I walked in on the last day of the month. The sales associates were all fine until I decided to walk away. They were initially helpful and professional. After telling them I needed to think about the end price and consult with my significant other, the tone changed drastically. I was told I needed to decide today since it was the last day of the month. It was also commented that I clearly wasn't ready to buy and they thought I was. I told the salesperson I was ready but wasn't going to just jump on the first offer provided. This dealership had come highly recommended but in that moment they lost a potential customer.

I purchased tires from the service department during an oil change due to a special that they had at the time. Only 2 of the 4 tires had the locking tire lug put back on and the key was not returned to the glove box. When I went to get the tires rotated somewhere else we discovered this and called back to the service department. It took several calls to even get a return call. The service department then began insinuating that it was someone else's fault (did someone else rotate the tires since they put them on new) and kept asking the same question. Ultimately they would do nothing. HORRIBLE communication and they would do nothing about the problem.

If you need a new or used car I would highly suggest Hendrix Toyota Scion Merriam. My experience starts with my sales rep Sue Wells. I drove in a car needing work and I was upside down in it. I was thinking used but the amount owed on my car made it impossible. Sue worked and worked to get me into a deal and she came up with a lease agreement. Since I am getting up in age I do NOT want to be breaking down on the highway. It took most of the day but the deal became final. I left smiling and with a deal I could not beat.

Everyone at Hendrick Toyota/Scion were absolutely outstanding. Their customer service was impeccable, and their ability to find me the EXACT car that I wanted, in my price range, was unreal. From the finance department to sales they are for sure the most friendly and customer service oriented dealer I have ever worked with. They didn't pressure me into something that I couldn't afford or wasn't ready for. Sue Wells worked with my until almost 11 o'clock at night, and gave me 100% of her time and effort until I was leaving with my new RAV4. From the second I walked in the door everyone from the girls at the front desk to the random employees that would make sure I was doing okay were extremely helpful.

I own a 2008 RAV4 and was one of the unfortunate people who was plagued with the oil guzzling engines that Toyota "did not recall but would replace the engine for free". I took it to Hendrick Toyota and they tore the engine apart and then hit me with a $1500 quote for other things that needed replaced. Some of them seemed legit and some were as petty as antifreeze (charged twice in two different sections). This is petty because they drained the coolant, why am I paying for it to get filled after this all was their mistake? After I asked about why I was getting charged for this, they said they didn't have to drain it for the repairs they were doing. Somehow the charge did not make it on the final bill. After agreeing to the majority of the repairs and waiting for three days for my vehicle to be fixed, they came back with another $1500 estimate to fix my cracked gasket heads. A, why was a pressure test not performed when the engine was put together and b, why would all of the estimates not have been tied together? I would have traded the vehicle in had I known that it needed three thousand dollars in repairs. What was done was done though and I ponied up the 3k for the repairs. I got the vehicle back and low and behold I now see that the plastic cover that goes over the undercarriage was only screwed in by two of the bolts! As I continued to inspect the plastic piece that was only clearing the ground by two inches, I began noticing oil dripping. There were no issues of leaking oil prior to Hendrick "fixing" my problem. I was a Toyota person for life and not only have I written off Toyota due to sheisty practices at this one place, I have written off an entire large dealership.

About a month ago I got a call from I believe to be the best car salesperson I have ever personally worked with, Sue Wells. She asked if I would like a re-evaluation and I said sure. We talked about my '15 and that I was content but not entirely happy with the car mainly because of the interior was fabric and I was wanting leather. We took a test drive together and she explained all the great options and I explained my issues with my 2015 Rav4. Sue was so empathetic and understanding to my needs as I do have some disability issues. We got on so well ! She is so enthusiastic and knows her job so well and will go to great strides to make you the customer a happy satisfied customer. This lady not only got beautiful leather installed in my new Rav4 she got me the absolutely most beautiful 2016 Rav4 . She put my name on this car before the vehicle was ever delivered or transported to Hendricks! She called me on March 11,2016 to tell me that March 11th was the birthday of my car and always assuring me it was on its' way and sure enough I got my car with 3 miles on it. Then the car had to be outsourced for the leather installation. Another "easy, no problem" this was done within a 24 hour turn-around with Service associate Clint Wong. I received a nice loaner and was back to pick up my car the next day. I must say I was and still impressed with the leather installed it makes my beautiful Rav4 just that more satisfying to me.Sue Wells really listens to her customers and makes you feel as you are her only customer although I know in all reality you are not. She has the skills,knowledge and the capability to get "it" done! Anyone looking for a Toyota? Go to Hendricks and ask for Sue Wells! I know I will be in the future.

Hendrick Toyota in Merriam ks was the best choice I could have made when it came to car buying. I went having somewhat of an I sea what I wanted and met with a sales associate by the name of Sue Wells. She was great I told her my price range and what I was looking for and she showed me all my options and allowed me to decide what I wanted. Wasn't pushy or didn't try to rush me into anything. No warranty papers left in paperwork that was given with the rest of the paperwork to be taken home and was supposed to be their. The vehicle was stated to have been given an extensive inspection for safety and reliability. I drove the truck back to MO. had the required safety inspection and it did not pass! Problems with steering,inner tie rod bad. This Truck was just in for a new frame , leaf springs, front A arms, alignment, etc.THIS WAS A TOYOTA Factory RECALL! HOW COULD THEY PROPERLY INSPECT AND ALIGHN THE TRUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE PART? I was assured several times how good and dedicated there service mechanics were, and what a great deal I was getting ! Also left my garage door opener in my trade in I called Mathew the next morning and told him about it he said he would get it out of the car. later I called him back he told me he got it and had secured it .I asked him if he would mail it to me since I lived 3 hrs. away , HE said he would. Two weeks later and several calls to Mathew even leaving messages on his voice mail and contacting the dealership no returned phone calls.STILL NO OPENER! SEEM TO BE A BUNCH OF SHISTERS TO ME.STAY AWAY!!! Mathew Should be let go ! IF a sales person is to LAZY and Disrespectful to so much as at least return a simple phone call after taking ones hard earned money. Who is his Boss ? Makes you wander just what this whole dealership is about doesn't it ?

My name is Omar, Before I did my worst mistake wich was buying a car thru Hendrick Toyota Scion, i purchased a used veichle at a small dealer ( Rosedale Auto Sales ) No! I dont work there or they're paying me for this! Anyways, the car as usual after driving the car on a daily basis you start to find repairs needed, every repair that i mention to them they cover me 100% atleast for the first month! Hendrick Toyota won't even try to atleast listen to me as a fustrated costumer with a car that i know its used but long story short very disapointed. Yes very Friendly at first once you're on the hook your worst enemies.. NO!! I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS DEALER!! THE USED CAR SALES MANAGER IS REALLY RUDE AND ANYWHERE ELSE WOULD GIVE A BETTER DEAL! I MADE A MISTAKE!! BUT YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE..

