appreciated the phone call the next day from Tim to see how we felt about our trade. Tim and the finance staff were able to apply PA sales tax to our car purchase while we were in VA. We will definitely travel from PA to work with Tim Bakner and the Hall dealerships in the future.

I never felt like I was being backed into a corner or any other typical hesitation one usually feels at a dealership. Ossai was very courteous and an excellent listener. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier nearly a year ago from an out-of-state Nissan dealership. Since that purchase my wife and I decided to expand our family making it more feasible for us to purchase a more family friendly (in our opinion) vehicle. During a routine oil change I engaged in the trade-in conversations with Kendall and Stephanie. Needless to say, these two ladies took incredible care and paid tireless attention to my situation. Their accomodating approach to my needs and requests were second-to-none. It took one-week for the dealership to acquire my truck, and put me into the car I wanted. In that week my wife delivered our first child. To say they were willing to work around my schedule would be quite an understatement. Within two days of my child's birth I had received phone calls from several members of the Hall Nissan staff, including Kendall and Stephanie. I eventually had a moment to spare and in that time Stephanie was able to get me into my new car. I can't thank the two ladies from Hall Nissan enough - truly professionals and class acts! I have been working with Morgan Wood at Hall Nissan in Virgina Beach, Virgina over the last week to buy a 2012 Juke. I came in on a Sunday and he worked with me for as long as I had questions. The car I wanted they did not have on the lot so they had to find one and get it shipped to the dealership. throughout the time of that taking place there were a few speed bumps hit but any time one came up I got a call from Morgan to let me know what was going on. While on vacation in VB the front wheel came off my sons MAxima. We had it towed to Hall as they were the closest dealer. it seems the lug nuts came off resulting in the wheel coming off. The rim, tire, rotor and studs had to be replaced to a cost of $1400.00. They were very accomodating and had the car ready the next day. Ron was great to work with. Good Follow up by jeff Evans

After buying my new car at Hall Nissan, the service department was great and always willing to work with me. The past year or so though their values have changed from giving you the best customer service possible to stealing from you right in front of your own eyes and placing the blame on the customer. I was willing to go to Nissan for their oil changes even though it was a little more pricey than other service departments because I trusted their customer service would be on point every visit. Recently the past few times I have received an oil change they have upgraded my oil for a much higher fee without my consent. I believed it was a simple mistake and continued to go explaining I only wanted the basic while they obviously did not listen to me and continued to give me the upgraded oil. Today was the last straw with their thievery as it happened once again and then I was told I should have known better because they just performed service the way I asked. I will never again go to them except for my free state inspection. My parents bought their car from there and that influenced me to buy mine from them as well, now that this has happened they may have lost 2 service customers along with future purchases.

I originally went into the dealership for one specific model and they worked with me to get me into a model that I can afford but also worked with me to get the extras that I wanted. While we waited they even ran out and bought us dinner from Cheesecake Factory. Chelsea and Papa did a wonderful job at meeting my needs and making sure that we were comfortable. The dealership was extremely clean, welcoming, and all of the employees were very nice, even staff members that were not involved in my transaction. They seemed to go out of their way to be nice to me. I would like to specifically point out a few employees that helped me during my purchase. Reggie Scott has to be the most pleasant, helpful, knowledgable sales person I've ever dealt with. He went over every button and area of the Rogue! My expectations in the are of customer service are extremely high and Mr. Scott was able to not only meet but exceed them! John Precise, the sales manager, was willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was able to find and have the Rogue that I wanted and it had all the obtions I was looking for. And at the price I was expecting to pay! Mark Eckert, my finance manager, was wonderful in explaining my options even with the fact that I was, at that point, running late in meeting my husband, and was insistant that I really didn't want to watch the videos. I knew what I wanted and he allowed me to skip that portion. He even came out to speak to me and see my brand new Rogue while I was there to pick it up. As did Mr. Precise. And Reggie was by my side from beginning to end! I have never received service quite like this before. I would/will recommend them to everyone! Even the receptionist, Ashley is insanely nice when answering the phone!

I was not sure what I wanted to buy and test drove several cars with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me work my way through to a good decision for me. She then assisted throughout the price negotiation which also was a better experience than I expected thanks to both Stephanie and John Precise, her sales manager who also was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Hall Nissan was great!! I had no credit and he had bad credit but we still walked out of the dealership with a used car. The people at the dealership were friendly and explained everything. They would take us step by step and left nothing to the imagination. They were very upfront on pricing and gave us a great deal on our trade-in. I will never buy another car from anywhere else!!

I made it abundantly clear that I wanted my car registered in a different state than VA. When I requested an update after checking with the DMV, I was told to give it the full 30 days. Two weeks later when I went to renew the temp registration I was told the DMV had lied to me and "corporate" had sent my paperwork. This was after sitting for an hour in the waiting area, being told by 3 people finance knew I was there, only to find out no one knew I was there. Got the new temp tags after 2 hours. Followed up with the DMV, again, still nothing. Contacted the dealership and finance said my VA tags have been at the dealership for weeks. The person who worked my case has no intention of correcting the error or even admits one exists. I was told nothing can be done from them at this point and need to work out any issues with the DMV on my own. All they had to do is call me and let me know there was a problem but they instead lied to me, fed me bad information, and made no attempt to find a solution other than I was on my own.

