Harper Infinity and my salesman Joe could not have been easier to deal with. I live 4-1/2 hours away. I never saw the car in person till the day I bought it. They met me halfway. Had all the paperwork ready. The car did not disappoint. It looks like it t just rolled off the assembly line. It took about 30mins to come to a agreement on price, but that was only because we where communicating through text and phone. The buying experience was so good my sister bought a QX60 over the weekend. If you want a honest dealer, that gives you a fair price for your trade in and your new car, no pressure, returns calls in a timely manner, does exactly what they say they are going to do then this is your dealership. They have a lot of used cars too, if you don't want a Infinity. Do yourself a favor and check this place out first.

Daryl was absolutely wonderful to work with when purchasing my new car. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Chris Shore, was fantastic. We were in a bit of a pinch with our vehicle situation - one of our cars was on its last leg and the other was giving us problems. I reached out to Harper, since I had bought there before and Chris was great. He was honest, straightforward, and really took the time to help us figure out the best solution for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed, while making sure it was also the right solution financially. Harper was great. They let us keep the vehicle overnight and there was absolutely no pressure. The buying process itself was smooth, relaxed, and quick. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Chris and Harper Infiniti.

This was the best buying experience we have ever encountered in our 44 years of buying a cars. Our salesman, Chris Womack was very knowledgeable of all the cars features, gave us a price. We test drove it & bought the car. His price did not add crazy charges. It was exactly what he said. After the paper work was finished. He spent several hours demonstrating all of it's features. This is not the first vehicle we have purchased from Matt and Tommy at Harpers Infinit...and their is a reason why. From the General Manager,, to the sales manager, to the finance manager, Harper Infiniti is a first class operation which creates a incredible consumer buying experience. Harper Infiniti understands their consumer and seems to inventories the appropriate line-up of vehicles including he ideal number of cars to choose, model choices and the option packages available.. Certainly makes the selection process easier and expeditious. The reason we came back 6 years later to trade the M35 was obviously the extraordinary vehicle, but also the great experience with the Service Department. Put them up against, Mercedes, Volvo, Toyota for the ideal service experience. Cant beat a loaner every time and a washed car when you pick it up.

Joe Hartley is a Wonderful Sales Man and even better person! I found myself at Harper Infiniti with a 03 G35 that had a broken alternator for the second time. I was hoping the part was still under a warranty but found out from the service department that it wasn't. Then I was introduced to Joe. The remaining time I spent there went from a very down and discouraging time, to one of the best deals I've ever gotten! This was all mainly because of Joe Hartley. They ended up taking my old 03 G35 and putting me in a 2012 G 37 all wheel!! It was truly amazing! I have to honestly say out of every car buying experience I've had I've never had a more positive, friendly, welcoming experience as I did at Harper Infiniti and with Joe Hartley!

The reason my family has purchased Infiniti cars since late 1980's is the dealership experience. Yes, the cars are well built. My recent purchase of a Q70L was confirmed by my current and continued service from my 1996 I30. It still drives well But good cars are available from many sources but Harper's always allows me to focus on the car and not on the sales pressure.

I had my first Harper Infiniti experience 6 years ago and haven't looked back. The Harper dealership is THE standard for how a customer friendly dealership should work. I have always had great experiences with Tommy Pulverinti in researching, finding, and selecting the car that is just right for me and my family. He is so effective we currently own 3 cars. Matt Stegall is excellent to work with and is an incredible customer advocate. On the service side Zack Hester and Phillip Weaver are the most effective team I have ever experienced. My wife likes these guys so much she bakes them cookies or bread before bringing her car in for service! Always a great experience and we will keep coming back.

I went online and saw this car that I really really wanted at Harper Infiniti -Knoxville. So I called the dealership and I was connected to Chris Womac. From the very beginning, he was super. He had (3) cars lined up for me to drive including the one I really wanted. He was super patient because I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn't decide and he never pressured me to get either of the cars I test drove. Eventually I decided, I lived more than 100 miles away, however, the deal was done (paperwork ready) when I decided which car I wanted. It was just that simple. My experience with Chris and Harper is superb. I later took my car back to get it serviced (over 100 mile drive) I neglected to secure a loaner. I was having my car detailed as well so it was going to be a long day sitting in the lobby. Chris saw me and said, I will find something for you to drive. Pretty awesome! Great Salesman, great guy, great dealership!!!!!