I bought my 2013 Prius C there almost 2.5 years ago and referred my daughter who leased a 2015 Corolla from them. We have both cars serviced there. My daughter and I have been pleased with every experience we have had there. As their advertising promises "to exceed customers' expectations" they have done so, both in Sales and Service. Kristina really exceeded my expectations when she arranged for a loaner car (at their expense) for my daughter due to a delay in repairing her car (damaged in an accident) at their body shop. Thank you so much Kristina and the Service Advisor who stayed late to deliver the loaner car! Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

Did a lot of Internet shopping, then met James (JB) Burgdoerfer to see a vehicle. JB is an outstanding, non-pushy salesperson who took the time to make sure the car I was interested in -- I had one in mind -- was ready to see and in top-flight condition. JB gets five stars from me, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking new or used. Even gassed it up for me before I drove it home. His manager, Dave, was pleasant, too. They're the only ones who kept this from being a one-star review. (And that's WITH me being happy with the car I bought.)However, BE PREPARED to have several hours to play the shady car-dealer game:- First, the website listed the car for one price, and had a button to click where I could give my info and get "my special e-price." Lo and behold, the e-price was the EXACT SAME. I even showed several people that, and was told "Well, this one doesn't have a special price." Hmm.- They have a $499 "admin" fee - higher than almost every other dealer I visited.- Their trade value was the lowest I'd rec'd (compared to other dealers I'd shopped, until I was able to bargain it up to something more in line (with them using the same Auction search as others, so I know the original was just a lowball.)- Multiple people, up to the GM, swung by. I didn't believe much of what any of them said, EXCEPT for JB. - I agreed to terms on Saturday, following my bank closing for the day, and was told by the financial guy that if I financed with him, we could do the car today. Other than that, I'd have to hope it was still there Monday, because an employee wanted to purchase it too, but was waiting on his insurance info. (?) I offered finance guy a deposit (of whatever amount he would need) to hold until first thing Monday, and he said they don't do that. It was simply an effort to get me to use their higher financing. I walked out, and within five minutes, I got a call that said he'd hold it until Monday for me -- no problem. All in all, a great car at the right price. Just know you're dealing with a huge dealer (Hendrick) and you're nothing but a number to most employees there. If JB moved to another dealer, I'd follow him there, I think. I'd be wary of buying from Hendrick again based on the rest of them.

I had been looking for a used Camry and knew what I wanted, but it had been tough and overwhelming with all the options available in the market. I inquired on a listing I found after hearing from a friend that they had a good experience at Hendrick Toyota, and Angelica called me right away to provide the information I requested and convinced me to pay a visit that day. I'm glad she did. After spending some time with Justin and taking a test drive of a 2011 SE, I knew it was what I wanted but didn't know that it would be in my monthly payment budget range and at a good interest rate. I chose to finance with Toyota, as they were able to beat the rate my bank offered me and the overall process was extremely easy and smooth. Justin gave me exactly what I wanted in every aspect, and it was so stress-free compared to the car shopping experiences I'd had thus far. I will know to go straight to Hendrick first when I'm ready to purchase my next car.

I have a Toyota Land cruiser front wheel bearing( repack)serviced last year brought back to the attention of Jeramie Albin the other day 12/7/15 because of the driver side wheel has a play, after more than 3 hours of waiting I was told my car need another wheel bearing repack at my expense of 500? dollars or more .Have a lengthy discussion with him and let him know my disappointment at Hendrick toyota service because I believe if the job was done right the first time I don't have to come back there for the same service after 13,000 miles.To make my long story short I would like to tell everyone I'm not going back to that dealership anymore.

I went to Hendricks Toyota and had Sue Wells help me get my car. This is my second car and the whole process can be overwhelming-worrying about if you are getting a car that's worth getting, financing, all the paper work. I could only wish I had bought my first car with Sue because I didn't go through all of those fears this time. She gave me her real opinion on the cars I was looking at and showed concern in that I got a safe car. She is great at explaining each step simply and precisely without skipping parts while also keeping it in relative terms. She even helped me talk to my insurance company-which has always been overwhelming to me for some reason. I felt good about my purchase that evening and even better the next day.When I went to financing, I also felt very relaxed and reassured during that process. All the employees at this dealership seemed to work together to make my buying experience very easy and actually enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I was saying. So in the end I got the car I wanted and in my price range. The salesman took time to explain all the features and how everything worked. He even helped me set up my phone to the blue tooth before I left.

As a first time car buyer, the level of service I received was astounding. Before I even reached the dealership, a sales representative had compiled a video for me on the vehicle I was going to test drive. My representative answered all of my questions in a very professional manner and treated me in such as way as well. The internet rep also greeted me personally and kept me company until my sales rep came over. I explained to my rep that I didn't have a car (I borrowed a friend's car to test drive the vehicle I was looking at) and my rep told me that he would pick me up personally, which they did. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend any friends or family to this dealership.

I saw a truck on this dealers website I was interested in purchasing so I drove down to check it out and test drive. A salesman met me in the parking lot and I told him what truck I was looking for and we spent probably 20 minutes walking the lot but never found it. We went inside to check the computer and found out it was still for sale but nobody knows where it is. The salesman left to go locate the truck and after about 20 minutes him and what I assume was the sales manager returned and I was told that an employee had taken the truck out for the day but would bring it back and they would call me when he got back which would be within an hour. Im currently writing this review the following day after never hearing from this dealership. I will be buying a truck from another dealership, one that doesnt allow employees to joy ride for sale vehicles and one that actually calls a customer back. STAY AWAY from this dealership horrid employee protocol and customer service.

Sue Wells immediately made us feel welcomed and I knew I'd be taken care of. She showed me several different cars around my price range and wasn't pushy about which one to purchase. I saw a used Toyota Tundra on their website and called to see if it was still available. I was told that it was so I took the girls recommendation and made an appointment to see the vehicle. I took off work early so that I could be there on time. We drove around the lot when we arrived but didn't see the truck. I told my wife that they probably had pulled it up front since they were expecting us, silly me. We went inside and asked for Jeff, who was supposed to be expecting us. (They didn't give me his last name when I made the appointment) When I told him I was there to look at the Tundra he got a funny look, then said "another lot came and picked it up an hour ago to show it". At that moment I realized that I had either been lied to from the beginning or treated with incredible disrespect for not being notified that the truck was no longer there. They said that they would check to see if it was still available to be shown, but I already knew the answer. A couple minutes later a different salesman approached, I guess Jeff didn't have it in him to tell me the truth, and told me that it was sold. Then he asked what can only be described as a stupid question "is there something else I can show you". We left totally convinced that there is a good reason why people don't trust car salesmen. I imagine that if Hendricks Toyota responds to this review they will say something like "we obviously have areas that we can improve our customer service", or some such bull. They can start by being honest with their customers.

My experience with this dealership began with working with Monte Lala and Jessica on the internet sales team. They were very helpful in getting me exactly what I was wanting. Monte was thorough and diligent about finding the right vehicle. I would not have made the drive from Wichita to KC if it had not been for him. Mason was honest and patient which was truly appreciated. Cheeto really helped me to make an educated decision and even got me something to eat, since I had been on the road and had not been able to stop and eat! I was initially referred over to Sue Wells by my friend Brooke Peck.

My wife and I went to Hendricks because it was closer than other dealerships. We were shopping for a new 2015 Highlander which is a "hot" vehicle with no incentives. After driving the vehicle we sat down to talk numbers. He first had us rate our trade in through a questionnaire. This folks is done to psychologically put down any issues with your trade to cause doubt and accept less money for your trade. After that the salesman came back with a piece of paper with specs about the vehicle along with the MSRP price. He proceeded to tell us this was a hot car and there is little to no give off the list price. On top of that they were going to give us $2000 less than their competition. After some wasted time they basically said there wasn't much they could do and eventually the manager came to talk and finally gave us our keys back so we could leave. Wow. These shenanigans still happen in dealerships. After this waste of time we went through the Costco dealer program and Molle Toyota. They could sell the Highlander for $500 over invoice, better than I expected. They gave us the fair price on our trade we had from a trusted friend and made the transaction smoothly and comfortably. We saved around $4500 over Hendricks. They just didn't want a customer I guess since there was nothing they could do. They lost a customer for now and in the future as we trade every couple years.