This was my first time buying a car from a "reputable" lot and it was the worst experience! The sales man made all these promises that he did not keep when it was time to sign the paperwork and I just felt scammed the whole time. Then I take the car home and a week later find out the AC does not work. Well its not covered under the 30 day warranty and although I have extended warranty I felt like Hall should have covered the repairs being that I only had the car a WEEK! and I wasnt told BEFOREHAND that the AC didnt work. This is a 2009 nissan altima how does the Ac just go out a 3 yr old car? So basically they told me they werent gonna fix the problem and that i just needed to pay the deductible to have my warranty cover it. I dont think thats right that I will have to put in a claim to my warranty company only after having the car a WEEk! Thats crazy! the customer service is horrible and i wish I would have went and brought my car from somewhere else.

Was totally disapointed in this scenario. Went in last year in june.Bought a 2012 Frontier and Hall Nissan did an outstanding job getting it done. I went back to look at another vehichle as I was extremely pleased with the car buying service I recieved last time I was there. Wes is a great guy. He did what any salesman does. But I can guarantee that the "MANAGER" did not even take two seconds to look at my trade. Every vehicle i have traded in has been test driven by an appraiser/manager. It didnt move. Radio wasnt off. Seat not moved. I even left a paper in the drivers seat. Heck it didnt even get moved or wet as it was raining. So I know the manager at the time didnt want my trade and gave me a real low ball number for it. Either way my wife is driving a NEW 2013 Explorer. I ended up with the payment under what I told Wes I wanted to be at and my financing term is lower than what his manager told him I would end up at. Rediculous waste of time. Like I said previously I had a great experience and Wes was great but everytime he went to the desk he was back in under a minute so I know the manager just wanted me gone.

Went to this dealer yesterday with every intention on leaving in a new 370Z. Got into the showroom sat in a couple of cars and waited for a salesperson to approach me. I figure if i'm getting ready to drop almost $40K on a car, they can come to me.Several sales people walked past me, a couple even looked right in my eye! No "Hello" or "Somebody will be right with you", nothing!! Waited 20 min, even looked at the brochures and accessories. Would you believe i even a couple of them laughing and joking at their desks???I walked outta there pissed off. If somebody would have acknowledged that i was there, if would have been a different story.I will NEVER ever go back there nor will i recommend them to anyone!!!

I was stationed overseas and knew when I returned I was going to need a car as soon as I got back to the states. I did my research online before I left my previous command and made an appointment to come in on a specific day. On that day I arrived and they had my name on the VIP appointment board. I informed Wesley Burt what vehicle I ws interested in and we went straight to work to get me in it. I was out of there with my new vehicle with in 3 hours. Fastest car buying experience ever for me. Without an appointment, and I know that's frowned upon in most places, I walked into service and asked if they could explain why I had a tire maintenance light on. Mr. Morris walked me to my car to see for himself and noticed from my sticker that I most likely needed a tire rotation. He offered to drive my car into the shop and on checking my records, found I needed an oil change too. Mr. Morris offered to take care of everything for me right away if I had the time which I did. So, my experience was excellent, he made me to feel that I had come to the right place at the right time. I will be calling for Mr. Morris the next time I need service.

After conducting an extensive search for a mid-sized, American brand, pickup truck and not finding what I was looking for, I decided to check out Nissan's Frontier. A friend recommended Hall of Virginia Beach. I visited and immediately Wesley Burt. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. He listened to my list of wants/needs in a truck, found the exact match I was looking for and the rest is history. Along the way I encountered a great staff of people; John Foley, sales manager really helped make the buying experience worth while. The guys in finance, Joel and Mike, were also very helpful and personable. I don't buy cars often and generally anticipate a bad experience. The guys and gals and Hall of Virginia Beach made my purchase very enjoyable; one stop shopping, great pricing and service with a smile. I couldn't ask for more. Hall Nissan on Bonney Road has the worst customer service,customer satisfaction from the general manager to the financing department! When you walk in you can be there an entire work day walk off the lot with a vehicle contracts signed, made to feel that everything is ok but DO NOT be decieved! 15 days with my vehicle and after recieveing no communication from the dealership until I contacted them myself was I advised that my financing was not approved, and that I needed to return my vehicle. I was also advised by the General Manager that this is a normal practice of the company to take a down payment from someone and have them sign paperwork set carnote amounts,next payments, temporary tags, and leave the lot with a vehicle without financing approved so that they do not loose customers or they wouldnt be a very profitable company. Well if I was advised any of this on 2/9/12 I would never have done business with Hall Nissan on Bonney Road in Virginia Beach, Va.

