The purchase experience was a pleasure. There was not a need for back and forth negotiations, so typical of the average auto purchase. Hayes gave me an amazing deal up front. I stopped by for an oil change today...big mistake. I was there for an hour and a half total for a simple oil change on my Highlander. No updates, staff ignoring me, and after I tracked someone down to ask about my car...he said he would get back to me and never did...I had to track him down again to ask. Ended up cancelling the 4 oil changes for $75 because I will never go back. An oil change should not take more than 15-20 mins...

Matt was the BEST! Honestly this really was the best car buying experience I have ever had, we loved Matt. And on the way home my boys actually said "we miss Matt" :)The only thing that i wasn't super happy about is the car wasn't detailed inside but on the other hand we were in a big hurry at that point.I love my JEEP!

Jonathan was great to deal with and really worked to make this deal happen with the team there. I went to the Lawrenceville location as the truck was located there but sales rep acted like he was not interested in trying to sale me this truck. I had been searching for a good used Ram 1500 for about 7 weeks with no luck. Finally I found this dealership on line in Gainesville. They have the most selection of used and new Ram trucks I have ever seen. I purchases a 2014 4 X 4 Ram 1500 which I had been looking for some time. The staff was top notch and process was extremely easy. If you are looking for a great deal and have time stop by here it will save you a lot of running around and stress. This was my third purchase of a Didge Ram and I feel I received the best deal.

I was in the market for a particular car and on Monday morning I was contacted by the dealer that the car was still available. Vince Mercardante was my Sales Consultant and did a great job to help me get into my dream car. They worked with me because my credit score wasn't that great and was still able to help me with my situation. If you ever go to Hayes in Gainesville ask for Vince Mercardante he is a great guy and very good at his profession. The whole staff at Hayes are very nice people and if you are in the market for used or new car try them out because you will not regret it.

I went to MOG Chrysler Jeep before going to Hayes in Gainesville, bad mistake. So happy I decided to try another dealership and it was Hayes in Gainesville. I can't say enough about the staff. Justin was our salesman and he was very professional, honest and didn't haggle with us. He made it buying a car so easy. He went above and beyond make sure I was a satisfied customer. The financing staff was great and very easy to work with, loved the lady who did my final paperwork (can't remember her name) but was so sweet and she didn't pressure me into anything. I would highly recommend going to thus dealership to purchase your next vehicle, you will be glad you did. Ask for Justin, he is awesome!!!!!

I purchased a used car from this dealer. My dissatisfaction is based primarily on the sales managers unwillingness to negotiate the price. He claimed done garbage about not controlling internet prices. While I was willing to pay the price, I left feeling taken advantage of.

I hate buying cars, I feel like I am going into combat when I walk through the doors of a dealership. But Hayes is different. There was no haggling, no games, - just straight talk, quick processing, and a very good deal. Purchase a 2011 Kia Sorento from Hayes in May after finding the car online. Beginning with my initial phone contact with about the car, there was never any pressure or sales talk that can come with this kind of purchase, just the facts and a willingness to help. Though she could not be there when I came to the lot, she got one of her associates to help and he continue the top notch service. Again, no " hard sell" or attempt to move me on to another car, just good honest customer service and guidance through process I needed having not bought a dealer car in over a decade. This service was kept in the finance office where the representative work with me to truly find the best financing for my situation with no sense of bias towards the in-house finance versus my 3rd part pre-approved loan. I only wish I knew more people in Hall county so I could send them to this dealership as it was refreshing. It was honestly one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a sales team , not just for cars, but any bigger ticket item. I can highly recommend visiting the good folks at Hayes.

I contacted the dealer to describe the vehicle I was looking for - Black, Jeep Gran Cherokee, used, low mileage. Jeremy listened to my needs and, within 24 hours, identified a couple of vehicles for me to test drive. The choices were excellent and reasonably priced. We closed the deal in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back to Hayes for my next car deal.

I bought a dodge charger from here in 2014, the color/ model I was looking for was nowhere to be found so they ordered me exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was very helpful . I put a bunch of after market stuff on it, Bruce in the service department was wonderful! He helped me with ordering a new hood, mufflers, tires, grill , and rims. We now take all our vehicle's there. We bought my daughter a jeep rubicon and Bruce helped us put a lift, rims, and tires on it , she loved it! When My husband's truck broke down , I called Bruce he told us to come right over he would take care of us. Anytime I have a problem, question or need to order anything I can call Bruce and he always takes care of us. Everyone at Hayes in Gainesville has been very helpful and friendly to our family, This is the only place we take our vehicles now.

