I waited in the waiting area at Harris Ford with my two toddler sons while my Explorer got serviced. Everything was okay on my car from the inspection. The oil change and wash was promptly done and we were on our way in no time. My total bill was under $50! Great service!

Upon exiting the car we arrived in, we were greeeted by a very welcoming employee who asked various questions and tried to pinpoint a vehicle that would best suit me. He didn't try to recommend anything or sell me on anything that would be over my price range. One vehicle, said to be there online, had been moved to another dealership within the company. He drove us there, only to discover that it had been moved to even another one just in the time we were traveling there. Very kind and patient service, I did buy that vehicle and am very happy with it.

When I got my vehicle back I noticed a few personal items inside the cab had been removed from their location and inspected then put back. I should not have to empty my truck each time I need to bring it in. I also found a dirty shop towel laying on my real leather seat. On a prior visit I had a Harris Ford shop floor mat (not sure what its called) wadded up and thrown into the bed of the truck.

Overall my experience was pretty great if I lived closer it would've been even better. I say that because I was told that they would try and get me out as soon as possible being that I already knew the car I wanted and had a scheduled time I was supposed to be there because it was an hr and a half away; but I was also warned it could be busy and things may not go as smoothly as that. Also the customer service by both Larrys were excellent every thing felt genuine and they were genuinely apologetic about things not going as we planned. Larry Parker the guy who sold me the car was pretty great also and I would recommend anyone buying a car to go through him he's a genuine guy who gave outstanding service.Out of the 3 times I was in the market for a bmw this was by far the best experience.

Reminded me why I hate buying cars. The cars are so stuffed in that they can't get them out easily (took over an hour). Got passed around to multiple sales people then when negotiating price someone else. Told them I didn't want the back and forth on price and he was shocked when I got up and left after the 3rd trip back. Just give me the damn price and move on without all the monkey business. Never met anyone that likes to buy cars that way, so not sure why some dealers continue to use these tactics. Will never step foot on their lot again or recommend anyone else. Waste of a good weekend! Bickford Ford won't give you the run around, go to them. I should have listened to my gut but I didn't. My bad......

I generally loathe going to dealerships for service, having had multiple bad experiences. Harris, though, really understands their vehicles and they are up front about what needs to be done (and what goes on the wish list). Their service department is respectful and upbeat, even when faced with a grumpy customer. While I will never walk into their sales department again, I will certainly keep using their service guys!

I walked in expecting to have an oil change and the change out of my driver side air bag. Unbeknownst to me was the fact that there is a recall for the passenger side airbag as well. My service advisor quickly brought that to my attention, and as necessary repair kit was on scene, got them both changed out as well as my oil changed and i was out the door in about 2.5 hours. Oh, they also found time to wash and vacuum it for me!

Danny did a great job on getting my '15 F150 fixed after I broke some plastic parts off of my bumper. The part that was ordered wasn't exactly like the part that was broken. So he went the extra mile and found a '15 F150 on the lot that was the same trim as mine and switch out the new part with that truck and then took that part and put that on my truck. It was only a cosmetic difference, but I like the look of the old part better then the new part. I really appreciate the extra steps he took to make my truck look the same as when I bought it. Oh I would like to add that he did this without asking me, it's like he could sense my disappointment that the part was different. Thank you

Only small feedback is to make sure car is totally done before telling me its ready...not much sense to wait outside for 5-10 min when I could have stayed inside.

I would not recommend doing business with this dealer. They charged me over $2000 dollars above their internet price. I waited for over 5 hours in their dealership. One salesman was very rude and didn't even want to work with me once I told him that I had a budget that didn't fit his sales criteria. This is clearly no way to treat a member of the armed forces. I won't buy another vehicle from them again.

These guys work to get you the best deal and to get you the car that your wanting. They were up against incredible odds of getting me another car. I bought a car from them back 7 months ago. Then 5 months later my car was stolen. My credit has had it's ups and downs, which this is a down time. To my surprise, they were able to get me into a car that I wanted and within such a short time. I was having ignition problems. Was recommended by another shop to go to Ford dealer. I purchased my 05 focus their I left a message and Frank called me back in a few minutes. We had some warranty issues that needed too be completed on our 2012 Isuzu NPR Crew Cab. Mike Erickson...the service manager scheduled our service date. We showed up to drop the truck for the repair. Mike came to me and my business partner and said..."if you don't mind waiting for about 1/2 hour, we will get the work done now." We were very happy too hear this! I purchased a 2015 Volvo S60. The service was pretty good. It would be nice to receive a full tank of gas and car wash when buying a car, whether it's newly or previously owned. The radio didn't work and I had to take it to Volvo to get that fixed under the warranty, but that left me without the car for almost 3 days. I love the car. The price and interest rate was great. Some small things could make the experience nearly flawless.

My truck wasn't cleaned very well. you guys offer cleaning and detailing services? after my service, my truck was supposedly cleaned, but it wasn't a good job. given that this is one of the simplest things you offer, I don't think I would pay you guys to do this crappy of a job. otherwise, the work done was good, but its the simple things that should never be flawed. your service manager was very nice as well. He was very nice to work with and offered the cleaning service. I will probably be back for future service, but I will be watching how well the simple things are done. I would of given higher scores had my truck been truly cleaned.

Not well attended on initial visit. Second visit just fine. Pleasant young salesperson - we appreciated his services. When dealing price, the manager not willing to negotiate and not the most pleasing. The financial guy took for ever to get all paperwork taken care of and seemed to always want to sell us additional plans.I just bought a 2015 Buick Verano in Vancouver and the experience was far better. However, I would recommend someone dealing with Harris Ford Lincoln. It wasn't a bad experience, but it could be better.

Danielle Ross is the only name I can remember but she is not the only person at Harris Ford who knows his or her business from the CR side. I really haven't encountered anyone who wasn't pleasant. Thanks!A suggestion for the Dealership: Consider giving incentives such as discounts for old vehicles, particularly those that have been regularly serviced. This comes from my own experience with another brand of dealership that I?ve been using. A practical issue for those who have chosen to keep an old yet well maintained car/truck is the cost of maintenance going forward ? people become more cost conscious as the vehicles age. Just a thought.

The sales team was great. Mr. Matt Caldwell was an excellent host and worked with us throughout our purchase. He was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. We would gladly work with Mr. Caldwell again. However, I am extremely disappointed with your finance department. I believe the man's name was Dan, who we worked with. He attempted to have me sign a form to authorized payment from my credit card for any extra cost for the loan of our trade in. I had already advised him that the amount owed on our trade-in would be one payment less than was shown on the paperwork. But, most importantly, it took almost two weeks to get my trade-in vehicle's loan paid off...and, yet, the loan for my newly purchased Ford F-250 was applied to my bank account the next business day after the purchase transaction. When I talked to Dan, after 7 or so business days, he said they needed to get a 10 day buyoff...well, the could've paid off my loan much quicker than they did. And, I still have yet to receive a check in the mail for the difference in the trade-in loan payoff and the amount of money that I paid for the truck. Your sales team is great. I most likely would not be willing to work with your finance team again.

The servicing of my 2011 MKX was done on time and to the best of my knowledge, as specified. Since I have prepaid maintenance I tell them to do what is needed or recommended and they apparently do. At least I've had no problems that I can relate to servicing. All of my dealings with the service personnel have been good and I find them easy to talk to and get answers from.

