Over the past 4 years I have unsuccessfully tried to purchase 2 different cars from this dealer. Car #1 CTS -Premium (salesman I spoke to on the lot never returned my 3 phone calls wanting to buy the car). Car #2 XTS -Platinum (VIN for VIN model for model they were $2,088.42 MORE expensive then the dealer I purchased my car from -located less than 300mi. away). That being said, their service dept. makes this dealership my 1st choice when it comes to svc & maintenance. They are the best! Professional, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable with the repair process. They have also made last minute accommodations, when it came to seeking alternate transportation; due to an unexpected repair need. I highly recommend Harvey Cadillac's Service team for any of your vehicle's needs.

My parents needed to have their front left indicator fixed asap for their safety. They are in their mid 80's and I was trying to fix it for them to no avail. I called Brad, who they always speak highly of,and and he was able to get us in the next day at 3 pm. The next morning my mother had to make a doctors appointment for the afternoon, same time as the car. Bethany was able to get the car in mid morning and I was able to bring it in for them. They are slowing down and Brad had the nicest things to say about my parents. He is very understanding and I can see why they like him so much. The waiting room is very nice, along with the restrooms and the coffee:). I am their daughter and I greatly appreciate the wonderful service that has always been extended to my parents.

I had a problem with my transmission. I thought I would have to have it completely replaced. I usually don't trust dealers, but I dropped the car anyway. I received a call less than an hour later. I was told that the problem was fixed and I only had to pay for the diagnostic. I was beyond elated!!!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealer!!!!

I recently drove up from Chicago to pick up a used 2013 escalade from Michael Shoemaker. I had visited 2 other stores who were giving me the run around as far as what i was purchasing the car for and what my trade was worth. I had waisted hours trying to buy a car from my hometown and reached out to Michael Shoemaker and Harvey Cadillac while i was waiting. Michael understood my time was important and i was a serious buyer who just didnt get the deal and treatment i was looking for at other stores. I made the drive after Michael gave us a fair price and a promise for my trade in . Michael and Ron stayed 4 hours after the dealer closed to make sure we didnt have to make a second trip. I would make the drive the next time i was in the market for a new Cadillac Mike and Ron will go above and beyound to make sure you are happy and well taken care of.

Over the years I have had 5 Cadillacs and ALL of them were serviced by the awesome ladies and gentlemen at Harvey Cadillac. The customer service is top notch with everyone from management to the newest team member being very personable and extremely knowledgable. They are easy to build a rapport with and the actual repairs done are itemized, easy to follow and most importantly, done right. Staff have bent over backwards to accommodate and make me feel that there is value not just in my car or the money I spend there, but in me personally. I HIGHLY recommend that you take your car to get serviced at Harvey Cadillac even if you don't have a Cadillac or Lexus!

Although, I'm slightly disappointed that the truck was not listed as being owned by a smoker, the truck is very beautiful, and handles like a dream. If you're looking for a certified pre-owned Lexus, I definitely recommend you talk with Mark O'Neil. I am located in Chicago, IL but found a CPO Lexus, with all the features I wanted, at Harvey Automotive / Harvey Lexus in Grand Rapids, MI. My biggest concern was driving 180 miles to find the car scratched and dinged up. I was put in touch with Mark O'Neil and I asked for an honest assessment of the vehicle's exterior / interior. He was quick to respond with the small handful of wear and tear issues he noted my concern about driving all the way out there and assured me that most if not all could be easily buffed out. A few days later Mark greeted me, and the first thing he did was be upfront and point out all the minor body blemishes that he had described earlier - his assessment was honest and spot on, the scuffs are easy to clean up. Mark was helpful in describing the car's features during the test drive, and recognizing that I came a long way to see their car, let me take as much time as I needed to try it out. Back at the dealer, he introduced me to the service manager who took time out to answer my mechanical questions. During negotiations, I didnt feel stressed, nor was Mark trying to push anything. I feel like we had an honest and fair negotiation and I came out real happy. The business manager, Steve, was honest about financing and was actually able to get me a better finance rate than my local branch. They offered some of the usual add-ons (extra warranties, etc.), but werent pushy about it once I made my choices. The bottom line price didnt include any hidden junk fees, either. Weeks later, I found out that the bank had delayed processing the loan due to the holidays, and Steve was quick to take my call and help me sort it out. Long story short, I was concerned that I was setting myself up to be duped because I was an out of towner. Mark ONeil at Harvey Lexus was honest and I really feel that he helped an out of towner buy a car he didnt sell me a car. Ive had my certified pre-owned Lexus for a few weeks now and love it. If youre driving a distance to see these guys, I think you should feel comfortable giving them a chance. Im glad I did.