When I went in last Saturday to buy a used car I made it clear right up front that I had little time and that I needed to get right to the lowest price. We visited Hall's after seeing a few good deals online. Matt was very attentive, patient and easy going. He ended up devoting most of the day to us as we test drove 2 Murano's and then had to pick one. We truly enjoyed the no pressure approach provided by all the employees and felt the pricing we got was upfront and honest. We don't live close to Hall Nissan but the drive was totally worth it! Several months after the purchase of my used car, I was not 100% satisfied. My first thought was to just write off this dealer and go somewhere else and purchase another car. As I thought about what dealership I would go to, I began to think about how Mr. Cartledge had worked with me on that first sale. He had been professional, knowledgeable and he really cared about me as a customer buying a car. I have had many car buying experiences in my life, but I felt this salesman had been honest and really went out of his way to make me a happy customer. To make a long story short, I chose to go back to the dealership mainly because of the service this salesman had given me. He worked with me to find the second car and to make sure I was satisfied when I drove off the lot. His actions went a long way, because he turned me around as a customer. As long as this dealership has salesman who truly care about their customers, I will continue to do business and refer them.

I went to Hall Nissan last Monday for a service call. While waiting for my Murano, I decided to take a look at the new cars. Stacie Butcher approached me and asked if I would be interested in a new car. Although my car was only two years old, I liked some of the ungraded features on the newer models. After talking with Stacie, I decided to trade my car in for a 2011. Everyone that I encountered during the sale was very friendly and professional. Went to this dealership after explaining exactly what I wanted ready to buy a car. Since I knew the exact car I wanted, it should have been an easy no pressure situation, however, after a long car ride to the dealership I found them confused and unprepared. I had to review what I was looking for with the sales person multiple times. We finally get to the final sales documentation, and they had a figure almost 6 grand higher than we had discussed at any point (basically they tried to get me to pay MSRP even though we had agreed upon a lower number before I even arrived). For what should have been a simple easy sale, they wasted my time and I eventually had to leave from frustration. I have driven a Nissan for almost a decade, and I am absolutely appalled at how poorly this place is run. May continue to consider Nissans, but would never give this dealership my business.

My husband and I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Altima from Hall Nissan Virginia Beach. One week after purchasing the car it started to make a strange grinding noise each time you start the car and it hit 30 mph. My husband took the car to the service center and the technician rode in the car with my and told him that there was something wrong with the abs actuator. He said it should make a mechanical noise but not a grinding noise. He told us to bring the car back the next day because the rental shop was closed. We brought the car back today and they told us the noise is normal and that nothing is wrong with it. The service manager explained to us that all of the new Altima's make this noise and that there is nothing that they can do about it. We were told that Nissan is aware of this noise and that there have been several complaints about it. We are very disappointed in Nissan. This is our first Nissan and probably or last. Also we were promised a $25 visa gift card for going to Hall Nissan and we never received it.

I always have quick service when it comes to working with Brian. I have a nissan and a chevrolet and with my chevrolet it seems like it took hours for just a oil and filter change. Working with the express service here it seems like it takes no time. Good job guys.

The salesman lost my drivers license within minutes and then kept trying to play it off as not lost. While getting more upset by the minute with the salesman and then the rest of the sales people at their desk in the show room. There was not one person at this dealership that showed any concern whatsoever at having lost a drivers license and those at the desk got pretty snotty about the whole deal. This was the second time I've tried to talk with this dealership (different salesman) and have walked out totally disgusted with the behavior of the sales personnel. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sabir was very customer oriented. He tended to my concerns and got me the price range that I was looking for. I sat down with me and my sister and explained everything to us. He went step my step and took his time. I always enjoy when sales reps are informative and know about the cars that are at their dealership. I recommend him to anyone. As a first time buyer with good credit but limited credit history, I didn't have high hopes of getting a new car or even a decent used one. However, Wesley Burt (salesman) and Joel (the finance director) didn't give up as easily as I did - after trying for hours to find a way for me to get a vehicle, they discovered that Nissan's College Grad program was perfect for my situation. At the end of the day I drove off in a brand new 2012 Nissan Sentra! I would definitely recommend Hall Nissan to anyone I know, and I'd especially recommend Wesley Burt - he was extremely informative, helpful, and knowledgeable, and provided great customer service! Thank you Wesley!

I would use David again. He knew what he was talking about with the truck I was looking at and he at no time was pushy. I got everything I asked for and was even in the price range agreed to at the first time we talked. I looked at several different dealers and one of the main reasons I got the truck I did is because of him. Outstanding customer service and friendly. If you do not want a push sales rep see David. For the dealership I would give it 5 stars as well.

Everyone was frendly and very attentive to my needs, and genuinly seemed to want to help me not just buy a car, but buy the right car. I went to three dealers before this one and was absolutly disgusted by some of teh pressure sales tactics, and rediculous financing schmes they tried to pull, at Hall i feel like i may not have gotten the lowest possible price, but the best possible service.One thing and this seems comon of most dealers is they do really puch the extended warranties and extras, and they are not really cheap, it brought a $26,000 car to a $29,000 loan, so basically with immediate depreciation and that i start off with negative equity in the vehicle.I would recommend them to anyone who needs a car, and if i stay in this area will consider them first for my next vehicle purchase.

Shenekira was very friendly, helpful and available. She spent a good deal of time with us and didn't rush us. I would definitely buy another car from Hall.