Harris Ford was great and the entire staff there was kind and went out of their way to help. Really great team here. Just wish that Ford as a company cared more about their customers. The 2012-2014 Ford Focuses are the worst production of a vehicle I've ever encountered, and there is nothing that Ford does to compensate for it. There are way too many issues with the vehicle to mention, and I really regret buying it all together. Aside from that, the staff here is great.

I had an excellent experience working with David Wright, as well as with the "extras" guy. I am not a good haggler, in fact I didn't even try. I expect that i could have saved some money if I had, but frankly, it is not worth the stress. I'm not a gamer of any kind. David made me feel confident in my choice and it was very enjoyable to work with him. My grandmother always drove Cadillacs, one every three years or so. She was always treated with respect and given doting service at the dealership. That was many years ago and i thought that kind of service was extinct. I certainly have never enjoyed anything close to the same experience before. However, at Harris Ford I felt the same old school vibe. I love it! Thank you, Mr. Wright and Harris Ford.

Everything you hate about car salesman and car dealers you will find here. Dishonest practices -make sure you ask about their standard double sticker policy. That is, every car has 2 window stickers, "that's our standard practice." This is going to seem obvious, but also make sure you are actually getting the car you paid for. So that means, make sure the car you are actually driving away with is the car you meant to purchase, with all the features and packages you paid for on the sticker they showed you and not the second sticker that doesn't have those features that they didn't show you but is the actual car you just purchased. I highly recommend avoiding Tom and Gil like the plague. They are over-the-top nice and charming (as all Salesmen need to be) but it is a false front, don't fall for it. The service department on the other hand is very helpful and competent.

I called Evergreen Ford as that is who I formerly went to. I let them know I knew my ford Edge was having a serious issue a scraping sound and smell of gear oil. They did not take me seriously. They would not get me in for 2 weeks. Still concerned as the smell and driving feeling was severe. I took to a mechanic friend who verified my concerns and recommended Harris Ford. I called on 11-4-15 and spoke to Michael Chism. He was informed my car concerns . I had the T case checked and the case fluid was black and silvery and chunky. Micheal Chism (MC), said to drop it off that evening 11-5-15 I was notified me my car was done. The PTU had failed I was amazed and pleased that someone actually listened to me as I know my car. MC was the most professional and friendly staff and represented Ford in the Top Most customer service I ever have experienced. I will never go anywhere else now.

Harris Ford is the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My husband and I live in Spokane and only considered this dealership because their advertised price on a car we liked was so low. Naturally we called them to work out a deal; it would be silly to go all the way to Seattle only to come home without a car. I'm not even going to get into how many times I called them and left messages only for them to refuse to call me back. Little did we know their word means nothing. When we got over there they had gauged the price up $1500 and refused to honor the price they had quoted us even though we had countless texts and emails from one of their salesmen telling us we could get that price! They told us we could get a much, much worse car for the price we wanted but not the car we had been promised. We ended up going home careless, which we had tried so hard to avoid in the first place. Needless to say, we will never shop outside our area again, and even if we move to the west side someday, NEVER EVER from Harris Ford. They do not value their customers, and they are just generally untrustworthy.

This is Linda Huber. I called Harris Ford, Lynnwood, WA as I had a problem with my 2012 Lincoln MKX. I was not sure why my SUV would not start. I let them know what the problem was immediately calling from my cell phone. I spoke with a young lady in the service department. She relayed my information to the Service Manager. They both decided that I had a dead battery in my Key FOB. The young lady got a new battery and the service manager headed out to my location and replaced it. My SUV is now functioning correctly and I am very happy! What I want to say is that not only did I have the service manager come to my "rescue" within a half hour of my call but the young lady emailed me further directions of what I might try. The frustration which I am sure she heard was that every time I tried to start my car it went in alarm mode. Then I got it to stop and when I tried to get out of my car it went into alarm mode as well. No matter what I did I was actually a prisoner in my car, not happy with my car at that moment! So, no tow was necessary! Just great customer service! I apologize for not remembering the wonderful folks's names who helped me, Thank you SOOOOO much! Linda Huber

I noticed a problem with the car during test drive which I drew the sales persons attention, but when we sat down to negotiate the price, I forgot to point that out. Our 60K mile service came in significantly below estimates we received at the previous service. We also had a tire pressure sensor that malfunctioned and were quoted a $200+ price to replace it, but your staff was able to salvage some parts, so the cost dropped significantly. The wife and I were in looking at new rides for the both of us as we've already visited many dealers in the area and we're looking at their used cars. The wife saw a 2014 Explorer that she wanted and couple used trucks had my eye but nothing serious.The wife ended up making a deal in which they gave her the highest trade in value for her Expedition as well as the lowest sell price on the Explorer than any other dealer in the area. She was extremely pleased as was I.Now it was my turn hoping it could happen twice! What's the odds of having another fantastic car buying experience? Over my many car purchases over the years, I'd say very little, so hopes were very low. Well, my salesman Ron and the staff at Harris Ford pulled it off again. Traded in my Subaru, not for the used truck I was looking for but a brand new 2015 F150 4x4 Super Crew. Thanks to the high trade in value on my car and low sales price, I bought my first new car ever! Yep, I've bought more used cars than I can count and I just rolled a new one off the showroom floor. The buying experience was the absolute best of any tire kicking visit to purchase that I've done. I can't say enough about how pleasing this experience was and would highly recommend our salesman Ron as well as Harris Ford to any family, friend, coworker or passerby mentioning they're in the market to buy a new/used vehicle.Excellent job Harris Ford!P.S. I purchased some optional add-ons to be installed after purchase. Well, I was out of town, so the wife reluctantly took care of this through their service department. Wow! For one, she truly loves me as this is out of her realm as it is with most women who feel uncomfortable dealing with an automotive service department. To say the least, she couldn't stop talking about how great the experience was as well her treatment in dealing with the gentlemen in Service. They were very helpful, explained everything to her before/after and was very prompt in scheduling/completing the work as well as shuttling her to and fro with me being out of town.Congrats to Harris Ford for gaining a lifetime customer from me and my wife!!!

There are a couple services I want to comment on. First: My GT500 did not have a front license plate when I purchased it from you (June 1, 2014). It looked GOOD, so I just didn't worry about it. A couple weeks ago, a Redmond officer noticed it and we had a discussion about it. (No problem ... he just loved my car, so we talked mostly talked about that). Anyway, I came to Harris and ordered the license plate frame. It came in very quickly, and I came in to get it. However, I didn't see how you would install it ... so Sean installed it for me (including drilling holes!) and even installed my new plates (front and back). I've gotta say, Sean takes very good care of me.The second item was just a headlight replacement. I was in a hurry, but your crew replaced it in no time, and even offered to wash my car! (Had to go ... places to see, people to go ... you know.) I have nothing but the highest praise for your service department.

