Purchased a 2015 Buick Verano yesterday from salesperson John Brown and Sales Manager/finance Ryan Roberts. This was truly the best dealing I have done and I have had over 200 cars since I was able to drive as a 16 year old (now 67). They did everything they said they would and no hassles and no pressure. They treated me like I treat people - fairly and honestly.Even Dane Roberts who was not involved directly with purchase was most cordial and did not mind spending time with me as I waited around for my turn to close the deal.And I don't want to forget the gentleman who activated my On-Star account and explained everything in detail -- sorry I don't remember your name -- he too was most cordial and informative.Thanks for everything;Ralph

My wife and I were very pleased with the treatment we received at Heartland Chevrolet. John Brown and Trey Hubbard were very friendly and courteous. John was able to put us into a car that met our wants list for equipment and arrived at an acceptable offer in a friendly and professional manner. Trey made the financing portion of the deal painless and gave us a plan that fit well in our budget. My experience with Heartland Chevrolet started with a phone call to the agency after finding a car online at their location that fit the critical items I wanted in a new 2016 Camaro: V8, 6 speed manual transmission and Magnetic Ride Control. When I contacted the agency I spoke with Trey Hubbard.Trey is a wealth of knowledge and was able to help me make the correct buy/lease decision based on my situation (wound up going with lease). Trey has a great sense of humor and is very approachable and answered my questions with honest advice. Trey was actually able to work out a deal on the phone with me that I decided would work and I accepted right on the phone. Trey also found an opportunity through an incentive to even save me another $1,000.00!I got to work with Ryan Roberts for the particulars and he kept the conversation going, he knew exactly what he was doing and also provided honest recommendations of additional services based on my decision to lease; I chose to purchase one of those items and am glad that I did; Ryan was able to recommend a product that guarantees I'll get even more enjoyment from my new vehicle. I appreciate Ryan's expertise and kindness. Ryan even offered to pick up the vehicle if I needed anything and transport it to Heartland himself to save me from having to take the time to travel up there (I live about 30 miles away). I have bought new cars in the past; including multiple vehicles from the same agency and no one ever treated me like that.Sometimes even with new cars, some attention is needed..an adjustment here and there..its just the way it is sometimes. When the car needed attention on a couple items I contacted Heartland and Ryan Roberts again extended the very generous offer to transport the car to his agency for me; I was so nervous I started repeating myself and probably sounded like a goon. Not having to travel 30 miles each way and then either wait or arrange for transportation was such a great help; I would have had to do this during my weekend, so Ryan saved half my weekend. This goes way far above and beyond what would be considered "Meeting Expectations" and I hope Ryan and the rest of the Heartland Chevrolet team know how much I appreciate the personal, friendly and honest attention I receive.Back on the transaction side, after Ryan and I took care of the particulars I was introduced to Grant White, a very friendly gentleman and Mark Law, who showed me some of the new features on my car and directed me to the critical literature I needed to review to familiarize myself with the main features of the vehicle.Finally, this team got it done fast fast fast...I was up at Heartland Chevrolet at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 I was out the door in a brand new 455HP Camaro SS with a 6 speed and Magnetic Ride Control...such a sweet sled. This is probably the part of the experience I appreciated the most; the ability for the Heartland team to come together and provide a comprehensive experience and give me what I wanted...which was to be in that car as fast as possible.My thanks to everyone1 Hot Sled.

Usually going to a car dealership and visiting with a salesperson is like getting a root canal with no anesthesia; but the experience I had at Heartland Chevrolet and with the salesman Trey Hubbard was quite the opposite. The salesman was very friendly and professional and low pressured. He had the car sitting out front waiting for me to arrive. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and offered a test drive. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or commit to anything. Even when I went in the finance office I was not pressured to purchase anything I was not comfortable with. Further, I compared the price of the car I was purchasing to every available car of the same make and model within 100 miles of KC and Heartlands starting price was $1,000 less than the next closest. I also compared their asking price to KBB.com and TrueCar.com recommendations and they were priced at the low end of both recommendations.I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I will purchase another car from Heartland.

