The dealership is great because the people are great. I just bought my 11th can from them. Brian is a true gentleman and the best salesman I ever met ..... ever! Mitch is a great guy running the show. When doing your final paperwork Dan is the man. And never forget the guys is service ... Ryan is always there for you. Like I said ... everyone is great and they treat you like family !!! Now they are my family and have been for 15 years.

The experience I had at Hamilton Mazda was excellent. From the first conversation to the final hand shake, I felt they could not have made the process any easier. Brian Harris was very accommodating to my schedule and was readily available to answer any questions I had. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and he provided the best options quickly. In 2012 I was assisted by Brian Harris and leased a Royal Indigo Blue Mazda 3 Skyactive. I had been in a car accident and wanted a car that was reliable and that I felt safe driving. It was the first time I had a Mazda. I drove the car for 40 months without any problems and with stress free maintenance and assistance from the service department. This month I am happy to say I am now driving a Soul Red 2016 Mazda6 with the assistance once again from Brian Harris. I have never had such a dedicated, impressive, and extremely good experience as I have had with Brian Harris. Brian is exceptional and goes above and beyond with all aspects from beginning to end. The experience with Mike Wills (sales) at Hamilton Mazda was a pleasure. He was able to identify a competitive lease rate for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 that other dealerships weren't able to match, all while speaking to me in a friendly and transparent matter. As this is now my second positive experience with the dealership, it is surely worth noting and taking the time to make others aware. Wonderful - no hassle experience. Pete is the best and took his time explaining all of the options while still getting me in and out in a time period that met my needs. Great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in buying a new car! And Jonathan, the financial expert, was also very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained the various extras that were available and spoke about the benefits of each, but didn't push when I didn't opt for a particular extra. All-in-all it was a great experience.

I drove all the way from downtown Jersey City to look at a car and it was well worth the trip. Awesome buying experience, two thumbs up to Mr. Peter Capriotti. No pressure unlike other places where they "hound" you everywhere you go. Very courteous and well-informed! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Will I recommend this dealership, YES! I saw a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 online, came in for a test drive and wound up driving that car home that night. Not only did I love the model, the sales experience with Danielle was phenomenal. She was friendly, extremely helpful and patient; We were there more than an hour and a half past the time of the dealership closing but she never rushed the process along or made us feel like we were taking too much time. The test drive was long and it helped to get a good sense of the SUV (other dealerships barely let me test drive a model, the test drive at Hamilton VW Mazda was the ideal length). She was able to answer any and all questions we had and was very fair and helpful when negotiating the price and determining which pay plan, extras, etc. to go with. As a 25 year old female, it was very relaxing and pleasant not being pressured, rushed or having a sense of being "played" by a salesman. Danielle made my first time shopping experience an enjoyable one. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience at Hamilton VW Mazda and would come back to this dealership and to Danielle in the future.

I have been purchasing and servicing my VW's through these guys for all 10 years of my driving history and I couldn't be happier. Rick is quite possibly the most patient person I have ever met. Having worked in sales for several years now in NYC, I certainly did not make it easy for him whatsoever. Despite my hard approach these guys stuck with me and left with a gorgeous 2015 GTI with an upgraded subwoofer/power amp courtesy of the skilled service team. During the process I visited four other dealerships and these guys (along with Langhorne) are the only people I would ever purchase/lease a vehicle from.

Peter Capriotti is the best! He was extremely attentive via email and as soon as my husband and I arrived he gave us the keys to take the car I was interested for a test drive. Our negotiation process took 15 minutes if that. I had done a lot of research beforehand about dealerships and once I read the reviews for Hamilton, I was sold. We live about an hour away, but the trip was more than worth it. I will be a repeat customer and would highly recommended Hamilton to anyone!!!

