Used to be a great dealership ... sales AND service. But somewhere between my first experience there (in 2005) and my recent purchase of a 2014 Accent (last year) something happened. My level of trust and assumed relationship with the place caused me to let my guard WAY down, and I got completely taken to the cleaner on the Accent purchase. (Great car, by the way. Just don't pay 150% of what you should!) - So I sit down to negotiate, and the VERY FIRST F***ING THING I SAY is, "Look, right out of the gate ... Don't try to sell me an extended warranty. OK? I DO NOT want any type of extended warranty." So he goes to write up an initial work up, and I see that the VERY FIRST F***ING THING HE DOES is add a two thousand dollar extended warranty. So, I of course speak up. His answer ... and it was given in one of those voices you use when you're making it up on the fly ... is to tell me that "my financer will give you a lower interest rate with the warranty, because it demonstrates lower risk to the lender." Yet, I was not shown the numbers with and without the two thousand dollar extended warranty. But I bought the car at the end of a long day, and the old blood sugar was dropping because the transaction was taking HOURS ... so no, I didn't think to ask. (The time was an issue because while I was working with the fellow writing up the financing, every flipping time he was interrupted, he disappeared with that person while I sat there for a half hour. No joke, I found out from a co-worker at one point that he'd actually gone to grab lunch during one of the "excuse me just a minute" departures!!!) Anyhow, I am as much to blame as them for ALLOWING myself to get taken advantage of. - Best part? They gave me five HUNDRED dollars on my Elantra as a trade - the SAME Elantra that they had fixed (twice) that year with repairs totaling 2,700 dollars! They KNEW every frickin' mechanical component was NEW because THEY did the work, and at a hefty price too. Or they could have told me a few months earlier, "Don't put three thousand into repairing it! We think it's only worth five HUNDRED bucks."- They at one time had, in me, a customer for life. Now, I won't go back. I mean, why bother? You just know the 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty they nicked me two thousand dollars for (the one I DID NOT WANT) will somehow find a way to say that there is actually very little located between the bumpers ...- PS - They get bonus idiot points for mailing people who just bought their car - FROM THEM, a few months ago! - mailings saying that it's time "to trade in that old car" and come in and talk to one of our salespeople about a new 2016 Hyundai.

From the moment I walked into the show room until the time I left they couldn't do more to make the deal happen. The team did everything in their power and did not give up until I got a new car. They even called me the next day to be sure the car was OK and wanted to know how I liked it so far. They went to great lengths to provide me with all that was needed and it was painless and did not take a long time. I even drove the car home that night signed, sealed and delivered. I said all I had to say above. While Sales Consultant Gordy Taylor's service and information were exemplary, it is difficult to get past the issue with the razor blade. That the young man who delivered the car could see that I had my 2-year-old daughter in my care throughout the sales process makes the lapse all the more egregious.

I think your sales team was excellent. They put me in the car I really wanted it.. Just the right touch. Your close team made it happen in record time as I had an appointment - outstanding The area where i was let down was in the electronic prep and the hand-off. I am a technical guy so these things may only apply to me.. The hand-off team was very nice. However I asked about car play for iphone and after talking to three levels of the team no one knew hot to activate it. Eventually I was told that I had to download it and install it.. It wound up being a scary 3 hr process to download an then update the heart of my new car.. This should have either been automatically updated before the car was picked or if this is not a common feature, I should have been asked if I wanted it. I am new to this type of car and no one told me that the navi voice was activated by the phone/voice icon. This would have been useful info vs a long manual search. My siriusxm was not activated and I had to come back after having driven off. Finally and this may be only of interest to techies but your prep team never told me about the Genesis app or Bluelink to control my car via the cell phone. The genesis app is the coolest part of the car. I am very happy and will certainly come back when this lease is up. I am only citing these very focused prep items for you to evaluate if these are of general interest.

