I am only 33 years old, but have purchased 8 luxury vehicles. I have to say that this was my best experience yet! The GM set me up with Shae, a really nice guy around my age. There wasn't a detail that he missed. It was almost like he had sold Benz's for his entire life. It didn't feel like I was being "sold", but instead guided by the hand through the process and the paperwork. He didn't skip a beat. I recommend Shae to anyone looking to purchase a new or CPO Mercedes. Thanks man!PS:. He even called me several times to make sure I was figuring out all of the crazy features in the car. Most people sell you a car and keep it moving. Shae more or less makes you feel like part of the Mercedes family!!

My husband and I came in to look at a CPO GL450 a few weeks ago and worked with Itzik Benisti. We were impressed with his customer service and his overall knowledge of the vehicle that we test drove. First of all, I would like to take a moment to appreciate Shea White for his dedication and commitment towards work. This is my first car that I brought and Shea helped me from all the aspects/corners. He explains each and every thing in detail and my entire experience of getting a new car went smoothly. I recently called about a vehicle for sale and was told it was still available. The following day, I traveled to the dealership and contacted the individual 30 minutes prior to arriving,and she said she would be available and to come on. When I arrived, I was directed to another salesperson and was told the car had been sold. They had a another one available like it, but it was out on demo drive. I had traveled a considerable distance and lost an hour of my time for nothing. So my recommendation, is to doubly check out if the car you are interested in is truly available in order to save you a fruitless trip and waste of your time.

the salesman that we worked with was very courteous and professional. there was never any misunderstanding. whatever he promised during the transaction we got. we never had to "hunt" him down for anything. he kept us informed as to when the car we wanted would arrive at dealership. he was a joy to work with. he personally delivered the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. it was great to work with such a knowledgeable and nice professional. great experience. thanks!!

Itzik was very respectful, professional and patient. He shared information with me regarding the safety features of the 2016 GLC that completely sold me on the vehicle. I visited at least five other luxury car dealerships and he took the time to find out what was most important to me, which is safety. I drove close to 200 miles to Charlotte to buy Mercedes GL 450 from Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. I was not sure if my drive will be of any value or not but I can tell now that it was totally worth driving down there. Ms. Reed, offered and presented herself in a Very Professional Manner. I was impressed with her product knowledge, capability of problem solving and core interest in my concerns. I bought my car to Hendricks for service in August for a diagnostic to provide me with feedback on what was wrong with it because the battery would not hold a charge. After the diagnostic was done, I was advised that all I needed was a battery from Mercedes and that would solve all my problems. So I advised Brad to go ahead and replace the battery.After the battery was replaced and the car was being detailed, I received a call advising me that all the fluids had come out the bottom of my vehicle and that my car was stuck in the car wash. I was advise that I could pay $186 for another type diagnostic to be performed so it could tell me what the problem was. At that time I was frustrated. I sent my husband to the dealership to speak with the service manager because the car was running when it came in and it wasnt my fault that the car broke and the diagnostic should be taken care of by Mercedes because it was in their care not mine.Shortly after this I loss my son in a tragic car accident so I forgot all about what was going on with the car. I had to deal with my other children and my battle with depression.December I called Brad and advised him to go ahead with the diagnostic and call me to tell me what the issue was.This time it was the radiator hose that I had repaired back in July. So I said go ahead and fix it. I was called and told the part had to be ordered and it should be in the next day. After that I was never notified that the part came in, if the car was fixed or anything. My brother called to take care of the bill and was never able to get in contact with Brad. He called and asked me did Brad ever work because he is never able to get him on the line.January 23, I came to picked the car up from the dealership and all the lights were on in the dashboard. The associate that drove the car under the bay was baffled and confused and stated for me to wait to talk to Brad about the light on in the dashboard. I was advised that the car was fine and that the car needed to be driven for 2 hours and everything will be fine.I drove the car for an hour and the car shut off and started smoking with my 2 year old child in the car in the middle of the snow storm. I called Brad to advise what happen but he was not available and I never received a call from him.I spoke with Tom the service manager and told him what had occurred and he said he would be glad to look at the car but the car was there since August. What does that have to do with the situation at hand? I was told the car was fine and just imagine if I wasnt pulling up in my neighborhood and was on the interstate like how I planned, things could have went very differently. I had my car towed to the dealership on Monday and I have not received a call to say what is wrong or what they think maybe the issue.I had my car repaired at this very same dealership where I was advised I had a gas leak. I had the leak repaired only to find out that I still had the leak some months later and I had to bring the car back in for the same repair after I had paid about $1800. I think that some of the people at this dealership are very rude and very unprofessional. I dealt with Blake before and he was very kind and very helpful. I contacted him before when I was unable to get in contact with Brad. The communication at Hendricks service department provided is very poor. Sent several emails and never received a response.Called several times and no none wanted to help

