We were only "considering" buying a new car. Kevin Smiley brought a new vehicle to our house and insisted I drive it to lunch w/my granddaughter. He was thorough with explaining the features of the Ford Fusion. When our 17 year old granddaughter approved of the car, I knew it was a done deal! We could not have asked for Kevin or Rob Black to have been anymore pleasant or professional to deal with. We look forward to a lengthy relationship with Hardee Ford. We highly recommend the dealership and Kevin Smiley!

Even though I have taken my vehicle in several times for different work to be performed on it, the service department is very pleasant every time I have been there. The warm smiles and addressing by name really puts the initial problem behind for a few minutes. While waiting, I have walked to the dealership itself. Again, just the warm greetings you get from all while your there really makes you feel like home. Hardee Ford has a wonderful staff in both sales and service. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to them for long term basis.

My husband and I went in to purchase one used vehicle and ended up purchasing two - one used and one new. I traded my 2013 Escape for a 2014 Escape which was not my plan but it worked out for the best.

I have been a customer at this location on more than one occasion and each time I had great service. From the service department for an oil change to the sales rep discussing buying a new car, the whole experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/used car or to service their current vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer Limited from Hardee Ford in South Hill, VA. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and my entire car shopping experience. I live out-of-state, so much of my initial interaction was done electronically through the internet sales manager, Kevin Smiley. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV itself and was able to assist greatly in the decision making process. When I came in for a test drive, he even went so far as to load my belongings in the back of my soon-to-be-ride to see if it all fit. This was very helpful in determining which Ford was the right one for me. He also, very willingly, climbed in the back to prove that a grown man could ride comfortably in the 3rd row. When the purchase was made, he had all of my paperwork ready for me when I got there. There was no sitting around and waiting, which is what I have experienced in the past when purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Kevin and his co-workers really made the car buying experience very simple, even with purchasing from out-of-state. After the purchase, he didn't stop there. He sat in the car with me and walked me through some of the key features I would need to operate. His demonstration was fabulous and it was clear he has done his homework on this vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin Smiley and the entire Hardee Ford personnel to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am proud of my new vehicle and truly feel like I was given the best deal possible.

I went to Hardee Ford ISO of a truck and was going to be trading in my Chevy Cruze, I worked with Kevin Smiley and he was very patient and helpful, and did everything he could to get me the best deal! I ended up leaving with a brand new Ford Edge! I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and my experience at Hardee Ford, everyone was so friendly there. Kevin and I had the most fun test driving my Edge! I will definitely go back there in the future and recommend this place to others! Kevin still to this day will call me and see how my Edge is doing and I bought it over 4 months ago! He's awesome and you should go check him and Hardee Ford in South Hill out! :-)

I purchased a mustang from Hardee Ford and had a great experience. I had shopped around and they had the best price. The salesman was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the finance guys helped me work it into my budget perfectly . This is my second vehicle purchase from them and I have not been disappointed. Excellent service and everyone was very friendly . Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Smiley during the purchase of my new ford explorer. He was super patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Hardee Ford in South Hill, Va has certainly won 5 stars my way. My dealer, as well as 3 others in my family, is Tony Thompson. He helps you with any and every need/want that you may have, and he's altogether just a great guy. I have currently bought a 2012 ford fusion a month ago from him and has never been happier. He's helped me with a great price range and satisfied my wants! My family and I couldn't be happier with our 4 Fords sitting in the driveway bought from Mr. Thompson. Very recommended!

I recently bought a new Ford Focus hatchback from the gentlemen at Hardee Ford in South Hill. It was a very friendly, low pressure environment. I feel I got a fair trade in price, and a fair purchase cost for the new car. The ease of the transaction was quite amazing. I have and would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Ford in the Southside Virginia region.