This guy is so bad, we were almost finish with finance and this Cheeto told me the APR, it was so high and I said deals off, he was so mad and was like xxxx you get out of here (promise I am telling truth) everyone in the room heard him said that. I was shocked and was like better be nice to your customers, then he was like I don't wanna see your face anymore, Get out don't come back. I won't go to Hendricks anymore and won't recommend any of my friends go there. I am so disappointed at Hendricks. I really wish he get fired

Our recent experience sales experience at Hendrick Toyota Scion in Merriam Kansas was unsatisfactory to say the least.My wife test drove a RAV4, Camry and Sienna on Fri-9/11/15 before settling on the Camry. We were interested in pricing on both a new 2015 and 2016 model. Our sales person Thao Dihn was very personable and professional. Due to the late hour on Friday we agreed to come back Sat-9/12/15 to complete the deal.Due to dealer incentives, the 2016 was only marginally more expensive than the 2015 (by roughly $1000) so my wife decided to negotiate for a 2016. We had a 2002 Sienna to trade in as well.After some back and forth negotiations, the dealer sales manager Robert became involved and asked what number it would take to get the deal done. My wife said $20,000. Robert said he had to consult with his general manager (you know the drill).The deal came back at $19,020. Great! We have a deal. Tao gave my wife the paperwork to sign which she did. The dealership started prepping the car for us. The only thing left was filling out the financing paperwork. That's where things went south.While we waited to visit the financing folks, Robert came back to say he made a mistake - that since we were taking advantage of 0% financing he should not have also given us an additional $1,000 off on our deal. Honest mistake (I personally believe it was). So Robert wanted to rewrite the deal for $20,020.My wife was not happy as she had already signed all the other paperwork for $19,020. Robert indicated it was his mistake and that he had a verbal agreement to get the deal down to $20,000. My wife countered she had a signed deal for $19,020. After 10-minutes of back and forth where my wife asked Robert to halve the difference ($500) or offer some other incentives she said she would complete the deal for $20,000 (I know many of you legal folks may say she should have held her ground, but we were not in possession of the signed paperwork at that point).So my wife signed the new deal and started to fill out the financial application. It was increasingly apparent she was not happy at which point I said if you don't feel positive about the experience it will impact your objectivity towards the car moving forward. So she stopped with the online financial forms and asked for her Sienna back. Again, I want to say our sales person Thao did all he could to stay positive during the situation.To make matters worse, when we walked into the area where Robert was, he was telling Tao and another sales person how unreasonable my wife was! Wow - is that how you mentor your staff? So we left.Part 2. About 4-hours later I called Thao and let him know I thought he did an exemplary job, but was a victim of circumstance. I said if he could put together a deal even if it was $19,999 but left Robert out of the picture he could still salvage the situation. Tao seemed genuinely surprised and grateful. He said he would work on it and asked for my wife's mobile#. Approximately 30-minutes later Tao called me back (not my wife) and said the best he could do was $20,800 (what!?!) and we should have taken Roberts deal at $20,000. My response after a moment of silence was something along the lines of "wow, you guys blew it".Like a majority of folks who file complaints, I don't believe I will get a response from Toyota or see any action taken. This is an exercise of venting that hopefully will somehow assist someone else in making a more informed decision. I am not in sales myself, but have a number of friends and family members who are. The general consensus was Robert had every opportunity to salvage the deal with just a small amount of humility and professionalism, but chose to let a sale go out the door. Will this impact the dealerships bottom line? In no way. It does however sour us on what had been a good experience with Toyota as we've been happy with our Sienna.

Christie helped us above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We visited on Saturday, and once we gave her the details on the car we wanted, that following Monday, we drove away in our new SUV! She found us exactly what we wanted, in our price range and mpg that we need. Thanks a lot and will recommend others who are looking for cars. Cam was also helpful in getting us out of there quickly with all the paperwork and on the road. Total time spent today was only 4 hours!!!

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on their website so I sent a request for more information. I received a call and verified the car was there before making the 50 minute drive to look at it. When I arrived, I gave them the persons name I was to ask for (Bob Hendrich) They said he was there but after waiting, enduing stall tactics and finally being helped by someone else, I was told the vehicle wasn't even available. Then the switch dance ensued as they double-teamed to tried to step me up to other models and colors I had no interest in. When the salesman realized I was having none of it, he initiated damage control and made a promises to find a similar car and call me back in a few days, and of course, I never heard from him again. Not surprised after reading these reviews that we were treated that way. Just another unethical tactic that disregards a customer's time and intelligence.

I can emphatically say this is the first time buying or leasing any vehicle that I was made to feel that the sales person was mainly interested in getting me the car to meet my needs instead of a car that would make the dealership the most money. I know in the time spent with Sue that she is an intellegent, honest, and moral person which this jaded person never expected to find at any dealership any where. Frustrated, irritated, agitated at Hendrick Toyota Scion Merriam?. Told I have a extended warranty on one car and the other I have extended service. When I bought my second vehicle from them the Sales Mgr. gave me two identical plans. NOW, I am told they are different and I have to pay. Word Play; on terms and I got SCREWED because neither the sales mgr or the sale person are now here. Besides when I called in the Service Scheduler told me that I had service covered on BOTH vehicles. NOT Happy! Big Toyota fan but very doubtful Ill return to buy another vehicle. SIMPLE BUSINESS. Note, the Svc Mgr tried to resolve but could not when he talked to mgmt. Mgmt did not even come talk to me. POOR< POOR< business. They lost a $35,000 sale when I buy my new truck.

We purchase a used 2009 Yukon 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Most recently while driving down the highway the accelerator became stuck at 70 miles an hour. Scariest experience of my life. Finally able to pull the car over, we contacted this dealer. They did nothing. They stated they didnt have an opening in service until the following week. We drove the car to Hendrick Buick on State Line road. The service there is top notch. They have tried to help us get movement from Toyota Hendricks. 3 weeks later we still have no resolution to the problem. Toyota states it could have been the floor mat but there is no evidence that is the cause. We have been passed around to different contacts for weeks with very few returns to phone calls. Thankfully Buick Hendricks has graciously loaned us one of their cars to drive. Buick Hendricks (Josh in service is amazingly helpful)is kind courteous while Toyota Hendricks is not doing anything to help. We are afraid to drive the vehicle we purchased from Toyota Hendricks yet they seem to only car about money not the safety of the people driving their cars. Robert Cosgrove and Jessica were kind and excellent employees who tried to help but the people above them who make the decisions dropped the ball over and over. Our advice would be to bypass Toyota Hendricks and go to Buick Hendricks when purchasing a car.

Once again I find myself writing a rave review on this dealership. They never cease to impress me with their commitment to their clientele. Two days ago was the FIRST disappointing experience I'd had in using this dealerships service department since the month they opened. After bringing our Sienna in for an oil change and tire rotation ( complimentary till 25,000 miles btw) it took longer than expected - partly because of a tornado warning situation--and as I was leaving the service person mentioned I had a nail in the tire. I asked why they hadn't told me earlier... And after driving off I noticed that the "Maintenance Required light was still on. The next day they called to ask how my service experience was, and I mentioned these things. Within an hour I got a call back from service manager Jeremy apologizing and offering to make it right at no charge to me. Awesome!Today they found not one but two nails, and replaced them both without charge. Great friendly helpfulness by Zack Littlefield, who handled the repair. Can't be happier recommending this service department!

