I have been driving Hondas since 1990. This is the 5th Honda CR-V I have owned or leased, the second from Hendick Honda of Bradenton. This time was by far the easiest and most pleasant visit I have had at a dealer. The price and color we decided over the phone and when I got to the dealer, everything was ready for me to sign. The car was delivered in less than a few hours, and that included a detailed lesson on how to use all the new freatures in the 2016 crv. Bravo, kaylin

Sales staff were not pushy rather just very helpful. When my wife and I first drove in to the dealership we were just looking and I actually had another appointment set up later in the afternoon.Needless to say we never made the second appointment. I would describe it as the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had.I will definitely go back again when its time for another car.

Michael Knight was the ideal salesman. He provides information in a clear and concise manner. As an older woman, I attempted to buy a car from several other dealership salesmen over the last several months. They only told me about the color of the interior; refused to quote me a price; and called me,"Honey" and other derogatory terms. Needless to say I was about to give up on Honda salesmen, but Michael made sure all my questions about safety features, performance, and cost were answered. He's the first salesman I've had who made sure I was comfortable with using the car features before we finalized the car purchase.

The second time I went to Hendrick Honda, I requested Christie Breaux, because she had treated me so well, the first time I went, "Just Lookin"! I took my wonderful son-in-law, Danny who had just leased a Honda in Ft. Myers, where he lives. He stuck with me and helped me wade through the lengthy process of choosing the right CR-V, deciding to lease rather than purchase at my AGE! I traded in my friend, my 16 yr old Acura which had cost me more than my first home and rather sadly waved good bye to her, as I drove away in a 2016 Cr-V EX that smelled just right! Didn't even notice that it didn't have a garage door opener until I got home and automatically reached for it!!! I absolutely HATE the process of buying/leasing a car (which is one of the reasons I held on to my Acura for so long) but I've got to say, it was a pleasant experience at Hendrick's, especially with Christie holding my hand during the entire process. I had told her the first time, what I was looking for, and she had emailed me several options, but it wasn't till Hermine that I realized I really wanted a car that was higher off the ground!!Thank you Christie for taking such good care of me, making me almost feel like part of the family there. I DID get so many emails from every department, I think I should know everyone by name the first time I come in for service! Now, if I could just figure out how to get my phone numbers onto the voice activated dialing system.... My wife and I found a car on line that we were interested in viewing. We traveled almost two hours to view this car because it was what we had been looking to purchase. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mike Knight, the salesman who made the experience very simple and easy. The process was actually enjoyable and not the typical adversarial process that you usually encounter when you try to purchase a car. On Saturday August 20, I had an appointment with Scott Sandmann, used car Manager, who placed me with a very energetic young sales lady named Kaylin Stapchuk. Kaylin spent two - plus hours with me, driving, reviewing my wishes and narrowing down my dream car. It was a pleasure working with both Kaylin and Scott. Before I left the lot, we had things figured out and they were off trying to locate a 2016 White EXL Pilot. I also spoke with Brian Smith regarding financing options. At that time I had planned to use my own Credit Union, but agreed to let them see if they could beat my deal. On Monday afternoon, August 22nd, Rodney Miles, new car Manager, called to give me the good news that they had located my car. Rodney explained that they would be able to install the lighted running boards and tent the driver and passenger windows on Tuesday and I would be able to pick it up. He also explained that he would be having Brian Smith work with my Credit Union on the financing details. On Tuesday morning Brian and I spoke several times throughout the morning and after all was said and done, Brian was able to get me a better rate than my own Credit Union. I then arrived for my 5:45 appointment with Adam to finish up the paperwork. He was extremently profession and helpful completing the transaction. Once that was finished, Kaylin was on hand again to explain my new vehicle and make sure I was happy with the purchase. She's very passionate about fitting you with the right vehicle. We met Greg Correia while we were looking to purchase a new Honda. We already had purchased a 2010 Honda from this dealership and was very pleased with the service so we decided to go back. Upon meeting Greg outside we knew that he was experienced and very knowledgeable. The selling point for us was he was not trying to "sell" us.Greg was masterful at this because he gave us everything and then some in order to make the sale. We did not intend to buy that day but we were treated so well and so well respected that even though we left that day we told him that we would make a decision in 2 days and get back to him. No pressure, just a great feeling of making the right choice for what we were looking for. We came back in 2 days and made the purchase. I don't know if it would have been a slam dunk if Greg wasn't as professional as he was. Not only did we feel we made the right decision on our new car we also felt that we would be taken care of even after the sale. This is a great dealership and Greg is a great sales consultant.

Matt Schultz is a great salesman. I traded in my BMW convertible and got a fair price and purchased a used Toyota Corolla for my daughter. Very friendly staff, finance was a fast process, Matt was very tentative to make sure we bought the right car for our needs. He went the extra mile to go over all the features, Smile, shaked our hands and be sincere. He is one in a million. I don't usually take the time to write a review for anything, but my recent car leasing experience was handled so well that I am was compelled to write this. It started later Sat evening when I began looking for the vehicle I wanted. I already knew it was a Honda CR-V I just needed to decide on the model. I found what I wanted and filled out a credit app so I could save time when I went in Monday am. Before I went to bed I checked my email and found several emails from Hendricks Honda in Bradenton. One of them was from Internet consultant Michal Knight. He had pictures of a couple cars and prices. I emailed him back and told him the exact model I wanted. The following day I rec'd a call from the dealership asking if I wanted to come in to see and drive the vehicle. I didn't know they were open on Sunday. I ended up going in and meeting with Michal and by the time I left I was all set to pick up my car the following morning. It was easily the best car purchase experience I've ever had.

This is now my 3rd Honda and by far, this was the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership. The Car sold itself, as Honda makes a great product, but, the dealership is just as important, I want to make sure that they will back up what they say.... They did and from the moment we walked in the door, to the minute we left with our new car, we experienced the entire Hendrick team.... Kaylin our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle we chose, took the time to make sure we knew everything there was to know about the vehicle, and followed up before we even got home... Although we spent most of our time with Kaylin, there were so many others from the receptionist to the team member in the parking lot keeping things clean... all had smiles, were friendly and always asked if we needed anything.. We went in with the expectation to not buy, but just look. We new a Honda crv was a car we were interested in, but had never driven one or even seen the inside of one. What we new was it's was consumer reports number one rated used suv. We met with Christie and she was very informed about the car and and answered all our guestions. We have bought our last 4 cars from this dealership. Last week we had a flat tire and went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new tire or two . We checked the price of tires at other places, Sam's Club and a local tire store and the dealership was the cheapest. My husband has been talking about trading our 2012 Pilot in for a 2016 and he was torn between buying new tires and keeping it another year or turning it it now. We talked to the Sales Manager who we felt was being very honest with us and decided there was no advantage of buying new tires . He introduced us to a salesman who showed us the cars we were interested in and that day we left the dealership in our new Pilot. My husband talked to both the sales manager and the salesman and told them how he calculates a good deal . While we were looking at the new cars the manager had the appraisal of our 2012 done and when we were ready to sit down and make a deal we were presented what we considered a very GOOD deal. We were extremely pleased. Our salesman explained all the paperwork to us and approximately how much time it would take to complete and we couldn't have been happier when we left. Even though there is a Honda dealership closer to our home we wouldn't think of going anywhere else . This dealership has done good by us for many many years and we would highly recommend them to family and friends.

