Let me start off by saying Marcelo and Michael are the absolute best. They helped me find the perfect car and perfect plan. These two guys are amazing. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.. my sales man (Rod) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at! Took his time to make sure I understood the car and process of the purchase! Very quick through finance as well and was very nice. The general manager (David) went above an beyond to make sure I got what we signed on... he also made sure to make me and my family feel as though he had known us a lifetime! This is the second Hyundai car we buy at Hallmark Hyundai. We bought a new Accent in 2019, and now a used 2020 Sonata. We always have a good experience there and in our experience, the prices were always good, so we keep coming back. This time our salesperson was Michael Harris and we were very pleased. We went a few days earlier the date we intended to purchase to check the car and he was so nice. He was very polite, never pressured us to get the car right away and we really liked that he respected our decision. I honestly can’t be more pleased and appreciative that i found such an amazing car but only w the help from Michael and the finance manager. I walked into this dealership and was greeted immediately. After discussing the type of car I was looking for I was given several options and got to test drive all of them. This dealership will let you look around without harassing you, but is happy to help when you're ready. I told them that I had to check my finances & insurance cost before I could make a decision. They gave me their contact information & gave me time to check on things, all other dealerships I've been to harassed me with phone calls & text, so I didn't go back. Every time I have questions everyone is more than happy to help.

I found Hallmark Hyundai last year in March of 2015, when my husband and I bought 2 new Sonatas from them. Ever since then we, my husband and I, have been pleased with everyone and everything Hallmark Hyundai has done for us. Victor was the first person we met and he was respectful and helpful to us both, Mrs. Hellen was nothing but kind and helpful as well. Marcelo, our salesperson, was also nothing but respectful and helpful. We live near another Hyundai dealership, just 3.2 miles from our home and yet, we want nothing to do with them or their pressure salesmanship. Hallmark Hyundai is 45 miles away, one way, so that's 90 miles we drive to get real professional and caring service. Hallmark Hyundai has been nothing but a true pleasurable experience both buying our 3 vehicles from them and having everything done to our vehicles in their service department. Please Recognize them for having some of the best Salesperson, Service people, and greeting person (Mrs. Hellen) and representing Hyundai with professionalism and genuine customer care.

I enjoyed this experience, which was a real surprise. From the time I entered the building, I was treated with courtesy and kindness by all associates I encountered. The test drive was great, giving me an opportunity to drive the car in a rural, urban, and highway setting. Great location in terms of the test drive. Although there is a Hyundai dealership more convenient, I will take my car back to Hallmark.

Treated great by victor and Rod. Fair price right from the beginning. I am recommending Hundai and Hallmark to all my friends. On the flip side I had my worst experience in 34 years with Franklin Coolsprings Hundai. They played every game I can remember with pricing, heavy sales calls and even tried to lock up my one color choice on a Genesis by reserving a dealer trade on the only two vehicles in 500 miles. Buy from them or no one. The great news is that Hallmark was polite, ethical, and professional. Thanks to them sending a driver at 1:00 am to retrieve a car from St. Louis area to TN I now am proud to drive a new Genesis. Hallmark treats its customers like you wood want to be treated. Thank you Victor for keeping my faith in the product and the company.

Marcelo was my sales consultant. He was very professional and friendly and the buying experience was as easy and fast as can be expected. The entire staff was friendly. Car was offered well below KBB at pretty much what I expected was a fair price and trade was equally valued. Finance rate was exactly where it should be. Due to this professionalism and fair pricing of the vehicle ...I was able to buy a car in 90 minutes. I have co-workers that have recommended Hallmark and now I know why. Buyer Beware Ask if the the new car was used as a loaner, rental, courtesy car. Recently I found a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 listed as a new vehicle for sale during my search at Hallmark Hyundai. I decided to leave a message inquiring about it and I had Sales Manager VictorS. give me a call. He worked out a deal with me over the phone before I traveled from GA to TN to purchase the vehicle. When I got there I was treated nicely but because I was purchasing the vehicle and taking it back to GA, GA taxed was not factored in the deal made over the phone. Sales Manager Victor S., Sales Consultant Marc F. and the General Manager John F. worked to resolve the issue of the taxes in order for us to make a deal. Once I left with the car I soon found out that there was some shaking with the vehicle when it reached 70 mph. I immediately called Sales Consultant Marc. F. about the issue and he told me I could take it to the Hyundai dealer near my house and they should be able to work out the issue. He would also check on the other Genesis to see if they had he issue also. When I took the car to my local Hyundai dealer in Warner Robins, GA the Service Manager did a warranty check on the car and found out the the car was not in my name and that the warranty on the car started May 2015. Immediately called Hallmark Hyundai and I spoke with the General Manager John F. about the issue. I then he informed me of the history of the Genesis. I was informed that the Genesis was used as a service rental car and was driven by staff and the dealers wife and placed back in the inventory as new. This was part of a HMA South Central Region program. He explained that is why the car was listed at a low sale price. I then told General Manager John F. that no one during the process of the sale of the Genesis mentioned that the car was used as a rental. Every kept saying it was a new car. Even the Carfax listed the car as new but no mention of it used as a service rental. And the dealer sticker listed as new but on one mentioned it ever being used as a rental. Not only that but after I was going over the car at home I found a large courtesy car sticker folded under the hood near engine of the car and a rental agreement in the glove box. It was the then that General Manager John F. apologized for this and stated he would make it right. He would also send me a letter stating about the car being used as a service rental. After taking the car to my local Hyundai again the general service manager told me that one of the front tires was warped and would be replaced on the warranty. However when he did a warranty check again he found that the car was in my name but the date on the warranty was still started back in May 2015. I then called back Hall Hyundai about the warranty not reflecting the date I purchased it but May 2015. The Sales Manager Victor spoke with me about this and said he believe there is something we should be able to do to compensate for the warranty starting May 2015. He said he would speak with his General Manager John F. about it. Later I spoke with the General Manager John F. about the warranty not starting on the date I purchased it but still showing that it was May 2015. I asked could the warranty start on the date I purchased the vehicle, Feb 13, 2016. He then told me there was nothing he could do about it. I then asked was there any way that Hallmark Hyundai could offer me an extended warranty or some type of compensation for the dealership not being straight forward about the warranty and the history of the car. He stated they are not going to offer me anything. He felt that I got a deal on the car. If I didnt like the car then bring it back to TN and he would give me back my car I traded for it. I'm not a huge fan of auto dealerships in general since I don't enjoy being pressured by salespeople. My experience at Hallmark Hyundai has been contrary to the usual high pressure routine. I went in to have my 2010 Elantra Touring checked by service folks. Had no real intention of buying/leasing a new car. Came away with a new 2016 Elantra GT. Good job folks, love the new vehicle... We had purchase a 2011 Sonata from this Hyundai dealership about 4 years ago. This past Thursday, our son was driving it home during rush hour traffic...on the interstate, on a dangerous curve, when the car suddenly, without warning, died. We had it towed to a service shop where we were told that the engine had frozen suddenly. Looking on-line, we discovered that 2011 Sonatas have a known history of sudden engine failure; there are multiple class-action lawsuits being filed. The car has just over 100,000 miles, so is no longer under warranty, but we still owed over $5000 on the car. We went to Hallmark Hyundai, where the sales person was entirely unsympathetic and offered no rebates, no help whatsoever on buying a new car, except for $500 for their now non-functioning car. We have gone to a Nissan dealership and had a much better experience, and will never be buying a Hyundai again, and are now looking into hiring a lawyer to pursue a claim.