They went out of their way to get the car I wanted to the dealership. Financing was very easy. They were the lowest price, by offering bigger discounts, rebates etc. plus they through in some added services to make it even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Buying vehicles for 42 years and having spent 2 weeks working with 8+ dealerships trying to get someone to sell me a Ram 1500, and finally found a sales rep and dealership that understands Customer Service. Out of shear frustration, I resorted to multiple internet inquiries, and Vince M. from Hayes Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep was the only rep from some 8+ dealerships that actually picked up the phone and called to talk about what my needs were, what I was interested in and "let me find that special truck for you." All the other dealers emailed me back with basically a "call me if you are really interested." Over two 15 minute conversations with Vince and I bought a new Ram 1500. Not only did he go and find the vehicle I was looking for at another Hayes location, he emailed me the pictures and specs and called me again to discuss. We drove over to meet Vince at Hayes of Gainesville and brought my new car home the same day. Incredibly easy and smooth transaction. No surprises...NONE! Everyone we worked with when at Hayes of Gainesville was extremely friendly, talkative and helpful to the point we almost hated to leave. We will be back, and soon.

My family members bought 3 vehicles from this dealership in 2014.My wife's new Avenger had a sunroof installed the car was delivered back to us with oil and greasy film all over the paint and windows, made them clean it. This brand new car also was back to their body shop 4 times for flaws in the paint. When we got the car back on the 3rd visit ,the passenger side had over spray all over it, had to take it back again. My son bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and on 12-18-2014 we were told by Rick it 3 bad oil leaks. It never has left any oil spots in my driveway ,and our driveway has a steep incline. I had them put it on there lift so I could be shown the leaks ( front crankshaft seal, timing seal, and valve cover gaskets ), I am a mechanic by trade, I could not find and said leaks.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone

My husband and I had a wonderful Jeep buying experience here. The sales reps were not pushy and were realistic with my budget and what I could/could not afford. They worked with us on our monthly payment and offered a fair trade in value for the car I owned at the time. The warranty I received was absolutely unbeatable. The two men we worked with were Matt and Jermaine, and both of them were wonderful employees and great to do business with.

I dropped of my car late Monday around 5:30, for problems with my fuel system, my car battery was working perfectly fine. The following day, I received a phone call from Rick. I can not remember his last name. I was told by Rick that my car battery was completely dead, and they had to manually push my car into the shop. He told me there was going to be a cost of $200 to replace my battery, I refused and said that I would bring in my own battery. Once I arrived at the dealership, I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. I believe Rick was ignoring me because he was just a few feet away. I told him "I came to drop off the battery", he replies "its going to be 50 dollars", I reply "im not paying 50 dollars for a battery install." He decides to drop the price down to $30.I refused to pay any amount of money for a battery install, especially knowing my battery was in good condition. The worst part was when he went to the shop, picked up my old battery, and told me "I'll put the new one in but you can bolt it down." This by far has got to be the worst service I have ever received.

We had been searching for a particular model SUV with low miles in southern KY and had not had any luck. My husband found what we were looking for on the internet (even our first color choice), the price was better than we had found locally and the mileage was just what we were looking for. He called Hayes/Jason and they gave us an offer on our trade via email that was as good as our local and within a few messages back and forth, we decided to head to GA the next morning. Once they knew we were coming, they held the vehicle for us and when we arrived (a 5 1/2 hour drive) they had us out the door within the hour for our cash sale. Even after we pay our sales tax back in KY, we saved about $1000 over what we were going to pay locally and they even had a full tank of gas for us! Very worth the $50 in gas and drive down and back. I want to say first that my experience at car shopping is usually a negative one. However, our time at Hayes Chrysler Jeep was nothing of the sort. From the moment I spoke with our salesman Hector Perez, we felt our time was valued and our car needs were addressed. We settled on a new 2012 Jeep Cherokee that we just love! I spent a majority of my time over the phone with a sales lady since I was 200 miles away, but the experience was so positive, I drove 200 miles to get the car. I just purchased a 2011 ram in Sept 2011 from hayes. This was the 5th truck that I have purchased from this dealership and it was the worst. Buying the truck was easy but when I took the truck home thats when things went went south. The salesman never looked over the truck to see if everything was in working order which has wasted my time three times now because it keeps going back to the service center. The sel around sunroof came off the 1st hour of ownership and then the nav system didn't work. All of these problems could hav ebeen avoided if the salesman would have looked over the truck before handing me the keys. If the salesman can't look over a car what else could be getting overlooked...Use caution about this dealership