This was my 5th buying experience from Hendrick. It goes without saying that I love Honda, but why Hendrick? I've been to several other dealerships in the past before and its always been such a nightmare with xxxxxxx sales people filling my head with lies and pressuring me into a car I didn't even want. Kaylin Stapchuk from Hendrick Honda made my experience wonderful, kind of like a day at Disney with a VIP pass.. Since the first time I stopped by looking for an Honda Civic Si 9th gen she did her best to get me the exact model I was looking for but at the time it wasn't available anywhere on this planet(although I am sure she even tried looking for that model on other planets also). All of a sudden out of no where, months later she called me to let me know that they had the exact model I was looking for in stock. She did everything possible to help me feel comfortable once I got to the dealership. Nothing she said to me about the car was to benefit her or the dealership she was honest about everything and you can tell she cared more about my needs and concerns more than she cared about making the sell like most sales people. Buying from Hendrick Honda was a great experience. Our sales person, Kaylin Stapchuk, was exceptional. She worked very hard to get a great deal for us and to get me the exact car that I was looking for with the features that my husband was looking for. We had a Honda we leased in our former home town which was about to come off lease. We met with Mike Knight at Hendrick to see what kind of deal we might get on a new lease if we turned the current vehicle in. We told him what we were looking for, and he located exactly what we wanted on the lot. He got us a very good offer up front, and without any haggling we swapped cars and were on our way with very little pain. Usually car buying is a very unpleasant experience but Kaylin made it easy and fast. She educated us on all the new features the 2016 Honda Odyssey and showed us how to use them while taking us for a test drive. Just replaced my (second) Accord with a 2016 Civic coupe. Outstanding service during and after the sale, as I have come to expect from Hendrick. Service advisor/manager Tammy Hines is a trusted source. She recommended I talk with John Nosal in sales. He was incredibly helpful. When it came time to do the deal, however, John was not available, so he passed me along to Mike King. Another excellent member of the team. The sales manager Robert Stuart and finance rep Chris Keith were both terrific, as well. I never felt pressured and believe I was treated fairly. Most importantly, I am confident in the service department to keep my Civic in top shape. This is a top-notch dealership. Strongly recommend.

We recently visited Hendrick Honda while shopping for a new Accord. Zoe was our sales associate on our first visit. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. After shopping around, we returned to make our purchase. Zoe was off, so we worked with Pernell, who also did a great job, and made us feel like they appreciated our business. Gabe, the sales Manager, was also involved and everyone made us feel important. There were no high pressure sales. We would certainly recommend this dealership. I went to Hendricks for an oil change and left with a new Honda Fit thanks to Pernell. He was outstanding with his help. He made sure that I could get the car I wanted for the price I could afford. Tony Bradford was extremely helpful and very professional as he helped me select a new CR-V. He is not one of those high-pressure salesman at all. He not only explains the features of a car but also meticulously goes over the transaction process so that there is no question at all about the purchase. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I bought my new Honda Civic 2016 like a 1 month ago and I received a great service by Zoe. She is awesome and the process was very easy. Everything was to fast and I loved the place to much. The vendor, Zoe, ask me if I'm okay with any features of the car or if I want change something; I felt so amazing because we can personalice everything about the locks, smart key functions, screen color, etc. Also, my car had a full fuel and was very clean. Further, Zoe talk Spanish and this is a great plus for the hispanics customers like me. All service was excellent!

One of the proudest days of my life and the best Cinco de Mayo ever was May 5, 2016 when my son graduated from college with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Thats right; my son is a rocket scientist! His personal vehicle died about two months ago and he was now not only in the market for a new job, he was also looking for a low mileage previously owned automobile. Buying a vehicle in this day and age isnt exactly rocket science, but I must admit both of us began this journey with a little bit of trepidation. After all, who truly enjoys negotiating with a stranger in a business where there is historically low trust? Having done our due diligence by researching a major consumer reporting company for vehicles with the best reliability and perusing other websites for pricing in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, we earmarked three consecutive days, May 9-11, where we visited no less than eight dealerships with the last on our list being Hendrick Honda Bradenton. It should have been the first! We reached out to them initially via their website and had subsequently received a response from Melissa Richardson, their Internet Manager, who ascertained our needs and put us together with a sales person.Enter Christie Breaux our sales consultant who listened to me bragging on my son, my family and talking about everything else under the sun besides a vehicle. She introduced me to multiple people at the dealership as we walked around chatting and all stopped to visit briefly and seemed genuinely interested in Christopher and me. I spoke to Christie about this and she bragged on her familythe Hendrick family. Christie was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. Always professional, Christie never rushed or pressured us as was done in several other dealerships. She not only showed us previously owned inventory, but also counseled us on new vs. used cars extolling the benefits of both Honda products. She was with us every part of the way, made the buying process friendly and she personally eliminated all the fears we had reference our car search. Ultimately, she teamed up with Melissa Richardson and they presented my son a package on a new 2016 Honda Civic EX that he simply could not refuse. We not only left this dealership happy, but found extended family at Hendrick Honda Bradenton. If you are in the market for an automobile, I would strongly recommend to any one that you save yourself some time and stress and go see my new BFF Christie Breaux at Hendrick Honda Bradenton! Christopher K. in the finance department handled our finance application, titling, license plates other documents etc. I would guess this is typically a 30-60 minute process, but my newly minted college grad read EVERY word on EVERY page and as a result we were in Christopher K.'s office almost two hours. Had some family in Florida but i live in Ny. I have always wanted to get a new car but hate the pushy salea people. I looked into this dealer in Flordia.. No regrets ... They helped me from all the way over here in Ny.. Walked me through the steps over the phone and email.. Trusted them faxinf and mailing all the needed documents. Zoe was not pushy at all!! Last week I purchased a used Accord for my daughter from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. Over the years I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership. Walking on the lot my family met Rob Hawley. We were specifically looking for an older vehicle with low mileage for a specific price. Hendricks had such vehicles however they were located at different company owned properties and would need to be transported to Bradenton. Unfortunately, we needed the vehicle ASAP. Rob asked for our patience and walked the lot. He discovered a used car that had come in the prior day and had not been registered for sale yet. Rob asked his Sales Managers permission to show us the car and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle and his offered selling price. Rob explained clearly the selling process and timeline. We knew exactly what to expect and were comfortable trusting Rob guidance. We purchased the car with the expectation that Hendrick would repair any safety issues found. Much to our surprise the Shop replaced many wearable and permanent parts to ensure our safety and satisfaction. Needless to say, we were amazed. (and they didnt upcharge us with mystery charges!) I must say that this was one of our most pleasant shopping experiences. Rob Hawley is an honest and sincere individual. There were no pretenses or high pressure, he truly wanted us to be safe and satisfied with the hope that we would return one day for another purchase from Hendrick Honda. We most certainly will! At first, I received I quote for a Honda Pilot that I was not considering. Upon clarifying what I wanted and offering an opportunity to beat a quote from another dealer, Melissa Richardson, the Internet Sales Manager, responded indicating she needed to located the vehicle I wanted, talk with her manager, and get back to me. I thought this was going to be another spotty communication with a dealer. However, Melissa got back to me, she had a very competitive quote. Upon moving to the discussion of my trade-in, she was also quick to respond and provided a reasonable offer. Likewise, she offered to beat a competitive financing rate I had already arranged and she delivered. At the closing of the purchase, Chris, the financing person described various options for extended warranty but we felt no pressure in the process. In turn, Alex took care of having the car and conducted a demonstration of the Honda Pilot features and technology. All in all, the staff were very professional, and we had a no-pressure, positive experience.