I cringe when visiting a car dealership. The time it takes and the pressure from the salesmen and finance guys is horrible. This experience left me with a new outlook on car buying! I never felt pressured and they were so friendly (especially with my kids running around, they never looked annoyed!). I will go back to Hall Nissan to purchase my next vehicle as well.

My wife called the dealership and was given an "out the door" price on a new Nissan Sentra with our trade. We got a price that was very fair on both ends and when we got to the dealership they lived up to that number - no unexpected surprises. I went car shopping a few days back when my truck began to be less than reliable. When I first entered the store I was overwhelmed with the open, friendly environment. Marc and Rebecca greeted me right away. They listened to my needs and took the time to relate to my predicament. After asking all the right questions they were able to find a few different Xterra's that fit all of my criteria; including the best price possible. When I was nervous to test drive one of the vehicles Marc offered to drive one direction while I would drive back. Back at the dealership Rebecca along with Joel and a few others worked very hard to find a bank with financing options for my budget. I was shocked and very pleased with the hard work everyone put in to helping me. When I couldn't decide at the dealership Rebecca set me up to drive the truck for a few days so I could work on my budget as well as make a large decision. It didn't take long for me to decide on purchasing the truck. When I returned a few days later I was warmly greeted. While paperwork was drawn up Rebecca and Marc talked to me about the truck. Marc even removed my fuzzy dice and parking pass and placed them in my new vehicle while I worked with Joel in financing. The entire experience was wonderful. I would suggest this dealership and these folks to anyone in the market for a new car. Not once did I feel pressured or cornered. I am so glad I visited. :)

Janusz took excellent care of us. He understood and knew what our growing family needed and helped us get it. In fact he is the largest reason that we even stayed with the dealership early on in the proccess. After our first visit, we received no less than 3 calls from the dealership and 3 from the corporate office within a 12 hour period...from several different managers and customer service representatives. However, we did voice our concern about this and we did not receive any more calls. We realize that it was just because they wanted to make sure we were taken care of, but it felt very overbearing. Other than that, the only issue we had was during the price/trade-in negotiation. There were a couple other dealerships in the area that were advertising prices on the same vehicle for up to $2,000 less under the same USAA member pricing plan. Additionally, they wanted to give us only 35% of the Kelley Blue Book Value for an 8 year old car with what we thought was very typical wear and tear. While we were able to negotiate a trade in value of about 65% of the KBB value, we did have to settle on a less expensive version of the vehicle since we were still receiving less for the trade-in than we owed on it. Those issues aside, they went out of their way after the sale was complete to help us in obtaining all the documents necessary to title the vehicle in another state. Overall, it was a very good experience. Ask for Janusz!!! (pronounced Yawn-oosh)

I had a great experience at this dealership. I started talking to one of the sales representatives there, Marc Baker, back in January of 2011, and expressed interest in buying a new or used car, but not at that moment. He was very accommodating and worked with me through the 6 month period, and when I was ready and comfortable, helped me purchase a vehicle. Marc acted more like more of a consultant, and based on my requirements for a vehicle, was able to recommend a variety of vehicles that Hall Automotive had access to. After talking to him and test driving my selection, the financial department was able to get me financed and provide the support that was necessary for me to purchase my used 2010 Hyundai Genesis with only 10k miles on it at a very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know, as well as give them the advice to seek out Marc Baker.

Very nice staff but the service knowledge and policy were extremely poor. I had a car breakdown and I had it towed to their service repair center. I left a clear note as to what the problem is. They did not believe me nor did they bother to check to see if my diagnosis was accurate. Instead they started the car, and said they couldn't duplicate the problem. I told them that the car would stall if you drive it a couple of miles but I warned them that it could stall on them on road. Hall Nissan accepted the risk, drove my car and car stalled and would not start. They said I needed to call my insurance to tow the car (that they test drove) otherwise they would charge me for my car to be towed! Crazy service. I had warned them about the stall issue and they drove it off their lot and then left my car three miles from their location and said I needed to tow the car. Ridiculous. However, to their credit their store's manager, she did apologize and said that they were in the wrong and that the policy made no sense to her either. However, they are suppose to be professionals and experts with Nissan car repairs, and for the service department to call me to handle the car towing was bizarre seeing how they drove it off the lot knowing that the car could stall. Anyhow, they never figured out the problem and it turned out that the car's problem was exactly what I had told them from the start. What a waste of my time and theirs as well. They wasted a whole day and nothing was repaired. Shameful.

Absolutely amazing team. All three actually listened to my wants and needs. Did not try and fluff things. Rebecca was a key to this deal. She no kidding worked her tail off making the numbers work out for me. I told Rick and her straight up what the deal was and where i needed to be. I knew what the trucks value truely was. Most of us hate the haggling part about buying cars. She didnt have me doing that. She got me every rebate that she could. Made numerous phone calls to ensure it was the lowest price she could move the truck out the door. Because of my situation it did take longer for the deal to all be done. But totally understandable. Best part you know 90 % of us are burned out by the time we hit financing. Joel got a feel for how i was while rebecca was doing her numbers game. He made his financing part completely painless. Sure had to be explained all of. Legalitites of course. But i am just blown away by the treatment from the guys. Hall Nissan Virginia Beach deffinately has an outstanding team on thier hands.