Drove from GA for a great deal on a preowned Infiniti FX35. The process was smooth and we got a great deal on our car. My clutch went out on my G37 convertible last Thursday. I called Matt, who immediately sent Mark and Joe with a loaner car. They sent me on my way and waited for the wrecker. Amazing! We visited Harper Infiniti to get a feel for the Infiniti vehicle as we have never owned one. Joe Gooden took care of us and led us down the path to ownership. He patiently answered any and all queries with no sales pressure. We did not take a test drive that day and upon departure, Joe gave us his card w/o asking for any contact information from us. All he knew about us was our first names! We then did our due diligence with regards to researching the vehicle, the dealership, and to an extent, the sales person. All searches yielded positive results. We returned to the dealership a week later to take a test drive. By that time, we had settled on the Q50, so Joe handed us a key and said take it for a spin. During this test drive, we actually drove the vehicle to our home, insured the vehicle would work with our garage layout, also confirmed the trunk would accommodate two large baseball bat bags, and spent quality time reviewing the vehicle without a salesperson looking over our shoulder; We returned the vehicle to the dealer and chose not to go into deliberations that day as we had not settled on the desired exterior color, interior color, or accessories. We left the dealership again with no sales pressure from Joe. We came back a couple of days later to select our vehicle. We were uncertain of whether we were trading a vehicle or not and decided to deliberate a day or so on that. Joe placed a sold sign on the vehicle as we left having signed no paperwork and without any pressure. We returned to pick up the vehicle 3 days later. Joe has reached out to see how we were enjoying the vehicle and to see if we had any further questions about the operation of the vehicle as it has a lot of technology on-board. This has been a great auto buying experience. I heartily recommend Harper Infiniti and Joe Gooden to anyone looking for an Infiniti vehicle!

DON'T REPLACE THE PART UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!!! Purchased 8 coil packs etc,, from this dealership. One of the coil packs went bad! The parts dept. asked for the bad part and the invoice showing the new part was installed. All was given to the parts dept. NOW they want the CODE showing that the coil pack was actually bad. Why would I spend over $300.00 to replace a BAD part that was covered under warranty? NEVER NEVER buy an Infiniti part from this dealership, they do NOT recognize or replace a part that should be covered under warranty.

After exploring numerous dealerships looking for a used car, I swung by Harper Infiniti during my lunch hour one day, to see a G35 I found online.Tommy brought the car out and scheduled a test drive for me. They also supplied me witha detailed carfax sheet and best of all worked the price to its true value.I dealt with a lot of different dealerships trying to find a car, but none met all of my standards like Harper.Even oil changes are top notch including car wash and interior wipe down. I purchased an Infiniti fx35 on February 20th, 2014. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Tommy Pulvirenti. I explained to Tommy, I drove by the dealership and spotted the QX70. My husband passed away in May 2012 leaving me with a 2008 FX (no longer under warranty) and a 2009 G37 (huge car payment). After several months, I decided to trade in both vehicles for a 2012 FX. Matt Stegall had just the car I was looking for. Matt Stegall and another Harper Infiniti employee came to my house which is about 45 miles away to drive one of my vehicles back to the dealership. He was such a great sales person to work with that when we bought our next Infiniti we called to make sure that we got him again! He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he doesn't pressure you. Once we even had to call him on an out-of-town trip to ask him a question about our car. You could tell that he was not troubled at all by us calling him on a weekend and he quickly got an answer for us. I would definitely purchase my next Infiniti through Tommy, and Infiniti has always been great on service visits. They have a nice, comfortable area to wait while your car is serviced, and your car is always returned to you shiny and clean! When we looked at our first Infiniti, we were shocked at how better priced they were over the BMW's and Mercedes. I purchased my first Infiniti in February. The service I have received from Tommy and Harpper Infiniti has far exceeded any car purchasing experience I have ever had in the past. From my first step into the showroom I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Tommy showed us the QX56 and allowed us to take a test drive. We were not ready to make a decision that day and we did not have any pressure put on us at all. When I called Tommy a few days later I told him my husband wanted me to test drive the JX35 and Tommy brought the car to my work to allow me to test drive. The entire process of purchasing the car along with the follow up to ensure I am happy with my purchase has been unlike anything I have ever experienced. My office is only about 5 miles from the dealership and Tommy has come to work and picked up my car and taken back to the dealership for service. As a working mom this is a huge benefit and not anything I have heard of any other dealership doing before. Whenever anyone ask me about my car I always have exception things to say and brag about what a great experience I have had and continue to have even after the sale.

