We have bought numerous cars from these guys and every time our experience was beyond measures. We trust the owner of this company immensely. My husband and I have worked with him in many capacities and know that he is honest and forthright in all his dealings. Check out their business and I know you will not be disappointed. Our most resent car was a surprise to me from my husband and Jeremy and his team worked around the clock to get the best deal for us, and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I heard good things about the dealership and went looking to drive a BMW 5 series. Wound up with a 7 series. Had a couple of problems but they took care of them promptly. Love the car and had a great experience. I'll go back!!! Tom

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hawke's Motors. I have been very pleased with the vehicles, and that is what is most important in the end. However, I found the shopping experience to also be gratifying. The salesmen were honest and they didn't try and force a sale on you that would be bad for you just so that they could make more money. I felt like they cared whether or not I could make my payments and not feel pinched by an expensive car bill. They even helped me look for local banks with the best rates!They were more than happy to address any of my concerns about the vehicles that I test drove and helped me to understand financing better.Thanks for a wonderful buying experience. These guys are top notch.

I had the best experience at Hawkes Motors! I was greeted right off by Lincoln and he was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I didn't know what type of car I was looking for and Lincoln was so patient and let me test drive a few cars before I made a decision. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. After I had decided which car I was going to purchase, we went to the office to start the paperwork and Ryan stepped in to help because Lincoln became involved with another customer. Ryan was so helpful and processed the paperwork so quickly. He was very reassuring and answered any questions that I had regarding the car and the sale. He explained every step of the process and was very kind. At the end of the paperwork, I found out that because I was purchasing a car on Black Friday I got a $500.00 gift card and Ryan actually gave me $500.00 in cash instead! I was elated! My husband and I didn't know how we were going to pay for Christmas this year and this solved our problem. I can't thank Ryan and Lincoln enough for making my car buying experience quick and painless. I will recommend Hawkes Motors to everyone!

Hawkes Motors, were very professional and responsive to our needs and they had the knowledge to point us in the right direction. They always have very clean and reliable cars. The sales staff were all very friendly and kind to work with. They negotiated the best deal in a very friendly and professional way. They are one of the best in Boise.

I bought a one way ticket to Boise for a business trip, with the intent of buying a car for my teenager while I am in town and driving it home (4 hours away). I sat down with Curtis and told him what I was looking for, and while I was sitting in his office he made a few phone calls and within a few minutes I had a couple of great options to consider. Originally I was going to go to a couple of large dealerships to look at cars, but having done considerable pre-shopping on the internet, I knew that Hawkes Motors had the best deal for me. Jeremy Boyer, a sales consultant sat in the car with me and explained all of the bells and whistles to help me to feel comfortable with my purchase, and was then able to coordinate my financing to get me the best deal possible (2.99%)Hawkes Motors is the real deal. My parents and siblings live in town, and I will make sure that they come here to buy their cars. From what I have seen, if they don't have it on the lot, they can probably find it, as they have several good connections. Like I said earlier, the car I bought wasn't even on the lot, but I was able to test drive it that day and pick it up the next day after they detailed it.A++ dealer. No need to even go anywhere else.

I've gotten two cars from Hawkes and have had nothing but great experiences with them. No bs at all. Great guys! I got an older Chevy Tahoe and had a couple lights come on, engine light, etc and Jeremy told me to come in and he diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it all up! Had I taken it to the dealer they would've for sure found "something wrong." If you want peace of mind when dropping thousands of dollars, go to Hawkes!

I happened to drive by and see a vehicle I had been looking for off and on over a period of months. Another dealer had the same one for $8000 more! The price was right and I stepped out to meet Lincoln and to my amazement there was no pressure when I said I would sleep on it. Infact, I had to ask for his card to call him. The entire transaction went smoothly with Hawkes adding an additional warranty no charge for me. I couldn't have asked for a smoother, stress free transaction. I know where I am going if I am ever looking for another purchase!

I drove by Hawkes Motors the other day and just happened to see a black Kia Optima out of the corner of my eye, sitting on their lot. My wife has been wanting to purchase one for awhile, and so I have been on the lookout for a good used one that was loaded with everything and was black. My wife and I went over after lunch and took the car for a test drive. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as the other guys on the lot. After we decided to purchase the car, the rest was made very easy at Hawkes. It was one of the easiest, most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. And, without even asking for it, they pulled the Carfax report for us to assure us the quality and history of the car. Within ten minutes we had our approval, and we drove home with our new car shortly after that. I would recommend Hawkes Motors to anyone in the Boise area that is looking for good, honest, easy going car salesmen and a good car buying experience.

