I had a great experience buying a car at Haus Auto Group. Their staff are professional and friendly, which made me comfortable with the time I spent at the dealership. Mike Cochran is the best!. He helped me find a great car with low miles and a low interest rate. I would purchase another vehicle with Haus Auto Group for sure.

I'm a Mother, of a 1st time driver! I only wanted to Best for my son & a secure vehicle for him! I met Ron and his grandson this summer at the Tractor Pulls! They reminded me of my son & his grandparents, at that age. After talking, Ron introduced himself and gave me his card. I knew when I was ready to buy, I would contact him. That time has come :) Ron called me back, I told him what I wanted. He assured me, he would find it! Frank Crone called me within 10 mins and 45 mins later, I received pictures of the truck. I have never felt so secure and confident, when purchasing a vehicle! After numerous phone calls and pictures, I bought the truck! PURCHASED A MERCEDES 500 SL ROADSTER FROM MATT. FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL ON TO THE END OF THE PURCHASE MATT WAS GREAT, VERY INFORMATIVE, HAD ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. WENT TO FINANCE AND WAS WORKING WITH DOM, ONCE AGAIN HE WAS GREAT. INITIAL RATE WAS HIGHER THEN MY CREDIT UNION, ADVISED I WOULD PROBALY USE THE CREDIT UNION. HOWEVER DOM CALLED ME AND ADVISED ME THAT THEY FOUND A LOWER RATE THAT WAS CLOSE TO MY CREDIT UNION, THE VARIANCE BEING MINUTEI WENT WITH HAUS. WHEN I RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP, RON THE OWNER TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE, HE TO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS FULLY. AS WITH ALL OF THE EMPLOYES I FELT RELAXED WITH NO PREASSURE AT ALL, FELT LIKE I WAS DEALING WITH FAMILY. I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY CAR WHICH IS A SUV, THE PURCHASE CAR HAD A REMOVABLE HARDTOP AND RACK WJHICH WAS ON THE ASHOW ROOM FLOOR. AFTER CHECKING THE SIZ WE FOUND THATY WE WOULD BE UNABLE TO PUT ITEMS INTO MY CAR. AT THIS TIME RON (THE OWNER) GOT TWO OF HIS EMPLOYES TO LOAD THE TOP AND RACK AND TOLD THEM TO FOLLOW ME HOME (SIXTY M,ILES). AFTER LEAVING WE HAD A SMALL CARAVAN ALL THE WAY TO MY HOME. UPON ARRIVAL AT MY RESIDENCE THE TOP AND RACK WERE CAREFULLY UN LOADED AND PUT IN MY GARAGE. THIS TO ME WAS FAR AND AWAY FOR A DEALER TO GO TO MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY. I have been trying to get out of my current car. Dom was great at thw dealership and tried his best to make things happen. I got a call the next day being told that they were able to get me into the car! they kept their word with keeping the car at my payment price! My husband purchased a Harley that he saw online. Many pictures at every angle were provided along with many details. After talking with Chris he decided to purchase the vehicle, physically sight unseen and never even hearing it run. Never having done this before was VERY scary. Dominic prepared the paperwork and the process began. They made themselves available for questions at all times, returned our phone calls almost immediately and held our hand thru the whole process. Long story short, the bike arrived in Connecticut effortlessly. It was in absolutely flawless in condition and performance just as they said it would be. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from them or recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here again. they sold me a vehicle with a number of issues that they promised had been resolved but as soon as I drove off the lot, I found out they had told me a bunch of lies. They lied to me about numerous things being fixed and they weren't! very nice "acting" but really they were just taking my money. They will do about anything to sell you a vehicle but if you decide to buy anything from them be sure to have it thoroughly looked over!! They WILL KNOWINGLY sell you Garbage! I actually caught a couple of the guys in a lie before buying the car. SPARE yourself and your money. DON'T buy from here!