This was my first anticipated car purchase. I knew I wanted a new car, I knew what I was looking for, what I was willing to spend, I did research and I made myself of the aware of the available dealers in my area as well as their inventory. I walked into Hall Nissan ith my fingers crossed, hoping that it would be easy and much less painful than the last time I purchased a new car. I was totally surprised at how easy it was. I was impressed with how well they accommodated me and my needs. The memebers of the Hall Nissan Team I encountered through my purchase, start to finish, made me feel very comfortable. They answered all of my questions and gave me useful information about other things invovling my car and the purchase that I did not know before hand. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership whether it be related to my most recent purchase with them, or to even purchase again in the future. We were promised a faab (keyless entry as advertised on the buyer sheet), repaired rear window defroster, and repaired air vents (because the ones we had were ALL broken). We took the car in for a scheduled oil change and after waiting 2 long hours the service dept brought the salesman to me and said they couldnt make the repairs cause it was TOO costly, I confronted the salesman and asked why they couldn't do the repairs when HE was the one who promised to have them fixed if my husband and I bought the car. The salesman tried 2 play it off like no agreement was ever made,and informed me that only a manager could approve that. I asked andre why he approved to have it fixed if we bought the car when the managers were the only ones authorized to make those decisions. So I asked to speak with the manager, whom suprisingly was NOT there, so the service manager said he would speak with the used car manager to see if he could get it approved, he called me the next day saying that he couldnt get the authorization for the repairs so I called John (used car manager) myself that day asked what the problem was, he told me that it had been more than 30 days after purchasing the car and it was clearly stated on the "we owe" paper that we should have signed, little did we know our salesman andre never had my husband or I to sign that sheet/agreement. I checked all the paperwork we recieved from the dealership and sure enough no "we owe" was with the papers we had signed. So we had a verbal agreement with andre, my father in law was with us at the time the agreement was made, so john said he would speak with andre and the manager of the dealership and that he would give me or my husband a call that very day. Its been two weeks now and after countless phone calls and countless messages (on my end) I still have NOT recieved a phone call from john to get this issue resolved. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL and will SAY/AGREE TO ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE!!!!!!!

I went in Hall Nissan last Wednesday in hopes of trading my car in for a "new" used one. After the credit check etc. I was told that I qualified for a NEW 2011 car. Contract was drawn up and signed...and I was told that the car (Sentara) I "bought" was not on the lot and that they had to get it from another lot. I was ok with that. I was put in a 2011 Altama until my car got there. Friday, I had to track down the salesman and he told me that the car was not there yet and to keep the Altama until Monday (today) I got a call on Saturday I got a call from Joel in finance and I was informed that I didn not get the car and in order to get the car, I would need a co-signer, they would not take my trade in and I had to go for a less expensive car..I went in for a used car to begin with. I did not inquire about a new one but was told I could get a new one. I feel very humiliated and I am VERY upset thatI was treated this way! I was NOT informed of ANY OF THIS on Wednesday. I was lied to, and treated like I was nothing! There is no reason for your company to treat people like this! I am a repeat customer. I've been paying on my current car for the last 4 years...and kept it up. I just cannot afford to keep that car on the road. My grandson will be here within a month and I wanted a 4 door, safer car for him, now I'm still in the same situation I was in prior to Wednesday, just very angry and himiliated. Who are you to treat me or anybody else like this? I have yet to hear back from Doug the salesman with an apology...not that I even want one. You should really reconsider how you treat people. I promise, I will tell as many people as possible how I was treated by Hall Auto and if they don't buy from you, the happier I will be.

After running into a hard time, it looked hopeless for the purchase of a vehicle. Jason and Rebecca not only understood our situation but worked endlessly until they were able to not just work out a loan but a loan with great interest rates. Every time I have visited this dealership for service I have an outstanding experience. I rated "Price" as 'Good' because I wish I could get service done for less so I can't rate it as 'Great'. However I am more than willing to pay a little more for the excellent service I've always received. More important to me is the fact that the employees have enstilled a high level of trust with their product knowledge, very caring demeanor and demonstrations of utmost integrity, especially Mr. Branch. There are times I must visit other dealerships for MINOR service tasks and there is a very immediate and distinct difference in Hall's service, facility atmosphere and overall focus on the customer than that of the other places I have to visit at times. There has never been anything overlooked, left out, left off or left loose when I visit Hall; I can't say the same about others. I promise I will always own a Nissan product as long as I live within a couple hours of Hall Nissan and I try to send as many others as possible to Hall if they are in the market for a vehicle or in need of service on their Nissan.

