The service department has treated me kindly and fairly, and is the exclusive entity to provide service on my Avalanche and Corvette. I have also taken advantage of the free shuttle service on many occasions. I have no reason to look elsewhere for service.

It was a very pleasurable experience. The sales people I worked with were very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I usually buy GM products when Olds. were available. This is my first Chevrolet in a long time. I always got free winter mats and at least a bottle of touch up paint from my Olds. Dealer. I was disappointed when I was not offered these items. The car is beautiful and will most likely be my last new car. The salesman was very nice but couldn't offer these things to me. Said I would have to order them. Last car I had was a Subaru Outback and they gave me winter mats, tinted windows and paint for no extra charge. That is a real good dealer.

This is the 2nd time that I brought my truck in to get the module for the heated seats replaced. The 1st time the new module was also bad. A new replacement was ordered. I was called as soon as it came in. I set up an appointment to have this done along with an inspection. I dropped off the truck the night before. I was called when it was done. When I came to pick it up Jason knew who I was and said that it worked this time. It is nice when somebody knows who you are when you come in. The heated seats work nicely.

I told them that the heater motor was acting like it did when it drained the battery. They said everything was fine, on the way home from picking the vehicle up the heater motor acted up. So I have to bring it back so they can fix it, like they should have done the first time.

I went in on 11/2/15 for an inspection but the tech smelled fluid coming from the car and found my water pump had a hole. Joe(tech) came into waiting area to tell me of the find and directed me to Nick who is my service advisor, to see if pump etc. was covered under warranty, but Nick said he busy with four other customers and didn't have time and for Joe to handle it. Joe did handle it, he was very courteous and kept me informed (I had to leave and go to work) he called me at home with the information and I brought my car back in that Friday 11/6. I thank him for his time, professionalism and efforts. Also, to Pete the shuttle driver who is also so nice and pleasant(what a joy) and the cashier who always has smile on her face. The overall experience was good. No major concerns, though I found a grey plastic part on the floor behind the passenger seat. I'm not sure where it belongs. Even if it's from my car?The amount of time was somewhat longer than expected, though the vehicle was washed and I was told that could take extra time, which was fine. The total time for the oil change and wash was approximately 2 1/2 hours....a little longer than expected.Healey has been my dealer for many, many years. As a matter of fact, I still own a 1991 full size Chevy blazer and still have my dads 1991 Old's purchsed from Healey. My 2002 Chevy Malibu has nearly 373,000 miles on it - which I drive when i'm not driving my 2014 Cruze.Thanks Healey......my next purchase will most likely be a full size pick-up truck.

I had a problem with my charging system and called MIKE CORCORAN who got me into the service department and had the problem taken care of immediately. He called me up and told me exactly what the problem was. They fixed the problem and called me back to tell me that the car was ready for pickup and everything was under warranty. All of this took a total of 4 hours & I had my vehicle for the weekend. MIKE,JOE and all the TECHS in the service department do a fantastic job every time I come for normal or emergency service. I also have an issue the clock not keeping time correctly. I had this checked, when I picked up the car I asked about status on clock and was advised Chevy is aware of the problem but no fix available at this time. This is disconcerting as I can't rely on the clock when traveling to find out current time.

Since my husbands passing I have had to handle my car issues myself and I have to say the employees at Healey have gone overboard to assist me in keeping my car running smoothly. Walked into the establishment and nobody said hello or anything. I was there to buy a 70k dollar Corvette. Sitting next to the Vette was a camaro priced similarly. After 10 minutes of me getting in and out of the vehicles NOBODY came up. I then asked to speak to the GM and was told he is down there. I walk over and he says he is busy and to give him 10 minutes. Look the showroom was empty! 1 other customer in there. I explain that nobody helped and he says you have to ask for help! Really that's funny because the other person who then walked in was helped immediately. He proceeds to tell me that people come in and look at the cars all the time and they waste our time. Really!! Sorry I wanted to spend 70k on a car and I'm a waste of time. Essentially I was judged. I'm 34 years old and was wearing a tshirt and a pair of shorts. They assumed I couldn't afford it. The sales person (Christina) was easy going and did not pressure us. We were convinced because she was knowledgeable, patient, honest and helpful. I have had Chevy cars since I started driving at 16 years old (now 44 yrs. old) with a permit. Chevy has always been a good car and reliable, and the service and sales people very helpful and honest. They break the myth that "car dealers try to take advantage of women." The only time I was not happy with Chevy was when I purchased a Malibu in New Jersey. There, I thought I was swindled and pressured to buy something I didn't want. I considered buying a different car brand. However, I went back to Chevy, thinking I will see what happens. My sales person Christina was a pleasure to due business with and I am so glad I purchased my Trax through Healey. I love my new Suburban! I will surely be back and recommend others.

Service is horrible. They made my first car buying experience awful and made me seem like I was crazy and didn't know anything. I had issues with tires, they were bald and completely not brand new as I was told when I bought my 2013 Chevy sonic. I ended up losing control of the car a few times. I went back and they were xxxxxx, rude and made me feel like it was my fault. They then proceeded to give me tire prices, I felt that since the car was in a three month guarantee it wasn't my problem. I ended up calling corporate and finally after arguing and arguing I finally got someone to listen. I even gone as far as going to different tire places and other mechanics that I knew. When that didn't work, I called BB and within 1-2 weeks I had gotten 4 brand new tires along with my second key that I didn't get until March when I bought the car in December. Now, I refuse to go there and I hope no one every has to go through what I went through.