Let me tell you about my experience. I purchased a Prius 2 years ago from JayWolf toyota, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. So when I went to Hendrick Toyota a week ago to replace my old 2010 Prius for a new one, I went in feeling very skeptical about doing this again and feeling taken advantage of, BUT Justin Doelling and Cheeto Sampat made me feel so welcome and at ease. They answered all my questions (I had a million) in such a polite way and respectful manner. They were also very nice and willing to let me test drive several models. I must say Im quite picky, but Justin kindly guided me through the entire process and I feel like I got an amazing deal, now Im driving a brand spanking new 2015 Prius. IM SO Happy with my decision of choosing Hendrick Toyota and was such a blessing working with JUSTIN AND CHEETO! :)

Beware of being seduced into buying a new "SAFE" car, The service department tells you after your brakes just went out on a 2012 vehicle purchased from one of their dealerships that turned you away the day before because of "overbooking" for the 3rd time (under warranty) that the brakes cannot be guaranteed against future failures. Of course, I was horrified. I proceeded to buy the "SAFE" car suggested and got myself into a dire situation with payments way beyond my budget. My retirement plans are ruined -- I realized this after I recovered from the horror. I begged for a solution that would help me as a real live human being who is a spec of dust to such a humongous conglomerate of a dealership. I have confined myself to a self-imposed prison with no escape by being frightened and upset that my 2012 Nissan was deemed "unsafe" and that I needed to get into a "Safe" car like a new Toyota Corolla. Why couldn't they just have fixed the brakes? You may be "offed" on Craigslist as we read in the news; however that would be over quickly. The Hendrick nightmare stays with you for the rest of your life -- and they do not care. One individual provided a solution that proved how ruthless and uncaring with very poor customer service that is compounded in this dealership.

Don't expect to get s good deal, they only want to sell new expensive vehicles. I was working with sue wells, she was very nice at first when I was looking at a new truck. However when I decided to buy a use truck she said there was not that much mark up on use vehicle and the price was firm. Ok fair enough so I found a use truck on their website and ask sue wells about the truck she said I will look to see if it was still available. No answer after 5 days so I called a manager and he said she has been busy, really but not to busy to call me when I was looking at a new vehicle. So if you want to buy a new car and pay their price this is the place for you.

This dealership is awesome! When I bought my car a year ago, I worked with Sue Wells, David Wells, and Jon Howell. They are all FANTASTIC! This was the first new car I bought and Sue did a great job making sure I understood everything. She explained the things I didn't understand, and made sure I got everything I wanted on my car. I was EXTREMELY picky when buying my car, to the point where I had asked her to drive several 2014 Sport Corollas across the parking lot so I could see what the car looked like from the outside while driving. She went above and beyond making sure she met all my picky requests, and helping me understand what I was paying for. I also worked a little with her husband, David, who is also very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them both and will always come back to them when it regards Toyota. I also dealt with Jon Howell with service several times when I bought my car - buying my car, tinting windows, installing mudflaps. He was always very eager to help me. I had a small accident recently and frantically called him (I keep his card in my car) asking a bunch of questions. He was so helpful and even helped calm me down after the accident. I brought my car in that day and over the next few days, he made sure to find THE best deal he could when repairing my car and fixing everything. He talked to multiple people to try to get me the best deal because he knew of my money situation. He greatly exceeded my expectations, and I come to him with all questions/service requests that Sue and David cannot help me with. Sue & David Wells and Jon Howell are all FANTASTIC and I am very thankful for their great customer service and help they have provided me with!!! HIGHLY recommend them and this dealership!

Gave the best deal anyone could ask for on a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra LE. These people cut down their margins drastically to fit our budget and still were so pleasant with us. We have been to a number of dealers in Overland Park area (like O'Neil Honda on 7979 Metcalf Ave), but trust me when I say, you will get all your money's worth when you go to Hendrick Toyota and good treatment too. We have been having our 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE taken care of here from the week they opened, and have always gotten exemplary service. We just purchased an almost new 2014 Sienna XLE with AWD and will continue that tradition (as will our daughter-in-law who now is the happy owner of our previous Sienna). I brought the new Sienna by Hendrick to have a second key programmed, and was helped by Service Counselor Quinton Sutton, who has given me outstanding customer care previously. He was happy to help, and got our key programmed while we waited. This guy is one of the nicest, friendliest and knowledgeable fellows around. We have loved this new Sienna also, but we had purchased from a dealership in Utah, and it had a problem. The video player was an aftermarket, unnamed brand with no instructions, and it was only picking up one sound channel-- thus omitting all voices and playing only the background music. I took it in to a professional auto sound place -- Twice-- and they could not figure out how to fix it. Even though it looks brand new, they recommended trashing it and buying a new one (an $857 solution). Since he is such a helpful and customer satisfaction oriented guy, I swung back by Hendrick Toyota to see if there was any hope of Quinton figuring out how to make it work. He hopped right in and began going through every imaginable part of the programming and system operations for the player. It wasn't easy, and the problem stubbornly remained. But Quinton kept troubleshooting and stayed with it. Then out of the blue, we started hearing voices in our head -- literally! That's because Quinton had suddenly discovered the solution and the voice track was coming in loud and clear over the headphone sets. This was after a month of futile effort and being given no hope by the professional sound people. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY!I'm telling you right here and now: when it comes to customer service, friendliness, knowledge and commitment to satisfaction, Quinton Sutton is a ROCKSTAR!!!! If you ever need any service done on your Toyota, I'd TOTALLY recommend asking for Quinton. We are sold on this guy! :)

Sue Wells went over and above to locate the exact car that I wanted and to get it brought to the Merriam dealership. I appreciated her phone calls letting me know the progress being made finding my perfect car and getting it delivered here. She took down my trade-in information by phone and called me back with the trade offer. She even took my credit information over the phone. Since it was her day off when all the deal was com[leted, David Wells took over the delivery of the new car. I signed finance papers with Brandon who was super to work with. He explained everything fully and was pleasant and professional. He's the nicest finance guy I have ever dealt with. This sales team made my buying experience fun. This was the third car I have purchased from Hendricks Toyota. The service staff is top notch., too. I have always found them to be attentive and helpful. I will be back!

Recently we took our 2012 Camry into the Hendrick Toyota Service Department for a factory computer software upgrade. The car had previuosly been at the Hendrick collision facility about a mile away for two weeks for some body work. We picked up the car at the body shop and dropped it off at the service department late afternoon and had planned to pick it up the next day. The next day about midmorning the service department called and advised us that our tires needed to be replaced because they had "dry rot". Dry rot for a 3 year old tires? It seemed like an odd phone call, but we declined to buy any new tires.When we went to pick up the car there was a large piece of steel lodged in the right rear tire. The low air dash light was on. The leak was bad enough that air could be heard hissing from the leak. Of course no one in the service department had any knowledge of the leak.Bottom line: The dry rot story was total BS and a feeble attempt to hide the leak. Hendrick wouldn't assume responsibility for the damaged tire. It obvious the steel that was in the tire came fro their shop or parking lot. It looked like a clip that might be used in industrial type boxes that car parts would come in.

We have been coming here with my wife's Toyota Sienna since they first opened, and have always been pleased with their service department and staff. Today wAs no exception. We were greeted by Quintin Sutton, who from the outset displayed the kind of commitment to customer satisfaction that long term loyalty is founded upon'. He's courteous, cheerful, friendly, and was eager to help us find an affordable solution. We had purchased a battery from a different dealership ( the one we used to go to, before experiencing Hendrick Toyota). Quintin and another great staffer named Jeramie checked it, found it faulty, and are replacing it at no charge under warranty. Just another reason to always come here first!

I found the car I wanted online and dealt with Sue who answered all of the questions that I had ahead of time regarding it. I drove 5 hours from South Dakota and was greeted by a very professional staff who made me feel welcome. The entire process from start to finish went exceptionally smooth thanks to Sue, Robert, and Erik. I left Hendrick Toyota with the exact car that I had been looking some time for, and with the satisfaction knowing that the staff there did all they could to make my experience a pleasant one.