I just moved to Tennessee, my car broke down and I had it towed to the nearest dealership, which happened to be Hallmark. I was worried about what I was going to do, the staff from the time I walked in were amazing. They got me into a rental car right away to get to work. When I was told I damaged my motor the staff was there to show me all of my options. A few short hours later I was driving home in my new Elantra. I was so relieved at how cortious the staff was. I was never pressured into a car. I told them what my budget was and they found what I needed. I highly recommend giving Hallmark a visit!

In March 2015, I took my '08 Sonata to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville for some recall service. I met Sasha in the service dept. who was extremely nice, upbeat, and accommodating. After researching the recalls for my vehicle, and communicating with the folks who actually work on the vehicles, she advised that they would possibly have to keep my vehicle for several days. Sasha then provided a brand new Elantra for my use while the recall work was being performed.Every interaction that I had with Sasha, and subsequently Julie (when I ultimately picked up my Sonata). was very positive. They could not have treated me any better, acting as though I had just purchased their highest priced vehicle, instead of walking out the door without dropping a dime due to all the work being related to recalls.Then, when I stopped by the dealership this morning to verbally express my appreciation to the Manager (John Ferguson), every employee I passed inside said hello and gave me the impression they were happy to see me. John wasn't in, but I will stop by again next week to personally advise him of my experience.It remains to be seen if the service work was performed correctly, but there was no question that the ladies providing the customer service for the Service Dept. were outstanding ambassadors for the dealership. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Hallmark Hyundai of Hendersonville is a great place to go if you are interested in buying a car. We have bought two cars there and had family members who have also bought there. Marcelo DeFreitas was our salesman both times and will be in the future. Marcelo and his team of Meg (Finance) and Victor (Manager) are great! We dubbed them the "Awesome Trio". they are not high pressure and seem to truly care about the customer. We are pleased with both vehicles and have not had any problems. We recently purchased our third new Hyundai from Hallmark. We hated to give up our Veracruz but we love our new Santa Fe Limited just as well. As always the experience was pleasant and friendly. We especially like the fact that there was no game playing associated with trade-in value and new car pricing. Our salesman Tim was very helpful went overboard to make sure the process went smoothly.We have been Hyundai fans for some and have praised the line with aunts, brothers, nieces and anyone else who will listen. It is a great value but it is also a great car. I should add that the warranty is great but the vehicles are very well built and great performers.Although all the staff were great we want to point out that Helen the receptionist, was very friendly , professional and went out of her way in getting us with the right person at the right time. I took my Veloster Turbo in to have the Bluetooth and Automatic Volume Control fixed. After two hours of working on it, the service advisor came to and told me that both seemed to be working as intended. The excuse for the Bluetooth was that my iPhone 6 was too new and Hyundai did not support it. As for the AVC, they attempted to convince me that I just couldn't detect the changes in volume. (That's a decent way of avoiding repairs-- lying to your customers about the functionality of their vehicles) After this pathetic attempt at "service," I contacted the Hyundai corporate office and was put in contact with the district manager of parts and service. She directed me to Wilson County Hyundai where they actually took the time to update the head unit in my car and fix both of my problems. I do not understand why Hallmark was unwilling/unable to do this for me, but the experience was pathetic. Avoid this service department if the Hyundai warranty matters to you-- they simply ignore it. There's a reason Wilson County Hyundai wins so many awards with its service department: they take care of their customers. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Hallmark for any of their services. There are too many other dealers in the area that do better work.