Service on 2007 FX45: Front wheels noise--immediately identified as wheel bearing (116,000 miles), right one gone, left one on the way. Called me with news about an hour after dropped off and fully explained problem and costs. Kept me fully informed of status and unfailingly friendly, genuine, and polite. Replaced dash pad under extended warranty that I didn't even know about. Outstanding service and a super loaner car program.

this is my 3rd Infiniti , had great experience buying my 1st QX4 for my son , then my G35 with Tommy P who was great to work with have had regular service on my 09 M35 and g35 with Harper and always treated with upmost attention Had an emergency situation develop on way to work with the M35 and managed to get it to dealership , was greeted with the smiling face of Phillip who took over as i pulled in , he got me with Tom McNair who arranged the service and the loaner car and i was out the door in less than 15 minutes and made it to my appointment at the office on time - Tom made sure I had everything i needed - Tom promptly called with the report and said it would be ready the next day and it was , I picked it up (fully detailed ) and Phillip even helped me load some stuff into the trunk - thanks guys Would and do recommend Harper Infiniti to my friends Joe W

Easy to make appointment, intake process for service friendly, quick, well organized and a clean late model loaner car is always ready for me. Always thoroughly reviews what is to be done to the car. Sets time for when car will be ready for pick-up and always meets or is ahead of the schedule. Effectively reviews the work that was done to the car, discusses overall status of the car from the comprehensive examination of the car and mentions any areas of concern. My car is always cleaned free of charge before I arrive for pick-up and is brought to the door for my departure. The pick-up process is also quick and thorough but not rushed. My wife and I have owned 2 infinities s and have had the pleasure of working with Tom McNair and his service department for 10 years and the level of service has always been great. He and his department are exceptional.

We recently moved from CA to TN, and Joe has been our car guru. He helped us to figure out what to do regarding our current EX Journey lease and moving that car across the country. We liked and trusted him so much, and so enjoyed our service experiences at Harper, that we decided to add another Inifiniti to our household when our oldest daughter turned 16. Joe helped us to assess our various car needs, and got us launched on another lease, this time a fabulous JX. We found the whole process to be relaxing, enjoyable, and exceedingly fair. Tommy and I worked for several days to close a deal on a used 2012 G37C. I traveled from Huntsville Alabamba to Harper. I viewed the car, closed the paperwork with Nick and was gone in two hours. Tommy and I worked hard to close the deal on the phone, after hours, and on the weekend. During the negotiations he all ways maintained his professionalism. I've been a customer of Harper Infiniti since the fall of 2003. In that time I've purchased 3 new Infiniti's (2004 g35. Sedan -Sport, 2007 m35, & 2011 m37). Never once, in 9 years, have I ever left there without a phenomenal experience. It is hands down the best sales, service, and general ownership experience I've ever been involved with, and they have the National Awards to prove it. Both friends and family have also purchased vehicles from Harper and I wouldn't trust them to anyone but Harper's. They are the absolute standard for auto sales and owership excellence.

Pat Barker sets the bar for selling cars. I've twice driven over 600 miles to purchase an Infiniti from him. I saved thousands compared to what I was offered (and mislead multiple times on options) by my local dealer and had absolutely no issues on the trade-in price.The paper work was ready when I arrived (exactly as we agreed over the phone) and he spent more time showing me the vehicle features than actually closing the deal.

Harper is outstanding! Pat was true to his word, which is not something you always see in a person trying to sell you a car. He took the time to help us find the right car for our family needs. Then when the car was delivered he spent the time necessary to show us all of the amazing features on our new JX. These folks are exceptional!! I was stranded in Florida (month away from the cold weather) and had a minor problem (dead battery) with my QX56--turned out to be operator error. The roadside service only offered to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealer--55 miles away. This was going to be a huge problem for us. Called Matt long distance--he diagnosed the problem over the phone--we were spared the 'tow' option and were on our way in less than an hour. Conduct far above the expected level.