Test drove a car I wanted on Saturday but did not buy it that day. I reached out to Marco Rodriguez by email the next day to discuss number further and didn't hear back. I called the sales guy on Wednesday morning and informed him I had sent an email to Marco that hadn't been returned yet and he took down my email and was going to have Marco email me. When I didn't hear from Marco I called and left a voice message. When I didn't hear back on that I sent Christina Rose an email. When I didn't hear back on that I followed it up with a voice message to Christina which I have yet to hear back on. It's pretty hard to sell cars when you don't respond to your potential customers. I'm absolutely baffled by the lack of response of not just one but a number of employees at this dealership. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I gave them every opportunity to make it right and I still haven't heard from anyone.

paid cash for a vehicle. that had a Warranty ! front end alignment was out. two ties had to be replaced. brakes are squeaking. floor mats had holes in them. skid plate was missing. there fact sheet said all this had been done before I got the vehicle. none of this had been done. I took the vehicle. back to them to have all this fixed and they did nothing . they never even called me to pick it up WHY IS MY VEHICLE COVERED UNDER A WARRENTY AND YOU GUYS DO NOTHING BUT WAST MY TIME !

Told refund in progress day two - left messages several times, asked for manager and told too busy. Car did not have floor mats and still do not have floor mats. I went in looking for a Rav4 and dealt with Jessica, who was pleasant. Got to the point of buying the Rav4 I like and made the deal with the sales manager Micah or Marco. I was quoted 0% interest multiple times and they were finally able to get a payment and price I was happy with. When I got back to finance and Oscar was going over forms I was signing he got to the financing and said it was 2%, I spoke up and said I was told it was 0% at which point Oscar basically laughed at me and said no bank would do 0%. Oscar then went and checked with the sales manager and came back and said that the 0% was on an earlier term and what they had finally given me was 2%, I was never told that. At that point I got up and walked out. 2% isn't a bad rate! but the fact that I was never told that was the rate is what I was upset about. I went to another dealer and paid the 2%, but was always told of that rate.

Also, their skilled mechanics had thoroughly checked and attended to any mechanical and cosmetic needs of the Forester. The entire facility was clean, orderly and had a lovely open ambience. I highly recommend them to meet your car needs, whether looking for a used or new car! Also, I am very happy with my selection of the Subaru Forester! I walked in for an oil change and walked out with a new Corolla, thanks to Alex and his salesmanship. He went above and beyond to get me a blue stick-shift 2014 Corolla, and I love it and how well it handles! He set up my car phone, explained all the features, has immediately taken care of any questions and issues and just put on my permanent tag. The dealership people are all friendly and helpful, but Alex goes the extra mile. I've used the service department for years, and it's great, whether I have a major problem or whether my tires just need air. Jon Howell is the best to get done whatever the car needs, and he peruses the records so he does know. I highly recommend the dealership, Alex, Jon and the service department. The shuttle service is an extra plus.

A few years back I surrendered a car and just paid off the settlement amount in May. I 'jumped the gun' on getting a new car. I had put way to much money in the car I was driving and still needed more. I went to another dealership and they turned me away. Sue Wells contacted me the next day and helped me work on my issues along with Oscar and Marco. After pulling strings and doing all they could I got into a certified 2010 Corolla and I love it; even took it on a weekend trip and did great. It was a new trade they did maintenance on it and all that was left was the windshield and Toyota emblem on the front. I had the windshield replaced the same week along with a loaner car and the emblem should be in this week (all free since they had to have the windshield replaced due to it being certified). All of the staff was very friendly leaving me with a good impression of the company. Thank you for all of the help.

We have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Hendrick Toyota and have all of our services performed in their service department and have always been pleased with their work. I recently took my 2013 4Runner in for a 15,000 mile service, and the car was returned to me with a cracked windshield. Service Consultant Jeramie Albin was not made aware by the tech or the wash bay that the crack had occurred while my car was being serviced, and thus did not inform me of the damage before returning the vehicle to me. Upon bringing the damage to Jeramie's attention he was great to work with and did everything within his power to try to help us out. We ended up with management in the service department who placed the blame on us due to a windshield pit that they alleged was there when we brought the vehicle in. We were very frustrated by this and ended up talking to Brad Pointer the New Vehicle Sales Director. Brad immediately understood our frustrations and saw the situation from our point of view and agreed that had the same situation occurred to his vehicle he would feel the same way that we did. He recognized us as valued, repeat customers and worked with us to immediately schedule to have the windshield replaced at no cost to us. We most definitely appreciate Brad's consideration and recognition of us as valued, repeat customers, and we will continue to bring both our service and new vehicle sales business to Hendrick Toyota.

From the time I hit the door until the time I left James was so very kind and helpful. James took care of me and made sure that I had what I wanted. Josh greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I had printed the information on the car I was interested in. He got it right away and took me for a test drive. We just started looking for a vehicle to replace our minivan and we came in to test drive a Sienna. While waiting for the car to be brought around front, we were looking through the Toyota Highlander on the showroom floor that had been recently marked down. The markdown brought the price within a couple thousand of what we were wanting to spend, so we test drove a Highlander that evening too. The salesman, Jacob was very friendly, and willing to help throughout the whole process. We came back the next afternoon to talk about finances on the Highlander, and gave Jacob a number that we would need our monthly payment to be, and we told him up front we weren't sure if our payment would be enough money but it was worth a try. The process of getting out trade info and credit info took about 30 mins. When the finance manager came out to present some numbers he was completely unaware of the number we started with, and presented options with our lowest payment being $60 more than we were wanting to pay. We reminded him of this number and unfortunately at the end of conversation we were unable to make a deal. Here's where I start having problems. As we're wrapping up the conversation, the finance manager starts telling us that we need to consider less expensive cars. He informs us that with out payment we can only spend a certain amount of money because of taxes and such. Implying that we've wasted his time and we're out of our league with Highlanders or Siennas. We thanked him for his time, and to my surprise, the salesman Jacob didn't have the decency to shake our hands, say goodbye or walk us out. He watched us walk out of the dealership from the finance office, also apparently irritated that we wasted his time. This was my second visit to Hendrick Toyota in as many days. I don't take it personally that we were unable to make a deal, neither should the dealership. It seems that the bullying/condescending tactics work for this finance manager. He is not going to insult me into buying a car. At the end of the day we could have afforded to put a down payment on that car, not to mention a higher monthly payment, but the reason why we have this money is because we are thoughtful about what we spend. I would have had no problem going back to this dealership after not making a deal, until we were insulted by the finance manager and dismissed by our salesman, Jacob. This is exactly the type of behaviors that give car salesmen/dealerships a bad reputation, and when we end up buying a Toyota in the next few months in the KC area, it will certainly not be from Hendricks Toyota.

Nice sales person however the manager LOW-balled our trade in. Also they said they were not discounting their car because it was too popular????? We went to Molle Toyota and not only did Molle discount the same vehicle we had test driven at Hendrick, Molle also gave us $5000 more for our trade-in. We won't be going back to Hendrick. And we will not recommend. Molle is the place to buy.

I would not recommend dealership. Was very disappointed with buy experience. Was told on test drive vehicle was Toyota certified. When taking delivery of car salesman put temp tag on car and handed me the keys and sent me on my way. When I asked for a front plate bracket. I was told they did not provide one and was told to screw the license plate to the front bumper. The car was also dead empty. So my first stop in my new used car was the gas station.

Hendrick Toyota sent a flyer that they were willing to offer a "Huge" amount for my trade in, as it is in high demand - and, they needed these used cars on their lot. Now, I know it is just a gimmick to get you in the door - but, when they offer $3000 less than their competitors (with no flyers sent to my home).... And, they consider that "Willing to make a huge offer for your trade in"????

