The salesman did an awesome job. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and was very courteous and respectful. His demeanor and personality was the deciding factor in my decision to purchase the GMC Terrain. My disappointment was in the misleading sales advertisement for the vehicle. The advertisement had over $8,000 listed in incentives and rebates. However, once the purchase was made I only received $4,000 in rebates. This is in addition to having the additional upgrades on the vehicle added into the sales price although they were included on the sticker price. The vehicle I was shown and eventually purchased wasn’t the vehicle I scheduled an appointment to test drive. I was told the vehicle I Inquired about initially was still available but it wasn’t. You have an excellent salesman working for the company. However, the company needs to stop the misleading advertising to draw customers into the business.

My service advisor was Lee. I never met him because my daughter took the car in for service. I was the point of contact for the repair. Lee was professional and personable in the communication he had with me. He explained everything as if I was in front of him, but in greater detail. He ensured that I understood what was wrong and what it would take to correct the issue. I look forward to one day meeting Lee because of his interaction with me thus far.

Kyle was always professional, going the extra mile with reporting back to me on the status of my vehicle, and very friendly. As far as the workmanship, I was impressed. Normally the car buying experience is long, tedious and can also be frustrating, but with Hendricks, they really put their customers first! This was my second purchase of a Cadillac with them and I could not have chosen a better place! My wife and I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from this dealership. I worked with Charles Carter, Eric Herring and sales manager Mike Douglass. I shopped online with multiple dealers and made the decision to purchase from Hendrick GMC. I did most of the deal online with the salesman Jay Wheeless and was on the lot Monday March 14th 2016 to purchase my 2015 GMC 1500. The deal was completed late afternoon and during the time I was told that I would receive multiple calls from Jay to follow up on the sale. I never received the first call from him. In fact I had to email him twice with questions and tire concerns that I had. At the close of the deal Jay told me that if I sent any referrals to him that purchased then I would receive a referral check. On June 10th 2016 I sent a referral to him that made a purchase from him on June 12th. I have not even received a Thank You for the referral and none the less have never seen a check. I continue to get the run around from Jay Wheeless. This dealership has no customer concern once the deal is complete. I would never refer anyone else to my salesman or dealership.

Saw an ad they had on Carfax. We live 1 1/2 hours away so we called first to make sure the car was available. When we arrived they wanted to collect every bit of information about us short of a pint of blood. After politely explaining that we would only give them that info after determining whether to do business with them they get this bewildered and confused look on their faces as the used car manager yells across the sales floor that the car was not available because it was in "service" to replace the drive shaft. If the car was having that serious of mechanical issues why was it being advertised and why were we told it was available for sale on the phone. They were however eager to show us other cars they had available. Classic "Bait and Switch". With these tactics I would really question the validity of their positive reviews.

We went into the Cadillac dealership to discuss the possibility of looking at a car to replace the car that had been totaled in an accident. The manager sent us in to Charles Carter. I was not feeling well that day and the last thing i wanted to do was shop for a car. Charles was very understanding, asking what we had had and what we would want. We left that day to think over the deal that he gave us and went in the next morning to purchase the car. He was very helpful in every way and i would suggest that if you are looking to call and see Charles.

Dashiel Boye was my salesman at Hendrick and his professionalism and thorough knowledge of the Buick line made my decision to buy my Encore that much easier. This is my first Buick so I knew very little about these cars. The Encore has been a very good choice for me. I've purchased several cars at Hendrick Buick, GMC, Cadillac throughout the years. This was by far the best experience with them Thanks to Cameron Singleton. He started helping with different options before my Leased Terrain was about to expire. I was over the miles on my Lease and he was able to get me into a brand new Buick Encore. I was skeptical at first because the vehicle looks so small for my family. Boy, I was wrong. I absolutely love the Encore. It is very zippy and handles well. I love all the luxury options it has in the price range I needed. He made sure to stay with me after closing to hook up my OnStar. He was very honest and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel pressured at all. I will continue to do business with Hendrick in the future.