I traded 2 cars in last year and started 2 new leases with them (within a couple of months), and they were great to work with during the sales. Soon after leaving with the 2nd car, I realized that I had made a pretty bad deal. I contacted them not at all to protest (it was my fault), but to better understand the numbers. I was first directed to the finance associate who closed our deal, and he never returned one call or email. I kept calling the sales people, but they suddenly could not explain the numbers. After a couple of months, a higher up manager called, and he was extremely rude and did his best to demean me. Since that time, I have been able to turn away at least 4-5 friends/coworkers from buying there, so hopefully someone else reads this and thinks twice before giving them any business. Also beware of a scam they are running - they send you a notice that says you won a drawing and can claim a new phone, iPad, gift card, etc. When you go in, they point out the fine print that says you have to buy or lease a new car. Don't go there!!!

Leased a CR-V from Hendrick Honda. I started the process by contacting the dealer via their website. Once contacted by the Internet sales team. I was given all of the information I asked for Including prices and fees before I walked in. When I did go in for a test drive Jeff Breaux helped me. He is great to work with, very easy going, has a great knowledge of the Honda brand, and is very enthusiastic about Hendrick. Everyone at Hendrick Honda made it clear that they want to make buying or leasing a great experience. I looked at multiple cars in different dealerships in the area, none of them were as open with their prices as Hendrick. The whole process was easy and did not feel pressured after taking a test drive then leaving to come back a few days later to lease.

Talk to Robert Stewart and that reinforced I should go to the Dealership. I was treated extremely well. I told Pernell what I wanted to finalize sale, and he got Rodney to present what they would do. This was very acceptable. Quickly I bought this beautiful TOURING COUPE and Chris finalized it. He was excellent like the rest. This dealership makes purchasing and/or leasing a car easy and virtually stress free. Don't have to worry about "pushy" sales employees just trying to sell you a car for their quota. Mike Alexy helped us mid-way through the transaction after the original salesman Scott had become ill. Mike jumped right in and took charge of our transaction. Mike stayed an hour over his shift, to make sure we were completely satisfied, and knew how to properly operate the features of our car. I brought my car in for servicing recently and went to the showroom to check out a new lease. Mike Knight was the only sales agent at his desk... and what an early bird he turned out to be. He answered all my questions with enthusiasm and a smile. He convinced me to take on a new lease for another CRV. The extra effort and subsequent followup by Mike is what makes me commend him as an outstanding sales agent... very professional and extremely personable. He's the best in my book.

Recently purchased a new Honda Pilot via Mike Alexy and Gabriel Dragel. They were excellent to work with and handled the whole transaction very smoothly. They gave a very good impression of the dealership and presented the car really well when we did the test drive. This was my first purchase through a dealership. I tried many other dealerships and this one was the most reasonable and most welcoming one yet. Even walking in you can tell that they care about customer experience. Everyone I dealt with was great, even when I was a bit skeptical since it was my first real car purchase, they still treated me with respect. My salesman was Pierre Sainvil, he's the person that made me want to do this, he was excellent in every aspect of the word. He kept calm, and was willing to answer questions honestly. Also, he wasn't pushy but you could tell he takes pride in his job and wants the best for his customers.They also worked with me greatly on the financing aspect of the purchase.He was also a great employee but I can't recall his name. The manager was also very helpful and takes pride in what he sells! Highly recommended!

After dealing with Brandon Honda, and leaving there completely disgusted, I decided I would try the Employee Auto Buying program. It linked me up with 3 dealerships, Regal Honda, Honda in Winter Haven, and Hendrick Honda. I was called immediately after they opened by Tito Sabino. I did not want to really put much of an effort into this because driving from Brandon to Bradenton was out of the question, but I figured I would entertain Tito with my expectations. Tito took all of my information, including doing a rough estimate for my current car over the phone. I wasn't expecting much out of that because of the experience I had the day before. In less than 5 minutes Tito calls me back with a number even lower than what I had planned. I didn't believe him for one minute, but he broke everything down over the phone with the final out of door pricing. I believe I called him back probably 5 times trying to find the "Hidden Fees" but he steadily insisted there were none, and that was the final price out of door. I agreed to come in later that day, still with doubts in my head, but agreeing to come in. About 11:30 A.M I call him back asking about getting the pricing for windows tinted, and he gave me the price. I asked him if I could get the windows tinted before I pick the car up that day. Tito Sabino made a call, and was able to get the car in the same day. I arrive at the dealership, and see my car sitting right there ready to go. He brings me the offer sheet 5 minutes to us arriving there, and we sign with the SAME NUMBERS as before. I was completely shell shocked as I signed the papers, and before I knew it the car was getting detailed and I was signing the final paperwork. I have dealt with many dealerships before, but this one really stands out above all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking to purchase a Honda because of how good the experience was there.

I did my research and decided to purchase a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring Edition. I knew my price range and how I wanted to handle the transaction. I sent the same email to Venice Honda, Wilde Honda of Sarasota, and Hendrick Honda. I received a curt and snotty response from Venice. Wilde Honda explained that my price range was too low and made me an offer. After some texting, a phone call, and maybe one more email, Melissa at Hendrick made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. Kaylin Stapchuk handled the transaction in the most perfect, professional, and awesome manner possible. She had no issues dealing with my late hours and she was willing to work around my erratic schedule. When I met with the finance manager, she mentioned that Hendrick buys cars, any car. I had a car that I considered selling on craigslist. This was so much easier. Kaylin handled this transaction in the most painless fashion imaginable. This is the best new car buying experience that I ever had. I thank Hendrick Honda in general, and Kaylin Stapchuk specifically. Kaylin merits 10 stars!

Contacted two other Honda Dealers, one in Sarasota and one in Venice. The Sarasota Dealer was long on talk, short on follow up, a real embarrassing time for them. The Venice Dealer never returned my call, not once, after asking for the General Manager. Heard about Hendrick Honda in Bradenton. Contacted Mark Russell, within a short time purchased a new 2016 Honda, very smooth, and what was promised was professionally delivered by John Nosal. John knows the Honda Brand ---- a great Dealer, all Associates upbeat, and very helpful.

Tony Bradford was a charm...lighthearted, easy-going, and cheerful guy who did not pressure me in any of my considerations. I did several test drives of both new and used cars and finally purchased a 2013 Honda Civic,almost like new. Everyone at Hendrick was polite, kind, friendly and very accommodating. I have not purchased a car in 20 years (having lived in a cities with public transit) and Tony and team made it all very manageable and easy. Wonderful dealership!

