I was disappointed. First of all, it took way too long. An appointment for oil change, inspection, and Tire changeover at 10:30 AM was told done by 3PM. Secondly the inspection failed on a 2020 vehicle with 20k miles due to "rust on the rear brakes". It is possible (though unlikely) the brakes did fail by the letter of the law, but there is no way this posed a safety risk on a vehicle driven daily that is this new. Mr. Handy did reach out and encourage contacting local representatives about the inspection laws and I will. I also encourage others to do so. Still, the inspection was done at the dealership and the bottom line is I ended up purchasing $420 worth of brakes the vehicle did not need.

I recently was at Handy Buick with my wife and daughter to purchase a used vehicle. We were helped by Emma. She was a people person for sure. She made the 3 hr trip there worth it for us. From her greeting when we arrived to finalizing the deal, she was great at making us feel welcomed. Matt on the financial side was also great at helping us to understand everything as well. Handy Buick for sure is a place worth going to for your next vehicle. They will treat you right.

Had been looking for a Truck for a while. There was one well within the price I was looking for at Handy's. My wife and I went up to St. Albans from Burlington late Friday. I had called ahead and the Vehicle was waiting when I got there and they assigned Sales Rep Emma to assist us. I have purchased numerous vehicle in the past and have never had such a pleasant welcome and absolutely zero pressure or questions when meeting Emma. Emma talked with us for a while, not trying to sell us something just questions about us, like she was getting to know us! Emma gave us the keys and just ask that we be back within a half hour or so. Upon the return from the test drive my wife and I decided this was the truck we wanted. When I talked to Emma again there was absolutely zero pressure, we told Emma we wanted the vehicle and said we would come back on Saturday to complete the deal. The next day I returned to do the paperwork, I spent about an hour talking to Emma about a lot of different subjects while Matt did up the paperwork. When Matt put the paperwork in front of me there was absolutely no hidden expenses, it was the vehicle, the title fee, the taxes, and a doc fee, that was it! Gave Matt what i owed them, he returned about 15 minutes later and we were done! It took longer for me to get my last Cell Phone than to buy this truck! My previous truck I was at the another dealer ship for over four hours! Emma and Matt were outstanding and made me feel so comfortable and like I was among friends. I will definitely purchase at Handy Buick GMC Cadillac again. Thank you for such a great experience.

Had a great experience buying a new GMC Terrain. Hope was our salesperson and was fantastic. Never pushed us to buy but was very personable and hospitable. She made the whole sales experience easy and honest. Would recommend Handy GMC to anyone looking to get a new or used car.

I initially experienced your dealership when I was stranded on the interstate with an electric municipal car that ran out of electric. The friendly person who picked me up had bought a truck from your dealership and thought he could drop me off at your dealership for help. Unfortunately your dealership does not work with electric cars but I was able to arrange for towing and have a safe place to wait for help. While waiting I quizzed a salesman about buying new vs. leasing. A few months later, I am now happily leasing an new truck. This is my first experience driving a brand new truck as I have only been able to afford to buy used trucks in the past.

There are no games, no gimmicks. Seriously though; Handy Buick, GMC, Cadillac is without doubt the best dealership around; they have inventory and make the car buying experience quick and painless. For my second lease now, I connected with a salesman via email and spent about ten minutes in the dealership to sign papers. Really have no desire to go elsewhere.

I was hesitant at first as I had always purchased from smaller car dealers. I found a great truck at a good price. Marcie gave me fair trade-in and worked with me to get my payment where I needed it. After the sale I found two issues with the vehicle. The warranty did not cover them but she helped me out no problems and was quick getting it fixed.

I was interested in a used truck and made mention to Bud if he came across one that meet my criteia to let me know. He had one come in that they were going to send to the auction but thougth I may have an interest in. It turned out to be a good fit for me. The sales representative team was great. I was offered a deal which could not be turned down in a situation where the representative knew I was in desperate need for a vehicle. In a situation like this many sales representatives could take advantage of your need of a new vehicle and not participate in any negotiations. In this case, there were no negotiations needed, in fact the initial offer was too good to argue. It was nice to have a sales representative actually want to help out.