I had been wandering the parking lot of Hendrick Toyota for a while when Kirk Duckers spotted me and asked if I had been helped. I could tell he was a hard worker, it was a brutally hot summer day and he was sweating buckets. Still, he took the time to talk to me and address my needs. As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, I am always hesitant that I'll be misled or taken advantage of by the stereotypical car salesman. Mr. Duckers was extremely professional and patient with me. He did not push me towards a particular car, but listened to my needs and answered my questions. He didn't try to "sell" me on the car, he let the car do the talking. He was personable and genuine and I really felt I could trust him. I knew I was in good hands. Although I found a lower price at a different dealership, I wanted to complete my business with Mr. Duckers. He helped me negotiate a fair price without being condescending or wasting my time. I feel my time with Mr. Duckers was helpful and has restored my trust in the professionalism of car salespeople.

When I buy cars, I'm very direct and to the point. My background is engineering and I'm dangerous enough to know how to figure out what price I need and interest rates I need to make car buying work for my budget.I laid out exactly what I needed after I found the vehicles I wanted. The Hendrix team could not find the additional $2500 in price reduction I needed, so I separated my 3 for 2 deal into a 2 for 1. It worked out fine as I found the right car and price at another Toyota dealership.The truck I bought from Hendrix has been exactly what I wanted and expected. I look forward to free oil changes and it's probably a good thing I don't need to come back often since Toyota's are dependable and should last a very long time.I would have been 100% satisfied if I could have done the 3 for 2 deal at Hendrix, but Kirk worked the deal I wanted without excessively needing to go to the manager for price and approval. I appreciate sales professionals that realize they can be personable and professional and get a deal done in a timely manner without being dis-genuine and that "creepy" car salesman.

We recently purchased a 2011 Avalon from Hendrich Toyota. We had been looking for 3 months for a vehicle to fit our needs. We actually enjoyed our buying experience. Every time we walked in the door, someone was there quickly with a friendly greeting and offer to help. Paul Haake and Bryan Hendrich were very good to work with. While they were very eager to help us us find and purchase the car we wanted, they were anything but high pressure. They were very professional and dealt with us in the manner we requested. They were good to keep in touch after our first meeting and test drive. We also appreciated the professional, friendly manner in which the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, Jeremy Wilson conducted business, It has only been a month since our first visit ever to Hendrick Toyota. Overall customer service has been very good, to date. Dealership is 2 hours away from us, but worth it.

My wife and I went to Hendrick toyota to purchase a used car we had been looking for online. We found David Wells to be very friendly and hepful. It wasnt until we stepped into the finance office that things went bad. We were already rushed, I had somewhere to be and we had been sitting at the desk for about an hour and a half. This is the "normal wear you down to sign so you can leave tactic" that is super annoying. The last 2 cars I've purchased had no such issues. 1 car we bought over the internet, the salesman gave me what I asked for on my trade in ($5000 more than what NADA said it was worth as a trade) and delivered my new vehicle to my house, on a saturday, 175 miles away from the dealership, and had the contract signed at my kitchen counter. The car before that was done within 1 hour. We drove the car, we put money down, we were walked into a waiting finiance department and we left before we had time to finish our soda. Now, we haggled over the price of the car once, which obviously I didnt ask enough off, but I knew what I would pay, and offered it. We were quoted 10% interest before our credit was pulled, once in the office we were told we could get 5.7 IF we bought GAP, a service warrenty, and an oil change program. I was told it was REQUIRED to lower the interest payment from the bank. Now, I had already called my bank during that 90 minutes we were left to sit and stare at the desk and they said to refinance it with them and they would drop 2% off their APR. Done deal. So its not so much the big deal of finiancing, but being told the bank required it, well I dont like being lied to. Once I got home at 10pm after being 2 hours late to where I needed to be, I sat down it says at the bottom of all three items that they are not required to obtain financing. I will be calling to cancel them all come monday morning, even if Miss Miller says she wont allow it.

We did our homework before we started looking for the car we wanted. We had checked in "Consumer Reports" on the van we were thinking of buying, and had checked the availability and pricing online at the various Toyota dealers in the Metro area. Hendricks had the best pricing and the most used vans available. We wanted a good price and more than 1 or 2 choices, so we decided it was worth the drive from Lee's Summit, Missouri to Merriam, Kansas to look and hopefully get a great van. As soon as we walked in and approached the information desk, we met Ron Shapiro. He must have seen us open the door and did not waste any time greeting us and introducing himself. We told him what we wanted and he quickly had a van for us to test drive. We never felt pressured to buy. It all just came together that day. Ron showed us the van we were wanting on the first try and the price was close to what we were willing to spend. With a decent amount for the trade in and Ron being able to come down a little more on the price we were able to make a deal that day... and after seeing only one car. The following day we came back with our trade-in and to sign papers etc. It was Ron's day off but he came in anyway to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very happy we went to Hendricks Toyota that day and that we met and worked with Ron Shapiro. I have already recommended him to someone else looking for the same type of car we bought since we had such a great experience. He was both friendly and professional. He is a person you feel you can trust. That just doesn't happen everyday, but it did the day we met Ron.

Before our first visit, we let Cam know our out-of-pocket limit, trade-in (excellent condition), and what we had in mind for a used vehicle purchase. We made it a point to be very clear about what we were looking to purchase, but kept getting the response, "oh you'll never find anything like that (in your price range)." Cam was not an easy person to talk to over the phone because constantly interrupting, trying to talk over you. Thankfully, on the day of our appointment, Cam was running late for our appointment- no big deal- we were happy to work with Tyler. Tyler was very kind, very patient and actually took time to listen to us... and then around the corner came good old Cam in a vehicle for us to test-drive that was $10,000 over our price range! Please, Cam, you have to learn to listen.As it turned out, no vehicles on their lot were in our price range, and we of course cannot hold that against Hendrick's. A dealership can't possibly carry enough vehicles to please every customer. A great option they provide (for $1/mile) is to have vehicles shipped in from their other dealerships around the country. Tyler and Rod did their best to help us find such a vehicle. We really appreciated their patience.While searching on their computer system for other vehicles around the country within our price range, they also calculated a value for our vehicle as a trade-in. Hendrick's offered only $5500 for it, whereas Kelley Blue Book put our vehicle trade-in value at $7900.We put our vehicle on craigslist at the Kelley Blue Book private sale value of $9,000, and sold it last week for $8,500. We then bought a 2005 Toyota Sienna LE with 77,000 miles (excellent condition) for $10,900 - no, we did NOT buy it at Hendrick's Toyota in Merriam.Before you consider coming to Hendrick's with a trade-in, I encourage you to consider selling your vehicle on your own so you can get a fair deal (craigslist). That is what we did, and I know we saved AT LEAST $5,000. I can think of a lot of ways to spend $5,000 on my wife and children.Sorry, Ms. Cam, none of that $5,000 went toward your commission. I still don't understand why you never even attempted to put us in a vehicle that was within our budget. You have to learn to listen.Proud to say I out-smarted the Hendrick's "system."

We purchased a used care from Hendrick Toyota and had taken it somewhere else for basic service. We were advised by this shop that the car needed ball joints felt this was odd due to car only had 52,000 miles on it. I emailed the dealership was immediately contacted by Scott Kelford the Service Director who not only wanted to help by came to my employer picked my car up for me took it back to the shop had their service men look at it and took to a Crysler Dealership who specialized in the type of vehicle we have to have a second look at it. Thank goodness all was fine and the major repair was not required. He then returned the car to me personally with the paper work showing where my concerns were addressed by both dealers. He went above and beyond what I have come to expect from other dealerships to make sure that my car was fine and the suggested repair was not needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And our next car purchase will defintely be done thru Hendrick Toyota.