I had a great experience buying my new ride at Hendrick Honda in Bradenton yesterday. Pete, the sales person, was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the support because I had lost my prior car in a car accident just two days before. Pete showed me options that suited my needs and preferences. The other personnel I met were equally nice and professional. I really appreciated the support because I was tired,achy and stressed from the two previous days. This was not a specially joyful time and the team at Hendricks helped me solve the impending issue of getting a replacement car with minimum stress. In the end, I feel I got a decent priced car, in excellent shape and in manageable payment terms. I had ridden to the dealership in a rental and Pete was so kind as to drive my new car to the rental place so that I could return the rental. I had just stopped to check options at Hendricks but in the end I purchased from them because of the excellent service and excellent choices they provided. Big thanks!

Parnell was referred to me by a friend who has purchased Two Honda Civics and recently leased another Honda Accord. Parnell is a pleasure to deal with. He is courteous, efficient and caring. This was my first time buying a car on my own, I am 19 years old. Never in my life would I buy a car from hendrick honda bradenton again, matter of fact I would never buy a honda car again, that's how terrible my experience was. Because I am a female and a young one at that, they took advantage of my frail, not car educated mind. Once I walked in the door they knew they had me on a leash, they showed me a 2011 honda civic, it was a two door. The dealer and myself, my mother also took a test drive and it drove very nicely, least to say I was impressed, but not too impressed that I didn't want to view my options. When we arrived back to the dealership my mother pointed out many flaws on the vehicle, the salesman promised to fix each one, so I was okay with that. I asked to see more vehicles and he blatantly lied to my face and said they had one more car and knew I wouldn't be interested. We went too talk about financing and such, after about 3 hours of non stop bs, from managers, too other employees, I decided I wanted the car. Now back to the part where I said I had little car knowledge, they tried selling me this car for $15,000 dollars and after all the other dealership add ons it was turning out to be $20,000 dollars. My excited, weak mind was so ecstatic to get a new car I just said yes. So about a week later they are calling me saying I need to pay $80 for a lost title to my trade in car, which they told me they would have no problem taking care of when I was in their sales office. So after we got all the financial xxxx out of the way I finally got to take my car home and I no longer got all the perks for the car which cut the price back down too $15,000 dollars, this car is only worth $9,000 the most. I have been to the dealership numerous times for the bumper falling off, the a/c had a problem, the roof needed new paint, the passenger side piece to the dash kept falling off, the passenger side airbag keeps going on and off, etc. Everytime I go in there they make me feel like a neusance, like I caused all these problems, when this is how the car was sold to me! Now I am having troubles paying the bill, I payed the bill on the 25th and it was due the 27th, I have a confirmation number and everything, I cannot get through to the financial number. I call hendrick honda and they basically tell me to xxxx off. I am VERY disappointed with my purchase and I probably will never own a honda again. They were my biggest mistake in car buying, I don't believe they deserve one star. This is from a 19 year old girl who feels completely abused by this dealership, I hope I help the next person that wants a car from there!

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid from Mike King at Hendricks Honda and we couldn't be happier. Mike King didn't pressure us and he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They found the exact car we wanted at the price we were looking for. The actual purchasing could have gone faster, but part of that was our fault because we were having so much fun talking with Mike that we lost track of time. Yes, we actually had fun buying a car.After coming from a Suburban, it turns out we had tons of driving needs and we've driven this Accord Hybrid all over the place. It's a FANTASTIC car. We've put over 16 thousand miles on it in less than a year and we couldn't be happier with it. After the 9 month mark, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and we took it in. The service department couldn't have been more helpful. They got us a loaner car and they stuck with it until they solved the problem. As a former engineer, I know how easy it would have been for them to just swap a part and leave it to me to keep coming back. They don't do that. It took a little while longer to find the issue as it was a bit harder to solve, but they stuck to it and I've had no problems since. Rest assured, when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, there won't be any shopping. I'm just calling up Mike. Mike King and Hendricks Honda has earned my loyalty and that isn't an easy thing to do. Edit 3/12/16: As I said, when we needed another car, we wouldn't look any further than Mike and we didn't. My daughter returned home and she needed a car. She'd been looking online and her mom and I said before you do anything, let's check with Mike. She's so glad she did. She's the proud owner of a 2007 Civic and once again, I couldn't have been happier with Mike or the finance staff at Hendrick Honda.

First off let me start by saying that I NEVER thought it would be possible to write a positive review about a car delaership, boy was I wrong! I purchased a new car from Mike King and Melissa at Hendrick Honda in Brandeton this past weekend and could not be happier. I went through a few different Honda dealers before finalizing my purchase with Hendrick Honda. The reason I had to go through a few different dealerships before landing on Hendrick Honda was to due to sales people lying, scheming and being all around the most frustrating experiences. Hendrick Honda gave me their upfront best price within 5 minutes on the PHONE! Have you ever had a car dealer actually give you a price without spending countless hours with them? Well, Hendrick Honda did and does! They were honest, caring, considerate and I truly felt they looked out for me and my family when looking to buy a new car. We had to bring our 4 month baby with us this weekend to finalize the purchase and I was so worried it was going to be stressful and hard, it was the farthest thing from that. From the second we walked in, they were accommodating and understood we needed to do this fast and they made sure to make that happen. I plan to tell EVERYONE I know to only use Hendrick Honda, Mike King and Melissa!

Very GOOD dealer experience when buying used auto from Hendrick's.1. Very good sales floor representative. Knowledgeable, informative.2. Very good sales manager. Fair and accommodating, open to price adjustments.3. Very good and efficient tag and titling department. From finding loan at low percentage rate to explaining options for extended warranty available for auto. And ability to tag auto right at dealership.4. Fast and efficient detailing department.Overall have never been more impressed by an auto dealership. Organization and efficient operation of multiple departments working together for the sole purpose of customer satisfaction. This dealership maybe 28 miles from my home but that drive is worth the satisfaction of dealing with knowledgeable, efficient and a caring staff.

The first was Mike A who showed us the car, no pressure and we wanted to think about it for a while. Decided to pull the trigger, went back Mike A. was off so we worked with Mike K. Both were good, straight forward, no dealing with the typical "goon squad" I've had to deal with at other dealers. My price for the CRV was average according to various websites so I believe I wasn't ripped off. Overall happy with the way things went and would return should I be another Honda.

My husband did all of the preliminary work with the dealership as I was out of town. We had already been to several dealerships. Melissa spent a lot of time finding the car that I wanted, with everything I wanted. Taylor handled the delivery of the car explaining everything to me as clearly as he could. Many more features on this Odyssey than I had on my 2005. We finished up with Brian, who handled the paperwork, explained options that were available, collected the check and we were out the door. If we ever buy another, we would definitely consider Hendricks.

entire expierence was horrible with Hendrick Honda I put a deposit on a vehicle, the dealer switched vehicles on me and wanted me to finance at 11% interest could not get my payments where I wanted them. I went to Crown Honda in Pinellas Park and was able to get 1.9% financing and my payments lower by $150.00 a month. Would not recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone who is looking for a new car. Call Johnny Criss at Crown Honda he will bend over backwards to get you in the car you want at a payment you can afford. Avoid the crooks at Hendrick Honda. I spoke to the General Manager at Hendick Honda who agreed to refund my deposit and 1 month later I am still waiting for my refund. Thank you Crown Honda of Pinellas Park for making me a repeat customer for life.