I've been to this dealership a couple times for their excellent service on a routine oil change. Each time, the lady behind the customer service counter was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. On my last visit in which I was getting another oil change, I was wondering around while I was waiting on my service and noticed a used vehicle on the lot that got my attention. I went back two days later to purchase the vehicle as my second and family vehicle to have. The entire staff was very friendly, especially Wes and Victor, who I worked with in particular during my purchasing. The whole purchasing process was quick and simple. There was no pressuring to buy or trade-in my car, unlike some other dealerships. I would recommend anyone to give Hallmark Hyundai a try, if searching for a new or used vehicle.

Very poor customer service. I went online and saw their clearprice rebates and prices but when I Instant messaged a representative (T. Steed) he never got back with me. I recd an email from another representative (L. Campbell) but when I asked about a firm price there was no reply. I even got an email from a manager (V. Spencer) but when I replied, there was an error message saying his mail folder was full. I was surprised because I bought my last Hyundai from them via the internet with no problem 7 years ago. I suggest dealing with Wyatt Johnson Hyundai. I got a firm price via email and just purchased my new car from them with no major problems.

I worked with "The Hatchett man" ( Enon Hatchett is his real name ). He helped by informing me of all my options based on my needs. He was patient and allowed me to make my decision without pressure. Helped through the buying process. The sales manager and finance manager also did not pressure me. I was allowed to leave at any time. They even allowed me to take the car home for the weekend and then decide. the facility is clean and inventory was good. Did not have the color in stock I wanted but went ahead and ordered it from another dealer. They gave me all the incentives/rebates against the purchase to lower the price so I could buy it with no money out of pocket. They did not hold anything back. They are very friendly, curtious, and attentive. Very very satisfied.

First let me tell you. I hate hate hate shooping for a car. This was my first shopping experience for a car in 15 yrs. We went to a couple dealers and I was turned off immediately by the pushy salesmen. Not to mention I couldn't get a real price out of them nor the sales Manager. We decided to go to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville, TN, which is pretty far for us to drive to look at cars. We were greeted by Marcelo Defreitas. Within 2 minutes I I knew I liked his laid back approach and honesty. I test drove a few cars and he made me feel at ease behind the wheel. On the drive he pointed out the different features on the car. We decided the car that we liked which turned out to be a great deal according to the internet. We left for a bit t think it over and when we got back Marcelo had another customer so Victor took the reins on Marcelos behalf. He was very helpful and we closed the deal. Both men are an asset to this dealership. We picked up the car a day later and Marcelo was with us every step of the way. He took me to the car , put me inside and programmed my phone, signed me up for all the free trials available. He is the best salesman I have ever encountered in my life. He sold while giving me the control. I forgot to mention, when the deal was done, Marcelo played a song on the guitar and sang for us! How cool is that??? Best experience ever. I will share with my friends.

I honestly used to HATE dealing with the car buying process and salesmen. That all changed with the latest purchase. I went to Hallmark with an idea of what I wanted but also came with a lot of "baggage" ie negative equity and a high mileage trade in. The guys at Hallmark were absolutely incredible. It was a no hassle experience. They were courteous and helpful. No high pressure buy this, put this on it, add this, can't live without this etc etc etc. Victor Spencer is hands down an excellent salesman, top notch person and extremely easy to work with. Russell was excellent in working with me to finalize the deal and when the day was done I drove out in an AWESOME 2014 Sonata Turbo that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will be doing my future auto shopping with them! Thanks for restoring my faith in car buying!!

I have a 1999 Hyundai Accent. Now I know as the years past technology changes and my car was getting harder to repair. On my next to last visit I had a "new" or so i thought it was new catalylic converter installed. This part cost me almost 300 dollars. Well it corrected the the problem for a month and the same problem popped up. Well i was really tired of putting money into this car and I bought another car(sorry Hyundai I couldn't bring myself to buy another one) well I was preparing my car to be sold and as the mechanic was looking at it he found wires on top of the motor where the Hyundai service person replaced the wires and plug and he said if they had fell into the other belts I could have been injured or injured someone else, the converter was not so new it was rebuilt. Why wasn't I told this? This mechanic had nothing to gain for I was not going to have anything repaired. he was telling me what was wrong so I could get a little money for the car. I and confused why fix it if you are going to use reused or rebuilt parts for older Hyundai's? I was told by the mechanic to bring the car back to you but I would have to have it towed and it just wasn't worth it to me at that time I was past done. But I do thank you for the years you kept my car running. It seems with the changing of service personnel the quality of service went down in my opinion.

I just bought a Hyundai Elantra at Hallmark Hyundai. Wow- how great are they! I was greeted by friendly employees the second I walked inside. I already knew which car I wanted to test drive, and by the end of the drive, I was ready to buy it. I worked with Eron on buy the car. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I bought a car somewhere else, the salesman acted like I must be stupid and talked down to me a lot. Not Eron- he was professional and courteous! While waiting on my paperwork to get finished, several people offered me water/soda and snacks. The paperwork process was a breeze. I am completely in love with my car, but if I'm ever in the market for another one, I'll go back to Hallmark. I've even already recommended them to several friends looking to buy newer cars.