I was there for an oil change & tire rotation. In doing the 20K mile check, they found a leak in the Rack & Pinion Steering gear. That lengthened the time from 60 minutes to 90 minutes to allow them to do the estimate to fix the leak.

The customer service reps are very persistent and will tell you anything to get you into the dealership. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me several times that they had plenty of the vehicles I was looking for in their inventory. When I showed up to the dealership, they didn't have what I asked for and tried to sell me something else. I followed up with the customer service rep that gave me the wrong info and she again assured me they had the car in stock but she would confirm with her manager and call me back. Never heard back...

I made an appointment over the phone and they had no records of it when I got there.Then it took them an hour and half to diagnose a simple vibration in my car.And then what tops all that off is the diagnosis the service advisor gave me aside from his dirty looks and nasty and horrible attitude, which was that the car needs 3 engine mounts, even tho my car had only 2 engine mounts, and then he tells me that the cost to fix this is $750 even tho when I took the car to 2 other chevy dealers in Newburgh and kingston they both told me it'll cost only $380, so that service advisor didn't even know how many engine mounts are in the car and wanted to charge me twice what the 2 other dealers said.This is the most horrible and completely the most unprofessional service and diagnosis and attitude I've ever seen in my life.

The check engine light on my Chevy Malibu came on. It turned out to be a vapor leak through my gas cap. Although the gas cap cost $28, the labor for reading the code and testing for vapor leaks cost about $90. So, $127 to replace a gas cap leaking vapor. Oh well. Service was great. Cost was more than I would have expected.

The service representatives did an excellent job at dealing with an uncomfortable situation. My Chevy Volt had a sidewall blowout at 9:30am. I contacted the dealer who instructed me to call roadside assistance. The towing company came promptly and did a great job of switching the from driver's side tire with the rear so they could get enough height under the bumper to drive the car up onto the flatbed. So far, so good. I heard from the dealer that the care had arrived and the tire was coming from a warehouse, NOT in stock at the dealer. I understand the need to keep a low inventory, but with a Volt there is no alternative: no spare, so substitute, for the custom tire. Well, the warehouse was OUT OF STOCK! They quickly scrambled to get at tire from Long Island, 100 miles away. Fortunately for me, it arrived at 4:15pm, just in time so I wasn't stranded without a car overnight. Kudos to the folks at Healey for doing the very best in an unfortunate and inexcusable situation. What if I was traveling cross country and this happened? All dealerships who sell Volts should have this tire in stock, or have an acceptable "donut" tire to get a driver farther down the road. I'm assuming that this is a GM Corporate decision, not one made at the local dealership. Not knowing for sure, I dinged the dealership management a bit.

I brought my vehicle in and spoke with Mike C. in service dept. There was an apparent "glitch" in the on board entertainment/navigation system. As has been the case for the past twenty years I couldn't ask for a better place to get my vehicle serviced. This time it turned out to be a needed software upgrade on my new Silverado. To my surprise even the I.T. department seemed to drop everything to get involved to resolve a problem that prevented the software upgrade to be completed. That's team work! After completing the upgrade the system is now working like a charm! Who could ask for anything better than that.

Service was excellent. It took less than the original estimated time. That was probably because when I brought the truck in, I was asked if I wanted it washed for free and that would make change the time from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. The truck was done in 60 minutes but was not washed. That was not a big enough deal for me to take it back for the wash.

The SUV I originally wanted to see was in Goshen. I decided to come to the PGK Healey after I called and spoke to Christina. So glad I did! I love my 2011 Tahoe LTZ!!!! The show room is inviting, clean and organized! I had to go to service w/in the week, a little unorganized there. I had a suspension sensor (29,000miles) replaced. The mechanic left a little grease on my drivers seat, they took it back, cleaned it, and washed my entire truck again for me for the mishap! Very happy so far!

The staff in all departments were very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what was needed and what wasn't. I was able to get my Cobalt back on the road promptly and at a good price. When there is a GM with a problem I just can't nail, I always go to Healey, even if they are all the way Poughkeepsie now. 10/ 10

Both the Middletown & Poughkeepsie dealerships had missed a Recall that was from January 2013. Today's Service Advisor, George, caught it immediately and was able to get my Oil Change and NYSI completed in addition to the recall, in approximately one hour's time. I was in a rush and was very grateful to be caught up-to-date, without paying extra, and out the door on time. That was a first and it was an extreme pleasure to have the experience. Thank you.

It was generally for a routine maintenance and a minor recall on radio software, but the recall fix was more troublesome to do than thought. It took longer than expected and Tire Pressure Monitor System recalibration/fix was forgotten. Will require a second visit.

Our Salesperson, Christina Minet, was fantastic. We had dealt with her 3+ years ago, having leased our previous vehicle then. She remembered us and welcomed us back to Healey Brothers. She did a great job explaining our options...lease vs. purchase, along with calculating the costs for those options. We had one issue regarding the fact that there was no XMRadio in the model that we purchased. Christina along with Andy, the Sales Manager, rectified the situation to our satisfaction immediately. Deal and delivery I have to say were effortless and had a great internet salesman, Dave M. The vehicle came in and was delivered 42 days as a custom order to Chevy for the 2014 volt. The experience was surprisingly very good and I have ordered 3 other cars in the past with beinng the best experience as I can recall. I tried to order from another dealer who wanted 2k down to order..yes 2k. I told em to pound salt and figured I would try this dealer who had no issues taking only a 500 buck deposit as I expected and had heard most dealers take. And they were willing to give me my refund fully if the car did not come in by at most 10 weeks from order date.