Martin greeted us as we walked toward the main building. We told him what we needed and he showed us exactly what we wanted. Actually it was better than what we wanted! Sean Beigel my service rep was excellent he explain everything to me in a matter that was very easy to understand. Sean also explain all my options which was not very good the car was in bad shape. Sean then gave me the name of Gill Fret of sales and insured me that Gill would take very good care of me. Sean was even there for me helping Gill with question I had with the purchase of my new Lincoln Navigator.I had a excellent experience due to Sean and will continue to be a proud Lincoln owner and will always bring my Navigator back to Harris Ford. The people are nice and the building is comfortable. I went there knowing what I wanted to buy and so it was very easy. Even though I knew which car I was buying, they still spent time and went over the car options with me showing me all the extras that came with my certified Lincoln and so I knew alittle about what I was buying. Before I left they even helped me hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. He also demonstrated how to use the gps and the other high tech stuff before I left. I left there happy with my purchase and felt that I got exactly what I wanted. They even called a day or so after to make sure I was still happy. And I was then but since then I've spent more time going over the car and I have noticed something wrong that is potentially dangerous with my new car. While at the dealership, I noticed that the 2 rim's on passenger side had been curbed or something that caused the chrome to be damaged but I didn't look closer enough to see that above one of the damaged portions is a gash in the tire. Its almost a flap so its easy to overlook and it is an over sight of mine for not examining the entire tire but also in my defense I was trusting that certified meant they really looked it over but they must of missed it too. Atleast I hope it was an oversight and not intentionally ignored on their part. It took a bright sunny day and parking just right to make it jump out to notice it. And as of now its still holding air, the tire is functional but my fear is it will blow out on me. I have called the dealer and I had to leave a message for a manager to call me back. I am hoping they can help me somehow get it fixed because I just put all my cash into the down-payment and can't afford new tires. So we'll see. I still love my car, I am just a bit scared to drive it over bumps and with my kids in it and I am worried about having to find money to buy a new tire and getting it installed. The people at dealership were all nice during the sale. Overall a good sales experience but I really wish I hadn't been blinded by how much I loved and had to have this car and by the word certified, I wish I'd actually inspected the car.

The warranty service for my 2012 Focus involved a transmission software update that actually eliminated a very obvious shutter during acceleration. The service agent gave me a 2-page write-up describing the normal operating characteristics of this particular automated manual as including this shutter, but in fact this was a problem resolved with the software update. I was very pleased.

My throttle body went out, ford had extended the warranty for that part.It didn't cost me any $$$, but because of you guys being closed on Saturday and Sunday I had to miss work on Monday to take care of this issue.Most people work Monday thru Friday the hours you are open, you need to be open on the weekends to better serve your customers.Your service is usually good and the staff friendly but your hours make it a pain in the butt to get work done on the car.

So far everything has been very customer friendly. Instead of the usual, we can't do it or we'll need more time. All of my visits to the service side of the dealership have been very positive. Besides that, Danielle likes my dog. This time I had your parts folks give some quotes on a new bumper and hitch due to being rear ended a couple of weeks ago. The OEM parts that I want are not what the body shop wants to purchase and install on my rig, so I will likely purchase the parts at Harris and do the work myself. The only issue that I have is that I want the frame checked for alignment because I use the truck to pull a 40' 5th wheel. I don't to have any safety issues.Thanks,Boyd McPherson

My truck was taken right in upon arrival at my appointed time. The basic service was done and I was advised my power steering fluid was getting dark and a flush and replacement was advised. No real pressure was exerted on me to do it at that moment, but I chose to have it done since I was there and they had time to do it. Friendly service advisors like Sean make appointments go smoothly.

It's been a mixed bag of experiences with the dealership. My first time coming in to look at options for end of lease was horrible. I was told wrong information and was pushed to buying a new car that I hadn't seen or been told about. The second time I met with a nice gentleman that laid out all of my options and showed the price chart which was very beneficial. I decided to buy out my lease and the financial gentleman was very nice and helpful. Another issue I have with the service is that I had to go back to the dealership to resign my paperwork because the title was not done in time. Due to this event, I had Ford Credit calling me because they didn't have confirmation on my lease. It's extra steps that I shouldn't have to deal with when I did everything on time.

Got an "Urgent Service Required" notice when I did a Vehicle Health Report. Made an appointment on the web at about 5pm. No response in 2 hours since you close at 6:30. No Problem. No response by 9:30 next morning so my wife called, told about our Urgent Notification and the lady service rep said "she'd never heard of such a thing"!??On Monday at my 10:30 appointment Dan was as helpful and considerate as always. Guess I will forget the web and just call him in the future.

We began looking for a pickup in the Spring. I thought we could only afford a used pickup but we wanted one with low mileage. When we began looking, we realized quickly that a low mileage used pickup was just about identically priced to a new one. Once I started test driving them however, it became quickly obvious that our choice was going to be the F-150 hands down. I contacted several Ford dealers who "appeared" from their websites to have vehicles that would fit the bill. All were eager to speak with us initially. However when they couldn't sell us more than we were looking for they half-heartedly looked for it elsewhere and then didn't follow through to let us know whether or not they found it or it was available. ONLY Harris Ford took the time to follow-up and follow-through and call us back as promised. ONLY Harris Ford took the time and trouble to find us exactly the vehicle we were looking for and kept us informed of the progress to obtain it every step of the way. We couldn't have been more pleased. Nothing ended up differently than they said it would. Best car buying experience EVER!

The buying experience exceeded any I have had from any other dealership, from the awesome salesman (Holland Soule) to the awesome finance manager (Dan Martin).Soon after, I scheduled an appointment to get my SkyLINK installed. Only issue, dropped car off for recall, and because of problems getting the Ford web site for owners to work properly ask dealer (who also indicated problem with Ford website) to load new update for Sync, was told when I picked up car "we usually charge for this" referring to the Sync update. Considering the car was there for recall good customer service, especially since I have bought 3 cars from this dealer felt it was the least they could do (Sync update).

2011 Fusion. Service was prompt and thorough. Sean is considerate and tries to answer all my questions. Problem arose when driving home. I returned to the service department to let him know what I was experiencing along with the fact that two warning lights came on. He immediately took my car back to talk to the mechanics. Seems that there was a warning from Ford that these cars may have a problem with their throttle body assemblies. This part was replaced and vehicle seems to be running fine. Will hope that all is well going forward.Great service person.

My Ford Edge is on lease at the same dealership. The visit is satisfactory, worked out as planned. One suggestion I have for particular service is to have customers ?coupons? and complementary oil change registered in the computer system. I have another Ford car maintained in different dealership service last 9 years and any time I have discounts available the service letting me know on site.

Harris ford was the only dealer in the area that would take my car in (after calling and physically going to 5 other dealers). They were very friendly and very transparent when it came to what they thought could be the problem). After every dealer telling me appointments were two weeks out minimum, Harris got me in and turned around in 2 days. My car definitely wouldn't have made it two weeks, let alone another day.

The way they normally try to cover an accident that happen on a car and that is showing on the carfax is by saying that nothing happened to the car but because the auction where they bought the car at didn't want the car to go back to them, they added an accident report to the carfax ( MAKES NO SENSE!) but that's what they said. because the car was in good shape and the cosmetics they done (although they said there was no accident ????) were fine, when I took it to Audi for a sunroof malfunction under warranty the following week , I was charged 150$ because the real cause was that they forgot to recoennect the roof. be careful, they will tell you anything to sell you a car.no way I'm buying again from them.

I purchased a used 1998 VW Beetle to use as a commuter car. My sales associate, Adam Francois, was so very helpful. When I first met Adam, it was raining. When I pulled up, he came right over to my car door with an umbrella and walked me to the door. I knew he was the salesman for me. I told him I was looking for a commuter car and looking to spend a certain amount. Adam helped me find the perfect car within my budget. I was so paranoid and certain, my new used commuter was going to turn out to be a dud. As a matter of fact, while driving home from Harris Ford, I stopped off to get some gas. I tried to open the gas door, and the door wouldn't open. I didn't know what to do so I called Adam. It was close to 10pm but Adam arrived to save the day and somehow he got the gas door open. Needless to say, this incident didn't help my paranoia. I'm happy to say that prior to the purchase, I made arrangements to have the car checked out by an outside mechanic. Harris Ford paid for the fix on the gas door even after the purchase. The rest of the car checked out and is fit as a fiddle. Adam has restored my faith in auto sales. I love, love, love the little car and I have Adam Francois to thank for making this experience successful.