We just went in for service on my 2006 G-36 - that had 94,000 miles. Service was great, they gave us a loaner G-25 and we loved it. Tom McNair was very helpful and explained about the service, the warranty and called us several times regarding the service. I spoke with Tommy Pulvirenti who had previously sold us 3 Infiniti's and indicated we might be interested in upgrading. Tommy is very knowledgable about Infiniti's (all models) without using high pressure to make the sale. Nick Dockery took care of the paperwork who was also very knowledgable and answered all our questions regarding financing/leasing. The afternoon we picked up the car, it was ready, clean and inside the showroom where Tommy went over all the new features of the car. He and Nick gave us a business card to call if we had any questions. Tommy also set up our first service appointment and has called several times to ask if we had any questions or concerns with the new G-25. Harper is great for service and sale and I would and have highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I swore I would never buy a car off a lot ever again, but when my wife wanted one of the new Infinity QX I did not have a choice. The last 4 Cars I had gotten from a Broker or Ebay.When Matt introduced himself to me, I could tell instantly that he did not fit the "car salesman" stereotype.Matt could not have been more enjoyable to work with. Dropped by when I had some time today to visit with my friend Matt Stegall, from whom I have bought 2 G-35's in the past and has always been a delight to deal with. I was primarily just window shopping this time, seeing the new models and calculating when I could pull the trigger on something. Harper Infiniti to me is like Apple, great products that keep getting better, fantastic customer service (shout out to Tom McNair too, always a delight to deal with), and very high quality, professional, and courteous employees like Matt. And speaking of Apple, Matt was able, in about 90 seconds to pair my new Iphone with my G35 Bluetooth, something I had struggled with since replacing my Blackberry last week. Tommy had the car I thought I wanted clean and ready to go when I got there from 130 miles away. During the test drive he realized I wasn't that happy with it and helped me to know that the car I had, FX35, now got better mpg and had the features I wanted and was a better deal. He got one for us to drive and then had it cleaned while we did paperwork. The service dept worked fast and hard to get it ready quickly so I could get back home because of my long drive. Tommy was so nice and patient with me and so helpful with my decision making. He took lots of extra time with me and made sure I knew how all the features worked. I love my new car and will buy my next one from Tommy and Harper.

When I decided to buy a new car I was trying out a bunch of different makes, but it was my experience at Harper Infiniti as well as the design/features of the G37 sport coupe that really made me know what I wanted.Matt Stegall was the sales rep that I first met and he was awesome. It was late, near closing, when I arrived for my first test drive. And he was not put out at all. So friendly and nice, even let me drive two models that I was interested in. I knew I wanted a manual which they didn't have, but he offered to get the IPL out of the show room for me to drive (even knowing I didn't want that car) so I could see what the manual would be like. I just really appreciated the chance to find the right car I wanted without being pressured. Matt was very helpful with any questions I had, and even showed me the benefits of leasing over purchasing since I have a habit of switching out cars. Even after we signed all the paper work and they had to get the car shipped to Knoxville, Matt kept me updated on when the car would arrive. Matt even stayed late to show me all the bells and whistles on the car when I finally took delivery. And I appreciate him checking in every now and then to see how the car is. It just makes me feel like it's not just another sale to them...that all of the owners are friends, and that they will do anything to make sure that we continue to love our cars.Harper Infiniti has been the best dealership experience I've ever had from my test drive to my first service visit. I have told so many others they have to go there to get a car and talk to Matt because I know they won't regret it!

I was only allowed to pick one name so I picked the name of my first introduction to Harper and that was through Matt. Matt Stegall is not a "car salesman," like the days of old. He is courteous, PROFESSIONAL and treated me with respect without every resorting to any car sales tactics. Working WITH your customers is his forte and I would highly recommend him. That said, I have found everyone (service dept, etc) at Harper to be just as courteous and helpful without ever resorting to the familiar (honey, sweetie, etc) which I appreciate. My plan was to buy a lease trade-in CPO BMW 535i. After spending several hours at Grayson without success, I went to Harper's to check out the G35/37. Tommy greeted me and quickly had me in a car to test drive. I loved the ride and handing, but unfortunately my head grazed the ceiling. I explained this to Tommy and mentioned that I had been looking at 5 series cars. He recommended the M35, and put me in a 3-year old lease car that was in perfect shape. I loved the car and decided to buy it. We quickly negotiated a price and trade-in for my old car. None of the normal back and forth, "don't tell anyone I am giving you this price" kind of car dealer garbage - very professional and efficient.Their purchase process is easy with no hidden fees or processing charges. Amy (finance) was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions.I had a minor problem the next morning, battery had run down. (I had sat in the garage playing with the electronics the night before.) Harper's tested it, found it weak, and agreed to replace at no charge, again without any fuss or negotiation. They loaned me a G37 and replaced battery that day. I had one other minor problem (noisy bushing) a few weeks later, and same story - they loaned me a G37 and fixed it next day.I have been very impressed with Harper Infiniti's attention to detail and Tommy is the kind of professional sales person that I enjoy working with.

