I went To Hendricks with one motive and that was to walk out with a car and i did just that. They had excellent service, especially Mrs. Veronica, she attended my dad and I right away. I bought my 2010 Toyota Camry at this location and has been bringing my car for regular service to this location for over 5 years. My service experience has nothing but exceptional to date! That is the primary reason that I choose to return to your dealership for anything and everything that is related to my vehicle, may it be tires or batteries, which one could get easily serviced at other "cheaper" locations. But, I believe you truly get what you pay for in those cases. Thomas Hopewell is my primary customer care person and he is phenomenal! Keep up the good work. Thanks!

I PURCHASED A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT one month ago. Having gone from a Volvo to this I needed good information on the car. however there was no driver's manual in it , it took two weeks untill I received it .after it arrived I am happy with the car. the driver's manual was personally delivered by the salesperson(Anthony).I purchased the car from Hendrick toyoto scion Concord. mid August. I've had my RAV4 serviced at Hendrick Toyota multiple times and have most recently been working with Matt. He is so helpful and friendly. I trust him. That's BIG! I never worry that he's going to suggest something I don't really need. He not only cares about my car, but always asks about my family, as well. That means a lot to me. I hope to take my RAV to Matt for as long as it lives. :)

We hate car buying. We call the salesman vultures just waiting. Until we came to Hendrick Toyota. We were greeted by Carl Scott. I was leary, but he ask us questions about our wants, then went and got a Sienna for us to look at. He went over all the things inside and answered our questions with intelligence. He in no way tried to change our minds or sell us more than we wanted. We both agreed that he was the nicest car salesman we had ever had. At a previous dealership they tried to sell us something else on the lot, that did not suit our needs. When I ask questions about the Sienna, they gave us the wrong answers and said that was not available on the Sienna. We have it on the one we bought. I knew more about the van than they did. We ran out of time while at Hendrick, due to me having to be in a class. They did not try and hold us up. Agreed to work on a price and make contact the next day. We bought the car and have recommended 2 other people so far that are in the market for a Toyota to go to Hendrick and ask for Carl Scott. Knowledge is good if you are trying to talk someone into something. Don't be pushy or we want be back.

My experience with HENDRICK TOYOTA SCION CONCORD has been nothing but pleasant since purchasing my 2014 Camry a year ago. This was the first car that I have purchased and Matthew Mariano was my sales associate. He was nothing but professional the whole time, never tried to over-sell me and at times had to play counselor for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! The process continued to be smooth going into the Financial Office. Never once did I feel that I was being "tricked" I felt very comfortable and confident in the decision I was making. Since buying my car I have been to get my oil changed and car serviced 3 times (I drive A LOT), I could go on and on about how much I LOVE my car, but really I want to highlight how great the service department has been. Each time my car is taken right back, the waiting room is VERY nice and they also offer a shuttle over to Concord Mills while you wait if you want. After my car has been serviced the Service Associate takes the time to go over my car diagnostics with me and explain what they are checking for and how my car measured in the testing. Overall HENDRICK TOYOTA SCION CONCORD is a wonderful place to do business and have never once regretted my decision to purchase a Toyota Camry from this company and when the times comes to buy another car I will be back!

I want to give a shout out to Woody and Arlen for taking such great care of my family and me. Woody was knowledgeable and helpful when doing the write-up, and Arlen stepped in to check on my wife and three children in the playroom several times to make sure everyone was comfortable. He also provided timely updates. I can see why this is the top service department in the southeast! Keep up the great work, and we'll definitely be back!

Went to Hendrick Toyota because no other dealership was willing to look for what I wanted. They were only interested in selling me what they had on the lot. Hendrick found what I wanted, they had it driven from one of their other showrooms in another state. Now that is what I call great service. I am very happy and will tell all my friends !

It took us three days to buy a new Toyota Prius V. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed in our decision. The salesperson, Julius Washington, was polite, easy-going and an exceptional listener. We spoke for some time before he suggested a car for us to test drive. This was the exact car we ended up buying, It was largely because of Mr. Washington that the shopping experience was pleasant and productive for him and for us.