I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, honestly I have to say the dealers who helped me are extremely and extraordinarily good, the serves they provided me is def nice, first of all they tired their best to help me find a car which is suit for my budget, I have to say I got a very very good price to get this hyundai, besides Richard and Tyrone Lawrence and their superior are very friendly, I didn't feel any pressure only pleasure with them, they are good speaker and dealers, lol, and one more thing I never imagined is they even offered me "delivery service"(I don't know this saying is right or not),because I live like 50 Miles away from their shop, I thought I have to pick it up by myself(I purchased Hyundai alone, so no one with me), anyway It's the most satisfying experience of purchasing a car for me, I def would like to recommend this company to my friends and family, it's fantastic. My service advisor Mike was great - found me a tire when I had a blow out and fit me in the same day. My only complaint was that whoever did the job did not manage to put a way the spare plus jack correctly. I found the jack loose in the back. I know these are somewhat tricky to put away but this is a Ford dealership handling a Ford Explorer - they should know how to put it together right.

Then he came in on his day off, at MY convenience, to show me all the CMAX features, because I didn't have time on the date of sale; then he accompanied me across the lot to purchase water-proof mats and he installed them for me. I had requested a complementary car wash and was disappointed to learn that the interior vacuuming is no longer included. I guess you get what you pay for! At around the 150,000 mile mark, my 2003 Focus wagon needed a few things to keep it going reliably, and the service team at Harris has been honest in keeping me informed while not charging me exhorbitant prices for things the car does not truly need. The latest example was telling me that the water pump was in need of replacement, and that I could go 'another month or so' -- which I did while saving up a 'bit' of money to do the repair. "MC" and the Harris did the job for exactly what they told me in advance it would cost me, so kudos to them.

I had a 2012 Ford Explorer but wanted to upgrade to Mytouch with Navigation so I traded to a Ford Explorer 2014. I purchased it with the understanding that I would be getting the Navigation. I was assured by the salesman that I have it and all I needed was to update the info. Come to find out, it was only the turn by turn navigation. Bummed and very frustrated with the salesman who after the sale, wouldn't even return my call. Overall, I am very pleased of this Explorer but Ford needs to clearly differentiate Navigation with maps and Navigation with only turn by turn. I would have been super pleased if I got the Navigation maps even for an extra cost. It's also very unfortunate that I cannot even upgrade to maps. No one at Harris Ford sales wanted to fix the misinformation at that time. I also even mention it to Ford customer service. So, I am happy yet sad.

2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. This was the first Hybrid car I have ever purchased. Consumer Report recommended this car as a good buy, and was second in the category it was in with Toyota Camry Hybrid as the top spot, but, at $10000.00 more. I believe the salesman was fairly new as the sales manager took the lead in the negotiations to purchase the vehicle, and I got the car at a really good price and so far have been thrilled with the overall quality of the vehicle. I was in and out within 90 minutes of arriving, which is fairly rare in my experiences of buying a new car. As an owner of Defensive Driving School I have made several vehicle purchases over the years, and I would HIGHLY recommend Harris Ford for your next automobile purchase.

This note is more intended for the owner(s) and/or general manager of the dealership and as I did not have their email addresses I would hope that you pass this along.I would like to extend my heartiest thanks to your dealership and especially to Mike Chism. My wife & I traveled, in our Jayco motorhome, to your area from our home in the Chicagoland area, to visit our son. On our way out to Washington the Ford E450 which powers our rig was experiencing overheating problems. We were able to safely make it to our son's location but feared that the problem would persist and plague us on our way back home. I attempted to schedule warranty service with several dealerships but they all indicated that they would be unable to accommodate me as they had no room to work on a 33 foot motor home. That is until I was fortunate enough to reach MC in your service department. Mike explained that your policy was to avoid servicing said vehicles due to space limitations - I explained my frustration due to the lack of available Ford warranty service in the area. MC called back and stated that he had spoken with the service manager and had received the ok to service my vehicle. I felt as if a yoke had been removed from my shoulders. Not only did MC get me in right away, he also followed up and made sure that the work was performed in a timely fashion so we were able to get back on the road headed for home. I brought my Ford Escape in to have the power steering fixed (which my car was recalled for) and also I needed to replace the ignition which was going out. I was nervous because my husband usually handles all the car issues but I had to take care of this since he was working. Mike in the service department was AWESOME! He made everything very easy and even took care of calling Enterprise for me so I could rent a car. My car was fixed by the end of the day. Every staff member I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Car problems are not fun to deal with but when you have nice people helping you, it makes things so much easier and less stressful. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely be coming back to Harris Ford for any future fixes and/or when it's time to purchase a new car.

I am always able to get in for service. However, I am saddened that there will no longer be Saturday service and I will have to take off work in order to service my new vehicle. I hope this will not happen too often.Having a new vehicle I believe I had to bring it in more than I should have, but one must work out any kinks in a new car. I did have to return two Saturdays in a row due to service having to order a part that they did not have.

Had a great experience with the Harris Ford service department. Called for an appointment at 8:15 a.m. hoping to get my Explorer in for an oil change next week. Turned out they were able to get me in same day. Arrived at dealership at 10:10 intending to leave the car and get a shuttle back to work and pick the car up in the afternoon. The customer service rep, Dan, told me it would take about an hour. So I opted to wait. At 11:10 -- exactly 1 hr later -- Dan came out to tell me my car was ready. Really appreciated the prompt and timely service.

I leased a Lincoln MKT. Tony, my salesperson was prepared with all of the information I needed to make the decision on the MKT based on a phone conversation we had prior to arriving at Harris Lincoln-Ford. No time was spent discussing what wasn't relevant to my decision making. He was polite, honest and courteous. He brought in the general manager of sales Shawn who was also a pleasure to work with in getting the best lease possible for the MKT. They both made good on what they promised and both followed up days after the lease to ensure I was satisfied and if there was anything else needed to make my experience positive. The finance manager was also very knowledgeable and friendly to work with during the signing of the lease ensuring I understood all of the contract details. Thanks Harris Lincoln-Ford team!!!

I worked with Sean Biegel, the service writer again for my 60,000 mile service and replacement of my radio/cd player most recently. Sean has always been good to work with. I have never thought he was telling me something to do for the money. The car runs better and it's nice to have a radio with the working cd player. I feel the same about service writer, Daniel Curry. Have never questioned any alterior motivations for either of the service writers. They make sure the work gets done properly as well.

I have experienced a very bad purchase. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus just recently, and I just realized that those guys lied to me about the carfax. When I first came in to check out the car, it was the SE version with perfect carfax; however, when everything is done, they did the paper work for another car which has crash experience in carfax. They'll try to trick you everytime they can. Those guys could not just look me in the eyes.