I had to go back 3 times to get the deal I wanted but I was in an out each time. Again it was about what you would expect when you buy a car from a dealership. The most annoying part is just waiting around for financing to get ready and I brought cash. Other than that the facility was clean and neat. The staff always helped when my guy wasn't available, detailed the car I purchased very nice and gave me some gas! The trade in they gave me was very fair compared to other dealerships I visited.

I have purchased 10 new GM vehicles through the years. I was always a GM guy. I recently purchased a new 2015 Silverado. Basically a 40,000 dollar truck. I now have just over 4000 miles on it and it has been in the shop over 3 and 1/2 weeks. The this truck has had 18 tires and 14 different wheels on it yet they can't fix the vibration issues at speeds around 70 to 80 mph. Now they claim they only tried to fix it 2 times?? And have given up. Wow, I would think the dealership would try to help my case with GM. They claim it is the road or just how trucks ride. I say BS. My son has a 2007 GMC Sierra with 145,000 miles, bald tires and original shocks and it doesn't vibrate things off the center console. I now feel like the dealership is working against me and not for me. I will never purchase another from them.

I purchased my Equinox in 2009 and have only had it serviced at Heartland. I have always had a good experiance. This last time however I was forgotten as a pick up ride. They did make it good and I will be back. I'm wondering though why Heartland doesn't give us a loaner car instead of a shuttle driver. I would like to try a couple of different cars that I may wish to be my new vehicle; it seems to me that would be a great selling point.

I had been looking for cars for weeks and literally been to every dealership in the Kansas city metro area. I am so glad we finally made it to Heartland Chevy in Liberty, Melissa came right out and helped. We didn't get that pushiness you get from some salesman. We test drove the Malibu and loved it. I had to have a sunroom and backup camera and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the car of my dreams. After tracking down the perfect car, they had the windows tinted and sunroof in within days, not to mention I got a loaner until my car was ready .so I didn't miss a single day of work. Melissa was wonderful, very caring and honest. She got me the best deal possible and we were treated like rock stars. Ryan was great and upfront. They made it the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. If only I would of just skipped the others and went straight to Heartland! Oh and to top it all off when I went to get my car they stayed a few mins late just for me to make it from work I also got a Goody bag full of Chevy gifts! IF YOU WANT THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ***GO SEE MELISSA!!!

Mike from Sales did an excellent job. The very next day we noticed issues with the car. We took it in multiple times and they told us it was fixed, when in reality it wasnt. This happened several times until they finally told us they were waiting for the warranty we bought to kick in so they didn't have to pay for the part. Since then we have had more and more things wrong with the car. We have had the car about a month and a half. I don't have exact numbers but I'd guess we have had a loaner car almost as much as we have had our actual car. The would say your car should be ready tomorrow and tomorrow would come and go with no communication. This happened many times, they also had a error with my paperwork so there was a delay there. After fixing about $4,000 worth of stuff within the first month of owning the car, I told my husband I didn't feel good about the car so we asked if there was anyway they could work it out to get us in another car, that we weren't happy with that one. They said they didn't want any unsatisfied customers and they would see what they could do. They came back offering us $1500 less then what we paid for the car less than a month ago. We thought for "seeing what they could do" that wasn't very good, so we decided we are just going to have to deal with this car. It is now back in the shop getting another $1300 worth of work done(have only had the car about a month and a half). They did call and say what they needed to do to fix it and that it should be ready the next day, and not surprising, I have not heard from them today to know if it's ready to be picked up.

Took vehicle for unscheduled oil change, got in and out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. That includes checking all fluids, they found a hole in the upper windshield reservoir. Service was fast and courteous, much better than your competitor Van Chevrolet. Will definitely be back as a life long customer.Thank- you very much.

My last new vehicle purchase was a Chevy van back in 1985. Since then I have been buying 'fleet' vehicles. I started looking for a new Malibu online several months ago. I ran across one that Heartland had on their lot that was the right color and the right amount of options. I dealt with Joe and Ryan during the quick and easy buying process. The only problem I had was that the Onstar did not work. The service department was able to get me in the next day to fix the problem and gave me a loaner to get to work. I would recommend seeing these guys if your looking for a car.