*Kevin Plant* is a salesman who puts everyone else so far first it's ridiculous. You will be buddies with him before he even finds you that perfect car. I never imagined such a kind salesman who picked me up and dropped me off 2 times within 2 days to find the car I wanted. He worked a 12 hour day one day and he personally dropped me off at 11pm which was in the opposite direction that he was headed. The car I bought ended up being a Nissan coupe even though his dealership doesn't sell Nissan's. Since Hendrick owns like every dealership, I can now go to Kevin for any car I want whether he has it or not. He will usually get it the same day and have it waiting for me at his Toyota/ Scion location in Concord. If you're ready to buy a car, Kevin Plant will get you the deal you've been looking for. Then he will be there from the questions you have, to the payment options, to all the extra things he does to make sure you're not inconvenienced one bit. Thank You!

My family has dealt with Hendrick Toyota from the time they had their smaller facility on Highway 29 in Concord, or about 20 years. Over that period of time, we have purchased several vehicles from them and consistently used their service department for maintenance and repairs. By establishing a relationship with them, we have learned which sales people, service writers, and mechanics we prefer. The key to getting good service at good prices is establishing a relationship with them. Most recently, we purchased another Camry from them. We wanted the "hot" color - Ruby Red Flare - and they found one for us. We wanted it equipped a certain way, and they met our requirements. We wanted a really good price, and they gave it to us because they know we will continue to do business with them in the future. Cars are a big investment for most people, so it pays to invest in a dealer relationship. We don't intend to buy - or have our cars serviced - anywhere else.

I found Hendrick Toyota online and was contacted by a salesperson (Lawrence), and I am so glad. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to do business with them. Lawrence gave me a great price, right away via email. They had the car I wanted on the lot, and I went to purchase it the next day. I was also assisted by a woman, Ying. She was also great. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota of Concord.

I recently bought a new Highlander and felt I received a great deal. My salesman, Tyler Dunmyer, was great to work with during the whole process. He followed up but was never pushy. I liked that. He made sure my new car was ready to go when the purchase was finished. The dealership is very clean & inviting. Everyone there is friendly. I recently visited Toyota Scion of Concord to test drive a new Corolla. I had test driven other vehicles, but was not comfortable with them due to the lack of brand reliability. I spoke with Frank, who was an excellent resource while gathering information about the vehicles that Toyota offers. I ended up purchasing my new car that night because of the excellent team and the great deal that I was offered. I will definitely be going back to Hendrick for my future transportation needs, I was very happy with the service and product.

I traded my 2010 Yukon XL in on a 2014 Avalon. I had a gun safe mounted in the back of my Yukon. After multiple attempts to find out where my safe went, I was told it was thrown away. Taking that information I talked with the service manager and finally received my safe. Second, 10 days away from my tag expiring and I was told it was just turned in 2 days ago. 12 days and I'm illegal to drive. I was told that there was nothing they could do. Finally, after a month of trying, I did receive a call from their Customer Relations Manager as well as their service manager. They are now making an effort to resolve the issues I have with the vehicle I purchased from them. I still would not recommend this location. Perhaps they will read the reviews posted and pay closer attention to their (lack of) customer service and satisfaction in the future?

Once the deal is finalized, they could care less about their customers. I have been trying to get the lumbar repaired in the vehicle we purchased & one month later, the salesman has done nothing & won't call us back. I left a message for their Customer Relations Manager today. We shall see if she returns my call. We are very disappointed & deeply regret buying from this dealership. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Mr. Hendrick needs to be informed of customer dissatisfaction & take appropriate action. Without us (customers) there would be no dealership.