This is the second used car I have bought from Ron Haus Auto Group and so far, I can say this experience has been as successful and rewarding as the first. I went back because everybody at Ron Haus took great care of me the first time around and even long after purchasing my first vehicle from them. So far, this second time, I worked with Jerry and he was very professional but mostly personable and friendly. From the beginning, he took all of the guesswork out of the purchase and was completely helpful and up front with regards to every detail. I recently purchased a vehicle from Haus Auto salesman Jerry was nice and easy going overall things went well. I was however not pleased with the "detail" work I was told would be done. The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned and the previous inspection stickers were still on the windshield. The biggest disappointed was that I never heard from the salesman after the sell. It's been 3 weeks and no one has followed up I feel that is very unprofessional. When I bought the truck they were all smiles once I was out the door that was it nothing not a good way to do business.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a car in the area or around. My husband and I were looking for a suv for my husband when my car brakes line started to leak, and now...I need a car as well. We were looking to find a place where we can both get a vehicle and we came across Haus Auto Group. My husband got there before me and met Jerry Aaron, the associate who helped us during the process, who was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. We went in later on a Tuesday night and I came home with a new car, they worked with us to get it financed the way we needed. Not to mention, everyone in the building said hello and were very friendly. The overall experience we had there was 1000x better than the other car lots around the boardman/canfield area.

Started looking at vehicles in the lot and was greeted promptly by Jerry. You could tell from the start he was willing to help. He looked at the inventory online all the while making sure to find out all he could about my price range, loan term range, and any other details he could.I had quite a few negative experiences before going to haus auto group so talking with jerry was a nice change of pace. The process was quick and easy for us, he made available ever vehicle we wanted to look at to drive and was knowledgeable about them. My wife also needed a vehicle so the choice to get both from jerry was an easy one. All the reviews you see online regarding haus auto group in a positive way are spot on. Referred my boyfriend to purchase a vehicle from Haus a couple months after purchasing mine. We received the same excellent treatment as we did the first time around. He was able to trade his car in and leave with something beautiful. This was a hassle free and easiest truck purchase ever. Jerry Aaron was very professional and personable. Very personable and not a bunch of "con artist high pressure salesmen. We were treated like old friends and not like another sale. Searching for a slightly used 2014 Truck, I originally contacted this dealer over the phone. Initial contact went very well got information and explained that I wanted to trade in my 3 year car in on a newer truck. Got an email requesting pictures of my car and all details. I sent everything and waited 2 days with no response. So I called them again asked for the individual that I originally spoke to and they said ok hold on, then hung up. I called back and was told hold on then someone other than who I requested answered, I asked again for the other guy, said he was busy. Ok, so had to go through the whole thing again and said I emailed the pictures already, they didn't get them, ok, sent them again to this guy, who said "ok got them, give me 15 minutes and I'll call you back with your trade in numbers". That was two days ago. It's obvious that they didn't want to work a deal that they probably didn't want my sports car on trade going into winter, however how unprofessional can they be to not even return the call and say so. No customer service, I feel that a bunch of kids fresh out of high school would do a better job.

This was one great buying experience, I have been to many lots and dealerships but this was the best, by the time myself and my wife left we had a new family, from the owner to the sales people, also the service persons. We were treated with dignity and respect and honesty, as you know these days this is hard to find. We know if we need anything we would not hesitate to call. Several persons said to go to Haus, they are very satisfied, and now so are we. I just purchased a Chevy Camaro yesterday, and I am in love! My salesman, Frank Crone, was absolutely amazing! We drove a little over an hour to look at the car, and they made sure we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in! They gave me a great deal, and made sure the car was perfect before I left the lot. My salesman Frank Crone and everyone else at Haus Auto Group were just incredible. I have always purchased new cars after because I don't like to hassle with used car dealers. However, Haus Auto Group advertised a price on Cars.com that was too good to be true on a Camaro ZL1 convertible - the lowest price in the country by a few thousand dollars. They stood by the price, the CarFax was perfect and the transaction was all done over the internet and the phone. I flew in and the car (fully gassed) and the paperwork were ready and waiting for me. They even picked me up from the airport. It couldn't have been simpler. Best of all, the car was just as clean as the many, many pictures on the website showed.

