We cannot say enough about our experience. Just having a loaner car made a world of difference so we didn't have to worry about finding another car to drive. They examined our car so thoroughly. Our cars problem was fixed in a timely and cost effective manner. We have a couple more things to get fixed that they advised and we will be bringing the car back to them for sure in a couple months to get that done. We highly recommend Heidebreicht. This is the best service we have ever received from a dealership. Thank you for making our experience so positive.

Unlike other Chevrolet dealerships, Heidebreicht requires appointments for oil changes. I always thought that would be a good idea instead of waiting hours for drop-in appointments. I was really surprised when my vehicle was done much ahead of the promised time. I appreciated all the updates given to me about the vehicle when service was complete. While i was waiting, I was even able to test drive a new vehicle when this lease is completed. The staff was friendly, welcoming and I felt like I mattered as a customer. Thank you for a positive experience.

I have had many bad experiences with Chevrolet Dealerships in the past. They all seemed to treat you like a second class citizen. I would go out of my way to take my GMC Pickup to a Cadillac Dealer just so I would be treated decently. Heidebreicht Chevrolet is the exception. I was treated just as well as the best Cadillac Dealership. Heidebreicht makes it a pleasure to own a Chevy again!

Car in for service, John Boyce worked with service dept was able to get serive done oil etc... and to recalls. i am disabled and not able to drive my wifes 2014 Impala, lets just say service was done and returned to me in couple of hours. i do not know of any deslership that is willing to go that far to take care of its customers.

I was hesitate to car shop so I brought my brother with me. My Sales Rep, Kirk Rowe, treated me and my brother with respect and made sure I felt comfortable with the Chevy Cruze I eventually bought. Leased a brand new car from them. They delivered to my house. Signed paperwork. Had another leased car to turn in. Driver will drive that car back. I took many pictures of my EXTREMELY MINT CONDITION car. NO SCRATCHES. NO DENTS. NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. MILES UNDER BY 8,000. Person drives car back to dealership and parks it in back. A week later, it gets inspected. 2 months go by and I get a invoice for about $500 in damage that is on the car. NONE BY ME. All my pictures, dated and timed stamped show ZERO DAMAGE THAT MORNING. Dealer unwilling to admit guilt or pay the consumer friendly amount due. Choose instead to wash their hands if issue claiming it was my problem. How can that be true with proof? After weeks of bantering back and forth, I have been forced to pay the amount. I requested I wanted to SEE THE REPAIRED COMPLETED CAR. "Car has already been sold" is what Ally Financial told me? Why then am I paying to fix the car, that I did not do, if the car is unavailable TO REPAIR? I know it was sold because I requested to get the car back to have it repaired for less. Money goes right in their pockets. After all this is said and done, this dealership response to $500 is that I will never use them and this dealership has caused to me to withdraw any future GM vehicles as they obviously do not care much for the customer for the measly $500 to them THAT IS NOT GOING TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE SINCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD. Not a stand up company. Only care is to line their pockets. A terrible experience altogether. Sick of the hassles and wasted time. This is one American car company I will never again purchase from. Thank you for the slap in my face. May I have another please. ??????

oil change ok. After headlight recall on 13 Vette was completed side windows on Vette didn't automatically come up the last half inch, after closing doors. I had to return to dealer . Your service man corrected the windows in 2 minutes!

Our Trailblazer has had a slow LF Tire leak for some time and our son is here from San Diego using it for two weeks. Heidebrecht fit it in with no prior appointment, fixed a bead leak and a valve stem pressure sensor leak quickly so my son could leave at noon Monday to visit friends in Kentucky. Outstanding service.

I was welcomed by friendly staff offering coffee and cookies while I wait. I was given an approximate wait time and my vehicle was finished on time. Yeah, I called your dealership and asked to make an appointment for service. I indicated that my breaks were squeaking. The service representative told me to bring it in without an appointment. I had my wife drive it up for service that same hour. It turned out to be corrosion on some of the breaking mechanism which required lubricant. Repairs were completed in less than 2 hours, and the best part it was all covered under warranty.