I came in to Harris Ford looking for a new truck with my daughter and the service level they guys provided was way beyond my wildest expectations. I had been to a few other dealers and nothing was coming together. I was close to the point of giving up after I had a particular bad experience earlier in the evening. My daughter talked me into giving one more chance. There was a truck I found on their website that I liked so I used the instant message function and got in contact with their sales guy. He was extremely helpful and great taking me through the whole process, he included my daughter making her feel comfortable and even put her favorite cartoon on the TV while we negotiated. They definitely have a top flight sales their on your hands over there! I worked with the Manager to iron out the details. I was amazed at his patience and willingness to walk me though the details of the incentive and interest rate options that were available to me. He was very flexible, not pushy at all and was a real pleasure to work with. We came to an agreement and I signed the deal! I then went back to get all signed up. The finance guy was very nice and efficient at getting me and my daughter in and out so she could go home and go to bed. He talked me through all my warranty options so I could understand them and was an overall great guy. I am not the type of guy that usually writes these kind of letters but I was literally blown away by the staff. Harris Ford definitely earned yourself a repeat customer and I have been telling all of my friends and family what a great experience I had over there. Anyway thank you for the great truck. Its the first time I have ever left a car dealership completely happy with the entire experience!

Purchased 2012 Escalade in February with conditions. Dealer would be in touch with my wife to set up appointment and provide a rental vehicle for the duration of the service. During the course of the servicing of the conditional items, the vehicle was found to have severe and irrrepairable damage, as stated by service dept personnel.With minimal discussion, the dealer moved to make the transaction right by offering a replacement or comparable vehicle. It took a few weeks, but an acceptable replacement vehicle was found, and the parties retransacted for the replacement vehicle.This was a particularly difficult transaction for both parties, and Harris Ford handled it about as well as I could have expected them to; in particular I would like to thank Bryan Kelly, and Tyrone for the outstanding service provided.

Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the quality of the mechanics work. I own a 2005 F-150 Lariat that experienced an engine hydro-lock under 75,000 miles. I contacted Harris Ford and spoke with M.C. in the service department. I explained all the circumstances and Michael(M.C.), had me bring it in to investigate further. Michael concurred that the engine had in fact hydro-locked and had it replaced in a WEEK! It's running like a top and I am so beyond satisfied. Michael and his team at Harris Ford set the standard for professional customer service. If there is ever a issue in the future, I will always go to Harris Ford and M.C., knowing my vehicle is in good hands by honest professionals!

Jeremy, our salesman, did an excellent job of helping us find the right vehicle and making the buying process simple and quick. I would have given 5 stars for "how did we do" but...if you are going to claim to have vacuumed and washed my car please do a better job (FYI: No children, no dogs, nothing on the floors except the mats and an empty shopping bag in the back) The last time my car was "washed" the customer service rep was even embarrassed by the lackluster job (she was answering a question about the back up camera so we were looking at the back of the vehicle after my service appointment) Neither of us commented on it but it was a glaring example of a job poorly done.

2014 f150....jon williams and the guys that worked on my deal really went above and beyond to get me approved for my loan. I was a first time buyer and it wasn't easy getting me approved. My experience was great, it wasnt a bad time sitting for 5hrs +, we had a good time. The staff was always making sure i was comfortable and made sure i was taken care of. I would definitely recommend their services and will be a returning customer......and the burgers were good too!

I went to Harris Ford to check out a Mitsubishi Lancer they had for sale from their sister dealership. The salesperson I worked with, Nate, was very gracious and fun to talk with. He took me for a test drive then let myself and my pal take the car for a no-pressure test drive on our own. He was able to answer all of my questions and offered me time to think about the car overnight before buying. I also worked with his manager Bob and a finance specialist Dan, both of whom were very kind and professional. I am happy to have an overall great dealership to bring my car to when I need maintenance and repairs in the future.

Gil Fret was the sales person that contacted us...we worked with him via email for a day or two. We then set an appointment to see the vehicle. Gil went above and beyond to make sure my husband and our family was happy. His extensive product knowledge, along with features and benefits of the truck impressed us. I was very pleased with my experience at the Harris location in Everett WA. My Actually recently bought a car there and he referred me, they were very friendly and were able to get me to finance my first car by myself, without having any credit. They really worked with me to make sure I was happy. At first my car had a few problems I noticed within a few days, and Harris happily took the car to the nissan shop and payed for all repairs and also payed for a rental car. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy, I love my car and love the team there, they are very friendly and caring, I recommend them to all my friends and family.

these folks are horrid all of them. We came in needing a car quick as my car broke down, we had a preapproved loan ready to go and we just had to pick a car. the salesman showed us one car and acted like we weren't worth his time. We liked the car though so we pulled the trigger. The salesman said that gap would be included in the price of the car as well as a two year warranty so we were pleased. We were in a hurry and didn't take the time to pay attention to the fact that a 11000 dollar car had just turned into a 17000 dollar car. No warranty or gap was rolled in, it was added to the top. Also, we were told we could pick up the car the next day. At 5 pm the next day we got a call saying one more day, I complained and they gave us a rental car which had all of the gauges out. Now three days later we are here to deliver the check for the car and they are making us wait over two hours now to hand them a dang check. These people will take advantage of you, as a human to another human I am writing this to save you the headache of dealing with them

This dealership offered me $2,000.00 for my trade in car that was worth $8,000 minimum. I felt this was not a good faith offer so I sold it privately for $12,500.00 and bought my car elsewhere.I liked my sales guy, but I also found it to be a high pressure management format with way too many salespeople following me around. Ease up and be fair to old ladies!

I left to drop off my car and i was told they would detail the jeep but when I picked it up it was not detailed. They did put gas in it though. Overall a good experience.

Made arrangements in advance to view and drive car. Arrived and car was not on their lot - had to go to Everett. Original sales rep was "busy" so gave me off to new guy - 2 months on job. He didn't know which car I had interest in - also car was not clean, had a leak and had mold both in driving area and all through the trunk - would not recommend this dealer.

I bought a used Ford Escape at the used car superstore in Burlington. The Finance manager got us a better loan after we had already decided to buy the car. Sorry don't remember his name. At the Lynwood store, Eric Wray worked hard to find something we would be interested in. When he couldn't find anything, he was honest and told us about the Escape that we bought even though it was in Burlington, and he didn't make anything off of it. Two very good examples of integrity in your staff.

In the beginning I was not truly "car shopping" when I visited the dealership, just a "looker" ~ but with a 12 year old vehicle that was in need of enough repair that it would be equal to a full year of new car payments I easily became a better listener as new car options were presented to me. I was nervous... but very quickly I knew that I had made the right decision and had found the right place. My Salesman (Erick K.) stayed with me from beginning to end, until I made my final choice. I felt like he was knowledgeable about the vehicles I considered and the sales process as a whole. He helped me get into something brand new at a (much) lower than expected payment. The financial department was equally as helpful. The process was fairly quick and was made to look like "clock work" as they handled all the paperwork needed for closing. I completely trusted the entire process, without doubt. I left Harris Ford Lincoln that night in my beautiful new Tuxedo Black Lincoln MKZ. I love my new vehicle, and I'm having a lot of fun with it. I get compliments all the time and I can easily rave about the dealership, Erick and the MVP Service that can be expected. Plus, At the time I was unaware of the service (free) that a Lincoln owner gets, and the Referral rebates/payments that I would receive when I recommended Harris Ford Lincoln to my neighbors (who bought 2 vehicles right after I did) and my friends. Getting those extra surprises was nice too. I was "sold" in many ways and have been made into a repeat customer for sure! I even took the time to vote for this dealership when the "The Best of Western Washington" voting started last week.