I wanted a small SUV. I also wanted an orange car. I had talked to John Brown at Heartland about this last fall. He notified me when the first Trax arrived at their dealership. I did a test drive, I wanted a Trax, but I would only buy an orange one with specific options. They searched, found the exact one I wanted and now it is mine. I have been a Heartland customer for 11 years. I have always been treated fairly, by both the sales and service departments. I love my new Trax. I also loved the Chevrolet Malibu that I had for 6-1/2 years prior to the Trax. I have and will continue to recommend Heatland Chevrolet to others.

I came into heartland for a new chevy camaro. I was always interested in camaros and was always under the hoods of the older models i had so i knew what i was getting into. The staff was very helpful when i was test driving my 2014 the day i got it. Although the process was lengthy and time consuming as i figured it would be, the service they gave me was next to none. Very good people, i highly recommend darrell as a salesman he is very imformitive and insightful to your decision of you vehicle.

I have been a Heartland Chevrolet customer since 2004. Their service department is excellent. I just bought my second car from them, a 2015 Trax. The sales personnel (John Brown and manager) searched to find the exact car I wanted, color orange, with specific options. I love my Trax. I wanted a SUV, but did not want or need a large vehicle. The Trax is perfect size, easy to get in and out of, drives and parks like a dream, and is roomy and comfortable for myself and passengers. I also have the additional benefit of knowing the service department at Heartland will take good care of my car.

Randy was the service manager we dealt with and every thing went well until I tried to leave and the car wouldn't start. Fortunately this happened while I was still here. Randy popped the hood and saw the terminals were badly corroded. Randy explained because of the cover over the terminals this possibly caused the corrosion and said he would clean and charge the battery and gave me a loaner to use. I have always received very good service from the Service Dept. here.

I went there looking for my first financed car and the dealer was nice enough but he wanted me to talk to the finance supervisor. Tim Trader was pretty upfront and said he would get me something but i didnt expect what was coming. After leaving he called me in the morning and gave me an offer that was rediculous so i politely said i couldnt do it. I guess they dont like to be turned down very much because Tim started yelling at me and told me that he can see why im in the perdicament im in and alot of other things. Towards the end of him verbally abusing me he asked "are you sure you're gonna turn down the 2013 s 200 for 30% APR with $1000 deposit by next week". All i said was yes and he laughed mantically and hung up. The man even tried to call me back after that and text me that i was still approved but i will NEVER have anything to do with Heartland Chevrolet after that.

I started looking for a new Silverado online and was helped by Brent . I had an appointment at two stores that day and after leaving one i went over to Heartland Chevy to see if they could help me . Brent had the truck ready and got my old one appraised while i test drove the new one . I hate the back and forth stuff but they gave me a good price right away and I got them to throw in a bed liner . Was going to use my credit union but they beat the rate and got my paperwork finished quickly . Was a much better experience than the other place I went to and I ended up getting $100 for sending my sister there who also bought a used Malibu from also .

I found John and the owner, Chris, to be very fair and low pressure during the negotiation process. They discounted the price of their vehicle and also gave me a good trade-in value for my car, so I felt a fair deal was accomplished. I left with the new car feeling like I was treated well.

