I had a great experience at Hendrick. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. Ask for Wes, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I highly recommend this dealership.

I absolutely love Rick Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT. They have a great inventory for great prices and really know how to take care of their customers. Mr. Smith, or Tommy as he endearingly told us to call him, helped my family look at multiple vehicles and was incredibly knowledgeable. He made the dreadful car selecting process an absolute blast. If you're looking for a car, definitely visit Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT. If you're looking for a straight-shooter to answer the million questions you have while your husband rolls his eyes, make sure you ask for Tommy Smith. Keep up the great work guys!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience I would like to personally thank Desirae for her kindness and helpfulness throughout the whole process, she really made sure we enjoyed the whole experience. Hendrick has always been a joy to work with. They have such compassionate and friendly staff. When I bought my Renegade they helped me to find the exact one I wanted and made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase. When I needed something serviced, they were quick to assist me and made me feel as though I was a priority. I was able to leave my vehicle at Hendrick knowing it was in great hands and I would not acquire additional charges as that has been my experience at other dealerships. When my service was completed, I was promptly called and was able to get my Renegade back on the road...and off road!

Allison Dunk is the person to go see! She is attentive, hard working and looks out for you! Very laid back and easy to speak with. Came in on her day off to help me, I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else! She found me the perfect Jeep Wrangler and I drove home with it! They have me as a life long and loyal customer! Allison will take great care of you!