We just bought a "new" used 350h Lexus. (It's a lovely car BTW). Mike Resau at Harvey Lexus was our salesperson, I called having found exactly what I wanted online at their dealership. We talked a bit, discussed the price, negotiated some and the car was mine. Mike Resau was a delight to work with. I haven't purchased a car for twenty five years - until this year (my husband always took care of the car purchasing). I have to say, Mike Resau couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, patient, not pushy, not a "used car salesman" type at all. Mike Resau was very professional, stayed after hours to show my daughter and I all the car specifics. Mike was very patient with us, so nice, just a really great guy. Mike Resau even had the battery replaced, as when the dealer went to move the car - found that the battery was dead. So instead of just charging it and not saying anything to us, Mike Resau replaced it and it was ready to drive away at no charge to me. Now that is service and it far exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a certified pre owned vehicle, Harvey Lexus should definitely be on your "must" list. I have talked with and met with A LOT of dealers this year - and Mike Resau at Harvey Lexus was by far the best! Thanks Mike Resau for a great auto purchasing experience. BTW- the financing department was also great, fast, efficient, professional and nice. Yay for Harvey Lexus!

Steve Sowa was a big help with evaluating and establishing an extended service program and promptly getting all the paperwork processed. Brought my vehicle in this past Friday and was very happy with the timeliness of the repair. Originally scheduled for Thursday, they called me prior to advise that not enough loaner cars were returned. As they were trying to make alternative arrangements, I advised them that Friday would work for me as well. As a result Jena and Kurt said I could return the loaner car and pick up my car on Saturday if that would be more convenient . Since that worked out much better for me, I did so. In the interim they took care of my original problem I brought the car in for and performed a couple maintenance checks that were due. I appreciated their helpfulness, communication, and follow through. I would highly recommend their service team!

I definitely rate their professionalism and customer service superior over other dealerships I have worked with. I recommend my salesman Mark O'Neil highly. Body shop took great care of a scratch on my new vehicle, they quickly took care of it and it was no worry to me at all. Service manager Gary,took the extra time to go over our vehicle and make us comfortable with our new purchase. Loaner agent Jena, had great customer service and made it very easy to go over all the loaner information and Brad did a great job answering all my questions, and is very knowledable. All around great service!

Although I never enjoy having to have my car serviced I do enjoy the loaner program. Gives me a chance to drive the newest vehicles from Cadillac and helps ease the inconvenience of having to have my car repaired. Jena gave a great thorough run through of the awesome new XTS and driving one of these definitely puts me in the mood to buy a new car.

I've used Harvey Cadillac for dealer repairs and service for going on ten years, and have never been disappointed. Service tech Warren and cashier Jena are highly competent and courteous, evoking great confidence in doing business there. I consider Warren a trusted advisor. I would say that whenever there is a problem, they make it right, but I don't recall service ever getting to the point of being a problem. Just today I discovered that beyond their comfortable customer lounge, the service department offers discount coupons for the coffee shop in Schuler's Books next door, removing inconvenience of waiting for minor things. Their shuttle service to and from home or work is also prompt and efficient, with very courtesy drivers. They're doing it all right!

It was a pleasure buying a car from Harvey Lexus in Grand Rapids. We were helped by Chuck Helgesen who made sure we selected the right model for us and that we understood everything about the deal and the car. He made himself available by phone for any after sale questions which he happily addresses. We absolutely love our new Lexus. Today we had the first (5000) mile service and the whole process was smooth and painless. While waiting for the service to be completed (started on time and took less than an hour) we talked with Chuck and are considering buying a second Lexus from this dealership. They just make the whole car experience easy.