I have been purchasing vehicles, and taking them in for service, to several dealerships in Sterling Heights Clinton Twp, and Warren for the last 40 years. When I recently moved to the Romeo area, I knew about the great bars and restaurants, the peach festival and many other events that take place throughout the year. Dave went out of his way to help us after finding out the repairs on our Traverse were going to take longer then expected and we wouldn't have our traverse to pull our trailer to go camping that weekend. He hooked us up with a Silverado so we wouldn't have to cancel going camping. We were looking at possibly upgrading to a Silverado anyway so this worked out quite well as it gave us a chance to see how we liked it and how it would handle hauling our trailer. 2013 chevy silverado, hand washed most of the time, taken care of. Rusting out from underneath me. I took to Heidebreicht in Romeo, Mi (where i purchased it new). They asked if i took it down dirt roads. I said occasionally, am I not supposed to? With 24,000 miles they will not back the warranty, told me to pony up $3,000. I somehow mistreated the truck by taking it down occasional dirt roads. Chevy will not back this warranty (per the dealer). Do not buy from this dealership they do not stand behind their vehicles. Came in for maintenance on car. Loaner was ready & waiting & was in & out in 10 minutes. The service person was not very friendly and told me the repair probably would not be covered under my warranty. Said was normal wear & tear for the carpet. I didn't think it should have holes in the carpet for a 2013 car. The service person I did talk to before I made the appt was very nice and said it probably would be covered. As it turned out it is covered and am currently waiting for the carpet to come in so I can come back & get it taken care of. Overall the service was good.

A mention of the construction would have been nice beforehand however the construction did not impact my service. I do not like being sent directly to the cashier when my car is ready for pick up. A service rep - or even better the person who actually did the work!- should spend time with the customer reviewing the results of the inspection & confirming what work was done. James was patient and showed me what modern "mudflaps" look like, and because of that I decided it was ok to get mudflaps for my Equinox. (I'm retirement age and felt offended that mudflaps were recommended for my car. They belong on pickup trucks and larger trucks, Not on MY CAR!!!!! I thought. How dare they suggest I get them AND pay for mudflaps!!. I thought. Perhaps the need for mudflaps involve a design problem. I relented and the molded plastic non flapping flaps are not unsightly. Adam was also helpful so the visit was all good. Some of the repair reps in the past have been irritating and offensive and some of my friends have agreed with that description. My friends are also "little old ladies" and we don't like to deal with rude reps.

Was impressed by your tech Bob on explaining to me about the steering. He found low tire pressure to be the cause and said to see if I could try to get it to go back and have a hard time to steer again. Friendly fast service and the 20% coupon for Big Boy is a real big bonus. Take the car in, walk to Big Boy, have breakfast read the paper, return and all done. I do have a question. When offering Mobil 1 synthetic oil to customers Why Not use a Upgraded Mobil 1 oil filter instead of an A/C filter. Does not make allot of sense to me to pay extra for full synthetic oil (Mobil1 ) and not use a Mobil 1 filter.

David Lee was excellent, he answered all my questions, and walked me through the delivery of the truck, showing me how to work everything, and setting up my blue tooth, and radio. He is a definite asset to the dealership. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, even if they weren't my Salesperson.I have purchased many vehicles, but Heidebreicht is the best dealership. Came in for the ignition recall on my 2008 HHR. While there I asked to have the oil changed and the transmission looked at as its sounding not quite right. Now sure the transmission check was done. In addition, the new oil change sticker put on my window says it needs a change at 111, 000 miles, however, when I brought it in, I already had 114,500 on it, I'll keep an eye on it and the gauge will tell me if I don't. Thanks for the awesome service, its always a pleasure doing business with Romeo Chevy.

