I had a great experience at Hansel Ford. Jorge was great with helping me find my new truck and was extremely helpful throughout the process. This is my third Ford vehicle but my first from Hansel. I will certainly be back for the next one when the time comes. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a refrigerated van for our farming business. Hansel had a 2019 F250 Transit van with built-in ThermoKing refrigeration. We traded our 2015 Nissan Frontier in and were able to negotiate the price down quite a bit. Great new van will be a game-changer for us. Great, friendly, helpful staff!

I brought my 1996 Ford Explorer to Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa CA and they really took excellent care of my truck!! One of their helpful service managers David Elhardt took it upon himself to make sure my older 1990s truck got the love/attention she needed and had her back on the road the very same day. Now that's a model example of how a service department should operate!! They have the most reliable mechanics and dedicated staff. Thanks again David for giving me the piece of mind that my truck is always in good hands!!

Bought a brand new vehicle with an issue in one tire that kept deflating within the first 2 weeks of purchase. After the first appointment, they found nothing, on the second appointment they find a pin hole near the side wall that they say is not repairable. So I have to buy a new $200. tire. Tire was not damaged, no nails, no curb hits or rash. In my opinion the tire was defective, but nobody mentioned this possibility. This was a classic case of how to lose a satisfied customer.