This is our first Cadillac and "WOW" what an Experience!!!! First: Our sales person (Adam Doll) was down to earth and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and showed us vehicle options that we were interested in..... in detail. Second: Our entire experience with Harvey Cadillac was great, no pressure from anyone. I like to make my own buying decisions based off information and they allowed us to do just that.

We just purchased our Second Lexus from Mark O'Neil at Harvey Lexus. He not only gave us all the time and information we needed but he never Tried to "hard" sell us. He was there to be our resource for information and a fair price. If only every car sales person could be like that gentlemen. Had warranty work done. It was a situation where the car had to be towed to the dealership. My wife and I work out of state for the week, so we really needed the car back by the time we came home the following weekend. During that week the service department kept us up to speed on our car, and had the work completed so we could pick it up on Sat.. The car runs great. They cleaned it up for us. The service department was very nice to deal with. All around great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Harvey Lexus purchasing my barely used 2012 Lexus ES350! My salesperson, Frank Perez, was available immediately to assist me in looking at vehicles, and once my decision was made, he did a great job of wrapping up the sale late in the day so that I could leave with my beautiful new car. He explained all of the safety features of the vehicle and made sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the car. In addition, the business manager Cole Schneeberger was great in concluding the financial aspects of the deal late in the day as well. I look forward to my business dealings with Frank and Harvey Lexus in the future!

I have bought several luxury cars in the past, both foreign and domestic. This is my first Cadillac and the best buying experience I have had! As impressive as the car is, I have to say what really made the difference is Adam Doll. He took the time to show me why I should own a Cadillac and took the time to educate me on all the car's features and why I should buy from Harvey. I am so glad I followed his advice. The whole experience was very pleasant with no pressure and the after sales followup by Adam has been great.

I highly recommend buying a used car from Laura. Great experience; efficient, quick and a great price for my trade in. Be sure and bring in your service records for the trade in. They were worth 100's of dollars! That's of course assuming you took good care of your trade in.

I am so very pleased with the service received from Harvey Cadillac. This is not my 1st purchase with Harvey, but I must say I am more pleased this time. Doug Verburg is an AWESOME salesman!! I found the cars on cars.com, emailed Doug, and that same day he replied back. Doug has done everything within his power to see that we were happy customers...and we are!! Dear David, Thank you for the follow-up on our recent ourchase of a 2008 Lexus ES 350 from Harvey. I was very pleased with the over-all sales approach and the sevice we received from mark O'Neil. Mark was very thorough, knowledgeable, low leyed and professional. As my wife Carol and I went through the decision making process, he was always available with pertinent information or help and knew when to take a step back. That works well for Carol and me. I will be retiring in July so I was not necessarily interested in making a purchase before spring and parking the car in the garage for the winter months. After narrowing our search down to the ES350 and Lincoln MKS, Mark reminded us if the not so obvious saftey, performance and mechanical attributes of the Lexus which I validated from information he provided and other information I gather on the net i.e. J.D. Power & Associates. Although I could have gotten a little better financal deal on the MKS, I am convinced we made the "Best Choice". Our only minor dissapointment is a very small indentation on the front end , right side that Mark indicated we could have repaired for a minor fee when we bring the car in for the complimentary oil change. So now we have the "Old Lexus" with 278,000 miles and the new one. We call the Old One Lexy and the new one Sexy lexy! We have appreciated Mark's follow-up and yours too. Rolanzo Hill provided great information and details on the Certified CTS that we test drove. Test driving cars at the GMC dealer across the street was a joke compared to the customer service received at Harvey Cadillac. I will shop agan.

My car shopping took me to Harvey where I met Adam Doll. Within a few minutes, he built a rapport that was able to overcome my long-standing distrust of auto sales. Adam was helpful and conscientious through the purchase process, but it was later that I came to really appreciate what had happened. Through something as traditionally impersonal as buying a car, Adam had forged a friendship that remains to this day. He has also taken time to make sure I remain happy with my vehicle. In addition to explaining the car very well during the demo and driving, he has continued to provide tips and pointers. I would never hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Adam.
