Purchased a Gmc suv....started having issues. Every time I would call Mr haney some one would pick it up keep it a couple days .then mr Haney would call and say ain't a thing in the world wrong with that truck. 🤬😡. Well just might get a attorney involved in this ! I have all calls and texts as well as voice-mails saved

Got my 2012 gmc Serra from them with a promise it had motor and transmission 2 year warranty or 24,000 miles from the financial company and it would be coming in the mail, never received it but was told over and over that it did come with the truck, 1 year goes by truck start having transmission problems I go up there thinking it’s covered and everything is ok, they give me the run around and tell me they will call me later today, 4 hours later they call and tell me i don’t have a warranty and they was sorry they told me it had one.So now I’m looking 2k to 3k for a new transmission and a truck that lasted one year. Buyers Beware !!!

Unfriendly, lying money hungry peoples. Bought a vehicle, same day I bought it, it quits on me. I waited 2 weeks before being rudely told to go pick up my money!!! 😠