We can't speak highly enough about Hamilton Mazda and the staff they employ. We dealt with sales consultant, Brian Harris and felt completely at ease from the beginning . He never pressured us at any point. He was honest and really looked out for our best interest. The sales manager Mitch sealed the deal with his bottom line best price. The finance rep, Don was a pleasure to deal with as well. Extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. Everything about my car buying experience at Hamilton Mazda was pleasant. My sales consultant, Brian Harris, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He took his time, answered all of my questions, showed me car styles and colors, yet never made me feel rushed. I never felt like I was wasting his time which I have felt at other car dealers. When I switched to the finance department I sat with business manager Don Calilap. It was a very similar experience. He was very friendly and patient. He went over everything in great detail, explained all of the options for financing and other services offered. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I was not interested in. I felt that I received a good deal on the new car (Mazda 3) and my trade in. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My experience at Mazda Hamilton was nothing short then great, the team there is extremely helpful,and more specifically my salesman Brian Harris was a great help, he was professional, friendly and easygoing. After shopping around for dealers online through dealer rater and visiting their websites, I sent out some test drive/quote requests for a new 2014 Mazda 3 sedan. I did not immediately visit Hamilton Mazda (though they did respond promptly to my requests), mainly due to the fact that no sedan models that I was interested in were available to test drive. Other dealers were attempting to get me in the door by saying they had them readily available, though I knew this not to be true. A month or so went by since those initial requests, but Ronnie kept in touch with me through periodic e-mails to see if I was still interested in pursuing a Mazda for my next car. I told him I was and was waiting for a specific sedan trim levels to to come in before I visited for a test drive. As soon as the models I wanted to see were offloaded from the truck and prepped, Ronnie contacted me to let me know that he had them waiting and ready for a test drive. We scheduled a drive, but I had to cancel for another obligation. Later that week, I contacted Hamilton's online chat service to ask a question about some of the new accessories I saw in the sales brochure for the Mazda 3. Neal was the representative I spoke with, and he was very helpful and polite. I called him to discuss my inquiry further, and he was able to quickly and accurately tell me the answers to my questions after speaking with Hamilton's parts representative. He invited me in to test drive the cars that Ronnie and I previously discussed, so I decided to come in after work that day. Shortly after my arrival, I met with Neal who greeted me with a professional and friendly manner and showed me the 2 models (all setup and ready to go out front) that I had asked about. He took my driver's license to make a copy, grabbed the keys, and showed me around the cars. He turned one on and showed me some of the features with the command media system and then said the cars were mine to take out for a drive on my own. I wasn't expecting a solo test drive, but he told me a good route to take them on and to bring them back when I was done. No time limit, no restrictions. Just me and the cars. I drove the first model and came back about 15 minutes later. He tossed me the keys to the 2nd model and off I went again! I spent more time with the 2nd model as this was the one I was seriously interested in. Upon my return, he asked what I thought and was happy to answer any of my extra questions. I checked out the rest of the car (trunk, rear seats, etc.) before walking inside to talk about the ordering process. Neal knew I wasn't ready to purchase yet from our discussion over the phone (I'm in the process of saving up my down payment), so he just told me what the next steps would be when I was ready to place an order/make a purchase. ZERO pressure to try to obtain my business unlike some other dealers I had visited previously. I asked about the benefits of purchasing through Hamilton and what kind of price point they sell their cars at. I left feeling very excited about the new 2014 Mazda 3 and have decided it's the car I will purchase. Ronnie and Neal helped to make the experience of test driving it and answering my questions about the car a joy and hassle free. I definitely recommend them for a no non-sense enjoyable car shopping experience!

Traveled an hour to buy a used Infiniti G37. I searched the internet prior to buying and their price was very competitive. There was no scams like other dealers who add bogus costs to the internet advertised price. Neal, my salesperson, was very easy to work with and even contact the previous owner of the G37 to track down the second keyless ignition / entry key. I was very pleased with the customer care after the purchase. Neal followed through on promises that he made during the purchase. Too often other dealers forget your name after they have your money. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone considering an automobile purchase.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the Hamilton Mazda dealership, particularly Sales Consultant Brian Harris and Sales Manager Mitch Selsky. First of all, I live in Delaware, about 1 hour from Hamilton, and was a little hesitant about purchasing my next vehicle from a New Jersey dealership, so far away from my home. I had been searching for just the right Mazda CX-7, and it looked like Hamilton had a strong contender...2011, certified, low mileage, loaded, clean-looking. I contacted them via their website, and Brian Harris called me back within minutes. That was an impressive first impression. I drove out the next day, met Brian, who was personable, professional, experienced and knowledgeable...a perfect combination. He understood what I was looking for, that I drove some distance to get there, and that I didn't want to spend more time than necessary. I took it for a spin...liked it a lot. Exactly as described. We discussed price, and reached agreement pretty quickly. I left a deposit, and Brian kept in touch over the next couple of days, making sure all was ready when I came back to make final payment and take delivery. The car was clean, perfect, and ready when Brian said it would be. Checking out was efficient and painless. We also kept in touch over the next few weeks, as the registration process in Delaware is a bit different from New Jersey. Brian was willing to do whatever was necessary to expedite the process, and ensure my temp tags didn't expire before I had my Delaware plates in hand. Many thanks to Brian and Mitch for giving me one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Even though I live out of state, I would seriously consider going out of my way to do business with them on my next vehicle purchase. Thank you!!!