Every time I've had to talk with an employee at this dealership, they have been great to me. I drive over an Hour to get to this location and I wouldn't change it at all! i asked about the light leather seats in my car turning blue, and i didn't feel the respose was very friendly. she told me she would "look into it" and that i just needed to get the car professionally detailed. For a brand new car, i don't feel that i should have to get the car professionally detailed every week. she told me to put a towel on the seat if i didn't want to pay to get it detailed... not very professional at all. other than this issue, i haven't had a problem with the dealership.

Everything was warranty work and the service department gave me a ride home and then came and picked me up. When I dropped the car off, they let me know that they were swamped and may not get it done that day. That evening, they called and let me know that it would not be done, but would be ready by noon the day, which it was. Everyone was very courteous.

I brought my pickup in because of an antifreeze leak. The radiator had to be replaced. I am VERY disapointed in this truck since this is the 2nd COSTLY repair within a year. I did not expect to spend this much money on a 3 year old vehicle. I expected higher quality from General Motors. I am happy with the dealership, they provided a loaner vehicle and helped with the deductable. They provided excellent service. I will return to Heidebreicht for further service.

Very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. My car was scheduled and did not have to wait for the service. Also there were a couple of issues brought to my attention I.e. A dirty filter and corrosion on my battery cables that were corrected at the same time. I was also able to get a pair of wiper blades at the same service call. I was kept informed of the status of my car being serviced. I have confidence in the dealership being honest and reliable when I need maintenance on my car.

Would have been perfect, except my original appointment was on Monday, when you had a power failure. I understand that this would disrupt things, but some sort of notice would have been appreciated. As it was, there was just a sign in the window with little information on how to reschedule. I called the next morning to reschedule - I was offered an appointment that afternoon, but chose one the following day. Everything went very well - purpose was an oil change and tire rotation. Service was prompt and professional.

Everything was fine for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Last time I was at your dealer for the same I was left a what I call a scent stick for the vent to make the vehicle smell better. This time no scent stick... Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and nice. The only concern that I noticed on my 2013 blank diamond Avalanche was that the mechanic got his greasy hand prints all over the hood on my vehicle... Not a big thing I guess but I did have to whip them off after the truck was washed with a soft cloth so that I didn't scratch the paint... But I really like your dealership a lot better then Buff Whelans so far....

He made it clear through tone of voice, and dismissive behavior that he would prefer to not deal with me pertaining to getting a new car. Someone with 35 years in the industry, he should be able to camouflage his feelings. John, I'm no idiot... You just go ahead and keep that car...I know it's costing money, I read the invoice. Also, I am a person, that deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, like anyone else... Treat every customer like they are buying a corvette & they will be back. Thanks! Having the car in for body work, then to service for routine maintenance was so easy - all handled by the body shop. The speed of the repairs was amazing, about a day and a half for replacement of front bumper and grill, routine maintnenance, and what was really suprising was a detailed cleaning of the car. It took a long time...I'm confused how some places can lube my car in 15 min. but it takes the dealership an hour and a half. Are the service workers at the dealership union?...that might explain a lack of drive for efficiency in work. Other than that, I can't figure out why a chevy dealership would take 6 times as long as a random lube shop especialy if since I had an appointment with the dealership and just drop in at the lube shop. Hmmm.

I came in with an indicator of low tire pressure, but tire looking ok, without an appointment. System was indicating wrong tire and another tire had a nail. Taken care of promptly and professionally and tire and indicator system both fixed. Especially appreciative of the quick help, as I was scheduled to take my Mother to a cancer treatment. I called Jim Causley dealership to get a tire monitor fixed.. Was told that Jim Causley does not do tires to go to Bell Tire to get tire monitor fixed I explain that the root caused is a tire monitor and I have the extended warranty. The commit was to bring it in, they will write up so I can go to Bell Tire. Thanks, but no Thanks. Call Heidebreicht explain what was wrong with the tire Was told to bring it in and they would have it fixed in an hour. Brought the vehicle in and the tire monitor was replace within 30minutes.. Thank you Heidebreicht team for taking care of the customer. Working in a marketing field, I will spread the word to go Heidebreicht and stay away from Jim Causley.