I have been buying and leasing vehicles for the past 5-6 years from Harris Ford from Used to New and in all price ranges. My first ever loan was a car loan that they obtained on my behalf, which me helped me to gain credit history, and that had been repeated many times over the past few years. Every time I have left this dealership happy with the customer service, the payment amount, and the vehicle I choose. I have gone from SUV, to car, to truck, to cars, and back to a truck and a car now that I have a family! So many transactions that they have come to know me as I enter the building. My last few transactions (lease/purchase) have been handled by Erick as salesman and Brandon in financing. I always send my friends to Harris Ford when they talk about needing a new vehicle and I recommend contacting my salesman in particular. My wife wants me to stop changing vehicles so often, but I know that when I do get the itch again I know where I'm going! Harris Ford had my grandparents business for years and they'll have mine for years too.

You won't walk out of Harris Ford with a good deal, they will scam you any way they can. I brought my buddy in to look at a new $60k F350, as I wanted to purchase his trade in, 2011 F350, at trade in price. He bought a new truck from them, and right then and there they agreed to sell me his truck for $1,000 over what they gave my buddy for it, $33.5k, because they had to take it through inspection. This changed within about 20 minutes, they said they had to run it through inspection before they could sell it to me...I could feel the scam coming. Monday, I called to come get my truck, and bring in my F150 for trade, which I had bought from Harris 3 months earlier. Came in, they said my buddies F350 was now $35k, AND they wanted me to take a $6,500 loss on the F150 that I had bought from them 3 months earlier...In short, I have now bought 3 cars from them, attempted to buy another but they wouldn't budge on their price, brought them a $60k truck purchase, lost $6,500 on a F150, lost $13k on a Focus Electric.I think most car dealers are like this, but crazy what dealers are allowed to get away with today.AND...my check engine light came on after about a week of purchasing my 33.5k truck for 35k (they sited inspection costs or two batteries, $2,000 batteries?). I text my salesman Eric Wray about the check engine light, he said they won't look at it because I left them a bad review. I then asked if anything I said in the review was untrue...no response. So not only will you not get a good deal from these scammers, they won't even warranty their overly expensive products. Buy private party, no point in buying from Harris Ford when their warranties and inspections mean nothing.

A company that makes you feel like your number one, honest ,true to their word there is nothing better then a true dealership that making buying a car easy. They make you feel good and then when you get ready to buy after spending three to fours hours they change the price by $1000 and say that is what we agreed on.

I wouldnt say that I had a pleasant experince with Harris Ford due to the fact that Richard their sales agent kept calling me and sending me emails right until the moment I submitted my application. After that no contact whatsoever and after my 3-4 day persistence of emailing and calling I just got a text from another employer John, not Richard saying - We are unable to finance your car. thanks John.Thats no way to treat a potential customer. I have been turned down by other dealerships but at least they had the sense and politeness to call me and explain the situation.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, especially first time car buyers.PS I got a GM certified 2010 Chevy Aveo from Art Gamblin motors and the agent there managed to get all things done from 10 am till closing time.

Not very happy with the course of events surrounding my daughters choice to view a vehicle listed for sale with Harris Ford of Lynnwood. We had been told initially that the car was at a sister dealership and that it would be on the lot the day she scheduled an appointment to check it out. The day of appointment came, and I sent an inquiry as to the location of said vehicle to ensure it was there, only to be told it was going off to auction, that they did not have on the lot. Keep in mind, they did not know who I was at the time of my contact with them. My daughter was told by the salesman that he was going home sick and handed her off to someone else. It was then almost two hours later that I had the opportunity to discuss the situation. Suddenly, Casey, the saleperson of contact, was on the lot working... and not home sick. When pressed for the location of the vehicle I got both "it's here" and "it's not here." One second it was available for purchase, the next second it was not. Made no sense whatsoever, but they of course invited us to search through their lots, that they had many more vehicles to choose from. Not many within the same price point, of course. When I called them out on the "bait & switch" they most certainly denied it, that they "were helping" us "because the vehicle was in poor condition." Do they NOT inspect the vehicles prior to putting on the lot for sale? That's the indication I get, that either nothing is checked, and prices are simply posted according to KBB or NADA, or they play the "bait & switch" game with younger or perhaps less-sophisticated buyers. Regardless, I refused to let my daughter make her purchase with this dealership, and thanked the salesperson for giving my daughter the opportunity to learn what is the worst about the car-buying process. We did purchase another vehicle, from a different lot. Conclusion: we felt we were being deceived, the promise that the car was on the lot was untruthful, and they don't appear to have any ethics regarding customer contact. I give this place an "F" for overall grade. In case anyone is curious, because the contact I made was through their chat session, I saved it and will gladly follow-up with a written complaint to the A.G.'s office to review the legal aspect of the business practice we encountered.

I found a used car online through these guys. When I went in, they no longer had the car (sold it that morning supposedly) and showed me the 2013 Ford Fusions. After a short test drive, I asked about prices. I wasn't looking for all the details, just the retail price of the car. After waiting around for over an hour, Big John came out. He was extremely pushy and made me very uncomfortable. When I thought they were just checking some estimates on the price and potential payments, they actually did a shotgun inquiry that ended up costing my 60 points on my credit score. They didn't tell me this was happening. Not only that, but when I went in telling them I was looking for something to cost around $250 to $300 a month, what they showed me would have been over $400 a month. Didn't listen to me at all and were very rude and pushy. Thanks again for tanking my credit score. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had a wonderful experience recently at Harris Ford and wanted to share it. I came in comparing the Ford Focus with some vehicles I was considering. Richard and his manager, Nate I think it was, were extremely helpful. They asked me a few questions about what it was I was looking for. Richard showed me a couple Focus' that I was told would fit my needs and wants. The test drive was great. Richard didn't ramble on as most salesmen do and didn't sound like a robot spitting facts at me. He really tailored the test drive and vehicle demonstration to what was important to me. I also learned alot about the Focus that I previously did not know. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from them, when I am ready to buy, you can be sure I am coming back to see those guys. Thank you Richard and Nate for making this a fun experience.

We just completed the purchase of a 2013 MKZ Hybrid. We chose this vehicle after looking at Cadillac, Chrysler, BMW and Mercedes. The Lincoln MKZ Hybrid truly feels like a 21st century vehicle. It is very comfortable and gets over 40 mpg city and highway. We actually worked with the sales team for over a month before we made our final decision. Fresh out of college, I found myself relocating to Seattle to start my career, but with the car I'd had while I was in school. It didn't take a genius to recognize that making my regular trips to visit family in Oregon was no longer very safe in this car, but with past credit issues I had my bank and credit union telling me that financing a newer vehicle was not an option. Discouraged, I decided to try the dealership route for financing, with relatively low expectations. After filling out an online car loan application on carsdirect.com, I was referred to Arthur at Showcase Motors in Lynnwood (part of Harris Ford dealership) who was immensely helpful in working out a financing plan that they could not only qualify me for, but one that was in my affordability range as well. After finding out financing would be an option, Doug took me out to visit several different lots in search of a car that suited my wants and needs. He was very patient with me while I tried out a few different vehicles, and I never felt like either of these guys were pushing me towards anything I didn't want. At the end of the day I was trading in my old junker for a 2010 Ford Fusion, with financing options that were tailored to my budget needs. It was great to work with people who were able to recognize the changes that came with starting a career to help me out despite my troubled credit history. A pleasure to work with these guys!