I viewed this vehicle online and went to see the vehicle on a Monday. I worked with Eron Hatchett, and after he treated me like I was his number one priority was convinced that I would buy from Eron. I hesitated and did not buy that day but called the dealership for him on Tuesday, unfortunately it was his day off but Tim and the General Manager treated me like I was a VIP. The put the deal together for me with a great price and great financing options. The Finance officer treated me like i was an old friend she had never met and the overall treatment from her also was top notch. I left the dealership with a warm feeling and knowledge that if I have friends needing a new or used car I would refer them to Hyundai of Hendersonville. Since the weather forcast was for bad weather and they city had already put down a salt brine the Tim asked me if it was ok if they just washed the car and I could come back next week to have it detailed. I walked into the showroom and there was Eron, He knew all the details of my purchase and treated me as if he had been the closing salesperson. My car was detailed and again I walked out of the dealership with a great feeling that I was a valued customer. After the purchase I received several e mails from Denise Niles asking if I had purchased the car and what my opinion of the dealership was. I am very appreciative of the follow up. If I had to sum it up in a few words, I would say if you want to be treated with respect where the staff are straight forward and stand by their promise and product, then there is no place to shop but at Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and would go nowhere else to look for my next car.

We reviewed the car online and was immediately contacted by someone and made our appointment for later that evening. We were greeted at the door and met our salesperson Tim Anderson who took us out to look at the vehicle and explained every detail and function of that car. We even test drove it while he further explained details on the inside and showed us how the Blue Link worked. We took the car for a long drive on a route that allowed us to travel at different speeds to get a real feel for how smooth the ride was. We were very impressed with the staff and how friendly and attentive they were to our needs. The whole process from start to finish was great and Suzanne finished up our paperwork and was such a joy to talk to. We were very impressed with the dealership and staff.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The staff was not just courteous, but very friendly and personable. The facility was clean and well taken care of. Their prices were better than any I could find in my hometown. But the most surprising, and the nicest, part of my experience was the sales team, specifically, Marcelo Defreitas. My first visit there, I was a little pressed for time and really just wanted to look at one car in particular. Marcelo accompanied me on my test drive, explaining the different features, functions, and the warranty of the car as we drove. By riding with me and answering all my questions at the same time, Marcelo really saved me a lot of time. When we returned to the dealership, Marcelo told me I could take the car with me, check it out a little bit more, see how it performed on the interstate, etc. He did not try to delay me in any way and was extremely considerate of the fact that I had to get back to work. I did take the car with me as he offered. He did not call me throughout the day to see how I liked the car, or what time I would be coming back with the car, or for any other reasons. As a matter of fact, I called him later in the evening to let him know I was on my way back, and he told me not to rush and that if I didn't make it back until the following day, then that was perfectly fine! Wow! He didn't try to oversell the vechicle. He didn't pin me down and try to pressure me into a sale. He just let me know he was there to answer any questions I might have and that he would help me in any way that he could. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't into high pressure selling, as that is a definite turn off for me. (And for most people I know!) Overall, the staff was great, the facility was very attractive, but Marcelo Defreitas is THE #1 reason why I will definitely return to Hallmark Hyundai for any and all of my future vehicle purchases! P.S. The fact that Marcelo is a strong Christian with a desire to share his faith and his life blessings with his customers is just one more thing to apprecitate about him!!

Steve Vallar was my sales associate, he did a great job. He wasn't pushy and was very informative. The entire were friendly to both myself, my wife and my son. We showed up when they were about to close and they stayed 3 hours after closing to complete the sale. I wanted to trade my truck and get a new Sonata. I recently decided that my wife needed a new vehicle. (To be more accurate, my wife recently decided she needed a new car.) Anyway, I spent considerable time on-line researching and decided that Hyundai in general and the Veloster in particular had the best combination of quality, warrantee, safety, features, and price in the class of vehicle that interested us. I decided to use our local Hyundai dealer, Hallmark Hyundai, in Hendersonville Tennessee. Our salesman, John Honeycutt was very helpful and patient during the sales process, even after he had to give his entire sales presentation twice, once for me and once, later, for my wife. After she saw and drove the car she really loved it. It had all the features she wanted, sunroof, navigation, backup camera, remote start, basically everything she could think of. {I steered her away from the turbo model, just more horsepower than she really needed.} The actual sales process was extremely simple and they were quite helpful during the process. I cant comment on financing since that was not a consideration but the two wonderful women in the sales office explained all the pertinent sections for the forms that were required and offered several useful additions. They also checked on some last minute questions I thought of while in the sales office. John was very helpful even after the actual sale of the vehicle, taking time to review all the features and functions of the electronics with my wife and helping her set up all the links for her phone along with all the other features like the XM radio and the MyHyundai website. Hallmark Hyundia was also very responsive about taking care of a couple of small issues I noticed about the car in a very timely manner. I would also advise people to purchase the key insurance; ours has already gone through the wash once. However, on the bright side, it is a very durable key. I would highly recommend to anyone John, Hallmark Hyundai, and the Veloster.