Went to the Cary dealership for a vibration in the steering wheel and seat. After having 2 other dealerships balance the tires of my CTS,Hendrix service stated it needed a road force balance and 4 wheel aligment.for $265. Work was done and they said it was fixed. I paid and drove away. Got on US 1 only to find the problem still existed. Got no joy from the service dept. Totally feel like I got ripped off. Tried to contact service manager with no response. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

My husband and I recently visited Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac to test drive a vehicle, and we had the pleasure of working with Thomas Crenshaw and Jay Wheeless during our visit. We were very impressed with both Tom's and Jay's friendliness, approachability, and knowledge. We also very much appreciated their willingness to let us test drive a vehicle shortly after arriving at the dealership. They respected our time and thus did not put us through a lot of loopholes or drill us with a lot of questions first; instead, they listened to our reasoning for being there and recognized very quickly where we were in the car buying process. Both Tom and Jay created a comfortable, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere during which we test drove a vehicle and were able to ask them questions. They did not try to shove information down our throats or push a sale; instead, they took the time to get to know us and gathered what our needs and interests were, and then pointed out features of the vehicle that might be particularly appealing to us. We also very much appreciated their understanding of our intent not to purchase a vehicle that evening. Sometimes when visiting car dealerships, we've had the experience of making it very clear to salesmen that we were not at a point of readiness to buy, but the salesmen nevertheless push hard and even put pressure on us to make a sale. This was not the case with Tom and Jay. They very much understood and respected exactly where we were in the car buying process. Even though in the end my husband and I purchased another make of vehicle, we nevertheless would recommend both Tom and Jay for future sales. Both of them could not have been more understanding of us when we notified them of our purchase elsewhere, and Tom especially showed such grace and class in following up with us and expressing his excitement for us. It made us feel like we were truly a valued customer to him and not just a lost opportunity.

Bought a used 04 accord here in September of 2015. Car was in great shape and passed their inspection. After two weeks of ownership, the check engine and airbag lights were on, cruise control buttons stopped working intermittently, passenger window stopped working, and the windshield wiper switch was broken. Came back and explained the issues to my salesman. Was told that they'd check it out. Two days later they replaced an O2 sensor and told me the rest was my problem because the car was sold as-is. Neither the 2 month warranty that came with the car nor the $900 extended warranty I bought separately covered any of it. Total cost of all the parts to fix everything wrong was less than $100 dollars online, but they'd rather send me packing. Would never recommend this dealer to anybody.

This past weekend, we turned in another lease and leased a new CTS. My salesman (Charles) was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, the "New Car" Sales Manager, welcomed us back and reminded us that they value us as loyal customers. The paperwork with April (Finance Manager) was quick and efficient. Bottom Line: Cadillac is a fine, safe, beautiful car and this is the dealership to buy a Cadillac.

This past weekend, we turned in another lease and leased a new CTS. My salesman (Charles) was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, the "New Car" Sales Manager, welcomed us back and reminded us that they value us as loyal customers. The paperwork with April (Finance Manager) was quick and efficient. Bottom Line: Cadillac is a fine, safe, beautiful car and this is the dealership to buy a Cadillac.

I purchased my first car from here in June and I have never been so unsatisfied. They give you and outstanding price and once you purchase the car the customer service goes out the window!!! I noticed scratches on my car a weeks after I purchased the car and I called several times and was hung up on and had to leave numerous voicemail and NONE of my calls were returned. I had to contact HR to get a response. When I went to the dealership because no one answered my calls, no one spoke (including my salesman)! RUN!!! They only care about the customer until you purchase the car and after that you on your own!!!