I was extremely nervous about my first time financing a car. The staff at Haus auto group made me feel very confident that they would help me with this first time experience. I don't have the best credit. I was able to pick the car I really wanted, they got me approved for a loan, and desirable monthly payments. I was even given extra gas put in the car because of the 45 minute to 1 hour travel I made to the dealership to get the car.

This was the best shopping experience i think I've ever had. I've never bought from a dealer before simply because of vehicle mark-up and pushy salesman but NOT HERE! These guys were great and price was under bluebook value. I will definitely be calling them to help me find another car. I live 2 hours from them so Matt took the time to run back and forth from the lot to his desk to tell me everything i wanted to know about the car. He didn't once make me feel pressured nor did he get frustrated with my numerous questions. When i made the trip to look at the car it was EXACTLY as he had described. i decided to buy and and his boss had me done with paperwork and on my way home within 30 min. These guys have a classy, well kept car, show room and full detail and mechanic shop servicing all of their vehicles. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!

I had been test driving cars for weeks in an effort to replace my demolished vehicle. It wasn't until New Years Eve when I was scouring the internet that I spotted a used Traverse at Haus. The salesman (Dom) was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and took the stress out of car shopping. He agreed to allow me to borrow the vehicle for several hours making it possible for my husband to test drive the vehicle as well. We bought the Traverse that evening and even though it was past closing time on New Year's Eve, Dom made it seem as if making our purchase experience easy was the only thing he was concerned about. They made it clear to me that they weren't focused on getting the quick sale, but rather in building a relationship with a repeat customer. Oh, and I got a good deal too!

Mid November, out of the blue, I decided that I wanted a pre-owned VW New Beetle. It would be my Christmas present to myself. I started my search, and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and easy it was to look for a car via the Internet (Cars.com... especially!!). Friday evening, Nov 29th, I saw a Beetle on the Haus Auto Group' s website. The photos of the car were great, and the info let me know that I needed to see this car! Stephen Silvestri emailed me right away regarding my inquiry. I talked with him the next morning, and my husband and I drove from Pittsburgh to see the car that afternoon, Nov 30th. And as they say, ....the rest is history! I loved the car and purchased it that day. However, I had to go back to pick it up the next week. Stephen had everthing ready for me when I got to the dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting Tony Pesce, Service Advisor, whom I had spoken with on the phone. Everyone wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, and I appreciated that! Thank you all, and have a Merry Christmas!!!!

I helped a family member purchase a car at Haus and therefor am writing this review. I waited for a time to write it because I am VERY skeptical of car dealers and wanted to see how the ENTIRE deal played out. We were Pleasantly impressed. The day we test drove the vehicle (it was used) a couple of warning lights came on. The salesman said they would check it out and they did. He told us that if we wanted to purchase the car we would have to wait, because they needed to do some repairs. He then told us that they would deliver the car to us as we were a couple of hours away. We also noticed a little corrosion on the hood and he said they would fix that. The car was VERY clean so we decided to take it. Not only did they do the repairs but they also replaced the headlights because they had minor damage. When all was said and done they delivered the vehicle in tiptop shape, ALL repairs completed at no cost to us and no they didn't raise the price on the car either. The car was also fairly priced to begin with. We received the title within the week and after driving the car for some time now it is running great. One last thing after 2 to 3 weeks we received a check in the mail for a couple of hundred bucks. When we called to see what the check was for they said we had over paid and that was money they owed us WOW! Haus could have easily kept it and we would never have known. At the end of the day we would definitely not hesitate to go back to this dealer I only wish they were closer.