My husband and I were very pleased with are recent purchase with Hawke Motors. We were a little worried that we would have to spend all day in the dealership to get a fair price. Jeremy was our salesman and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. They were very fair and honest to deal with. We were in and out of there in no time and very happy about our purchase. If you want a great car for a fair price I recommend Hawke Motors. :)

This review is well over due, but as you read you will see why. But this dealership went above and beyond for our family went it came to finding us a car. Our family was faced with a horrible accident which has changed our lives forever. Ryan and Curtis worked really hard for our family to find us a handicap van that would work for our family. They helped us find finacing and made it possible for us to get this vehicle. If you are looking for a car, even if it might take awhile, be patient and go to Hawkes Motors, they are a great dealership. My experience at hawkes motors was excellent! I had been looking for an f-150 for at least 6 months and went into hawkes awhile back to see what they had. The didn't have anything on the lot at the time but a week ago a lifted 04 crew cab came into the lot and jeremy gave me a call right away. It is everything I have been looking for and is an amazing truck. Jeremy got us a great deal and worked with us to get us the best deal. I would deffinatly go through jermy and hawkes again. Also my wife was also looking for a new/newer car. Jeremy helped us and showed us a couple of cars that were very nice. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice and told us what would good for us and told us what could be bad for us personally. He was very honest and helpful. We ended up going to another dealer for my wife's car but I would without a doubt recommended hawkes and jeremy to anyone looking for a great used vehical.

We were looking to trade off the wifes jeep so she wood have a truck to pull our 4 whelers and I ould pull the camper. we had looked at a lot of other places but no onehad what she wanted or liked. Then we happened by hawke motors and they did. We looked at the truck and talked to Jeremy about it. we decided to let them look at our jeep and see what kind of trade we could get. We were amazed at the quote and took the truck. I would recommend them to anybody. They are very helpful and not pushy like some daelers.They treat you very nicely and with respect.The prices are very resonable.

First off I want to say that Jeremy our salesman was fantastic. The owner on the othjer hand is horrible.I will never buy another car from Hawkes Motors again. The salesman Jeremy is great, but the company as a whole truly is horrible. We purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from them and we were told that the vehicle had a 220 point inspection done on it, any thing that need to be replaced was. This was not the case. We had the vehicle a week and the Air Conditioner went out. The took care of this, but while it was in the shop they told me that they did not replace the front brake, they were below 30%. My wife and kids are in this. No very safe. Then we get it back and find out that there is an oil leak. They didn't tell us about it. It was under warranty, so the Chevy dealership next door fixed it. They also changed out the water pump because it was leaking. I picked up the vehicle and drove 5 blocked away and the hose on the water pump came off. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. In a 2-1/2 week span of time, we had the vehicle in our possession for 4 days. While it was in the shop they gave us loaner cars that were not up to par. I just spent $25,000 with them and they give me vehicles that are on the lot for $ 10,000 or less. A ton of miles on them. Cloth interior. Not a good experience.After the last problem that the vehicle was towed back to the dealership, I did not feel safe putting my family in the vehicle. I did not want it anymore. They made it right by backing out the loan with the bank, we had to pay a $200 fee to do so. They originally wanted me to trade the other Acadia in and loss $2500.00 on it, I was not having it. We purchased another 2008 Acadia that they had on the lot. I had it checked out on my own. The steering was making a funny sound, something that I will have to have fixed. It has been great since. The current issue that I am having now is that they have not paid off my trade in yet. I traded in my 2007 Audi A6. They have already sold the other GMC Acadia and my Audi and have not paid off the loan with my Credit Union. They keep telling me that it will be paid off every week. My loan payment is due in a couple of days on the Audi and then the loan payment on the new Acadia is due in another week and a half. I finally went into the dealership today and the owner treated me like I was some idiot. The contract stated that they would pay my loan off in 10 days. It has been 30 days since the new Acadia loan and 45 days since the first Acadia. They have had the Audi in their possession for 45 days. They are just floating the money. The dealership is telling me that they are sending the check to my credit union today. I will believe it when I see it. I am having to pay the extra interest on the loan while they hold the money. They are suppose to send a payoff of $18500 to my credit union, they actually are only sending the actual payoff amount of $18,060.00. The contract states that they will send $ 18,500 to my bank. Things are really fishy hear. The owner wrote me a check for the difference today. He still needs to write me a check for the extra interest, since he did not pay the loan off when he was suppose to. Overall, the ownership at Hawkes Motors is a joke. Do not ever by a car from here. If Jeremy goes to work for another dealership, then I would by a car from him. I am going to contact my attorney in regards to this so that no one else goes through this like I had to. I am also going to the DMV to open an investigation against their Dealer Bond.