I had an oil leak from a defective filter and additional oil leak was found. He was compassionate, understanding and resolved the problem. If unchecked this could have caused engine problems. My experience at Hendrick Honda was superb. I went on a busy Saturday just to look, and without the least bit of hard-sell, I traded in my 17 year old CRV for one 14 years younger, with more bells and whistles than I ever thought I could afford. Justin Becker was the salesman, very young and energetic and matter of fact, I liked him immediately. The process took a little longer than I thought it should, as I spent close to three hours at the dealer on Saturday, and another 3 hours on Sunday doing the paperwork and driving off the lot. However, it was a busy weekend with a promotion going on, so I can't fault them. I had to re-sign all the paperwork as they'd gotten the date wrong on the originals, but that was a minor glitch. Chris Keith, the finance guy, worked hard to get my payments down to an affordable level, and even threw in some extra service coverage to get my business. He succeeded! If you want a new or used Honda and live on the Florida Gulf Coast, you can't go wrong with Hendrick.

While there we decided to look at a newer version of the Odyssey that we loved While looking we met Raven Morningstar, a new sales person who still in training. we discussed our desires. The idea of buying a car has been a daunting task. So much so I began over a year ago. I have visited at least 6 dealerships 3 Honda dealerships. I explained what I wanted what I didn't want we got off to a slow start but it was clear they were willing to work with me. I just want honesty and respect. They were very accommodating and spelled everything out for me so I understood the process. I was amazed that I walked out of there feeling like they gave me a good deal and the experience was actually fun.They were patient when I became undecided and was ready to walk out. I am retiring in April and planned to buy a new car then. I saw a Honda H-RV on TV and decided that was the car for me. While having my car checked in the service center I had the privilege of speaking with Alex, a Sales Consultant. We talked about the H-RV and next thing I knew, I was behind the wheel driving one. He was very informative on all the features the car had. I was very impressed. Before I left there I bought the car. I wanted a color they didn't have, but he said he would get one, and he did. I appreciated his patience and understanding. While waiting for the new car, my current car was hit in a parking lot. I couldn't believe it. I took it in and told Alex what happened, and I expected to hear that it would change my trade in value. Instead Alex saw it and told me it wasn't as bad as it looked. It didn't change anything and I was relieved. Alex is someone who has a good rapport with his customers and I would recommend him to anyone.

Kaylin Stapchuk is the person who helped my husband and I get our used Corolla. It works very well and runs smooth. After being a Toyota owner for the last four years we decided to call it quits after having to replace our transmission at 120,000 miles and having to pay half the price since our "LifetimeWarranty" was not 100% covered because we didn't know we were suppose to change our spark plugs at 100,000 miles. Tony Pinto couldn't have been more helpful as far as explaining pricing and every detail of the car I was interested in. In the beginning the dealing was a little stressful but we got it all worked out to everyone's satisfaction. At least I think we did. I had always thought that when you purchased a car that the dealer would tap off the gas tank but I got a tank less that half full. Had been researching the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring online. Knew this was the car we wanted. Went to another dealership to take a look. The salesman there asked what he could help us with and we told him the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. He told us he didn't have one, that those High End cars are the last to make it in. Said he had a 2015, but we wanted the 2016. He then disappeared. We figured he went inside to find out when one would be in, the details, etc. He never returned! So we called Hendrick and spoke with Melissa who said they could handle it and they did. We had our new Honda in 5 days with the extras we ordered put on and ready to go. Pernell Engram was our salesman who immediately greeted us when we came in and let us take a test drive. Explained all the options on the car, was very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone looking for either a new or used vehicle. Our experience was exceptional.

This dealer was great in every way, they helped me get the vehicle I wanted over the phone. I had done test driving on dealers close to my home, but when it came to finding the color and model, they made a difference. They explained how that worked and helped me in a very kind -no pushy- way. When I went to pick it up, it was perfect and ready. Manager (Gabe Dragel), Sales (Mike Knight) and Financial (Adam) were very kind, knowledgeable and diligent. It was a great experience. They explain exactly what steps to follow and estimate time. Not pushy at all, we felt welcome and appreciated. I visited other Honda dealers (Brandon and Wesley Chapel) and these were not even close to Hendrick at Brandenton in quality and amicability. I totally recommend this dealer and it's personnel. Wish they were closer to me!

I can't really say that I have ever had a totally good car buying experience until last Friday at Hendrick Honda. I had been in an accident the previous Saturday and my car was totaled. It was a Honda Accord which I had bought at Hendrick Honda that I had enjoyed very much. By Thursday I was feeling well enough to call the dealership to speak with the finance department because I had some credit issues. I spoke to Jayson Porter and he couldn't have been nicer or more informative. He took my information and said he didn't think I would have a problem so I said I would be in on Friday. When I arrived Jayson introduced me to Tony Bradford who was my salesman. I could not have asked for a nicer, more courteous gentleman. They had preselected 2 cars that I was likely to be approved for. I fell in love with one of them. The deal they offered was generous and suited my needs both for down payment and monthly. The endless paperwork went as smoothly as could be expected and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone for their next car buying experience.

We had visited several dealerships (though this was the only Honda dlr) to find a vehicle for my daughter. The salesperson (Alex) knew more about the vehicles he was selling than any other we spoke with. I dive into the technical details and all aspects such as service and it is amazing how little most know. His manager (Robert Stuart) was easy to work with and we felt we did not get the runaround and fuzzy math we had at other dealers. I believe we received a fair price overall (perhaps we could have searched several additional dealers and doubled up our haggling efforts with each to save $2 - 300 more). The business manager (Andrew or Adam?) was easy to work with, explained everything well, and was very helpful in the titling.

No one enjoys going through the hassle of buying or leasing a new automobile. At least I don't and I'm 83 years old and have gone through the process too many times. On Thursday, Sept. 3rd. I had my 2013 CR-V in for its maintenance. While there and waiting I looked at the new cars that were on display in the lobby. Going back to my wife in the service area, I passed by Mr. Tony Bradford's office and he asked if I was in the market for a new car? I told him "No" "My car was in for maintenance and I was just looking". He asked what I was driving and I told him a 2013 CR-V. He asked if I minded if he took a look at it? No again. A few minutes later he came back and asked if I would be interested in trading in my present unit even though we, my wife and I, had only two years into the present 36 month lease. No money down and the payments would remain the same .Total miles on the present car was only 9,174. I went out to get my wife and we came back into Mr. Bradford's office. He repeated what he had asked me. Her comeback was "If you can put me into another CR-V with all of the equipment that I now have, yes, I would be interested. Not long later he brought in the specs on a 2015 CR-V and we looked it over. We agreed to trade automobiles. Mr. Bradford did NOT push us like so many car salesmen do. He was extremely LOW key and this I found refreshing. This is the 3rd. car we have leased from Hendrick Honda, but this was the very BEST experience we have had EVER in acquiring a new car. The next day we picked up the car and as of right now we are very happy with our lease agreement. Mr. Bradford made sure that everything on the NEW car was transferred over from the old and helped my wife with the few changes in the panel for radio, navigation etc. and THAT was appreciated also. If I ever recommended Hendrick Honda, I would also suggest that they see Mr. Tony Bradford. NO ONE COULD BE ANY BETTER! Maybe AS good, but not better! s