I recently went to Toyota of Concord and ran into a salesman, Frank Aledia who worked hard to try and find what we wanted on their lot and others. Even though we didn't find what we were looking for there, Frank made the experience very pleasant with his personality. If you do go to Toyota of Concord, ask for Frank Aledia, who has been the best salesman I have come across!

we just brought home a 08 Rav4 we bought at Hendrick Toyota of Concord. The thihg whined all the 52 miles we drove it home. What a piece of junk. We traded a Toyota Highlander for this. Before we even got home we called them & told them we wanted our car back. They told us that wasn't going to happen but to bring the car back tomorrow & they will check it out. They sold it to us knowing that the Rav4's have this problem. Don't ever deal with them. They will rip you off!!!!!!!!!

We had a great experience with Mark Higdon. He made us feel at home, directed us to the right people, showed us cars that met our needs, and made sure we were taken care of. After months of looking for that perfect truck I went through some good and bad services with dealers. After meeting Mark I knew this was the place to buy. From a friendly hello that didn't make you feel that you were "prey" to the goodbye, his service was impeccable. He set me up with the perfect truck for me and walked me through every step with grace and precision. My family and I were just looking and pricing a vehicle for our 16 yr.old daughter. I called and spoke with a saleman named Mark Higdon. We setup a time and when we arrived Mark was outside waiting. He immediately took to my family as we did him. My daughter looked at different cars and finally picked a brand new Toyota Corolla.. Mark made sure that my daughter understood the entire car and was comfortable before she pulled off.. We now have a new family member Uncle Mark. :). When my daughter came for her oil change he checked on her and the car and how she was doing in her Junior year of high school. I had an amazing buying experience at Hedrick Toyota Scion Concord. I found the car on cars.com, contacted the dealership and everything was smooth sailing from then on! The car was just as advertised and everyone at the dealership was so friendly and easy to talk to. I went in with financing that I had already obtained, but they got me financing at a much better rate. I was in and out in just a few hours! They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. It is obvious that they aren't just out for the quick sale - they want you as a customer now and as a future customer.

The dealership was very helpful and receptive to my inquiry starting with my initial email through Cars.com to follow up calls from the Internet Sales & Leasing rep and Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Once the deal was made, I received calls and emails from the Office Manager and Financial Services Manager to finalize the details of the transaction. Titus Haygood, the Internet Sales & Leasing Representative, went out of his way to accommodate my needs and make this deal work.

I was about to purchase a Toyota Prius from Lake Norman Toyota when I found the same car but a year newer on the cars.com website for Hendrick Toyota. I called them as I was in route to their dealership but they told me that car was just purchased, however, they had another one in the same year and they would discount that one to the same price. When I arrived they already had pulled that car around to the front. The sales rep (Jeffery) who I talked to on the phone met me at the door and showed me the car that they had told me about. I told them what I was offered at the Lake Norman store for my Cadillac. They went out and took a look at it and within 5 minutes agreed to my offer. I was purchasing this car for my teenage daughter who just turned 16. I had to get financing and the lady (Rachael) showed me my options and informed me that two credit bureau's had a 50 point difference. I found that Equifax had some inaccurate information so I was able to get that corrected. They used the correct report from Experian and I was able to get a good interest rate. All this took place in a matter of 90 minutes. I had to pick up my kids from school so I told them in the beginning that I would have to finish the deal the next day expecting this to take two or three hours. They filled the new car up with gas, detailed it and had me on the road in time to pick up my kids. I'm very good about finding the best price online so they got my attention with their price but the "process" was very easy and painless. They also threw in 6 oil changes and road side assistance. I have AAA so I don't need the roadside assistance but the 6 oil changes will save me some $$ down the road. This was my first time dealing with any Hendrick dealership and I was really impressed. The Lake Norman dealership was very nice too. They just got beat out on price.

Went in to dealership to discuss buying a new Highlander twice. Received a price quote in writing with a deal # and VIN number of the vehicle. James Ramirez (the manager) called me over the weekend after my first visit wanting me to come in and finish the deal. He then called and left a voice message stating "he had some great news and to call him ASAP". After making my decision to proceed with the deal a few days later, they would not honor the written price quote. A lot of time wasted and disappointing to deal with unethical business tactics. I will not be buying a Toyota as a result.