My family has purchased 2 vehicles (one new, one used) at Heartland Chevy in the past 2 years and thought it would be a good idea to have each vehicle serviced and maintained at the same location... Boy have we been wrong!!! Simple oil changes, tire rotations/replacements, and body work tasks have been complete nightmares! My most recent and VERY LAST experience was last week when I used Heartland for body work due to a recent wreck. Like other times we have been there, I am told one story, then a different story when it comes to picking up my car... You need to pay for this, insurance won't cover that... Blah blah blah.. And to top it all off, my $80 car detail I requested consisted of a carpet vacuuming and an emptying of my change in the cup holder..... That will be the last you see of us, Heartland.. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We were overall pretty satisfied with our purchase at Heartland Chevy. They seemed to do all They could to help us, and we feel like the relationship we established with them was a good one. But in only a few short months, we're beginning to wonder if we made the right choice in dealership.I've been in three times with the pre-owned car for losing tire pressure, I feel like not enough consideration was given to inspecting the car when it was sold to us. I remember specifically having the service guy come out and take a look at the front tires, and he said that they were fine (the back ones look like they were replaced at some time). Since we were waiting, I had him look up prices for tires (I figured they would need replaced in the next couple of years).But now that we've come in, paid to have the tire patched once, and it still hasn't fixed the problem, he recommends that the tires be replaced. That they are just "Old". The tires that we've put 4,000 miles on. Are tires really that unpredictable?This is the first car payment my wife and I have taken on as a married couple. We trusted that we were buying a somewhat low-mileage and inspected used car, from people who would have our best interests in mind, as well as their bottom line. But, now we're looking at throwing 650 dollars into the car, because the tires that were "fine", in actuality, aren't. It's seriously disheartening, especially with the holidays upon us.I can understand the somewhat "unknowns" that may come along with a pre-owned car purchase, but not something that is easy to spot in a normal inspection. I guess my recommendation is to have a used car that you might buy inspected by professionals other than the ones at Heartland Chevrolet, just to make sure that everything they should be getting with their newest investment will last longer than just a few short months after the purchase.

Best Chevy Dealer in Kansas City. I was looking to buy a used car as quickly as possible. The car I was driving had a clutch going out and numerous other problems and I was planning a long road trip in a few days. I originally visited Van Chevrolet and had problems from the very beginning. My experience with VAN ended quickly after one of their finance reps called and started harassing me at work, pressuring me to take a loan at 15.9% and said I was foolish if I thought I could find anything at a lower rate. They kept yanking me around with the loan and then with the car. I went to Van on a Thursday and I needed to drive home in a car by Saturday. Saturday morning and still haven't heard anything from them. My friend had a similar experience with Van and ended up going to Heartland and had a wonderful experience. She recommended me to Bill Kopp. She sent him an e-mail telling him about the experience I had so far, what I was looking for and what I could afford. He called me after work and we set up a time for me to come in Saturday morning.From the very second I arrived it was a completely different experience. There weren't people outside waiting to pounce as soon as I stepped out of my car. There was one gentleman outside smoking and he(from a distance) asked if I was there for Bill. When I stepped into his office, he already had everything ready for me. I knew what I was looking for and he had a beautiful, fully loaded Chrysler Pacifica waiting for me to test. I drove it, loved it and came in to start doing the paper work. There wasn't any pressure. As an added bonus, I was there with my two children(boys, 6 and 7) by myself and one of the other salesmen took it upon himself to ask if he could give my boys a tour of the showroom while I filled out my papers. I was hesitant at first, but my boys loved it! Instead of being treated like xxxx for bringing my kids with me, I was treated like family. After their tour, the gentleman took them over to a table and gave them some donuts and water. I did not have to negotiate on my deal at all. They gave me a very good price on my trade(without me having to ask them to bump it up 3 times like I did with Van) and they lowered the price of the Chrysler so I could have payments in an affordable range. They took me over to see where the service area was so when I take my car in for it's free oil change I will know where to go. The gentleman at the service center was absolutely wonderful. He knew my name ahead of time and offered my kids a lollipop and showed them(and me, but he made the kids feel like it was just them)around the service center. I was in and out of Heartland Chevrolet in record time and they were able to accomplish in less than 3 hours what Van Chevrolet hadn't accomplished in 3 days! I got a great vehicle from Heartland, but more importantly I received excellent service. I will never visit another car dealership again. I hope that they never close because they have earned my business for life.

My car was under manufacture warranty. I took my car in for a check engine light and the car was returned to me a week later running worse than when I brought it to Heartland. I later learned that Heartland put the wrong parts on the car! I had to diagnose the problem, order and pay for the correct parts. Once I installed the correct parts the car ran perfectly. I took the receipts to the Service Manager and he refused to help or return my calls even though his technicians installed incorrect parts on my car.

