5We HIGHlY recommend Christie B, one of the Sales Consultants at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam. If you are looking for someone patient, a good listener, and NOT pushy, she's the Sales Consultant for you. Christie did her best to make our visit to look at Rav4's one day and the purchase of our vehicle the next day an outstanding experience. Her Sales Manager, Cheeto, worked with us on the trade in - we were very satisfied with his hard work to get the best he could for us. After purchasing the car, we met with Eric in finance and the professionalism continued. We were so satisfied with our service that we have been recommending them for current or future vehicle purchases. Thanks Christie, Cheeto and Eric for the positive experience - we will definitely come back whenever we need to replace a vehicle.

We have been having our 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE taken care of here from the week they opened, and have always gotten exemplary service. We just purchased an almost new 2014 Sienna XLE with AWD and will continue that tradition (as will our daughter-in-law who now is the happy owner of our previous Sienna). I brought the new Sienna by Hendrick to have a second key programmed, and was helped by Service Counselor Quinton Sutton, who has given me outstanding customer care previously. He was happy to help, and got our key programmed while we waited. This guy is one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable fellows around. We have loved this new Sienna also, but we had purchased from a dealership in Utah, and it had a problem. The video player was an aftermarket, unnamed brand with no instructions, and it was only picking up one sound channel-- thus omitting all voices and playing only the background music. I took it in to a professional auto sound place -- Twice-- and they could not figure out how to fix it. Even though it looks brand new, they recommended trashing it and buying a new one (an $857 solution). Since he is such a helpful and customer satisfaction oriented guy, I swung back by Hendrick Toyota to see if there was any hope of Quinton figuring out how to make it work. He hopped right in and began going through every imaginable part of the programming and system operations for the player. It wasn't easy, and the problem stubbornly remained. But Quinton kept troubleshooting and stayed with it. Then out of the blue, we started hearing voices in our head -- literally! That's because Quinton had suddenly discovered the solution and the voice track was coming in loud and clear over the headphone sets. This was after a month of futile effort and being given no hope by the professional sound people. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! I'm telling you right here and now: when it comes to customer service, friendliness, knowledge and commitment to satisfaction, Quinton Sutton is a ROCKSTAR!!!! If you ever need any service done on your Toyota, I'd TOTALLY recommend asking for Quinton. We are sold on this guy! :)

Purchasing a new car from Hendrick Toyota of Merriam, Kansas, was a very enjoyable and seamless process. Everything went so smoothly and professionally. Sue Wells actually made purchasing a new car enjoyable and comfortable for me. She was very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Sue made sure that I was satisfied about every aspect of the car and the purchasing process. She even gave me a personal tour of the dealership, including the shop which was huge and quite impressive. Sue also introduced me to her husband who is also a salesperson at Hendrick Toyota. I had a great experience purchasing my Prius 3 from Hendrick Toyota and I would highly recommend Sue Wells for the best experience ever in purchasing your next vehicle! She is amazing!

Our experience of buying a car at Hendrick Toyota was a good one. Our Sales Consultant, Francis Oniyema was very focused that we have the information needed to make a selection. I went to the dealership wanting to test drive the SUV I thought I wanted, but Francis let me experience, the fact that the vehicle did not meet our specific needs. The process was relaxed and informative. Several managers popped in during the process to offer additional assistance. The only uncomfortable moment is upon entry into the dealership (This is true of ALL dealerships) you feel the "shark tank" effect. There must be a more comfortable approach.... hey, but the free popcorn is great! Thank you Francis for the enjoyable experience ...you were eager to provide good service. We are looking forward to driving our new SUV!