Car Purchased: 370Z Touring 6MTThis is the second car I've purchased from Hall, and the customer experience has been exemplary both times. All car dealerships are looking to make the buying experience comfortable and stress free, but the folks at Hall take it to another level. Dealing with the Internet sales team is absolutely the way to go. I initially dealt with Mark over the phone, and did the majority of car buying process through Jason, but the cooperation between the individuals on the Internet sales team is seamless and everyone is willing to help make the customer experience top-notch.The car that I wanted, with the option packages I desired, was a rare find, and Hall did not have such a vehicle on the lot. However, they did find one on a lot in Northern Virginia, and getting the car to the Virginia Beach area was prompt and hassle free.Given the rare nature of the vehicle, and the effort required to relocate it, you might think that a dealership would be reluctant to make a deal. Especially on a brand new sports car. But that was not at all the case. Ron, the new car manager, is ready and willing to make a deal, and was very accommodating. I named a price point, gave an estimate of what I was willing to put down, and he made the magic happen. I could not be more pleased with the deal I received on the 370Z. Truly amazing!One of the processes of buying a car that doesn't get a lot of attention is the F and I portion of the sale. This involves the paperwork and finalization of the whole process, which can be the longest process of the car buying experience, sometimes taking longer than the test-drive and financing portion combined! However, with Shawn, it was streamlined, straightforward, and, as with everything else at Hall, hassle-free! To top it all off, after signing all the paperwork, Shawn found an error that, once corrected, reduced my monthly payments. Since the paperwork was already finalized, he could have simply let it slide. But he went above and beyond and corrected the error and let me know. This is the kind of thing that puts Hall head and shoulders above the rest. They will go the extra mile to ensure things are correct, and that you get the best deal.Would I recommend this dealership to someone looking to buy a new car? You betcha!

It was the night before christmas and I walked out of that dealership with a brand new car and a smile on my face! Jason was great and got me everything I wanted. I recomend him to all my friends that are looking for a new car. It has been three months sinse I baught the car and just had to get the first oil change. Jason walked into the service department and greeted me with a hug and high five for my son. It is still the greatest experience. If everyone could be as caring and down to earth like Jason was, this world would be a much better place!

Rebecca the sales mananger was somebody that I had bought 3 automobiles from at another hall dealership and she was great . Very unproductive service experience. It began with an unwillingness of service writer to explain pricing over the phone. I can understand the lack of wanting to quote an absolute price before examening the vehicle. However I had already obtained a proper diagnosis from another Nissan dealer out of state and did not feel the need to waste time and money repeating the diagnosis process; as I trust the recommendations of the diagnosing Nissan dealership. Hall Nissan may have been a more convenient location though at the time. I asked for a very specific job (parts and labor for 02 Pathfinder 4wd rear main seal replacement). The service writer refused to even quote me an Hourly labor rate; let alone an approximation of the full job. It's important to understand that I choose a Nissan dealer for their expertise not the bottom line. But a straight forward answer would have helped me to choose to have the work done while in Virginia Beach or not. I've had service done at Hall before. And now all the recommendations for things I didn't need, the wrangling and stalling combined with this most recent experience simple look as if this service department has something to hide. It's unfortunate because service dept. and customer could have benefited from this exchange.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the Hall team. From my initial inquiry phone call to the closing. Let's face it buying a car can be very stressful and I felt no stress through the entire transaction. My sales rep. Jason Bradford was a pleasure to work with. He made both me and my husband feel very comfortable and welcome. At no point did I every feel pressured by Jason to make a purchase I was not ready to make. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. All the staff that we encountered at the dealership were very friendly as well. I bought a Nissan Rogue from Jason and it was the least stressful experience ever! I had just left another local Nissan dealer because I felt like I was being jerked around and manipulated. I should have gone to Hall first! My experience with Hall first came from Ashley,through the internet response, of my car request through USAA car buying service. I made an appointment through her. When I finally arrived, I was greeted by Jason Bradford. (Ashley greeted me with a hearty "hi Deborah" from the back counter...which made me feel at ease right off the bat) Jason told me that the Altima I requested was waiting for me, then I told him that I had changed my mind and wanted to look at the Rogue instead. Jason didn't miss a beat, he asked me what did I want in the Rogue, and quickly he returned with keys for four different colors. He had the color I wanted and the whistles and bells too. My Uncle Dave was with me, and I was impressed with the respect Jason showed him...because my uncle is a tough cookie when it comes to buying cars. We took it for a spin, and I was hooked. What really impressed me was that Jason, not once, talked money. We came back from the test drive; I met his team manager, Ahsley, who by the way was very pleasant. I was given a sheet with the price of the Rogue(if we were cartoon characters I know my eyes would have twinkled)and I signed right away. Oh, did I tell you that Jason also found a way for me to afford at least the driver's seat to be heated! Awesome! My uncle was impressed with Jason and Ashly also, he said that his next car will come from them. I have been in the hospitality field,in the Air Force, for over 21 years, so I know customer service; what I experienced at Hall Nissan was truly "Top Notch" quality customer service. Thank-you for making an otherwise nervous event into a relaxed and joyous experience. I will recommend you all to everyone!