Really happy with my experience. I worked with Jonathan. He what very friendly and helpful. Told me what they could do for price and didn't try to nickel and dime me. All the extras (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc.) were explained thoroughly. They didn't try and push things that I didn't need and if I said no they didn't give me a sales pitch on it. Very friendly honest people. I'll be going there again next year to get my girlfriend a car.

Brian was friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and inspired my confidence. He was very attentive but not at all pushy. I felt that he worked hard to find a creative way to meet my needs, both in the criteria for the car I wanted to buy and for the financing that I needed to make it work for me. I can't say enough good things about Brian, he is truly wonderful. John helped me with all the paperwork and warranties and financing, and I felt that he also worked hard to give me what I could truly use in a warranty at a really good price. His explanations of all the warranty options were clear and concise. I was impressed by what he was willing to do for me so that I could get the extended warranty that I wanted.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to let Marlon know the specific vehicle type I was looking for. Between himself and a colleague, the located an approximate time that my vehicle would be available - about a month and a half later. After only a very brief conversation, Marlon remembered me and the vehicle that I was looking for. He gave me a call when it came in to let me know that I could take it for a test drive. Myself, my wife and two kids went in for the test drive, unannounced. While waiting for Marlon to finish, others checked on us to make sure that we were OK, and even made sure that we knew about heir family friendly waiting room - the Disney channel always helps my 2 yr old to be a little more patient. Why offer this rating? This was the smoothest car buying process I have ever been involved with, after buying a number of used vehicles for myself and family. I am not an easy customer, either - I tend to be demanding. I made the terms that I needed very clear. Marlon and the finance department worked to make it happen - in almost record time. I was in & out in less than 2 hours. I am especially impressed that my registration transferred smoothly and easily, as well as having the accessories installed.. Marlon was everything that I could ask for - he was my point person even AFTER the sale, making sure that all my needs were met. I am looking forward to a very long and positive relationship with Marlon Lising and all of Mazda of Hamilton

My husband and I called the evening prior to our visit to see a pre-owned vehicle. Frank (Rocky) had the vehicle ready for us to test drive the following day. My husband and I felt that Frank was very patient with the entire buying process (since we did purchase the vehicle), and he treated us as if he'd known us for years. The other service associates we encountered were just as friendly and patient. A car fax was provided at no extra cost, and was offered to us by the service associates. We were given freedom to look and talk, without any pressure at any time. We feel that we got a great price for our car, and so far so good. The vehicle, although not certified, was treated with the same inspection points as a vehicle that is qualified to be certified. The vehicle was well-maintained and given extra care by the dealership, so much so we were very confident in its quality as a used truck. My husband and I feel confident that we can pick up the phone at any time for any issue with our vehicle and receive the same level of customer service and consideration as we did the day we purchased our vehicle. Frank has contacted us since the purchase, very casually to make sure that we were happy, just like he would a friend.

I have not gotten service work done here yet, so no review on that. I recently purchased a new 2012 Mazda 3i Touring. I went to look at a 2010, and was helped so much that I was able to buy the new one at a great price! I worked with Jamie on the sale- she was friendly, informative, patient, and overall a great sales person without being pushy. She offered her suggestions, answered my questions, and then accepted my decisions without taking insult or continuing to push. The sales manager Mitch got involved in the final dealings, and with his friendly attitude and jokes, helped even more to get me into the car I wanted. When in the financial office with the final paperwork with Don, he explained everything fully. I have never felt so confident every step of the way, and the people at this dealership really make a difference! I look forward to dealing with them in the future, and after visiting dozens of other car dealerships throughout NJ, I don't ever want to go anywhere else!

