Richey was wonderful to work with. The van I was interested was exactly as advertised. Although we decided against it (nothing to do with dealer), Richey was excellent throughout the shopping process. He is not pushy and is very realistic. I will keep my eye out for more vehicles from Hendersonville Auto Brokers in the future!

After a 6 week search for the best deal money could buy it ended at Hendersonville Auto Brokers. They had exactly what I was looking for and for the best price too. I drove 3 hours to buy and the vehicle was exactly as described. I have now owned the vehicle for 2 months and I am very satisfied. You will not be disappointed !

I inquired about a car on the website. The car was sold, but they did not try to sell me a different car than what I wanted. It was a pleasant surprise. Quick response also.

I bought a very clean 2006 VW Jetta from Richey right after the new year. The car was in excellent condition and runs like a brand new vehicle. I saw the car on their website and sent an inquiry. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday and did not expect a response until Monday since they are closed on Sunday. Richey responded that he would be delivering a car on Sunday and that I could look at the VW while he was delivering the car. Saw the car, drove it by myself and wrote Richey a check on the spot. My son and i came back on Monday to pick the car up and Richey had everything ready and waiting for me. We live in Spring Hill which is about 60 miles away from the dealership. We no more than pulled the car into the driveway and the Check Engine light came on. Took the car and had the OBD scanned which came back faulty catalytic converter. Being the pessimist I am I figured I got snickered in the deal and wold have to pay to have it replaced. I sent Richey an email and he very quickly responded that he would make an appointment to have the CC replaced. In 2 days the repairs were done. I cannot speak highly enough of how Richey treated me and the very quick responses to my inquiry. Will definitely deal with them again.

Those dealers are very positive and nice, the customers service is vety good! there are a lot of good car even the dealer shop is not big. The car condition is great! the price is reasonable, I would definitely refer my friend to buy a car there!