Gordon ; Mark and Michelle ; Were great in selling me this car. They all took there time explaining the benefits of this car and what they were doing to make the sale simple for me . Gordon very knowledgeable on the car and answered all my questions . Mark explained all the options of the car care plan . Last is Michelle ; This young lady was put on hold for over 3/4 hour and still talk about the benefits of the dealership . Then while still on hold used her cell phone to and got connected. I walked in to healey and pat greeted us , He made us feel comfortable right from the start. I told him if he could bring my interest down and get me a genesis coupe He would definatly have a sale. Within minutes he found my dream car, and then started working with Joe on my interest. Both gentlemen were so good to me and my husband. My husband just bought a new car at Nissan and was not happy with the service he received and he said he was sorry he did not go to healey also. I drove out of healey that night with my dream car and was so happy I had such a great time waiting for my car and being with Pat and Joe. They felt like we were friends for along time I felt so comfortable about the whole sale and did not feel pressured in any way. I recommend both of them highly

We were told a different price on the phone before we came in. Ended up having to pay $60 more a month. Dealership told us the person on the phone worked in goshen and they could only tell her not to do that again. We still felt like we were lied to just to get us to come in.

Twice I have called ahead for an appointment to see an advertised vehicle. Both times, I was told the vehicle was in stock. Once arriving (within 20 minutes,) I was told by the salesman I had spoken to previously on the phone that the advertised car " was just sold a few minutes ago." Of course, they had other, identical cars in stock but not at the advertised price. Again, this happened TWO TIMES within a couple of years.In addition, recently my wife went there to take a test drive and get a price on a new car (against my advice). After the test drive she was told by the saleswoman, who had consulted with her manager, that unless she was going to buy that day, he wouldn't give her a price. Seeing my wife's frustration, she went back to the manager and came back saying that the manager wouldn't talk to her about price and she should come back with her husband. Now she knows firsthand what I was talking about- Healey sucks! She went all the way to Danbury to buy a car and will never go back to Healey again.

This was our family's third vehicle purchase from Healey Hyundai, and for good reason. They offer solid reliable cars and a staff that goes out of their way to make your purchase experience a very positive one. I was greeted promptly, asked what I was looking for, was given a test drive and even the sales negotiations weren't as painful as I'd anticipated. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Healey delivers the vehicle to you the same day you purchase it, so it does take some time to get all the paperwork taken care of, have the vehicle prepped, and go through all the its features (so be prepared to spend at least 4-5 hours there if you buy a car). But, you get to drive away in a brand-new vehicle, so it's well worth it. I admit that I dread the whole car buying experience, and I find it to be very stressful, but the staff at Healey made it as comfortable and as easy as possible.

Very dis-satisfied with Matt in finance. We bought 3 cars in a span of 2 weeks. With the second car I bought an extended warranty. I changed my mind about it right after I took the car home. I called Matt immediately and HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. I am now stuck with a very expensive warranty that I do not want. The actual price of the warranty was never disclosed to me, only the monthly payment (which seemed small until you actually do the math)

Healy replaced the front speakers in my 2013 Veloster Turbo under warranty, and after the work there was a bad vibration from the door panels, the car has been back 3 times to no avail. I was told it was the type of music I listen to, no wait.. it is the USB device....no wait.... it's the frequency response....they will not even take the panels off to see if the is a problem, oh wait....it was a loose power window motor, I hope you get the picture

I left the showroom feeling that the persons I dealt with, during my car buying process, were fair, objective, reasonable and professional.I have been looking at purchasing a Hyundai Genesis for over six months. Part of my determination in purchasing this vehicle was the very positive opinion offered by my son, who is also a Genesis owner, After a year of ownership my son couldn't be more positive about his experience. Starting with his driving experience, to the performance, to the appearance and to the maintenance support he has received.Additionally, my desire to acquire a Genesis stemmed for the research that I had done relative to this vehicle. Many articles alluded to the wonderful reliable performance, the attractive appearance of this vehicle as well as the many accessories that are offered.Today marks my one week of ownership. I'm very content with my purchase. With nearly 1,000 miles of driving, I'm thoroughly enjoying my driving experience. The new car smell, the cars appearance, the audio system, the navigation and the car's performance have all contributed to a wonderful honeymoon period. I'm looking forward to many, many years of reliable performance and trouble free driving.This Genesis replaced a BMW 528I that provided me with 16 years and 302,000 miles of wonderful memories. I hope that this more modern Genesis lives up to its reliable predecessor. I used only synthetic oil with the BMW. I wish that Healy Brothers would convert from their use of a synthetic oil blend. Additionally, I would recommend that they would use a nitrogen fill with their tires. That's what I used with my previous ride and my experience seems to validate the reliability of this method of filling tires.From an administrative view the staff at Healey Brothers couldn't have been more professianal. My salesperson, George Budnik, was knowledgeable and informative. John Treglia, the Finance Manager, was very competent, efficient and fair. Finally, Michelle Belito, was very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely patient in leading me through the auto's various systems. She insured that future return visits to the dealership would be familiar and pleasant by introducing me to the service and parts departments personnel.Overall, my car buying experience was very pleasant and far less stressful than I had anticipated. Thank you Healey Brothers, George Budnik, John Treglia, Michelle Belito and staff.