Erick Smith from used sales, deserves an "atta boy". A very down to earth salesman. He wont try to sell you stuff you don't need, but he will suggest products or equipment that suits your lifestyle and hobbies. Staff are professional, friendly and outgoing. I spent several days and numerous hours with a top notch sales person by the name of Lara Couwlier. Lara worked extremely hard and tirelessly, until she was able to locate and take possession of a 2013 Chevy Avalanche that I wanted. I have had a Chevy Volt for barely 2 months and the coolant pump that pumps the coolant around the main battery went bad. I am not happy that I had to bring my car in for repair within the first 2 months, but Heidebreicht as always makes the service visit as painless as possible. They gave me a loner and had my car back to me the next day. Shawn Karn is awesome, he always makes sure every service visit is pleasant and I get in and out as fast as possible. I have been going to Heidebreicht for over 13 years for service and to buy all my cars. I expect that will continue for years to come.

Although I ended up buying from another dealership, I will definitely be back to Heidebreicht in the future. The Sales Manager Josh and the salesmen Garrette went out of their way to be helpful and were both unusually personable. The only reason I bought elsewhere was extremely limited availability on a vehicle that went out of production (Avalanche). I will be referring friends and family to them from now on. I have purchased or leased 10 GM vehicles in the last 13 years. Heidebreicht stands out amongst the many dealerships I have worked with. Thanks for the great experience.

top notch. Friendly. I came early for first service (oil & tire rotation) and was out very quickly - I was on the road 4 minutes after my scheduled start time. The lounge was fine - good internet connection, cookie and drink. I really doubt if I buy another GM product as it is not a company that "walks the talk" or has earned my respect - but if I would - Heidebreicht would get my business. Purchasing the Equinox (good basic vehicle) was very good and now this great experience.

The entire process of first contact to driving away in my new equinox from the dealership was great. Both Ashley Steele Kiper and Don Likins were professional and very helpful. Ashley was first contact on the internet team and Don followed up with walking through the vehicle and explaining all of it's great features. 2/12/13 I discovered that my power lift gate feature was inop. I called service at Heidebreicht and came in 10 mins. later. As frequently happens the power tailgate was working when I got to the dealer. Shawn karn called in Adam Vanover from the service shop and he investigated the problem. Even though it was working at that time he suspected that there was a problem. He took my Tahoe back to service and found the rear latch to be defective and replaced the latch assy. Checked further and discovered the motor gear assy. to be loose. He fixed the problem completely, including re-alignment of the rear bumper fascia where the lift gate was contacting it on closure. Heidebreicht service (Shawn and Adam) went the extra step to fix my problem, when they could have dispatched me on my way claiming innability to duplicate the problem as the liftgate was operational when I arrived. I really appreciate what they did for me, and I'm sure they eliminated the need for me to bring the vehicle back at a later date for the same problem. Thank you Shawn and Adam. Dave Pechauer 2/15/13

I have always viewed the process of buying a car as somewhat less fun than getting a root canal. Boy, have things changed, at least at this dealer. The whole buying experience was about as low key and relaxed as I could have ever imagined. From the minute I walked on the lot I felt like I was dealing with folks that I have known for a long time. I had a particular interest in a specific vehicle so they brought it up front and center and after pointing out some salient features offered to let me take it for a test drive, alone, no pressure, take your time! When I got back from the test drive we talked some more about the vehicle then went inside and looked at various purchase options. Lunchtime arrived while we were talking and I was offered a Gourmet PB&J sandwich which I enjoyed while we chatted about muscle cars and fishing. There were a couple of minor issues with the vehicle that they said would be dealt with before I took delivery. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the issues were resolved to my total satisfaction. The paperwork was all ready and complete and the staff walked me through the process in a very professional and relaxed manner. (Did I mention this was easy and relaxed?) All in all, this was the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had in 50 or so years of buying cars. Since I'm now 70, I don't know how many more cars I'll be purchasing but you can rest assured that Heidebreicht will be the first place I'll look.