I had a great experience with them they have great customer service skills worked within my budget. They have really good deals as well! Anyone looking for mazda or volkswagon should definately check them out!

Stick shift lover

I bought my new VW Golf TDI diesel with a stick shift in mid Jan 2012 and was totally happy with the dealership and my salesman Pete Capriati. Pete did not have exactly the car I wanted on the lot but was able to find it and have me in it in a little over a week. I love this car and am glad I waited for the right one. The negotiation was simple and not stressful even though I don't buy cars very often. I haven't rated customer service or the repair shop only because I have not used them yet.

Pete Capriotti was my salesperson and he was able to get me out of my current loan was putting a serious hurting on me and my wallet to say the least and I got a used 2009 CC Passat which is great. It has a lot of bells and whistles in it. I will deal with Pete Capriotti and dealership again.

Just traded in my EOS for a Turbo Beetle. I arrived at the dealership just to check out the new Beetle. Pete Capriotti was great to work/deal with. He gave my alot of info about the car and I left the dealership after my test drive with my quote with no pressure to buy. After doing alittle more shopping around and checking out another vehicle I was interested in, I went back to Hamilton Imports and bought the Beetle.It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Just purchased my first Volkswagen. I liked the sleek body design and handling of the car. Overall my experience with this dealership was good especially since I had to wait for the 2012 to come in. My wife and I have bad credit, we'd been to numerous dealerships who were very vague with the terms and conditions of purchasing a vehicle. Many didn't return our calls at all and others couldn't get us financed. I don't know how, but Pete Capriotti and the people at Hamilton Imports got us financed and now we have our beautiful Jetta. i dont know much about the mazda but the volkswagon sale people are really nice. I highly reccommend to look for Pete Capriotti. He was really nice to us. Gave us all the information we needed. we did not make the decision the first day as we were looking into different cars but they were very patient. And finally we ended up buying from them.

Becareful with these people not answering your question is the same as lying. I was dealing with Neal Simon the internet guy. Anytime I had a question that could change the deal he would ignor the question. I my case I was dealing with Neal for several weeks I made an appointment to come into the dealership on a Saturday Oct 1st a couple of days prior to my appointment I asked Neal if all the incentives were still being offered by Mazda. He didn't answer my question. I showed up that Saturday to learn that all the incentived ended the day before Sept. 30th. A simple e-mail or phone call would have saved me an hour drive.

We were searching multiple dealers for a reliable used car for son who travels a distance to and from College. We found that Hamilton Imports had the best selection of vehicles - all in very good condition and the staff were very pleasant. Loved our salesman - Pete. Not to much haggling over price and trade price - they were not pushy either. My son and husband were there earlier in the day and after many stops at other dealers, ended up back there to purchase a vehicle. They had great financing specials too which gives you more flexibility in the dollar value of what you can spend for a car.

We had to buy our car long-distance -- not easy. We knew what we wanted, but still had to track down our car under time pressure. Pete Capriotti and the folks at Hamilton Imports were great about following up e-mails and phone calls (unlike other dealers we tried). They found us a car, took care of the paperwork, and promised we would have it at the time and date we specified. We were a bit skeptical, but they were as good as their word. We arrived in town; they sent a car to pick us up; and the rest went like clockwork -- friendly, smooth, efficient and no nasty surprises. We were thrilled. Very happy to give this dealership nothing but gold stars.

We heard good things about Hamilton and Pete Capriotti before and that turned out to be nothing less then true: they undercut the price from the other dealership, followed up on the order very well and were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Even with Hurricane Irene coming close, they made things happen and made sure we got our car when we needed it.

Pete Capriotti helped me out in buying my very first car. From the moment I stepped foot on to the lot to the moment the keys were handed over to me I was treated like family. I never felt overwhelmed or bullied into making choices like I had been with other dealerships before choosing VW. Pete was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which led me to buying a brand new 2011 Jetta SEL. Months later, I am still as pleased with my experience and in love with my car as I was when I drove it off the lot the very first day.