My wife and I did not need to "meet" Allison Croshier, the service depot's assistant manager, since we effectively worked with her before while servicing our 2012 Tucson.Our suggestion: Have a website so customers can review some of what Taylor provides within her presentation regarding the upgrades, for example, of the 2016 Tuscon Limited Model. Some of its may be a little overwhelming for the less "techno savvy" customer.

This was the single best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The most amazing thing to me was leaving the dealer that very night in the new car after only 2 hours which included trading my old car, test driving, negotiation, and taking instructions about our new car. Our sales associate Eileen was very pleasant, honest, and most importantly not pushy. This is the first car that I've purchased from Healy but my parents and grandparents have purchased over 10 vehicles total from Healy. This family business really feels like a family. They help you out from the second you walk in the dirt. We say Mark in May trying to trade in our Ford Escape and the money wasn't right, we went back in September to take advantage of the end of the model year sale with the limited number of 2015 Tusons left Mark was able to find us a model that fit our needs and budget. He even delt with our insurance agent who was not very professional that day. Mark took care of everything and made sure we left with a clean shiny car with a full tank of gas with everything and anything we might have needed. I will 100% go back to healey Hyundai in the future and I hope to work with Mark again.

I came to this dealership at the recommendation of my uncle who advised me that his landlord had purchased two vehicles from Healey and was very satisfied with their service and vehicle purchases. It was a long trek in my old jalopy, but I decided it might be worth the trip as I was not happy with other car dealerships I was going to. I brought along my two year old and met my family there. At the onset, I was very nicely greeted by a Sales Consultant by the name of Paul Schaffer. He introduced himself and walked up to each one of us to shake our hands and asked how he can be of service and what brought us to Healy that day. Immediately, I felt welcomed and not pressured unlike other dealerships. We were sat down accordingly, and I was allowed the time to explain my situation without interruption or feeling like I was being rushed into something. I was listened to and heard. Mr. Schaffer had a genuine warmness about him, was engaging to us all and had the patience of a Saint with my two year old present. I didn't think it was possible to drive home that day in a new car. However, I was blessed that Mr. Schaffer did all that he could with Finance, mulling over all options, but more importantly, understanding my need to get into a safer and more reliable car. For that, I am eternally grateful. We all laughed so much in a situation that is usually stressful and a long process. It was seamless with everyone involved and I thank everyone for their efforts. Thank you Paul and thank you Healy!

Awful customer service. Friendly but unprofessional dealer lacking knowledge of car features and proper business etiquette. I will NEVER arrive close to closing time again. I went with a good idea of the exact car I wanted, and felt forced to settle for another version of it because they didn't have it on the lot. Staff rushed through the process and made my first car buying experience entirely uncomfortable. The dealer made small talk during my test drive more than he told me about the car. The finance manager was not personable; he rushed through the paperwork, never even offering to go into further detail. The 'insurance girl' was rude; she never even introduced herself, only looked at my paperwork to find the dealer had misplaced a form she needed, ended up taking MY copy promising it back, but never returned it. When calling the insurance, she wrongfully requested a change in policy, and when I politely corrected her, she glared at me and handed me the phone to do her job for her. (I had to explain to the rep I merely had a reference # with a quote since this is my first car purchase and therefore my first policy..) No overview or intro to a service staff member, no review of factory recommended maintenance, no offer to schedule my first service apt., I am still unclear what services are included if any at all. The only features explained to me was the Bluetooth and setting radio favorites upon sending me on my way, and while doing that, another staff member actually threw the building keys to the dealer telling him to close while he was sitting in my new car. The entire interaction with Healey Hyundai was so unsettling I called as soon as I could the Monday after to give feedback and request to reverse the transaction. I was told that this may have been an option had I called later the day of my purchase..(impossible in my case since I was the very last person there.) Manager Phil assured me this cannot be undone because the bank paperwork is immediately sent overnight and in effect the day you sign. Still unhappy, I accepted this then later in the week went to the bank they selected for me, only to discover said bank has no record of me or my loan at all. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Person I delta with was nice, I don't like that someone else shows you the car information instead of the person selling the car. She didn't seem to know the car very well for someone who is telling you about a new vehicle you know nothing about she should have been better trained. The price of the car is expensive and didn't get the best service to match the price. Though Joe is very nice I feel Healy needs to have the sales person tell the customer about the car, and check on how the customer likes the car a few days after the purchase. I feel Joe did what he could do to help me out, just following what Healy does with not showing us the car and following up.