I was able to buy the car I wanted, even though the dealership had to truck it from Danville, Va. The sales staff was efficient, accommodating, and helpful. My Juke is perfect! I really appreciate that the dealership was able to meet the price I could pay and deliver such a fantastic automobile. This is our second purchase within a year. First was our Nissan Maxima 2010 and now a 2011 Pro-Frontier. I would definitely recommend Hall Nissan. I bought my last two new cars at Hall Honda and the sales manager now at Hall Nissan is the same manager that used to work at Hall Honda. I had a great buying experience. I went to the dealership right after the big snow storm this year and Eric Miles was so nice and willing to show me every car on the lot I wanted to see even though the roads were snowy and icy and I know it wasn't easy for him to go and get cars off the lot. Rebecca helped close the deal by getting me the car I wanted with the options I wanted. She ended up getting my car from their dealership in Chesapeake so I would have the color I wanted and even let me drive another new car home until my car was ready.

They more than met my expectations in quality, price and an overall very enjoyable experience. I woke up that day planning to buy a used Frontier and ended the day with a brand spanking new one. Purchased a used car, dealer reported engine has less then 5,000 miles, drove to south central, PA rod bearing knocking, removed oil pan, found out engine was not a NEW engine. Have document to share if you would like to see, sent emails, spoke with Tim Ames, basically told me nothing they could do, I will fight this to the end, this is not the way a business should be run. I purchased this car for my son, had since July, still can not dive car. Turning it over to the better business bureau.

We had a very pleasant experience at Hall Nissan primarily because our saleswoman, Chelsea, was a joy to work with. She kept us informed and took us through the whole process. We also worked with Kevin--whose last name I do not know, and he was extremely straightforward with vehicle pricing once we established that we had done our research.There were two issues with which we were not satisfied. First, we did not get a fair price on our trade-in, and we felt like there was some deception and dealer-speak about how much they were actually giving us. In the end, the amount we were credited for our trade on the balance sheet was well below its value.Second, the dealership located the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealership. The other dealership then mistakenly sent my vehicle to a third dealership, where it was sold to another customer. Although sales manager Tim made it right by finding me an automatic version for the same price, we were sort of made to feel like we were asking for something difficult or unusual. I'm not sure about you, but when I pay over $25k for something, I expect to get exactly what I wanted.Overall, a pretty good experience made much more tolerable by Chelsea.

Mr. Jones, another on-duty Sales Manager, and I worked three hours to complete a draft sale aggreement for a 370Z (Cherryblack) without a spoiler to be deliver from another dealer WITH SPOILER. After that Sales Manager departed for the day, Sales Manager Tim Ames took over. Towards the end of the sale, Mr. Ames (who claimed the off-duty Sales Manager or Sale Consultant failed to advise his) DECLINED to deliver the 370Z with a spoiler and requested additional money to be added to the sales aggreement. I initially refused and asked why I was being pentialize for TWO SALES MANAGERS LACK OF COMMUNICATION. To make a longer story short...I was charged an additional $20.00 per monthly payment because of verbal acknowlegement of this unprofessional service. Because I was satisify with the interest rate and car, I still purcased the 370Z WITHOUT a SPOILER.

We were looking for a vehicle we saw listed online. We went and they said it was sold, then proceeded to try and get u into a new vehicle at $200 a month. That sound great, and it is for a new vehicle, but not for s because we just could not afford it. Plain and simple. Long story short the manager tried to sell us as well as the sales person. None of this is bad, but when we left we were just dismissed and Andre proceeded to slam his drawers and act like an angry three year old that can't have candy. What if we were going to come back after we discussed the purchase? It was ruined; if I was going to come back I am certainly not going to now. It's nice to know where to NOT to go when purchasing a vehicle of any type. Great job Hall Nissan you ruined everything for me, and I most certainly will tell EVERYONE to not come here. P.S. I work at a large hotel in the area; I come into contact with a lot of people. They will all know about how terrible this place is.

Since then over time because of the excellent service I recieved I decided to come back to Hall Nissan. Well, it was time for me to purchase another vehicle and my salesman was Rick Sanchez. Rick did everything he could do on more than one occassion to help me find the car I wanted. I visted him 3 times and on all 3 occassions he personnally stopped what he was doing to assist me with any question I had at that time. We put some milage on the golf cart just to check out the lot for a car that I would be interested in. He kept up with me and made sure my experience with Hall Nissan was outstanding. When it came time to crunch the numbers and make a deal I got everything I asked for with the price I wanted to pay and more. Juan did an awesome job, he was the first salesman in all the dealerships I visited that took the time to actually show me the car. He lifted the hood and opened the trunk for me. After I purchased the car from him he even programed in my radio stations. I did visit Hall Honda and they harrased me after the visit, with at least 3 phone calls and 2 or so letters. This is a superb dealership that puts the customer FIRST! Originally we purchased our brand new 2005 Pathfinder from Victory in Chesapeake, VA. To say the least, after the initial service visit we went in search of a better dealership to maintain our vehicle. We tried Hall Nissan on Bonney Rd in VA Bch and have been there ever since. Hands down this is the best Nissan dealer in the Hampton Roads area! ( After having been to them all). Since March of 2006 we have used Hall Nissan exclusively and have never left the dealership wanting more for anything (service or sales). Our family has now purchased three new vehicles from them and have all our service done there. Exceptionally superb folks! And Clif is one the best service supervisors I have dealt with ever. I am providing this rating because I truly believe that when someone receives superior service, they should let others know. There was a lot of "extra" work needed in getting me into the vehicle I wanted, but the sales staff, finance department and general manager came through for me. Customers want to be treated with dignity and respect when purchasing a car, but most importantly, they want to feel that they are getting the absolute best deal, and that is the way I felt when I left the dealership. I felt as though my sales team took a "personal" interest in my situation, and for that reason, I will refer everyone I know to Hall Nissan of Virginia Beach. I have never received such Excellent Customer Service than the Nissan Dealership on Bonney Road, Va. Beach. Normally when you purchase a car you typically are introduced to the General Manager upon completion of the sale. Not at Nissan on Bonney Road. From the start the General Manager (Chris Lark) was TOTALLY INVOLVED in the purchase of my vehicle for me as the customer. Most General Managers sit behind a desk and run numbers. Not Chris Lark. He took us out in the golf cart to see what type of vehicle I would be interested in purchasing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and found it. He took sooooo much time out of his day to help us. I will always refer anyone and everyone to Nissan on Bonney Road. I had the BEST TIME EVER purchasing my car at Nissan on Bonney Road. The sales person Rick Sanchez was very knowleagable about the vehicle that I purchased. He had soooo much patience with me because I was undecieded about which car to purchase and the color. He found the car that I liked but I didn't like the color. So he found the color that I liked and I got far more car than I ever could have imagined to get. He took the time to set up bluetooth, phonebook contacts, navigation system and a host of electronic features the car came equipped with.