I bought my first Mercedes-Benz from this dealership a few weeks ago and had the best experience with top-notch customer service from all employees. Shea White did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with my purchase, including following up with me the days following getting my car to check in. Danny made the financial process a breeze and worked hard to get me the approval I needed for my loan, which was a huge deal for me as a new grad with only 2 months of work and a whole lotta student debt with minimal credit to my name. I purchased my new 2016 S550 Mercedes at Hendrick Mercedes Charlotte in December. This was the 10th Merxedes I have purchased from this dealership over the years. Gantt Howell and Sean Taffe made this purchase the best and easiest process I have experienced. Gantt was able to locate the best car to meet my requirements. The purchase and vehicle delivery process handled professionally as expeditiously by Sean. Sean is a perfectionist who made sure the paperwork flow, vehicle condition and vehicle turnover was first class. His excellent product knowledge allowed him to train my wife and me about the significant references versus our 2012 S550. All the loose end were tied done and addressed. Great buying experience. I went to check out cars and had no intention of purchasing the car that day. I really liked the car and Eric made it happen. I don't know how he did it but not only did he get the car I wanted but also within my price range. I did not have to compromise on giving up some features or settling for another car like some other dealerships. Eric Duval is the reason I went from being a BMW owner to Mercedes. He exemplifies excellent customer service and goes out of his way to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes. Loved the car buying experience at Hendricks Mercedes. I went into the dealership expecting to cross Mercedes off my list because I thought I was going to buy a bmw but itzik and the new GLC convinced me otherwise. Itzik was patient with us and our million questions and eager to show us the car feautures (wow at parking assist!). He also helped us download and get set up on m-brace. Best of all, he helped us get a good deal on the car we wanted! This was my first car buying experience sans parents and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Derek was also great in helping us with the down payment and finance the vehicle and making that part of the car buying experience as smooth as possible. All in all, wonderful experience and will definitely return for future car purchases.

Purchased a CPO Mercedes GL450 from here last week. I walked in and happened to get Shea White as my salesperson, and I seriously couldn't have had a better experience. He was friendly, very knowledgeable which was helpful since I was not familiar with the brand, and not pushy whatsoever. I have been car shopping for about 2 months now and this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership in and around Charlotte. I had narrowed my choice down to two different cars (different brands), and I must say the experience won me over in getting the Mercedes. Once I made my decision, they made the process very quick and efficient, which we found helpful as we had a babysitter with our children at home. After we purchased the car, Shea took his time helping me set up the car and customizing it to my liking before I left. I would highly recommend working with Shea and this dealership if you are in search of a luxury vehicle.

Eric was amazing! He walked us the entire process and showed us all the bells and whistles on the vehicle. We asked that he take it from the showroom floor so that we could see it's true color and he made it happen. Upon closing the deal, it was raining and the vehicle needed detailing. After detailing, he delivered it to me and finished setting up all the things that he thought I would have issues with. I highly recommend him!!

Purchasing a vehicle from another state is a bit scary. We wanted to be sure we were not going to end up swindled. This is the second car we have bought from Hendrick Motors in Charlotte and truly it is all because of Shea White. He is by far the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge of the vehicles and unassuming manner are what always seal the deal for us. Most salesman can be pushy bordering on rude and brash, but Shea always takes his time with us whether he feels the sale is there or not, letting us come to our own decisions in a timely manner, and as a result he ends up getting the sale. Shea is 2-0 with us now and we expect to buy more cars from him in the future as well. More than once he has stayed after hours to help us complete our purchase. He genuinely seems to care about his customers and their experience and as a result we always end up leaving happy even when we've gone over budget on our car purchase - we always feel like we've made the right decision with Shea. We live 3 hours away from Charlotte but we would never imagine buying a vehicle from anyone other than Shea, he is LITERALLY the reason we make the drive each time we think of buying a car and so far we've never come home empty handed.