I took my 2011 Genesis for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told they topped off all fluids. I also asked them to check the front power windows (they get stuck from time to time). At home, the windshield wiper fluid light was still on. I was now worried what else was not done. I called the service manager to discuss my displeasure. I was told he would call me back. After 6 hours with no response I called the corporate office. They connected me to the service manager within minutes. His reply was "we are only human", he offered no apology for service or not returning my phone call. They did not bother to check the window with a computer for a short. I regret sending 2 family members to purchase a car here. I will never return to this dealership for service or a car. I

I drive 2011 Hyundai Genesis and happy with it. I got a letter from Healey Hyundai Sales manager Phil, regarding sales promotion to review new 2015 Hyundai Genesis, and get a complementary oil change. It expired on Nov 1, 2014. Today on Nov 7, I called them if the promotion is still ON, I am interested. I was told that the promotion is extended up to this weekend, that is till Nov 9. I got an appointment for 2 PM today to go there. I was met by sales consultant named Mr. Thomas, with whom I took a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for test drive. I got a quote with Trade-in my old car. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A COPY OF THE QUOTE BUT ASKED ME TO COPY THE NUMBERS. They LIED, and refused to honor the oil change offer. They behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The public, the owner, and Hyundai Corporation should be made aware of their behavior.

Yesterday our family bought our 5th hyundai and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Healy Hyundai. George Budnik is our favorite salesman and goes above and beyond to please! My youngest daughter was thrilled to drive away in her new Walking Dead Tucson. She liked it for the sporty look and her father and I liked it because of all of the extras that were included at no added cost. If you price a Tucson Limited and then price the Walking Dead Tucson you will quickly see the value that comes in the new special edition car. The service dept. Is great to deal with too. They actually work around your sechdule to make service a breeze. Finally, the newest addition to the dealership is Michelle. She is a wonderful addition that spent time sitting with us in our new car explaining and setting up all of the computerized systems that now come in new cars. This would have taken many hours if we had tried to do it alone.....for her it was a no-brainer. Hopefully, next summer we will be going back to buy another Hyundai.

I went to Healey Hyundai for a new car after I had my last car 12+ years. This was the first time I had ever even considered a "non-US" auto maker but was most impressed with the great warranty Hyundai gives. They went with me on test drives and I was able to see the smallest Accent wasn't for me for some not too obvious reasons I would not have considered unless I had test driven. I ended up going up to the 2014 Elantra SE with a Preferred package. Although the pkg was not a real driver for me, the special pricing, amenities, and immediate availability convinced me to purchase the vehicle (in a color I liked) on that same day and they took my old vehicle off my hands as well. I couldn't be happier with the car buying experience I had there. I couldn't answer as to customer service or quality of repairs since my vehicle is brand NEW (9 miles on the odometer).

My Wife and I went to this dealer to purchase a Tuscon GLS 2014 in bronze color. Was told that there were "available vehicles" but when we arrived, their were only THREE cars available all in the same model "SE". After going through the "dealer process" i.e., credit check, haggling etc., was informed that the we would have to "deposit $1,000" in order secure a vehicle" This dealership had only three vehicles in the SE model, no GLS and or AWD in any color. We were then accused of "not being committed" as result of the lack of available vehicles to display to customers. Dealer was quick to point out that the "deposit would not be refundable" if we were to change our minds. This dealership also conveniently offered a "Take it or leave it" $500 incentive but is quick to include it in the invoice without mentioning it.......My advice to anyone interested in this dealership is to verify your choice of vehicles BEFORE you arrive there. Otherwise be prepared to go through the buying process only to be informed at the very end, that you will have to deposit money for a vehicle that is not physically there. Of course should you decide not to leave a deposit because this dealership does not have your vehicle......then be prepared to be coined "not committed" and quickly dismissed.......Very disappointing!......