My wife and I are leasing a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Hall Nissan's service department is awesome! We have been dealing with Buddy Burris and Ron Watson for our vehicle's service. One day about a month ago my wife called frantically about the vehicle not starting. She was with our two year old son who was crying, etc. I left my office to pick her up and drive her over to my mother-in-law's school. We called Nissan and they offered to send a tow truck to pickup the pathfinder. Well their tow truck was busy so Buddy Burris offered to ride with my wife back to the vehicle and he personally jumped the vehicle and drove the vehicle back to the shop where they had to replace the battery! They then detailed the vehicle for free !! We love Buddy and the entire crew!

i been dealing with nissan and hall last few years over 20yrs dealing with halls,and i had nothing but good things to say the services and car dealers have been great and the mangers work with me to buy my 2009 titan,and previouse cars before,and always have a great price on them, Thank you halls

The past several times ive taken my vehicle to Hall I must say by far this is the only place I can honestly say that made me feel good from the front door to up untill I left the place. Mr Morris made me feel like I just won a million dollars.I tell everyone about hall.

came in to look at the nissan sentra that nissan has had around forever.but when i git there a salesman by the name of mike harris showed me the versa.and that was great it was more in the line of what i needed.i didn't know car buying could be fun til i walked into hall nissan v.b.

I have purchased a 2002 Frontier SE-V6 4X4 Crew Cab, a 2004 Titan LE 4x4 Crew Cab, and a 2007 Versa, new from this dealership since 2002. I always call Dutch when I want a new Nissan because he has been my salesman in past years, and I have a lot of confidence in his integrity. In addition to the high quality service that I have received from the Hall Nissan VB service department, I know that I can always count on Dutch to help me negotiate to buy the vehicle I want within my budget. Definitely a class act, and that's why I keep coming back.

I purchased a 2008 Titan from Hall Nissan of VA Bch one year ago and I constantly rave about my experience with this dealership. I've had nothing but outstanding service experiences with this dealership since I purchasing my vehicle from them. Every visit exceeds my expectation as they consistently demonstrate their apparent belief that service is paramount.The most important thing for me has been the trust they've instilled through their professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern. Also very noteworthy is the cleanliness of the entire facility which is typically indicative of an efficiently-run organization. These are very tough times and I only conduct business with organizations who make an effort to show they appreciate my patronage and don't mind working to keep it.I don't know how Nissan evaluates their dealerships, but I can't imagine Hall would not be among those considered to be the best.

Hall Nissan Virginia Beach provides a World Class service option. Recently, I experienced a radiator problem on my 2003 Nissan Murano AWD. I had AAA tow the car to Hall Nissan, and discussed solutions with the service manager, Mr. Jeff Evans. Within hours, Mr. Evans contacted me, indicating he had obtained authority from Nissan North America to replace the radiator without charge, even though the extended warranty had expired within the past four months. Needless to say, I was so heartened - a savings of $375.00 - I opted to have the dealership complete a 60,000 mile service for about $300.00. When I picked-up the Murano, it was spotless, inside and out. From my dealings with Hall Nissan, over the years, I have come to expect this kind of professionalism, both in service and sales. I own four Nissans, including a 1987 Maxima, 1990 Stanza, 1992 300ZX, and the Murano. The cars are so well maintained by Hall Nissan, it's tough trying to part with any of them.

I purchased a nissan murano on 03/01/08. All the sale department misinformed and mislead me. They all took 5k extra from me by misleading me and when I complained it, they told me to go to lawyer. Staffs is the Virginia beach are cheaters. And when I told them that they are cheaters and I want to return the murano on 03/04, they say I can't do that. They sold the murano that was used for demo in more higher price then brand new murano....They are liars I will sue them, I already have talked to the laywer
