Al Taylor is wonderful! I have bought three Rogues from him. He really cares about his customers and tries his best to help them and give them a great deal. Terry Browning is also a great guy! Both of these gentlemen have been a pleasure to work with. I plan to buy my next car (probably 2025) from Headquarter Nissan also. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Daryl Byrd is the best! He made my first time car buying experience such a memorable one. He made sure I got in the exact car I wanted! Daryl had exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the lot. Nissan is definitely a family you want to be apart of! Highly recommend! I came in last week and was greeted by a nice young woman by the name of Tiffany. I informed her that i was just looking with the hopes of buying soon and she helped me through the steps i would need to take. I was not sure if i even wanted to stop in but i am so glad that I did. Please ask for Tiffany if you guys go in, she had the perfect attitude and helped with no hesitation. She def made me feel like she was there to service me and not to get paid off me.

I have purchased several cars from HQ Nissan and I couldn't image dealing with any better dealer, any better product, and any better service. We love what HQ Nissan does for military and we appreciate their support. I am a true blue HQ Nissan Customer! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Update: Oct 1, 2021 ai walked in for an oil change/service and whoever was responsible for changing their process deserves kudos! This was the most efficient and expedient process I have ever had. PLEASE don’t ever change your walk in Friday service. Thank you for making me a happy customer!!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from HQ Nissan. As an individual Sales Consultant, Dale Williams, Jr. was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and responsive. The entire sale and post-sale process itself, however, presented some issues, specifically: - After verbally agreeing on a price with dealer discounts, I was presented with a written price sheet to sign, but it was significantly higher than we agreed. After reading the line items there was a $2,500 'New Vehicle Package Fee.' This was never disclosed at any point prior. Nor was it mentioned when I was presented with the offer sheet, I had to ask about it. I made clear I would not complete the sale with $2,500 more than agreed upon. One of the Sales Managers (James) did resolve it by offering a very generous trade-in value that essentially eliminated the fee. - I submitted the title to my trade-in vehicle in person to another Sales Manager (Frankie) the day after the sale. Even after turning it in, I received three calls asking where the title was. This illustrates that either HQ Nissan does not have an efficient process for processing important paperwork or that the process wasn't followed. The document was eventually located. - Lastly, I was asked to return to the dealership following the sale because of an error in the contract on the dealership's end. I asked if there was a way I could electronically sign the document to avoid unnecessarily returning, but that was not an option. Overall, I am happy with my vehicle, feel my Sales Consultant did a great job, but believe there are areas of opportunity for the dealership to improve upon in terms of honesty and efficiency.