I was a bit anxious about my trade in, but the team at Hallmark made it work for me. I came in with my own financing, so I can't really address that aspect of the process. My car buying experience was made simply wonderfully amazing by Hallmark Hyundai. I started my car shopping online and as I was contacting different dealerships the customer services I was provided (specifically by Denise) at Hallmark Hyundai was truthfully the best (and trust me it wasnt as so with other dealerships) and they even stated that it was there priority to provide such an experience when I first contacted them and they stuck to their word. Denis worked hard to provide an offer that was unbeatable and with such efficient wonderful amazing customer service Hallmark Hyundai had my business. Next to finalize the sale on the offer I was directed to Marcelo. Marcelo was also very much helpful and patient in working to get the down payment, financing information, gather necessary paper work (as I was an out of state purchaser) and getting the car ready for me to pick up. The final day I picked the car up was as consistent as the other days of efficient wonderful amazing service by Hallmark Hyundai. I was greeted wonderfully by Helen then met with Marcelo and finally I signed the paper work with Julie who took the time to explain any sections of the paper work I had questions on. After eight months of shopping for a new vehicle I decided on a 2013 Veloster Base. Hallmark's staff were very friendly and informative. Even though there were a couple snags along the way involving my trade, my sales person (Tim) was quick to offer solutions to get me in the vehicle I decided on. The service manager who I had never seen before nor dealt with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. The sales team was great and the service I have received has always been exceptional. I previously dealt with someone named Alan who was very professional and always helpful as well but he was not there. The manager made me feel as if I was bothering her for bringing my vehicle in, then did not want to listen to what I had to say, rolled her eyes at one point and spoke rudely to me. I will never take my vehcile back to the Hendersonville store again nor will I recommend it to friends and family as I have in the past. Sad that such an amazing dealership employs such low quality leaders.

I just purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa today. I went in prepared, knew what I wanted, and what my budget was. Tim helped me from the time I entered the parking lot until I drove away with my car. He was very professional, didn't push, answered all my questions, and was very easy to work with. Working with Hallmark Hyundai and Marcello DeFreitas to purchase a vehicle for my Agency was great. I called and visited dealerships and asked the price of the vehicle if I'm writing a check. This was the first dealership, of many that I talked to, that did not change the price of the vehicle when I walked in the door. Actually, they did change the price, but it came out to $100 less than what they told me on the phone. I've only had the vehicle a month, but so far their follow up with emails and phone calls really shows their commitment to great customer service.

Called about a car a couple of times throughout the week and set up a test drive 2 days before I was going to drive 150 miles out of my way to come see it. Before I got in my car to drive to the dealership, I called one more time to make sure it was there and they said it was and it'd be cleaned up and ready for my test drive. When I arrived 2 and half hours later, the salesman seemed nervous and then the used car manager came over and told me he had sent it to auction that morning because it needed too many parts. I just politely walked out. Never go to this dealership. The place is a joke.

I highly recommend Hallmark Hyundia to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. I currently drive a Sonata and will drive nothing but Hyundai's from Hallmark. I walked into Hallmark and spoke with Curtis and Chris about a mouse being in my car, I am terrified of mice. Curtis and Chris treated me better than I could have ever expected. They took my car in and had their team go over it with a fine tooth comb looking for any damage to the wiring or any other part of my car due to the mouse. My car was also detailed making sure the mouse was no longer there. This is just one of the many fantastic service experiences I have had there. I have pulled my car into service with a cd stuck in the cd player. The cd was removed and I was back on the road again in minutes. Hallmark has also had to fix a problem with my sunroof switch, that another dealer "fixed". I did not purchase my Sonata from Hallmark, but I can assure you, my future Hyundai's WILL come from Hallmark. I can promise you, you will not find a more helpful and professional dealership than Hallmark Hyundai. Curtis, Chris, and your staff I thank you both for your professionalism and all of your help each and every time I have come in. You have gained life long cutomers with our family!!!

I generally hate going to car dealerships. The salesman i get end up with never knows anything about the cars and has to read the sheets in the window to tell me anything. Tom Samuels is NOT that guy, he knows his stuff. I will never be able to fully explain how much I loved my experience with Hallmark Hyundai. From my original online inquiry with Samantha, who worked around me being an incredibly busy father, husband and business man. He worked with me to find a car that would be big enough for me and my family, yet still looks good when I'm driving around corporate bigwigs. I ended up with a used, BEAUTIFUL 2012 Altima. Together Eron and Russel worked to get me this car at payments so incredibly low I couldn't afford to say no!I have told everyone about the wonderful people at Hallmark Hyundai, and two days after I purchased my car; my older brother bought a car from them as well. We are a Hallmark Hyundai family now, and that will never change!

I have been searching for a good used car for six weeks. After some due diligence it became clear that purchasing a new car is a better deal for my needs. I wasn't sure which brand or exact model was best. There are too many brands, models, deals to compare what is a great car at a fair price even with internet search tools and friends recommendations.I was blessed to meet Marcelo Defreitas today. He greeted me with a big smile before I entered the Hallmark dealership. That is what the world needs, great salesman on the job.I was interested in a few brands, Ford, Subaru, Hyundai yet was uncertain about a model for my family. I called and E-mailed downtown Subaru and inquired about to clean used Outbacks. I asked them why their prices were seemingly 2,000 over Edmunds clean/excellent book value. They assured me my values were incorrect. I asked them to make sure and call me back. It seemed like they had the wrong model price, Limited vs a base.On the way downtown I stopped in the closer Hyundai dealership. There are 50 used car dealers from Hendersonville to downtown Nashville. Few dealers seem to have many used cars these days. Marcelo did the meet and greet and asked me what I would like to see first. I am looking for a Subaru outback or something similar, fuel economy, trunk or rack space to fit our kids and sports gear. He quickly showed me a used Hyundai shot me the basic prices, a Kia and said he took in a great 2011 Hyundai on trade last night that might be good for me. He asked if I considered new and I said sure if the deal is good as used car prices seem way off base. He points at Tuscon and said great deals. I said naa too small. He said I got it, let me grab a key and I'll show you that trade in.We drove a new Santa Fe and tracked down the Used 2011. I drove the 2011 after a ride in the new Santa Fe. He knew I was in for a deal so he did the right thing. He gave me numbers. I said you know what I am not sure about the used now and what's the deal with Santa Fe lease deals. I noticed Ford lease wasn't good, Nissan is great, but had no idea if Santa Fe was a good deal to lease vs buy. After all that warranty is so good why would anyone lease a Hyundai?My questions were answered in one minute. Marcelo took me to the prolific man on lease deals. The residual value on a new Santa Fe 36 months is very strong. That was enough for me. let's find a car. I wanted the 2.0T 31.500 MSRP. I liked black on black. They didn't have one and would locate one asap. Fine lets work a deal. We ran the numbers forward and backwards and agreed on a deal.Then the downtown dealer and three other dealers E-mailed me with strait up internet full blown retail prices on the three used cars I had requested last night. By that time I already took 2 test drives, spoke to finance, pulled credit and made a fair deal the other dealers came calling with no more information than their website already provided.After six weeks and six dozen e mails from Craig's list to Edmunds to dealers, phone calls today was the day to buy a car. By the time the other guys got back to me, the Marcelo the professional had me on the road in our new car. I wish I went to Hallmark Hyundai six weeks ago! I didn't know any better. Now we know the dealer and the salesman to go to for any car our family needs. They will find it. James.