Drove from Wake Forest to Cary to look at a vehicle Stefan and I had discussed throughout the day...call to let him to I was running late but I was coming to test drive the vehicle. He reassured me I was okay with being a little late as he was working with another customer. When I arrived he had the vehicle key in his hand and told me he was going to bring it around for a test drive. We waited...and waited and waited until he said the vehicle couldn't be located and he thought it may have been sold earlier...if the vehicle was sold why did he still have one of the keys to the vehicle? He apologized, but he had me to waste my time, gas, and energy on a vehicle he couldn't locate. Why didn't he tell me that instead of having me to drive all the way there only to tell me then the vehicle couldn't be located. I had canceled going to another showroom to look at another vehicle because I put my faith and trust in Stefan and he let me down--for the second time. What is the saying "fool me once--shame on me, fool me twice spend my money and my time at another showroom to look for a car--obviously Stefan didn't need the commission and this dealership didn't want my money.

Brought my 2009 Saab in for oil change and replace one low beam head light. I already purchased the bulbs at a auto parts store in advance. I was told the whole front bumper would need to come off to access the light bulbs and labor would be the same to replace one bulb or all four (high and low beam). The charge would be $250 to replace all the bulbs. After waiting over two hours, I was told I purchased the wrong bulbs and they would have to order the bulbs and would I like to wait. I was not happy they waited two hours to tell me this so I said no and left. On the way home I stopped at a local service station and asked if they could check the headlight. He popped the hood, pulled out a part with bulb attached and said the part holding the bulb was bad and not the bulb itself. The bulb I purchased was the correct bulb and the broken socket cost $9 plus a small labor fee. Now I have headlights no thanks to Hendrick, Buick, GMC, Caddillac! And I saved over $200!

Went to the lot to see vehicles that were on sale on website. Not a single salesperson came out to greet me so I had to go inside. Once inside still no sales reps coming to greet me so I had to ask the lady at the receptionist desk who was lost in her cell phone to get one for me. When we finally looked at numbers the prices were almost 10k more than the website because their incentives didn't apply to everyone and the accessories that they added themselves (and included in description and pictures on the website) had to be added to the price. Manager was uninterested in negotiations and the salesperson wasn't really affected if he didn't make a sale. Horrible experience.

Was looking for a new vehicle with less miles and a newer model. Was referred to Hendrick by a friend who had an awesome experience and needless to say so did I. My dealer was Charles Carter. He promised me he loved a challenge and would do his best to get me a great deal. Within a few days I was riding off the lot with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with only 5,000 miles. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hendrick Buick GMC in Cary, N.C. On two occasions since the purchase, I discovered that I had been misinformed by the dealership on the condition of my vehicle. One of the issues has the potential to cost me a lot of money to repair. The dealership refuses to pay for the repair even though I was assured by them at the time of the purchase that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and approved by their service department prior to my purchase. One act of misinformation could be a mistake or an oversight. Two acts of misinformation shows a pattern of the dealership being dishonest and untrustworthy. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Hendrick, BEWARE!