No hype, high pressure, or endless hours spent waiting for a bottom line deal. I saw the car I wanted, presented a fair offer and had no hassle. There were a few items on the car that needed repair or checked and every concern I had was repaired with genuine factory parts. They far exceeded my expectations. Best experience that we ever had a a dealership. My husband Dan and I were looking to trade in his 97 Ford conversion van for something newer so my brother recommended Haus and to talk to Ken in fianance first. I told Ken what type of vehicle we were looking for and what kind of payment we were also looking for. After checking to see where we were Ken introduced me to Frank. We talked about my options with the vehicles that they had, then came up with a Dodge van that would fit what we were looking for. Frank showed me the van inside and out then I took it for a drive. It was what I thought that Dan would like, went in told Ken. Ken said that it would work out in the payment range we needed to be in and for me to bring Dan in the next day to finalize everything. When I took Dan in to see what the guys helped me pick out he was extremely happy.After we finalized the deal Frank took us around to the service department introducing us to Tony the service manager and several of the other employees. Sign, sealed and delivered just as promised!! I have heard horror stories about how women are treated when they go car shopping and was very nervous going without Dan. Well my fears were unfounded shopping at Haus! Ken and Frank were very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional with me. They made us feel very welcomed, were treated with the utmost respsect when we went to finalize the deal. Dan and I are extremely happy with the whole experience. Definatley will send family and friends out to see Frank and Ken when they are looking to purchase another vehicle!!!!

Drove 2.5 hours to purchase a truck that I had talked to them about several times and when I got there they back paddled on the what they were going to give me for my trade-in! I made it very clear that if they would not give me a set amount for my truck that I was not interested and didn't want to make the drive. I was at the dealership for an hour waiting on them to make phone calls to local dealers and possible buyers only to find out that they offered me thousands less than what they originally told me. My truck is in pristine condition minus some scratches in the bed. Will never consider them for a purchase again.

We saw great photos on the website of the type of car we were seeking, and the features we wanted were clearly shown in the pictures. When we were nearing a decision, Steve was extremely patient with our concerns. He pursued further information with Toyota to upgrade our navigation system, and attempted several ways to identify a wire to answer another question. I was looking for a Prowler on Cars.com at about midnight one evening and I found 5 cars that I was interested in. I used the website's email feature and I sent an email to 5 different dealerships saying that I was a serious buyer and asking for their best price on their used car. I also sought an offer on my trade in. Steve from Haus contacted me first thing in the morning and before that business day was over, after many texts and phone calls, we had an agreement. It was not until the following day that I heard from a 2nd of the 5 dealerships and the other 3 never responded at all. I believe the others are stuck in the "call or stop in" mode. I think Haus understands that some buyers like myself prefer emails and texts over lengthy telephone calls. They also understand that some buyers are also very ready to pull the trigger on a purchase and you have to act very fast, not wait around a day or two. I drove the 600 miles to pick up the car and the dealership was prepared and the car was exactly as promised. Also, they got me in and out fairly quickly with zero games and no surprises. There were no games played over my trade either, they gave me what they said they would give me. The entire experience had none of the classic old car dealership foolishness. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience started with my salesman Frank Crone who was my first contact as I began my search on line. I found the CTS I wanted and a dealer that was willing to take a 92 Vette as a trade at a reasonable price. The Cadillac dealers around my home were not. I drove 300 miles to complete this deal and there were a few hicups that were handled superbly over the phone to my complete satisfation. The car selection at this dealer is awesome.

On July 13th my wife and I along with our son Wyatt, entered your facility to look at a honda civic that you offered for sale. I had talked to the salesman earlier in the day on the phone and was impressed with his politeness and professionalism. Once we entered your establishment, Mike our salesman made us feel right at home.Our son was the one who was interested in the car, his first car in fact. Mike made the connection with Wyatt right away and unlike other salesman in the past, Mike spoke directly to Wyatt and made him feel comfortable with out totally ignoring mom and dad.Mike made a nervous 18yr old buying his first car feel very comfortable. Wyatt had in the past, accomapnied us on trips to buy a car and watched in hoor as the sales staff quickly became very unprofessional and rude in there dealings with us.That was NEVER the case with Mike, he is by far the best sales associate we have ever dealt with. I am a "Ford" man through & through as well as a master mechanic & car enthusiast so after searching the web for many months, I was hopeful that I had finally found the car for which I'd been searching. Driving from Akron to Canfield was one of the best decisions I ever made, not only because I ended up purchasing a scarlet & grey 2005 Mustang convertible with less than 20,000 miles on it but because of the fantastic service I received from Dom Yazbek. He was easy to talk to, reasonable to deal with & made the entire experience a pleasure. My wife is a tough sell when it comes to car salesmen having had to accompany me many times on car buying trips over the last 44 years and she was very impressed with Dom as she too appreciated the genuine friendliness of Dom, the lack of "hard sell tactics and the speediness of the entire process start to finish. We would definitely deal with Dom again the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. The 40 minute drive was well worth our time!