They actually barricaded the door with themselves, so I couldn't leave without buying the car. I have an Avalanche and needed an extensive repair done on my truck. Steve did an excellent job seeing the warranty through with great customer service and making sure I was satisfied with the repair. I purchased a car from Heartland nearly three years ago. I continue to contact Heartland each time I consider purchasing a different vehicle. The customer service, courtesy extended toward me, and the response time have all been excellent. I will certainly consider Heartland as my first choice in the car buying process.

Bill Rowan and the Service team at Heartland do an exceptional job. When I bring my vehicle in for service, I know that it will be repaired right the first time. These guys are professional. The railroad I work for also brings their vehicles to Heartland for service for that very same reason, get it done right, the first time. I came to agreement on 6/6/12 with the Used Car Sales manager on purchasing a vehicle. This agreement was put in writing on Heartland Chevrolet letterhead and I put a deposit on the vehicle. I kept being put off with excuses that they coulnt find the papers on the vehicle, the sales manager quit, etc. Finally on 6/19/12, I was ready to sign the papers. The finance guy Kevin decides he is going to raise the price of the vehicle at the time of signing even after I waited several weeks, I have an agreement in writing on letterhead and I have a deposit on the vehicle. I would not recommend using this dealership. I will tell everyone I know and use social media to get the word out about this dealership. They are not honest and will try to take advantage.

I have now purchased three cars from Heartland Chevrolet(2 used and 1 new). They alwas show me the benefits of owning either new or used and never push me one way or the other. My husband & I were in the market for a car for our teenager. Stopped in & ended up buying the car of her dreams! Steve Winn was our salesman and was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with us but didn't rush us at all. All in all we had a very positive experience at Heartland & will definately recommend to others. Don't waste your time shopping the other dealerships (not with gas being so high!)

I am a widow who has not bought a new car in over ten years but I always get my Buick serviced at Heartland and have been very happy with them so I decided to go there when I was looking to replace my lesaber. Steve helped me out and was very patient with me and did not pressure me which I appreciated. I did not buy right away and did a little research but they were very fair. Thanks

We did not feel harrassed and Jon Scrivo who helped us was very knowledgeable and even got us a bedliner and side steps for free cause of a Business program we did no know about . we were looking for a new Equinox and went to this store as it is not too far from where we live. We were helped by Bob Roberts who was very nice to deal with but they did not have what we wanted in stock but they offered to get what we wanted in a day or so. Well we wanted to think about it and we ended up trying another store What a MISTAKE !!!I won't mention the dealer but they were very pushy and wanted us to make a decision RIGHT NOW and were rude. Needless to say Bob from Heartland did call us the next day was very pleasant again and asked if he could help in any way so we told him we had seen one we liked elsewhere but would not deal with them again and within an hour or so he called us back and said he had what we wanted and it would be in the next day . We went in to see the one they had got for us and it was all ready to go, we did paerwork right then and even though we were pre approved with our local credit union the finance manager got us a better deal and saved us some money on the rate. We had always thought that it was better to have your financing in place before we get serious but he did save us some money by deaking direct. Overall very impressed with the place, the staff and our new purchase and we have already sent my sister in and she bought a pre owned car from them as well and they sent me a check in the mail for sending her in, Great !!!

I was looking for a new Equinox online and got several quotes from local dealers. I went to another store who was cheaper by $100 but they told me they had the vehicle in stock only to find when I got there that it was SOLD !!! I dealt with Bill Kopp at Heartland and he was very upfront that they did not have exactly what I wanted in stock but could get it in a day, so I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and when I went to the store for the first time my new suv was waiting for me. Also I was planning on using my credit union but Bill and the finance guy kevin ended up beating my credit union rate and that saved me a trip to them to get my loan done. This was my first time buying "online" but they made it really easy and kept me informed along the way, just wish I had gone there first. I did not appreciate being lied to by the other dealer who said they had it in stock but really did not.

We bought a car here october 2010, it was a used Saturn Vue. Nice car, feel like it was an ok price, though it was the price listed, they didn't talk at all on price. Had to go back a few times due to mess ups. Nothing too bad. This place was deserted, so you would think they could handle one sale.