I truly have to many things to list here, so I will get to the gut of it all. On Sunday I purchased a new Ford F350 King Ranch with specific build options, upon returning home after I thought I had purchased a vehicle and traded in two very nice vehicles for it I discovered the balloon pricing and NO Vin Number associated with my vehicle. I immediately called the finance manager and asked what had happened he explained that in case they could not secure my vehicle they had options, um really I ordered a specific vehicle. I didn't know it wasn't secured. Anyhow they also did not provide a copy of what my 74,000 dollars was covering. I demanded a copy of the build sheet, they finally sent this to me later that evening. I noticed immediately they bumped the price on the original document from $67,000 to 74,000 and claimed this was their markup on MSRP pricing saying they receive no discount from Ford. I demanded they cancel the sale and I would be in the following morning to pickup my vehicles, they agreed.Upon arriving of course Mark the sales manager asks for one more try to close me. We ended up agreeing to a price and a SPECIFIC Vehicle located in Sandy, OR.. Only one available on throughout the midwest and west coast. I offered to have my vehicle built if this did not work. On Tuesday morning I received a call from Cassie Marsh advising my vehicle had been secured from the dealer in Sandy, OR and they would get back to me Wednesday to advise delivery date and time. On Wednesday I received another call from Cassie Marsh advising my vehicle would be available that afternoon or by Thursday am and he would advise later in the day. On thursday at 0900 no call, so I contacted Cassie Marsh and was asked to bare with him and what he is about to tell me ( yeah you know thats not good news). I was advised that the dealer in Sandy Oregon Suburban Ford had sold my vehicle out from under them. I advised to Cassie to have my deal canceled. I contacted Pat the sales Manager at Suburban Ford and was advised my vehicle in question had been sold retail on Monday the 15. Hmmmmmm After calming down a bit I called and asked to speak to the owner but mr Pierre was not available. So I was put in touch with General Manager Luke Blackwell who manages all of the Ford Pierre stores, I know I was upset, but I held my tongue the best i could explaining to him what had happened in order to get some resolution. I advised Luke I would most likely take my business else where and got a comment I couldn't believe, (That sounds GOOD).. No apologies nor any attempt to fix the situation. Upon hearing this I hung up and had my oldest son come with me to drive a vehicle back. Upon arrival I held back not screaming or causing any kind of scene, just kill the deal and give me the registrations to both my vehicles and both sets of keys. I was advised by Frank that he could not locate the key fob for my 2013 Range Rover Sport Limited I was advised that Brian? had taken it home by mistake and gave me an IOU sheet from them advising they owed it back once Brian turned it in. I received a call from Cassie advising that they had actually now lost the key fob a $550 + Tax key... I called back asking for Mark Keaton to advise the cost of the key and the first thing out of just mouth was did you even give us a second key.. Although he was sitting there with Cassie when I handed it over with a witness also present. I advised him I had done as explained and that Frank was aware of this as he knew Brian had the key... The saga continues, I will be sure to finish this once complete.

Tari and Ripley were my guides when It came to getting what would soon be my new 2009 chevy Silverado. I don't have the best credit and was in need of getting a new truck. they both bent over backwards to help me get into this new truck. On 5/21/2013, I filled out an online form with Harris Ford of Lynnwood to apply for a used car that they had on their website. I was completely upfront about my income and the monthly payments I could afford. Casey Marsh, an Internet Sales Rep at Harris Ford called me shortly thereafter. We discussed in more detail my financial situation and the car that I had to trade in. He scheduled an appointment for the following day, and he sent me a confirmation email. Then the next day, four hours prior to the appointment, Casey called me to cancel. He said that the car I was interested in had sold that morning, that I needed to pay at least half the cost of a vehicle as a down payment, and that they weren't interested in my car as a trade in. Why couldn't he have told me all these things before arranging an appointment? He got my hopes up for nothing and I had a friend that was going to come with me to the appointment. I had to call my friend at his work, which was an inconvenience to him because he had made arrangements to take off from work early. As of today 5/28/2013, the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing is still showing on their website. Casey said it was sold a week ago. Either he is lying or they don't keep the website up to date. So, if you are shopping for a car, take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with Harris Ford.

I have called approximatley 8-10 other dealers and sales people who all told me they could get the job done. Unfortunatly they couldnt. Tari called me and I told him I haver already been turned down. He looked into my situation and I am now leaving with a beautiful Dodge Ram!!!!!!!!! When my credit is repaired I will still be back because of the time and effort that went into getting me the loan all while he was telling me nopt to lose hope. Also I did not break the bank getting my new truck. Simply the best.

on a personnel level harris ford is very good ,but a very annoying issue is it seems they add $5000.00 to every sticker price (except the mustang they add 9000 .00!!) so they start the buying price with the added dealer market on each car their response is 'we need to make money to stay in business ' the facility is very nice , clean well maintained with plenty of inventory but the pricing hmmm ,we have bought 2 cars from them and managed to get past the starting pricing issue it seems like a waste of time in the buying process

Awesome place to work with. I contacted them through their website and worked with internet sales guy Casey Marsh. Good guy and no BS. This round of looking for a car took me to quite a few dealerships. After most I wanted to take a shower for all the BS that was thrown at me. Marsh was a no pressure guy who seemed very honest. If he didn't know something he admitted it and researched the answer instead of making the best thing he could think of like some sales people I ran into. Got top dollar for my trade and found the rest of the staff to be very friendly including a very busy sales manager Frank. Good experience, highly recommend for new-car sales.

I had planned on just looking around. I was still on the sidewalk when I heard a gentleman say, "Hey, looking to buy a car?" I turned around saying, "Kind of. Just looking around a little bit." He then introduced as Ernest. Now this was not the guy who I bought a car from but he got me in the door, which is half the battle. Ernest then introduced me to Tari. He welcomed my boyfriend and I into his office and told us to take a seat. After a few questions about my price range, what kind of car i was looking for etc etc. He asked me what I wanted to do, I said let's just run my credit. After that we talked about my options. The best part about all this conversation was the was no pressure to actually buy a car. I even told him I not going to be buying a car today. Tari said that's fine, you don't have to. He talked about everything with me and made it VERY easy to understand. I had never even walked into a dealership, I had no idea what to except. He then took us out for a ride, just to look. we looked at a few but nothing was sticking. he then said this is it! I looked and he was right. I then drove my 2011 Chevy Malibu back to the dealership. after checking on my loan and him helping drop the monthly payments I started to sign the papers. Author helped me with all of the final paperwork. he helped me actually understand my warranty because those things have a lot of big words. after all was said and done I'm walking away with a car that I love, payments that i can afford and just feeling good about the sale. I would recommend Tari to anyone looking to buy a car. Very easy to talk to and a real gentleman.

I just want to take a moment to thank Art and Ripley for their fantastic customer focus and making us feel like we were their number one priority. When we explained to Art what we wanted he only showed us exactly that and didn't look for something I wasn't asking for. GO see Ripley! I came here because I heard they help people with not so good credit finance a car. I was skeptical because a lot of places claim the same thing but in the end you always walk away empty handed. I have terrible credit!!!! I even have a repo on my report! I couldn't get a loan for $500 if I needed to. This place got me in a 2011 chevy suv with a perfect carfax and extremely low miles. I did not have to put a huge downpaymet on the car and my monthly bill is wonderful! This place is no joke! Make sure to ask for Ripley! All around amazing customer service! The place is extremely nice looking and clean. I cant stress enough if u have bad credit or are just looking for a good deal on a car go se ripley and he will mqake sure you get what you want AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE!