copy of my letter to Harper:Dear Mr. Harper; My husband and I were visitors at your Knoxville Infiniti dealership on Wednesday of this week. I initially contacted the dealership online and made inquiries about a particular car I had seen as listed in your inventory. We were contacted back by Patrick Barker and made arrangements to come over from Franklin NC to look at the car. On the way over, we discussed the possibility of another bait and switch episode similar to the one we were treated to in Decatur GA when we bought our last Infiniti (didnt buy from them though, we went on to Montgomery and bought it there since we were headed to New Orleans anyway). Since that experience, we are particularly wary of deals. We were stunned that the car we wanted, with all the equipment we wanted, was there and available, the price was fair, the procedure was straight up and uncomplicated, the salesman was obliging, patient in his instructions and very pleasant and the trade in offer on our car was in the range we had hoped for. When I complimented Mr. Barker he told us that the tradition of integrity was a direct reflection of Mr. Harpers character and business ethics. I congratulate all of you on the adherence to your standard; believe me, you made fans and lifelong customers of us.PS: Please share with your father since I dont have his address.

I read as many reviews regarding dealerships I visited for my most recent vehicle purchase (have been buying vehicles for over 60 years). When I read the reviews for Harper Infiniti, I was highly skeptical that any dealer could rate this highly, given that even the best dealerships get customers who are highly sensitive or are just plain jerks and would find something to complain about. Harper Infiniti deserves their high rating and I would give them a 5, the highest rating.Mike Wolfenbarger is a wonderful sales representative, Amy Scates is equally terrific as finance manager, and Ray Gardner, the sales manager, was very cordial, warm and genuine. They all, including Phillip Weaver, made my wife and I feel special and valued.

Bought our first Infiniti from Matt Stegall at Harper's a few weeks ago. Probably the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had in years. Matt was kind, courteous, and very knowledgable about the vehicle we purchased (even offered some set-up short cuts - a big help). It went back in a week ago for a dealer installed option. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or its employees, but the fact that my current vehicle is my fourth "G" over nearly a decade speaks volumes. My salesman, Tommy Pulvirenti, is the best with which I've ever dealt. He makes the lease or purchase process easy and a pleasure. Tommy never pressures the customer, is extremely knowledgable about anything you ask, and actually listens to find out exactly what you want and need. Then, he follows up to ensure that you are satisfied and sometimes just to let your know of a special opportunity. Constantly going above and beyond expectations, he has offered to come to my home to sync my garage door opener and phone to my new car if I had difficulty doing so. Once I stopped at the showroom unexpectedly, and Tommy surprised me by opening the door, wanting to know what he could for me. He even sends you a card on your birthday; what more could one ask?The service department and detail shop are equally as good. I wish I knew the name of the guy who did the detail on my last G37, but I never met him. I can tell you, however, that his work was superb! Even the wheels I had curbed at the ATM were redone, and the year-old vehicle looked brand new. What a great job! Also, Tom McNair (and others) in the service department are wonderful. They never foul up the booking (as other service shops have), the loaners are clean and nice, the work is done right and ready when they say, they are polite (even when I'm wrong), and your car comes back clean inside and out. I am constantly surprised that work has been done for which there is no charge! You can't beat that.Everyone there is just great. I certainly did't expect it, but even the owner, Mr. Harper, thanked and congratulated us at the time we picked up 3 out of the last 4 cars. I recommend them without reservation; they are so superior in every way to all past experiences, that they have ruined me for all other dealerships. Thanks, Harper's!