Truly everything you could want in a used car buying experience.I've bought over 30 used vehicles in my life and I'm telling you these guys are great to do business with.Friendly, straight talking staff.Great selection of nice vehicles at fair prices. Not the "excellent/good/fair" kinda fair, but the "fairness" kinda fair.Fast, smooth, hassle-free paperwork process.Truth in advertising...my clean used truck is every bit as good as their ad said it was.Convenience. I live 500 miles from Hawkes Motors and I found the truck I wanted searching the internet...makes finding the vehicle you want a lot easier.I flew into Boise, they picked me up at the airport in the truck and gave me all the space and time I needed to check it out. No pressure.I highly recommend Hawkes Motors.

If you have been around the block as I have a few times, you know that looking/buying for another vehicle can be a very, very trying experience..(Come on we all know the old cliche that I would rather be getting a root canal than going through a vehicle buying experience!!)I was looking for about a month or so,(no hurry for sure), looking to replace my present car. I was probably to at least 6 dealers before I had the good fortune of seeing a vehicle that looked very promising on the Hawkes website...I called and Jeremy helped with my questions over the phone. I came in, (expecting the usual pushy sales mode) but to my pleasant surprise, Jeremy treated me with respect and was truly interested in what I was hoping to do...He listened to me and put me first without trying to push me into a sale...Bottom line...I was treated fairly, got a great vehicle at a fair price, and a very fair trade in value for my present vehicle.Any small issues with the vehicle I bought was disclosed up front, and fixed before delivery!The entire staff treats their customers with respect and with full disclosure. I highly recommend Hawkes for consideration of your next vehicle purchase.

I visited several car dealerships before I walked on to the lot at Hawkes Motors. Jeremy met me and asked what I was looking for and I told him. He showed me a couple of cars that I expressed interest in, but nothing really struck me. In retrospect, it was at this point that I was really glad that I went to Hawkes Motors. Instead of pressuring me toward one car or another, he simply took my contact information when I asked him to keep me in the loop if something that more exactly matched what I was looking for came on the lot. A week later, Jeremy called me. He said they just had a Grand Marquis come on the lot and that it had only 31,000 miles on it. Smooth ride, looked good--the whole deal. He said it was $4K and wanted to know if I wanted to come down and look at it. I told him I'd be there.A couple of hours later my wife and I showed up on the lot. The sticker said $4,975, but Jeremy said he already cleared the $4K price with the owner. (He told the owner that he had already told me that price and that's why I was coming down. True. But it was still nice of the owner to agree.) The car was in tip-top shape and we bought it.I had asked several other car sales man to keep me in the loop, but Jeremy is the only one that called. This was the first time I bought a car all by myself. I couldn't have been treated better. I chose Hawkes after a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. Jeremy spent months searching for the right vehicle but when my budget and my dream didn't match he got me my second choice, no problem. Ryan helped me with financing and didn't make me feel bad at all about being a first time buyer with no credit history. Every time I have been to Hawkes Motors I've been asked if I want something to drink, been offered a seat if I had to wait, which is highly possible because this dealership is so popular that the office is often busy and they want to give each customer the same high quality service. When I had an issue with my new-to-me car, they were quick to fix my problem. If you want a good quality, dependable car, choose Hawkes Motors for your next vehicle. I know I'll go back for my next one.