My first experience with Hendrick Cadillac was by far the best experience I have ever had. Cameron Singleton was my salesman, and he is second to none. He is very knowledgeable and is more than willing to go above and beyond the "salesman' character. Our initial contact was by phone, and when I could not come in on the initial day of contact, he texted me that night to let me know the car was still available. He met me at my car when I arrived at the dealership, extremely polite and was willing to serve. He never rushed me in the process, was fully competent in sharing all avenues of the car. He answered all my questions to his fullest potential and it is quite evident he takes pride in his position at Hendrick Cadillac. I can't say enough about the whole great experience! I was regretting having to go to any dealership, but you all made this a very good experience. I loved working with Steve and everyone there was friendly and I must say....honest. I got a great vehicle, one that I didn't think I could afford and a great deal! Incompetent staff - from service advisors to the mechanics. It took about 6 phone calls to schedule an appointment my last trip in. The work done was not right - I had a the exact same coolant leak after they "repaired" my car which cost me $300. I brought the car back and they found a "pin hole" in the hose between the coolant reserve and radiator. I paid $300 bucks for the "leak" that they claimed was my problem. I say the "leak" they supposedly fixed didn't exist. They overlooked the pinhole in the hose which was the problem to begin with.They attempted to fix the pin hole in the hose by cutting off the bad end and reconnecting it with the same weak clamp and same worn out hose which is STILL LEAKING at the clamp. I refuse to bring it back a third time for something so easy to fix. I had an oil change and tire rotation the trip in before this one. My car has plastic trim cap pieces on all of the lug nuts. The "technician" that rotated the tires forgot to properly tighten the trim pieces. I ended up losing two of them on the way home. I would have lost several more had I not stopped at the store on the way home. I could easily turn each trim cap with my fingers. The caps cost about 7 bucks each!I have complained to the service manager (Robert Rudloff) about bad service experiences here. Conversation with this guy was a waste of time - he could care less about my concerns. The service advisors are arrogant, have no people skills, and should not be put in front of customers. I have already drafted a letter to GM about my horrible experiences here.I'm in the market for a new car and I absolutely refuse to buy one from these clowns. Pathetic experience all the way around and on more than one occasion.

I arrived at 3 pm to get my oil changed at the service department. I waited for the advisor to finish an obvious personal phone call only to be told that they were to busy to change my oil. I was the only person in the drive and asked if there was anything else that could be done as I am from out of town and was offered no options. I wait until I am in the area to get my vehicle serviced at the dealership as I own their $199 oil change policy. I have purchased 2 vehicles from there, as have others in my family, and they were just as disappointed as I was at the treatment. What good is owning a maintenance policy when you cannot get your vehicle serviced at your convenience instead of theirs???

Experience started off poorly since going through the multiple phone options to get to the receptionist was painful. To top it off she sent me to the incorrect department, put me back into the phone loop several times, wanted me to call back at a more convenient time and never got my messages through to the person I was trying to contact. I was having a car delivered to this location and this experience has turned me off of any Hendrick-owned dealers completely. My husband has had a similar nightmarish situation when we purchased a RAM truck from this same dealership....took MONTHS to get title when we paid for truck in full.

This was my first experience with service at this dealership and I was not impressed. I own a 2011 Buick Enclave. I was having a problem with the engine light coming on and off. I made an appointment to be seen and dropped the car off the night before. I wanted the issue witht the engine light to be fixed, I asked for an oil change and asked them to look at the brake pedal which seemed soft to me. I asked if anything else needed to be done at 15k miles. They said they would rotate the tires and would look over everything else for me. I told them I would check with them around noon because I would like the use of my car for the afternoon. I called around 10 am because I had not heard from anyone. I was told the O2 sensor was bad and that was the reason the engine light was coming on. They would replace that. They said the brake pedal was fine and felt comparable to other similar vehicles. I asked them to call me as soon as it was done so that I could pick up my car for the afternoon. I called again around noon after not hearing from anyone. I was told the sensor had to be ordered and brought to them. The tech was out to lunch and would work on it as soon as he got back. They would call me. I called about an hour and a half later to get the staus. They said they were just finishing up and I could come pick it up. I got there a little after 2 and was told the tech was just finishing the oil change, to wait in the waitng area and they would come get me. The service rep looked overworked and overstressed. 50 minutes later I went back to the desk. The paperwork was just being stapled and was told the car was ready. On my way home I checked the information center on the car and noticed it still indicated that I only had 34% of my engine oil life remaining. I couldn't believe it. I called back and spoke to the service rep who sighed and said that's what happens when you get a Master mechanic to do the oil change for you. If that's what you get when a Master mechanic does it for you what can I expect when a regular mechanic does it? At first I was told I would have to come back in as soon as possible to get it reset so that the information stayed accurate. When I couldn't get back that soon I was told how to reset it. The instructions were to turn my ignition key to the second stop, pump the gas pedal 3 times to the floor and then restart the car. The percent of oil life would go back to 100%. After doing what I was told 3 times with no success I was really frustrated. I decided to see what YouTube had to offer. The instuctions were much simpler, pushing the info center buttons on the console to get to the reading of oil life % and push the reset button for 2-3 seconds. That reset it to a 100 %. I felt like a fool stomping my foot all that time to get it corrected. I felt like I was just strung along and got put on the back burner. I went to the trouble of making an appointment. All they had to do was diagnose and fix the sensor, change the oil and rotate the tires. It took them to 3 pm to do that and that was with me calling 2-3 times. If it was going to be an all day project and they just told me up front,I could have made other plans. Then to find out some necessary steps weren't done by their Master mechanic makes me wonder what else may not have been done correctly. I doubt I will be returning even though it is a convenient location for me.

