Jay Penny has been my salesman for years. I would Highly recommend Harbin and more specifically I would definitely talk to Jay. He is extremely helpful.

Jay knew what I was interested in and when something came in he thought I would like he would let me know. Once I had decided on "that perfect SUV" the buying process was so easy....none of that your at the dealership all day kind of thing haggling over a price. BEST buying experience I have had EVER!!!

I visited Harbin Chevrolet to look at a car I saw online. My Salesman was Jay Penny and he was very nice and helpful. He was honest with me about any and all questions I had and helped me compare different vehicles. He was also patient with me even after 2 different test drives. There was never any pressure to buy the car but after he worked so hard to help get the right financing for me - I was more than happy to drive it home! I've already referred friends to Harbins and to see Jay especially, he is awesome!

I recently was looking for a new truck and was amazed to find they had the inventory for the exact vehicle I had set my eyes on in stock (at first I thought it might be a scam to get me to come there). Nope they emailed me, said to come by to look at it and sure enough its was the exact one I was looking for ready to take a test drive in. Jay Penney was extremely knowledgable about the trucks and options, pricing and financing. I also had a trade-in and they made the process painless for me. I would highly recommend speaking with Jay and Harbin if you are in the market for a new truck. Great honest folks, and made the process very easy.

I went to Harbin Chevrolet in search of a new Silverado and I was greeted promptly by Anthony Gipson , a certified Chevy salesman. He was very knowledgeable of all the different features that were available on each model and helped us to choose the best truck to fit our needs. I was very impressed with the attention to customer service and time of our visit, they helped us and we were in and out of the dealership with a new truck in less that a hour. We will be buying our next Chevy from Anthony at Harbin Chevrolet in Scottsboro, we would urge you to make the drive and visit them.