I am disgusted with healey brothers in beacon!! I purchase a Toyota rav 4 on February 14, 2014 the day before a huge snow storm. The next day I bought the car in because the heat was not working! They stated to have fixed the heat, not even 3 days later the heat goes again! I bring the car back they tell me they need to order parts, the parts arrived almost two weeks later. As we all know this winter wAs brutal so having a car with no heat and a 2 year old child was torture. They put that part in few days after the heat goes again! I bring the car back for service they call me staying they sent the car to Toyota because they could not figure out what was wrong with it! Toyota kept my car for a week and never fixed it! They did not put me into at least a rental till the day before Toyota gave them the unfixed car back! Again they gave me the same story they were ordering parts! I finally get my car back yesterday they give me the car back with my center console cracked they glued it back together! Not only that none of the electrical sockets in the car work now! I feel so completely taken advantage of! I have left so many unreturned messages! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life! How is it that you sell a car that is a complete piece of junk! I bring my car in to have it fixed n they give it back with more problems! They should not be able to do this to hard working ppl! My car is my means of transportation to get to work and provide for my child!

I did not feel comfortable at all. I was rushed and pressured and he was very rude! We were treated like we did not know what we were talking about. Immediately I knew I was not going to buy the car there! I was given barely any information on the car that we looked at and instead of giving me a sheet with the information I wanted and needed he just wrote down the price on the back of his card. I wanted a 2014 and he kept pushing the 2013..and instead of giving me the price for the 2014 like I had asked he gave me the price for the 2013. I felt rushed and pressured and felt like he thought we were morons. I would not go there again!

I had received a mailing that said I was pre-approved for a loan. I figured the worst I could be told was "no" and it wasn't like I would be without a car if that happened so I decided to try. I was surprised and excited to know that I would actually be able to leave with a new car and a great rate on the loan - without having to do anything but trade-in my current car (which I also got a decent amount of money from). I have to agree with jms2400. The negotiation was horrible. They mark up their price to give the illusion that you are getting a larger discount. I ended up going to a different dealership as they have the highest price for the 5 dealerships I checked. I would advise that you do your homework before coming here. If you have any problem with any particular dealership, you can always reach Hyundai customer affair, they are here to help you.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Brecken when I was looking for a CPO Santa Fe. Brecken knew exactly what I was looking for and called me whenever a CPO vehicle came in that he knew I would be interested in. I did my research on line and contacted Healey Brothers via Consumer Reports. I received an e-mail the same day and made an appointment with JD, the internet salesman. Since I already picked out the car from their stock and had a Consumer Report price, it was quite easy to purchase the car. The price was fair according to kbb.com. I picked up the car in a few days. JD showed me all about the car in a few minutes. He is a very nice salesperson and quite knowledgeable and upfront. I highly recommend him and the entire Healey Brothers.

Brought a jeep had it for only 2 months when the engine seized the dealership is not being very help The warranty company wants me to pay out of pocket then If after diagnostics feel it is covered Will reimburse me the dealership won't even give me a loaner they sold me a lemon and they act like it is my problem now stuck with a loan for a car that is done and now it is time to call my lawyer

Spoke to sales person about a veloster turbo they should in inventory, he said they had deposit on car. Told him what i wanted he said he would call after the weekend and not to worry they could get what I wanted. Never heard back. RTeady now and woth in next few months to get car.

I am disgusted by the nonprofessionalism the service department has for its customers. We are loyal hyundai owners, we take care of our vehicles and we are not dishonest patrons. My vehicle was damaged while in service for minor warranty repairs. Service has refused to take responsibility for this damage. The service manager out right refused to provide us with the telephone number to Healey Corporate offices. What kind of business does not offer the name of thier manager or the number of their corporate offices. Their story continues to change while our story has remained the same. They clearly have no integrity. My vehicle is not the first vehicle to sustain damage while in the hands of this service department. Please beware of the service department, please make sure you document your encounters. Please do a complete walk around your vehicle to inspect for damages prior to leaving your car with the careless staff that is employed by healey. We were in the market for a new hyundai, I can guarantee you it won't be from this dealer.

Dealing with the Service department has been an absoulte nightmare. The service technicans are incompetent. They have damaged my vehicle and refuse to take resondsibility. I also have a family member had his vehicle damaged twice while in for service. I have taken my car to service twice for minor warranty repairs. On one occassion they had my vehicle for four hours to repair the console clip and the usb/power port in console. It took four hours to fix a clip and find out they ordered the wrong part for the port. I returned the car when the part came in. Service reportedly repaired it. Upon inspection the part had not been fixed. Service had not even bothered to make sure the malfunction had been corrected before turning the car over. Not only was not repaired but the vehicle is now damaged. I plan to report this service center to the better business beauru. If you plan to take your vehicle to this service center please ensure you inspect your vehicle and have something in writing that reflects prior damage.