I brought a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from Hendrick Motors on Dec 31 and worked with Shea White in executing the deal. It was a pleasure it was to work with Shea.He is a wonderful guy. A thorough salesman (and we wouldn't have expected anything less) but at the same time, a very genuine person who goes several extra steps to make it as seamless an experience as he can for the customer. Shea did a phenomenal job in explaining all the intricacies, carefully driving me to a decision without ever being over bearing. That was a great experience. Generally, in my limited car buying experience, I have come across several aggressive sales folks. Being a corporate banker myself, I know a few of the tricks. But Shea ensured that he was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. While we negotiated on the price, at no point it was done in a bad taste. That was probably the reason, I agreed to go over budget. Shea did a great job in helping us arrive at the right decision. He is a great asset to the franchise - has solid knowledge of his domain, knows how exactly to carry himself with customers and more importantly came across as an extremely humble man, a trait that is difficult to find these days. I'm also very appreciative of the rest of the team, each of whom were extremely courteous and friendly and all of these things made the overall experience extremely wonderful.I hope y'all had a good New Year's and wish that 2016 is a much more successful year for your dealership and franchise.

I live near Huntersville but get better service from Itzik at Mercedes charlotte on Independence. Itzik is the most reliable car rep Ive ever experienced, enough soU drive an extra 40 miles to work with him.I bought a ysed E400 from him in October and likedit. He kept in touch , i had toreturn to the service dept and Itzik came over to visit while waiting, we talked anout cars, he suggested why not drive some new ones while I was waiting. We did and I traded my car in for a new one. This was not my plan but I am glad I dud.

I went in without a solid model in mind (wasn't even thinking a Benz!), and over the course of our time together he not only educated me on the obvious reasons for why a C250 was a great deal, but also how it would be a solid investment and incredibly dependable now and down the line.He was honest and showed true integrity in his answers and in the ways he discussed price and options with me; I never once felt like I was working with a slick salesguy who wanted a sale. Honestly I hated the car buying process. I knew I could be over talked, over exposed, overwhelming...! So I had a plan, I'll research, find a dealership a car, I was evenn preappproved ...and walk in and just tell them I only have 1 hour. So, I walk in was introduced and greater by a wonderful smile, Mr. Duval when I arrived. I said I only have 1 hour is it possible to leave with a car, his words sure its possible! With my research now out of the window because that car was gone, Eric ask me a few but important questions... Actually listen to my answers, didn't over expose me, WAS HONEST. He even pushed the bar, he incouraged my to try MB finance. With all the push back I gave him, he was wise, never getting defensive, frustrated! He didn't push it to far.. I knew I wouldn't qualify.. But said only throught MB finance no other back. Eric got me a fantastic Interest rate, care I love more than the one I researched..... And I can't believe it out the door on 1 hour! He was the best! I believe his knowledge, honesty andprofessionalism demonstrates the core beliefs of what the Hendrick Team is trying to build! I'm a women, I'm smart, I walked in along .. My first visit to Hendrick Motors was back in May of this year when I was just beginning my car search. I truly believe in doing extensive research to ensure that I get exactly what I want. I tend to keep cars for a long time, so that's important to me. Upon my visit, I encountered Shea White as my Client Advisor. Shea was very personable, patient (we had our children with us at the time), and prepared for any and every question that my husband and I might ask. After a nice test drive, I thanked him, and informed him that I had other models I was considering. Shea was not pushy not phased by my need to continue my research. We exchanged contact information, and then left. Shea reached out to us occasionally to let us know that he was still available to answer any additional questions about the model I drove. Well, after many months of research and life events, I found my way back to Hendrick Motors and Shea where I was remembered and welcomed back. Shea once again shared his inventory as well as all the benefits a purchase from Hendrick would afford our family. Believe it or not, I still didn't buy that day. However, upon checking the Hendrick Motors website daily, I finally saw something that really sparked my interest in a strong way. I had my husband seat up an appointment with Shea for a test drive, and oh what a test drive it was!!! I had found the car of my dreams!!! I know that if it had not been for the relationship we had built with Shea, his patience, and his outstanding customer service that I would never have made the decision to buy. I recently leased a new 2016 Mercedes C300 from Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. Bryan Boney, the sales executive that helped me, was informative and professional. After selecting a model and taking a test drive, Bryan located the car I was looking for in Florida with the color and features that were important to me. After a short week Bryan called to let me know the car was in, prepped and ready to go. Once the car came in we finished the vehicle review, turned in my current Mercedes lease and the finance paperwork in just an hour. Bryan even had lunch for me.Needless to say this experience was top notch and I love the car! While I loved my 2014-C250, the new features and ride for the 2016-C300 are a fantastic. You need to take one for a test drive. Be sure to try the Sport + drive setting. I would rate the dealership, it's management and financial personal above average in customer service and expectation. However, I would rate my sells person Eric Duval outstanding. He made the tedious and sometime stressful task of buying a new car a pleasure. I have been in the service industry for 35 years for a Fortune 500 company and I would gladly have Eric working on my service team. He was attentive, answered all my questions, I never felt pressured, and he did everything possible to get me the exact car I wanted. I also felt like I was he only customer and his most important customer. Even after I purchased my car he has been very accommodating to provide me remedial training, answer any questions, and makes me feel that I'm still an important customer. I was so impressed with my buying experience with Hendricks Mercedes on Independence that I need to write a review. I purchased a used car model I had chased all over the Charlotte area with various dealers. Upon my first visit to meet with Shea White I was put at ease that they were going to have my best interests at heart when it came to rates, prices, and other important areas. We quickly and easily worked through the numbers portion and arrived at a figure both sides could love with. It was painless. They got me a strong rate quickly and I was out the door shortly after. I found Shea, Miller, and Derek all easy to work with. No hassles and wasting my time. As I waited for all the paperwork to get processed I was not an afterthought and felt like the employees were genuinely wanting me to be comfortable while I waited. I had spent quite awhile looking online for my first Mercedes. When I saw one that I liked, I contacted Shea White who has helped my family with several cars. Once I arrived at the dealership, Shea went through all of the features and explained how to operate the different functions available. He went into further detail as I drove the vehicle. When we returned, we went over numbers and my trade in. Shea went to bat for me and got me the best deal possible. Once we finished up with the financing manager, Shea walked me out to my new car and again went over the different functions. I left the dealership feeling confidant in my purchase! My total experience with Hendrick Motors of Charlotte was something special. I had an appointment to look at a vehicle and was immediately greeted when I arrived. The Sales Manager introduced himself and personally walked me over to a Sales Associate, who was also expecting me. Shea White was my salesman and he took care of me (and later my wife) from beginning to end. He was professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was investigating. He took the time to cruise the website (at my request) for comparable vehicles, before we went to the lot. I'm already planning for my next purchase. It was also pretty cool to be driven through the Service Intake area and the actual Repair Area after the test drive.