To Begin with, I could have gone to another Honda dealership, I have a good friend that encouraged me to see her friend who is the General Manager of another Honda Dealership; however, before I knew this, I had inquired about a Honda CRV with Hendrick Honda. The first thing I liked is that I chose a vehicle of interest on the website and not more than 10 minutes later, I received an email from a sales associate, Tony Bradford. He gave me an estimated price on the vehicle which was approximately $2000 less than what the price was showing online, he also sent me other similar vehicles that I might have been interested in and what their approximate cost would be.Even though I could have gone to a "friend of a friend", I felt that I should give Hendrick Honda a chance after all my initial experience was good!I didn't regret going to Hendrick. I went to see Tony Bradford, but because he was busy with another client, he introduced me to his fellow associate, Justin Becker. Justin was full of information about the car I was looking at and he was very easy to work with. I told him the payment I needed to be around and he worked hard to get me where I needed to be. After working with Justin, he took me to see Brittany Aiscowitz in the finance department. She was equally as pleasant to work with. I am just recently divorced and was not thinking of getting another vehicle anytime soon as I loved my car. But after being rear ended on I-75 and having my car totaled, I was unexpectedly in the market for a car. Since in my accident I broke my foot, I didn't want to go dealership to dealership trying to find a car, so I went internet shopping. I checked so many dealerships without ever picking up the phone or sending my information to anyone, that was until I got to Hendrick Honda. I got onto Hendrick Honda's site thinking I wanted a used Honda Civic until I saw the 2013 Dodge Dart. The one that was at the dealship was a little more than what I wanted to spend so I looked at the 32 others that could be brought in, and then I found my car, so I thought. I called and spoke to Jesse who was great, he got me set up for an appointment to meet with Tony Bradford. I tried making it very clear that I just wanted to come in and see the one there to make sure I really liked it but it was another one I was interested in. I pulled up for my appointment where I met with Tony, given my foot, he pulled the Dart up close for me to see and I fell completely in love! We went back inside to find out how much it extra it was going to cost to have the other car brought in for me, where he found out it had been sold, but came back to me with a price on the Dart they had there. I was blown away, the car that was out of my budget, was now in my budget and was actually way under budget. Tony ended up getting me into a higher end 2013 Dodge Dart than what I had been looking at, and that had 20,000 miles less, and for less money! I purchased my car on Saturday and I couldn't be happier! Given that Hendrick is a big corporate store, I expected a more corporate feel, but instead I found that they treat you like family. Thank you Tony and everyone that helped with the purchase of my car! I will be back.

Our buying experience at Hendrick Honda was a positive one. The facility was attractive and clean and the employees friendly. We already had a great deal on a fine car next door and only stopped out of courtesy to explain our decision, not to negotiate, our mind was made up. Then we met Michael Knight, who quietly listened to the reasons we were going with the competitor. Micheal suggested we drive the car one more time before we left. Michael showed us features that we never dreamed were on the car. He knew his product and he knew how the features would benefit me specifically because he had been listening. The sales manager, Robert, made the deal work with our budget, and Adam did a great job with the paperwork. Parnell started this process and stayed involved to insure we were getting what we needed. Will buy from them again if service follows through and I have no reason to think they will not. We met the service manager and were impressed. Will keep my experience updated. Love our Honda Accord so far.

About a month ago, my family and I decide to visit Hendrick Honda to look for a car that is both new but also affordable for myself. With the help of a sales consultant, Brenty Nunez, he helped find a car that fits both descriptions. However, at that time, I did not have my driver's license yet so we decided to visit back again whenever I passed the test. Yesterday, we came back but we couldn't buy because of some complications. Nonetheless, we contacted Brenty Nunez for help and he willingly helped us on the next day to solve our issues and buy the car. He even drove us to the Shell's gas station to refill the tank since it was low when we purchased the car. He was remarkable. Corey Williams came to meet me, found exactly the model, design, and color of the car I wanted, and persuaded me to take a test drive. My search for our new Honda Accord EX was initiated online. I went to AAA.com/True Car to research/compare prices. This website allows you to configure the vehicle you are interested in. Then dealers in the surrounding area submit their pricing quotes to you in a AAA Savings Certificate for the purchase of the vehicle. Stefanie Beauchamp from Hendrick Honda in Bradenton responded to my interest as well as many other dealers in the Tampa Bay area. I selected the two lowest quotes and ask other dealers if they could beat the price and they couldn't. We feel we got the best possible price on our Honda Accord.We live in Tampa and decided it was worth the one hour plus drive down to Hendrick Honda in Bradenton. Looking for a new car may be one thing but finding that right place to help you find your car is another thing. As I could remember me and my family have always been fans of Toyota's and as I went to the Toyota dealership my experience there was a fail. I first went to Toyota in Bradenton. The sales guy that worked with me (Kevin) did not make me comfortable with him at all. It seemed he was more concerned about himself than making sure I was satisfied. All he kept telling me was that I needed a co-signer and to come back when I found one, aka my mother. He did not give me any options what so ever to try to help me out. So I finally went to Honda and overall my experience there was great and a complete total success. The sales person that helped me out Brenty Nunez did an amazing job at helping me find the right car just for me. When we first went there we test drive a Honda Civic and I loved the car and everything but me and my mom told him that the payments were too high and that we would have to come back. So Brenty told us "not to worry, we will find the right car for me". The upcoming Friday we got a call from Brenty. I was extremely excited to see what he found for me. As we arrived to the Honda dealership for the second time, Brenty already had the test drive car sitting ready for me to sit in and test drive. The minute I sat in the car and about to take it off the lot I knew this was my car. I fell in love right away. You tell Brenty what car you are looking for and he will find the right one. It was perfect for me and right in my price range. I went a little over but with the service we received and how Brenty made sure we got a great deal we just couldn't walk away. Also Brenty is fluently bilingual so he can help in both languages. Another thing that I loved was I didn't get off work till 5pm and normally that's about dinner time. As we sat with Brenty for a few hours he would bring us water bottles and snacks to make sure we were taken care of. And as we stayed late Brenty was extremely kind to stay with us till after hours. I was very happy at the end with my new car and very blessed to have Brenty Nunez help me out. Once again he did an amazing job. Go see Brenty he will take care of you and make sure you are completely satisfied.

We have been with Honda Bradenton/ Hendrick Honda Bradenton since 2000 and have been very happy with the services they provide. From Tammy and associates in the service department and the sales department have never disappointed, always professional & efficient. The lease was up on my car and on my husbands suggestion went to Michael Knight for my new lease. Michael was so helpful as I was choosing between 3 different models. He showed me inside and outside and explained all the aspects of each car and I was able to test drive each one and made my choice. On making my choice, Michael once again showed and explained all the controls, tuned my cell phone into the hands free and had me check all around the car before driving away. He was so professional, obviously enjoys his work as he was so relaxed it made the process so easy and enjoyable. Michael also called next morning to see if I had any questions.