Hedrick Toyota is one of the best car dealers that I have had the chance to be a part. Words are hard to describe the professionalism of the staff and the sales and service team. I have worked with them for the past two and a half years. The General Manager Randy Crowell is one of the most patient and understanding people that I've had the chance to work with, the new GSM Rober Biehl and the entire sales managment staff was great. My mother purchased a car from Hendrick about a month ago after having several poor experiances with other dealerships, they came through and made it happen. Blane did a wonderful job taking care of the deal, and finance was a breeze with Bryan Hendrich; service with Brandon Holsburg and Gina were always on point and fast. I could'nt have been happier with all my experiances with the Hendrick Automotive Group. I will be returning for years to come. Thanks!

I had a good experience purchasing a vehicle from Hendrick Toyota/Scion in Merriam, KS. We saw a vehicle we liked on cars.com and took the printout to the dealership. We called prior to validate that the vehicle was still present. Our dealer, Micah Bawcom, was a pleasure to work with. He allowed time for my wife and I both to test drive the vehicle and gave us an opportunity to try out different features as he helped another customer. The buying process was pretty good. Micah helped validate there were two key fobs and we negotiated a price. I thought the overall price of the vehicle was fair based on other similar vehicles I had researched. I was hoping for more return on my trade in, but we were eager to be in a different vehicle and settled without pushing the issue. The paperwork took a little while, but that is my standard experience buying a vehicle. The facilities were top notch. There was an area for the kids to play. There were TVs where we could watch the game while we waited to be able to complete the paperwork. They had popcorn for us to munch on. There was a great coffee machine that had a bunch of different options. Overall, I would buy a vehicle from Hendrick again and would be happy to work with Micah again.

I was somewhat irritated, with how long the process took. I briefly explained to Jacob that I had an approval letter from BOA when we initially communicated, I still had to go through the process of trying to find the best interest rate, haggling over price, etc. Beyond this issue, Jacob showed strong customer service skills and was courteous throughout the process.

I have been looking around for a new car for three weeks prior to visiting Hendrick Toyota Scion. No one could get me into a car that was even remotely close to my car payment at that time. However, one salesman kept trying to get me in a new car, regardless of my credit issues and being upside down on my car loan. Friendly sales people. However, in trying to order a 2015 Highlander, they would not give me a trade figure for my 2013 Highlander, saying that they could not be sure of the value of my SUV in 6 weeks, the time of delivery of the 2015 vehicle. The other two dealerships I met with gave me solid trade figures. Overall, a fairly frustrating experience. Didn't seem that interested in making a sale.

I previously purchased a used Corolla from this dealership. Unfortunately, that car was totalled in an accident and I needed a new vehicle quickly. I didn't hesitate to come back to Hendrick Toyota to purchase my next car! Every time I come in, the customer service is impeccable! I have used them for service and oil changes, as well, and the staff is always excellent. Definitely come see Francis, Cheeto, or Robert if you're looking to purchase. A visit to Kansas City three weeks ago resulted in an unexpected breakdown on a busy highway late on a Saturday afternoon, 180 miles from home. When the AAA tow truck delivered us with our disabled 2010 Prius to Hendrick Toyota in Merriam, we were not expecting to be greeted with much enthusiasm by their service crew, and we certainly thought we were stuck in KC at least until Monday morning when someone might be able to check out our car. Instead, we were amazed at the courteous friendly treatment we received from the service department. Jon and Connie had us back on the road in 45 minutes, heading home in a nearly new loaner. We were so impressed with the quality of treatment we received from the service department that we decided to explore the possibility of trading in the 2010, a step we were planning for the near future even before the breakdown. Our experience with the sales department was just as positive as our interaction with the service department had been, first through initial online contacts with Charles Carter and then through telephone assistance and information from sales associate Kristopher Williams. We were able to work out a fair deal on the exact model we wanted within a couple of days. Then, when we traveled back to Merriam to pick up the new car, we were treated like royalty from the time we drove the loaner back into the service area. They carried our luggage for us, opened doors, provided food and beverages, never kept us waiting, and could not have been more courteous and friendly. While Erik Stone took us through the financing portion of the sale process (explaining everything very patiently and clearly, never pushy), Kristopher Williams even cleaned out the trade-in vehicle for us, saving us that job on a hot afternoon. He set up and demonstrated all the new features that allowed us to sync the vehicle to my smart phone, and sent us off with a smile and a full tank of gas. We've purchased quite a few cars in the past (having raised three sons) but this was the easiest and most pleasant experience we've ever had in the car-buying process. I only wish we lived closer to KC so that we could use their service department now. We certainly recommend this dealership based on our experiences with their friendly professional staff, their excellent service and the fair deal they offered us on the vehicle we purchased.