My husband and I were looking for a car for our daugther. Hallmark Hyundai had what we was looking for on their website. So we contracted them and set up a time and date to drive the car. We recevied confirmation by e-mail: "This is a reminder of the VIP appointment you set on Tuesday January 28, 2013 at 10:45am. When you arrive please ask for the Sales Manager Russell Mays. He will be expecting you and has hand picked your Product Specialist who will have the vehicle(s) that you wish to see cleaned, gassed up, and ready for a VIP appointment" .On the 3 hour drive, one way, a representative called to make sure we was still coming for our appointment. We told her yes, we was about 45 minutes away from the dealership. Upon arrival, we ask to see the Sales Manager and was told he wasn't there and would not be there till afternoon. We told the saleperson we was there to test drive a car. We were then informed the car was at the shop getting cleaned up and checked out and would not be available until that was completed, the following day. The salesperson called the Sales Manager and explained the situation. The Sales Manager came to the car lot (not happy becasue he had to come in early and he let us know that). He was rude and acted like he didn't care if we brought the car or not. He never apologize to us. We were told we could either return or they would deliver it to us, with around a $500 increase in the price. We came with full intentions to purchase this car.

I was looking for a larger car and traded in my Lexus IS 350 for a 2010 Hyundai Genesis V8 with the tech package, at first all was well, then the paint bubbled on the hood and I also noticed that the paint started to peel off the rear bumper , The service manager told me maybe I washed it too hard, Seriously? next issue: when you would start the car all of the alarms would go off as they should when you first start the car, the only problem was they never turned off, the only way to stop this was to turn off the car and restart. I was told that this car would not do this? I even showed them a video from my iPhone and all he did was shake his head and denied that this could happen. The icing on the cake was when I took the car in for an oil change and they ended up damaging my front bumper, the wonderful service manager denied all wrong doing but they agreed to fix all the damage they had caused. Hmmmmm . After bringing the car back a few times for various other issues I decided enough was enough and traded it in. Save your self some heart ache and avoid Hallmark at all costs. needless to say I have never experienced a dealership like this or as treated like I was a bother to them. Just a FYI since I have purched my new car the only reason it have been back to the dealer was for an oil change, no other issues what so ever.

I was very close to purchasing at another dealership when I was so offended by the sales "tactics" that were extremely sleazy I walked out of the dealership after almost 4 hours. When I contacted Holiday Hundai and explained what I was looking for and that I didn't want the run around, Tim called me back and was completely honest with me and first listened and understood my goals. He was nothing but professional, honest, courteous and I left with a new vehicle and a new friend. This is the 3rd Hyundai I have purchased from this Dealer. 2004 Elantra, 2011 Sante Fe and now, a 2012 Sonata Hybrid. Marcelo was our salesman on the Sante Fe (excellent serice/buying experience) and he has always kept in touch and spent time with us when we came in for service, so there was no one else that was going to help me with the Sonata but him. He has consistently shown superior product knowledge on all of the vehicles offered at your dealership, has never pressured in any way and has actually made buying a new car bearable. I have bought 12 new cars in my life and until Marcelo, I could not make that statement. Your service and parts dept. employees have always been 1st class also. All 3 of our Hyundai vehicles have been as good or better than any I have owned which includes Audi and Acura. Excellent vehicles, sales and service and we recommend Marcelo and Hallmark Hyundai constantly. Kudos to Hyundai Motors, Hyundai Finance and to your entire staff at Hallmark.

My husband and I went to Hallmark looking at a Sonanta, we had always driven Fords, and my hubsand had not planned on trading for a hyundai. However after test drving the car he liked it. Steve was our salesman and he was so helpful we told him the price we wanted for our trade in and the price we wanted to pay for the car. We did not have to go through them having us sit and wait for 30 mins to come back with a price that was no where close only to go away again several times. We didn't felt like we was being played a game with.

