My husband and I have been here a couple times to buy cars. First time was in about 2018 and we had a good experience, but they kept on pushing the price barely out of our range we were comfortable with. We just went yesterday and the experience had completely changed. We had to leave for a family thing. They called us to tell us their offer. It was twice what we told them we could pay! After we got the call I felt like we had wasted our time, at least we didn't spend all day there like the first time.

We had an amazingly smooth experience with excellent customer service from our first phone call until the time we walked out with our new car. It was the fastest we have ever been in and out during a car buying experience and they were able to match our loan pre-approval. Love the new car.

Elk Grove Kia made me wait an hour and wouldn't take my end of the lease vehicle and manager refused to do it because he was too busy. Same job was done in 5 minutes by these guys with respect and complete customer satisfaction. Thanks Andre.

Purchased a vehicle and they lost there gas card so they didn't fill up my car. I had to convince them to use there own money to pay for my gas. Then they only filled up 3/4 of the way. They are a bunch of idiots there. Would never buy a car from them again.