On a late Sunday afternoon I walked into Hendrick Toyota looking for a quality car. Honestly I was not sure what I was going to buy, but I had been looking into the RAV4's. When we decided to look for a new Toyota Rav4, we went back to Hendrick Toyota in Merriam, Kansas. We have purchased three prior vehicles from this dealership and knew we would be treated well. What I did not expect was sales consultant Francis Oniyema! Excellent, excellent, excellent!! Needless to say, we did purchase a new vehicle. We closed the dealership down that night. After all was said and done, the paperwork completed and signed, it was 10:30pm. But the service did not end there. Francis sat in the vehicle with us for an additional 45 minutes showing us all of the features and setting up our phones, etc. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle prior to us driving off the lot. We will definately be going back to Hendrick Toyota. I highly recommend Hendrick Toyota to anyone shopping for a new vehicle, and definately ask for Francis Oniyema for the best car buying experience!

Thursday, July 17th (2014), Leah Stephens, Sue Wells and Erik Stone of Hendrick Toyota-Scion, Merriam (southwest KC area), KS made my transition to a new-to-me 2004 Subaru Forester from my 1994 Jeep Cherokee a positive, satisfying and joyful experience. Leah actively searched the Forester for me and immediately alerted me to this opportunity, and Sue Wells graciously stepped in to guide me through a test-drive and contract application, when Leah was called away to make a car delivery, then Erik Stone guided me through the contract completion and selection of service contract options. They, and everyone else at Hendrick Toyota-Scion, made me feel both like family and royalty at the same time: authentic respect, courtesy and true warmth were ever-present. Also, their skilled mechanics had thoroughly checked and attended to any mechanical and cosmetic needs of the Forester. The entire facility was clean, orderly and had a lovely open ambience. A few years back I surrendered a car and just paid off the settlement amount in May. I 'jumped the gun' on getting a new car. I had put way to much money in the car I was driving and still needed more. I went to another dealership and they turned me away. Sue Wells contacted me the next day and helped me work on my issues along with Oscar and Marco. After pulling strings and doing all they could I got into a certified 2010 Corolla and I love it; even took it on a weekend trip and did great. It was a new trade they did maintenance on it and all that was left was the windshield and Toyota emblem on the front. I had the windshield replaced the same week along with a loaner car and the emblem should be in this week (all free since they had to have the windshield replaced due to it being certified). All of the staff was very friendly leaving me with a good impression of the company. Thank you for all of the help.

Colton made our car buying experience great. He was friendly, professional and efficient. We were on a time crunch when buying and he made sure we were taken care of in an appropriate time frame. Gave ample time for a phone call to be returned, and 3 different times that didn't happen. Today I visited Hendrick to buy my first new car. I expected a pushy and overly motivated salesman (you know how the horror stories go!) and instead I was greeted warmly and treated like a person instead of a business prospect. Nicholas Grim was the salesman who helped us and we couldn't be more pleased. He was amiable and honest and set a very calm and pleasant mood. I would absolutely recommend him if you plan to visit this dealership. Also, I'd like to add that we were greeted by many others during our visit. My husband and I drew out the process of buying a car for over a week and Jessica Silvey was helpful and patient with us through every second. She really went above and beyond for us. I expected upon walking to be presented with cars that didn't fit my criteria and were out of my budget but was presently surprised when I had multiple options and was not pushed at all! Everyone from the guys holding the doors open for us to the management staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I'm not such a fan of the warranty on the Kia I purchased or that the financing guys told me they would contact my first choice financing institution but then later claimed that they didn't work with that bank and wouldn't contact them AFTER we signed the papers. Other than that, my new car is beautiful and has every feature I desire. I just recently had to shop for a new car due to an unexpected auto accident and Leah made the process very easy for my first time! She knew I had anxiety about the whole process so she eased my nerves by sending me information via email and made the process quick and smooth. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. The only reason I put "average" for quality of repairs is because my car has hail damage on it which of course, they are going to fix, but I have not had the work done yet. I would highly recommend Leah to any of my friends!