We put off buying a used car for 2 weeks, in part to the anxiety of pressure sales and the uncertainty of exactly what we were looking for. We drove onto the lot at Hendrick Honda Bradenton and were quickly met by Mr. Corey Williams. He was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor- a perfect fit for my wife and I. My wife was unsure of what she wanted at first and Corey was patient, thoughtful and helpful through out the process. Even though it was very hot, he provided 3-4 different vehicles for us to look at and test drive and made us comfortable inside the air conditioning while he did the running around. He accommodated my wife and found her the perfect car for her and in a color she loved. This experience quickly went from an initial sense of dread to a fun, enjoyable experience. I found Steve to be completely honest and clear in his answers to my many questions. This is my first Honda. I was a Toyota gal. Steve just didn't answer my questions he showed me the answers from the state on the internet. He impressed me very much. I had a problem trusting the word of car salesmen. but I do trust Steve. The only negative part of my visit was the many hours spent in the dealership before I could go home with my car. I have always felt buying a new car should be a pleasant experience and not an ordeal. Unfortunately, it usually turns out to be an ordeal. Not so at Hendrick Honda of Bradenton! My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing our new Honda Accord EX-L from Beth. She was professional, friendly and extremely patient throughout the entire process and her manager and coworkers did everything possible to make us happy. The Service Department even replaced a chrome piece in the grill which had a small factory blemish while we waited. We can't say enough about Beth and the dealership. Beth was friendly, professional and very patient throughout the entire process and at no time did we feel pressured about anything. The entire team went out of their way to make us happy. We even got our first experience with the Service Department since there was a slight defect on the chrome piece in the grill and they immediately removed it and replaced it with a perfect one.This is only the second time in fifty years of buying automobiles that we can truly say it was a delightful experience purchasing a new car instead of a nightmare. It been over 7 years since I set foot into a car dealership and I was really nervous about this trip. Hendrick Honda wasn't my first stop as I had already planned to look at several other vehicles before coming to Hendrick Honda. I wasn't happy with the level of service I received at the "other" place I visited. They didn't listen to me about my situation and was only focused on getting me into a NEW car. Something, with a family of 5, I couldn't afford at this time.After walking out of that dealership, I headed to Hendrick Honda, not knowing what to expect. Boy, was I ever surprised. I decided my 9 year old Saturn Vue was about to retire and I wanted to test drive a few cars on the market. I was undecided about a Ford Escape vs Honda SUV and wanted to try the Honda Crosstour. I loved it and decided to purchase that day after test driving the HR-V and CR-V as well as the Ford Escape and Edge at the nearby Ford dealership. The team at Hendrick Honda was fantastic. Alex, Purnell, Kaelyn made me and my husband feel very comfortable and completely in control of our experience the entire time. Mike, our dealer, was courteous and thorough, and let us take our time. He answered every question in detail, and very honestly, even if the answer might not be to his advantage. He was very knowledgeable about his product, and about the car market in general. He was also very personable, and easy to hang out for the afternoon. Brittany, the business person who took us through the paper work, was very courteous and thorough as well. I rated the "buying process" as "good" rather than "excellent" because I can't help but feel that we did not get the best possible price. There are Dealer Added Accessories, that seem over-priced, and are non-negotiable, so that the base price comes out above MSRP. I love the car, and think it was a decent price, but a shrewder consumer might have done slightly better. Overall, the experience was excellent.

I have had great experiences previously from Hendrick Honda. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from the dealership over the last twelve years. She drives a 2012 Honda Pilot and loves it. Both of us take out vehicles to the service department for oil changes and regular maintenance. I have never had a problem with any of the four vehicles that was not quickly repaired at no cost by the service department. The sales staff is excellent and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and worked with my time table to get the best vehicle for me. I would encourage anyone getting a new vehicle to check with Hendrick Honda before finalizing their purchase. You will not regret it.

We first bought a car from Hendrick Honda in 2007. Michael Knight was our salesman then as we bought a Honda Element. Our experience was so easy and actually enjoyable, we bought a second car from him in 2010. This year, we talked to Michael but mostly worked with Tony Bradford and had another excellent experience. Hendrick Honda does a great job of showing their fleet of cars, helping decide if any are right for your needs, and are not pushy about the purchase of the vehicle. I have never been a person that writes reviews, and I've certainly never been a person that enjoys car dealerships, but I always feel comfortable driving onto the Hendrick Honda lot, knowing I'm going to get the best service possible. We have also taken our cars for service at the facility numerous times and have had excellent experiences with that, as well. Thank you Michael and Tony for providing great sales service during the purchase of now three cars from your lot. We will definitely be back with you in about a year when we get another car as our teenager hits the open roads and we all run for cover.

This was my 12th new car in my life and I must say this was my best overall experience ever. Our salesman David Casey was fantastic with his knowledge of the Honda brand, especially the CR-V. We had all our questions answered 100%. David showed us all the different trim levels, took us on test rides and then showed us again the trim levels and we never were rushed or pushed into anything. They had a huge selection on hand and we found the perfect CR-V. We were very impressed with the entire facility from the showroom, waiting room, service drive through, and even a tour of the service area which they are proud of. Also what we noticed was everyone seemed to want to be there, from parts to service to receptionist.

Upon our initial trip to this dealership, we Met with Mike Knight, a first class guy that we bought a car from. I say bought because it never felt like he was trying to sell us anything. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Sadly, I'm ashamed to say, I could not remember his name when we returned to the dealership the second time. We did not see Mike on our second visit , but were greeted by Gary Kinnear. He was very friendly and helpful in showing us Hendrick's products. We decided on a civic Si coupe. My wife loves it. Everyone from Gary to Rodney and Chris in financing were first rate. When we came back to have the paint and fabric protection applied, we were greeted by Ray Raymond in service, who promptly noted our concerns about the detail and assured us that everything would be handled. He was right. When we came back the car looked like a million dollars!!! Ed Ferri, the detail manager would not let anyone touch the car to fuel it up until we had seen and approved of the work. WOW! again, I have never had such great treatment from any vehicle purchase, and I have bought a lot of cars. We even received a call from the general sales manager Mark Russell to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase and to ask about our experience with Gary. We also received follow-up from Gary to make sure that we were happy with the detail and that there were no issues with anything. I dealt with Kasey Woods and wanted to express that she was amazing. I had bought a new car before. Just the thought of negotiating again with professional negotiators (salesmen/women) is intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. The pages are full of awful negotiating ploys and underhanded tactics that give the bravest man/woman pause before stepping in a dealership. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in your Dealerships. I have never been happier to be wrong. If you want a quick and painless experience, go to Hendricks Honda in Bradenton! When I arrived at Hendricks Honda I was greeted by Greg Correia (sales person). Right from the start Greg was great. Just the kind of salesperson everyone wants to deal with, helpful without being pushy. I went looking for a pre-owned Scion TC that I had found on line. I was in an accident that totaled out my 93 Honda Civic which I had for 23 years & was in excellent condition. It broke my heart but more importantly it put me in a negative financial situation where I had to buy a vehicle & put my famIly into a 2 car payment scenario. I was in a very bad mood when going to the dealership & did not like the idea of having to buy a car that I did not want or was ready financially to take on. Steve Hamje took on the challenge of working with us & dispite my negative attitude, kept an open mind & worked up situations that I was able to look at with an open mind. He even worked up replacement parts to items that were missing & took time to look up technical information on a security system that seemed to have a mind of its own. I called Gaston Kincaid about my cigarette lighter/phone charger outlet not working. He said to come in when in I could and he would take a look. I went in without an appointment, but he and RC immediately looked at the problem. They found a piece on my phone charger adapter was broken, which i missed. So it wasn't a problem with my car at all. I'm writing this because I am so appreciative how kind and helpful they were. It was extremely busy in the garage but everyone was so polite and nice to someone who didn't have an appointment. Then Gaston refused to charge me anything but offered me a complimentary car wash! Wow. I have had nothing but great service since i bought my CRV at this location 3 years ago. It's a 2008 Certified Used car and since i bought it, all it has needed is bearings replacement on one of the tires. Yes I recommend this dealership! Thank you Honda for service that has helped me more than you know.

