The process of finding the right vehicle is an overwhelming process. I looked on line at all the major dealerships in my area for months to find my mom the right one. I finally found exactly what she was looking for at Harold Zeigler. When we got there they could not find the one we were hoping to see but instead Victor found us a better one. Victor was amazing to work with. We left happy and completely satisfied with our decision to buy a vehicle from Harold Zeigler.

Thanks so much to Collin our great Sales associate. Collin was very patient and willing to work with us as we reviewed inventory and different options. Definitely found the information was helpful with our final decision. Big thanks to the dealership for their swift paper process. Normally you have to sit through an hour reviewing paperwork but it was completely in/out service that was refreshing to experience.

I spent months prior to purchasing my vehicle searching online, and reading personal reviews for multiple dealers. Harold Zeigler had several positive reviews, so I went ahead and setup a test drive on a vehicle that I was interested in. I heard back within a few hours from, Rich Snay, and he gladly worked out a date that worked best for me to come down and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, he already had the vehicle ready. I test drove multiple vehicles that day, and not once was Rich pushy in anyway to try and get me to leave with a vehicle that day. After test driving, we spoke for a while and were able to agree on a price with a vehicle I have since fallen in love with. This was by far an absolutely painless and easy process for my first major vehicle purchase, and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

This dealership was GREAT to work with. I would encourage everyone to stop here before making a decision somewhere else. I almost made a deal at another dealership and would have regretted that! Rich at Zeigler was able to get me a better deal on the 2013 car I was searching for than ANY of the dealerships on 28th street. It was cheaper PLUS it only had 16000 miles compared to 45000 at the other dealership!! I knew Rich was able to get me the best deal and we were able to come to a no pressure agreement. I had bought the car two months ago and am absolutely loving it. I would have gotten rid of my 2000 ford escort and made this move a year ago if I knew the process was going to be so easy and affordable. Thanks again Rich and everyone at Harold Zeigler!

Very disappointed in our only customer interaction. We visited to look into a used vehicle we found via Cars.com. When we arrived we were told the dealership was closing in 25 minutes and asked to come back at a different time. I obliged immediately as this was a major purchase, but then they asked me to stay as I cruised through the door. We did eventually stay and had a nice discussion - after closing - with a salesman. However, we chose to not purchase a vehicle from HZ because of the poor initial interaction. If the store is open until a certain time, then serve the customers until that time - don't ask them to leave as, well, customers do. We bought a nearly identical year vehicle days later from another dealership, but with far fewer miles at the same price.

I came to Harold Zeigler C.D.J.R. after initially visiting a dealer in Lansing, MI. I went back and forth for about an hour with the Lansing dealer until I got to what was almost a good deal. So I thought I'd check out another dealer to compare. I inquired online at Harold Zeigler's website about a 2016 Jeep Patriot and heard back from Rich Snay very quickly. Through only 2 email exchanges, he offered me a way better deal than the Lansing dealer. He asked me what I wanted to spend, and he matched it. I went in to test drive and work out a fair price on the car, and when I arrived Rich had already pulled the car up and had it ready to test drive. After the drive, we sat down and I had my excel sheet ready to make sure I was getting a fair price on my lease. Rich actually beat my expectations and gave me an incredible deal! He made the process really smooth and easy. Plus he was extremely patient with me as I crunched some numbers. I gave the buying process here 4/5 stars because although it was smooth, it did take awhile. After Rich and I agreed on a price, it still took about an hour and a half to get out the door. Although I was ready to get out of there with my new Jeep, the wait was worth it. I would definitely recommend this dealer, and Rich specifically.

I found a Jeep out of state. Got in touch with Rich Snay and he actually had the Jeep delivered to Grandville which is only a 20 minute drive for me. He was very honest and upfront which was appreciated considering I had not seen the Jeep in person and put money down to have it transferred closer. Very good experience!

After not being taking searius because of my age at 3 other dealerships ,Ziegler was the first one that took me for real and took the time to actually talk to me . I bought a new truck and love it , the only thing negative about this place in my opinion is , I brought my truck in to get an oil change at there service center and something with the oil filter housing wasent right . Instead of telling me that they let me wait for 1.5 hours . I like to know what's happening with my vehicle if complications come up and not being left in the dark . Other then this I was very happy with the sales service !

Looking for a vehicle on cars.com and found what I was looking for at Zeigler. I contacted the dealer and quickly received a call from Rich Snay. I worried about buying a car from a dealer 180 miles and 2 states away, however I found Rich to be professional and informative and did not experience the typical salesman pitch. A few days later I made the 3 hour drive nervous about what the car would really look like and it was awesome. I was also pleasantly surprised when Rich came and introduced himself as he was not supposed to be working that day. I am glad I had the opportunity to meet him in person. There was an issue with the financing I had arranged but Rich and the finance manager were able to work through the details and get me on my way. I definitely recommend Rich Snay and Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.

Aug 2015 - I was looking for a 2015 Dodge RAM Truck...And since I had dealt with Rich previously, there was no question who I should contact...I sent him a list of things I wanted on my RAM...Within a few days he found my RAM...A few bumps in the process due to the dealer that had the RAM in their inventory...But, within a week or so, I signed papers and drove away in my 2015 Dodge RAM 1500...Rich was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in handling the whole find / purchase process...I would highly recommend him and Harold Ziegler to anyone who needs a new Dodge RAM.