We not only test drove one, but three cars! His patience as I thoroughly inspected each vehicle was hands down, none I've experienced before...and this isn't my first rodeo of used car buying!You're thinking great, the salesman was nice, but what about the "closer"...well if you have the opportunity to work with Leo, you're in good hands! No 10 times back and forth, let me see if they'll accept that! I came in knowledgeable of the car, the price I was willing, and guess what we saw eye to eye! One time, yes you read that right, ONE time back to get price accepted and it was. A man with character, looks you in the eye when he's talking to you, gives you a firm hand shake when it's done, and I truly felt like it was a Win/Win situation! I seen a truck that was perfect for my family that was at Pierre Ford. After checking my credit I was sent to special financing and waited patiently for a call from them with some kind of status. After 2 weeks of calling Pierre Ford and being told they will call me the next day everytime I called. I seen the truck had moved to Harris Ford. I told Harris Ford my situation; that my family and I are only interestred in this vehicle and hadn't heard anything from Pierre ford or there manager. Harris Ford worked very hard in getting my family the car we really wanted and accomplished it despite our bad credit. They keep us in the loop while working on an approval and we didn't have to call to check on the status. We now have are dream truck and was approved in a couple days!

My friend asked me to come take a look at a 2004 F250 Diesel and being a good friend I wanted to help him out. Lets start with the price, last week the price was 10,490 today the new price was 15,580. We had printed off the add with the 10,490 price so the dealership was going to honor it. Gus was not a very welcoming salesmen he only shook my friends hand and did not bother to say hello to me. Bob the sales manger did the same. After the deal fell through and we decided to leave, we asked for the add with the 10,490 price and for some reason the dealership had lost the paper. So we waited for 10 minutes while they looked and finally we went to the front desk and asked for a new printout. The guy printing off our paperwork was very nice and even signed the paper to honor the 10,490 price but the other sales associate sitting behind the counter gave us a dirty look and turned to the other salesman and said ," why are you doing all that" in a rude tone. We will not be back to purchase a vehicle, this place is a joke and they do not care about you.

Worked with Rikk Holguin at Harris Ford. Honestly, I had not planned to purchase new. I had a trade with money owed still but a new child forced me to begin looking for a larger vehicle. Rikk got me into a new car and almost 24 hours later, there are still no regrets. It was worth the almost 30 mile drive and a few hours of time working out a deal.

Our experience with the sales staff at Harris Ford can only be described as top notch and honest. Tari Jones has an exceptional knowledge of vehicles that rivals any mechanics or car enthusiasts that I know and was willing to show us used and new vehicles according to our family needs. His non-aggressive style made us feel comfortable and unpressured which led to a second trip back to the dealership. Tari zeroed in on the correct vehicle and had it detailed and waiting for us when we drove up which made it an easy decision to purchase the vehicle at a fair price which I have never experienced. Once we had an agreement, it took an hour and a half to write up the paperwork and sign the papers which must be record time for any dealership trying to ensure repeat business. Special thanks to Gabriel with his uber computer skills! Harris Ford should be a first stop for any car buyer looking for a new or used vehicle. They have won our business for many years to come?

My wife and I first contacted Micah over the phone inquiring about a Jeep we saw on the Harrisford.com website. He was very professional in our phone call so we set up a meeting. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly and shown the vehicle we called about. He showed us another vehicle that we loved and decided to purchase. He made the wait to work out financing pleasant and we were in and out in no time. The icing on the cake was that we were not trading in our car and needed a way to get our new car home. Micah offered to follow us from Lynnwood to Arlington with the new car. I was in need of a vehicle! My friend had purchased a car here about 2 months ago and referred me to Harris. I was met by Haakon Andor at the used car lot, explained my problems to him and never once felt like I was being embarrassed (few credit gliches, car with broken windows). I went to the dealership expecting to receive the run around because I previously been to another dealership, but when I walked in I was greeted by the most welcoming gentleman I had ever met. He was personable, patient, attentive, and dedicated to meeting my needs as well as finding a way for me to get into the vehicle I wanted while navigating through my credit issues. I'm a first-time buyer who recently relocated to the Bothell area and in need of a car. Needless to say, I was a little intimidated by the buying process. I was put in touch with Danielle, the saleswoman from Showmotors in Lynnwood. The initial phone call was a friendly one, yet I was worried because of my not-so-great credit history (full-time student with debt), and I wasn't sure I would get into a good vehicle for a good price. She and her supervisor worked with my challenging credit and got me approved! The best part??? They actually worked with the price and lowered it to ensure I was happy. I walked away in a beautiful SUV and am very happy! There was little to no pressure - they are definitely not sales sharks; they are knowledgable though. All-in-all, I highly recommend the team at Showcase Motors!!

I was apprehensive about going into a dealership as my credit isn't the best. My salesman Nick was very easy going and helped me find just what I wanted. The whole process from start to finish was painless and relaxed. Because they are such a high volume dealership, they have the buying ability to get you approved. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Danielle at Showcase Motors was great! She spent a lot of time with my in my truck buying process. The overall buyting process has been really lengthy. I'm here at the dealership for over 2 hours and haven't signed any papers yet. The facility needs a lot of updating, although the customer seating area is nice with it's TV and leather sofas.

I went to Harris Ford to look for a very good priced new gas-saver sedan. I ended up test driving a 2012 Ford Focus and then spent some time looking at their used vehicles. Since nothing stood out in the used vehicle selection, we went into the office to run some numbers and that is what really made me like this dealership so much. They did not ask me to run a credit app prior to doing ANY negotiating. They asked me the normal questions like 'what it would take for me to buy the vehicle today' and I gave them a number, a few minutes later they came back saying they could hit that number and then we moved forward with the credit information. This is the first dealership that I have been (Ford or otherwise) that was able to hit my price range for a new 2012 Ford Focus. I was very surprised and delighted! The Sales Person Doug, the Sales Manager Nick, and the finance manager Mike weere not only awsome but they worked with my wife and I the whole way through the process. Even when it came down to the additional options offered (extended warranty and the like) they were able to allow me to add on some of those options without breaking my very tight budget. In addition they gave us many different finance options (from banks and credit unions, to length of the loan) and allowed us to totally customize the additional features that WE were most interested in. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the staff to my Family and Friends looking for a vehicle!

This dealership practices both the "backdated contract" and "yo-yo" scams. They will call you back several days after you sign contracts and take delivery to say that you need to come back in to resign the contracts because they "made a mistake" on the original one. The new contract is then backdated to the date of the original contract, which is illegal in the state of Washington. RCW 46.70.180(4) states that a dealership must contact a customer within four days from the date of the signed contract to let them know if financing was accepted or rejected. They did not contact me for nine days.Upon the advice of my attorney, I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dealer Licensing Board, as well as contacted the State Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!05/11/12 UPDATE -- Luk Blackwell of Harris Ford has been in contact with me tonight in an attempt to mitigate my situation. I am impressed that he responded to my complaint so quickly, and hopefully we will be able to come to a resolution of my situation. It is encouraging to know that someone at the dealership closely monitors online consumer complaints and is at least willing to help. Thank you, Luk. Hopefully we can come to an amicable solution quickly.

Buyer beware of this internet business devopment manager who will lure you in and take you for a ride. He wont show you any upfront cost breakdown but will show you a monthly payment plan for your potential purchase. Don't get fooled like I did. Only when I was in finace did I realize I had signed up for all the extras without prior knowledge, service package, extended warranty, diamond fussion package and Cilajet. I was never offered the opportunity to pass up on these extras and when mentioned to the "closer" as I'll call him I got a look of disbeleif. Now I come to find out that the closer missed the ball on my license fee's and I owe the $63.00 to get them. Not a big deal but let's face when does the thievery end; never again will I purchase from this dealership. Consider yourself warned.