In addition their service department has been stellar, they have always made sure everything was perfect. This is the first time I have dealt with Rick Cascino, and he made sure everything was correct before I left. I have always recommended this dealership and will continue to in the future.

i have used the service department at hendrick buick gmc for all of my service needs for 5 years, i have purchased multiple vehicles from them and the number 1 reason is because of their service department and robert rudloff. i have worked with him on repair needs of several vehicles and have found him to have a high amount of integrity and is a very honest person. he has helped me with numerous issues on vehicles that were out of warranty and helped me get assistance with gm to help pay for the repair. he is always there when i need assistance the most. 5 stars to mr. rudloff and his service department.

I located an used CTS online and contacted the dealership. I decided that I wanted to take the car out overnight and wanted them to pull the car from the lot until I could pick it up. I placed a $1000 deposit down for them to pull it. I did this on a Wednesday and picked up the car on a Friday. Test drove the car, decided that it was not the car for me and returned it the next day. The salesperson was not happy that I did not buy the car but said that the deposit would be returned to me account immediately. It took two weeks and several phone calls to get my deposit back. I will not purchase anything from a Hendrick dealership because of this horrible customer service experience.

I am not normally one to complain when things go wrong with a vehicle service because, as with anything, accidents do happen. In this particular situation, however, I felt it necessary to inform others of my ordeal with Hendrick Pontiac-Buick-GMC in Cary, NC.I brought my vehicle in for a standard 90k mile service. The full service cost me nearly $1,000.00 which I paid in full upon collecting my vehicle. Up until the day of the service the vehicle had not given any trouble whatsoever. It made me suspicious then that the very same day I collected the vehicle things started to go horribly wrong. To cut a long story short, over the next few weeks I had numerous things break down on the vehicle, all of which should have been serviced during the 90k mile service. I returned the vehicle two more times to Hendrick Pontiac-Buick-GMC to have these issues fixed but they never were. I decided I was not prepared to take the vehicle there a fourth time so I took the vehicle to another dealership in the area to have it looked at. When this new dealership started poking around inside the vehicle they were appalled to discover that just about none of the things I had paid for in the 90k mile service had actually been completed. What is even worse is that they discovered that necessary parts had actually been removed from my vehicle! This new dealership performed all the needed repairs on my vehicle and it has been purring along wonderfully since then (about 6 months ago now).When I confronted Hendrick Pontiac-Buick-GMC about the problem they denied that they did anything wrong and accused the other dealership of telling lies. Mr. Robert Rudloff, the service manager at the dealership, treated me with such rudeness and disdain it made me furious. He refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and refused to offer me any kind of refund for the work I had paid for that was not completed. I then wrote a letter to the owner of the company threatening legal action if they did not rectify the problem. It was only after this threat that the owner approved a refund of half of what I had paid for the original service. Even with the refund, the whole ordeal still cost me an additional $1,000.00, over and above the original $1,000.00 for the service. This has been an incredibly costly and frustrating experience for me and I would recommend that anyone stay as far away from Hendrick Pontiac-Buick-GMC as they possibly can.