March 2015 - I was looking online at different dealer sites for a Caravan for my wife...Rich Snay e-mailed me shortly after I had been on the Harold Ziegler site and asked me if he could help me (the only person that contacted me !!!)...I said sure and sent him a list of things I wanted on our Caravan...Within a few days he found the Caravan we wanted...Shortly after that we signed papers and drove away in our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan...Rich was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in handling the whole find / purchase process...I would highly recommend him and Harold Ziegler to anyone who needs a new Dodge.

I purchased my vehicle through Greg Ireland at Harold Ziegler in Grandville. I must say this was the easiest car shopping experience I've ever had. Greg was very informative, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very patient with all the questions I had and took the time to go over all my options. The place as a whole is very welcoming and comfortable. I am happy I decided to go through Harold Ziegler and will definitely be using them in the future.

Stopped by Zeigler one day after work to look at the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I was very impressed with my experience with the dealership. My sales advisor, Rich Snay was awesome and was able to earn my business that day. The sales manager and finance manager were both great as well. I had been in the market for about 6 months before I purchased in Sept of 2015 and I am very glad I did business with Zeigler of Grandville.

The facility is very nice and the quality and selection of cars is fantastic, however, I felt very pushed and pressured about the purchase of the vehicle and the additional insurances. I'm young and they are a dealership that will take advantage of that. When I declined their offer for a couple insurances I received several glaring faces from Rich Snay and Mark the financing agent. Good cars for good prices but go in like you're on a mission and don't do anything you don't want before you walk in.

I was in need of a new vehicle and was undecided as to what to get. A car, truck or maybe a new Jeep. My sales person, Pete Butkiewicz, was unbelievable. Very Professional, with a laid back personality. He spent a lot of time we me looking for just the right vehicle. I finely choose a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in Deep Cherry Red with Dark Sienna Brown interior. There was only one available and it was 200 miles away. He did a dealer trade and I had my Jeep in two days. I could not be happier with the Jeep and Harold Zeigler Chrysler Jeep. Greg Ireland was our sales representative and made the entire purchasing experience one we will never forget. Really a great experience! Let me put a bit of context into this review. I'm a sales professional who works for an international company. So, the bar for customer service is set extremely high. This was not a stereotypical car buying experiance. Marc listened closely as we described our needs, wants and desires. Then, he offered suggestions and recommendations that mattered to us. We completed the deal and love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Marc and the entire crew at Zeigler Grandville exceeded my expectations. If anyone thinks that the sales process and dealership doesn't matter, your kidding yourself. Great job guys! Thanks.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Harold Zeigler Grandville location and I enjoyed it very much. Our sales person Rich Snay was extremely polite and was able to answer all of our questions. If you looking for a no pressure sales person, go see Rich, he was fun to work with. Also what really impressed us was at the end of everything, he didn't just hand us the keys and say good bye. He then spent the next 1/2 hour to 45 minutes going over our new vehicle and how to use everything. It was simply amazing! I have never had this kind of treatment anywhere! Thank you Rich and Harold Zeigler for the best car buying experience ever!

My wife and I recently bought a car from this establishment and were very pleased with the service that we received as well as the car. We had been to dealerships all over SW Michigan but many of them just had pushy salesmen that would try to sell us over priced cars. Richard was a very nice salesman that didn't push too hard and showed us a quality vehicle. An Overall good experience.

Their sales and finance department are shady and unethical who will take advantage of anyone to make a sale!!! I would not reccomend anyone to patronize this business unless you have money to throw away!!!!

I drove a long ways because they said they had what I wanted. The jeep was not the shade I wanted, I only got $100 for my trade. The windshield has a spider crack and little stone specs all over. The spider was fixed but not well, you could see it plain as day. It was raining so I didn't see it until the rain stopped. I was never informed either about this flaw. I called and asked for them to replace the windshield the answer was NO. This is the last vehicle I will probably buy in my life time, what a way to end. Needless to say I am sick, this is a 2010 so it wasn't an oldie I bought. I even had a windshield guy look at it, he is the one that told me it was filled and nothing he could do about it now. It looks awful. I feel like crying rather than being over joyed getting the vehicle I wanted.

I found these guys on Cars.com and along with 4 other dealers, they had they car I was looking for. The vehicle was for my wife so she had the real say I was just along for the ride and to make sure she didn't taken. All but one of the dealerships seemed to give her not only the best price, but treated her like they would not stop until she was satisfied not them. We had great conversation between the sales staff and the finance person and through all the back and forth, were able to sucure our car quickly and at a competitive price. Thanks Harold Zeigler for putting value back into a car purcahse.

I purchased a Dodge Caliber from this dealership after being lead there from an internet site. The shopping process was professional and not pressured. The salesperson was pleasant and service minded. There were a few minor problems with the vehicle that were handled quickly and thoroughly. So far I am pleased. I'll be taking the car to them for its first servicing soon.

My new Charger's push to start button failed. I called them and asked what I should do, and the guy told me to pop the button off and look for the key slot to start it. I did so, but much to my surprise, there was no key slot. It was now ruined. They had it for the next 3 weeks. Returned scratched