Today I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang GT CS! I absolutely love the car and the service I received definitely exceeded my expectations. Mike S. greeted my husband and I as soon as he seen us. He was very professional and personable. Actually every one that works there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Mike was upfront about the left side damage and read the carfax to us. There was zero haggle and I did not feel force to buy the car. I have purchased several cars from these guys. Everything from a classis muscle car to a Porshe. I don't keep cars very long and learned a long time ago it doesn't make sense to buy new. Buying a car with low miles and the factory warranty still remaining is the way to go. Before I found this dealership I would settle for something on the lot but it would always be close to what I want but not exactly. I stopped into this dealership probably 6 years ago now and started talking with the salesmen. He caught me by surprise when he said I don't have exactly what you want but if you can wait a few days I will find it. I writing this today because I just purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe for my wife. I told them what I wanted and in three days it was on the lot waiting for her. She drove it home that day. I have also had cars serviced here and found them to honest, professional and fair. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Just walk in and start talking to anyone. you'll see what I mean. Great job guys and thanks for taking the time to find the cars I want to drive.

Just over a week ago, my vehicle was rear-ended and totalled. Due to no rental coverage of my own insurance, and a second party with a less than cooperative insurance company, I was left in desperate need of a new vehicle. Because of my job, I also require a vehicle that can carry a lot of gear and get good gas mileage for long daily commutes (professional musician/teacher). A friend referred me to Steven at Haus Auto and within the same day, he had a list of vehicles that would fit my needs and work within my budget. The very next day I was in to test drive some vehicles and Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He didn't try to pressure me into any one vehicle, but was very honest when asked questions about things like vehicle performance, gas mileage and technical details of every car. He clearly had a good idea what I was looking for as I ended up picking the first vehicle he suggested! Fortunately, I was able to drive off that very same day. Turns out that I still would have had a car to drive either way...If I hadn't been able to get my financials in order, they were willing to let me use a loaner until my insurance check came through! Steven and all of the guys at Haus Auto made my car buying experience a great one. Low pressure, lots of knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to make me, the customer very satisfied.

I had a very good car buying experience. The pictures of the inventory on line are very detailed. My sales guy Steven was very pleasant and easy going. Wish I would of got more for my trade, but that's how it goes. People inside all where very friendly. The cars are very clean and they have so many models to choose from. You don't stay in this area if you can't provide what it takes. Haus has proven by their 20+ year history in this Valley, that they have what it takes and then some more. It's nearly impossible to allow the time it would take to go dealer-to-dealer to shop the market. There's also no reason to. Having all the information at your fingertips online as Haus does, and then a live person responding back to each little detail within minutes is what I call going above and beyond in the online car market. Steve Sylvestri and I communicated so well, that he found my exact vehicle within 5 days, and I made the purchase the same day it was received at Haus. Sure, he had offered me what was there, but soon learned I had no interested in "almost" what I wanted. He didn't get pushy, didn't get offended, didn't become defeated, but got me exactly what I truly wanted! It is amazing, and I couldn't be happier. These guys do it all and do it well. Steve is a truly kind, geniune person and represents this dealership well. So, don't waste your time and gas running around shopping, when you can do it from your computer and end up buying a car the same day you find it at Haus.