Just bought a 2015 CR-V from Justin Becker. He couldn't have been nicer. We looked at almost every other car dealership in Bradenton and talked with so many car sales people. We drove all kinds of different cars and models. Part of the reason we came back to Hendrick Honda was Justin.. He never put pressure on us to buy anything, answered all our questions and was so fun to talk with. When we decided to buy the CR-V he made the buying process quick and easy. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Hendrick with Alex being my sales person. From the first time I met Alex 5 years ago I was extremely pleased with his techniques. I am also in a business in which I deal with a lot of sales people so when I go somewhere to buy something I want complete honesty and provide me with direct answers not "a runaround". That is what Alex has done with me 3 times. When I ask a question I get an honest and direct answer....just love it and I normally make my mind up with the first few minutes and away I go. I did not plan on buying the car the same day, we just went to find out what exactly was going to be needed, so we filled out a credit app and I was told that he worked extensively with the Finance Department to approve my credit.... that same night I drove off the lot with a beautiful car!!

Bought a 2015 accord sport, and the process was extremely smooth. I was even able to negotiate out the door price, come in, sign for the car and leave. The whole process took less than an hour. Brenty was professional and really made me feel like I was part of the family. Coming from a family of car dealers, my husband and I walk into a dealership with high expectations. After being disappointed with dealers in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, we drove an hour to visit Hendrick Honda in search of new Odyssey EX. We were not disappointed. From our initial encounter with Rodney Miles to our experienced sales person John Nosal, we were treated with professional courtesy and respect. Every step of the way was an excellent experience. Luis Tejeda even made signing those miles of paper a pleasant experience. The way some dealers do business has changed but not at Hendrick. Good old fashioned customer service is evident. Just purchased a 2015 CR-V and the process didn't hurt a bit! Friendly, courteous and helpful was the entire staff - (made sure I didn't get wet since it was pouring outside). Listened to my needs and wants. I had bought my previous Odyssey in 2005 and had them serviced it car all these years. Why wouldn't I come back to them for a new car? Only made sense. Jason Todd was kind, informative, and patient with all of the questions I had regarding repairs. If he didn't know the answer, he'd find someone who had the answer. He kept in good communication throughout the entire process and even though the repair took a little longer than anticipated, he was honest about the situation and made sure that things were getting done . The entire service team was friendly and professional. You can feel that they put the customer's needs into consideration and make them number one priority. Great job guys. These folks know Hondas backwards.We had a car that needed coding and we had been to service dep'tsat other dealerships in Canada to no avail.This did not stump John, who very efficiently, got the codes from head office,and fixed us up in short order.No GPS, no radio from Toronto to Bradenton and we can't sing. We were very grateful to John and Hendricks Honda.They treat you like royalty!Thanks again John!

I have owned 7 Hondas now. 1st 4 were bought in MA, when I got down here I found Hendricks Honda to be really great. My salesman, Richard Marchiafava to be a special person. He is thoughtful, he listens and tries to get you into what you really want. The other people involved all worked in unison and made my experience a wonderful memory. When I have service I go to John Ramerez (sp) . Overall the whole Hendricks ride has been as near perfect as you can get. Thanks again Richard for taking the time to help me. I recently traded my 2006 Accord for a new one. Purnell Engram, the Salesperson who sold me my new Accord was friendly, helpful and especially patient with my numerous questions as was Brittany Aiscowitz who helped me with financing. My Fiance and I went to Hendrick Honda to buy a preowned car. The sales consultant David Lash was amazing! He listened to exactly what we wanted, and within minutes of arriving at the dealership we'd found the car we were looking for. There was a minor issue with the hood latch, and David had it fixed immediately. Luis Tejada handled our financing, and it was actually a pleasure to work with him. Jim Knoerzer (service consultant), and Steve McClesky (mechanic) are the trustworthy, reliable, generous, and honest team, I trust with my 2002 Honda Accord. I can count on them to negotiate a more than fair service fee, a ride home/loaner should I need one, accurate diagnosis/care of "Sweetie Pie," who is aging, comfort in the waiting area, explanation of what is wrong, and plan for repair. How many mechanics do you know at a dealership, who will speak with you directly? They know my car, are concerned about my safety, and, will continue to care for her as she gracefully ages.

We had done a lot of internet research on which vehicle we wanted. We requested on line information from Hendrick Honda in Bradenton on Dec. 12, 2014. We quickly got a reply from Justin Becker and a follow up phone call. We told him exactly what we wanted to see and made an appointment for the next day. When we got there, he had several vehicles selected and had the keys! It's such a hassle to wait while they go to get the keys. After a demonstration on the new features, we had a nice, no pressure test drive and decided on a 2015 Honda CR-V. We agreed on a price with some assistance from the dealer reps who were visiting that day (bonus). Brittany Vass was very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions regarding financing and other options. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. We recommend this dealership and the CR-V!

I walked into Hendricks Honda in Bradenton Fl, and it was a amazing experience from start to finish. As a first time buyer i was new to the while buying a new car deal. the sales associate Brenty was more than hopeful I recommend hime to everyone and everybody that is going to Hendricks Honda in Bradenton Fl, i mean it was such a phenomenal experience and not only did Brenty sell me my first car. He was so helpfull in consulting me into the right car and right plan for me. And took his time into making shure i was satified with the car, going on verious test drives and making shure i was comfortable with the vehicle. I had such an amazing experience i can vouch for Brenty and all the staff at Hendricks Honda in Bradenton. The best part of it all was that at the closing of my deal i was missing a couple things in order to take the car home with me that day which was sad. But the best part was that Brenty personally delivered the car to home a couple days later wen all the paper work was done and ready. I mean i can go on and on. Brenty and the staff all went the extra mile in making shure everything was ok with my purchase. Not only did he sell me my first car at a great price and deal, he was super helpful and most of all gave me the greatest experience in buying a car.