I went into look at see what Toyota had to offer to compare with Kia and Hyundai, I didn't ever find out. David Wells treated me more like I was an uninvited guest in his home then someone interested in buying a car. He is the only one I dealt with at this dealership so I don't know if he is representative of the dealership or not. A good friend recommended Hendrick Toyota and also recommended Randy Stendebach. After having a bad experience at Molle Toyota and having a limited amount of time to buy a car, I had high expectations for Hendrick, and they were completely fulfilled. I met Randy at the dealership on Labor Day, (thank goodness they were open!) and he had me driving home in my new Rav-4 in just a few hours. He made sure I had all the information I needed before making my purchase. He explained all the features of the Rav-4, and I qualified for their 72 months 0% financing offer. As a 28-year old, single female, I was very intimidated to purchase my new car on my own. Randy made me feel valued and respected at all times. He never talked down to me and was never pushy. He even asked me to come back when I got my new licensce plates so he could put them on for me, and even asked me to come back when I got my new iPhone so he could set up the blue tooth features on my Rav-4 and show me how to use them. It was comforting to know that our relationship didn't stop when I signed on the dotted line. Randy really understands customer service and bulding good relationships with customers. Hogi Brown in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. He gave me great information about gap insurance and the extended warranty, but I don't feel like he pressured me to add them, although I did. He was very practical, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't have been happier with Hendrick Toyota, and I look forward to working with them in the future for service and purchasing my next vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. They also have an awesome coffee bar. Big perk for me.

2 months after having a tire rotation done at Superior Toyota (which became Hendrix), our tire blew out late at night. The lug nuts were put on so tight during that visit that we couldn't remove them with the Toyota issued lug wrench. A passerby had a steel pole that we placed on the lug wrench and we had to jump on the pole to loosen 3 of the lugs. On the fourth lug, the Toyota lug wrench broke. The following morning, we went to Hendrix Toyota Service department to ask how they could help us, as the degree in which they tightened the lugs left us no means to remove them. We were told to "buy a new lug wrench" and basically dismissed. The car was sitting abandoned 10 miles from our home and the dealership that contributed to our problem wouldn't give us the time of day.We'd been going to Superior Toyota for years for our service. Never, ever again will we step in that door, nor will we shop their for a new car. Everyone that I've shared this story with is simply appalled at the lack of service. A local tire shop helped us through this mess. Had us on the road within an hour (had to buy a new tire). Guess where our tire business goes from now on?

My sister recommended that I speak with Ron Shapiro when I told her I was looking for a new/used car, unfortunately he wasn't in on the day I called to make an appointment so I spoke with Bryan Hendrich. I did not want to purchase another car, I loved the car I had but unfortunately it was 10 years old and needing some costly repairs. I looked at several dealerships (Ford, Nissan, etc.) and did not really get the type of pricing I wanted, so I ended up at Superior Toyota on Memorial day. I get extremely nervous when making large purchases like this and I have to say that everyone I dealt with at Superior was pleasant, respectful of a female buyer and went out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible. Bryan really went the distance with showing me many used and new cars, and then working with the finance department to get me a low interest rate. This was the BEST car shopping experience I've ever had from start to finish. I got a great price for my trade-in, and a great price on a new car. I also want to mention that Marco in the financing department was a pleasure to work with, he was very patient with all of my questions and concerns and never once spoke to me in a condescending tone (you would be surprised at how some dealerships treat female buyers).All in all a spectacular experience and I absolutely LOVE my new 2012 Toyota Corolla!!!

Car was not as described. Was told: Had one scratch by fuel door. The car was covered in scratches and pits, Windshield is completely pitted. Bumper cover dinged, cracked, painted. Interior was bad also. Three of the four wheels had considerable road rash. This car was represented as being in mint condition. Traveled 500 miles and was a complete was of my brothers, and my time.

I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna for my wife from Devon at Superior. I have a general distrust of car dealers and walk into any dealership with skeptical attitude. At Superior we dealt with Devon Rizk and another manager, Mr. Harris. The overall process was quick and enjoyable. Devon made the entire process smooth and hastle free. My wife does not like car dealers and hates the entire process. However, she liked Devon very much, and felt he was sincere, honest, and was trying to do right by us. My entire family (wife and three kids under the age of six) came down to close the deal and everyone was very friendly. Abbie in the finance department was great. She was friendly, up front, and moved the entire process along while still answering our questions. A final note. Although he was not our dealer, Pha Her was also very friendly, sincere, and helped out when Devon was not available. I would feel comfortable buying a car from either of these gentlemen.

I contacted Superior Toyota about a pre-owned car they had on thier website. Devon Rizk took my initial call and he was able to track down that the car had just been put on contract with another buyer. Several days later he called me back to inform me that the deal had been cancelled and the car was available again. I live several hours away so over the phone he was able to answer specific questions about the condition of the car and about some decals I wanted removed. He was also able to give me an accurate appraisal for my trade over the phone. Most importantly, once I drove the 3 hours plus to test drive and potentially purchase, he stood 100% behind his word. His sales manager Ryan Lewis also stood behind their product by agreeing to pay for a roof tail light repair that was not noticed until I got the vehicle home. This was over $150 that other dealerships surely would not have paid for. Superior Toyota had several opportunities to try and take advantage of me but they took the high road every time. All-in-all this was a good buying experience and I recommend both Devon and Ryan to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase

I knew I needed a car that would have saved me gas because I travel a lot in the Kansas City area. I didn't want any hassle my main goal was to purchase a vechicle and be driving home in it. I make the 60 mile trip from Topeka to Merriam to do business with Randy because the sales staff at my local Toyota dealership just does not measure up to his standards. I have owned several Toyota Camrys and I'm waiting on delivery of my third Camry Hybrid. With my most recent purchase Randy went the extra mile to try to get me a special order 2012 TCH XLE (this included calls to Toyota headquarters in California and a call to the plant manager in Kentucky) When his efforts with Toyota USA were unsuccessful he again went the extra mile by selling me the car at a very fair price. Randy is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and above all---HONEST. With Randy there is never a hint of high pressure or deceptive tactics. I'm 61 years old and I trade cars every two or three years. I will continue to give my future automobile business to Randy and Superior Toyota. Randy Stendebach is a credit to all automobile sales people and a tremendous asset to his employer. If you're looking for a new Toyota you can't go wrong with Randy and Superior Toyota.

This is the worst car dealership ever. Worst customer service, they will lie without blinking an eye lid. Avoid them at all cost! They will promise to give you the best price but when you get to the dealership it is a different story. They dont care about inconveniencing the customer. The place is run without an iota of professionalism. Worst experience ever!!

Ron took his time with my teens and I looking at and explaining the differences in cars. He was patient and there was no uncomfortable pressure. He allowed us to take the car home to make sure we liked it. We really appreciated his style. Since this was our first day looking, if we had been too pressured we would have left.

Superior Toyota and especially Tim Eccles were outstanding to work with!! From the moment we arrived Tim was waiting on our every need and provided the highest level of customer service I have ever received from a dealership.Tim was very genuinely friendly but not in an obnoxious way. He was easy to talk too and provided no intential pressure to buy.He knew what price range We wanted to be in and narrowed us down to vehicles within reach. He even offered to step out of the room so my wife and I could have a little privacy to discuss the pros and cons of such a large purchase.Overall our experience was good just in the fact we had a bit of a wait while in the finance department. However once we got in to see a closer, Eric Stone made up for it because he was very patient at explaining the terms of the financing, and followed up with us the next day.