From the moment I visited the dealership, there was a spirit of helpfulness and genuine teamwork without pressure. When my person wasn't there the second visit, his coworker helped me as though I was his responsibility. They taught me about their cars and showed me the differences in the models. They were soon like family to me regarding their sincerity of helping me find something to fit my financial goal. We drove a few cars and on my third visit, we worked out my purchase price without a struggle. It was a seamless experience and as much as I enjoy this dealership, I have LOVED my new Sonata! I left first thing the next morning for a trip where I averaged between 38 and 43 miles per gallon on a 1700 mile trip. I came back to visit my salespeople/new friends and picked up my tag. After a car accident, I was in need of a new car but didn't have too much money to spend. I first went by Beaman Toyota just to look at options and get an idea on pricing. Even though I told them I wasn't interested in buying that day, they were incredibly pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. That was a horrible experience. Working with Eron and the guys at Hallmark Hyundai was the complete opposite. They understood and respected that I was initially "just looking" and were more concerned about taking care of me than of selling a car. Eron kept me updated on what he had in my price range that fit my criteria with emails, phone calls and even text messages - although, he didn't bombard me.I was in a very different situation - I wasn't looking for a car out of want, it was out of necessity. And with a baby on the way, I didn't have too much money to throw around. Eron and the guys at Hallmark not only understood my situation, but treated me with respect and let me set the timeline on buying NEVER pressuring me into signing anything or purchasing before I was comfortable. They don't work off of commission, so they're main focus is working with and pleasing the customer - not selling as many cars as possible. If you want the cheesy car salesman who says, "What can I do to get you in this car today?!", go somewhere else. If you want to be treated with respect and have someone actually care about your wants and needs, go to Hallmark Hyundai!

Our experience in buying a new Hyundai Veloster Turbo could not have been any better than this recent buy. Mr. Mike Carcione was very courteous,helpful and professional from the moment he greeted us at the door on our first visit to the dealership, and has remained that way till even now. We have purchased several cars before in the past and this tops all of them. Mr. Carcione was able to get the car we wanted, answer all of our questions and put a smile on my face every time I drive my car. I was a Dodge fan for many years, and actually tried to get a new car from them. However the service was not so great. I almost felt like the sales person had no interest once we shared we were only looking and not ready to buy at that moment. Buying a new car is a big investment.. I owned my last car for 8 years! And the time came ready for a new one, I ofcourse wanted to look around and make sure of the decision I would soon make. AVOID!!!My wife and I went there on Sept 29th to purchase a Sonata and were subjected to a blatant (and pathetic) attempt bait and switch us. Curtis Gallagher the GM got involved on the numbers and told us that he COULD NOT order the car we had just specified on the Hyundai website with the salesman and we'd have to go for the two models on the lot which were $4k over the established budget!We walked out after he refused to answer anything further and tried to throw the salesman under the bus by blaming him!Curtis embodies the typical sleazy second hand car salesman of days gone by.We went out the next day and ordered a Ford from Crown Ford instead, which turned out to be a much better experience.Shame, as the salesman, Victor Spencer, was very impressive.

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Hallmark Hyundai. After going to the downtown Hyundai first, the sales person I was working with made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and every question I asked, he rolled his eyes (questions like wanting to look in a car, or what kind of financing they offered). I asked if they could search other dealerships for the car I wanted, he said I would have to do that by myself because they don't do that. He seemed annoyed that he had to go back and forth to his manager to get answers. I did not feel comfortable at all. I decided to go to Hallmark Hyundai because I used to take my previous Hyundai (Tiburon) to them all the time. I was instantly greeted by Marcelo, who was full of energy and very personable. He let me ask all the questions I wanted, opened up every vehicle I asked for, and never stopped smiling. He was GREAT! He then introduced me to Russell, the Sales Manager, who was also a very nice guy. I explained what I was looking for, and although I may have been a little picky, he told me he would see what he could do. I found one Sonata that was 90% of what I wanted and accepted that I probably wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. We went to Marcelo's office and started talking numbers. Where Marcelo's office sat, there were windows behind him which I could see out of. As we were sitting there talking, Russell pulls up in the EXACT car I asked for (from the exterior and interior colors to the tires and rims) . He just looked over, got my attention, and smiled. He made it happen. I have worked in the service industry for the majority of my working years and one thing you learn is that it's all about the customer. The guys at Hallmark are all about their customers. It was a GREAT experience. I will recommend Hallmark Hyundai to all my friends and if you want to feel good about purchasing a car, I HIGHLY recommend you go see these guys. THANK-YOU Russell and Marcelo!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Pearl White Sonata SE :) .

My sales rep,Victor Spencer, was great, probably the best I have ever encountered in auto sales: helpful, accommodating, and courteous. The rest of the staff was a little less so, they seemed to busy to care. The car that I had checked out and intended to buy was sold the night before. They found me another one 2 hours away and after waiting for it to get in it was differeent than described (interior color was different). Later I was told that the interior color, that was in the previous car I had located and what was in the one they told me that was brought in, was and not available. I found another different car on the lot, with more options, and they sold it to me at the same cost.Overall a good experience. I highly recommend Victor for anyone who wants to buy from Hallmark.

I missed seeing Anette yesterday when I brought in my Sonata for routine maintenance, but Chris was just as wonderful, professional, and nice!!I ended up needing a new tire, and Chris was patient while I called Discount Tire. He even gave me thier number and the exact details on the tire so I could shop apples to apples. He was patient and didn't pressure me. I ended up getting the tire at the dealer even though it was about $40 more, mainly because of Chris!Hallmark Hyundai is #1 in my book!!