I started talking with Shea about a new MB S 550. After listening to all the options I wanted he asked if wanted to see a low mileage used car. The S550 was used by Daimler employee for a few months and was considerably less than a new car, under 2,000 miles with longer warranty. Shea was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

My E Class was in for service and when we went to pick it up, we saw a salesman and inquired about a new vehicle. Sean Taffe was great. He showed us a new car and explained it well, got a trade number and was a great assist in helping us make a decision. We also explained that we didn't want to spend the afternoon doing paperwork. Danny Rodriguez came out and introduced himself as the finance manager and he was great as well. Drove away with the new Mercedes and have enjoyed it. The only reason I did not give the experience 5 stars is because we took the car back on Monday morning to get a few things looked at and one of the items on the list was not fixed.But, we have always enjoyed the dealership and would highly recommend Hendrick Motors, Sean and Danny without reservation.

Wow, where do I begin? My husband and I have owned 5 Mercedes over our lifetime and in 2013 began our journey to build our dream car, a cardinal red, Mercedes Bluetech, in the stylish new sports package to replace our 2005 Mercedes CDI that was still going strong with 250K miles! My husband, retired Army Lt. Colonel, researched the Mercedes diesel cars for 2 years before we purchased our first diesel in Oct of 2004. The car was a dream machine that runs like a gas engine but offers the economy of a diesel engine with up to 42 miles per gallon on the interstate. It is absolutely the best car we ever owned and there was never a doubt that we were replacing it with the same car, only newer, sleeker and offering exceptional updated technology. So...the dream began, with the help of the BEST sales person ever, Sean Taffe, we began to design our Mercedes Blue Tech in the sport package and color of choice...cardinal red...and we placed our order in the early winter of 2014 using USAA car buying services...and the excitement built. I received updates from Sean on a frequent basis detailing exactly how the car was progressing in Germany. Emailed the dealership for information on a particular car, the car wasn't at the dealership, but they arranged a test drive in a similar model. Purchased the car I was interested in, and they transported it to the dealership for me. When the car arrived it needed a little maintenance and they provided a loaner car. When the car was ready, I was not able to pick it up, and the salesman brought the car to my house.