I traveled more than 300 miles to make this purchase. The online and email communication was outstanding with over a hundred photo's of the vehicle I was interested in. I refuse to deal with anybody else but Haus. I have bought five vehicles from Haus in under a year. From my first car; to my wife's Chrysler 300 and recently my Pontiac G6. Two weeks ago I traded in a Cadillac 2006 Deville Touring Sedan (DTS) I had purchased two months ago. There were really no problems with it, was very mechanically sound. But with a child on the way the prices of gas are astronomical especially for a V8. That is when I made the decision to explore a trade in to find a more economical vehicle. Frank and Kenny put a lot of work into making the trade in possible in such a short time of owning the car, and re - financing everything. They are very honest people not looking to rob you like most dealerships (i.e D&M Auto).. I know all of Haus Staff on a first name basis and I trust them with anything when it comes to my vehicles. The whole staff down at Haus Auto Group are great! Truly friendly and really accommodating to the needs and wants of the customer. Including Chris Haus who personally worked out an issue for me. Frank was the main one to take care of me. He did an excellent job, no pressure, no hassles, and was truly concerned about working things out the way I needed them to be. Not like the way most dealerships and salesmen want them to be. I traded in the first car I bought from Haus Auto, a 2009 Chevy Malibu LS (which had a principal higher than trade in value). He got me out of my old car and into exactly what I have been looking for and wanted for a long time now, a 2009 Saturn Outlook XR. My only concern was that this vehicle had leather and a tow package, however, this one was fully loaded! EVEN BETTER and boy am I happy! The best part is nothing was carried over from the old principal onto the new loan! A fresh start on a new vehicle! On top of that Frank and Kenny (Finance Dept.) almost got the payment around where I needed them to be. Very close to my old payment on a vehicle more expensive by far, impressive! Like the title states, this is a place that WILL work with what you WANT! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I would suggest skipping all the "big time" dealerships where they treat you like a second class citizen and head over to Haus Auto Group!! They will really take care of you!!

Dom Yazbek :) was the car dealer who helped me. He was very nice and showed me different cars that were in the range I personally wanted and worked it all out for me, helped me consider all my options and took them all into consideration. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortble in knowing I was purchasing a good relible car! All the workers were very sweet and nice to me. we even had few laughs!! Good people and good cars! Bought my first car ever, and had an overall good experience with Steven Silvestri and the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was when I was given my car it was on E. Since I just spent money on the car I feel they could of given me at least half a tank of gas so I could get to where I needed to go instead of straight to the gas station leaving the dealership.

I was searching for a used jeep liberty for my mother in law. Chris had several on the lot, but unfortunately not the color she wanted. Chris bent over backwards to find the color she wanted with low miles and the lowest price in the area. An easy transaction. Had an issue with the heater around 15 months later and the service team worked with the dealer to have the repairs performed under warranty. Any other used car dealership would have directed you to the closest dealer to let you deal with the issue on your own. That is why i will continue to send friends and family to Haus auto group. Most used car dealers in this area are quite unresponsive unless you walk in as a buyer. This was definitly not the case in my experience, great experience before, during, and after the sale.

I was in the market for a used car and it was bad luck on top of bad luck until I came to Haus. I was treated with respect and never felt under pressure to purchase a vehicle like I was visiting other used car dealers. The customer service was outstanding and the deal on my car was great! I had recently purchased a new chrysler 300 in June of 2012. I am a big guy being 6-7 and having an hour drive to work every day made being in that car not quite as comfortable as I remembered the test drive being. So, I got in contact with Dom Yazbek over at Haus Automotive in Canfield, explained to him exactly what I wanted and within a week, he had the car there detailed and ready for me to look at. It was just what I was looking for and the next day I went up and signed the paperwork and drove off in my new Escalade!! Couldn't have had a much easier and great car buying experience!

When i first contacted the dealership i was greeted by a very pleasant young man, Steven, he was very helpful and worked with me till we got the vehicle and payment we were looking for. The finance manager was also very helpful and friendly. The dealership is not at all close to my hometown we just happened to take a drive to see what kind of deal we could work up and with the help of the Haus crew we were able to make a deal and they accommodated my schedule and delivered my vehicle to my house, 4hrs away, just to make the deal work!