I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car by Blane and right away he called for sales help for me. He had great eye contact, super smile and was a great first impression of Hendrick Toyota. Leah Stephens was great working with me to find my dream car, a 2006 Avalon ltd. Josh Jensen and Brandon in finance was great. Their service and their attention to detail was unmatched. After I bought the car, I noticed a small issue with the tire pressure and some break dust that was making the wheels squeak. Let me start by saying... I dislike buying a new car and put the process off as long as possible, mainly because I do not like dealing with assertive, obnoxious sales people or that pushy person where you sign papers who tries to sell you a bunch of pricy add-ons and makes you feel stupid for not buying them. Well, not at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam. What a pleasurable experience! My salesperson was Jessica Silvey, she was knowledgable & attentive but not pushy. Jessica is a relatively new employee and seems to be knowledgable about cars. I did my research online so pretty much knew what I wanted, but had a few technical questions. If Jessica wasn't sure about the answer, she would ask her manager to make sure she didn't give me incorrect information. I would highly recommend Hendrick and Jessica Silvey, and will return when it comes time to purchase vehicles for my family. David Wells is the epitome of a great salesperson - no high pressure, willing to explain features, options, warranty, financing you name it - he went above and beyond to make this happen (and happen in the most efficient, comfortable manner posssible. I moved in Kansas City, Missouri only a few days before visiting Hendrick. What an experience, especially the amazing customer service. Fritz, my salesman, met me at the door. I got comfortable with him almost immediately. We walked through cars within my price range, then we test drove the one I liked. I was completely honest about my past credit history, which wasn't the best considering my student loan debt. Fritz then brought Cheeto Sampat to talk to me about my financing options. Regardless of my low credit score, Cheeto and Fritz worked with me. They factored in my graduate degrees and my present income to come up with an interest rate that worked for me! I was also able to negotiate. They were patient and answered all of my questions. I got a great deal and warranty on my vehicle. I'm happy I did business with Fritz Worthen and Cheeto Sampat at Hendrick's. Thanks for taking the time to help me finance my first car! I saw the Fiat 500 sport three day ago and called the Toyota to make sure the car was still avaliable. The person who work in Toyota made an apportment for me immediately. James Jackson, the really nice guy, helped me to try the car and answered all of my questions. Cheeto Sampat who is the finance maneger helped me figure out all of the finance issues I need to notice. He is an excellent person as well and smile all the time. I have an apportment today at 4pm but because of some personal business I rescheduled the reservation several times but James and Cheeto wait me until almost 7pm!!!!! It has been a few years since I have purchased a car but the time for a new one is drawing near and Hendrick Toyota of Miriam is the only place for me. I've had some pretty cruddy experiences with car dealerships in the past, but not the case with Hendrick. I've now purchased two cars and leased one from Hendrick, working primarily with David and Sue Wells each time, and the experience has been great and overall painless. They assisted me greatly with finding the right cars for me, with the right options and right price without taking advantage of me. They were quick to work through any challenges I brought to the table with finances and credit report entries, and have always been available if I've needed anything at all. Working with the financing and services departments has been just as efficient. For the foreseeable future, all further vehicle purchases will be made at Hendrick!

I worked with Cheeto, Ron and Oscar and they were all a big help including help with another car with a previously purchased maintanence package that was discounted due to an internal error. They gave us a whole new 6 oil change and tire rotation package at50% off to correct their error. This is the 2nd car we have purchased through this partcular dealer and received a great deal and great customer service and have not had a problem with either sales.