This review is based on numerous visits to Harper. I purchased an Infiniti used a few years ago at an unrelated dealership. I became acquainted with Harper when I took it in for services. Tom McNair was my first contact in the service department. He has always been top notch to deal with - always friendly, informative, and resourceful. Loaner vehicles are never an issue. I never wait in line or experience any delays, whatsoever. At other times, I have also dealt with Jeff Painter and Phillip Weaver. Ditto for them as well. All of these guys have always been a pleasure to deal with. They are professional at all times, but also offer a friendliness that is refreshing. My wife has taken the vehicle in a few times, as well, and she echoes my thoughts. As for the important part - price - they are reasonable as far as dealerships go. I say that because you never feel like you get a great deal on service at a dealer. That being said, the dollar seems to go further at Harper than other dealers. I already mentioned the complimentary loaners. My vehicle always returns to me beautifully detailed, and they also always seem to have a nice coupon to make things a little easier. I've never left Harper feeling like I didn't get a fair shake. Recently, I asked Tom and Phillip to introduce me to a sales rep, for I was considering a trade. They introduced me to Joe Gooden. He was on par with the rest of Harper. He gave me the feeling that he was representing ME in my task to find a car. His approach was zero pressure, which is the exact opposite of most car dealers. We eventually decided to make a trade. There was no haggling as he made a better than fair offer on my trade-in and we reached an agreement on a nice FX35. This led to Joe introducing us to Ray Gardner, the sales manager. It turns out that Ray was actually a neighbor of ours from down the street. Talk about a nice guy. Not only were we glad to do business with his company, but we are now proud to call him a friend. Lastly, we were introduced to Amy Scates. She was very friendly and thoroughly went over the paperwork for our purchase. By the way, all of this was taking place on Friday evening, when I am sure they were wanting to go home. We never once felt rushed, however. It may sound cheesy, but all of the people at Harper have treated us like friends to the degree that we consider them friends, as well. From my experience, dealing with Harper is always a pleasure. Never the first problem. I would highly recommend.

He has always been great with getting to the true price and not going round and round with price haggling, and he's always been helpful with follow up calls or emails regarding any questions that we may have had. Once we even had to call him while we were on vacation about a question, and he was quick to get the answer for us. I would definitely go to Tommy again if I were purchasing from Harper Infiniti!

After miracuously walking away from a head-on collision without a scratch while driving my 2003 I35 Infiniti, I knew I wanted another Infiniti. Because we had had such a pleasant experience buying our last Infinity from Matt in 2004, I had no doubt that he was the man to call. He remembered us immediately, met with us the same day we called, gave us several financing options, very patiently explained how to work the GPS and blue tooth technology and the next day I drove the sexiest G35 Infiniti off Harper's lot... a very happy consumer, indeed! Matt was also very informative and helpful regarding the value of our totaled 2003 Infinity and what to expect in dealing with the Insurance Company. I must also add that we have had a very positive experience with Harper's service department. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesperson of Matt's caliber when buying a car.

Any service visit I have had at Harpers has been extraordinary. The service people are very sensitive to the needs of the customer. Mr. McNair was especially helpful in giving me some insight as to when I might need the brake job I thought I needed today. I've been to other dealers to have my cars serviced in the twenty-four years I've been in Knoxville, but Harpers has been the best by far. I've always felt that I would get overcharged or just ripped off at other dealer service shops, but I've never had that feeling at Harpers. Today, I took my car in for an oil change and brake job. Mr. McNair informed me I only needed the oil change. I know very little about cars and I told Mr. McNair they could have done the brake job and I wouldn't have known if I needed it or not. He responded that they are always honest and fair to their customers. This is my fourth Infiniti I've bought at Harpers and I've had them all serviced there. It's good to find a business that exhibits honesty and integrity in their dealings with customers. I will continue to do business at Harpers.

I've had my Infiniti for about 4 years and Harper has been fabulous for all of my service needs. They are pleasant, professional, helpful and complete. They also exhibit integrity in their dealings with me - for example, this past service I asked them to rotate the tires but they told me that the tread wear was almost identical and the tires didn't need rotation. All in all I couldn't ask for better service or a better automobile.

I purchased my pre-owned 2005 FX35 at Harper in 2008. I have never experienced the level of serice and customer care I receive at Harper from any other dealership in my 35 years experience owning and caring for automobiles. There have been two issues that were outside any warranty and somehow Harper got them covered for my vehicle with a minimal sercvice fee to me. Service here is not only great - It is outstanding.

We have bought 3 Infintis from this dealership and have them serviced regularly here. Unlike other dealerships that we have dealt with in the past, Harper's service team does not look for things to repair that don't need to be repaired. We have dealt with Tom McNair many times and he always goes over the service needed before and the service completed afterwards. The service is always completed on time. If we have brought any of the cars in for some problem that needs to be diagnosed, Tom calls to get our approval before repairs are made. He always calls when the service is completed and the car is ready to be picked up. We appreciate the loaner cars when we have needed them.

The Infiniti G35 is a great car so not much reason for major repairs. Still need to have regular service though. Am very appreciative of the loaner cars they have so I don't have to make other arrangements or wait unless I want to. Great customer service. Always leave with a positive experience. Plan to stay a customer for a very long time.