I had been looking for a 2015 Cadillac when I happened to come upon Hendrick Motors of Charlotte online and starting talking with Sean Taffe about a 2015 Mercedes C-class. He sold me over the phone and we drove 2 hours to pick up the car from Asheville, NC. I can't say enough about the customer service and this dealership - it was the most modern and cleanest car dealership that I've ever visited! You can actually see the cars being serviced through a large glass window in the waiting room with the name and years of experience of each mechanic next to each car. Our salesman, Sean Taffe, provided incredible customer service and was willing to spend whatever amount of time it took to get me acquainted with my new Mercedes and the incredible technology that came with the car. He has called several times since my purchase to ask how things were going and if he could provide any additional help - I've never experienced this type of after-sale service from any prior dealerships either in NC, CA or NY. I shopped around for several months for my dream car. Several months ago we went to Hendrick and with the help of Teresa Crawford I found it. However, I let it slip away from me. I told my story to Ms. Crawford and she promised to find me another one just like it. Several weeks later, she did it. I am now riding in my new E350 and is very satisfied. After shopping for a high end car for my wife 18 months ago, we decided on a Mercedes and went to HMC on Independence. We worked with Shea White and for once in my experience the overall process was pleasant. Shea took the time to explain features to my wife and made suggestions on how to get the most out of the car. Fast forward to the first of this year. I decided to upgrade my vehicle. My only call was to Shea. The experience this time was just as good as before. he really cares that you get the car you want, not just what is on the lot. HMC and Shea are my first and only recommendation to anyone considering a top quality vehicle.

Shea White and Hendricks Motors have converted me in to a loyal Mercedes owner and honestly I wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else.Its the second time that Shea has gotten me in to the vehicle that best suited my needs and desires.Its just incredible the way they handle customers I walked in at 6:30pm to test drive an E Class. I recently purchased a GLK 350 at Hendrick Motors in Charlotte, NC. I must say, the entire process was seamless! Literally, from the moment I entered the dealership until I drove away in my new car, the service I received was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and then introduced to Sean Taffe, my account representative. Sean was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire transaction. He went on the test drive with me and explained many features of the SUV and answered my many questions about the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, Sean continued to answer my questions and provided additional information. At no point in the process did I feel "pressured" by him, which was a pleasant change from my experience in other dealerships. Not only was he knowlegable, he was genuinely a warm and kind person, which really gave me the comfort I needed to move forward with the purchase. In addition, he even drove my brother back to his car, so my brother could take my eight year old son home! He went over and beyond for me, and for that, I'm grateful! Sean took the time to follow-up with me several times after the purchase to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I decided to try an alternative strategy when I bought my Dream Machine.. a 2005 Mercedes Benz ML. I had tried a different (not Mercedes dealership ) with remarkably irritating results. In some of the small lots I tried I knew more about the car than they did. Thus I went to Hendrick Mercedes Benz of Charlotte, to the used car department. I met Lee McDermott and described my wants and needs for my purchase. He was attentive and remarkably respectful to a senior woman who was buying her dream car. I was solicited by Hendrick Mercedes to come in for a Air Conditioning Check up. I scheduled an appointment to bring my truck in. When the check up was complete I went to pick my truck up and the SRS light was on. I advised the service department that this light was not on when I brought the truck in and they insisted that it was. After speaking with several managers (including the district manager), Hendrick refused repair the SRS light. The service manager accused me of being unreasonable because I was upset with his insisting that my SRS light was not on. He went on to tell me that the vehicle had 138k miles on it and that things break, just because it broke in their possession would not make them financially responsible for repairing the breakage. I have had the pleasure of owning a BMW and a Mercedes. I have patronized BMW and Mercedes dealerships in several different states. Hendricks by far is the worse experience ever!

I went to the dealership to purchase a car. I knew that I would more than likely have to order it and was excited about building it from scratch but they kept pushing cars with options that I didn't want that were located at other dealerships across the country. The manager came in and kept asking what could we do to get the deal done today with one of the other cars. I felt really pressured when all I really wanted to do is get the car that I wanted. If they had just stuck with what I wanted the deal would have been done. I ended up purchasing the car at Mercedes of South Charlotte. They were wonderful. I even ended up purchasing a car with more options and in a color that I didn't originally want because they really allowed me to make a decision without pressure. My salesman Sean was very nice despite the rest of my experience.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. In the past I bought cars from private sellers. Jim still made me feel special even though I wasn't buying a new mercedes. He even brought the car to me on my lunch break so I could test drive it and had all the financing paperwork ready to make sure I could have it done before I got off work. Later that day all I had to do was walk in and sign on the dotted line. They had everything done for me at the price I asked for. People dred spending hours at a dealership haggling and running through the paperwork. I was there for under an hour and was on my way. Super easy.