Never have I been treated so poorly! They apparently are not in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business! The salesman was very rude and offensive! I was ready to buy a car at that moment, but due to the salesman's rudeness, I walked out!! I will never recommend this dealership, in fact, I will tell everyone not to go to Hawke's Motors in Boise, ID

Found a 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ listed on their site that had everything we wanted at a great price. Spoke on the phone with Rob and he was very open and honest about the condition of the Tahoe (which is near factory perfect!!!) and even emailed a copy of the carfax. As I live outside of Seattle it was very important to me to get as much information as possible before flying out to Boise to take a look at the SUV. Rob worked hard to get us a great rate, and held the Tahoe until I arrived for an inspection. Rob picked my wife and I up from the hotel near the airport the next morning in what would soon become our new Tahoe. He made it very clear that if we didn't like the vehicle he would have no problem refunding our deposit and give us a ride back to the airport. Rob gave us all the time in the world to inspect the vehicle (which we did from top to bottom, front and back, inside and out) and never once put us under any pressure. At one point he even offered to have the Tahoe put up on a lift so that I could better inspect the underside for leaks/damage. Once we accepted the vehicle we signed the papers and where on our way in only a few minutes. No BS, no games, no pressure....just the most straight forward transactions my wife and I have ever experienced buying a car. Had a wonderful drive back to Seattle!

Purchased a 2003 Ford Sport Trac, everyone was very friendly and fair on the entire transaction, it was a breath of fresh air to do business with someone who represented their products in a fair manner with none of the B.S you have to put up with at the other lots.

I found the car I wanted on Hawkes Motors website, before going in to look at the car I called in they approved my credit over the phone... Walked in and they handed me the keys to the car to go on a test drive... Awesome!! It was a two seater and they allowed the person I was with to go on the test drive with me without a salesman... VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY I was in and out in under two hours with my new used car... I dealt mostly with Ryan and was told he would do somethings after the sale and was just a handshake... I had NOTHING in writing... I got a bit nervous from not getting anything in writing... My fault... and they really didn't have to follow thru with what they told me surely my word against them... THEY DID FOLLOW UP >>> a day later than told >>> but>>> THEY KEPT THEIR WORD! I Love my Purchase got a good price and a fair deal on my trade in ... I would recommend them and would buy from Hawkes Motors again..THANKS GUYS!!!

I recently bought a vehicle from Hawkes Motors. I was searching cars.com for an Acadia for my wife and stumbled across a beautiful 07. It was in my price range and had decent miles on it. After several conversations with both Mike and Rob, I drove down from McCall on the weekend to pick it up. The car matched the pictures on their website perfectly. I have had a hard time finding one in the condition that I liked and this one was great. Mike had it fueled and ready for me when i got in late saturday. It was one of the easiest buying exeriences i have ever had. The staff there was very friendly and easy to talk to. I didnt feel the pressure like at some of the big box stores. They are going to be the dealer i call for my next purchase.

We bought a vehicle recently from Hawkes Motors. Before driving six hours to pick up our truck, Mike the salesman, promised us the vehicle was in perfect condition "not a scratch on it" we were told. He also told us about some clearcoat peeling on the vehicle but promised us he would have it fixed before we arrived to pick the vehicle up. Much to our dismay upon arrival the vehicle was far from 'perfect condition.' It had multiple scratches abroad, broken fog light, melted plastic bed rail cap, ripped and torn leather interior and much more! When we asked the owner Ryan about these issues, he said "hey what do you expect, the vehicle is nine years old." He agreed to take care of a few broken and missing pieces on the vehicle- he would sell the parts to me at his cost and send them to me for me to install. While I didn't mind installing these myself I was a bit frustrated that I had to even ask. For the clear coat issue I was to drive the vehicle back home, six hours away, and get a quote to have the clear coat professionally cared for and Hawkes Motors would take care of the bill and guaranteed me it was a $50 fix. After getting a quote for $450, I called Ryan and asked him to just swap me the parts of $149 for the clear coat and we would just call that even. He told me he wasn't going to pay for the clear coat and wasn't interested in trading me out parts. I reminded him this was his idea and he looked me straight in the eye and shook my hand guaranteeing me he would take care of these issues. I'm sorry to say, that even as careful as I am when purchasing vehicles, I got taken. I know it would be wrong to generalize and say all used car salesmen are dishonest and decietful, but I can promise you that this dealership is 100% that way! I would reccomend to one and all to seek out your vehicle purchases elsewhere! To Ryan and Mike I would just like to send a big congratulations on a great job of tag teaming, dishonest and immoral values of screwing your customers over! Sincerely,