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster from Healy Brothers in Beacon, NY and I couldn't be happier. James McAuley was so patient with all my questions. I almost never write reviews unless I feel that others might benefit from it. I can honestly say that this car shopping experience was so easy and unpressured. I really appreciated Mr. McAuley for that and the great deal I got on top of that!!

after shopping at several dealerships getting the typical runaround, dealing with pushy salespeople that did not know their product very well, i took a drive to healey hyundai. i worked with james mcauley and had a wonderful experience. he did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle, very patiently answering all my questions. mr mcauley helped us find the right car and worked with us to make it very affordable-everyone there was great but mr mcauley was exceptional-i referred a coworker to james for a preowned vehicle and she had the same experience. i definately recommend this dealer and strongly recommend james mcauley-ask for him you will be glad you did!

excellant experience-i have been buying cars for over 20 years and this was by far the best experience i have ever had,and the credit would have to go to the salesman (james mcauley). the guy was very patient and straight forward -no schmooze just the facts. i have to admit i had my defenses up when i went there and am not the easiest person to deal with. mr mcauley asked us what we were looking to acomplish and pointed out several cars that would fit our parameters and budget. he suggested a certified vehicle and explained the process and incredible warranty-walked us through the process including financing and handling the insurance-and made sure everything went smoothly with no surprises-not the typical rigmarole you get when buying a car-great car-great experience -strongly recommend-worth the trip

My family has repeatedly purchased and leased cars from Healey Brothers over the years, so I came in looking to see about leasing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The salesperson we dealt with was very friendly, which was great. I also told him that I had driven an Elantra in the past and was excited about the possibility of leasing another one. At the same time, I did make him aware that I was shopping around to see comparable cars at other dealerships. The salesperson gave me a lease rate that was a full $50 per month over the other dealers offers, and $25 over my current monthly payment (he failed to ask what my current payment was beforehand). Once he saw that I wasnt crazy about the price, he came back with a payment that knocked off about $30 per month, and possibly more. While I realize that they do need to make a profit, the fact that the price was inflated to such an extent really turned me off. I guess if I go here I would be careful to do your homework beforehand.

I tell everyone that will listen to me that if they purchase a vehicle from Healey it will be the BIGGEST mistake of their lives. The 2000 Chevy Astro van my family purchased has gone back to their service department (who called my mother a liar) for the same problem four times, under warranty. Every time, the service department look at the problem, order parts, and tell us that they fixed the problem. But as soon as we are driving from the dealership, we know that the problem hasn't been fixed. Upon the fourth time, they looked at the vehicle and then proceeded to tell us, "That's the way Chevy designed the vehicle, and they are aware of it." If that's the way Chevy designed the vehicle, what did they do the first three times the problem was supposedly fixed? On top of it, why weren't we told this the first time the vehicle went in for service? I spoke with a former client of mine who purchased a Chevy Trailblazer from Healey. He personally knows the two owners. The Healey service department did the same thing to him. The Trailblazer went in for a certain problem three times and on the fourth, was told that it's a Chevy design flaw and that Chevy is aware of it. <br>Also, when the Chevy Astro Van had less than 15,000 miles on it, we were noticing that the brakes were making a lot of noise, like grinding metal. We took the vehicle to a family trusted service station and was told that there were NO BRAKE PADS anymore. We had been GRINDING METAL APON METAL. This problem started right after the van went into the service department for a routine oil change and tire rotation. <br>The Astro Van just went back to Healey's service department on January 24, 2005 for a problem with the door locks. How does a door lock get damaged? I've owned my vehicle (which wasn't purchased at Healey) for 12 YEARS and I've NEVER had any of these problems. To top off all these problems, the service department put 11 miles on the vehicle during this last service. I would really like someone to tell me why anyone from Healey Brothers would be driving around in the vehicle for a door lock repair? <br><br>So, in summation, if you are looking for the crappiest service after the sale, buy at Healey Brothers. But if you actually want to be treated with some respect and courtesy, buy somewhere else. Thank you.