I visited the Mercedes dealer hoping to purchase a used Mercedes at a good price. Instead, I left with an Infinity at a great price with all of the bells & whistles! The sales person that helped me was Jim Thompson, a very low pressure but honest salesman. After not finding the Mercedes that I wanted based on my high demands and price range, Jim suggested some other cars. After test driving several, he gave me very good advice on what was practical and still a fast car for me. He made buying a car actually fun without pressure. I bought a Mercedes C230 and went to do its first oil change in Charlotte Hendrick Mercedes, and this guys are a xxxxxxx arrogant. First, they told me they will call me after 1 hr to pick the car after they are done with oil change and they didn't. Then, when i went to pick my car like 6:30 and why they took almost 3hrs, i found the dealerchip closed. I found one guy from the service and i explain everything to him and he told me to call the person who was in charge of my car. i was confused and said he works with you so why don't just you call him cos i don't have his number. IT was a a joke to listen to that kid just telling me just go and come back tomorrow. Seriously???, how about i had plans to get out of town and he said that is your business. i was shocked. i mean at least they could have politely told me that there was a mistake and its gonna be available tomorrow. No way, he was like saying, i don't even wanna say it. . Shame on You!!!

I stopped in at Hendrick Mercedes on Independence Blvd. to get a tire repaired and took a look at the new cars while I was there. The service I received was excellent in every way, in both the service and the sales areas. I was greeted both in the service department and on the sales floor and made to feel comfortable. I outlined to the sales associate what I was looking for in terms of options and price and was shown exactly what I was looking for, and in fact a vehicle with more options than I anticipated I could get but still within my price range. The entire process went seamlessly and to my satisfaction in every way. I found my sales advisor Jim Wetzel to be very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Gantt Howell, the new car sales manager, did an excellent job of working with me on the price of the vehicle. Everything was very organized and made buying a car pleasure. Looked at GL350 but interior was all messed up and asked if dealer is ready to negotiate on pricing...Pre-owned sales manager ( John) showed up after like 5 minutes and started talking rudely and virtually asked us to leave..We asked if we can make deposit to the GL350 which is arriving next week and he said it's already been booked..Sales guy (Josh) already told us it is available..he was a big painHe was not at all friendly...I really had terrible experience...

I'm 52 years old. I've owned almost every make of automobile, and Hendrick Mercedes is absolutely the worst place for car service I have ever experienced. And I should know, because like an idiot, I've purchased three cars from this dealership. Never again.1. Most often repairs are not repaired and I have to bring the car back. Sometimes, three and four times!2. Sometimes the requested repair is done, but they mess up something else when doing the repair! I once drove home from Hendrick service with my gas tank leaking like a sieve!3. Getting warranty repairs done is almost impossible. They can find a million reasons why they "are not allowed" to do your warranty work.4. Make an appointment and schedule a loaner, then get there and wait for 30 minutes while the "warm up" the loaner.This place is horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Mercedes taken in for service "B". Paid $400.00 when car was picked up after eight hours at Hendrick service. Notice tires were not rotated. Called Hendrick service to be told I had a problem with the rear tires. The tires could not be rotated due to the rear problems. Independent tire store could not identify any problems. I returned the car to Hendrick with request to show me the tire problem. I was told a service tech was not truthful with his supervisor concerning my car. I requested a full refund. Next day, at an independent service center, it was determined Hendrick did not complete any of the service B. I question Hendrick's quality control and/or integrity. I have not received any communication from Hendrick to recover my business (15 year Mercedes owner). I did not receive the usual "were you pleased with our service" questionnaire. If you don't have the ability to evaluate 100% of Hendrick's Mercedes service(or do it yourself when you get home), my experience would suggest you consider another Mercedes dealer service center which has a quality control program administered with integrity.

repairs where not made on my car! but money was paid!!! Then when i checked my mileage, nearly 65 miles have been driven on my car. Can anyone explan that!

I purchased a car from this dealership, which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. The deal was bad (my fault since I didn't do my homework up front). Not only that, the car has turned out to be a real lemon...something I never expected from Mercedes-Benz. There is no other Mercedes dealership in this area, so they have a lock on the market. Unfortunate, for customers because once you buy a car from them, you're stuck! The customer service is downright awful. Unless you are one of the city's 'good ole boys' or you purchase a high-end model, you're treated poorly. I would never shop or visit this dealership again!