I have just purchased a new 2014 Highlander Limited and all I can say is I L-O-V-E LOVE it. My husband and I own a service business and have purchased several cars and trucks from this dealership over the past several years. I have recommended this dealership to many friends, family and customers of my own. If there is ever a problem (which is rarely) they are quick to fix it. I have purchased several vehicles in my life from several different dealerships. I use to cringe at the thought of having to go "wheel and deal" it would take all day and it was a headache. Once I finally had the car in my possession I was so worn out that it took away from the excitement of having a new car. I have never felt this way about this dealership. They will make sure you know how to use all of the options that came on your new car before you leave the lot. After all what good is it to have all the fun stuff if you don't know how to use it. If you have never been there before stop in and give them a try you just may find you dealership for life.

My wife and I had been looking to buy a new Sienna to replace our 2005. So we had visited several dealers but couldn't find the one we wanted for a price we were willing to pay. We gave up on getting a new van this year and just decided we'd drive our 2005 for another year. On a Saturday morning while in KC, I decided to go on line just to see what was available. Hendricks had the only Sienna in the color we wanted so we went and took a look at it. Less than an hour later we were waiting for them to bring our new Sienna around after washing it and filling it with a full tank of gas. The salesman was very knowledgable and very personable. No high pressure tactics, just a willingness to make a deal.. I imagine that when I next buy a new Toyota, this will be the last place I visit :-) (meaning this is where I'll probably be buying, no matter where else I might look).

Bought my first car from this dealer. Was searching for on the internet, made an appointment from online. First visit, there was no pressure, looked at the inventory and offers. After a couple weeks and several more visits, I felt the deal being offered was very good, so I purchased. Traded a 2002 Camry for a 2014. Robert Biehl, David and Sue Wells were pleasant to work with.

Please keep in mind that this is a car dealership and they are there to make money. You have to bargain for your price, and that's on the buyer. Having said that and keeping this in mind, they are very reasonable people and they definitely made my experience smooth and painless. My salesperson was Sunny. He was very professional and did not attempt any pressure tactics. The finance department was very easy to deal with as well. They even beat my credit union's interest rate. The whole process took under and hour.

Bought a used truck from this dealership. Had the truck 1 day and engine started knocking! Salesman david wells and service tech cherr are horrible with customer service. The service tech told me its normal for fords to knock! I figured I would get good service at big dealership but I was wrong and cheated on this truck! Beware of any vehicle you buy here.

I brought in my truck after another auto repair shop had destroyed my engine and replace it with a used engine. Justin Ayers and the Service Dept at Hendrick Toyota went over my engine with a fine tooth comb to look for any problems. They fixed a few things that were done incorrectly by the other shop. They test drove my Tundra and analyzed the computer to see if any codes came up. I now have confidence that my truck will be reliable again. It is hard to find a auto service dept that you can trust to do a good job, but you can always count on Justin Ayers and the Service Dept at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam Kansas. I have learned a tough lesson and no one will touch my truck except for Hendrick Toyota. When it comes time for a new truck I will head back to Hendrick Toyota!

I was interested in a vehicle from cars.com, and called and spoke ro Robert Beihl. The phone call was at 4pm and the appointment was for 6:15pm that same day. I took time from my night and brought my family down to look at the vehicle only to find out that it had been sold already. He did not even come see me when I arrived, but sent a different salesperson in his place. They had my name and number but not the decency to call me and save me the trip. After we left he sent me an email with two cars similar in size bit with a great deal more mileage.

My wife and I recently traded in our gas guzzling SUVs for two Prius c hatchbacks and couldn't be happier! We received great service from Randy (our salesperson), to Jeremy (the used car manager), to Paul (the new car manager) and especially Marco (the finance manager). Each person treated us with respect, courtesy and professionalism rarely found at dealerships today.