We dropped our car off at Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville, TN for an oil leak on our 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe. My husband picked it up 6 days later and I told him to call me when he picked it up because I had written down the mileage when I dropped it off. It had 1,024 mi on it when we dropped it off and when he picked it up, it had 1,270!! It was sitting on dead empty. They had given us a loaner car 2 days after we had dropped our car off and the guy that worked there told my husband to make sure we returned the car with gas in it! That's not the half of it though, after he drove our car straight home, we found a dent on the roof of the car! I can assure you it was not there when we dropped the vehicle off...as we had only had the vechicle for 5 weeks before we dropped it off and my husband had washed the car at least 6 times during the time we had it. When I called the dealership about the miles and dent, they had no reasonable explanation about either. I asked if they had cameras on the lot and was told by the service manager that they did not....are you kidding me?! No cameras?! Like I'm supposed to believe that! I had to take off of work just to take the car back over there to deal with this mess after they had it for 6 days. Now, I have to take it back over there again for them to repair the dent in the car. Talk about being sick....I'm beyond sick! and no explanation as to why the car had 250 mi put on it other than we had to "test drive" it or I must have written the mileage down wrong. The general manager did say that since I had a sporty car that it made him wonder about it being driven. What incompetence! I spoke with the service manager and then the General Mgr. They offered to repair the dent, give me a full tank of gas and a free oil change. However, what kind of people do this to someone's brand new car? I will be writing a letter to the owner and to Hyundai and tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership! By the way, on the invoice, they had the mileage in as 1230 and the mileage out at 1245 ...they falsified the invoice. The car was sitting at 1270 miles when we picked it up! We didn't buy our car here, we only had it serviced here but never again! I've heard that dealerships don't like to service cars that they didn't sell...maybe that's why they treated my car like a piece of trash! We also have never owned a Hyundai and if this is any indication of what one is like, then I will never be buying another one! I have NEVER experienced anything like this before...these people need to be closed down!

Larry didn't initially help us but that quickly changed. His personality, patience, and willingness to help was better than any dealership I have encountered.If everyone at this dealership had Larry's personality, patience, and attitude they wouldn't be able to keep cars on the lot.I have passed his name on to others that are considered new vehicles. The service department has also been very friendly. Rodney and Allen were helpful and eager to help.This dealership also has the best receptionist! Bypass all others and go straight to Larry!I also would have never considered one of these cars if it hadn't been for the persistence of Steve Reynolds. He is the service manager at Hallmark Volkswagen. He asked what I was looking for and recommended a CC or Genesis.

my warranty concern was dismissed as normal wear. why should the rubber around the door breaking up on a 2009 mint condition car be normal? he assumed that it is from when i make contact getting in or out of the car which is not true, unless i get in with my shoulders! i spoke with hyundai and they located another dealer that stated they have seen a lot of this and they normally fix it under warranty. they asked me to go to that dealership. the owners should be ashamed for a $120 repair the service mgr will cost hallmark a sale..i have bought 2 hyundai autos in less than 5 years and am close to another. where do you think i will go? i guess if the leather comes loose on my steering wheel they will say i gripped it too hard! want some truth, when i asked allen for the phone # to call and complain he was happy to put it on his card, it was the phone # to road-side assistance!! what a joke

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Car was 6 months out of warranty on fuel pump. Was quoted a price which I accepted. Got a call that they wanted my permission to get another part they did not know that was needed. I asked if I had a choice and was told no. I intend on buying another Hyundai and believe me, mine is in great shape and was even told so by customer service but they will not get my car. I will visit another dealership to buy my next Hyundai.

We were first introduced to Trent when we walked in after setting up an appointment over the phone for the VIP service for looking at cars. We were first set up to talk to the manager but when he found out that we did not want to buy a new car he passed us off to Trent. Trent was very helpful. He was able to listen to what we were looking for and suggest a car that fit our needs. He did not try to sell us a car that he wanted to sell or push on us. He gave us updates on when the car was ready to check out and helping with any questions during the test drive or when we met. If he did not know the answer to a question he went to find out. If we had to find another car Trent would be the salesman that we would want to go to.

I received an excellent deal on a used 2004 Sonata. Russell and Marcelo were both very professional, friendly, and courteous. They answered all questions, resolved all mechanical discrepancies, and promptly delivered an excellent vehicle. My wife and I originally worked with another Hyundai dealer and had an unpleasant experience, but the people at Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville really are superior to other dealers. The associates that my wife and I worked with made us feel right at home, and got us the deal that we were looking for in a new car. They truly do value their customers, and ensured that we had a pleasant no hassle shopping experience. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and recommend them to any and everyone.

Ron Rumley was a well-informed, extremely pleasant, and very friendly salesman. He and sales manager Curtis Gallagher were super easy to deal with and made this new car purchase the best-ever in my experience. My initial impression of my new Sonata GLS: very good quality and a ton of car for the money (truly an exceptional value). As a side note, the dealership itself is extremely clean (even the shop!) and an attractive place to do business.

The salesperson that sold me my Azera was no longer there when I went back for assistance. No one seemed to want to take ownership of any issues I had. I have recieved numerous calls from telemarketers on behalf of Hallmark over the past year When I explain some of the issues I've had they tell me they will pass it along and have someone call. Never happens.(Unless someone else calls to sell me another car) Major Problem at this time: Driver side electric seat back moves forward without warning at any given time. You can be setting still or doing 70 mph, the engine can be off or the engine can be running, it doesn't matter. I had it in for repair and I was charged for it. When it starred happening again I was told it was out of warranty and I would probably be charged again.I also can't tell you how many headlamps I've had to put in the car. I have also filed complaints to the NTSB concerning serveral concerns I have about this model.I believe I was mislead about this vehical from the beginng and nothing has impreesed me about how the dealership deals with these problems since then.I've probably just wasted my time again on Hallmark and Hyundai!!!