I was referred to Superior via TrueCar.com and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Garvin in regards to a new vehicle purchase. He told me that they had just what I was looking for so stopped by after work, even though he was suppose to leave by 5pm he said he would wait. After I arrive, I was greet very pleasantly, my vehicle was appraised but then I was told by my sales person, that there was nothing they could help me with for now and he'd give me a call the next day. Well that never happened but I did receive an email that said, "When you don't owe so much money on your vehicle, check back with us". I cannot say this dealership is not a good one, but they were not very accomodating to me at all. But I'm Happy to say, I went to Legends Toyota, received top dollar for my trade and purchased a great vehicle with excellent customer services.

Pha was great! He even referred us to the service manager and the service manager was able to give us a discount on the service of our car. We originally took our car to Olathe Toyota but their service department was not willing to work with us or offer anything for us at all. They have serviced our car for the past 5 years so we thought they would be able to give us a better deal but they didn't. When Pha told us to bring it to Superior we were hesitant because we have never used their service before, but overall their service department was 10 times better than Olathe. They gave us good information about preventive maintenance and told us exactly what needed to be fixed. So Pha did an excellent job. He sold my daughter her first car and introduced us to the service manager and the manager was able to give us a good deal with the maintenance of our car.

I walked into the service center frustrated and short tempered because of an experience I had with another Toyota Service Center in the area. I had made multiple attempts to resolve an issue with my vehicle, but wasn't getting very far. To my surprise, Scott and Joe stayed calm, explained the issue, arranged the repair and offered me a courtesy vehicle. I was highly impressed with Scott's role. As the Service Manager, I'm sure he stays extremely busy, However, he took time to speak with me, listen to my concerns and personally inspected my vehicle. This experience was simply awesome and more than EXCEEDED my expectations! I recommended this service center to all 300 of my Facebook Friends and can't stop telling my co-workers about the UNEXPECTED service experience with Superior Toyota, it has become my shop of choice. Since I have never had my own car before people have warned me about pushy salesmen. The first time my husband and I walked up to the lot a very nice salesman approached and befriended us from the start. Always making sure we were getting what we wanted and needed in a car. My husband and I bought 2 cars from him now and are very happy with the quality and security with what we got. I hope that others can experience their first time car buying as I did. I would defiantly recommend this dealership and not only a salesman but, a friend.

We were looking for a quality used car. We have been very happy with our Toyota Corollas. We have 3 in the house and 4 of our last 5 cars have been previously owned Corollas. I found a few on Superior Toyota's website and was in contact with David Wells by email. When we finally went to the dealership to shop we explained to David that we could go one of 2 ways : get something on the lower end of our budget for our college-bound daughter or get something on the higher end of our budget for my wife and then give her car to my daughter. Most salespeople would have immediately taken us to the more expensive cars. David on the other hand explained that he had a number of cars that he thought would be great for our daughter. Long story short found a fantastic Corolla. She runs great, looks great and we could not be happier. We drive Corollas and I have no doubt that when we are ready for another our 1st stop will be Superior Toyota. It was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.

Price is the only thing I can't rate, because the new Prius is in such demand the price is non-negotiable. Yes, it is expensive. I expected that. I was looking for a new Toyota Prerunner. Could not find one in Colorado but found one at Superior Toyota. From the first e-mail I sent them until I drove it off the lot, they were by far the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. You could tell that their attitude and their care were natural and not false of forced. This plus the fact they had the best price by far made it easy to fly from Denver to KC just to buy the truck. When my wife is ready to replace her Camry they will be the first people I call. They even give you a full tank of gas!!!

I went to Superior Toyota for the 1st time yesterday to have my 2005 Toyota Scion looked at. I had it at another Service Repair shop the day prior, when all of a sudden my Check Engine Light came on. Not trusting the previous business, I took it to Superior since they were close to my home. What I found when I went there, were professional people with great customer service skills. From the shuttle driver, who gave me a ride back to my home, to the Customer Service Rep who was assigned my vehicle. Everyone there was courteous and very professional. Top notch all the way. They kept me informed on my car's progress. And when it was completed, I was given a call to advise that the issue was a very quick and easy fix. I cannot express enough, how throughly impressed I was with the whole operation. I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Superior Toyota nor to look to them on my next purchase.

Have been very happy with the way it was handled. They have followed up with service and recalls. This was all handled very business like and we are very happy with the outcome. Walked into the dealership, met with Randy. He pulled up the information on the vehicle I was looking for and within 10 minutes we were on the road testing out the vehicle. Came back into the showroom and found another vehicle which we tested and met better the requirements that I was looking for. I was offered refreshments while I was waiting and overall enjoyed my experience. No pressure sales approach. Friendly, courteous service. He came up with the bottom line figure that I was looking for on the first go around, with no haggling. Came back after discussion with my wife and finalized the deal. I found the staff at Superior to be excellent in customer service and enjoyed the send off from them in the parking lot. Overall enjoyed the experience much better than at the other dealerships that I visited.

I registered both of my cars (which I bought at Superior) up for the Oil Change and Tire Rotation Program have been extremely impressed. The 3 things that have impacted me are: (1) the service is very prompt and convenient. I've never waited past 45 min for anything thus far; (2) they're experts in identifying any issues and I've never had to return for the same problem twice; (3) the price is very reasonable. When I do a cost analysis of an oil change + tire rotation and service point inspection, you can't beat the deal. In my opinion the meaning of service is incomplete without a personable touch. Scott Kelford is one of the best service managers in the business and he knows his stuff. He's well respected amongst his peers and he's extremely cordial with his customers. Scott manages a top notch service team. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome from any one of the advisors including Justin,Randy Borgman and John Bates. They operate very much like a family and for that I'm most appreciative. The way the service is set up is you get assigned an individual advisor specific to your car(s). I'm fortunate to work with Justin Ayers as he's enthusiastic, extremely responsive and dependable, plus he's an overall nice guy to know. Today he told me about what he likes to do on his days off, which is to spend time with his wife and baby boy, Brody James Ayers. I'd highly recommend the Service Program and I'm sure any one of the advisors will do a great job!

I have bought very few new cars because of concerns over being overcharged and over pressured. I was really pleased with the people at Superior and the zero percent financing. How can you not buy a car with zero percent interest? In addition we rolled the extended warranty into the loan so we came out with bumper to bumper protection, a new car and a manageable payment. George and his team were helpful, knowledgeable and really efficient. They even took care of having the windows tinted for us. We chose a 2010 Camry and have been very happy with it. Now I want a truck! Perhaps I can trade in my Dodge Durango.

I loved picking out my new Camry from Superior Toyota! They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and let me test drive lots of different models. When I decided on a Camry they found just the right interior and exterior color combination I wanted. The sales people were all friendly and walked me through the process so I had no worries on my end. We bought our Tacoma here and they were awesome. We worked directly with George, the General Sales Manager, and Tim, in sales. They were super friendly, gave us accurate and honest info, and took a lot of time to help us find the exact color and options we wanted. We did our homework and knew the price they gave us was very fair, and once we picked what we wanted they had it ready for us quickly. They even were great with our kids and had a play area to keep them entertained. We would absolutley buy another truck/car from this dealer!

This dealership totally screwed up my paperwork with the finance company (Toyota Financial). It has been a year and a half and Toyota Financial continues to claim that I owe them $367 for excess mileage charges from the lease I turned in in order to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership did not follow proper protocols to ascertain the correct pay off on the lease. In the end, Toyota Financial informs me (via collection agency) that they received money from the dealership for the remaining payments I owed on the lease, but they neglected to include the excess mileage charge. This will ultimately land in small claims court and will cost all three parties to litigate the claim...a hell of a lot more than $367! This was my second experience with Superior Toyota in Merriam, Kansas...I should have learned from my first experience never to deal with them. I've definately learned my lesson now! Good luck.