Very poor experience lied to initially as they lied about the features and they advertised it on the window sticker. I drove my used equinox for 2000 miles at day 40 a noise started it got worse find out on day 53 it is drinking oil like crazy. It used 3 1/2 quarts in this time frame dipstick was dry when checked. It had the standard 30 day warranty I call the dealership and try to talk to them about it Jim Urban snickers and says you should have purchased the extended warranty we offered it to you. I say if it had been 6 months I would not be calling his response so six months out of warranty is ok for you to take care of your problems but a month or less is not. Really? The motor has internal damage at this point and is still using oil it had these issues when purchased to use that much oil. I would have even taken the car back and purchased a more expensive car but no not even given a chance to say anything. Just told by the manager Jim Urban your car your problem no matter if it is a day out of warranty.

I bought a car from this dealership in 2008 and was very pleased. I recently went to trade it in for a 2013 Avalon Hybrid and although we experienced some difficulty finding the car I wanted in the color I wanted, they made it worth my while and financial advantage to select a different color. My 2009 Camry was serviced 100% at this dealership and they have always been excellent. This is the first dealership that I have preferred over independent repair shops.

Upon purchasing my Toyota in Concord I realized that the experience with Mr. Furr was fantastic. He was an honest person and one that I truly feel was up front for the whole process. Ususally I do not feel this way. I would return to Mr. Furr for future purchases and reccomend him to others.

I went with my daughter to purchase her first new car. I only wanted her to meet Clyde Furr the salesperson. I have bought 3 cars from Clyde over the last few years. She relaxed in the atmosphere that these guys are known for. Every question she asked about the vehicle was answered in a straight forward, friendly and above board fashion. She tried out the vehicle and with the quality of the product and the manner in which she was treated, bought the car. She had been extremely nervous about this first experience, but told her husband later that she absolutely could do this again if there were other dealers and sales people like she had there.

My wife and I Leased a Scion XB from this dealership. The salesman, Clyde Furr, was knowledgeable about the product, professional in his dealings with us and made us an offer that, after negotiations, we felt was fair pricing for the Scion XB. Our car continues to be serviced at the dealer and it has been a hassle free experience including reimbursement for a out of pocket tire warranty claim performed by another Toyota Dealer.

Over a period of eleven years we have purchased four new Toyotas from Concord Toyota. All of the sales people we have dealt with have been very knowledgeable of the vehicles, and very low pressure. And lets face it, Toyotas sell themselves. However, we have visited other dealerships in the area and found others to be much more high pressure. We would and have recommended Toyota of Concord to friends!

This dealership only works by deceit and lies. Nothing is as it seems. They will bully you and tell you want you want to hear, right up until you ask to see the final invoice, somehow then it always becomes your fault, that you misunderstood.... I went on several occassions to buy a particular used car and they couldnt get it right any of those times, including the last time when i finalized a deal with the general manager on a weekend, just to get an email after hours stating "so sorry we just sold the car" out from under me. Then had the nerve to ask if they can help me find another one. They are VERY NICE, however NICE doesnt sell a car, numbers and truth do. Nice may get you in the door, however that is not what is needed to close a deal, they are seriously lacking in that department. I am not sure they know what it takes to close a deal with a savy consumer. Gone are the days where being nice was the only skill necessary for a car salesman. Consumers are educated and want a good deal, with real numbers and someone who can answer questions about the product (really just to see if they know their own product, b/c we have already done the research). Needless to say i wont ever buy a car from them and I urge you not to get caught in their web of deceit, they will waste your time! Once again they lived up to the "car salesmen reputation".

The Used cars were all in great shape,very clean, and all had a warranty. I was not pressured instead I was presented with options that I chose concerning both the vehicle and financing.I got the car that I wanted at a payment I can afford.
